Something g that just hit me was that in the Dune books there is a repeated theme of parents forcing their kids to do something they desperately do not want to do. Which they keep in the movie to an extent but something something the parallel between Paul quietly talking to his father saying that he found his path and Jessica forcing him to become the Kwasit Heterac being more an active choice on her part

The funniest thing about dune is that The Bene Gessesat just fucked up by even letting Paul step foot on Arrakis, like if he never did and still was the Kwasit Heterac he literally wouldn't have had his jihad. Like ultimately and tragically he accidentally gets thrown unwillingly into his fate

Note that I have this flag as an alternative to the straight flag specifically for straight aspec people, just like I have the transhet flag for straight trans people
