1) how dare you make me try to rank my babies (affectionate) 2) top 5 oc of what!! So many things I could go off on!!!

Jk jk, but I did choose to list five of my first OC created in a fandom. Bc why not. Important note that some of them were created more than ten years ago (a bit reworked more recently)!

1- [Fairy Tail] Lyna Dreyar (technically now Dreyar-McGarden) . I genuinely don't remember much from when I created her years ago — I think I do have notes somewhere. She was always Laxus' little sister though. She was also a Dragon Slayer but now she isn't anymore jdjdjdb. I think I reworked her personality a bit too? She was more of an extrovert in my first drafts I think, but she's not as much anymore 🤔

2- [One Piece] Monkey D. Ceeli (previously Shelly). Once again, I created her a long time ago! And she changed a bit, too. (I mean, we also learned some more about this world since I created her lmao). She's Luffy's little sister (by three years). In my first drafts (I do have a fanfic with a few chapters posted with her as a character, over on my ff.net... not on ao3 bc i don't think I will ever complete it) she was supposed to have been raised with the ASL brothers, with a pretty serious personality and very interested by the Revolutionary in general. Also I don't remember what it was exactly but she had powers™. Now, she has a super powered haki (bc i can), she was raised by their mother (for... reasons), and Luffy doesn't know her (or that she exists). She's also way less serious and a bit more into the overexcited side.

3- [HP] Daisy Potter (it... wasn't her first name when I first thought about her but I can't remember what it was now). Again, a very old OC! She wasn't that developed all that time ago, but she's way more present in my mind now haha. You will never guess, but she's Harry's little sister, bc i once found the HC that Lily was pregnant when she died and I ran away with it. Interestingly enough, I think that the explanation I have for her birth now and then is the same? And same for her fate in canon,,, (I mean, a canon where she's born). Rip (i love u baby). I put her in a lot of different aus now, where she grows up differently each time and things impact her differently, but I think at her core she's a very brave and smart girl who wants to do good. She's her parents' daughter all the way!

4- [Star Wars] Letti Kryze. One of my most recent ones! So maybe five years old or so idk what time is. She's Korkie Kryze's daughter, a Jedi, eight years younger than Luke & Leia, and has the habit of causing accidental chaos everywhere she goes. I love her she's a baby. I remember after watching the first season of the Mandalorian thinking it would be funny if her and Din kept throwing the Darksaber back at each other bc neither of them want to be the big boss™. She's a tired teenage girl in the middle of an intergalactic war who just wants her father back and it shows.

5- [DC] Emma Pennyworth. Alfred's granddaughter via his daughter Julia. She is, in general, done with the Batfam's collective bullshit, and wants to hold the braincell. She's also like, twelve, so there's that. I've written her a few times actually!! She tries so hard to be serious and mature and she forgets a bit to be a kid, but also her favorite sport is annoying Damian lmao.

Yes there's a common theme in all of those lmao. Interestingly enough, even when the OC is like... Cringey and a bit Mary-Sue and all, the goal was always to have them as part of the family and... That's it. Legit 0 of them have a love interest (I'm thinking of Cana for Lyna but that's a very recent development, and I do have a few ideas for Letti but it would be another OC)!! It's so funny in insight idkdkd

I also have a fair share of OCs that are like. The next gen (you know the type). So there's that. I'm giving so many characters kids and I'm not even sorry.

Nyo! Russia and Nyo! France

Anya (Nyo! Russia) painted such a beautiful pair of matryoshkas for herself and Catherine (Nyo! France).

I tried to make it up for their culture. The french matryoshka got a Bretagne-region styled dress, that I think looks stunning in real life!

The russian one has a scarf, a sarafan, and an apron with natural creations, I wanted to make it a little interesting. Oh, and messing with the light, that was fun too.

Ooh, kin games ! I remember basically looking the same as my source counterpart, though my hair was a dirtier blonde, closer to colored Hetalia manga than anything in the anime ! That and my facial hair are the only things that were different - it's not realistic to have the exact same amount of stubble every single day, oui ? It alternated and grew like any mortal person's would, though I never really let it get past that "very slight beard" look (1/2!) #🌹❣️🇨🇵

(2/2) And this isn't particularly related to appearance in the face, but Bretagne and I were about the same height. He had maybe half an inch on me. #🌹❣️🇨🇵

Just a little post to announce that I’ve been chosen to be one of the Ambassadors for France in the Hetalia Fandom ;) It’s an honor and I hope I’ll live up to your expectations ;)  Don’t hesitate to ask me if you have questions about this country or the French culture !  But I think that it’s time for me to introduce myself first ;) My name is Manon , I’m 23 years old and I’m currently studying in order to become a Head Educational Adviser! I want to work with children and to help them for their study options and during their schooling in general !  I’ve always lived in France near Paris but I’ve tried to travel a lot these last years and I visited a large part of the different French regions, particularly la Bretagne where my family came from.  And now before I leave you , here’s a short list of fun facts about France. - There’s only one stop sign in Paris. Here’s the picture of this rare specimen.

-   Europe’s highest mountain is in the French Alps – Mont Blanc, at 4,810m, takes an arduous 10 to 12 hours to climb to the summit. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely 20-minute trip up on Europe’s highest cable car on the nearby Aiguille du Midi to get a brilliant view of Mont Blanc.

-  It is against the law to carry live snails on a high-speed train in France without their own tickets – in fact, any domesticated animal under 5kg must be a paying passenger in France. In 2008, a Frenchman was fined when he was caught carrying snails on a TGV, although the fine was later waived.

Отношения Франции и Бретани или как присоединить полуостров. Пособие для чайников. Часть 1.

Немного словоблудия о моей любимой паре,сама придумала- сама и шипперю. На самом деле в отношениях этих стран и с поллитрой не разобрать. Бретань и Франция заключали перемирия, боролись против общего врага, но чаще бретонка гоняла ссаными тряпками француза со своей территории. Почему? Тут всё просто: Бретань хотела быть гордой и независимой, а Франция хотел её. И эта модель отношений сохранилась на много веков вплоть до наших дней. 

А начну разбор полётов с самого задорного периода этой лав стори, а именно со Средневековья. 

Точнее и тут получится несколько частей писанины( охватить такой огромный период одним махом слишком хардкорно). 

Детские разборки. Раннее Средневековье. 

��стория двух государств нач��нается примерно в одно и тоже время  в V веке. Приняв наследие Арморики и характер бриттов, появляется Бретань и пытается создать подобие государства, при этом не слишком заботясь об государственном строе. Девчонке было куда интереснее осаждать моря и мешаться у старших братьев (бровастая семейка) под ногами в пылу их семейных разборок. А тем временем Франция сколотил себе нехилое королевство, прибрав по-тихому все близлежащие регионы. Большинство воплощений тех земель либо исчезли, либо удалились в глушь, лишь иногда показываясь во время феодальных разборок. Но не суть. А продвижению франков на полуостров мешали Великие леса Бретани, так что первые знакомства соседей состоялись только через век. 

Франция поначалу даже не имел никаких претензий на девичьи территории, тут беспардонной оказалась бретонка. С воинственным кличем, считая, что “так и надо”, Бретань отжала “исконно кельтские земли” (Ванн, Ренн, Нант). После этого идёт период многочисленных стычек. Бретань мило агрилась, француз же умилялся и иногда подлечивал синяки. Именно в этот момент зарождается бретонское самосознание, и, как не парадоксально, всё это благодаря Франции. Именно с его барской руки Бретань была признана королевством.

“Эриспоэ, сын Номиноэ, прибыл в Анже к Карлу и поклялся ему в верности, получив из его рук знаки королевского достоинства и признание за ним всех земель завоёванных его отцом, с графствами Реннским, Нантским и землёй Ретц”.

Казалось бы, вот всё для милого романтика. Бретань крепнет и богатеет, Франция между делом подкатывает, но тут вмешался третий…

Нет, нет, никаких пресловутых многоугольников, только мужицкие разборки. На дворе X век. Европейские государства грабят и вертят как хотят скандинавы. Франция, поняв, что дело пахнет жареным, заключает союз с норманнами. Северяне получают официальную жилплощадь и на сцену выходит Нормандия. 

Он с Бретанью особо церемониться не стал ( ну и что, что девушка), и дальше всё разворачивается в полное кровище- оппоненты бьют друг друга что есть мочи. Девушка сильно уменьшилась в размерах и с тех пор перестала быть королевством. Бретань охреневала. Но всё же кое-как норманнов удалось отбить. После Бретань восстановилась как герцогство,  после чего начинается Норманнское нашествие в Англии, в котором Бретань успела поучаствовать. Как ни странно, но воюя под началом Вильгельма Завоевателя, Бретань и Нормандия быстро сдружились и с гордостью считали друг друга “братом по оружию”. После длительного пребывания на Туманном Альбионе, Бретань попадает под влияние Англии. Как -никак, а старший брат. В итоге складывается любопытная ситуация: Англия находится под властью Нормандии, Нормандия же является вассалом Франции и Англия начинает претендовать на север французских земель, заимев Бретань в союзниках. 

 Настала очередь Франции охреневать.

Попытаюсь в общих красках рассказать о хэдах на мою любимицу-Бретань.  Если попросят описать её  в двух словах, то для этого есть очень подходящее словосочетание. “Горячая бабёнка”. Её нельзя назвать утончённой, элегантной или тонко чувствующей девушкой. Её натура груба, а кругозор узок. Она не получила хорошего образования, а весь её багаж знаний составляют лишь деревенские сказки и легенды (но, надо отдать должное, к своему фольклорному наследию она относится очень трепетно). Вкусы и пристрастия её тоже по-деревенски просты: пить сидр, плясать на фест-нозах и вырываться при первой возможности в море. Но есть одно очаровательное, что есть в Бретани. Это огонь её натуры. Веселье её  бесшабашное, а гнев жгуч и грозен, словно буря. Вообще в свой характер Бретань впитала в себя все черты моря. Чувства её сильны, сколько и переменчивы. Превосходит всё это лишь другая её отличительная черта-это ослиное упрямство. Зачастую именно им Бретань руководствовалась в своих решениях ,за что была бита. Но удивительно это качество преобразовывалось на поле битвы. Упрямство, горячее сердце и безграничная храбрость превращали простушку в достойнейшего из воинов.   Вообще именно рыцарство сыграло огромную роль в жизни Бретани. Заслужив большую славу, бретонские вояки часто играли большую роль в войнах соседних держав и в крестовых походах. Например, в Столетней войне (не смотря на де Монфоров, герцогов, навязанных Англией) Бретань воевала на стороне Франции, благодаря чему тот, несмотря на прошлые поражения в генеральных сражениях, смог достойно продолжать войну.  Они любили бой, как солдаты, и обожали убийство, как разбойники. 

 Бретань была как дикаркой, так и рыцарем.
