This sort of au has been done numerous times before by others, but an au where Alfred inadvertently ends up getting pranked by the fae and ends up back in 1100 A.D with a feral albeit equal aged Arthur who’s wondering about 

a) Where Alfred got his clothes to be that blue b) What’s on his face and c) Why is he simultaneously a threat and a source of familiarity?

And I’m thinking about how Arthur ends up needing to step in to make sure Alfred doesn’t kill himself on accident, because while the guy might be well-trained for hunting and self defense with a gun and hand to hand - Swords, staffs and archery just isn’t on the board of things he’s particularly skilled at fighting with.

Archery is his best bet, but I don’t see Arthur being particularly keen on sharing his bow and arrows, so Alfred ends up needing to learn how to make his own.

And since they have absolutely nothing to do besides woodworking, walking and talking with each other, there ensues a lot of talking, and I am rubbing my mischievous little hands together, because the possibilities for a strange father-son bonding on equal terms is ENDLESS.

Thoughts on Canon Universes: Part 1/5

Nationverse: The backbone of the whole series. This is what made the majority of us love the series and characters in the first place and it deserves all the appreciation. There's just so much versatility since it encompasses all of time. You can depict anything from history to modern day stuff, you can be serious with it or highlight humanity's silly moments, share culture, depict interesting trivia, etc.

Mochitalia: CURSED. In the best way.

Sweetalia: Apple Pie Prince Alfred looks adorable and I hope someone "eats" him.

Magical Strike: Magical girl Francis. Spoiled company president's son Alfred. Hardworking salaryman Arthur who has to tolerate both of their shenanigans. What's not to love? It has such high potential for shippiness, too. The bratty president's son keeps pestering Arthur for his attention and then Arthur puts him in his place. 👀 This is probably my favourite canon AU.

And i love the most that most people aren't afraid of changing up things, or even creating their own oc's. There's so much freedom to do whatever you want, and interpreter anyone however you like. There's such a good feeling to asking someone about their ideas about a thing, and read/listen to their perspective of it.

Like looking into the corner of someones mind, it feels like an invitation to your little home. Like *whoa*, i love what you did to this place! Please show me more.

The Elder Scrolls (Specifically Skyrim) AU

I apologize for the lack of activity, here have Skyrim AU Eduard, because my brain is a constant au engine for this man for years at this point and I've gotten hyperfixated on Skyrim H E L P M E

I've struggled a lot to draw recently, so it's actually rlly nice to be able to draw something for once.

I have been thinking about what all the NB8 would be in the au and what shenanigans they get into, like Fin being a Bosmer werebear and Lat a Breton master alchemist and enchanter. I don't know if I can squeeze for the motivation to draw them too, though.

For now you get my Bosmer/Dunmer (took some liberties for how hybrids work) werewolf man who maybe likes destruction magic a bit too much. God I have thought too much about this au.
