Hannah had spent the afternoon organizing the family attic, a task she had put off for far too long. Chan, her brother, had come home to Australia for a vacation, and she was eager to take a trip down memory lane. 

Dust motes danced in the beams of light streaming through the small window, and the scent of old books and forgotten memories surrounded her. 

As she rummaged through boxes filled with childhood trinkets, she stumbled upon a dusty old tape marked with her mother’s handwriting: Chan’s Baby Videos. Curiosity piqued, she grabbed a nearby VHS player and set it up, eager to find any embarrassing dirt on her brother. 

The screen flickered to life, and Hannah's heart swelled as the familiar sight of her younger self came into view. She was no older than five, her pigtails bouncing as she bounced around their living room, squealing with delight. 

The image of baby Channie appeared next, his chubby cheeks rosy and his big, innocent eyes wide with curiosity. “Hannah, don’t jump!” He looked frightened; treating his sister as if she was fragile and tiny. 

She remembered that day vividly; it had been a rainy afternoon, and their mother had decided to record the fun they were having indoors.

The footage showed Hannah crawling towards her brother, her giggles echoing in the room. “Look, Channie!” she exclaimed, her voice high-pitched and playful. “I’m gonna get you!” She lunged forward, and in an instant, the screen was filled with Chan's adorably surprised face as he let out a loud, gleeful squeal.

As Hannah watched, a wave of nostalgia washed over her. She could almost hear the laughter that had filled their home back then, the kind of laughter that could brighten the dreariest of days. 

On the tape, Hannah’s fingers wiggled towards Chan’s sides, and he immediately erupted into laughter, squirming helplessly as she tickled him, the air filled with an explosion of giggles that echoed throughout the room. 

Chan’s laughter was pure, unrestrained joy, a sound so infectious that it made Hannah smile even wider. He squirmed away, his little body wriggling helplessly as he shrieked “Nohohoho!! I cahahahan’t!!” He begged, his giggles spilling out uncontrollably. “HANNAHAHAHA PLEHEHEHEASE!!”

The camera jostled slightly as their mother laughed softly in the background, clearly amused by the sight of her two children. “Come on, Chan, just a little more! You can’t escape forever!” Little Hannah exclaimed, her voice bubbling over with delight.

“MOHOHOHOHMMYYYY!! HELP!” Baby Chan shrieked, his voice a mix of giggles and desperation. “Hahahannnahhh!! PLEHEHEASE STOHOHOHOP!!” He was rolling on the floor now, trying to evade her grasp, but Hannah was relentless. She had a determined gleam in her eye as she honed in on her target.

The video cut to a close-up of Chan’s face, scrunched up in laughter as he shrieked in desperation, “I’m gonna die!” Every time Hannah’s fingers danced over his ribs or under his arms, he erupted in fits of laughter that made Present-day Hannah’s heart soar. There was something so pure and innocent about the moment—two siblings lost in a world of joy and laughter.

Little Hannah on the tape watched as Chan’s little hands flailed, trying to push her away, but failing miserably. She was relentless, chasing him around the room, her laughter mixing with his. “Please, Hannah! I can’t breathe!” Chan squealed, face turning red from giggles. “Ihit tickles!!”

The video continued, capturing the essence of their playful bond—silly faces, unexpected hugs, and the joy that comes from being utterly carefree. Each time she tickled him, Chan’s laughter rang out like music, creating a symphony of happiness. Their mother’s soft voice interjected at times, filled with warmth and encouragement. 

Baby Channie squealed, his younger sister pulling his feet towards her with a surprising amount of strength, and present-day Hannah giggled to herself, already knowing what was about to happen. 

She remembered how evil she could be when it came to tickling Chan’s feet. His soles were ridiculously sensitive, and back then, she’d discovered every trick to drive him absolutely crazy.

On the screen, Little Hannah finally made her move. Her fingers skittered over the arch of Chan’s foot, and the reaction was immediate. 

Baby Chan let out the most adorable, high-pitched squeal, his body jolting off the floor as his foot jerked wildly in her lap. His hands flailed, desperately trying to grab at anything to pull himself free, but Little Hannah held him firm, her fingers continuing their relentless assault on his soft, ticklish soles.

“NOOOOOO! H-HANNAH, STOP! AHAHAHAHA! NOT MY FEEEEET!” Chan’s voice broke into hysterical cackles, his laughter so loud and unfiltered that it echoed through the house. His body twisted and squirmed on the floor, his small frame unable to handle the sheer intensity of the tickles.

But Little Hannah was relentless. Her fingers danced over the sensitive skin, wiggling and scribbling across every inch of his foot—his arches, his heels, his toes—nothing was safe from her attack. Baby Chan’s face scrunched up adorably, his eyes squeezed shut as tears of laughter began to gather in the corners of his eyes.

Present-day Hannah couldn’t stop laughing as she watched. She had completely forgotten how adorable her brother had been—his little face twisted with laughter, his chubby cheeks flushed pink, and his squeals so high-pitched they barely sounded human. 

It was cuteness overload, and she felt a sudden surge of affection and what could only be described as cuteness aggression. She just wanted to pinch his cheeks and hug him for being so unbearably adorable.

But the best part was yet to come.

In the video, Little Hannah paused for a moment, letting her Channie catch his breath. He lay there panting, his chest heaving as he gulped in air, his body trembling from the overwhelming tickles. His foot twitched in her lap, still extra sensitive from the assault.

“You okay, Channie?” Hannah asked sweetly, tilting her head to the side as if she was genuinely concerned.

Baby Chan nodded weakly, too out of breath to speak. His face was flushed, and his hair was sticking to his sweaty forehead, but there was still that faint grin on his lips.

Little Hannah smiled sweetly again, her hands resting innocently on his foot, giving no indication of what was coming next. “Good, ‘cause I’m not done yet!”

With that, she reached off-camera and pulled out the ultimate weapon—a tiny, pink, plastic hairbrush.

Present-day Hannah’s jaw dropped as she saw it. ‘No way. Did I really use that?’ But there it was, the hairbrush clutched tightly in Baby Hannah’s hand as she held it up triumphantly, the bristles gleaming in the light.

Tiny Channie screamed, his voice hitting a new level of panic as he saw what was coming. He tried to yank his foot free, but Little Hannah tightened her grip, her evil grin growing wider. “Time to tickle his feets!” She squealed in happiness. 

“Just a little bit, Channie. It won’t hurt. It’ll just tickle sooo much~” Little Hannah teased, her voice dripping with playful malice.

Then she pressed the bristles of the hairbrush against his sole and began to scrub.

The result was instant. Baby Chan shrieked, a sound so high-pitched and adorable it made present-day Hannah burst into giggles. His laughter turned frantic, almost silent, as the hairbrush worked over his sensitive skin. His body convulsed, his hands slapping the floor as if trying to ground himself, but it was no use. The brush was too much.

“NONONONO!! PLEHEEEEHEHEASE!! HAHAHANNAH I CAHAHAHHAAN’T!!” Poor Channie wailed, his voice cracking with desperation. His toes curled and uncurled, trying in vain to escape the relentless bristles of the hairbrush. His face was a mess of tears and laughter, and his poor little body was shaking uncontrollably from the intensity of it all.

But Little Hannah didn’t let up. She giggled to herself, the brush moving faster as she scrubbed up and down his soles, delighting in the way her brother dissolved into helpless giggles beneath her.

“You’re so ticklish, Channie!” she teased, her voice light and airy as if she hadn’t just driven him to the brink of madness.

Eventually, Little Hannah slowed down, letting Channie gasp for air as he lay there, utterly spent. His laughter turned into breathless giggles, his body limp and trembling, his foot still twitching in her lap.

Present-day Hannah sighed contentedly, pausing the tape and letting the silence fill the room for a moment. ‘That was... so cute.’ Her heart swelled with affection, and she couldn’t stop smiling. 

Chan, her poor, ticklish older brother, had been the absolute cutest back then. She couldn’t believe how much fun she’d had torturing his tiny feet, and now, the urge to see if he was still that ticklish was too tempting to resist.

With a grin on her face, she dashed down the hallway, eager to test her theory. She found Chan sprawled out on the couch again, headphones in his ears, completely unaware of her approach. ‘Perfect’, she thought.

Without hesitation, she grabbed his ankle and yanked his foot into her lap.

“Hannah…” Chan warned. He had had his fair share of tickle fights with the kids, and he knew what was coming, trying to yank his foot back with a frustrated squeal as she began to scribble over it, and he clamped his lips shut, shaking his head as his cheeks turned bright red. 

“Oh, trying to hold back on me, are ya?��� Hannah laughed, smiling at the way her brother kicked wildly but desperately shook his head. 

She inched her fingers to the inside of his feet. Chan’s words dissolved into instant laughter as her fingers dug into them, wiggling and scribbling in the exact spots she remembered from all those years ago. 

Déjà vu hit Channie like a freight train. 

His body jerked violently beneath her, but he was already trapped, unable to do anything but thrash helplessly as the tickling sent shockwaves of giggles bursting out of him. 

“NOHOHOHOO!! Nohohot agahahahahain!!” He squealed again, his laughter turning breathless as her fingers found their way to his arches, expertly scribbling and poking at his most sensitive spots.

But Hannah wasn’t about to stop. Not when she was having so much fun and definitely not when her older brother was reacting exactly the way he had when they were kids—squirming and squealing like a baby.

“You used to be so tiny!” Hannah giggled, her fingers dancing up his soles and to his heels, scribbling mercilessly. “And guess what? You’re still just as ticklish!”

Chan shrieked, his body convulsing as she hit his most sensitive spots. His face was already red from laughing so hard, and his legs kicked out behind him, but it was no use. Every time he tried to plead or beg, his words dissolved into incoherent giggles, just like when they were younger.

Hannah paused for a brief moment, letting him catch his breath. Chan lay limp beneath her, panting and gasping for air, his face flushed and his eyes squeezed shut as he tried to recover. For a moment, he thought it might be over. But then he heard her voice again, far too sweet to be trusted.

“Awwhh, Channie~” She cooed, “You look just like baby Chan from the video.”

Before he could even open his mouth to respond, her fingers were back, scribbling over his soles and arches with renewed vigor. Chan let out a strangled scream, his body jolting beneath her as his laughter exploded once again, uncontrollable and wild.

“N-NO!! AHAHAHA—HANNAH, STOP!! I-I CAN’T! AHAHAHA!!”

Chan was lost to his laughter, his body shaking with every touch, his breath coming in short gasps as he thrashed beneath her. He was completely at her mercy, just like in the old days, and the realization only made his giggles grow louder and more desperate.

“H-Hannah!” He sobbed through his laughter, his voice barely audible. “I-I’m DYHIHIHIHING! AHAHAHA—PLEASE!”

“Oh, don’t be so dramatic.” Hannah scoffed. “You’re not dying…but you look really close to being dead, so I’ll continue this later…”

After what felt like an eternity to Chan, she finally eased up, giving him one last, merciful break. Chan collapsed beneath her, panting heavily, his chest heaving as he gasped for air. His face was flushed, his eyes squeezed shut, and his entire body was trembling from the relentless tickling.

Hannah slid off his back and sat beside him, grinning down at the exhausted mess he’d become. Chan’s eyes fluttered open, still glazed with leftover giggles, and his cheeks were stained with tears of laughter.

“You...you’re evil…” He panted, his voice hoarse and weak from laughing so hard.

Hannah just smirked, leaning down to ruffle his damp hair. “Maybe. But you’re still just as cute as you were back then.”

Chan groaned, too exhausted to argue. His cheeks were flushed red, his tired eyes barely open, and a tired grin tugged at his lips. He looked up at her, his expression a mix of defeat and affection, and Hannah couldn’t help but feel a surge of fondness.

“You’re the worst…” He muttered, but the smile on his face gave him away.

“And you’re still my favorite tickle victim~” she teased, poking his side gently. Chan flinched but didn’t fight back this time, too worn out from the ordeal.

“I’m never letting you near those old tapes again.” He grumbled, closing his eyes with a soft huff.

Hannah just laughed. “We’ll see about that, Channie.”

When Carmen talked about a temp in a room and how Mikey could feel it then lean into it and manipulate it however he wanted. He did such a good job portraying that. I’d give anything for him to have just called Carmy when he was on that bridge and for him to have answered and for Carmy to change his mind. Oh my god I’m so- like oh my god? This show. I can’t.

EP7 ; Final Thoughts - Another good episode!! Very balanced which I like, the character centered episodes feel very heavy but I still love them. I'm just happy that we got a little bit of a second to breathe!! I think it’s cool how they’re doing the beef on the side, like so cool! I never thought of that as an option. Because it’s true the neighborhood would probably miss their local sandwich spot! I liked this episode a lot :) Carmy can go fuck this episode, though he’s in the dog house and I hope Syd leaves to teach him a lesson! (& it makes him realize he loves her!!!)

EP8 - “Ice Chips”

TB&HH is about to eat so hard so so hard oh I have so many ideas AAAA and I’m so in love w Richie even more then last season he is totally crushing on Jess. Oh my god syd needs to get out of the bear Carmy is actually killing her. He is doing to her what his boss did to him and that’s evil!!! Evil evil. Oh my god so many thoughts I have but wow just wow. I can’t most of all wait to read the rest of the fandoms thoughts WOW my fics are about to eat I’m so inspired ALSO SydCarmy fics are about to be so angsty and eeeeeaaaatttttt!! He is slowly killing his girl, also - him being able to say sorry to syd but not claire??? I’m mad that the Faks had so much screentime like they were funny sometimes sure, but waywaaay too much faks. Not enough Nat, not enough MARCUS!! The most powerful touching scene or at least most inspiring of the season for me was the one with carmy & his old boss the sack of shit, that scene is gonna propel tb&hh so farrrr also this whole season is going to! In order to wrap this up we had to fully understand why carmen is how he is, are you all catching my drift here? I cant wait for S4!!! I feel it that SydCarmy will happen, I know that chefkids will put it in to words because their brain is much bigger then mine - but wow wow and wow. Cuz one thing I wasn’t going to do was look up references 😅😂 emeto is one of those ‘love in concept, horrific in reality’ situations and I ironically really hate dealing with it in real life lol 😂. So! As far as if it *feels* and looks right we’ll just go by vibes for now. I don’t think I’ll draw it too often, but in this instance that moment was just so good I HAD to include it. All in all this was definitely a fun way to re experience your amazing writing!! And I can’t wait to read more! 🥰

Yes, I was also intrigued when I saw how op was working on a ShouheixYata fic! Like I know some bits and pieces of how they’d interact as friends, but as romantic partners? I’ve seen some EricxYata and and ChitosexYata, but never a ShouheixYata. I’m sooo curious cause Yata is terribly shy when it comes to romance, while Shouhei is charismatic and nicer than the other abc boys. Like is Shouhei going to be all flirty and try to charm him?? Does Yata develop a crush on Shouhei which he tries to hide but miserably fails at it??

And I do!! So to start off, I’ll be honest and say that I’m not really fond of romantic!banshou. Its weird cause i have other ships with similar dynamics, and i also adore both characters individually, but im not the biggest fan of them as a ship. I think its probably bc i dont like how its portrayed by the very few fans they have, and how a lot of things about shouhei, end up revolving around bandou’s inferiority complex towards him (which really sucks as a shouhei’s girl who wants to learn more about him).

But despite being in my y/n feels for shouhei, i do have a few ships for him! I don’t think it’s as obvious as it was when i first created this blog, but shouhei/eric is the closest to an otp i have for this fandom. Its probably bc theyre my top two faves, but i do think they have strong potential to be a sweet and interesting ship, and the few interactions they have are so cute 🥺 the fact that shouhei is the only person Eric refers to by their first name other than Anna 🥹🥹 (although i do think its probably cause everyone refers to shouhei by his first name lol. If im not wrong, i think eric refers to fuji by his last name despite being very close). I also do think they’d look really good together! Despite Eric being unkempt and not into fashion, he is objectively very good looking and i think his sharp and cool features are a good contrast against shouhei’s softer and warm features. I genuinely do think shouhei is the second person eric is comfortable with, after fujishima. I also ship shouhei with chitose and akiyama! I think i started shipping shouhei with chitose sometime last year and honestly? I think they’d be a fun and hot pair. I can’t really see them being them in a serious and committed relationship, but i do think they would probably hook up here and there (or even just be really good friends, since theyre pretty similar to each other except for some differences). Akiyama/Shouhei is always going to be that one opposites attract/enemies to lovers ship for me lol. I wish their fight scenes from s1 were longer, im so curious on what the dialogue would have been like.

Yata was my first ever fave character/crush when i first got into K back in 2012, but unfortunately that died out. But i do think ericxyata is such a cute and funny pair! I remember reading this really old fic on them in which yata learns english just so he can finally respond to eric’s taunts, only to have the story end with eric kissing him on the cheek 💞 i don’t remember being sold that quick on a ship like i did with that fic lmaoo. They’re like my second favorite pair, but theres sooooo little content on them :/ thats what i hate about k. Most content are on the popular/designated ships, you barely see anything on different pairings/dynamics. Yata and Kamamoto are seen as platonic for the most part, but i can see some potential for it to turn romantic! Kamamoto is a ride and die for yata. Like if theres ever a rare chance that yata decides to leave homra (unlikely, i know), i do feel like kamamoto would probably join him idk. the loyalty there is really strong. I think yata and chitose would be interesting since chitose is a playboy while yata is a virgin, but its probably gonna end with a nasty heartbreak on both sides 😬

naoya in the parking garage trying to flirt and failing so so miserably is so... truly incredible. in any other scenario it really would've been sweet and fairly good flirting but with the full context its so. he's really oblivious here.

HE'S JUST NOT GOING TO SAY ANYTHING?? like firstly y/n go OFF thats RIGHT fucking GET HIS ASS "don't fucking touch me" is completely appropriate-- but then also he just. he doesn't say anything. i was fully expecting it to come up again but he just doesn't??? can he just not process that without his entire psyche crumbling down around him or is he gonna bring that one up again later

the poor waitress. she deserved a 500% tip for dealing with them. poor lady. once again i understand why naoya is worried-- yeah, she hasn't eaten like all day! she probably looks pale and shaky as hell (this is because of you, naoya, but he wouldn't know that). totally understandable to try to insist she eats something- but there's just no way that him trying to force her to do anything is going to help at all.

also.. the zenin's would cancel his credit card/access to the bank account if he did something wrong? fucked up and pretty indicative he's on thin ice here too even though he's (undeniably) doing better than y/n. i'd imagine that's not helping put him in a good headspace for self-reflection if he knows straying too far from what his family approves of could mean losing a lot of personal freedoms (including the ability to even leave the estate, recalling what he said about replacing the car in chapter 29...)

When/How would our S/Is meet? How were first impressions?

Since she's been with Luffy since the beginning, they meet when my insert joins Luffy's crew, which issss after? Usopp? And before Loguetown. The Strawhats needed something repaired I don't remember the semantics because it's been a while and I NEVER write anything down like an IDIOT but I digress. They come across the blacksmith who looks absolutely MISERABLE and when he hears their plight he's like "Yeah. I can do that. Wait, are you guys pirates?" And of course, Luffy's like "YEAH!" and then he leans in and is like "Are you going to the Grand Line?" and then plot happens and they rescue him from the island. I think Toto would be especially sensitive to his plight of being trapped there with no memory of where he came from and being taken advantage of by the islanders, so she'd be rightfully furious. When he'd have second thoughts about leaving, she'd probably give him what for and verbally inspire him to go on with his plan. And he would appreciate it SO much, like "Yeah, you're right! (ง'̀-'́)ง" And then probably thank her later for the kick in the ass lmao.

I think they'd bond really well on the not knowing where they came from at first. And Toto would probably tease him for his obvious crush on Zoro lol. When his character arc post-grand line comes into play where he's actually the "daughter" of a cruel noble that runs the island, she'd play a major part in rescuing him. When his family plays nice and good at the beginning she'd DEFINITELY know something was up. And then afterward he'd be super grateful to her and go out of his way later to thank her personally for giving him the courage to stand up to his family. ANYWAY, I think they'd be really good friends! Toto would probably be a little protective of him, I think.

Their dynamic as kids was the same too that's so cute!!!
