aside from Bailfalse I think Hershell Proctor has my second favorite tvog chairman design hehe. Actually desided to go full on librarian / ancient mage wizard look. Which makes sense since he's in charge of the Ministry of Education, and a psychic. Did I tell you guys that?

Anyways I'm actually proud with this colorscheme now so, few more chairmen to go through

If Hershell Panzer ever met Hershell Proctor the first thing he'd do is confirm if this is the right person (& of course Proctor would start gloating that he is the one and only brain genius ever.) then proceed to wallop his evil doppelganger into the atmosphere before going to Johnny Proctor and then adopting the poor kid.

Then he goes home and is like "Hey Johnny, you have a twin now." And Johnny Panzer is just like 👍

Johnny Proctor is so very very confused as to why his father has been beaten up (though he does feel catharsis for that) and why he's been taken into a home that feels so safe and lovely despite the brute that is Hershell Panzer. But he's given so much comfort he never knew of and also being taken care of so so sweetly that he just accepts it for as long as it lasts. It's not that different from foster care

idc if the Panzer family isnt actualyl that gentle but for ME!!!!! Johnny Proc needs a break that isnt from his bones.

In the hv au, June Julying is honestly kind of a jerk. I haven't developed her much, but in terms of personality she's not really the nicest coworker. She also fears Hershell Proctor's position as chairman

I mention this cuz hehe :] I read Herald's personality again and thought about how they'd be siblings. June and Herald probably snarked at eachother alot growing up.... Also, maybe first I wanna know which ministry of the TVOG would he and Nikolai work at?

Also consider them getting paired for Ministry of Education jobs: Stealing historical library books that could potentially reveal the TVOG's true nature? Nooo, that's not what they're doing! They're simply taking the books to store in the TVOG archive for safe keeping! Forever unavailable to read :)

I think to understand Herald i should do a little synopsis on who is Harold, first of all if iirc Hershell Proctor is the hv version of Major Panzer so thats SO FUN. In my lore, June July is in Panzer's division and she for a time gets sent to Galeforce's division and base where she spends time with Harold and well, has a deep friendship with Calvin Bukowski (platonic!!!!). This being said, who is Harold, he is another random engineer who works alongise the engineering department of the govt (Where you find well, Andrew Cobbler! the Big Boy Engineer :D and Dijonle!). Harold has helped in the making of Big Boy but he suffered a big accident :(, they didnt check very well a rope and one part of big boy fell over him causing my boy to lose the movility of his legs. He almost didnt make it out alive, and June and Major Panzer were checking on his condition as same as my govt doctor twins. These twins are also from the engineering department! working in what is biomechanical/biomedical engineering, while Harold was in process of staying alive, the doc twins and Andrew helped with making a new equipment. It took lot of time but this equipment allows Harold to be able to walk (Very slowly) for small periods of time! is connected to his spine, it works like uh, another spine lmao.

Even tho, Harold got left a bit behind in working, mostly left alone he's always smiled towards others, he feels bored! he can't do much but he at least does something, designing blueprints, systems work and so on. He's really a good man, a real man, he wouldnt think twice in helping a toppat if they were really in danger, Harold has no enemies, he doesnt judge anyone. You can be a criminal but if you truly show Harold you've got a heart and want to redeem, he will lend you a hand. He's also trans! He was able to transitioning but he doesnt have enough money for top surgery so he uses a binder (I hc that he and June are just two sibligns living alone depending on each other! they don't have much money and Harold's priority is seeing his sister smile, he can wait, but his little sister means more than anything)

SO. (The) Herald Julying, hes THE OPPOSITE! not totally, but Herald thinks his accident was done on purpose because i think he wasnt the best worker at the tgovt, maybe actually questioned a lot what they were doing (whatever is equal to Engineering in the ministers is where Herald is gonna be! or just, the same Minister as HV! Andrew Cobbler and HV! Dijonle), and maybe angered the chairmen ^^ who knows. Even tho, i like he and June snarking a lot at each other!, maybe they fight a lot, but maybe thats their new dynamic, i usually write Harold and June being really caring siblings, so Herald and June Julying can be the opposite but they still care about each other. Compared to Harold, who has 0 romance experience (aroace spectrum, Herald has had thousand of ex's! and actually his design comes from young Harol'd design, specially his partying outfit, they share the same tatoo! I FORGOT ADDING, they also share the same eye scar! i didnt draw it cuz im dumb. Anyways, Herald is very troublesome! He gets into fights and angers easily because his paranoia won't let him breathe in peace, he will always think they caused his accident on purpose, now he's sitting on a stupid wheelchair unable to do much, kind of a punishment. Harold when he realized he couldnt walk without using an equipment, he was like ''Damn, anyways, how's everyone doing''. Herald instead, he feels hes prob angered tgovt, i think he'll still use his equipment but maybe it'll be a bit broken so he would fall manytimes, but Nikolai now is 24/7 at his side! (Lewis just visited Harold from time to time), He's gonna take care of Herald until they can escape.

And Herald even if his siblinghood with June is not the best or ends being not the best, he'll still care for her^^ Herald can be really a bitch, a troublesome guy, angry, doesnt trust on anyone, but thats his sister, dont take her away from him. Also Herald wouldnt lend his hand to anyone, he helps! but he also judges a lot, and it'll be more difficul to convince him to help the real good guys (One thing is escaping, another thing is knowing who the real guys are)

Also Nikolai works prob, in the Minitry of Defense or that! he doesnt work on the same department as Herald :3, their counterparts worked on different things, Lewis was a kind of sub-captain who watched over others soldiers. But with how Nikolai is, i think the Ministry of Defense fits him completely, he'll still sneak and run to visit Herald everyday o//

And I've actually imagined Herald working mostly to design weird stuff for the chairmen cuz thats what he does, maybe he designs guns for Victoria Grin :D, but he's mostly everywhere, and he can also if asked erase any evidence that can demolish the tgovt 'fake heroism' from internet or whatever, hes good at any systems as i said ^^[Herald is a nerd just like Harold, he will probably be thinking many years ahead, or he just has deep adhd now who knows idk (And would totally help June stealing books, hes on a wheelchair but dont challenge him, Herald dislikes getting called useless)

#243 "The kids. They ambushed me."

What to expect: The prison Rick and his group took over was never demolished in a War. The Governor never happened, but they do take in people from Woodbury or wherever should they want to go there. When Alicia left her mother and brother, she left for good. She wandered whichever way the wind blew and ended up near the Georgia Prison that Rick and his crew took over. They took her in and she's a beloved member of the Prison Community.

Author's Note: I know it's highly unlikely Alicia and Madison would end up anywhere near one another again, but lets pretend good things happen for this family once in their lives.

Alicia's in and out of sleep in her cell, the entire cell block nice and peaceful before the sun rises. But even after being behind concrete walls and several fences surrounding said concrete walls for a little over a year now, Alicia still finds herself on edge when it gets too quiet.

Nearly muted footfalls alert her to someone approaching and given Alicia is not alone in her cell, she grips the dagger hidden beneath her pillow tight in one hand. As the figure stops in the doorway she starts to sit up slowly, but Daryl's gruff voice halts her. "Easy, 'licia. S'just me."

She sighs softly and glances over at the slumbering toddler on the mattress situated on the floor to make sure she's still asleep. "Dammit, Dixon. You need a bell."

"That would defeat the purpose, dumbass." Alicia huffs a quiet laugh. "Rick and I are takin' a group out. He wants to know if you're good to help Beth with the kids? Maggie will be tendin' to the crops, so Beth needs the help."

"Yeah. The kids actually like me, so it's no big deal."

Daryl nods before gesturing to Judith. "She givin' Beth problems?"

"Nah." Alicia lays back down, getting comfortable after stretching. "I could tell Beth was ready to drop last night and Judith was wide awake. I brought her in here to play and she fell asleep."

"Alright." Daryl then pushes himself off the doorway. "Still got 'bout an hour of dark. Get some sleep, kid."

"Mhm. Bring me back something fun, Dixon."

"We'll see."

Alicia grins at his mumbled reply, her body relaxing once more the second the cell block goes quiet. If she was on babysitting duty with Beth today, she was gonna need all the rest she could get.

Around mid-day all Alicia wants is a cold shower. She and Beth have been taking turns keeping all the older kids occupied, and keeping them occupied meant running them ragged outside underneath the overbearing sun. It sounds cruel, but getting them tired early on meant they had an early bedtime which the other adults greatly appreciated. And she still got a bit of a reprieve when she would have Judith since the toddler was still too young to be under the sun for long, but the work was tiresome nonetheless.

"Hey, Alicia," Beth grins as she approaches with a dozing Judith on her hip. "Rick's called a Council meeting in the enclosed courtyard. We have a new recruit."

"Oh, thank god," she groans in response. Wiping the sweat from her brow, Alicia flashes Beth a tired smile. "Good luck with the little rascals. We were playing hide-n-seek, but I was being lazy in the seeking part."

"I can tell," Beth chuckles. "Carol's made them a snack, so I'll be taking them in to wash up. Maggie's showing the new girl to the showers so she'll be comfortable when you guys give her the run down of how everything works around here."

"Alright. See you later, Beth."

The blonde girl nods in response, she then walking back the way she'd come. Alicia takes off towards the courtyard, wondering who it is the group had brought back. It was rare that they brought anyone back, what with Rick and Daryl being cautious of who they let in because of all the women and children that had drifted over from the other community nearby. Alicia herself had been one of the lucky ones, her state of mind not too far gone like others they'd run into.

And with Alicia's rather strategic mind and helpful observations about the layout of the prison yard, Rick and Hershel had made room in their council to add Alicia. It was something that others had been surprised about given how new Alicia was to them, but after seeing her in action they then realized why Rick and Hershel were quickly attached to the girl.

Alicia's reminiscing about how she won the others over when she's knocked from her thoughts by something hitting her in the stomach. When she glances down in surprise all she sees is dirt clinging to her shirt and then she's hit again in her shoulder and leg.

Gasping and darting a look around to whoever's attacking her with balls of soil, Alicia finds a few of the kids snickering as they run back and forth for coverage before launching more ammunition at her.

"You little jerks!" She yells out which causes a few of the nearby adults to laugh. "I'm busy right now, but when I'm free.. it is so on." The children whoop in delight before Beth appears around the corner, she scolding the kids and ordering them inside to clean up.

When Beth spots Alicia covered in dirt, she does her best to smother her amusement but Alicia still sees it. Alicia waves her off before continuing on to where she's needed and when she gets there everyone stares at the state in which she's in. Glenn, Hershel, Carol and Rick all look rather amused. Michonne and Sasha are smirking openly, and Daryl huffs in amusement as he walks up to her and knocks a clump of dirt from her hair.

"The kids. They ambushed me," she explains.

The entire group starts to chuckle, and Sasha and Carol make room for her to sit at the table when she nears it. But before Alicia can even take a seat, she freezes when a new voice calls out her name.

"Alicia?"

Everyone's smile vanishes as they turn to the new voice and Alicia's gaze locks in on a face she hasn't seen in a long time. Eyes widening, Alicia gapes momentarily before she finds her voice. "Mom?!"

Several of the group gasp in surprise as the two women stare at one another in shock. But then Alicia and Madison Clark are moving without thought, the two women colliding as they wrap their arms around one another. Madison is still the blonde beauty Alicia remembers her mother being, but she can see the toll the new world has taken on her mother what with her ill-fitting clothes.

"How did you end up way over here?" Alicia asks. "I thought the plan was to make a home at the water dam!?"

"Victor sold us out to the Proctors," Madison mutters.

"'Course he did."

"He tried to make it right, but your brother was the reason we ended up getting away."

Alicia pulls out of the hug. "Nick! He's here too? Where is-"

"Leesh," Madison says, shaking her head. "Your brother didn't make it." Alicia's smile falls and her eyes start to tear up, but she sniffs once and reigns it in. "The Proctors weren't going to let us live, so we lined the bottom of the dam with C4 as a last stand. Nick bargained for me and Victor to get out of there, but the Proctors called Nick's bluff and attacked him. He blew the dam too soon and our boat got sucked in. Only I survived. I'm sorry."

"So stupid," Alicia mumbles.

Madison's still holding onto Alicia's arms and staring at her as if she's going to disappear, but Alicia turns her attention elsewhere and puts her brother's demise to the back of her mind for the time being. Everyone is watching them with rapt attention.

"Where did you guys even find her?" She asks.

"Back of a store," Daryl tells her. "If I hadn't been searching for those damn Uno cards," he says, huffing a laugh, "I wouldn't have found her."

Rick groans. "That's what you were looking for? If it evolves into another screaming match, I'll burn this deck too."

"Maggie's a menace with those draw fours," Alica mumbles in defense.

The group all chuckle and Madison openly laughs, she pulling her daughter into yet another hug. "Oh, baby. You always were a sore loser."

No one says anything as mother and daughter reunite, the whole group already knowing the reason Alicia left in the first place. But they also know that Alicia missed her family and friends dearly, so they don't hold it against her that she's clinging to the mother she once blamed for leaving in the first place.

But the moment is soon broken when Madison pulls away, frowning as she plucks a few blades of grass from her daughter's hair. "Uh, Leesh? Why are you covered in dirt? You know they have showers here, right?"

Daryl, who's closest to them, snorts and Alicia groans. "Not now, Mom. Lets just enjoy this for a little while longer." Madison opens her mouth to reply, but Alicia pulls her mother into yet another hug and just relishes in the fact that her mother is there.

TVOGXART corporation, what the heck is it (a master post)

TVOGXART (The Vice Overruling Guardian Axis of Alliance Reverant Territories) corp. are globally known as being the best of the best when it comes to world development milestones that uses funds generated from each ministry's operations to make the world a better place. Most notable are its progress towards enviromental/land conservation. Even it's offices within the areas are built to accomodate for the land.

This however, is all a front. TVOG corp is a THE largest underground crime syndicate that currently rules over a majority of the entire world's fair trade market and societal operations.

They control the whole crime world, kind of like a pyramid of shady business chains, it all links back to The TVOG. They are a crime organization that literally organizes crime.

The Ministry of Order, ruled by Captain Bailfalse, is located where the GOVT (in the orignal thsc universe) stationed their army. Only this time, there are huge office buildings and foundations are built around the landscape of the tropical forest. Capt. Bailfalse may be a crime lord but he was very honest about actually conserving the enviroment. Though that virtue isn't shared amongst the other chairmen.

Btw on top of being a politely cold evil man ceo he is also VERY SILLY when being with his personal henchman, Charles Rebelivin... Who wishes his boss would act more serious whenever they're together

🎧Charles Rebelivin - Director in management (Ministry of Order)

"The first thing a new recruit at The Ministry of Order is told by other TVOG employees that they can always ask Mr. Rebelivin for help. The second thing theyre told is that they cannot always ask Mr. Rebelivin for bathroom breaks"

Color Motif: Primarily Red, with bits of The TVOG's turquoise green

To me, an opposite Charles Calvin is someone who just hates their fucking job lmao. This guy is not at all laid back, or enjoys jokes, or buffoonery. He has to be the one who schedules and organizes everything in the Ministry of Order so that operations run smoothly and cleanly as possible. He genuinely WANTS to be a good director for the employees. They know that too. Its just that he's learned to be better at controlling people rather than connecting with them. At the start of the hv au story, he's "content" being alone.

Charles R is 30 years old by the time the hv au takes place. He USED to be the youngest employee at the TVOGXART, but that was a title given to him like. 5+ years ago. He's been working here for a while, he doesn't care for it anymore and finds the title insulting. He expects the best from his employees. And expects the best from himself. Very loyal to his position as The Captain's henchman, and a complete workaholic. Could kill a guy if The Captain told him too, and his only form of questioning is asking how he shall do it. Acts as his guard dog that The Captain smothers, much to his annoyance. Je protects his boss regardless and scares the other chairmen. Is also very formal with titles, usually referring to people by their surname and position of power. Is prone to using terms such as "The Captain, captain, sir" when talking to Bailfalse. Has used words such as "Greatest" sarcastically, and "buddy, pal" passive agressively, usually on Henry V (though eventually, the whole buddy thing becomes genuine as they develop their friendship. Still going to be grump no matter what though but affectionate ok). Also expect to see less of greatest plan inverses, and more just so Charles learning how to be a decent friend within the Trio-V. It's awesome ghrhrg I can't wait to share them :)

👑Captain Hubert Bailfalse (Ministry of Order)

"A smooth talking salesman that has climbed up the social economic ladder to take control over all operations in the whole world. He believes in the value of good work ethic and polite ettiquettes."

Hedonist. Plant motif: venus flytrap

He's a silly guy I love him. He inverses Galeforce being serious but considerate and honest general, with Bailfalse being a relaxed but devious and convicing CEO. Though take note: he is the only chairman amongst the rest to not have come from a well-off or rich family.

He also doesn't carry Galeforce's trope of being a "father to his men." Sees his employees as expendable numbers. But not to the level of mistreatment like with the other charimen. He pays them, hes pateint, offers them dental plans, and makes sure they'll be able to perform efficiently for the whole period they work for him. And that's as much care as he's willing to put for anybody else other than pleassure for himself.

...Except for Charles. He cares alot for Charles. And he's not subtle about it too. As his personal henchman for the longest time, he's prone to using titles such as "My boy, Charlie, sport" when talking to him. Much to Charles' own annoyance. They're literally competent henchman + silly hammy villain (with a dose of terrifying if the situation came down to it). He likes to spoil the director with riches and gifts for all the work he's done for The TVOG, even though Charles doesn't want them.

He is married to Hans Nonayme and they are literalllyyyy evil old man yaoi. augh im obsessed with them. They nuzzle eachothers mustaches and it makes them smile :) Even in public. Which adds to Charles' embarrasment to have them as his bosses. He is also DIVORCED To Dr. Dimitri J. Pavlov. But I'll talk abt that another time.

👁️Chairman Hans Nonayme (Ministry of Privacy)

All-watching. Plant motif: Oriental Bittersweet

He manages the cameras. All of them. Everywhere, and all at once. He's very giddy about it and enjoys the surveliance he has over every part of the world. The Ministry of Privacy was meant to protect people's identities and personal information, and yet Hans knows a little too much about everybody, no matter who you ask about. I'm sure he has employees that also monitor the cameras, but rn I've mainly just been visualizing him doing it lone.

His cameras are meant to look like both flowers and the berries on a Orteinal Bittersweet vine, a type of invasive plant. These things are creeping EVERYWHERE in the hv au universe if you look for them. The Cowwoy Posse take great meassures to destroy the cameras if spotted. They don't make themselves known. However, if any TVOG employee (mainly Charles) sees them, their lenses blink rapidly in sucession. Which is Hans' own cheeky way of giggling at them. He does this in real life too with his own eyes. He's so weird, I love him alot.

He's actually based off guy from the original THSC legacy edition. I always thought it was creepy how the GOVT had a whole spy camera inside of Stickmin's computer just watching his activity, and then had the guy stationed outside his home. I thought that was kinda interesting and just exaggerated his character from there. And made him gay and evil, cuz I can

💥Chairman Victoria Grin (Ministry of Peace)

Violent. Plant motif: Lily of The Valley

Oh she's messed up in the head. I like to believe that Victoria Grit is, while rough and tempered, is at least not malevolent and going out of her way to cause pure violence like Victoria Grin does. So there's that. Grin is also completely unreasoanble and pretty immature. The chairman also dreses very fancy but isn't afraid to throw herself into a fight if she's bored with all the meeting and agreements and treaties she has to do amongst the other crime syndicates and blah blah blah SHES BOREDD she wants to pull out her Peacemaker (A giant Fucking bazooka) and threaten people to sign their names on the forms already so she can go back to the more action stuff like beating up those pesky goody two-shoes cowboys getting on her nerves.

Hubert can't stand how immpatient and unnessarily blood thirsty she can be, though admires her for at least being able to establish the connections The TVOG has with other factions, both in crime related operations or just regular business stuff. It helps to strengthen the grasp they have over the world. Known as "Vicky" amongst the other chairmen. She likes to kiss Hydia Stash, and are evil little girlfriends together. She makes jokes about swinging with Hershell Proctor's wife Mrs. Proctor to peeve him. And she loves bullying HJ Carterbunny

🐇Chairman H.J Carterbunny (Ministry of Security)

Cowardly. Plant motif: Jumping Cactus

To say he's in charge of the Ministry of Security would be putting his leadership skills too high of a pedestal.

Hj is so pathetic. so very very pathetic. He is scared at the slightest things and his immediate instinct is to run away as far from the danger and wait until its gone. Or barricade himself somewhere. Which is why he's so efficient at the Ministry of Security, he's really just listing all the worst case scenario someone could break in. And his employees, while very tired and skeptical, add it anyways. Most of the time he doesnt trust that they did it well enough and try to add MORE security protocols, which only make them weaker as a whole.

If their defences are breached, Hj just ditches his employees to self-preserve himself, and puts the failure on them before taking responsibility as their chairman. He never considers himself as a a factor for his hubris. And so they all hate Hj in their own little ways <3 because he self sabotages their work and also because he regularly abandons them if they get attacked.

Just to ramble: One time Regal Bronzeage, local superhero, managed to fight all five of the employees all at once. And when he was ready to fight their chairman, he found that the guy had already left. not even in like a vechile he's just hiding in a tiny supply closet hoping nobody finds him

He has a brother who works in the Police Force Enforcement Force, Warden Roland Carterbunny. Roland is probably the one who made Hj so paranoid in the first place, and his psyche just got worse from there. He got bullied alot by him when they were kids, and Hj is the eldest one here. He might not even be that old, it's just that he was stressed so fucking much that all his hair turned grey when he turned 20.

Just to ramble: Dr Dimitri honestly pities the guy, even though he's literally a TVOG chairman. He just wants to sit this guy down and go into detail on how to properly handle his over abundance of anxiety. Cuz all day all the time none of the chairmen or most of his own employees (Aside form Gordon) care enough to actually handle his stress in a healthy sort of way. But he'll never get the chance because they're on opposing sides, and Hj doesn't trust anyone enough to let them do anything to him.

He could have turned out pretty fine, if still riddled with anxiety like everybody else. If it weren't for the literal fact that all his colleages are TERRIBLE and his own brother being absolutely terrible to him, whether enabling or belitting him.

💸Chairman Hydia Stash (Ministry of Wealth)

Greedy. Plant motif: Sun Pitcher Plant

She loves being rich. That's it. That's the whole bio.

Jk, she takes it to the extreme. It doesn't matter what she has in her vaults, whether it be dollars, gold coins, gems even. It's not enough. She needs, MORE valauble things. And I'm talking the most insanely scalped items. Beanie babies, Funko pops, houses, land. She needs EVERYTHING.

The Ministry of Wealth is actually meant to help distribute funds across all operations, both inside The TVOG and to other affilated factions. They also work to account for funds and general ledging of their budget. Her plant motif of a pitcher plant symbolizes how ever consuming she can be.

Hydia is the worst to have as a chairman honestly. Cannot be expected to always pay her employees. She's quick to irritate and quicker to throw a tantrum about it. She also likes kissing Victoria.

In the hv au lore, Reginald Bronzepants is a journalist for the Cowwoy Posse who worked with Lt. HRM to help publish their investigations together, busting various crime syndicates. And well, everything links back to The TVOG. Hydia HATED this drop in revenue she was losing (it was 15 dollars) from her billion dollar generating Ministry. And so, without The Captain's permission, she enacts an unauthorized assassination of Reginald Bronzepants. Just to ease her worries. Surely this won't bite her in the ass later. Surely he won't come back as an electricity-wielding, local superhero, will he?

🧠Chairman Hershell Proctor (Ministry of Education)

Ok to explain real quick, I inversed Hershell Panzer's roll of being a brute so that Hershell Proctor could be the brains. He has thrown himself into every field of study imaginable and has excelled in every course, which in his (super huge) mind, makes him a well respectable genius. He's firm in his belief that his intelligence makes him better than everybody else. He doesn't do anything to share his knowledge or teach them to others, he wants to hoard it for himself. No one else is allowed to be as smart as him

Oh, but don't think that being an iverse for physical strength automatically makes him weaker. What he lacks in any arm and torso muscles, he has an inner working system in his brain full of so many studies and so many wrinkles. I won't explain the full extent of his mental powers, but just know that it does involve psychic abilities :)

The Ministry of Education controls the information that's permitted to be shared across the world. There's some information that The TVOG keep hidden (sometimes their own secrets or an external entity) inside the Ministry of Education's archives, guarded by Dave Pampalooza. They front as an education system that protects the sacrecy of accessible knowledge.

Does not have the best relationship with his family. And has so much seething rage towards what Hubert has and what he doesn't. Caused a certain.....incident, to prove he's the smartest of all.

Chrm. Carterbunny only has 5 employees cuz if he has to maange more than 5 he Gets Scared. They ensure all TVOG owned and affiliated security protocals are working as intended. Scott McCoolsvile - Tax accountant (Ministry of Wealth)

Coolest fucking guy here. He's so awesome and the best at his job. He helps his fellow colleages in his office and the employees over at Ministry of Order whenever he visits. Everyone cheers and claps when he visits. They all love him and says he has the best name (Not Charles R though, he hates that guy. Totally). He works in accounting

Johnny Proctor (Police Force Enforcement Force)

Has seen better days when his friends Dave Pampalooza and Rupert Phred were still around. After Dave was sent to the Ministry of Education to work as a TVOG employee, and Rupert quitting a week later, a certain.....Incident. Happened. The Pampalooza Incident involving new re-education methods with Hershell Proctor. Johnny has cut off all contact with his father after that. - Will be talked about in seperate post
