Hero villain drabble
Suicidal hero my beloved <3
“This is the part where you beg,” Villain said with a wicked grin on their face.
Hero’s head fell forward, their eyes closed. “Just do it,” they whispered, tears streaming down their face. “Please. Please.”
Hero grabbed Villain’s wrist with the knife in it and brought it closer to their throat until it drew blood. “Please, please, please.”
Villain frowned, a million emotions passing across their stormy eyes. They wanted Hero to beg for their life. They didn’t expect the great Hero to beg for death. Villain pulled away. Without them supporting Hero’s weight, Hero slid down the brickwork, drawing their knees into their chest.
Villain pulled out their phone. “I’ll call an ambulance,” they muttered, but as soon as they said that wild, frightened eyes widened, grabbing their attention.
“No, please! Please. If you don’t kill me they will, please! Please!” Hero wailed, scrambling over and grabbing Villain’s leg, pulling at the fabric. “Please! You— you said if I begged, you would— you’d—”
Villain stared as their nemesis dissolved into sobs, unaware of how to comfort someone that was begging to be killed by your hand. In a split second, Villain made a snap decision, pocketing their phone.
They crouched and grabbed Hero by the hair, yanking them off of Villain. Hero hissed out in pain but didn’t fight. They didn’t struggle.
“I will kill you, Hero,” Villain said, and the relief that flooded Hero was disconcerting. “But not here. I want it to be public. Planned. I want to make sure everyone knows who destroyed the great Hero.”
Hero started trembling in Villain’s grasp. Good. It was working. Villain grabbed Hero’s chin and yanked them close. “So you’re coming with me.”
Hero’s wet eyes widened to the size of saucers as Villain scooped them up and carried them to Villain’s car. “Are you going to behave or do I need to throw you in the boot?”
Hero sniffed, snuggling into Villain’s chest. “I’ll be-behave.”
Villain put them in the backseat. Hero curled up into a ball, facing the fabric of the seat and even from the window Villain could see them sobbing again. They walked around to the boot and called Butler.
“Master Villain.”
“Hello, Butler. I need another room made up for tonight, we will be having a guest stay with us for a while.”
“Of course. How long?”
Villain looked back at the defeated Hero in their backseat. “Until they get back on their feet.”
“Unusually magnanimous of you, Master.”
“Yes,” Villain agreed, disconcerted. “It is.”
“I will have everything prepared before you arrive.”
“Thank you, Butler.”
Villain walked to the driver’s seat, their mind racing at a million miles an hour. They couldn’t kill Hero like this, it was pathetic. As if they just rescued a puppy to abuse it. No, Villain had a thing for strays, so when Hero was ready to tell Villain who abused them, well, they’d better prepare for a whole world of hurt.

yandere hero x gn reader x yandere villain
"I love you."
"More than this country?"
"...I'm sorry."
You had expected this. Really. I mean, it would only be right for one person to die if it meant the lives of everyone else! Thus it would only make sense for a hero to sacrifice that one person, even if it was his lover. He couldn't be selfish, no. He had to place priority on everyone else. After all, that was the way of the hero.
Besides, there was a saying that a hero would sacrifice you for the rest of the world. You should've known better.
Yet you couldn't help but wish he would forget about his title of a hero just for a second.
You know how much being a hero was to him, you really do! Why else would you patiently wait for him to come home everyday to patch up his wounds? Why would you encourage him whenever he felt like a shitty hero? Why would you do what you did if you didn't understand? You loved him wholeheartedly, even if he didn't reciprocate it much.
However, it felt like you had made a mistake by choosing him as your lover. You should've left him when you had the chance. Caring more about the lives of civilians, he had stood you up on multiple occasions just for the sake of justice. You get it, you do! He's a hero, he's meant to help others. You can't be selfish and get mad at him when he's doing his job and not wasting time on a date with you! You tried to be accomodating. Tried to be understanding.
But he was still your lover.
He should've at least tried to make an effort. Not everything was meant to be about saving others when your relationship was on the verge of breaking. Yet you had never once gotten mad at him for his lack of attention and love, for you loved him with all your heart.
You tried to be delusional, that he would at least treasure you enough to not give you away to anyone else. If he didn't spend much time with you, so what? At least he wouldn't give you away! I mean, he did say that he would never allow anyone else to have you. He would at least honour that promise, right?
Wrong. He gave you up only after a minute of pondering. Oh... Your poor heart. Your poor, poor heart... You couldn't fathom what he had did, not in the slightest. Maybe it was a mistake? A slip of his tongue? You looked at him for comfort only to realise that he had meant what he had said. His guilty and crestfallen look was more than enough to tell you he had truly meant it. That he meant to gave you away.
You were absolutely heartbroken, devastated at the revelation. Clawing at his chest, screaming at him to take back his words, yet to no avail as he avoided your gaze. You felt more than betrayed by him.
You tried to understand his thoughts, his point of view. It was a rational decision. The world known villain had just threatened to blow up the country if he didn't hand his lover over. It was the right decision. But you just wished he had done anything to fight against the villain's demand. He was a hero after all and you were a civilian! He was supposed to protect you!
So why did he give you up so easily?
That, you could not understand. So all you could do was beg for him to reconsider. To hear him tell you that it was just a joke and that he would beat up the villain. Just like what he used to do. But nothing came from him. Only the quiet silence of someone who had already made up their mind.
"Well I guess I'll be taking you now darling~"
The villain suddenly chimed in as he tried to pull you away from the hero. His cold fingers gently tracing your bare shoulders sent shivers up your spine. You shook your head, still clinging onto your beloved hero's shirt as you wept and screamed at him to do something.
But nothing came.
"Please-?! Don't give me away! Don't you love me?!"
"I do... I really do love you."
"Then why are you giving me away so easily?! Is... Is this country more important than me?!"
No response.
You wept harder as you hit his chest, screaming at him to try and protect you against the villain who was amused at the sight before him. He retracted his cold hands from your shoulders, instead putting them in his pants pockets as he hummed softly.
"I'm sorry."
Your breath hitched as your lover softly pried your hands off his shirt. His shaky hands gently holding yours as his lower lip trembled. You could only stare in shock and hurt as he slowly handed you over, looking up at the villain in shame.
You wanted to laugh, you really did. But all you could muster was soft weeping as the villain gently cradled you in his embrace. You wanted to push him away, to curse at him and run back to the arms of your lover. But was it all worth it? The hero had already showed no intention of resisting the villain's demand.
You stared up at the villain with teary eyes, flinching at his touch as he stroked your face tenderly. Yet you couldn't help but lean into his oddly comforting touch that soothed you.
"What a shitty lover he is. Hah! Don't worry baby, I'll never do something like that to you~"
He cooed, looking at you like you were the only thing in the world. This... You had never seen such a look from the hero. Even when he claimed to love you, that you were the only person in his heart.
Your heart skipped a beat, face turning slightly red as the villain them scooped you up into his arms, carrying you bridal style.
This was nice... It made you feel wanted, feel loved. Something that the hero you loved could never give you. Maybe you should just give in already. At least you knew he would never give you up.
For there was a saying that a villain would sacrifice the world for you.

Imagine you’re a super villain. Through rigorous investigation you finally found out the secret civilian identity of your superhero arch nemesis. The one who constantly foiled your plans. You sneak into his house and wait for him to sleep.  Once he was out like a light and snoring soundly you loom over him and savor your victory for just a moment. So peaceful. So vulnerable.  You move your arm to strike him but he suddenly grabs it, at first you think he was luring you close to counterattack, but you soon realize he was just moving in his sleep. You try to struggle, but his forte is super strength and you are utterly immobilized. After several hours of being tightly held close you finally succumb to exhaustion and fall asleep in his arms. When he wakes up and sees you in his arms he is surprised but overjoyed, he rips that mask off your face and kisses you deeply after admiring what you look like without it on. He always knew the tension between the two of you was love, and finding you here in his arms confirmed everything. You clearly wanted him as much as he wanted you, you had probably been acting out as a villain this whole time just to get his attention. But your super villain past didn’t matter now, what mattered was that you were with him in his house and you were never going to leave.

Could you do a story where a guard of a Supermax prison befriends a supervillain, because he treats him like a genuine human being instead of an animal; and later, all the power-dampeners suddenly fail; and all these villains just revolt against the guards; but supervillain makes sure he’s safe since he was always kind to him?
I understand if you don’t want to!!❤️
Hello! This has been sittin in my inbox for many months during my huge writing rut, sorry about that! I know you also gave this prompt to @the-modern-typewriter and she's been making an incredible series with it on patreon! I changed some things around because I don't want to in any way attempt some sad copy of her interpretation, but I was still inspired by the prompt itself, so I've taken some fairly big liberties to avoid any significant similarities! Hope that's okay! Also, please manage your expectations, I do not compare to the magic that is TMT's writing 😆
TW: Brief depictions of body horror. Violence.
The power blew out in sections. The lights dissolved sector by sector with a sickening whine and click–one by one–in approach.
The commotion ripped Eloise from the fictional world she was lost in, aged page corners still pinched beneath her thumb. Her spirited storytelling abruptly died behind her teeth.
Somewhere in the distance, one person shouted. Two.
Her gaze flicked behind them to the door isolating herself and the bound supervillain from the other sectors of the Maximum Security Prison for Powered Individuals or, as everyone called it, The Max. Seeing nothing but black beyond the bullet-proof glass, her attention snapped forward again to the supervillain imprisoned across from her.
Was this the start of some elaborate escape plan on his part? Why did it have to happen on a day that she was stuck fulfilling her community service hours instead of being something she could safely gawk at in the newspaper from a distance in a few days? Her stomach did a nauseated flip.
“What are you doing?” she blurted, voice quivering only a little. Her fingers tightened around her book.
The villain made a show of looking pointedly at his restraints. Wrists strung taut and chained to either wall, he shrugged an innocent shoulder at her as if to say “clearly, nothing.” He was perched on the edge of his bed like a bird, tilting his head with a matching sort of probing curiosity.
For all the chaos outside of the room, Artisan had not a hair out of place. He appeared perfectly unconcerned, though as thoroughly trapped as ever: ankles shackled, arms stretched uselessly apart from each other. The power-dampening collar wrapped around his neck still blipped a faint red light, indicating it was active.
The prisoners were rioting. Surely they couldn’t get too far? Containing the most dangerous of powered individuals was, after all, the express purpose of the facility…
The lights above them flickered, dipping the room in and out of inky darkness before settling into a dimly lit haze. Eloise’s breath stalled. The imposing dark felt like a threat, as if the lights could keep the monsters at bay. It only made a little sense, in the way that a child feels safe from the monsters under their bed as long as their nightlight is plugged in.
Except that these monsters were real. The most dangerous in the country. And she was currently feet away from the monster that made even other monsters run.
He hadn’t seemed so bad in the time that she’d known him. Quiet, impassive, yet twisting her gut with pity any time she eyed his barbaric restraints. The least she could do–while crossing off her hours–was to read the supervillain a story every few days. She couldn’t change his fate. Couldn’t make him more comfortable. What she could do was rattle off, sheepishly, about fictional worlds and impactful characters in literature and the way that a well-crafted story could transport you somewhere better.
A crash, gunshots, a scream. Tension racketed through Eloise’s shoulders. More shouts chased thundering footsteps.
Things were going very, very, wrong. And she was very much out of her depth.
Eloise jolted as something struck the door, her special-edition copy of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein falling to the ground and skidding away.
Finally, the lights cut out. With it, every noticeable piece of tech died. All of the energy felt sucked out of the room as if vacuumed. The camera’s blinking light disappeared. Alarms that should have been wailing cut silent. Speakers, keypads, and security systems, all dead. The secondary generator hadn’t sprung to life yet. That meant that this was more than a simple power outage. This was a calculated revolt.
Eloise’s mind raced through a list of everything else that must have been failing. Coms. Sedative gas. Shock collars. Layers and layers of security locks…
Power dampeners.
Panic clamped vice-like and suffocating around her throat. Artisan’s collar was no longer blinking.
She froze in the eerie silence of the cell, afraid of shattering the fragile calm. Her heart thumped, rabid, against her ribs.
Chains rattled and clinked to the floor.
Eloise bolted blindly for the door, smacking her palm against the DNA scanner while frantically swiping her “Volunteer Staff” badge through the card reader. When neither miraculously came to life, she resorted to banging on the door.
“Let me out, let me out! Guard!”
The door could only be opened by one person inside the cell and one outside simultaneously unlocking the security checkpoints. Even if the power were on, if the guard on the other side was gone…
The emergency floodlights kicked on, bathing the building in startling fluorescence. Eloise flinched, briefly stunned.
Hands grabbed her firmly from behind, yanking her backward.
Eloise yelped. “No, please–!”
The spot that she had been standing in exploded, steel door and concrete chunks collapsing into the room in a barrage of shrapnel. Something–no, someone–landed, bones crunching, at her feet. The guard who had last been standing on the opposite side of the door lay motionless. His blood puddled the floor, staining the soles of her Converse sneakers.
A horrified sound choked in Eloise’s throat.
Another supervillain strode in, eyes alight with hatred and something more–power. His lip curled, waving a mocking hand–engulfed in green energy–at the guard’s corpse. “God. I’ve wanted to do that for far too long. That one always got on my nerves.”
Artisan looked unimpressed. “You’re making a mess in my cell.”
Eloise’s breath caught. Hearing the supervillain’s voice was jarring. Artisan rarely spoke. Not that any of the other staff had ever actually attempted conversation with him… But even in news clips and YouTube videos, he carried himself with the kind of self-assured quiet of someone who had absolutely nothing to prove. His lethal efficiency did more for his reputation than any words could.
The other man was a villain named William Frenzy, a telekinetic with a gleeful taste for violence.
Faced with Artisan’s startling calm, Frenzy… paused. Faltering on a tight rope he had moments before been strolling across.
“Yes, well. It won’t have to be your cell much longer, will it? They can’t stop all of us.” He smirked at the dead body on the floor. “Some of them can’t even stop one of us.”
Eloise shrank back toward the corner nearest the door, agonizingly slow, willing the ugly shadows from the artificial lighting to swallow her up while the supers focused on each other. She was the kind of person that people tended not to notice; a background character in the perimeter of a story that the protagonist would meet once and never spare a thought again. She wished, then, that invisibility really was her superpower.
Artisan said nothing, his steely gaze fixed upon Frenzy.
Frenzy floundered beneath the scrutiny. The smugness buffered on his face. Finally, he huffed, crossing his arms. “I made you a nice and easy door out. You’re welcome.” He flicked a hand toward the gaping hole in the wall.
Eloise inched further toward it.
Artisan tutted, and while it wasn’t aimed at her, it shot a cold thrill up her spine. She froze, briefly, before continuing her tantalizing escape. She listened to Artisan speak again.
“I did not need anything from you. I’ll be getting out regardless. You on the other hand…”
Eloise stared as Frenzy’s skin shrank taut against his bones, the frame of him creaking and groaning like an old tree in the wind. The air choked out of him, fingers grabbing at his jaw as it stretched open too wide. The corners of his lips tore, slitting his mouth into a gaping maw.
The faintest of smiles graced Artisan's lips as he continued, soft as ever. “Say sorry.”
Eloise didn’t wait to see the carnage through, slipping out into the hall and running.
The other sectors were washed in the same sterile glow as Artisan’s cell was, blue-tinged and horrible, like the lights in a dentist's office. She kept to the edge of things as best she could, clinging to the walls and dark corners.
There was brawling in every sector—guards with weapons drawn mowed to the ground by the creatures they had wardened for so long. A villain fell as shots rang out. Another grabbed the guard from behind, cracking his skull against their knee.
The smell of blood stung Eloise’s nostrils. She couldn’t breathe, she couldn’t breathe.
She turned to flee down another hall, but two fighting inmates crashed into the doorway in front of her.
Eloise squealed, jerking backward into the belly of the room's chaos.
Don't notice me, don't notice me, don't notice me.
Everyone was so occupied by their chosen prey, maybe she could fade into the background. Maybe she could–
Her heel caught on something and she tumbled, gracelessly, to the floor. It took her several moments to register the lake of blood seeping warm and sticky into her clothing.
Terror blurred her brain in a white flash bang.
Disappear, disappear, disappear…
“Mm. What do we have here?”
Eloise couldn’t bring herself to lift her head. She clamped her eyes shut, another child’s illusion of protection.
The villain opposite her chuckled. He ripped her volunteer badge off of its clip against her chest. Her eyes snapped open again. She recognized him as a ringleader among superpowered thieves. They called him Volt.
“Volunteer, eh? A pretty thing like you should know better than to willingly set foot in a prison full of men with nothing left to lose. It’s been a long sentence, darling. I could make excellent use of your volunteer services. Get up.”
Numbly, ears full of static, Eloise shook her head.
Volt frowned, electricity jumping to life in his palms. “No?” He reached for her, hand nearing her throat.
“Keep your hands to yourself or I will remove them.”
Artisan’s voice was calm. His eyes were not.
The room quieted.
Spatters of red decorated Artisan’s prison uniform. A few drops dotted his face and he brushed them away with his knuckles, smearing the crimson across his cheek. Almost lazily, he popped his neck and stretched his shoulders, no doubt sore from the strain his restraints kept him in.
The villain across from Eloise paused, sparks still dancing across his fingertips. He regarded Artisan with the same wary caution as Frenzy had.
Before he'd been… Before Artisan had…
Eloise swallowed back the nausea climbing her throat.
Finally, Volt’s hand lowered. “She's yours?”
“She's hers. Step away.”
The man hesitated a moment too long. Artisan didn't offer a second warning.
As if puppeted, the man's fingers raised to gauge at his own eyes. He screamed, the faint evidence of Artisan’s power shimmering over him. He clawed, next, at the skin on his face, peeling it back like wet wallpaper.
As promised, his wrists crunched and bent, wrenching all on their own at impossible angles.
Eloise covered her ears, unable to bear the screaming. She felt sick.
“Stop,” she whispered finally. “Please.”
It did. The man collapsed into a sobbing, bloodied heap.
When Eloise managed to look at Artisan, she startled to find his attention fixed on her.
They stared at each other for a stretch of silence that itched. She imagined being forced to choke on her own lungs, or her skull constricting in on itself until it squashed her brain into pulp. For being so bold as to run, he might snap her legs and reaffix them the wrong direction, or splinter her bones to poke, grotesque, out of her skin. They always did say that his victims were his personal works of art, bodies twisted into shells of monsters.
He crooked a finger, beckoning her.
The edges of her vision swooped fuzzy and vertiginous. She rose onto wobbly knees and pushed herself to her feet. When she swayed, Artisan caught her elbow, slipping an arm around her waist to lead her forward.
He did not look back at the others, with complete confidence that no one would challenge him.
No one did.
Eloise was barely aware of taking one step after another. When they arrived back in the villain’s cell, the bodies of Frenzy and the dead guard, thankfully, were gone, though the floor was streaked with the drag lines of their blood.
She wrenched her gaze away.
Artisan’s hand moved further down her arm to her wrist, gesturing that she sit on his bed. When she shifted to do so, his grip tightened, tugging her to a stop. She frozen and tried to read his face.
His dark brows were furrowed, suspicious eyes flicking from hers down to her hand.
He pulled down her sleeve and held her wrist up between them, revealing the power-blocking cuff clamped around it. His head cocked. He waited.
Eloise swallowed. “I’m not a super. I mean- not a super-super. Just a…..no one.”
“A no-one who volunteers at The Max? With a power-dampener?”
“They’re terms of my probation,” she blurted. “A thousand hours of community service here and a power-inhibitor for a year. I think they put me here to threaten me with where I could end up if I continue on like… Um…”
“Me.”
“A villain,” she clarified, as if that was better.
Her gaze flitted from the fingers wrapped around her wrist and up to the villain’s face again. The harsh lighting haloed him, dimly silhouetting his face. He looked haunting. He looked lovely. A beautiful house, old and creaking, wrapped in ghosts like a bride’s veil and left to rot.
“What did you do?”
“I…” Eloise felt very small. “I lied about being powered on my documents. So that they wouldn’t put me on the registry. When they found me out, I tried to run away.”
Artisan’s scrutiny burned her cheeks. He let go of her wrist.
“...What can you do?”
“Nothing special,” she said, cradling her wrist–wholly uninjured as it was–in her other hand. “It doesn’t even work most of the time. My power is sort of…blending in. Going unnoticed. When it’s working, I could stand in a the White House and people’s attention would glide over me as if I belonged there. Not quite invisible, but… It just tricks your brain into not thinking twice.”
Artisan’s eyes narrowed.
Eloise flinched back a step, stumbling back over her fallen book onto the bed. She stared at him.
“I’m not going to hurt you.”
Some of the tension eased from her shoulders, but she still waited for the catch. “Why aren’t you out there with the rest of them? Trying to escape?”
The villain considered her for a long moment. He sat down beside her, and the hard cot creaked beneath his weight. “Mm. That’s just it. No one inside the prison could have blown the power-dampeners. They require someone with powers to turn them off or on, and the security is impenetrable. My team has tried. Besides, if this was a simple power outage, the inhibitors would still be on. But they’re not. This was premeditated–and no one imprisoned here could have done it. No one on the outside could have done it. So. Process of elimination. Who’s left?”
That was the most Eloise had ever heard Artisan speak, and she could only sit and listen intently–As he had when she’d read him stories. Her brain whirred in a jumbled jigsaw of puzzle pieces.
“It… It could only be an inside job.” She wet her lips. “The heroes- The higher-ups- They want the prisoners to break out so that they can kill them. A clean massacre. Justified under the law. The world’s most dangerous criminals could never be allowed to escape…”
Artisan smiled and it swirled something in her insides. “A convenient way to get rid of all of the pesky criminals clogging up the system. I’d bet anything that there are 50 snipers surrounding the building, waiting to slaughter anyone who steps foot outside.”
“Oh.”
“Oh,” Artisan agreed, his smile easing into something softer; something with less feral teeth.
“Thank you for helping me,” Eloise whispered. “What do we do now?”
Artisan hummed. He bent down and swept up her book, dropping it into her lap. He laid back against his pillow and crossed his arms behind his head. The bloodspots on his skin and clothes glittered in the lowlight.
“Keep reading. I want to know how it ends.”

some random headcanons of tomura that i thought of
Tumblr media
just like ochaco, he sleeps either with gloves on or bandages on his pinky fingers
i’ve seen many people say tomura would listen metal or heavy metal but i really think he’d prefer game OST’s over anything>>>
blasts bury the light at 3am
he’d call kurogiri at 3am just to tell him about his plans to kill all might
apparently he’s awake all day, having anxiety attack cuz he drank monster on an empty stomach
i think he’s the type of guy to meticulously plan everything only to have it ruined by bad luck
he’d occasionally pick on his flaky skin/lips
he has a habit of collecting figures, only to leave on at the shelve without looking at it again
if you’re close to tomura, he’d invite you to eat something tasty and then tell you that he destroyed one of your items
tomura is not the type to use bar soap but rather dispenser soap…that’s if you’re lucky enough he used one
he doesn’t use his quirk much and he’s used to only using 4 fingers
very competitive and mean when he plays against you in a PvP game
too mean he’s not giving you an ounce of hope to win
you got upset and he decided to switch to simulation games instead (he doesn’t admit this but he plays animal crossing to relax)
say goodbye to your personal space, this man knows no boundaries
he’s not shy, he’s just like a cat that doesn’t know how to express its feelings to you
*gets jumpscared in a horror game* “fuck all might, fuck endeavor, fuck hawks, fuck—“
your man is the type to pick his food off the floor :(
shigaraki is the type of guy to buy you the most luxurious & beautiful black nightgown while he stays on his creeper boxers
tomura doesn’t like to shower on his own, he likes the feeling of your fingers brushing through his hair 🚿🛀
(NSFW below this point:)
expect him to talkshit about all might mid-sex
i really think his hatred for all might surpasses his sex drive
prefers receiving and will be mean about it, he just likes making a mess of you
degradation & slight breeding kink
your boobs are his favorite pillows
he likes fucking you with the skirt on—
missionary & doggy 👑
call him sweet names during sex and he’ll melt under your arms
doesn’t like shower sex but a blowjob will do
i think he would be into somnophilia, only if you’re fine with it

✩₊˚.⋆ LOST & FOUND - dabi/touya todoroki
Tumblr media Tumblr media
CW: y/n is lowkey on her death bed but has plot armor, dabi being his usual "uncaring" self, she/her pronouns, not anatomy specified, tinyyy bit of angst, "fluff", and yeah! lolzies
Word Count: 4.7k
Author's Note: hey guys! this was written a little bit before kinktober started but i decided to finish it up and post it now lol.
Tumblr media
y/n's world had changed the moment she was captured. once a member of the league of villains, she now found herself imprisoned by the corrupted heroes who tortured her daily, trying to extract information on her allies. she endured three long, agonizing months of pain and suffering, but she refused to speak a word.
dabi had been relentless in his pursuit, growing more furious by the day. the league had tried multiple times to infiltrate the heroes' hideout, but each attempt had been thwarted. the heroes were prepared, and they were merciless. but dabi's patience wore thin. the constant failure stirred an unfamiliar feeling in him—a festering worry he struggled to ignore. he convinced himself it was nothing more than the desire to reclaim his teammate. nothing more, he told himself.
but then one day, the league found the location of y/n’s prison. the moment they had it, dabi stormed in without a second thought. blue flames burst forth from his fingertips, devouring anything in their path as he moved through the halls of the hideout, leaving nothing but charred destruction in his wake.
finally, he found her, barely conscious and bound in a small, cold cell. her eyes fluttered weakly open when she sensed his presence.
“still alive, huh?” dabi’s voice was rough, his words cutting. “can’t believe it. you look like death warmed over.”
y/n blinked up at him, too weak to retort. but he noticed the spark in her gaze hadn’t quite faded. he knelt down beside her, his expression hard, hiding the turbulence roiling in his chest. he used one hand to break her chains, though his grip was almost harsh.
“pathetic. you let them do this to you?” his voice was sharp, but the look in his eyes was almost soft.
“they…tried…” she mumbled, her lips dry and cracked, “but i didn’t…tell them anything.”
dabi huffed. “yeah, no kidding. would’ve burned this place down even if you had.”
as he scooped her into his arms, his touch was surprisingly gentle. she shivered, the warmth from his skin a comfort she hadn’t felt in months. his words stayed rough, his tone cold, but the way he held her told a different story.
“don’t get used to this,” he muttered, eyes trained forward as they escaped the hideout. “i didn’t come here to save you. just didn’t want to deal with all the whining if i let you die.”
y/n gasped as dabi carried her, the heat of his body a stark contrast to the coldness of her own skin. she tried to focus on his face, but the world around her faded in and out, blurring into an indistinguishable haze. every jolt of movement sent a sharp pain coursing through her, a reminder of the abuse she had endured. she winced, feeling her strength waning.
“put me down,” she whispered, her voice barely audible, but he kept moving, determined.
“shut up,” he replied curtly, his grip tightening slightly, as if he feared losing her.
another wave of pain shot through her, more intense than the last. her breath caught, and suddenly, she felt herself slipping. “touya…” she managed to say, her voice trembling. “i think i’m dying here.”
without warning, he stopped, the harshness in his demeanor cracking just for a moment. he lowered her gently to the ground, his eyes scanning her body with fierce intensity. she could see the worry flickering behind his cool facade, the flames that danced in his gaze reflecting a sense of urgency.
“where?” he demanded, a harsh edge to his voice as he knelt beside her. “where does it hurt?”
“everywhere,” she admitted, but a teasing smile crossed her lips despite the pain. “call me corny, but you should’ve seen the other guys. they looked worse than me.”
dabi narrowed his eyes, irritation flashing across his face at her joking manner. “this isn’t a joke, y/n.”
“you really think I’d let a bunch of wannabe heroes take me out that easily?” she shot back, though her voice wavered slightly. “they were no match for me. clearly, they didn’t get the memo that I’m not just some damsel in distress.”
“if you’re so tough, why are you lying on the ground?” he shot back, a sneer creeping into his voice. “you look like you’ve been run over by a train.”
“ow, harsh much?” she retorted, but the teasing tone was wavering. “can’t blame a girl for trying to make light of the situation.”
“you think this is funny?” he snapped, his eyes narrowing as he leaned closer. “you look like shit, and if you keep acting like this, you’ll actually die.”
“wouldn’t dream of it,” she replied, but another wave of pain shot through her, making her grimace. “but honestly, I’m tired, and I’m starting to think this might be a bit much for me.”
“good,” he grunted, his expression hardening again. “maybe this will teach you not to underestimate your enemies next time.”
“you’re a real gem, you know that?” she said, rolling her eyes even as tears threatened to spill. “if I survive this, I’m definitely getting you a trophy for ‘worst rescue ever.’”
“you’re lucky I’m even here,” he said coldly, his gaze flicking over her injuries. “you should be thanking me instead of cracking jokes.”
“thank you, touya,” she said, her voice softening for a moment. “seriously.”
he huffed, looking away, but she could see the tension in his shoulders. “just don’t make me regret saving you, okay?”
“no promises,” she replied with a weak grin, but the teasing edge in her voice was fading. “you know I’m too stubborn for that.”
“you’re a damn fool, y/n,” he muttered, the frustration evident in his voice as he wiped away a tear that had escaped down her cheek. “you think you’re invincible, but look where that’s gotten you. this isn’t a game.”
“i know that,” she said, the teasing tone gone as she felt the gravity of her situation. “but I’m not ready to die here. I still have too many things to do.”
“you better pull yourself together then,” he snapped, his voice harsh but the underlying concern evident. “because I’m not carrying a corpse out of here.”
“no need to get dramatic, touya,” she replied, trying to muster the strength for a smile. “I’m not dead yet.”
“you’re damn lucky I don’t just leave you here,” he grumbled, but the way he looked at her was a mix of annoyance and something softer. “now, let’s get moving before they come back.”
he scooped her up again, his grip firm yet careful. together, they would face whatever awaited them outside. and even in the chaos around them, y/n couldn’t shake the feeling that, despite his harsh words, there was something deeper in his concern—something that gave her strength even as her body protested.
“don’t drop me, or I swear I’ll haunt you,” she said, her voice light despite the pain.
“like I’d ever let you go,” he replied, though his tone remained sharp. “now shut up and focus. we’re getting out of this hellhole.”
as he carried her away from the ashes of their enemies, y/n held onto the resolve within her, refusing to let despair take hold. and while dabi kept his distance, his harsh demeanor hiding the concern beneath, she knew that as long as they were together, they would fight to survive.
----
the familiar sights and sounds of the league’s hideout enveloped y/n like a comforting blanket, but that sense of safety was overshadowed by the pain that coursed through her body. dabi carried her through the entrance, his presence a steady anchor amid the chaos of their return.
“get the hell out of my way.” he spoke as they passed several members who rushed to meet them, concern etched on their faces. “she’s injured, and you all need to back off. she doesn’t need a dozen people hovering over her right now.”
“dabi!” twice called from the other side of the room, his expression darkening at the sight of y/n’s condition. “what happened?”
“later,” dabi snapped, brushing past him and heading down the hall toward his room. “just make sure they don’t crowd her. she’s had enough of that shit already.”
y/n barely registered the exchange as her head lolled against dabi’s shoulder. her strength was fading fast, and the pain was creeping back in, clawing at her insides. the world blurred again as he opened the door to his room, setting her down gently on his bed.
“stay put,” he said tersely, stepping back. “I’ll be right back. I need to talk to shigaraki.”
as the door clicked shut, y/n felt a wave of despair wash over her. the warmth of the room felt suffocating, and all the bravado she had tried to maintain crumbled. she pulled her knees to her chest, a shaky breath escaping her as she allowed the tears to spill over.
“damn it,” she whispered, her voice breaking. she buried her face against her knees, the memories of her time with the heroes crashing over her like a tidal wave. the pain, the torture, the isolation—it all hit her at once, leaving her gasping for air.
she clenched her fists, hating how vulnerable she felt. the sobs bubbled up, and she let them come, tears soaking into her knees as she tried to muffle the sounds. she cursed herself under her breath, her nails digging into her palms. “just keep it together.” she muttered repeatedly.
after a few agonizing moments, the door swung open again, and dabi stepped inside. his expression shifted from irritation to confusion at the sight of her in such a state.
“what the hell is up with you?” he demanded, his voice harsh. “you’re back home, and you’re crying? what’s wrong now?”
y/n quickly wiped her tears away, trying to compose herself as best she could. “oh, you know me,” she said, attempting to keep her tone light despite the tremor in her voice. “just enjoying a little spa day here.”
dabi’s brows furrowed, and he stepped closer, concern leaking through his aggression. “this isn’t a joke, y/n. you look like you’re about to pass out. get it together.”
“easy for you to say,” she shot back, her snark returning as she wiped her cheeks dry, though more tears slipped past her efforts. “some of us don’t have fire powers to keep us warm and cozy.”
“seriously, what’s the point of acting like this?” he asked, exasperation lacing his tone. “if you’re hurt, just say it instead of pretending you’re fine.”
“i’m fine,” she insisted, though the quiver in her voice betrayed her. “just a little sore, that’s all.”
“y/n, you’re not fooling anyone,” he growled, frustration bubbling under the surface. “if you’re feeling like this, you need to tell me. it’s not going to help if you just sit here and cry like a baby.”
“what do you want me to say?” she snapped, tears streaming down her cheeks again despite her efforts. “that they broke me? that they got under my skin? well, they did! and it hurt like hell! but you don’t get it, do you?”
dabi flinched at her words, but he quickly masked it with a scowl. “no, I don’t get it, because I don’t go around feeling sorry for myself. I’m not going to let you wallow in your own misery. we’ve got enough problems without you adding to them.”
“thanks for the pep talk, touya,” she shot back, a bitter smile crossing her face even as she choked on her emotions. “you really know how to lift a girl’s spirits.”
“you want to be tough, fine. but don’t think I won’t notice when you’re falling apart,” he replied, his tone sharp but lacking malice. “if you’re in pain, just admit it. we’ll figure it out together.”
“don’t count on me getting soft just because I’m hurt,” she said defiantly, though she could feel the tears still falling, an irritating reminder of her vulnerability. “I’m still me.”
“whatever helps you sleep at night,” he said dismissively, but there was an undertone of concern in his voice. “but don’t think for a second I won’t drag you back from the edge if I have to.”
y/n took a shaky breath, wiping her eyes one last time. “you really know how to make a girl feel special, don’t you?”
“shut up,” he grumbled, but the hint of a smirk tugged at the corners of his mouth. “you’re an idiot. just remember that.”
with that, the tension in the room shifted slightly, but yn knew she still had a long way to go. she would heal, but she’d do it in her own way. with dabi at her side, even if he acted like a jerk sometimes, she felt a little less alone. together, they would figure this out, one step at a time.
the room fell into an uneasy silence, broken only by y/n’s occasional sniffles as she fought to regain her composure. the tension in the air was thick, a mix of unspoken words and emotions swirling between them. dabi stood a few feet away, his expression conflicted as he watched her struggle.
“you’re really gonna keep crying, huh?” he finally broke the silence, his tone somewhere between annoyance and concern. he wasn’t used to this—seeing someone so vulnerable and broken, especially someone like y/n who had always been a source of defiance and strength.
y/n shrugged, wiping her face with the back of her hand. “what can I say? it’s a real downer to be tortured by wannabe heroes. I’m just processing.”
“yeah, well, you can process without the waterworks,” he muttered, but he took a step closer. something inside him stirred—a mix of protectiveness and frustration that he couldn’t quite shake off.
“easier said than done,” she replied, her voice shaky. “this is new territory for me.”
dabi rolled his eyes, but he found himself moving closer, drawn by an impulse he didn’t fully understand. he stood beside her, casting a long shadow over the bed. “you look like you could use something other than a pity party,” he said, his tone gruff but softer than before.
“what do you suggest? a party for one?” she replied, trying to muster a smirk. “at least I can invite you to the festivities.”
“real funny,” he said, his voice laced with sarcasm, but he settled beside her on the bed. the moment their shoulders brushed, a warmth spread through him, grounding the storm of emotions swirling inside.
“what are you doing?” y/n asked, surprise evident in her voice.
“shut up and stop crying,” he ordered, leaning back against the wall and crossing his arms. “it’s annoying.”
“so, your solution is to sit here and be annoyed with me?” she shot back, but there was a hint of gratitude in her voice.
“just be quiet for a second,” he replied, his voice low. “you look like you need a break from all the bullshit.”
y/n paused, feeling the weight of his presence beside her. the warmth radiating from him was oddly comforting. she took a shaky breath, attempting to gather herself. “you’re surprisingly good at this, touya,” she said quietly.
“don’t get used to it,” he replied, but his expression softened slightly. without thinking, he reached over and placed a hand on her back, applying just enough pressure to ground her in the moment. it was a gesture that felt intimate, yet he kept his gaze trained away, focused on the wall.
“this is weird,” y/n murmured, feeling the heat of his hand seep through her shirt. “you actually care, huh?”
“don’t push it,” he replied, but there was no bite in his tone. “just… don’t fall apart on me, alright? I didn’t come all this way to babysit you.”
“fine, fine. I’ll try to keep my emotions in check,” she promised, though the corners of her mouth lifted slightly.
“good,” he said, letting out a frustrated sigh. “because if you keep this up, I’m going to start worrying, and that’s not something I want to deal with.”
the room fell silent again, the only sound being the occasional sniffle from y/n as she struggled to regain her composure. the warmth of dabi’s hand on her back was a steady reminder that she wasn’t alone. she leaned into it slightly, finding comfort in his presence, even if it was begrudgingly given.
“you really are the worst,” she said after a moment, her voice quieter. “but I guess I’ll take what I can get.”
“just remember that when you’re back to being a smartass,” he replied, pulling his hand away as he straightened up. “I can’t have you getting soft on me, or I’ll have to do something drastic.”
“like what?” she challenged, a hint of her old fire returning. “give me a pep talk about how I should fight harder next time?”
“exactly,” he smirked, a glimmer of amusement shining through the hardened exterior he maintained. “or maybe I’ll just throw you back to those heroes and let them finish what they started.”
“now that’s just mean,” y/n said, a smile breaking through her tears. “you’re supposed to be my rescuer, not my tormentor.”
“like I said, don’t get used to it,” he shot back, though his tone held a playful edge. “but don’t think I’m letting you off easy just because you’ve had a rough patch.”
“wouldn’t dream of it,” she replied, her heart lighter as they settled into an uneasy camaraderie. even with the pain still throbbing in her body, the warmth of their banter eased the ache in her soul.
“just… get some rest,” he added, standing up and moving toward the door. “I’ll be back. try not to cry more than necessary.”
“no promises, touya,” she teased, watching him with a fondness that surprised her.
as the door clicked shut behind him, y/n let out a small breath, feeling a flicker of hope ignite within her. maybe she wasn’t as alone as she thought, even in the depths of despair.
the night stretched on, silence enveloping the hideout as the rest of the league settled into their routines. hours passed since dabi had left y/n in his room, and he found himself thinking about her more than he cared to admit. when he finally returned, he opened the door quietly, the soft creak of the hinges breaking the stillness.
he paused for a moment, taking in the sight of her sleeping form curled up on his bed. her face was peaceful, the pain temporarily eased by the escape of sleep. a hint of softness crept into his expression, but he quickly masked it with annoyance. he didn’t have time for this sentimental crap.
“tch,” he muttered under his breath, walking over to the bed. he slid in beside her, the warmth of the covers wrapping around him. almost instinctively, she shuffled, sensing his presence even in her sleep.
“what are you doing?” she mumbled, her voice thick with drowsiness as she blinked up at him. “this is my room, you know?”
“it’s my fucking bed, dumbass,” dabi shot back, trying to keep his voice steady despite the flicker of amusement in his eyes.
“oh shit… my bad,” she replied, realization washing over her. y/n attempted to sit up, but a sharp jolt of pain shot through her body, making her gasp. she winced, her hands instinctively pressing against her side.
“the fuck are you doing, y/n?” dabi snapped, concern bleeding through his irritation as he watched her struggle.
“just… trying to get back to my room,” she replied, gritting her teeth against the pain. “I’m fine, really.”
“you’re clearly not fine,” he growled, sitting up and placing a firm hand on her shoulder, gently but insistently pushing her back down. “you need to rest. are you trying to kill yourself?”
“it’s not that bad,” she insisted, but the tremor in her voice betrayed her. she could feel the pain intensifying, a reminder of the hell she’d endured.
dabi narrowed his eyes at her stubbornness. “let me see,” he demanded, shifting closer. he placed a hand on her side, applying gentle pressure. the moment he pressed down, y/n let out a wince, the pain flaring anew.
“wtf was that for, touya?!” she exclaimed, irritation flashing in her eyes as she shot him a glare, even though it was obvious she was still hurting.
“get it through your head. you’re not invincible,” he replied, his voice steady but laced with a hint of frustration. he could see the pain etched on her features, and it made something twist in his gut.
“thanks for the reminder, but I didn’t need you to be a jackass about it,” she retorted, her voice sharp despite the way her breath hitched from the lingering pain. she winced again as she shifted, trying to find a more comfortable position.
“you think this is easy for me?” dabi shot back, his tone harsher than he intended. he sighed, running a hand through his hair. “just sit still, okay? it’ll help.”
with a reluctant nod, she settled back against the pillows, but he could see the way her body was tense, how she was fighting against the pain. he felt a surge of annoyance at himself for not being able to do more. “look,” he started, his voice softer now, “I’m just trying to help. you really need to rest.”
she met his gaze, the stubborn fire still in her eyes but dimmed by fatigue. “fine,” she murmured, allowing her head to lean back against the wall as she closed her eyes for a moment, trying to breathe through the discomfort.
dabi’s irritation faded as he watched her. she was strong, but even the toughest needed support. without thinking, he shifted closer, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. she tensed slightly at first, but then relaxed into him, seeking the warmth he offered.
“there. it’s not a big deal,” he muttered, trying to sound nonchalant, but the hint of protectiveness seeped through.
“you’re such a softy, touya,” y/n teased, though her voice was weaker, softer now. “I can’t believe you’re actually cuddling with me.”
“shut up,” he replied, his tone defensive. “this is just practical. it’s warmer, and you need to stop shivering.”
“practical, huh?” she echoed, snuggling a bit closer to him. “sure, keep telling yourself that.”
dabi rolled his eyes but didn’t push her away. he found himself relishing the quiet moment, the way her breathing began to slow as she relaxed against him. it felt oddly comforting, and he couldn’t deny the warmth spreading through him.
the silence wrapped around them like a thick blanket, filled only by the soft sounds of y/n's breathing. she nestled closer into dabi’s side, the heat radiating from him providing comfort against the chill of her lingering pain. he shifted slightly, instinctively tightening his hold around her shoulders.
after a few moments, y/n broke the quiet. “did you miss me?” she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. she turned her head slightly to gauge his reaction, a teasing smile dancing on her lips, despite the weight of the question.
dabi’s brow furrowed as he looked down at her, his expression a mix of annoyance and something softer. “you think I have time to miss anyone?” he replied, his tone gruff, but there was an underlying warmth there that didn’t go unnoticed.
“come on, it’s a simple question,” she pressed, trying to suppress a smile. “you could just say yes, you know.”
he sighed, running a hand through his hair, a hint of exasperation in his eyes. “fine. maybe I missed you a little,” he admitted, his voice begrudgingly honest. “not that I’d tell anyone else.”
“oh really?” she said, feigning surprise. “a little? I’d say I was gone for quite a while. you should have been lonely without me.”
“lonely? hardly,” he scoffed, though she could see the flicker of amusement in his eyes. “I had plenty of things to keep me occupied. but yeah, it was… quieter.”
y/n smiled at that, feeling a warmth blossom in her chest. “I guess I was kind of fun to have around,” she teased lightly.
“you were more annoying than fun,” he shot back, but the corner of his mouth twitched upward. “always getting in the way. but I guess it’s better than having nothing to deal with.”
“so, you missed my annoying self then?” she prodded, enjoying this back-and-forth.
“shut up,” he muttered, but there was no real bite to his words. “just don’t go getting yourself captured again. I don’t want to deal with the consequences.”
as the night deepened, the soft glow from the single lamp in the corner of the room cast a warm light over y/n and dabi. she could hear the faint sounds of the league moving about outside, but in this moment, it felt like they were the only two in existence. she relaxed further into his side, feeling a strange sense of safety she hadn’t felt in months.
“you know,” she began, her voice trailing off as she considered her words, “being away from all of you… it was different. I didn’t think I’d miss it, but I did.”
“what, the chaos?” dabi replied, arching an eyebrow. “you’re telling me you missed all the arguing, the plans going wrong, and the constant danger?”
“maybe not the danger,” she admitted, a small laugh escaping her lips. “but yeah, I missed the thrill. I missed you guys.” she paused, glancing up at him. “I even missed your terrible sense of humor.”
“my humor is perfect,” he shot back, a smirk creeping onto his face. “you just don’t understand true comedy.”
“right, keep telling yourself that,” she teased, then grew serious for a moment. “but really, I just… I missed being part of something. even if it is a little chaotic.”
dabi’s expression softened slightly, and he nodded. “I get it. being alone sucks. but you’re not alone anymore. we’re all messed up in our own ways, but we look out for each other. that’s what makes this whole thing work.”
“yeah, I know,” she said softly, her heart swelling at his words. “and I’m grateful for that. I never thought I’d find a place where I truly belonged, especially here.”
“well, don’t go getting all mushy on me now,” he replied, trying to mask the warmth flooding his chest with a chuckle. “I’d hate to ruin my tough-guy reputation.”
“too late for that,” she said with a smirk. “you’ve already cuddled with me, remember? tough guy or not, you’ve got a soft spot.”
“shut up,” he muttered, but he couldn’t suppress the slight blush creeping onto his cheeks. “just don’t get too comfortable with the whole cuddling thing.”
“too late,” y/n said, a playful glint in her eyes. “I think I might just make this a regular occurrence.”
dabi rolled his eyes but didn’t pull away. instead, he leaned back against the pillows, pulling her with him. “whatever. just don’t expect me to go easy on you when you’re back to being a pain in the ass.”
they lay there in silence, the warmth between them easing the tension and exhaustion that had been building for so long. y/n shifted slightly, pressing a soft kiss to dabi’s neck, her lips lingering just a moment before she pulled back. she felt his muscles tense, and she looked up, half-expecting him to scold her.
"y/n," he murmured, voice firm but with an edge of something softer. she looked up at him, searching his eyes, caught off guard by the intensity there. before she could say anything, he leaned in, capturing her lips in a kiss that started slow, almost hesitant, then deepened, as if he was trying to say everything he couldn't put into words.
her hands found their way to his shoulders, fingers curling into the fabric of his shirt as she kissed him back, feeling the tension drain from her body. she melted into him, their breaths mingling, the world fading until it was just the two of them. the kiss was a silent promise, a reminder of all they'd been through and the unspoken connection that tethered them together.
finally, they broke apart, foreheads resting against each other, and y/n whispered, "goodnight, touya."
"night, idiot."

Pitch Black - Mini snippet "What are you doing here?!" Villain demanded, crossing their arms and glaring at the sidekick standing on their front step. The sidekick, however, didn't reply, instead pushing past the villain with strength and almost *desperation* that shocked the criminal.
"What the hell-"
"I need your help- I need- I don't know- I just- I couldn't think of anyone else to go to and- I had to tell someone and-" The hero's sidekick was nearly hyperventilating, pushing out words between their deep breaths that were nothing short of a rambling mess. They were pacing back and forth in tight circles.
"Sidekick!" Villian said loudly, just to get the other's attention. Sidekick flinched, wrapping their arms around themselves like they were cold before slowly turning to face the villain. Only then did the criminal notice how wet the other's eyes looked.
The criminal gaped at them for a moment, completely unsure what to do. Was this a fight? It didn't seem like one. Storming in through their front door seemed a poor way to go about stealing something. Was this a trick? They weren't exactly known for having a "soft side,"... but the sidekick was genuinely shaking in front of them. It would be a stupid setup for a trick, coming here all alone unless they weren't-
The villain turned back to the still-open door behind them and glanced around.
"I'm here alone, I- I swear,"
The villain took a deep breath and slowly closed the their front door, locking it before turning back to the sidekick in front of them.
Now what? Nothing like this had ever happened to villain. They had half a mind to just throw them down in the dungeon and be done with it, but...
"Living room," the Villain ordered, pointing. The sidekick did as they were told, heading in the direction with the villain close behind them until they entered a cozy-looking living room.
"Sit."
They perched on one of the couches, arms still wrapped around themselves. They eyed the villain warily. Yet, it wasn't the *villain* they seemed wary of. If the villain was being honest, the other seemed wary of their own bloody shadow.
They appraised the other for a few more seconds before sighing, letting a bit of the tension in their shoulders ease.
"Now, want to tell me why exactly you're barging into my home, unarmed, all alone, at midnight?" they asked, tone less threatening then it had been prior.
Sidekick's shaking seemed to increase, and the arms around themselves tightened. "I- I'm sorry, I just- Hero- I-" Suddenly they were crying, breathing increasing again, "Oh god-" they buried their face in their hands
"Are they dead?" Villain assumed, crossing their arms and half-sitting on the arm of an adjacent couch. Why the hell would sidekick come to them if hero-
"What?" Sidekick snapped up to look at them, eyes wide, "No, no, they aren't-" Sidekick shook their head, wiping their tears in an attempt to regather themselves. Villain sat quietly.
After another deep breath, Sidekick turned to look at the villain again.
"Hero had gone home early, with a cold. I went to the afternoon meeting but- but after it was over I went- I went to check on them- see if- if they needed anything," They managed, taking another deep breath.
Villain watched their fingers tighten on their knees, turning white.
"I didn't want to wake them if they were sleeping- so I let myself in the front door with my key. I found them in the kitchen, super groggy and out of it. Getting themselves a glass of water. It wasn't.... It wasn't until they turned to look at me...." Their voice seemed to break, arms coming to wrap around themselves again.
"And.....?"
"Their eyes were black" they whispered, like they were afraid to even say the words out loud, "Pitch black,"
The weight of the situation finally seemed to dawn on the villain.
"I- they didn't seem to notice, thanking me for coming to check on them before turning to go back to bed,"
"Are you suggesting what I think you are....?" Villain asked cautiously.
The sidekick nodded, "I couldn't go to anyone at the agency, what if-" They swallowed, "What if they already know? What if there are more? What if they all are-" They couldn't bring themselves to finish the sentence. "I couldn't think of what else to do but come here..."
Villain was starting to understand. It would take a pretty extreme situation for anyone to see their house as the safest option, but well....
Finding out the hero was a demon was a pretty extreme situation.

imagine the hero going to a random pub without his mask, just trying to relax, finding the villain dancing and flirting around with other visitors..
the hero was shocked but remained silent, hmm.. for some reason, he couldn't look away from the villain! his eyes locked to the villain's body, the way it sways to the way he laughs..
the hero finally snapped out of it when the villain locked eyes with him and approached him..?? he unconsciously looked away until the shorter male wrapped his arms around the hero's neck!
"enjoying the show, handsome?" seems like the villain didn't know the hero's true identity! and uh oh, the villain chose the hero to be his tonight.. and who is the hero to reject a sexy and hot babe??!
mmm how many rounds have they gone through?? wet and dirty sheets, two sweaty males, and loads of skin clapping.. the overstimulated villain and the really horny hero..
seems like the hero came up with a plan.. for the sake of world peace.. so he fucked the villain so hard and rough that he can now only think about the hero's big cock! oh no, the villain is now hooked up with it :((
all this is definitely for the sake of world peace! hmm.. why is the hero smirking like that? seems like he has something else in mind..
p.s hero def chocked villain and villain loves it.. also leaving love bites all over the poor villain's body.. i hope it's readable and i fucking love male hero x male villain.

a villain saving a hero from being mind controlled
Villain stepped cautiously into the old boxing gym. Hero was in the ring, fists flying against an instructor that was more clear and distinct than even Hero themselves. And he wasn’t going easy on Hero.
Hero, a younger version of them, was covered in a thick sheen of sweat like oil clinging to their skin. Villain could tell they’d been here for hours, maybe doing the same drills, maybe others. He watched, hands in trouser pockets as Hero’s right hook hit the pad weaker than it should’ve.
Instructor moved lightning fast and suddenly Hero was on the floor. Villain jerked forward, prepared to step in before Hero grunted with effort and he paused. Villain knew that sound all too well and it froze him in his movements. A small smile tugged at the corner of his lips as he saw Hero throw their weight backwards, tumbling feet over head in one fluid motion and stood gracefully again, ready to fight.
Villain had seen that move too many times, heard that infuriating heroic grunt that conceded a little exertion but it didn’t mean Hero was finished. They were just conceding a point to their opponent and the next round was about to begin, a reset button.
When Instructor spoke it was murky as the scene swirled around them and Villain made sure not to hit off any of the furniture or items in the new setting which looked like a… museum, or a library.
Hero was tucked away in a corner, hunched over a desk, a little older now, hair falling over their face as they read from one of the many books scattered around them. Villain smiled at Hero’s reading glasses that were wide as saucers. They looked like such a little nerd. Nobody would think they were looking at a hero, nevermind the Hero themself. Their lean physique was hidden under layers of clothes, a turtleneck and a chunky cardigan that made them look softer, their edges more round.
Their eyes a little more hollow.
“Hero.”
Hero’s head snapped up, violet eyes meeting Villain’s. Hero swallowed, their gaze darting around the room before they settled on Villain again.
“You… you can’t be here,” Hero whispered, fear lacing every word.
Villain walked in further and took the seat opposite Hero, sliding into it and resting a hand on the table. “And yet, here I am,” Villain said at a conversational volume.
“If Superhero finds out—”
“What can he do? Hmm?” Villain asked, tilting his head. This close Hero looked worse than Villain feared. Fuck. Even for Superhero this was fucked up. To keep Hero locked in a trance like this, scared of disrupting any memory they were forced to relive over and over.
The dark circles around Hero’s eyes glowed a dim purple like a bruise, but Villain recognised it as Nokio’s ability, shutting down the mind, trapping the consciousness within so Hero’s body could be puppeted without resistance; forced to obey commands they weren’t even aware of.
“Some of us need to study, Villain,” Hero snapped, the purple veins flashing a bright— bright purple colour. “I can’t fail this exam—”
“You don’t need to study, Hero.”
“Just because you’re a genius—”
“You’ve already sat your exam, Hero.”
Hero froze. Blinked. Stuttered. They tilted their head at Villain. “Are you— is this some kind of psyching me out kind of trick? Because it won’t work.”
“We have already sat these exams, Hero. You know it. Deep down, somewhere inside you knows I’m right.”
“Villain—”
“We both passed and got our Hero licence. You were obviously second best,” Villain said with a grin like a knife. “But we can’t all be geniuses, as you say.”
“This is a weird joke,” Hero said eventually with a scoff and looked down at their book again. Villain glanced down too. He couldn’t see any words on the pages. Just lines of black writing.
“Fine,” Villain shrugged leaning in. “What exam are you studying for?”
“The Hero licence fin—”
“I know. Which exam?” Villain asked, cutting Hero off. He pulled his chair in until his torso was flush with the wood, clasping his fingers together in front of him and tilted his head to the side.
“The—” Hero said, trailing off. Their eyes wandered and a troubled look crossed their features. Their eyes burned purple. “The…” then they shook their head and let out a breath of a laugh. “God, I can’t remember. I must have been studying too long.”
“Okay,” Villain shrugged. “Just read what’s on the page you’re reading then.”
Hero’s eyes narrowed at the challenge. “Fine!” They said with a scoff as they looked down again. “The… uh— the…”
Villain watched with an eagerness as Hero’s features pinched on their face, a crease forming between their brilliant brows and a furrow forming over their forehead. Hero’s grip tightened on the book, their hands began to shake.
“Villain…” they said after a moment, looking up with wide petrified eyes. “Why am I calling you Villain? That’s not your name. Your hero name was other hero. I remember. We picked it out together. And when you changed it to Villain, god I—”
Villain smiled and sat back. Hero’s physique morphed again, older again, but at least now they looked like the Hero Villain knew from the present. Comfortable clothes, a hoodie and a pair of sweatpants with a white tee, that made it easy for fighting and going for groceries.
The library changed around them again, bleeding away to a black, voided emptiness.
“Villain, what’s going on?”
Villain sighed. “Finally. That took longer than it should have, Hero.”
“Why are you— what’s—”
“Superhero hired Nokio to subdue you and make you work for him, hide you away in your mind so you would be an obedient little—” before Villain could finish he gasped, cutting himself off. His air felt breathy, unreal as a spike of purple coiled rope erupted from his chest.
“VILLAIN!”
Villain fell to his knees. “You just couldn’t leave well enough alone, could you Villain?” Nokio’s voice boomed around them, echoing off nothing. High pitched and grating, so the same as Villain remembered. Villain reached out to grab the spike.
It’s not real, it’s not real, it’s not—
Twin coils of rope wound around Villain’s wrists, thorns like the ones you’d find on a rosebush stuck into Villain’s skin, knotting itself like barbed wire around him.
“Villain!” Hero gasped, dropping to their knees in front of Villain. Villain smiled, blood dripping from the corners of his mouth. “What do I do? WhatdoIdo? How do I help? Villain?!”
The tears in Hero’s eyes pulled at Villain’s heartstrings. God. He forgot he still had those. “Fight, Hero,” Villain gasped. “I can’t help you. But fight, Nokio is nothing compared to—”
A shrill scream and Villain was torn from Hero’s mind and back into their body. The force of the expulsion shot them back across the room and Villain gasped, spluttering, grabbing at the phantom spike in his chest.
He grinned. All he had to do was wait. Hero would free themself, and then Superhero would have something to really worry about.

synopsis; touya todoroki is boy who can't always communicate his love for you - but you're willing to wait for him, no matter how long it takes.
⋆.˚ ᡣ𐭩 .𖥔˚ my ocean eyed baby boy. touya x reader
Tumblr media
You like to think of Touya Todoroki as your only love- the boy across the street who carried you on his back when it rained, the one who climbed through your window to show you new tricks he'd learned with his quirk- and the one who had a hell of a hard time admitting he was absolutely in love with you.
You've known Touya since before you could even walk. His baby photos prove this when you look back at the treasured albums, where a little red haired baby is wailing beside you with your gummy smile pointed towards the camera flash
Right now, you're sitting in Fuyumi's room while she paints your nails. This is one of the first times Touya's feelings seep through the cracks in the hardened barrier he'd created to specifically keep you out.
"You're going on a date?"
You huff sheepishly, turning to Fuyumi with a whine
"You told him?"
She winces with a laugh, looking between you and her older brother with a knowing grin. You look away from the dark haired boy standing in the doorway in embarrassment, missing the way the color from his face has drained entirely at your confirmation.
"I'm sorry! In all honesty, it really just slipped!" She confessed, nudging your shoulder with a reassuring smile as you finally turn to Touya, curling your unpainted hand into a fist and tucking it under your chin
"Besides, why do you care? Surprised someone wants to go out with me?" You tease, the smile on your face making Touya's blood boil as he grits his teeth together - unsure and unable to continue the conversation with you any longer as his short temper snaps.
"Yeah. Who in their right mind would want to go out with you anyways?" He seethes, the bite in his tone covering the jealousy thrumming through his blood as he turns on his heel - slamming Fuyumi's bedroom door with a snarl
Fuyumi's eyes harden as she yells after Touya, and she's about to get up to yell at him some more before you tug on her arm gently
Touya was... conflicted when it came to you. You knew he liked you- of course, he didn't know this. It was obvious, you could feel him staring at you just about all the time. He always discreetly fought to sit beside you during dinner and movie nights, then went on to complain how he's always stuck beside Fuyumi's little devil-friend. You'd stick your tongue out at him with a hearty laugh- never once missing the way his eyes would shine with amusement and a tenderness reserved only for you.
He was the boy who scared off anyone who bullied you when you were little, the one who wiped your tears and made you sit on his bed while he showed you how he created letters in the air with his flames- the blue fire would always curve and spin as he spelt your name in the air with a proud grin.
But Touya felt too much. Cried too much and worked too hard - he couldn't confess to you now, not yet. You'd wait as long as you'd have to for him, the boy so emotionally constipated it made you laugh.
"Come on Fuyumi, I'm fine! He's said worse, you know." You reply, and your best friend seems baffled by your insistent defense for her older brother who seemingly had no fucking manners.
"Y/n, you are an angel - so I'll curse him out after you've left for your little date with Keigo."
"Not a date!" You sing-song, and she smiles softly before unscrewing the nail polish bottle once again, beginning to coat your second hand in the deep blue shade you'd picked out as her eyes narrow in concentration.
If only Fuyumi knew her older brother had gone to his room and fallen face first onto his bed with a defeated groan- knowing he was in no position to tell you not to go on that date. He'd figure out who you were going out with soon enough and give them a piece of his mind, but for now - he can only watch it all unfold miserably from afar.
The second time Touya lets his feelings seep through the cracks in the hardened barrier he'd specifically created to keep you out is during an occasion he's not too proud of.
The Todoroki household was lavish in ways hard to imagine when it came to money. This is the first time the powers gone out - when the back up generators failed and the shutters fluttered from the pouring rain outside.
Your fear was unexpected. Touya didn't understand why you're so afraid - it's just a little darker then it was before with the lights out, a little louder with the storm raging outside. So when you're clinging to his shirt with bleary eyes, he can only smirk down at you pitifully.
"Scared? I don't think I've ever met someone with a fear as stupid as rain before."
He didn't seem afraid at all - not when the house felt like it was shaking from each crack of thunder, and not when it seemed like the rain would flood the entire street. That is why you had sought him out in the dark - calling out his name like a prayer as he mocked and teased you, blowing out the candles lit throughout the dark house and cackling when your frightened cries reached his ears.
In all honestly, he never intended to make you cry. He was just messing around. But he was being too rough, too mean as he blew out the little light you had and leaving you in the darkness to fend for yourself. When he hears a small, pitiful sob leaves your lips - he's lighting every single candle he can see in an instant with his flames.
The blue fire cackles to life and illuminates the tears rolling down your cheeks, and that's what he realizes how badly he'd messed up.
He leads you to the living room with a careful hand placed on the small of your back, avoiding your gaze as the guilt he feels seizes his chest - something like an anchor, sinking deeper and deeper as he gently kisses the tears on your cheeks, the dimly lit room hid the burning blush on his cheeks as he mumbles an apology
And the third time Touya lets his feelings seep through the cracks in the hardened barrier he'd specifically created to keep you out is when the dam finally breaks, when the flood breaks flow freely and drowns you.
✦ .   ˚ . ✦ ˚ . ★⋆.
The Todoroki family and yours have been close from the very beginning, so it is no surprise that you're all invited to the heroes annual ball this year - everyone was brimming with barely contained excitement for the upcoming event.
Every one of Fuyumi's siblings are crammed with you in the backseat of Endeavor's limo - of course Touya is sitting right beside you, huffing and groaning as he leans the entirety of his weight onto you. The complaints and chatter of you, Touya, and Natsuo is all Fuyumi can hear from the front seat.
"If you step on my dress - "
"You're crushing me!"
"Push over you hog!"
Shoto seemed to be the only one sitting peacefully, looking up at everyone yelling with a curiosus stare. Eventually, you all tumble out of the car the moment you arrive at the venue - laughter bubbling out of everyone and the atmosphere nice and airy. Your eyes eventually wander to Touya as you wait for everyone to get out of the limo.
He looked so handsome. His dark hair - the one he'd so rebelliously dyed - was combed back with gel, a tie wrapped neatly around his neck as he stood tall and proud in all of his glory, wearing a devastatingly handsome suit.
You were biting your fist when you saw him walk out of the changing rooms for the first time while you all were dress shopping for the ball.
And he looked even better now.
You all enter and greet the other heroes, following suit behind Endeavor and Rei along with your own parents before everyone slowly disperses, moving around as people find each other amongst the crowd of partygoers.
You feel a quick tap on your shoulder, and turn around to find Keigo Takami grinning widely at you as he presses a kiss onto your knuckles as a greeting
"Didn't think I'd get to see you in such a beautiful dress - blue really is your color, huh?" The blonde muses, his hand moving forward as he gently runs a teasing finger down the bodice of your gown
"And you look awfully handsome in this suit - tell me, was this red tie made specifically to match these?"
Your fingers touch his soft feathers earnestly, and Keigo's smirk tells you all you need to know.
Touya sits beside his father, the metal fork in his hand melting between his fingers from pure rage as he watches you stand so close to Keigo Takami and speak at a distance which prohibited him from hearing a single thing, meaning he could only hopelessly watch you laugh and smile as Keigo cracked joke after joke.
Touya's walking outside to clear his mind after a while with his head hung, unsure of what he was feeling once again. It was an annoying sensation, one that crawled up his spine and seemed like torture from within
You notice Touya walking onto the balcony and bid your friend Keigo farewell before slowly walking across the ballroom to reach him.
Touya's staring out at the city beneath him- a faraway look in his eyes. He seems so deep in thought, you almost don't wont to disturb him. But he sees you before you can walk away, and you send him a smile before slowing slipping the balcony door shut, moving to stand beside him as he lets out a sigh
"Just can't leave me alone, can you?" He huffs out annoyed, but you can see there's something else bothering him. You know him better than any one else.
"I guess not. What're you doing out here anyways, huh?" You muse, watching him run his palm across his jaw in annoyance, turning to you with a glare as his cerulean gaze narrows
"I came here for some fresh air - by the way, you and Keigo are absolutely disgusting. Don't you remember that time he vomited all over you after getting sick from flying too high? Damned bird - you're both gross." He snaps, irritation and an underlying bite lacing every word he spit out as you snort
"Sure, sure. Why are you acting like you haven't thrown up on me before?" You ask with a raised brow, grinning when Touya can barely even sputter out a remark, his cheeks ablaze as he looks away with a grimace, remembering the one time his motion sickness made him vomit all over the girl of his dreams. He didn't look you in the eye for an entire week after that incident.
"Touya... is something wrong?" You finally question, and the poor boy wants to bang his head against the railing of the balcony until he couldn't think anymore when he hears the softness in your voice
"No."
It's obvious he's lying, and you sigh knowingly as he looks away from you once again
"Do you wanna talk about it? You know I'll listen."
He's silent once again - and you lean against the cold railing, watching him quietly as he finally cracks under your gaze with a groan, dragging his hand down his face before speaking
"You look... pretty."
As unexpected as it was, his compliment wasn't unwelcome at all. He knows this by the way your eyes light up, and something in his heart hurts at the sight of you smiling so brightly at him.
"And you look handsome as ever!" You pipe up, placing a single foot in front of you as you slowly step towards him
His eyes narrow in suspicion from the mischievous gleam in your eyes- but widen the instant your hand comes around and tugs him forward by his tie.
"Did you match with me on purpose?"
He glances down at his tie with faux confusion before his eyes slowly move to your dress - identical to the blue shade around his neck.
Yes. Yes he did match his tie with your dress on purpose.
"I mean, you knew what color dress I was getting since we all went shopping together. And it's not like you're matching with anyone else, Tou-"
Touya's lips press against yours with an eagerness that is palpable- his large palms move forward to cup your cheeks as he molds the entirety of his body against yours in a desperate attempt to feel every inch of you against him in that moment-
Finally.
He twists you around so your back was arched against the balcony as he pressed his mouth over yours- pulling back to pepper small kisses all over your lips before his mouth envelops yours once again - he's breathing hard when he pulls away, pupils dilated and eyes wide as you both just stare at each other.
He seems too out of breath to form a coherent sentence, so you take the chance to speak instead
"Didn't know you were so desperate for me Todoro-"
He cuts you off with his lips once again, and this time - he gently pinched your hip as a warning while you laugh into the kiss.

yandere! villain x gn! villain reader x yandere! hero part 2
"I don't want to remember anymore."
"It hurts so much."
The villain rubs your back, crouching beside you as you sob into your palms. He stays silent, allowing you to wallow in misery as he stays beside you, a sign of comfort.
Contrary to popular belief, the villain was much more sympathetic than the world class hero who was once your boyfriend. It was a sad situation. Because who would've guessed that your boyfriend whom you loved with all of your heart would just give you away like that?
Sure your relationship was falling apart but he had claimed that he loved you! And he wasn't one to lie, no, not at all! He had always kept his promises! So why would he break one as important as his love for you?
Were those 'I love you's' nothing more than lip service? What about all those times he smiled so sweetly at you that you felt you could just die? Was that nothing more than an act?
It can't be. You refuse to believe it.
"He's such an asshole... I loved him-! I truly did!"
You continued to weep into your palms as the villain remains silent. Did this make him uncomfortable? You sniffled, rubbing away your tears as you turned away from the villain, murmuring apology after apology as you tried to calm yourself down.
You didn't want to burden him after all. Not when he had graciously taken you in, shown you more love than your ex boyfriend ever did and practically spoiled you with attention and riches! And he wasn't even your boyfriend!
Yeah he might've be been the reason why your boyfriend gave you up but still! Your boyfriend didn't even make any signs of trying to keep you with him!
You still couldn't understand why he did what he did. And it still hurts you till this day, a month after his betrayal. Your eyes began to sting once more, tears pricking as the villain sighs and kneels down in front of you. You looked up at him, tears rolling down your stained cheeks as he beckoned for you to use him as comfort to which you gladly accepted.
"I want to forget... Forget everything he did... Oh... It hurts so much! My heart is bleeding!"
You wept into his chest, temporarily ignoring the fact that you're staining his shirt with tears and snot. But it's not like the villain minded. For he merely caressed your head, gently soothing you as he looks at you like you're the only thing in the world.
"Then... I'll help you forget."
The villain mumbles into your neck, wrapping his arms around your waist. He gently rubs his hands on your sides, the heat of his body distracting you momentarily as your breath hitches.
He nibbles on your earlobe as your heart races, flustered at his intimate touches and the tone of his voice. The rich tone, the slight hint of seduction... Was he implying that he sleep with you to forget?
"...Such a pretty thing like yourself... Should never be crying over a man like him."
Your blush only grows as he stares into your eyes, a small smile playing on his lips as he tucks a strand of hair behind your ear. Yes... You didn't need the hero anymore. Not when you had this man here with you. Someone who would actually appreciate you and your efforts.
And you just knew that he was being genuine with his feelings.
How? It was quite simple, really. Would any other man build statues of you? Offer to blow up the world just to see you happy? Or give you the right to end his life whenever you felt like he was being too rude to you?
The fact that he never forced you to reciprocate either was something you really appreciated. I mean, he was a villain! You'd expect him to force you to love him after his devotion... But he never did anything like that.
And it causes your heart to flutter. To flutter in a way that it never did when you were with the hero. So, perhaps it was time to repay the villain for everything he's done for you? It's fine if he's obsessed. At least he loves you.
But it turns out you two were both thinking very different things.
"My dear I meant that I can alter your memory... Though if you'd prefer we do that... I'm not opposed to it~"
The attractive villain chuckles as you stare at him wide-eyed. You quickly button back your shirt as you hide your face in his chest. Ah! What a pervert you were... Don't worry, he loves it <3
"I love you darling ♡"
You soon fell asleep. And when you awoke, you were in the villain's lap, your head against his chest as he reads a book. Why were your eyes so tired..? Were you crying? Why?
"...My dear, why was I-"
"We watched a sad movie together. It's okay if you forgot, I'll be here to remind you."
Ah, so that's why. You nodded, looking up at your lover with delighted eyes as you kissed his cheek. Hm... Now that you woke up, you were in the mood for some destruction!
So that's what you two did. And what better place to destroy than your hometown? And so, the two of you stood in the middle of a destroyed city, holding hands and enjoying as it went up in flames.
A familiar man, aka the hero, stares at you both with wide eyes, running after you and your beloved villain as you two laugh at the destruction of your hometown. This city that you've once considered home... Yes, you were currently destroying it. Why? Because why not?
It betrayed you. Hurt you beyond imagination! Your parents never believed in you. Nor did the neighbours or anyone else, really! Calling you names, berating you... And more importantly, the stupid hero who refused to save you! Damn him!
It was a few years back if you weren't wrong. There was a villain attacking the shop you shopping at and you were trapped under some debris. You vividly remember the way he smiled at you, thinking you were saved, you outstretched your hand, whispering words of praise to him. But your hopes were crushed as he merely turned away, refusing to help you out. That was your last straw. the final thing that made you snap.
So you left, turning to a life of crime and villainy as your partner in crime helped you with everything. He was your ride or die, the one who helped you out in everything, he was all you needed.
After all, he took you in when no one else wanted to. Taught you all there was to being a villain, comforted you when no one else wanted to... To think that a villain would be more compassionate than a hero.
You grit your teeth as your hate for heroes grew exponentially, especially one particular male one. To call yourself a hero, you were supposed to help everyone, to be the bringer of justice. Yet why did he not do any of that for you?
You turned your head to face the hero as he approached you with soft steps. That look... Was he pitying you? You glared at him, frowning as he stammered on his words.
"y/n-! what are you-"
"And... who are you? To call me by that name, hm?"
You relished in the way his eyes widened, the way his jaw drops ever so slightly. Yes... That look! Fall into the pit of endless despair! Look at what he did to you! Regret it all!
You couldn't help but let out a chuckle as he fell to his knees, eyes shaking as he got on his knees and crawled to you. To think that the hero who refused to help you would be on his knees begging for your forgiveness. Ah, the feeling was just so satisfying~!
"You... You don't remember?"
You laughed.
"Remember? Of course I do. You left me to die."
His mouth went dry as he looked away from your eyes. Your eyes rolled, annoyed at his hypocrisy as you began to walk away to your lover. He had a smug look on his features as he welcomed yiu
"Goodbye hero. May the next time we meet be at your funeral."
And so the both of you left. Surprisingly enough, the hero just watched in guilty silence as he did nothing to stop you or the villain. Only observed quietly as the villain held a satisfied look on his features. Tears of pain and regret began to drop from him as your figure grew smaller, and smaller, until you were gone from view.
Officially disappearing from his life.
And it was all his fault.

Falling
Izuku Midoriya x Fem!Reader
Synopsis : It all takes a turn after the symbol of peace dissapears…
TW: Major Character Death, just pure angst.
Word Count: 1.8k words
Tumblr media
Waking up to your beautiful face in the morning was Izuku’s favourite thing. He loved seeing your peaceful face, with a content smile on your face, snuggled into his chest as the sunlight peaked through the curtains and presented a majestic glow on your body. He slowly reached out his hand and tucked the small hairs behind your ears that had fallen out of place. As you slowly stirred awake and looked at him with the most beautiful smile and doe eyes filled with love, he felt the most content. He chuckled as he watched you snuggle closer to him and fall back asleep. He reluctantly got out of bed and headed to the bathroom to clean up.
As you stirred awake from your dream, you reached for the person on your side and frowned when you realised he wasn’t there. But the smell of toast and eggs tingled your senses and you smiled at the fact that Izuku was making your breakfast. As you head towards the kitchen, you sit down on the table and look at the view of the city from the glass wall of your penthouse as Izuku slides you your cup of coffee. You thank him with a kiss and sit down together to eat. You make small talk and Izuku informs you how sad he felt at the fact that he would have to leave you alone on your free day cause he has to work on a new case that has been a mystery the past few days. You reach for his cheek and he melts into your palm as you tell him, “Come back home safe okay Izu?”
As he leaves the house bidding you goodbye and that he would come home soon, you hug him and tell him to stay safe and have a good day. But your gut told you that something bad was going to happen. You where sitting on the couch finishing some paperwork from your last mission as the TV played in the background. “REPORTING LIVE FROM MUSTAFU! PRO HERO DEKU IN A GUT WRENCHING FIGHT WITH MYSTERY VILLAIN VENGEANCE! WHO WILL WIN?” You look up at the screen and gasp when you see what state Izuku was in. You rush towards your bedroom and get changed into your hero gear as you bolt out of your penthouse. You run as fast as you can towards the scene and land a damaging blow on the villain as you stand infront of Izuku. “Ah the wife is here to save his husband huh? Too bad you’ll fail!” Said the villain as he launched his attack. ‘He’s fast’ You think as you barely dodge his attack. You see Shouto and Dynamight reach for Deku, and feel relived when they take him to a safe place. You exchange a blow after blow until the villain lies on the floor and you raise you arm in victory as you hold your bleeding side. You were in the middle of getting patched up when you saw the commotion outside, the villain screamed “You think you’ve won H/N? But you lost! Hahahaha” As he ditches the police. You don’t understand what he’d said until your sidekick rushes into the ambulance and says that Deku is gone.
The next few days went by in a blur as you buried yourself in the task of finding your husband. After 20 days, there was still no sign of Izuku. You slowly started to give up hope as crime rates started increasing as villains started terrorising the civilians in the absence of the symbol of peace. As you sat on the couch looking through papers, the front door slammed open. Your eyes widened as a bloodied form of Deku stumbles in. You rush to hold him as he passes out in your arms.
After a few minutes of cleaning and patching him up, you examine his features, relieved at the fact that he wasn’t too harmed. You set him down on the bed and head to the kitchen to prepare his favourite Katsudon, a recipe you had learned from Inko as you call Katsuki and inform him about Izuku’s reappearance. Katsuki sounds relieved but it is immediately followed by a sense of suspicion which he doesn’t make much out of. (now he thinks he should have)
As you finish frying the meat and cooking the rice, you notice two arms that come and snake around your face. You turn to look back at him and tears well up in your eyes as you look at his beautiful bruised face smiling down at you. “Did you miss me my love?” He says as he hugs you while you turn around and burry your face in his chest, weeping at the thought that you had nearly lost him. He cradles your face and wipes away your tears with his thumbs and says, “It’s okay baby, you don’t have to worry anymore. I’m sorry I disappeared suddenly. I was under Anesthesia when the villain must have kidnapped me. When I woke up I was in a basement, I had no idea where I was but I knew I had to make it back to you. So I somehow managed to escape. I’m so glad I did.” He helps you set the table and you both sit and talk about how the situation has been while he was away as you both eat. As you lay in bed, cradling each other in your arms, you manage to fall asleep after a long time.
You wake up in darkness, surrounded by an abyss. You panic at your situation and fail to notice the light coming from the opposite direction. As the light gets brighter, you notice a figure, bloodied and bruised, tied on a chair as it thrashes around. As you walk towards it, the figure of Vengeance suddenly appears and says “Peek-a-boo!”
You wake up in cold sweat, as you look around yourself and notice you’re back at your apartment as Izuku sleeps peacefully beside you. You calm yourself down and head to the kitchen for a glass of water and think about how it was surprising that Izuku suddenly appeared after a long time. But you brushed the thought aside and headed back to bed.
As the days went by, the crime rate went down as Deku was back at work but you couldn’t help but notice the slight changes about him. He started coming back home later than usual and left before you woke up. Even though you both worked at the same agency, you barely saw him and when you did, he was always buried in paperwork, like he was searching for something. When you decided to confront him about it, he brushed off your concerns and said that he was working twice as hard to pick up where he had left.
Months passed by and you felt yourself drifting apart from him. Others noticed the changes in him too, but they never put much thought into it.
On 26th September, Vengeance made a reappearance in Mustafu. He had brought an army of villains from Tartarus and all of the heroes were confused as to how they managed to break free. He called out, “WHERE ARE YOU H/N? Come out, come out wherever you are~” They were manic, as they started destroying everything around them. Vengeance looked up with a smile when he saw Izuku and you standing on a rooftop and fighting other villains. “My dearest Y/N~” You turned around and received a nasty punch to your abdomen and blew back a few feet. You looked down at your wound, you must’ve broken a few ribs. You looked up to see Izuku fighting the other villains and rushed in to the fight head first.
A few hours later, you looked around you and saw all the destruction that had taken place. Many heroes and villains alike were gravely injured. You weren’t in a good condition either. As you and Vengeance stand face to face, he calls out, “Deku! It’s your turn now!” You’re caught of guard as black whip grabs you and throws you across the roof onto another building. You roll on the floor and when you look up from the ground you see Deku standing there with a look of such hatred, that it rattles you to your core. “You know I never loved you right? You were Almight’s goddaughter and I knew that if I had you, I would have him in the palm of my hands too. I wanted to get rid of you before, but then I realised that I needed to keep you for the future. I cheated on you with my sidekick too, but you were so naive and trusting, you never suspected that did you?” Each word was like a knife being stabbed into your heart and you didn’t even realise that he had backed you up to the edge of the roof. You noticed the helicopters flying above your head, recording all of it. “No! That can’t be true. My Izuku loves me, he respects uncle Toshi and he would do anything to protect anyone he loves!” You shout, trying to grapple the fact that this couldn’t be the guy you fell in love with.
“Well how kind of you! But you never even realised, I’m not him.” He whispers into your ear as he pushes you back. In a state of shock, you freeze and fall off the building.
As you’re falling down, you reminisce about all the moments you spent with everyone you loved and the second before your death, Izuku’s smile flashes before your eyes and you smile at the fact that you were right about Izuku, because that villain was not him.
As your body crashes onto the ground and blood pools around your body, the clone reveals his true from and is taken away by the police who identify him as Vengeance’s brother. They are both arrested and admit in the police custody that they were obsessed with you and since you couldn’t be theirs, you can’t be anyone’s.
Meanwhile, Locked in a dark room as he looks at your falling body on the TV and the events that follow, the real Izuku thrashes and weeps in the chair he’s tied in, hating the fact that he couldn’t protect you, the only one he truly loved and that you must’ve thought that he was the one who killed you and betrayed you. He looks towards the TV with lifeless eyes, regretting that he beer got the chance to make your wear that ring hidden the the lower right corner of your safe. As he sat limp in his chair, it finally realised hit him that you were falling, and he wasn’t there to catch you.

“D-don’t! Please fuck please I’m sorry. I’m sorry!”
Hero’s pleas went unanswered. Having a power inhibitor lodged in their body somewhere they didn’t even know made them helpless. Strapped to a medical bed simply with padded restraints on their wrists and ankles. The monitors beeping in the background idly displaying their vitals.
Villain was preparing everything. Whatever the fuck they were preparing. A table with syringes of unknown substances and tools that Hero wished they hadn’t learned existed. What other procedure could possibly be done with something that looks like an icepick. What did Villain call it? A leucotome or something.
“P-please Villain. I-I know we don’t even really know each other that well and of course it’s my job to stop you from hurting people… but this is going too far. Please, you have to see that.”
Villain was humming a tune. Humming! While Hero was terrified for their life. Even if they knew the procedure wasn’t meant to kill them, it might as well be death. They wouldn’t be themselves, just a shell, a husk. As Villain sauntered over with their tools in hand, Hero’s heart sunk.
Fighting fruitlessly against the restraints. Thrashing with all their might.
“Don’t you fucking dare! You can’t do this you can’t! Please g-god fuck you cant…”
Villain put a strap over Hero’s forehead and pinned their head down tightly to the bed and secured the restraint. Hero’s struggles dying down, not by choice.
“J-just please reconsider this. What’s the point of doing this? I’m just one hero, there’s hundreds of others that are going to fight you even if I’m gone.”
Villain brought up the ice pick and leveled it at an angle above Hero’s right eye. The Hero couldn’t move out to fear and their breath was short, uneven. Their gaze flitting between the weapon and Villain.
“C-Can we please just talk about this? For two seconds please please.”
Villain drew the pick closer to Hero. Unbearably close. If Hero even twitched the sharp point would touch their eye. Their eyes were tearing up. They couldn’t believe how much fear was running through them. This had to be a nightmare. But it wasn’t.
“Please I’m sorry I-I… I won’t ever get in your way again. You won’t have to worry about me. You’ll never see me, I-I…”
Hero shut their eyes when Villain brought up a hammer looking tool to the butt end of the pick. Ready to pierce into his skull. Their heart pounding out of their chest, hands trembling. They couldn’t help the tear they shed.
“I’m so fucking sorry. For the love of… please don’t do this to me, please please I’ll do anything. I won’t be a hero anymore, I’ll disappear. Or just fucking kill me instead!”
For a few beats nothing happened. Hero didn’t dare to open their eyes. Not wanting to face the horror that awaited them as a few more of their tears shed. Only to be met with a gentle warm touch grazing their cheek. Making them flinch away with a pathetic whimper.
“I won’t kill you, darling.”
The voice almost a whisper, yet smooth and crystal. Hero hesitantly pried their eyes open to peer up at the Villain.
Villain leans down over the bed as they place both of their hands next to either side of Hero’s head on the bed. Caging them in as their breath fans over their face.
“I have a proposal. Not much of a choice because I’ll keep you either way, but this next part depends on you. Should I keep you after you turn into a cute little vegetable with no thoughts or will. Or…”
Villains right hand cups Hero’s left cheek. Caressing it in a mockingly comforting manner that only sent chills through Hero’s body.
“… would you like to stay who you are and willingly stay with me? Be my little pet. All you have to do is never leave me, never disobey, never run back to the hero’s association. All mine. What do you say?”

Hero and Villain, fake relationship
////
“How are you feeling, dear?”
“My ears keep ringing,” Hero sighed, tucking his icepack further into his neck, “and don’t call me dear. There’s not a soul who needs to hear that anymore. It’s just us.”
“Oh, it’s just us, isn’t it?” Villain smiled and leaned back their head, as if in bliss. The movement exposed a dark cleft of red. A cut ran like spilled wine down from their lips and to the gully of their clavicle, and it gleamed with a satin sheen, obscenely fresh. Hero averted his eyes.
“Yes, just us,” Hero agreed, indulging in Villain’s cryptic mood, “unless we’ve got ourselves a visitor you’re not telling me about.”
“I would tell you. I’ll always tell you,” Villain turned their head back down, leveling Hero with a stare, “this is our home after all.”
Hero stared back and wondered if his ears were ringing Villain’s words into nonsense. Beneath his gaze, Villain sprawled, languid and liquid as a cat, in their armchair.
They’d bought the chair–a chaise so high-backed it looked like it’d grown wings–the first week of their contract and displaced the original furniture that had come with the pre-furnished house. Quickly thereafter, they’d taken to redecorating the rest of their temporary rooms with utmost fervor. Decor spilled out, the chair its center point: fur rugs, velvet throws, glass-shaded lamps.
“You can keep the house,” Hero blurted, “it's not ours anymore. Contract’s over.”
“My, how generous,” Villain smiled wider, snake-like, and Hero feared they would bleed from the strain, “would you really leave this all to me?”
“Sure, you seem comfortable here,” Hero shrugged, “you put a lot of time into the place. I don’t want to get in the way.”
“You’ve decorated over the past year as well. Don’t give me all the credit, darling.” Villain waved their hand, nails flashing in the light. Following their fingers, Hero recognized his coat tossed over the back of Villain’s chair. Pens and papers, which he’d sworn to clean up, lay sprawled over the oil-dark coffee table.
“I only left a mess. That’s hardly decor.”
“It could never be a mess.” Villain reached a hand back and rested their palm over Hero’s coat. “I enjoy your additions. They make the place feel lived in.”
“Lived in,” Hero echoed, “guess it helped with our cover. Probably made this whole sham marriage look real enough.”
Villain’s face turned flat. The curl of their smile snapped like elastic, pinching into a terse line, and a bead of blood rounded their chin as they spoke.
“Why are you still wearing the ring?”
Hero let go of the icepack and it tumbled into a heap in his lap. “If it bothers you, I’ll just go on and take it off.”
“It does not.” Villain drawled, sweeping out their hand. “I am far from bothered.”
Their ring and its exquisite gem fluoresced upon their finger, a beacon casting its gleam over the mountain of their knuckles.
“It just, you know, feels wrong to take it off after so long.” Hero muttered, squeezing at his wrist. “I even have tanline from it.”
Villain smiled again, soft, but their skin still broke. Blood slipped along the underside of their jaw and Hero swallowed; he could almost feel it roll down his own throat.
“You shouldn’t have taken the bandage off.”
Hero glanced once more at his ring, before pushing himself off his chair. Pain shot like a bolt through his wrist. Staggering, he snagged a tissue from a box on the coffee table and then shuffled toward Villain, who met his approach with gleam in their eye.
“I don’t like being restricted.” Villain explained as Hero propped his hip into the chair arm and leaned over. “I couldn’t speak or move my head with that infernal contraption on.”
“Must’ve been hard for you to be so quiet.” Hero grabbed Villain’s chin and tilted their head back. “You had a long time for reflection in that hospital, didn’t you? Might be why you’re being so odd.”
“I didn’t need time to reflect,” Villain murmured, suddenly quiet, “I have considered this for a long time.”
“And what have you considered?” Hero set the tissue upon Villain’s skin, feigning focus, avoiding Villain’s gaze crawling shamelessly over his face.
“You.”
“Me?” Hero dabbed their throat, careful of the scab. He moved his steadying hand to the side of Villain’s neck.
“The both of us, [Hero].” Villain grabbed Hero’s wrist, draping their fingers and the gleaming ring over his arm, trapping Hero’s touch to his throat. Their carotid pulse drummed against his fingertips. “You see, my dear, I want to keep living in this house. I want to keep my ring. You must understand what I mean when I say this.”
“[Villain], you couldn’t possibly–”
“Will you stay?”

Toga and twice have girls' night at least once a month.
Like sleepover, pillow fort, and all. Cheesy movies and snacks. Gossip and nail painting. MATCHING PAJAMAS. STUFFED ANIMALS AND FUZZY BLANKETS. Dabi joins sometimes bit dips when Toga starts asking about a certain hero.
Shigaraki loathes it. Not because he thinks it's annoying, but because he wants to join. He can never work up the courage to ask.
Spinner stays for the snacks and movies. He tends to fall asleep the fastest.
Kurogiri checks up on all of them. He likes to make sure everyone is safe. He turns the tv off when they all fall asleep.
Compress only goes along with it so he can do everyone's makeup. He claims it's magic how he knows what everyone likes, but he just pays attention.
Magne was the one who started the tradition. She wanted Toga to have someone to hang out with. She wanted to be a role model. When she died, Toga made sure to carry it on.
