Amber vs Clear Lighting - This Is What You Should Buy
It is easy to answer the question of why we need to install lights on our cars, but the question that many struggle with maybe what brand, and color of lights one should buy. When it comes to off-roading, we all know how essential lights are to a car, as they serve several functions in our adventures including;
improving visibility, both for the driver and other offroaders, resulting in safety, especially in low-light conditions or at night.
facilitating communication on the road, lights such as turn signals, brake lights, and hazard lights convey your intentions and actions to other road users hence preventing collisions and confusion among drivers.
personalizing and improving the car’s aesthetics
having them in compliance with traffic laws, as failure to do so may result in legal penalties
With an array of lights to choose from and quality brands like Baja Design, Heretic Studio, Rigid Industries, KC Hilites, Morimoto, and more, which specialize in manufacturing these lights, many offroaders find themselves not knowing which lights to go for that will meet their specific needs. So in this article, we are going to share the differences between amber, and clear lighting, hence answering this off-road lighting age-old question.
First of all, when it comes to lights we describe their color output using the Kelvin scale which ranges from 1000 – 12000. This means that the lower the Kelvin, the warmer the color temperature of the light which means that the color output will be yellow, orange, and red, while the higher the Kelvin number, the cooler it will be, and the color output will be blue, indigo, or violet. Let’s take Baja Designs as an example, their amber lights specifically designed for off-road driving are about 3000K, while their clear lights are about 5000K.
Amber Lights
When you compare amber lights to clear lights, clear lights are a bit brighter, however with amber lights objects appear sharper and more distinguishable. Whether you are using amber lights for high or low-beam applications, they are usually optimized for dusty and foggy off-roading conditions. For KC Hilites Amber Lights, CLICK HERE
For Morimoto Amber Lights, CLICK HERE
Clear Lights
Clear lights project further than amber lights giving you a better illumination of the path and surroundings for a detailed assessment of rugged terrains. Clear lights are a better option for you if you drive in high-speed open deserts, or on clear night conditions. Here are several brands with the best clear lights on the market, just go ahead and click the links to grab them now

For Rigid Industries Clear Lights, CLICK HERE
For KC Hilites Clear Lights, CLICK HERE
For Morimoto Clear Lights, CLICK HERE
Ultimately whether you choose amber or clear lights, depends only on your needs. Both lights can keep you safe, and hence improve your performance in your off-roading adventures. If you want an intense light option, then clear lights may be for you, but if you are driving in inclement environments such as dust, snow, or fog, amber lights may be the best option for you. If you are having a hard time choosing, don’t feel limited you can always get a mix of both.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted something, so I might as well post an update to my comic.  Because someone cares...hopefully.
To be honest, it’s been going slowly.  It seems like real life is making it harder to complete this comic, which isn’t fun or very helpful.  But it will be done, and hopefully by the middle or end of December so I can get it printed in January in time for February.  Something like that.  I’ll try to draw an illustration or two along the way.

COLD TAKE- The best screen adaptation of the Dune series we'll ever get will HAVE to be animated.
I'm certainly not the first to say the Ghibli style would be perfect for it. Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind was actually based on Dune, and I think anybody who's seen Nausicaä or takes the time to watch will see why animation simply the best medium for the job.

Explore the Powerful Features of Heretic's Fork with Proton and Steam Deck
Tumblr media
Heretic's Fork deckbuilding tower defense game is confirmed to work on Linux via Windows PC. Thanks for the further details through Ravenage Games. Available on Steam with 92% Very Positive reviews. Heretic's Fork has rolled out an impressive update, and it's something you won't want to miss, especially if you're into action-packed deckbuilding tower defense games. The update aligns with the Bullet Heaven Fest climax from November 20, bringing a ton of new content and features that greatly enhance how you play. But first, let's talk Linux support:
It should work on Linux.
This email response clarifies that Heretic's Fork isn't directly developed for Linux, but it's fully compatible with Proton and Steam Deck. It's made with GameMaker Studio 2, a tool known for its great support across different Linux distributions when used with Proton.
Heretic's Fork - Launch Trailer
youtube
The latest update includes:
Torment Mode: Once you finish the main storyline, Torment Mode unlocks. It's a higher difficulty level that offers a serious test and gives you more reasons to dive back in. You'll tackle this mode with each character, unlocking more as you go. You also get extra credits and higher scores. Plus there are five new achievements to grab.
Character Variants: Four new variants are joining the roster – the Unknown Tormentor, Tormented Ruby, Spooky Niya, and Messy Denny. Each brings a unique spin to your strategies. You unlock these by nailing specific achievements in Heretic's Fork, adding more targets to aim for.
Meet Gilbo Gibbins: Here's a new character with a twist – the Gamble mechanic. This hinges on your Luck stat, making each move an intense roll of the dice. It adds a random element that really mixes things up.
New Music - Perverse Visionary Collection: The soundtrack gets a boost with this DLC by Nightcrawler. Music plays a big role in setting the mood, and this collection promises to deepen the immersive gameplay. It's a separate purchase, but it supports the artist, which is a better way to give back.
Playlist System: The Heretic's Fork update revamps the playlist system. Now, it's more user friendly with a select / deselect all feature, organized by album. Plus, you can access the mini-player during pauses in the action, which is a nice touch.
Fixes and Enhancements: They've ironed out various bugs and issues, enhancing overall play. This includes changes in difficulty, more cards, and challenges. They've even fixed some menu depth issues and improved the Ukrainian font.
Lastly, Heretic's Fork has crossed over 1,100 reviews, showcasing strong community support. Both 9FingerGames and Ravenage Games express thanks for this milestone. The reviews present an intriguing picture. Players admire its art, sound design, and the dynamic blend of rogue-lite, tower defense, and deckbuilding elements. The diverse characters and tower ideas, along with its challenging new difficulty spikes, offer adding depth and replayability. However, there is a stale meta that limits strategic variety, an overwhelming card deck, and certain overpowering towers that reduce the need for thoughtful strategy. The base character options are seen as imbalanced, and some gameplay modes, like endless mode, have performance issues. Overall, Heretic's Fork is a slick game with room for upgrades, offering a unique and enjoyable title for fans of rogue-likes and deckbuilders. In summary, this update isn't just a few tweaks – it's a major overhaul that adds depth, challenge, and variety. Whether it's trying out new characters, facing the harder Torment Mode, or losing yourself in the new music. There's plenty to explore and enjoy. It's due to the evolving nature of Heretic's Fork, making it a standout choice for a strategic test mixed with intense action. Priced at $9.99 USD / £8.49 / 9,75€ on Steam. And already confirmed to work on Linux via Windows PC. Which also includes Steam Deck.

Can you write a one shot for Corey? The reader is in the studio with Slipknot. Corey takes screams and reader, his girlfriend, loves them. Reader gives him loving looks. The others make fun of it and tease reader. Corey comforts them (hug,...).
February, 2001.
I was unsure as to if you were requesting a smut. I made it none smutty, but comment and I’ll change that real quick! This is not my best writing at all, I’m trying to get back into my groove, though!
Tumblr media
The dimly lit studio was alive with the sound of metal, an almost tangible energy crackling in the air. Slipknot was deep into the recording of their latest album, *Iowa*, and Corey was in his element. His voice ranged from guttural screams to melodic growls, filling the room with an intense rawness that only he could deliver. You were in awe. You always were, but at that moment, watching him so in touch with that realness. You almost wanted to shed a tear.
You sat on a worn-out leather couch at the back of the studio, watching him pour his soul into every note. You marveled at the transformation of the man you loved into the suffering, terrifying frontman of Slipknot.
For you, it was a revelation each time you witnessed Corey perform. The power of his voice resonated within you, sending chills down your spine and igniting a fire in your core. You adored him in these moments, wrapped in a mix of awe and desire. It wasn’t just about his voice or the music; it was the passion he exuded, the way he owned every inch of his space, commanding the attention of everyone around him.
The band was in the middle of recording "The Heretic Anthem," a track that pushed the limits of intensity and speed. Your heart raced in time with the furious drumbeats, your pulse mirroring the ferocity of the music. You were utterly captivated, caught in a trance of admiration and something more primal.
You shifted slightly on the couch, unable to tear your eyes away from Corey. His presence was magnetic, drawing you in with every scream and every breath he took between verses. The rest of the band played on, each member a vital part of the chaotic symphony, but for you, Corey was the focus.
As Corey launched into the chorus, your heart swelled with pride. You knew how much this album meant to him, how much of himself he poured into every lyric and every note. *Iowa* was a darker, more intense journey than their debut, a reflection of the struggles and triumphs the band had faced. And at the center of it all was Corey, baring his soul for the world to hear.
But the bandmates, keen observers and expert teasers, couldn’t let the moment pass unnoticed. Between takes, Joey Jordison grinned mischievously and pointed at you. "Looks like someone's got it bad for our scream king over here," he joked, his voice dripping with playful sarcasm. The others joined in, their laughter infectious and loud, echoing off the studio walls.
Mick Thomson leaned over his guitar, a sly smile playing on his lips. "Yeah, you should see her face when Corey hits those high notes. Bet the studio isn’t the only place she hears it."
The rest of the band chuckled, their teasing lighthearted but relentless. Paul Gray added, "I think we have a new number-one fan in the room."
Your face flushed a deep crimson, your initial amusement quickly giving way to embarrassment. You tried to laugh it off, but their good-natured ribbing hit a sensitive spot. You didn’t want to be seen as just another fan, caught up in the allure of a rock star. She was there for Corey—the man behind the mask and the music. She was his girl, had been for over two years, and you sure as hell wasn’t planning on leaving either.
Sensing your discomfort, Corey stepped away from the mic and crossed the room with his usual attitude, the teasing giving way to a more sincere energy. He slid onto the couch beside you, draping an arm around your shoulders. The warmth of his presence was immediate and reassuring.
"Hey," he cooed, leaning in close so only you could hear him over the noise of the studio. "Don’t let them get to you. They’re just messing around."
You sighed and looked into his eyes, finding the comfort she needed. “I know,” you replied, voice barely above a whisper. “It’s just...sometimes I feel like they see me as a groupie.”
Corey shook his head, his gaze steady and sincere. “They don’t, trust me. They love you, they’re just- they’re bored and tired and fucking immature.” He gently squeezed your thigh and leant in to kiss your cheek.
Reassured by his words, you felt the tension melt away, replaced by a renewed confidence in her place beside him. You loved Corey, not just as the charismatic lead singer of Slipknot, but as the man who held her close and knew her heart.
The session resumed, Corey back at the mic, his voice a weapon of raw emotion and strength. You watched him again, your heart swelling with pride and affection. The teasing had faded into the background, and all that remained was the music and the man she loved. You were no longer embarrassed, only exhilarated by the unbreakable bond you shared amid the chaos and creativity of the studio.

RWRB Full-Cast Audiobook Imaginations
So with the sequel on the horizon, we’re not that far from a full-cast re-recording of the audiobook, right?
I listen to the audiobook more than I read the book, mostly because I can listen to it while doing other stuff, and no offence to the original narrator, but while it’s good, it’s not the best. I kind of cringe at his British accent for Henry.
So I have a lot of thoughts.
The thing is with an audiobook, we can get both the wonderful vocal performance of the movie cast, and the iconic book lines, the ones that didn’t, and frankly, could never have made it into the movie due to format restrictions:
Sexy explicit sex scenes
Sexy explicit sex lines “For fuck’s sake, man, you just had my dick in your mouth, you can kiss me good-night”, “I want you to fuck me”, “I’ve been thinking about your mouth on me all well”
Emails in their entirety
Email openings and endings “Huge Raging Heache Prince Henry of Who Cares”, “First Son of Shirking Responsibilities”, “Horrible Revolting Heir”, “First Son of Founding Father Sacrilege”, “Haplessly Romantic Heretic Prince Henry the Utterly Daft”
Email historical quotes “The whole is a mass of fools and knaves; I could almost except you”, “I meet you in every dream”
Swearing and explicit language “fucking shit” “I fucking love you, okay?”
Internal Struggle
Iconic lines that didn’t make it into the movie for adaptation and story purposes “I’m never gonna love anybody in the world like I love you” “I love him on purpose”, “America, he is my choice”
Like, imagine hearing all of this in Taylor, in Nick, in Sarah and Uma and Ellie and Rachel and Thomas and Aneesh and Cfiton etc etc 's voice. Just imagine it!!!
Another thing to add is that to put it in simple terms, the current version of the audiobook does the dialogue lines closer to theatre acting: more enunciated, more inflection, and slower. Which is fine in its own right (I’m a theatre kid). But with the cast audiobook, hopefully, we can get them to do something closer to film acting, i.e. closer to reality, reading the lines as they would if they were to shoot those scenes.
Which is gonna make big moments like sexy times and confrontations a lot of fun :D
And something really entertaining to think about is now that we also know the cast and their dynamic is thinking about how much fun they would have while recording the book, especially when they have scenes together. And it’s not necessarily just Taynick, it’s group scenes with the whole Super Six, like the karaoke scene in chapter seven, or the Texas Holiday Scenes with Firstprince and Junora.
Like, Imagine it, the actors in the same recording studio, maybe even on the same couch:
Taylor and Nick laughing while reading off the insults from the earlier frienemies days of their relationship
Taylor and Nick squirming and playfully hitting each other when recording lines for sexy scenes like the first night, or the tack room, or Wimbledon
The cast shouting and booing (playfully) whenever someone messes up a line in their group scenes
The chaotic fun that is the LA karaoke scene, everybody’s laughing, Ellie gets to be the singular sober person while everyone else acts drunk, Nick singing Don’t Stop Me Now shittier (Nick has the voice of an angel but book Henry can’t sing for shit),
Taylor and Nick giving each other hugs after screaming at each other for the Kensington confrontation
Nick grinning smugly at every book height difference mention (:<
More of Taylor speaking Spanish!!!
Thomas gets to be a proper asshole villain who later turns into awkward older brother who's trying
Ellie gets to do the pie metaphor grief monologue
Taylor gets to do another speech (he’s really good at delivering speeches)
I want to quickly reiterate that I am in no way unhappy with what we got in the end for the movie; I love it to pieces. However, as Matthew and Casey said, there are two “canonical” versions of the story now, and since audiobooks are an option, it would be really nice to connect this aspect of the movie verse with the book verse in some sort of middle ground.
So yeah Audible? Amazon? Get on with it!!!
@almightaylor this was the long post I mentioned, I literally started this in July lol

something i've been thinking about as GDC comes around again: it's amazing to sit in the same room with Real Industry People and hear the truth of why certain story decisions happened the way they did. studio games are odd group projects that take a really long time to make, and there are many irons in the fire and many interests at play. sometimes the stars align and a team gets a laser vision, creative freedom, and the budget they need, and they ship the thing they meant to ship.
but not always. if a character you love got killed off, it's entirely possible that their original writer left or they couldn't bring the voice actor back. or leadership wanted to close down old story arcs and tie up loose ends, or someone felt new characters would bring in a new audience. if a series seemed to drop a plot thread in a sequel, it's possible that the narrative team wanted to include it and it got cut for scope. or shareholders wanted to appeal to a different part of the playerbase. or the team had internal creative conflict, or any number of reasons as simple as "it got lost in the shuffle because we did so many rewrites". [important disclosure: i'm not vagueposting about specific games here. i'm just rattling possibilities off. resemblance, unintentional, etc.]
and of course that's not a phenomenon unique to video games. tv shows make snap decisions when they get canceled before the planned end of the story or a cast member wants to leave. movies' plots can change when a new director comes on board, or they bring in a script doctor, or an actor's problems interfere with the shoot. even louisa may alcott changed little women's ending over concerns that if jo remained unmarried, the book wouldn't sell. i'm not sure whether it was her publisher or she worried about it herself, but the point is, something got altered, and it can happen anywhere.
as a fan, i found these developers' stories both comforting and vindicating. for a long time, i've felt like someone riding two horses at once: the fanfic-and-OC girl playing on other writers' playgrounds, and now also the staff writer who sees how the sausage gets made. i've been affected - probably overmuch - by a character's sad end, only to learn that some third party or outside motive influenced it. i've met writers who also didn't like where a plot was going, but didn't have enough seniority on the team to protest it. i've heard stories along the lines of, "we were trying to make lemonade, man," and what shocked me more than the revelation is the peace i gained from it. it's a miracle the games shipped at all. the things that got made, got made. between professionals, it's neither heretical nor some wild flight of irrationality to ask, "what if things had gone a different way?"
and, i mean, it would be both cynical and incorrect to wave it all off and say that no storytelling motives are ever wholesome. some characters die because it's the logical conclusion to their arc. some universes with complicated worldbuilding benefit from narrowing their focus and shaving off a few subplots. i'm just saying many things are possible. when you only sit on the fan side, it's easy to feel like Canon™ looms above you, inviolable, when you're really in conversation with it. there's a lot of power in saying "i respect the team's accomplishments, but i would've made different choices." you'd be surprised how often the team agrees with you.

Nameless Raiders Suck (In RPGS)
You know the ones I’m talking about, the random guys in a game that only exist for you to smash, stab, and shoot. “Raider”, “Marauder”, “Psycho”, “Bandit”. Who are they? Why are they here? What do they want? What do they have to do with the story?
The answer is ‘nothing’ most of the time, but why?
I like video games, particularly role-playing games and, if we want to get specific, CRPGS: Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Rogue Trader, and other notable inclusions. To start though, I want to hone in on Fallout 3 and 4. I’ve played every entry in the series outside of one (shudders), and there is a specific issue that Bethesda just can’t seem to escape: The Nameless Raider.
The Problem
They just litter the place! Guys with no names and an endless supply of bad Halloween decorations! They shoot on sight and do all sorts of unspecified crimes when you aren't looking, so it's okay if you kill them!
“It’s a first person shooter, you need guys to shoot!” I hear you cry. Of course you do! Radioactive wildlife, feral ghouls, and malfunctioning robots all serve as suitable, ethically unambiguous targets. Other people, though?
The problem isn’t that it’s impossible for people to turn to irrational violence, but that Bethesda’s Fallout assumes that they will, and in massive numbers! It’s myopic: humans are no better than monsters, waiting for the slightest chance to break the shackles of civilization and visit sick torture on anyone stupid enough to step outside. They all do it in exactly the same way too, for some reason. It is a world fundamentally afraid of strangers and one uninterested in exploring what actually causes violence, or how to actually stop it.
Some people are evil.
Killing them is the solution.
That doesn’t just open a moral can-of-worms that Bethesda prevents the player from meaningfully interacting with, it also serves as a grand and embarrassing series of missed opportunities!
See, there'd be nothing wrong with this if these games weren't sandbox RPGs, where the goal is to create a believable and interesting world to get lost in.
Why don’t the raiders form proper gangs with names and recognizable cultures? That could really make the setting feel put together! Why don’t they try to rob people through intimidation, rather than jumping straight to murder? What a neat idea for an encounter! Could some of them offer their services as bodyguards or mercenaries? I bet a well-heeled, unscrupulous player character would enjoy having a couple genuine goons at their beck and call.
This problem is persistent in Bethesda titles (Skyrim’s bandits and Starfield’s space pirates), but also in other CRPGs. The Outer Worlds tries to make something of its unnamed marauders in the “Peril on Gorgon” DLC, but even the non-marauder ‘outlaws’ riddling the base game are decidedly lacking in purpose and definition.
The Why
Why do this? If it’s such a great opportunity, why do studios continuously manufacture unnecessarily sentient target dummies?
As simply as I can tell? It’s cheaper, it’s quicker, and it’s what the average player has come to expect. That is to say: most people will ignore it. That’s not good enough for me though, I think they can do better.
The Solution
Bethesda isn’t the only game in town when it comes to sandbox CRPGs, and some studios really work to justify their baddies!
Rogue Trader’s ‘Anver’ gang slots well into the ecosystem of their home station, Footfall, and the chaos cultists you fight throughout the game tend to be involved in larger plots, serving the strategies of your vile enemies (or allies, you filthy heretic).
The Great Khans of Fallout: New Vegas are united by a hatred of the NCR and a kick-ass biker aesthetic. The convicts in Primm are a splinter faction of the better-organized Powder Gangers, and even the small groups in the south, the Jackals and Vipers, are given gang names and spawn within defined territories.
Wasteland 3 delivers a cavalcade of bandit factions of varying sizes and complexities, but they are all named and granted a defined culture: The Dorseys, Los Payasos, The Gippers, The Godfishers, and more.
The How
That's a lot of examples, but how do they do it? There are many factors when it comes to defining a raider faction in a CRPG. Let's examine one in detail:
Fallout New Vegas, The Fiends.
Just to the west of Vegas proper live a group called The Fiends: too poor for the strip, too violent for Freeside, and too wild for The NCR. These dispossessed stragglers have clung together under a small number of tough, cold-hearted, and downright cruel leaders. Strength is power, and the only way for the members of this group to survive is to exercise that power by robbing travelers, stealing what they can, and killing what they can't. This is their uniting purpose, their shared history.
They fashion armor roughly out of whatever they can find, mostly old fabric, scraps of metal, and rubber. The aesthetic is unified by a cow-skull on the helm of each warrior meant to signify their brutality and indicate their belonging in the group. This is their uniting appearance.
Their fortresses are repurposed from the old world and decrepit, ill maintained. you won't find a fiend outside of their stronghold of vault 13 and a handful of outposts, plus the regions surrounding. This is their defined territory.
Combining these factors, (faction purpose, aesthetic, and territory) it becomes clear to a player when they are fighting fiends and when they aren't. Their crimes are known, their sins are tallied. Quests which take aim at The Fiends are unique from quests centered on other outlaw factions, and this clarity makes contact with The Fiends special. Crucially, this attention has been paid to every outlaw faction in the game, and you get a unique encounter no matter who you're fighting.
The end result is a world that lives and breathes. Even if you choose to play as a righteous justiciar who puts down marauder scum on-sight, never interfacing with these groups except at the barrel of a rifle, the subtle differences give weight to that decision. After all, who cares how callous or vengeful your character is when your targets are just that? Targets.
So What?
That's just it! Games like these, sandbox RPGs, thrive on having worlds you can fall into! The bigger story matters, the style is important, but the details are what create that sensation. Raiders can just be targets, most players won't consciously notice the wasted potential, but imagine if they weren't. Imagine getting out-played because you didn't realize you were up against a more elite gang, or winning out because you did your research and came prepared.
Imagine pitting two tougher groups against one another so that you could pick through the wreckage, or joining a weak gang to build it up into a real powerhouse. Imagine softening one group into upstanding mercenaries, or smashing them and driving them from their territory.
Imagine what these groups could be like, and then imagine making them that way.

MICK: Nothing. I had my original latex hockey mask way back and then my leather one and I was using those designs and it morphed into what it is now. There isn’t something crazy creative about it.
Hey Mick! I just want to let you know that you are a huge inspiration to me. You were one of the reasons I picked up a guitar, B.C Rich 7 string Warlock as my own first purchase, and got serious about it. My question is, how do you get new ideas for riffs and solos. I've made a couple of my own songs, but I always get stuck trying to make cool catchy riffs or solos. Got any advice?
Jim- 16
MICK: Yes. Don’t over-think it. Just let it happen. Things come out. If you try and plan or force it will sound forced or dishonest. I never try and over-think a direction whatever comes out 1st time I play it comes out. I never spend a ton of time thinking because it sounds forced. If you spend too much time thinking about it, it won’t sound like you. Don’t try and sound like someone else.
How does it feel to be getting back to work with the rest of Slipknot after a 3 year hiatus? Did it feel great knowing you were going to be back behind the mask and in a recording studio once again or was it just the same as it was 3 years ago?
Matt Haynes- 16
MICK: Things are always different when doing a new record. You are a different person than you were years ago. I don’t think in those terms. I just do what I do! But yes it felt good getting back to work.
What has been your scariest nightmare?
Paul Hawkins- 16
MICK: I wouldn’t say I have had a scariest nightmare but it would probably be something that deals with me not having genitals anymore…
If you could play any other role except Rythym/Lead guitarist in the band which would it be?
Bryan Lares
MICK: I wouldn’t.
What was the biggest culture shock you experienced in a foreign country during SK a tour?
Marcelle Andrade- 21
MICK: Being forced to shit into an ornate porcelain hole in the ground in Japan. OR having a warm stream of water tickle my asshole from the bidet in my hotel, also in Japan.
Mick, what advice would u give to young metal musicians trying to get our band noticed without reverting to the typical main stream sound?
Alex Munro- 16
MICK: Music should be honest, it should be an extension if you. You shouldn’t try and achieve a sound. It should just be you and not what you are trying to manufacture. We didn’t pay attention to the trends at the time when we wrote. We did what we felt and that is what you should do. You should play music for you and not to be noticed.
I'm Marina. OK I know that you probably get this question asked a lot by fan-girls but are you single, and can i ask u out on a date if you are :) ?
Marina Spevak- 25
MICK: Send pictures and I will get back to you.
Hi Mick! What Pedals do you use for Before I Forget and Heretic Anthem, and what Guitar would you recommend for a O.K Metal player at good price (like below $400)?
Alex Hayden
MICK: I dont use pedals on either one of those songs or any pedals of any kind. But if its distortion you are referring to I just have a tube head turned up loud. There isn’t one really so buy used. You can’t get anything new that price worth anything. Look at pawn shops and buy a decent used early to late 90’s Ibanez especially an RG 570.
Hey micl! I'm from Iran. First you should know you've got MANY fans in Iran! Seriously. :D My question is what's the meaning of the tattoo on your arm? The Asian one…
Sohrab Alimardani- 18
MICK: It means hate in Japanese.
What do you think is the meaning of life?
Krista
MICK: Life is without meaning. And we are all totally insignificant in the whole scheme of things.
Just touring with slipknot but be crazy but what is the single most brutal moment you can recall while on tour?
Shawn Jarvis- 15
MICK: Watching a guy die in a police chase about 100 feet in front of me...
