I will at some point make a part 2 going over what made me find this, but right now that isn't important

There's a person on here who was (and still is) big in the anti radqueer community, vocal opponent of it on all sides

as in mentioning it 12 separate times in the huge display of userboxes you see before you even get to their name

The irony between their ID's and how aggressive they are towards the community is not lost on me

But the thing this post is actually about is something doll reblogged, and why I think a good portion of the anti radqueer space is filled with self hating para's or it's just generally not a space *for* them

This the first part, but already from the beginning we can tell this person has not entered the radqueer or any other tags from our community, they have not talked to or even at the least seen a single bio or post from our community, as most people from this community are queer outside of TransIDs and para's.

And I got the poll to prove it (ignoring the hundreds of posts you all make all the time/pos)

And even without the entire community answering, majority of the answers still say they are queer.

So antis ignoring our identities is not unusual, but this is a new low considering they just ignored us on why we had transIDs and us being CisDisabled, now just all together not seeing us as queer?

But here's where it's gonna get really fucking bad. At the end of the screenshot, this person goes on about how radqueers "aren't actually para's", now you think it's bad here, but it can indeed get worse

The person who reblogged this and is the only reason I saw this post is a para, they have it in their intro post. And yet they still rb something that calls them inherently violent

This rhetoric kills people, this rhetoric kills people.

Get it through your head when you read "paraphiles are inherently violent"

The societal message that people with certain attractions are harmful have existed for fucking ever, and it is a message that kills.

The message that someone being attracted to something in a "harmful" or "unnatural" way kills people. It kills parents, children, friends, family, coworkers, mentors, lovers. People you care about die due to that message.

That someone is a ticking time bomb until they hurt someone, that no matter why someone is the way that they are they will still hurt someone, that a victim of rape or csa will continue the cycle, those and many more hurt people.

This wild conspiracy theory that Radqueers don't have any idea what it's actually like being queer somehow turned into showing how much paramisia is IN the anti community

They can call themselves a safe space as much as they want, but no one pushed back on this post when I saw it, in fact antis were just going along with it

You aren't a safe space nor do you care about ANY group if you call them inherently violent.

Let's get to the end of this.

The problem is that you (op, not you who is reading this) never looked into radqueer spaces.

My absolute BEST guess I have is this person is talking about identities that came up like JokeID and AesthID or maybe the one identity meme going on a sliding scale of how hard someone actually identifies with something

The "bunch" of posts then would people be other people exploring identity more in how they present OR the same thing again but instead of separate prefixes for identities, it's a silly meme

And why the fuck was circumgender involved??? As far as I'm concerned that doesn't really have anything to do with our community??????

No one has ever said the only "real" identities are para's, people are saying they mix with identity and transIDs, maybe LOOK in the community you are talking about

Not only that but this end part sounds WORD FOR WORD like a terf post, fucking "you see a bunch of posts about how those (trans) identities don't mean anything and the only real identity is attractions" is terf shit and should be seen as such

This post is riddled with fucking problems, but ironically in trying to make being queer the antithesis to straight marriage, op has included a bunch of other people into being queer, and also excluded a BUNCH of people from being queer. Making straightness and marriage and ones distance from it make a key point of one's queer identity makes the CENTER of queerness about straight people and marriage....

Are bisexual people in straight relationships less queer again? Do ace/aro people who enjoy sex or romance less queer? What about homo/heteroflexible people? GNC trans people in T4T straight presenting relationships aren't queer?

Those and MANY MANY more!

The queer experience is complicated and in no way shape or form should be limited and centered around others! Especially not to how society understands them!

Tldr; anti makes a post making terf and conspiracy theorist talking points and makes an argument that kills people and put straights first before queers

Bored-at-work fluff! Made a prompt game using the Merriam-Webster's 'Word of the day' page.

"Hatching" + Sylvain/Ignatz

Ignatz woke up without Sylvain wrapped around him. The sensation itself wasn't remarkable-- being married to Margrave Gautier, there were many mornings Ignatz had to face alone. But he could have sworn Sylvain had promised a lazy morning for them both. After all, anniversaries only came once a year.

Strangely, Ignatz could hear what sounded an awful lot like a pencil against paper. Usually it was Ignatz himself making that sound. Confused, half expecting this to be a dream, Ignatz opened his eyes. The bedroom was blurry, but Ignatz could make out a familiar blur sitting beside him.

Ignatz reached for the bedside table and the pencil scratching stopped. "Oh, don't--" The request fell away as Ignatz put his glasses on.

Sylvain was indeed sitting on a chair beside their bed, one leg crossed and propping up a sketch book. His sleep-messed hair and slightly pink cheeks were complemented by a sheepish smile. "What's wrong?" Ignatz asked, leaning up on an elbow.

"Nothing, I just..." Sylvain gestured to his lap. "I was drawing you."

"Me? Why?"

Sylvain shrugged. "I like when you draw me. And you looked nice this morning so I..." He trailed off again. Then he cleared his throat and turned the book around.

Objectively, the sketch was a mess of lines and smudges. Someone without context wouldn't recognize Ignatz on the page, especially with how Sylvain had attempted to add shading.

To Ignatz, it was perfect.

He sat up. Half out of bed, Ignatz grabbed the book and pulled Sylvain down to meet his lips. Only his sure grip stopped the book from falling entirely as Sylvain leaned into Ignatz.

"We can draw together," Ignatz promised against Sylvain's mouth. "If you want. We have all day."

Sylvain hummed as he took another kiss. "I had other plans for today, but I think we can squeeze in drawing practice."

Ignatz grinned. "Then we better get started."

So finally I can talk more CR stuff after my self enforced pre-119 embargo has been lifted

and Folks, Critters, daresay I Friends: I am exhausted

But it's in a good way, mostly. But only because I have fretted myself for 2 weeks - 2 fair and acceptable weeks because people are the priority when it comes to the fires - only for the expected to be 'final showdown' to have a phase two that continues into next episode (wherein Ludinus could still appear to make things worse), meaning that I'm gonna fret myself into more exhaustion for at least another week and continue my accelerating descent into sleep-deprived madness. Other than that, I am happy with what we were given this episode.

What felt like a mountain to climb after 118 caused such deflation in the fandom has slowly turned a corner thanks to Bell's Hells', well the ones who have known each other longer than a week, will to protect one another; to save Imogen and Imogen's will to get back to her friends. Now Imogen - God Eater Imogen might we add - is free, Predathos is diminished further of power, the Hells are temporarily powered up via boons, and finally, FINALLY, we have an Option C for the god stuff: mortality, similar to how they did on Downfall. A chance for the gods to humble themselves which in a way can gauge their understanding better of what the world and its inhabitants need, to stand alongside their children as family that can be empathised with, rather than denizens living above and away that cannot be understood. Granted it won't be perfect, but no option was perfect - even the Divine Gate has proven not to be perfect - and at least this one is better than death or departure, and it will indeed be up to them to make that choice.

There is still the matter of Predathos and maybe/likely Ludinus of course, as well as trying to convince the gods of this alternative, so everything is far from over, but there is a bit more hope now and I am equally frightened and excited to see the next episode - more than I was for 118 and 119 - and its outcome.
