Why does my anxiety have to just inexplicably get horrifically worse at night. Like why when I’m trying to wind down and clear my head does it have to be everything all at once.
#I would love to participate in some kind of neurological study on asmr#because the instant relief it provides me is insane#and there is a physical sensation it elicits in my brain#it’s only a recently identified phenomenon and there is not much scholarship on the matter yet#but I did a whole presentation on its brief history and practice in my somatic practices course#probably the weirdest but most interesting class I took in college#hello Alexander technique amirite ladies
