Having a 3D printer is great when you have the Brain Thing about Trinkets because there's great potential for Trinkets to have the Brain Thing about. I am currently holding a fistful of antlers.

I love how the search function on this site is absolute garbage. I can look up a post word for word and I will NEVER find it

Day five of Costober, Interdimensional.
I'm only doing a few drawings this year because I'm starting college. Proud of this considering the newfound issues I'm having with time.

Such a feeling when something you like blows up and immediately garners a negative reputation because of the new fan base.
Normally I talk myself out of the whole “TikTok made this popular but I liked it slightly before that and I’m upset.” mentality. It is a legitimately annoying situation to feel like a trend hopper or have ‘your’ obscure media everywhere. In the end though it usually helps the creator and ‘the masses’ are still individuals who deserve to enjoy something new.
However, it’s a horse of a different color when things suddenly get turbulent. I wanted to make an animatic for a song but so much is going on I feel like I have to wait for the waters to calm.

[speaking into a recorder] day 72 in the maze. morale is low. supplies are lower. nobody has said anything yet, but some of us are starting to think that we might never get out. i'm beginning to question my sexuality.

i love it when "liminal space" pictures are described as "strangely familiar" because they do not ever invoke nostalgia in me. on account of me not being american. this is what eastern european liminal spaces look like

A gothic horror story where a gentleman from a good family gets haunted by something monstrous, which follows him around and keeps killing people around him at utter random, in cruel and horrifying ways. Specifically within circumstances where the protagonist has no alibi, and everything indicates that he committed the murders.
But the real horror is not that he would find himself accused of the murders, but that the people around him naturally assume that he did do it, but genuinely do not care, because the victims are never people that the society around him considers "important". The scullery maid of his household is found brutalised beyond recognition in a room where even the ceiling has been splattered with blood, and a constable of the local police brushes it off as a case of household discipline gone wrong, being horrifyingly casual with the assumption that the protagonist severely beat a girl in his service to death, and will dismiss it as an accident. The street urchin that the protagonist was seen talking with - wanting to help this poor little orphan - is found decapitated, severed head in the protagonist's fireplace. This, too, is calmly swept under the rug.
After every horrifying murder, the protagonist tries to seek help, to present the crime to authorities in hopes of getting some semblance of help, or at least clearing his own name of this, but every time it's brushed off. "These things do happen", he is reassured, like it's perfectly normal that a mansion of that size has a secret garden of unmarked graves in one shady corner.
The real horror is the ever-encompassing implication that this is perfectly normal.

BTW today I met a person who's at least 50, uses they/it pronouns, and named themself Wyvern. It looks like if Santa was a biker and it plays D&D at the local library. Just a reminder that you can do whatever you want, forever.
