1- ghosts in the machine (Death Note, my first longfic) 2- acute gifts (The Queen’s Gambit, a short Beth/Benny knifekink one shot that was there at the right place, right time) 3- burn this city (Death Note, my first fic on Ao3 \o/) 4- sword and the pen (Death Note, my second fic) 5- where owls no longer cry (The Old Guard, unfinished multichap) I think this list is useful to see for new ficcers, because it illustrates two key truths (1. the longer your fics are up the more kudos they will have 2. if a fandom is bigger, your fics will have more kudos). Absolutely none of those I would consider my best writing! 

4. Do you respond to comments? Always! I am a commenter myself and it makes me more likely to comment to see the author will write back :) 

5. Fic with the angstiest ending. flowers grown in forgotten lungs, the first fic I was genuinely proud of.  

6. Fic with the happiest ending. Let’s go with clean as our would-be tomorrows since I’ve been thinking about this line a while:

12. Have I cowritten fic? Yes!!! Favourite activity, shoutout to @dansedan my current cowriter, and @believerindaydreams who I speak fondly of all the time in my current fandom.

14. WIP I’d like to finish but won’t: The Helvetica longfic, probably :(

I am 5′7″ or taller (5′7″ exactly woot woot) I wear glasses (I used to have HORRENDOUS eye sight but sprung for laser surgery last December so glasses-free now) I have at least one tattoo (it’s so tiny that I don’t think it counts tho) I have at least one piercing (just the ears) I have blonde hair I have brown eyes I have short hair (i was rocking a pixie until this past year -- it’s now chin-length) My abs are at least somewhat defined (if you squint reeeealll hard lol) I have or have had braces (4 years in high school thanks to... TONGUE THRUST ... the dirtiest sounding non-dirty ailment a high schooler can be cursed with)

PERSONALITY:

I love meeting new people People tell me that I’m funny (witty/spastic tbh) Helping others with their problems is a big priority for me I enjoy physical challenges I enjoy mental challenges I’m playfully rude with people I know well (I would say sassy but not necessarily rude since I’m such a damn sap) I started saying something ironically and now I can’t stop saying it (TBH) There is something I would change about my personality

ABILITY:

I can sing well I can play an instrument (I was one of those piano kids in elem/jr high/high school lol) I can do over 30 push ups without stopping (not unless the cheater ones count) I’m a fast runner I can draw well I have a good memory (for random trivia and anime knowledge, not for something more useful like, say, Kanji, or first names after I meet someone for the second time :0 ) I’m good at doing math in my head I can hold my breath underwater for over a minute (but it freaks me out!) I have beaten at least 2 people in arm wrestling (nope, my arms are like soft potatoes haha) I know how to cook at least 3 meals from scratch I know how to throw a proper punch (my fighting style is to run, argue, or run while arguing)

HOBBIES:

I enjoy playing sports I’m on/was on a sports team at my school or somewhere else (unless debate team counts haha) I’m in/was in an orchestra or choir at my school or somewhere else (lol jazz band) I have learned a new song in the past week I work out at least once a week I’ve gone for runs at least once a week in the warmer months (past tense is key here -- though I’m hoping to get back into running this fall!) I have drawn something in the past month I enjoy writing Fandoms are my #1 passion (ARGUABLY!)

EXPERIENCES:

I have had my first kiss (and it was the last kiss as well #ASEXUALLIFE ) I have had alcohol I have scored the winning goal in a sports game I have watched an entire season of a TV show in one sitting I have been to an overnight event I have been in a taxi I have been in the hospital or ER in the past year (with someone else, not me) I have beaten a video game in one day (I mainly played games growing up on PS1, especially Final Fantasy....but I was never one of those fiends who could pull off a speed run) I have visited another country I have been to one of my favorite bands concerts (just a few! I need to go to more concerts)

I’m in a relationship I have a crush on a celebrity (I would chill so hard with Daniel Radcliffe) I have a crush on someone I know I have been in at least 3 relationships (lol again asexual life) I have never been in a relationship I have asked someone out or admitted my feelings to them (THANKS, ALCOHOL) I get crushes easily I have had a crush on someone for over a year (yeah when I do get crushes -- they are very rare -- they last like for 5 years at least RIP) I have been in a relationship for at least a year I have had feelings for a friend

I have breakdanced I know a person named Jamie I have had a teacher with a last name that’s hard to pronounce I have dyed my hair I’m listening to one song on repeat right now (DANCING HERO/ EAT YOU UP HELLLL YESSSSSS) I have punched someone in the past week I know someone who has gone to jail I have broken a bone I have eaten a waffle today (but I did try out those banana/egg two-ingredient pancakes and they were pretty good!) I know what I want to do with my life I speak at least two languages (日本語が大好きです） I have made a new friend in the past year
