My sister mentioned her oven getting hot unevenly, but at some point in time she’d gotten a pizza stone as a gift I remembered. And pizza stones are really good for retaining heat.

So if you have an oven that like… is kinda bad at preheating and distributing heat, you can put a pizza stone in there for just regular baking and it can help with the distribution of heat throughout the oven.
