one of my favorite part of the shapeshifter strikes is when jango and zam are trying to intimidate a prisoner and so they put on this whole little drama in the hold of slave I where zam poses as one of the prisoner's associates trying to break him out, and then jango shows up like, "aha, i've caught you!" and pretends to kill her, and everything, from the way jango just casually scoops her up and walks away afterwards to the fact that they have dedicated props for this very act, tells you that they pull this shit all the time. like they could just do the good-cop-bad-cop routine, but no, these two lunatics are putting on a whole community theater production complete with a fucking smoke emitter in the back of zam's vest just for the drama of it all.

anyway, do you think that after jango kills zam in episode 2 that he has a moment (or several) where he keeps expecting her to show up alive with a grin and a quip just like every time he """killed""" her before? :^)

I wasn't going to update tonight BUT THEN I realized that today's this fic's second birthday! So here's a 2 Year Anniversary Update!

This chapter: “I definitely deserve that one,” Jango agrees.

Warnings: Mild violence between friends who are used to it.

“What did you do to him?!” Zam snarls, loud enough in Jango’s ear that his attention shifts back to her. The vibroblade presses closer. Jango supposes that to an outside observer, it does seem like he’s attacked their leader. And in a way, he kind of has—or at least, one of his mental tag-alongs has.

A Lego Star Wars set that really needs a remake is Bounty Hunter Pursuit. The original set was released way back in 2002, so an update is long overdue. This set was the only one to feature Zam Wesell, which makes it unique. I'd love to see a new version, featuring an updated Zam minifigure, plus the modern Anakin and Obi-Wan minifigs, updated speeders and maybe throw in Zam's probe droid this time.
