Gas ovens my behated. WHY DO YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOB SO MUCH
#baking in them is such a nightmare#everything cooks either way too fast or too slow#but it’s uneven so you can’t just assume consistent time difference#you gotta move the pan around for the stuff to cook evenly#heat is distributed inside realyl wacky#it just wants to bake damnit!!!#possum#opossum
