 I was taking notes this afternoon while listening/watching some YouTube videos. A mix of searching for new music to listen to, trying to find guidance through self-help videos and keeping myself from getting sucked into the pit that has been oh so relevant these past couple weeks..boredom. Nothing in particular caught my attention besides Heal Your Living. I’ve seen their videos in the past but today a video focused on love (of course) caught my attention enough to take control of the page for awhile. I want to try to keep these ways of thinking in my mind as I go about the days to come. Just quick jots of thought that I latched onto from both the video and my brain...and also I guess it rhymes..? 

I have just been trying to get back into creating things again and I feel writing may inspire me to do something else and then that leads to another thing ya know?...So yeah I’m gonna try this for awhile.

Mindfulness June

Out of school and am able to refresh. Inspired by Heal Your Living, George Thompson/WTWA, and my siblings. Time to refocus on my priorities and my way.

I want to practice high levels of health in my body (food, sleep, exercise), mind (mindful, moving with purpose, CEO of my life), and social (kind, and contributing to a better world through my creative work).

In creating next steps I will focus on elegant living (balance, organic aesthetics, minimalism focused on life’s essentials), personal and professional development (service design, japanese, sharing work on social media), and enjoying (being with my friends and family).

I want to regularly deliver work that contributes to my personal brand.

I will start by publishing 3 contents this next week, and adapt my goal from there.
