Mushroom Stroganoff 🍄 Very tasty vegetarian recipe❤️😋 ✅ SAVE this post for later! ✅ TAG a friend who would love this! ✅ Follow @healthy_dinner_recipes To get our latest ✅ By @realizing_fitness 👏 Ingredients: 500g mushrooms, sliced 1 small onion, diced 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp vegan butter 1/4 + 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tsp dijon 6 tbsp full fat coconut milk 1 1/2 tsp corn starch 200ml veggie stock or water 3-4 tbsp chopped parsley 400g pasta of choice In a deep frying pan, heat vegan butter (or evoo) over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook until onions begin to soften. Add sliced mushrooms. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and cook until until liquid evaporates and mushrooms shrink in size. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients for sauce with a whisk. Add sauce to mushrooms and simmer until it thickens. Cook your favourite pasta according to package instructions. Top with stroganoff and sprinkle with parsley! Enjoy! 🤤🍫 PROTEIN PB CUPS 🍫🤤⠀⠀⠀ ⠀...⠀⠀ 🍽 INGREDIENTS: ⠀⠀⠀ 🍫 4 Tbsp crunchy almond butter ⠀⠀⠀ 🍫 1/4 cup LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder ⠀⠀⠀ 🍫 4 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk ⠀⠀⠀ 🍫1/2 bar of 90% dark chocolate ⠀⠀⠀ 🍫 5 silicone cupcake cups ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀...⠀⠀ 🍽 INSTRUCTIONS: ⠀⠀⠀ 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl EXCEPT dark chocolate. ⠀⠀⠀ 2. Melt chocolate by instructions on box. ⠀⠀⠀ 3. Pour chocolate into the cups CAREFULLY! You must pour it so that you get chocolate on the sides of the cups and move it around so that them is a layer on the bottom of the cup as well. You are creating the outer shell. ⠀⠀⠀ 4. Spoon out a little of your PB Protein mix into each cup and top the PB by pouting more of the dark chocolate on top. ⠀⠀⠀ 5. Place all of the cups in the freezer for 12 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀ 6.
