This includes canned, frozen and shelf-stable products and sometimes foods we don’t typically buy. We hope you’ll remember some things: 1) Canned and frozen foods have wonderful nutrition! Frozen produce can actually have more nutrients than fresh because they’re frozen at the peak of ripening, not picked weeks before they’re ripe like most fresh produce. If you want to maximize your canned food purchases, try to choose fruits packed in water or juice instead of heavy syrup, and opt for lower sodium canned veggies. 2) ➡️ Some cans are lined with BPA, so try to choose BPA-free cans when available/affordable and avoid heating food directly in the can. However…your access to food may be limited - get what you can! 3) • 4) 2) Many families do not have the privilege of using all fresh ingredients during “normal” circumstances. क्या आप रोज 30 मिनट व्यायाम करते है ? तो यह पढ़कर आपकी आंखें खुली की खुली रेह्जाएगी
आज की भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी में हम पैसा कमाने के पीछे इतना ज्यादा भागते है की उस चक्कर में हेल्थ का ख्याल रखना भूल ��ी जाते है. पर अगर हेल्थ ही सही न हो तो पैसा भी कुछ काम नहीं आता. इसलिए थोड़ा समय निकालके व्यायाम भी करनी चाहिए. व्यायाम एक ऐसी संजीवनी है जिससे दुनिया का कोई भी रोग दूर किया जासकता है, इसे करने के बाद आप हमेशा जवान और तंदुरुस्त महसूस करोगे, जो कोई रोज सिर्फ 30 मिनट भी व्यायाम कर लेता है, उसे बीमारिया अपना शिकार इतनी आसानी से नहीं बना सकती, जो नहीं करते उसके मुकाबले. तो रोज व्यायाम करो और फिट रहो. मैंने निचे कुछ व्यायाम के प्रकार दिए है जिसे आप कही भी करसकते है. और अपने आप को फिट रख सकते है
Push up
रोज पुश अप्स करनेसे आपके ऊपरी बॉबी फिट होती है, जिसमे कंधे, छाती और पूरी बॉडी शेप में आती है, ये व्यायाम सबसे इजी और सबसे ज्यादा उसे होती है इसमें आप अपने आप को स्ट्रांग फील करते हो. ये आप कही भी कर सकते है
Sit ups
सिट अप्स ये पेट की चर्बी फैट से कम करदेने वाला व्यायाम का प्रकार है, इसे आप कहीभी करसकते है, घर पर भी, जिम में, या फिर, ग्राउंड में कहीभी. इससे आप फटाफट पतले हो सकते है. 10 मिनट कंटिन्यू सिट अप्स करनेसे आप 60 कालरिज कम करसकते है.
Running
ये मेरा फेवरेट है, रनिंग सबसे बेहतर तरीका है खुद को फिट रखने का, इससे पुरे बोड्डी की व्यायाम होती है. स्टैमिना बढ़ता है, स्फूर्ति आती है, और आप खुद को पुरे दिन ज्यादा एक्टिव महसूस करते है.
SKIPING
ये एक बोहोत अच्छा और इंजॉयएबल व्यायाम है,
जंपिंग करने में बोहोत मसल पावर लगती है, और इससे कॉलरिज बर्न होती है, आप ये व्यायाम जितना ज्यादा करोगे उतने ही ज्यादा आपकी हड्डियां मजबूत होगी,
इसे आपके दिमाग का भी व्यायाम होता है
फुल बॉडी व्यायाम आप कम्प्लेट कर सकते है सिर्फ 15 मिनट में.
Walking
अगर आप व्यायाम के लिए टाइम नहीं निकल परहे है तो आप इसे जॉब पे जाते समय पे भी कर सकते है. अगर आप कम से कम 15 मिनट भी चल सकते है रोज तो भी बोहोत अच्छा है. चलनेमें भी पैरोकि व्यायाम होती है, कालरिज बर्न होती है, थकवा अत है. अगर आप दूसरी कोई व्यायाम नहीं कर सकते तो आपको कम से कम चलना तो जरूर चाहिए.
Dumbles lifting
डम्बल्स लिफ्टिंग एक बोहोत अछि व्यायाम मानी जाती है. ये व्यायाम कोई भी कर सकता है, इससे आपके मसल्स बनती है, चेस्ट बनती है, आप ज्यादा स्ट्रांग फील करते है. अगर आप जिम नहीं जा सकते तो आप मार्किट से डम्बल सेट लेकर घरपे भी ये व्यायाम कर सकते है
Swimming
स्विमिंग सबसे कारगर व्यायाम है जिसे कोई भी कर सकता है, और ये मजेदार भी है. अगर आप रोज स्विमिंग पूल जाते है तो आपको कोई दूसरी एक्सएरसेइसे करने की कोई ज्यादा जरुरत नहीं होती है.
Stretching
अगर आप ऊपर दी गई कोई व्यायाम करते है तो स्टार्टिंग में आपको स्ट्रेचिंग करनी जरुरी है, नहीं तो मसल लॉक होने का खतरा रहता है. तो जबभी व्यायाम करे उसे पहले स्ट्रेचिंग जरूर करे.
अगर आप रोज कमसे कम 30 मिनट रोज ऊपर जितनी भी व्यायाम दी गई हिअ उसमे से कोई एकभी करते है तो आप सदा हेअल्थी रहोगे, डॉक्टर्स के चक्कर बंद हो जायेंगे. आप अपने आपमें एक नई एनर्जी महसूस करोगे, कोईभी काम आप अच्छेसे कर सकते है, आप ज्यादा एक्टिव ��ोंगे , यंग दिखोगे, और बोहोत्से फायदे है तो आजसे ही व्यायाम करना शुरू करदे. क्युकी कल किसने देखा है.
हेल्थ से बढ़कर कुछ नहीं.

Next, add in dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Fold chocolate chips into the mixture. Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each up about ⅔ full.
