What are some simple tips to keep good health?
Health is the most valuable resource. There is a word in English
“Health is wealth” This means that health is an asset. Apparently money, land, gold grains and other resources are valuable. Most people prefer these. But when they have to read due to physical difficulties, it is too late. Then they realize that health is an asset. They have lost valuable resources in order to achieve something else. If you are not health conscious now, you will easily lose this valuable resource in the future. However, it is possible to maintain health by following some rules.
The rules are as follows:
1.Drink at least 4 to 5 liters of water throughout the day. Start your morning by drinking a glass of water.
2.Walk. Walk at least three kilometers every day. But not like a lazy person. Walk loudly.
3.Eat enough. If you have digestive problems, you should eat every two hours.
4.Nowadays most people waste their time on social media. Avoid these. You should not waste more than 30 to 40 minutes on social media throughout the day. If possible, stop using social media.
5.Stop watching motivational videos. Watching these videos until you can implement them is nothing but a waste of time. You may be thinking this video is over but at the same time you will unknowingly watch 10 more videos. So stop watching videos, start working.
6.First of all, close the night.
7.Make time for yourself. Complete the sun prostration exercise twice a day.
8.Tension is another reason behind poor health. Which comes without your knowledge. You can't get rid of tension even with hundreds of attempts. So in my opinion you do something that can take away your tension. Such as planting trees, learning something new or reading story books. This will gradually remove your tension.
9.Meditate. Sit in a comfortable seat and meditate for about 10 to 15 minutes. Keep an eye on your breathing while meditating.
10.Talk to people. Surrender to Ishta Devta for some time.
11.Remember health is an asset. Some live to eat and some eat to survive. Now you decide before health or anything else. Give time before health. Your health depends on you. So be careful to have time.

By the physical exercise, you can easily reduce your fat body, establish a perfect body and as well weight loss.  There are so much ways for doing physical exercise in the morning among them jogging is the best natural ways, have a rowing machine, elliptical machine, treadmill machine, and ad machine. You can buy one machine and then do physical exercise regularly for your health
