that's their ""official"" shipname right? dunno, that's what i've seen around i suppose. they dont have nearly as much content as the tf2 mercs.

CMedic gets 0 lines and shows up once in the catch-up comic? yeah, that's my guy. I love that guy. I'm gonna throw rocks at him and key his car.

I like to think he's a sarcastic little shitter with military experience and a degree from Yale. His main goal? Develop a "master vaccine" to protect troops from the effects of chemical and biological warfare. (he served in WWI and had... well. He had a time for sure.) His immune system is godly and he probably has some resistance to radiation honestly but I don't think that's anything to worry about...

As for the relationship I think they always seem like they just can't stand each other. Their "bickering" is buried in so many layers of sarcasm and dry irony it's impossible to tell if this is their idea of foreplay or if they're actually arguing. I like to think they care very deeply for each other but they would literally rather chug a box of nails than admit that.

So! Those tips in the tfc wiki, imagine if they were canon in the form of optional pamphlets for the team. Generally prideful by themselves, cmed and cheavy would sorta side-eye each other on the first day of the job, unsure of the other's competency (engie also exists on cheavy's pamphlet, but cmed has more . Certain Energy, per se)

After a while they eventually warm up to each other, and even start coordinating trolls during landslide-scored games (much to everyone else's chagrin).

Cmedic is elusive with his past (he even has a false name), but he's malay and most of his family is muslim (VERY important to note that he HIMSELF ISN'T, but merely influenced by certain habits) (he's got that 'man of science' grindset and is generally pragmatic, not bent on 'trusting' the concept of a god) (I consulted with actual muslims so his portrayal isn't bad). Cheavy probably came from louisiana or smth (idk american states man) with a fiercely catholic family (the relevance here is that they both fled, but in diff ways and for diff reasons) The sewer thing is a reference to some tfc maps (including teufort) having a sewer to swim through (with an oxygen meter and decent depth) (sometimes the sewers are the ONLY way to get into the base without getting jumped).

I think cmedic would have certain Moments with concs back when he was still new in the contract. If he misses a jump, the blast rattles his helmet and makes him dizzy for a decent bit; even the successful ones were jarring at first

Also cheavy's vest is so zesty for no reason liike why do u have so many belts and ??? Corset strings at the back . Ig corsets are good for posture but zamn, cmedic would have to crack his back wwe style
