So I'm replaying Ray's After ending rn, and it got me thinking that what I adore so much about Rika as an antagonist is just how damn scary she can be. I always found those who cause harm with good intentions (at least in their point of view) much scarier than those who hurt you with pure intention on hurting you. I think the best example of it is this CG in particular:

Rika is the type of antagonist that will cup your cheek into her warm hand with the most loving of smiles on her face, all while you are getting elixir poured down your throat. Even whispering to you that you're doing great, that the pain will soon pass, and that she can't wait to see you reach the happiness she knows you deserve. I won't be surprised if she even cried genuine tears of compassion during some ceremonies for her believers. All while being the sole reason behind their suffering.

And that's... God, that's terrifying to me. I love that about her.

okay, so i think at first he wouldn’t really be up for taking care of a kid

not that he doesn’t like kids, he’s just afraid of messing up or hurting your kid

but the second he sees them, he immediately gets baby fever

he is everywhere with this child, i swear to god

he’s going to the store, he insists on taking them, he’s making dinner, he has that baby carrier thing on him with your baby in it

he’s not a bad influence unlike peter b, though, so he doesn’t bring them to fights or shows

as mentioned, he literally loves holding this child. he’ll never admit it, but he does

the baby will immediately fall asleep in his arms and it’s just UGHHH it’s adorable

believe it or not, he’s actually amazing at singing lullabies

that baby’s crying, the second he hears his voice, they shut up. it’s like magic

if your baby starts crying in the middle of the night, he always insists on waking up instead of you. always. and it always works. he won’t be gone for more than fifteen minutes

MAHITO DATING HEADCANNONS!

- Mahito is the clingiest boy you’ve EVER met. Not even just a hand on you, HE IS JUST LITERALLY ON YOU 24/7.

- Isn’t into talking about himself, he always dismisses the conversation when you try to bring up stuff about him. Not because he doesn’t trust you but because he literally doesn’t know anything about himself besides that he was born from human hatred.

- I hate to be that guy but mahito is definitely a yandere. (Or something close) I wouldn’t say he kills everyone you talk too BUTT the moment he thinks someone is fishy he’s already transfigured them😭

- His favorite compliments to give you are “cute” & “adorable” you can’t convince me otherwise. “Wow y/n you look absolutely adorable all confused like that!” UGHHH I HATE HIM!!!

- Loves to wear your clothes. He hasn’t been on earth very long so he doesn’t really know of “gender norms” and will just wear whatever he think looks appealing.

- I imagine mahito is like a cat. He will break things when he is bored and then gaslight you into thinking what he did was okay/justified.

- He loves to show you his dead bodies he’s gotten for the day. Tied in to the cat thing, like a cat bringing back a mouse.
