On the 22nd of February 2017, McLaren-Honda announced that exciting new talent Lando Norris had joined their Young Driver Programme.

2,633 days later, in his 6th season in Formula 1, after 6 fastest laps, 1 pole position, 2 sprint poles, 2 sprint podiums and 15 race podiums, Lando Norris won the Miami Grand Prix on 05/05/2024. His first race win in Formula 1 and he did it in spectacular style.
