Did you wonder why he hasn't been seen? Not present to greet Netanyahu at the airport when he arrived in Washington DC.
Where did he go? 🤔

I fully think Williams have already dropped Logan. The statements from the engineers and Alex are, in my opinion, their way of helping to promote him as a candidate to other teams.

My Home (Jean Kirstein x Reader Fluff)
Jean watches from afar, sitting underneath a tree, the wind blowing through his hair. He was leaning back against the tree, his long legs stretched out in front of him and he had a scratch pad in his lap, his pencil resting against the page but unmoving. His lips were slightly parted and there was the faintest of blushes across his face, his eyes soft as they looked across the clearing in front of him to the beautiful person standing in the middle of a field of flowers. The sunlight lit up their skin and hair, the wind blowing their hair across their face. Their back was to him, but that didn’t matter since he already knew just how beautiful they were up close.
He watched as they swayed with the wind, lost to a melody in their own head. He watched as they stepped carefully over the flowers, not wanting to crush them underfoot. He watched as they pushed their hair back from their face and tilted their head up to the sky, before turning towards him, a large smile stretched across their face and Jean knew he had a sappy look on his face, but he couldn’t help it. They were beautiful, so beautiful and they were all his. He smiled back at them, tilting his head slightly as he gazed upon the one he loved. They gave him a wave before turning back to the field and continuing their careful walk through the flowers.
Jean watched them for a moment more, admiring them before turning his gaze back to the sketch pad in front of him. He was sketching out the scene that was in front of him, the flowers and grass, the trees in the distance, the few clouds in the sky and in the middle of it all was them. He smiled as he resumed moving the pencil across the page, sharpening a few details, doing some light shading and bolding lines that needed to be bolded. He tilted his head to the side and glanced back up, wanting to make sure he had everything perfect. He smiled softly as he watched them twirl, arms out and face to the sky. This was the most carefree he’d seen them in a long time and he was glad they’d suggested to leave the city for a bit and come out to the middle of the woods to a clearing they used to visit as a child. They belonged here, amongst the flowers and the sunlight, with the sweet smells in the air and the peace this place held.
He had felt honored when they had asked him to come with them to a place that had once brought them joy as a child. They had told him that this place had been a safe space for them, a place to run away from their troubled home life and to come and breathe. He loved how they trusted him so much, how they felt so comfortable and safe with him that they allowed him to see a safe space of theirs. He wouldn’t take this for granted, he would cherish it as the gift that it was. This was such a show of trust that it made his heart ache, made him almost want to go misty eyed.
He gently closed the sketch book and sat it aside and stood up, stretching slightly and he looked out back at them. They were facing him, a soft and small smile on their lips. They held out their hand to Jean, palm up, a silent invitation to join them. He walked out to them, taking in their features as they came into view and feeling his heart clench. They were so achingly beautiful, so perfect to look at that he neve got over seeing them. Everytime his eyes took in their features, it was always like the first time, seeing their smile, the way their eyes sparkle, the ay their hair fell around their face. It always made his heart clench and speed up, always made him want to blush and smile.
Jean slid his hand into theirs as he got in front of them, curling his fingers around their hand and pulling them close as he stepped in towards them. He slid his other arm around their waist, pulling them to his chest, a small smile playing on his lips. They grinned up at him and wrapped their free arm around Jean’s neck, leaning against his chest. He pressed his forehead to theirs and they stared into each other’s eyes for a moment, before they started to move them in slow movements. They started out swaying, following the movement of the wind, then they started taking small steps, moving in sync with one another. After a few minutes, they were dancing to a song all their own, lost in each others gazes, the sun beating down on them and the wind blowing the flowers around their feet. He spun them, watching as they grinned wide, their hair flowing with the movement. He brought them close and dipped them as they finished the spin, grinning at one another. He tightened his arm around their waist, pulling them closer to him, and they wrapped both arms around his neck, staring up at him with a warm smile and bright eyes.
Jean slid one hand to the back of their head and slowly lowered his head and they kissed softly. He gently coaxed their lips open with his, deepening the kiss and pulling them closer as he slowly stood back up. He then broke the kiss and pressed his forehead to theirs, his fingers tangling in their hair as they play with the hair at the nape of his neck. He always felt safe here, in their arms, felt like he’d finally found a place to belong. He knew that they were his forever and always, knew that no matter what, they would always be the one he loved unconditionally. They smiled up at him and rubbed their nose against his and he felt the tug in his heart and he grinned, closing his eyes and pulling them closer and kissing them again. This was perfection. This was love. This was where he belonged.

Could you do something with team having to lock up stoic team member. They expect him to be fine and they don't want him going on a particularly dangerous mission and getting hurt further. They don't expect him to spiral into panick behind locked doors and are guilt-ridden when they return.
He's Gone
NOT A PR0MPT
Tumblr media
The mission went flawlessly; Team anticipated every backfire at Villain's base: alarm systems, security cameras, standing guards, Villain. They avoided each almost perfectly, which was a surprise to them. As confident as they felt, it was their first mission without Leader. After seeing the state he was in, it was easy to say the team was terrified; it aided their thorough preparation, to say the least.
There was no ease in the thought of escaping, but the Team felt better once they were on their way to base. Leader was there, and he would be so proud of them for orchestrating this mission on their own, and for carrying it out. They had all they needed to defeat Villain. All the trauma Leader had gone through could be laid to rest.
Arriving to the base, everything seemed normal. Of course, Leader had been left in the medical room, but they were sure he had ventured out.
Walking into the kitchen, they noticed otherwise. There was a cake in the fridge they had left for Leader, when he was ready to leave his bed. It was a celebratory cake, for Leader's return.
"Do you think he's still asleep?" Hero asked.
"Could be. He was in pretty rough shape when we left him. He must have taken the painkillers we left for the wounds." Other Hero shrugged it off, a little less concerned than she probably should have been.
Hero put a finger to her lips. Just on the way home, she had chewed every nail down to the quick. "I think we should check on him."
"You regret leaving him alone, don't you?" Other Hero sighed. "He said he would be fine. We were right to trust him; it's what he would have wanted-"
"But he was wrong," Hero argued.
"We don't know that yet."
But Hero did know. Otherwise, Leader would have been out here. He would have dove into the cake and hugged Hero and Other Hero when they walked through the door. Then, he would have offered a dinner with a team briefing. The house shouldn't have been this silent.
As Hero made her way to the medical room, she felt her palms sweating. "Leader? Leader, are you in here?" She didn't wait to open the door, and as she did, she drew in a quick breath. Her eyes burned with tears. "Leader, oh my god. Other Hero, come here- hurry!"
Leader was crumpled against the wall, clothes torn at the seams, skin scratched in frantic, zig-zagging lines- Hero couldn't believe her eyes. "Leader, talk to me, okay? What's going on? What happened?"
Of course, Leader was in no fit shape to respond.
"I thought you were dead. I thought you were dead. I killed you. I let you go by yourselves. You were dead. You were dead."
"Leader, I'm here! We're- we're both here. Other Hero, tell him you're here." And they did. They repeated it over and over again if only to stop the panic rising from Leader.
"Villain is dead!" Hero finally screamed, and although it wasn't true, and although Other Hero looked at her like she was insane, Leader stopped.
"But he killed you."
"He didn't kill us," Hero said. "We killed him. We are all safe, Leader. He's gone." Leader took heavy breaths, and staring into space, he leaned against Hero. "He's gone. It's okay," she assured. "He's gone."
Even though he wasn't gone at all.
