Yes!!! Riddle is such a teacher’s pet, too. He’s always seeking your approval, hoping to constantly outdo himself just to impress you. Receiving your praise is what he really wants (at first). He feels so proud and fulfilled when you tell him he’s done a good job or that you’re pleased with the work he’s submitted. It’s like small shots of dopamine every time. Eventually, it wears off and Riddle wishes he could hear you say those things to him all the time.

Maybe, while learning to cook, he puts all of his efforts towards baking something sweet as his thanks to you for being such an amazing professor. Maybe he slips an aphrodisiac in it or he does something wild like put his cum in it. Anything to be able to see you in a less-than-professional light, secretly knowing he’s compromised the recipe and done the very opposite of being good. Maybe that’s when Riddle realizes there’s a specific thrill to be found in tiptoeing around the rules…

There’s always a layer of formality draped over academia, and Riddle longs to be able to spend more casual, intimate moments with you after class. Perhaps he’ll have the chance once you start feeling faint and too hot for your clothes. :)

I don’t think Tashi’s look of disgust when Art kisses her knee is actually about him. It’s at herself. Their dynamic is so entirely shaped by power, by the fact that Art is lesser than her. She’s better at tennis, better at keeping her control, better at getting Patrick to fall into her bed. It’s the uncaring idol and the tortured devotee. Hell, it’s outright stated; she asks “what am I, Jesus?” and he says “yes” like it’s obvious. Even the way they sit in that scene shows how Tashi is a religion to him, kissing and bowed over her lap like in prayer. Which is why, to a woman who buys into that dynamic, who also thinks of herself as God to Art’s worshipper, it’s so disgusting that she truly does love him. Tashi adores him. Not even close to as much as she adores tennis, but she does. Right after that scene she goes and asks Patrick to throw the match - because if Art loses, she leaves him. And she doesn’t want to have to leave him. It goes against what she knows. God is not supposed to make sacrifices for mere mortals. Achilles is not meant to swoon at the soft weakness of his heel. But here she is, seeing the chip in her armour and thinking it lovely anyway. Hence the look.

i posted abt this on my tiktok story but i need to rant more so im putting it here 😭😭 the way a lot of mikosai shippers (on tiktok, pinterest, reddit, etc) are is such a big reminder to me of why i hate the strictly romantic soulmates trope with every fiber of my being 😭😭😭 people who interpret soulmates as "that means theyre canonically together" regardless of how the characters actually feel about each other and if they ACTUALLY get together is so fucking gross to me oh my god its so fucking gross i hate forced romance so bad 😭😭 someone cant just say "hey, we're soulmates so you HAVE to date me and its literally weird and impossible for you to like anyone else because i said so!!" and also aiura WOULDNT do that anyway ???? HELLOOO???

you have no idea how many people ive seen call all saiki ships with anyone other than aiura "problematic ships" just because "theyre soulmates"
