Thinking about my Robin AU, the origins of Percy, etc.
I wanted to play around with Percy being an experiment of some of the dark multiverse Batman variants because like, why not yk? I wanna do something different for once. And so I'm thinking maybe he was experimented on. At first he was a normal kid, but after losing his mom the dark knights found him and Barbatos decided Percy would be perfect, being as he was so very similar to Bruce. Percy had everything a kid could want, despite not being rich, despite his shitty step-dad. But he made one kid mistake and now his mom was gone and he was stuck living to his step dad. Until the Dark Knights found him and took him in under the guise of helping him, but they experimented on him instead and turned him into a weapon (Damian vibes, ikr?)
And so he's found, saved from whatever hellhole he was in, and naturally he has no idea how to act. So he studies Bruce Wayne, looks him up, and everything is sort of ranging from fake smiles to crazy ass "drunk" shit.
So naturally, Percy follows that example and after a few years, which is when the story takes place he's become a bit of a party animal and nobody can really stop him. And the only time he isn't taking like that is when he's Robin, which Bruce sort of did as a way to ground him.
Now whenever people think of the "angry" robin, that's basically what Percy is. He's sort of bitter, and has been for a while so he uses Robin as an outlet. That's not saying he isn't nice or kind, he is. Just generally to other members of the Bat fam like Jason or Dick, someone who can sort of understand.
Anyways, Percy is very emotionally driven.
I've been thinking about other characters and I think I want Grover to be his speedster. Grover would be the new speedster chosen by the speed force after the retirement of Barry Allen (I dont read alot of flash comics so apologize if i get some stuff wrong with these super heroes). Grover would be one of the people Percy is actual open with and they're essentially best friends. Percy is there for Grover when he has trouble being a hero (as Grover would be the least experienced) while Grover is there for Percy when he's essentially drinking and partying himself to death and helping him get back on his feet.
Next up we have our Kryptonian, who is apart of a lineage who left Krypton thousands of years prior to the explosion. Their family has been living at the same planet for a while now, but he's bored. He wants to go out and explore what other planets space has to offer and ends up on Earth. Now, I actually have zero idea what character I want to make this because I wanted to make Thalia, Jason, and Reyna amazonians, which Jason being similar to Diana's brother (of the same name funny enough). He wouldn't be fully Kryptonian and would have some distant blood of other alien species from prior to them settling on whatever planet, but no crazy powers besides typical Kryptonian powers for now. So uh comment any ideas you have.
Now the next member is a Martian which would be Frank. I feel like Frank fits this role perfectly ngl. A Frank who's finally completed his training and joins Percy's hero team to prove himself.
Either Thalia or Reyna as the Amazonian, but probably Reyna. I don't know much about the wonder woman comics sadly so I'll have to come up with a backstory later.
Connor Stoll, seeking to break free from the Arrow Family, specificially his older brother, Travis and finding himself, leading him to joining this young superhero team.
And finally Annabeth Chase, who is more of an honorary member rather than anything. I think I want Annabeth to be possibly Batgirl?? I haven't though it out. Maybe she's a legit child of Bruce and was Robin prior to Percy and after the role of Robin became vacant but got seriously injured which led to Bruce essentially firing her.
Annabeth eventually becomes a vigilante in her own right regardless, even despite Bruce trying to keep her away from that life and steps up when Robin vanishes.
Anyways I was thinking about names bcuz there's no way I'm using Teen Titans. Maybe Outcasts (Or is it too similar to the Outlaws??)
I feel like I'm gonna have ALOT of fun with this and I think I'm gonna start writing it rn. Luckily for me I don't have to put alot of elaborate plot into this because its legit comics, but I do want to have some plot in here.
Anyways, coming soon than you think so, be on the lookout.

A Clash of Kings - 37 THEON III (pages 485-493)
Theon oversees the harrying of the coastline, makes some choices that may affect his reputation with the Ironmen, and gets his honorary uncle on board with his plan for Winterfell.
-
What does it matter? Dead is dead. "Take him, then." "You will come as well. You command here. The offering should come from you." That was more than Theon could stomach. "You are the priest, uncle, I leave the god to you. Do me the same kindness and leave the battles to me."
huh. You know it's odd, from the way Theon boasts about his battle prowess and some of his thoughts, I got the impression he didn't have a problem with killing people, so is the reluctance here because Tallhart is a Northman? Someone he knew? One of Robb's men, and Theon's still clinging in part to that connection to someone who was almost a brother to him? (I say almost because Theon's ward/hostage status and associated issues regarding that.)
But also, oohhhhh, that's a choice. These people already don't like or trust Theon fully, and as shit as killing Tallhart in the sea might be for him, refusing the traditions is only going to further alienate Theon with his uncle and the more religious members of the Iron Island folks. Like I get that he doesn't want to kill him at all if he can avoid it, but I feel like Theon doesn't really understand he's in hostile territory here. The blood in his veins doesn't mean shit to many of these people, the boy is in danger!
Theon thought of seeking the bodies of the two men he'd slain himself to see if they had any jewelry worth taking, but the notion left a bitter taste in his mouth. He could imagine what Eddard Stark would have said. Yet that thought made him angry too. Stark is dead and rotting, and nought to me, he reminded himself.
Sure buddy, you keep telling yourself that, one day you'll even have yourself convinced. You know it's kind of interesting to see, but as far as I'm aware, Theon is really the only character who has this kind of cultural dysphoria going on. Like Dany has a disconnect from what she considers her birth culture, in that she has zero connection to it outside of being born on Dragonstone and her fam lived in Westeros for 300-ish years, but Theon spent as much time in Winterfell as he did in the Iron Islands, and as much as he's likely told himself he's still one of the ironmen, he's not really, he assimilated with the northerners, even if only a little bit, and now he's kind of stuck between the two cultures and the two ethical frameworks of said cultures, not fully one or the other. (But a secret third thing: in need of therapy and a loving home and a large jug of respect women and lower classes juice.)
One of them was in a shoving match with a fat man named Todric, who was reeling among the slain with a horn of ale in one hand and an axe in the other, clad in a cloak of white foxfur only slightly stained by the blood of its previous owner.
Lady Blue! Nooooooo!
... be honest, and raise your hand if you understood that reference.
He drew on the hand that clutched the drinking horn, figuring to give them a shot to talk about, but Todric spoiled it by lurching to one side just as he loosed. The arrow took him through the belly. The looters stopped to gape. Theon lowered his bow. "No drunkards, I said, and no squabbles over plunder." On his kneed, Todric was dying noisily. "Botley, silence him." ... Now they know I mean what I say.
A dangerous, if accidental, play. On the one hand, it does send the message that he means what he says and isn't afraid to kill his own men if they disobey, he's not someone they can take advantage of. On the other hand, he just killed one of his own men when he's already barely accepted on the whole. This does look like it should be a point in his favour, but we'll have to wait and see if there's any resentment over it.
... oh and there's the reminder these folks are pro-rape like the Dothraki. lovely (sarcasm)
"The day is won," Dagmer called down. "And yet you do not smile, boy. The living should smile, for the dead cannot."
Oh that gave me two conflicting thoughts. "We're alive! Let's celebrate by eating something dead!" and: Didn't Bran once describe Theon as 'always smiling' in GoT? That really does bring it home how much stuff Theon is going through emotionally as of late.
"How many men are lost?" "Of ours?" Theon shrugged. "Todric. I killed him for getting drunk and fighting over loot." "Some men are born to be killed."
ah, so more favour than flaw with this lot. Nice.
A lesser man might had been afraid to show a smile as frightening as his, yet Dagmer grinned more often and broadly than Lord balon ever had. Ugly as it was, that smile brought back a hundred memories. (...) He gave me more smiles than my father and Eddard Stark together. (...) "You and I must talk, uncle," Theon said. Dagmer was no true uncle, only a sworn man with perhaps a pinch of Greyjoy blood four or five lives back, and that from the wrong side of the blanket. Yet Theon had always called him uncle nonetheless.
... I don't like how red that flag is. It's looking suspiciously like a death flag. Nothing bad better happen to Theon's emotional support uncle!
The fingers curled around the drinking horn were heavy with rings, gold and silver and bronze, set with pieces of sapphire and garnet and dragonglass.
dragonglass = 🥛
... ngl, Theon's plan is insidiously good. Deception, misdirection, theater! I wonder how much of his desire to take Winterfell specifically is his inner conflict with his two halves, and how much of it is the fact that Winterfell is the biggest prize in the north.

Friendship with Lisa + Itto + Diluc (ft. an Anxious Reader) | Headcanons
Since some of you have expressed interest in more platonic works from me, I am here to deliver!!! Sometimes the only thing you need is for someone to listen to your spill your heart out, their arms holding you close and giving you all the comfort you require <3
⊱ ────── {.⋅ ✯ ⋅.} ────── ⊰
Lisa
Tumblr media
Lisa sees herself as your big sister, and she takes the responsibility of watching over you very seriously. She likes to tease you about your crushes, do your makeup if you wear it, and the two of you even have sleepovers every once in a while. It's a nice change of pace for her to socialize with someone like this. It's different than Jean just accompanying her on her errands in town when she has free time.
As your honorary big sister and your closest confidant, Lisa is quick to pick up on the signs that show you're uncomfortable. She'll gently take your hand and give it a small squeeze, wordlessly asking if you need to take a breather. If you do, she'll keep a gentle hold on your hand as she pulls you somewhere safe and quiet.
By this point she's well aware that you get nervous a lot, and unfortunately, the wrong people have taken notice, too. You've seen how angry she gets when someone forgets to return their library books, but there's no words to describe the kind of anger that overtakes her when she sees people pushing you too far.
And if they make you start crying? She'll bring them to their knees and leave them begging for mercy. If she wasn't a librarian for the Knights of Favonius, she would have done much worse.
"If you ever try to hurt this cutie again, I'll shock you so deeply that you'll be feeling the electro pulses even in your nightmares."
😅 Don't mess with Lisa.
Lisa is always happy to give you the biggest, warmest hugs when you need some consolation. While holding you close and smoothing out your hair, she reassures you, "I'll always be here for you, anytime that you need me. So don't hesitate to come and find me. Okay, cutie?"
⊱ ────── {.⋅ ✯ ⋅.} ────── ⊰
Arataki Itto
Tumblr media
Oh my GOSH this man is so fiercely protective of you.
"You're a bonafide member of the Arataki Gang. If someone messes with you, they mess the whole fam, the broskis, mi familia, you get what I'm sayin?"
Itto's a guy that prefers honesty over flattery, and when it comes to you especially, he wants you to feel free to tell him how you feel. Don't worry. You can't hurt his feelings no matter what you say! (or at least not too badly...).
It only takes one conversation of you revealing that you have bad social anxiety for Itto to assemble the "Supreme Arataki Protection Squad." This means that every time you go into town, you're surrounded by your own personal bodyguards on all sides--with Itto leading the group at the center, of course!
You do get a little embarrassed at the fact that the townspeople are staring at this protective barrier/huddle with a mixture of surprise and confusion, but you are appreciative of Itto's thoughtfulness nonetheless.
It's kind of strange--but also adorable--that Itto also collects things for you to help make you feel better. These items can range from beetles to sakura blooms to even a stolen standee of Ms. Hina (you'll have to explain that one to the authorities later). It's sort of like how a pet brings you something and they sit there anticipating you to praise them for their gift. Yeah, basically that's Itto.
As long as it makes you smile, Itto calls his work a job well done. But he'll still go above and beyond for you, always checking in to make sure you're doing well. Even if all he can offer is his companionship (considering he ends up broke a lot lol), he'll be there for you. That's what friends do, and you'll have a hard time finding one more loyal than Itto.
⊱ ────── {.⋅ ✯ ⋅.} ────── ⊰
Diluc Ragnvindr
Tumblr media
Diluc is just the sweetest man. Maybe not to everyone else, but he is to you. Everyone knows that he has a hard time opening up considering all the things that happened in his past, so if he calls you his friend, you're someone truly special.
He hasn't told you that he's the illusive Darknight Hero yet, but you have met the handsome man clothed in black several times. You notice how he always seems to clear the area of monsters on your path home, jumping in to save you when you're being ambushed the Fatui or by treasure hoarders. You know it's him, but you pretend to stay oblivious, secretly grateful for his protection.
He's made sure that the Angel's Share is a safe place for you. Ever since you've told him that you're super anxious in public, he's worked to implement discreet ways for you to convey your thoughts and feelings to him or to the staff.
If you ask him for a secret drink that's not on the menu, Diluc will ask Charles to take over his shift while he steps outside with you. He brings you somewhere nearby that's quiet and helps you calm down as he best he can (in his own Diluc way).
Diluc's not an outwardly affectionate man, but he will never hesitate to offer you his hands to hold or his arms to run into. His main concern is keeping you grounded, and if that means clinging onto him, taking in the comforting warmth of his pyro vision, then he is happy to be your anchor.
"I've never been good at dealing with my emotions--much less someone else's--but never hesitate to come to me with your problems. I will do everything in my power to comfort you however I can. It's the least I can do for you after everything you've done for me."
Diluc may typically be a grumpy, tired business owner, but Charles and the Winery staff have seen firsthand how his demeanor softens around you. So much so that they're blessed with a now frequent sight: a genuine, carefree smile adorning his face when he looks at you.

A Miraculous DC Crossover
ALL RIGHT!!
I’ve been sucked into this unholy sub-fandom and I have thoughts okay? lots of them. Almost none are coherent and I don’t care. I have no plotline to write a fic but by the gods do I need to get out all my ideas.
Behold:
the Salttm
Lila, obviously. But she’s a petty nuisance at best, and an annoyingly competent akuma to fight at worst. manipulative, but not really dangerous ya feel?
Alya. which like, home girl probably doesn’t deserve but like,,, the drama??
CHLOE REDEMPTION YOU COWARDS
She and Marinette become surprisingly good friends (because I love that for both of them and you can pry it from me cold, dead hands)
Nettie-bug and Queenie
They pick on Adrien together
Mari’s friends Protection Squad That Don’t Take No Shit
Adrien
Chloe
NINO BITCH HE DESERVES MORE LOVE TBH
Alix?? Probably
Luka obvi
Felix (PV)?? Or does Marinette have enough emotionally constipated boys in her life?
(Answer: no. no she does not.)
Nath? He be a good fox tbh. creative and sneaky boi
Kagami!!! I love her
They’re all heroes because I say so.
Felix (Sparrow) is an honorary member even though he doesn’t have a miraculous
He handles PR and other background things along with Chloe
Joined up a few years back when Parisians were getting a bit too critical of the heroes
No Hawkmoth b/c fuck that guy
He existed, just not anymore. Bitch got yeeted
There’s other villains in town now. After Hawkmoth’s defeat other metas/supervillains looked at Paris and was just like, ‘free real estate?”
So now the Miraculous Team are Paris’ Actual Full-Time Hero TeamTM… yay.
Ladybug, Chat Noir, and Abielle (or like, Wasp/Yellow Jacket idk Chloe changes her name because ~identity stuff~) are the core three team. like, the wonder woman/batman/superman trio of the MTeam.
Nath is called Reynard Ambre b/c I love him
The public knows he exists but he’s never seen in battle and no pictures exist.
but there are plenty of instances where Paris knows he out mucking around because those akuma battles always get really weird.
Marinette be the guardian?
Guardian in training
Along with all the other holders b/c jesus. Give the girl a break.
Yeah. I like that Idea. All current holders are training to be guardians as well, but Mari’s going to step up as Guardian Supreme when Fu steps down.
Hero fashion!!!
The Miraculous Team is all decked out in their own merch like 24/7
Rarely is it thier own hero persona tho
Not because of like,,,, secrecy or anything. Just because they’re all nerds who love each other
Marinette is the lead producer of Miraculous Merchandise. It’s like,,, her BrandTM It was completely unintentional too
(Adrien and Chloe financially support her work tho. She designs, makes a prototype, and has her two blondes get others to replicate it)
Half of Paris is wearing her without knowing it
(Go MDC! get it girl!)
She totally makes Gotham inspired outfits because what else would she do????
Don’t get her wrong, most of Gotham’s fashion sense royally pisses her off but it’s fun and hey, supporting her fellow heroes ya know?
She wears a Robin hoodie after being officially acquainted with both Damian and Robin (separately of course)
Damian chokes on something, probably his own tongue.
It confuses Nettie. But then she thinks maybe he’s a fan too? She offers to make one for him but he steadfastly refuses much to his brothers’ amusement.
Might make a robin themed dress?? If so, she crosses paths with Robin when she does, thoroughly embarrassing her and almost sending poor Dami into a crisis.
Rogues Gallery
She makes a lot of designs off the rouges gallery because like, supporting people trying to get better??? also they’re some of the few who’s aesthetic aint shit?
She can’t make all of them because she ran out of time, so the rest get posited up on her Instagram and MDC blog (that’s run by Tikki mostly. She’s a great secretary and gets bored in Mari’s purse all the time)
Everyone is very flattered
Harley, if she ever finds it, immediately commission all pieces and wears them around Gotham don’t @ me
Daminette obvi
Marinette meets him and is just like ‘wow, you’re horrible. I want five’
Marinette, in the group chat later: so I met Kagami and Felix’s love child today
Kagami and Felix, seconds apart: I would never stoop so low
immediately after: Hey what the fuck? Rude
Nino: Nettie, dearest, sunshine, light of our collective lives and reason I breathe, what the fuck
Adrien: Kagami, my love, how could you? the Betrayal
Chloe: ew
Luka: Send pics or it didn’t happen
Nath: [insert the ‘right in front of my salad?’ meme]
Whenever they cross paths as Robin and Mari, he’ll just like,,, appear from nowhere hanging upside down spiderman style. Mari finds it endearing but she also wants him to stop scaring the shit out of her
Nicknames, because I have an unhealthy obsession with them, alright?
Misc Mari names: Bug, Bugaboo, Buginette, Madame President/Colonel (when the Team’s being cheeky), Princess, Marigold, Nettie (by like, Nino and Alix)
Jason calls her Pixie-pop
The bird boys call her Nightingale/Mockingbird in like, honor of her being a kickass civillian
Mari refers to them as ‘the flock’ (and bird-brains after getting to know them better)
Damian calls her: Starling, Habibti, ya qamar(my moon), malaki (angel), ya wardati(my flower) (b/c like, angel’s cute an all but I just think Damian’s way more dramatic than that tbh. he’d put thought into his nicknames)
Mari calls Damian: mon soleil (my sunshine) (because symmetry and also Mari thinks she’d hilarious), Birdie, petit oiseau/oisillon
I like the idea of Jagged being a native Gothamite tbh
it’s just so fun honestly???
He’s probably the reason the MTeam are in Gotham in the first place? maybe? anyway, the class is there, right? right.
Kagami, Luka and Felix are all holding the fort down in Paris. Ain't no akumas but sometimes they need backup so when certain heroes need to disappear, Nath has Trixx set up an illusion of whichever one so they can slip away with the horse miraculous.
Mari’s the one who has to leave the most because she’s still Paris’ damage control, so like,,,,, ya know.
Mari doesn’t get left behind, at least not on the first day b/c come on people! She has plenty of friends in class watching out for her and a semi-competent teacher who does care even if she’s non-confrontational to a fault.
She does eventually become separated from the group. Half because of Lila and half because she’s always fucking late and got distracted.
She actually runs into one of the civilian batfam in the first place because the class was allowed an hour or so to wander around the shopping district or whatever to explore/buy things/get food. They just needed to return to the meetup spot at a certain time but Mari is like ten minutes away when it’s five minutes to the meetup
So she’s just… fucking booking it and completely takes out this trained vigilante without trying to.
Mari, as she’s groaning on the ground, tangled around a boy: By Kwamii, I thought my luck was supposed to be good Tikki.
That or like, the subway doors close before she can get on them and the rest of the class ends up ahead of her leaving her to get caught up on some bullshit in the next train or smth.
Oh, like. Of course it’s her train that gets held hostage. Wonderful.
(Later, Mari will rant at Tikki about her luck. A common conversation between the two tbh.)
This could be where she officially meets the Batfam as the Batfam. Or, like. A couple of em, at least.
Marinette getting serial adopted by the whole goddamn batfamily because i will die for this trope tbh i dont even care
The Robins nickname her Nightingale before they realize she’s Ladybug
They still call her that after but it’s not with the intention of making it her hero name anymore
Her and Alfred are def bros you don’t understand
Actually, Gina and Alfred are old friends. Mari totally knows Alfie before the bat fam and calls him Poppy/Pépé
which floors the batfam because what? Since when does that happen???
Alfred and Mari never, like, actually met in person before, but video chats exist and Gina def talks about the two to each other so it’s like they may as well know each other.
I also like the idea of Alfred being a former holder, probably the peacock. I would adore that
Just,,,, so many fun hero shenanigans
Yeah sure. The batfam are super detectives and have a history of figuring out people’s identities in no time at all. Whatever. Where’s the drama in that though? The showmanship?
Fuck canon, the Miraculous all have glamours because magic bitch and it plays fucking hell on the Batfam and all their shit
Every single Batfam member is simultaneously pulling their hair out because they don’t know who these heroes are???? Why can they figure them out?? Confusion???????
Miraculous team is just…. Straight up laughing at them. The poor dears.
That one gag where it’s a well-known secret that Mari has connections to every Parisian hero and is basically their own personal catering service/comfort place.
Also, it’s the worst kept secret in Paris that Mari is Multimouse
None of the MTeam have confirmed that rumour but they also don’t deny it.
they actually started the rumour. If all of Paris thinks Mari’s the mouse, a temporary hero, no one’s going to think she’s Ladybug/or that she’s an easy target to go after
chloe actually came up with that one
Mari meeting all of Damian’s ‘associates’ (ie pets)
She adores all of them and they her.
Especially GOLIATH, why isn’t he talked about more honestly???? He’s GREAT
She meets Goliath as Ladybug and Robin is just… so done with him??? You are supposed to be a fearsome beast and a professional why are you rolling over and expoSING YOUR STOMACH??? Meanwhile, Ladybug is just: Awww! Who’s a good boy? Who’s the best boy? You are! Look at how handsome you are! Cute widdle baby-
Miraculous Team hanging on the roof of their hotel kinda chilling
Maybe having a debate about doing some free-running/parkour?
Also maybe about whether or not they should be heroes while in Gotham
MT being like, why can’t we go and stop an armed robbery? we can help!
“Gotham already has very active heroes-”
“Vigilantes!”
“-whatever. I don’t want us stepping on any toes. This isn’t our terf and Batman’s known for being strict about Metas rolling around here.”
“We aren’t Metas though.”
“I don’t think he’ll enjoy splitting that particular hair, Nino. Just- not unless lives are at stake, okay? Emergencies only.”
“Yes, Colonel Ladybug.”
This debate most def gets crashed by batfam and confusion ensues upon both sides
batfam didn’t hear anything, they’re just really confused about these french kids hanging out on a roof in Gotham
Just.... yes. all of that. I have like, more but those are not organized or even remotely coherent. here you go! I might write for this but I already have other fics rn so... it wouldn’t be for a while. and as I said, I have no plot.
take this though, i guess. *throws confetti*

How I Picture a Batfam Age Reversal
I’m going to write this as a fic (And I want to go on into a young justice world where dick forms the team and his siblings are protective) but here is the outline in bullet points in case anyone is interested. Please note this is VERY first draft.
Ages (At end) & Order:
Damian- 24
Duke- 21
Stephanie- 20
Tim- 21
Cassandra- 19
Jason- 19
Barbara- 15
Dick- 13
Damian is Ten when he is sent to live w/ his father. Bruce is 30.
They don’t really work well together at first. But Selina, Alfred, and Clark somehow get it through Bruce’s thick skull that he has to care for this child.
Damian keeps sneaking out on patrol, against B’s wishes. Eventually, he let’s Damian join and tells him to choose a name (Not what we meant, Bruce!)
Damian wants to go for something like Shadow, or Demon, but Bruce puts his foot down. He says that Damian shouldn’t try to be darkness.
Damian is pouting in the gardens when he finds a wounded robin. It’s wing is broken. He demands that the animal should be taken to a shelter, and carries it in his hand the whole way there.
The bird makes it, and Damian demands to be called Robin. He designs his suit, going slightly more colorful. “I might be called Robin, but I am NOT wearing brown, Pennyworth.”
Bruce introduces him to Superboy (Jon, note: less age dif) and the pair are close friends.
He is Robin for a little over seven years before he begins to fight with Bruce about being allowed to patrol alone, and being his own hero. (basically what happened w/ Dick).
Damian leaves Gotham, opting to claim Bludhaven. Jon joins him. He suggests they call each other Nightwing and Flamebird. Damian thinks it’s a bit childish, but he can’t say no to Jon. They’re costumes are here. (done by @hyperactive-lectiophile! Fantastic job!)
They eventually realize they’re in love w/ each other, all while trying to figure their lives  out. Damian briefly tries to join the police. He hates it. Eventually, he enrolls in BH college for a major in Art and a minor in business.
Later in Gotham, the We Are Robin/Robin War stuff happens. Long story short, Duke is adopted.
Damian is angry to find out he has a new brother, goes to Gotham to yell at Bruce, but then meets Duke. They bond, and are close siblings. Damian makes his father promise to not adopt any more strays.
Stephanie Brown wants to stop her Father, so she sews up a costume and goes out as Batgirl. Bruce is apprehensive at first, but his family basically yells at him to train the poor girl before she gets hurt.
He does, and after Steph meets Damian, who she absolutely adores (He loves her too. The way she pisses his father off is legendary), Stephanie decides she wants to be Robin. Batgirl was good for dealing with her father, but she wants to belong to this new family, and, w/ Damian’s blessing, she makes a new costume.
Unfortunately, after a while, Stephanie is killed by Black Mask (her death is faked, like in the comics, but the Fam doesn’t know)
Enter Tim Drake. Batman has been going crazy over grief, and not even Nightwing, Catwoman (this is SOOOO batcat, btw) or The Signal can calm him down. Tim steps right up, and demands to be robin.
Damian and Bruce fight over this. Surprisingly, Damian is the one who thinks Tim should be given a chance. He sees how his father has been acting. Damian knows that Tim must be brilliant to figure out their identities, and thinks that should count for something. Duke takes his side, knowing that it takes guts to talk to batman, and be willing to join him. Bruce, meanwhile, is a constant chant of “no more dead robins”. After a while, and lots of arguing, Tim takes his place as Robin. They redesign the suit, and he takes his place as robin.
It’s little while after this that Stephanie comes back. Tim offers Robin back, but Stephanie declines. They talk and grow closer. At one point they talk about Stephanie’s new moniker. She says she doesn’t want to be Batgirl either. She wants something new. Tim suggests Spoiler (Bad pun turned brilliant idea?).
Cassandra Cain arrives on the scene next. She saves the commissioner’s life (like No Man’s Land, minus No Man’s Land), and Stephanie immediately imprints on this tiny assassin child (So do the rest of the family, but Steph claims the fourteen-year old first. She and Bruce fight over custody.). She offers Cass Batgirl. Gotham gained a new vigilante, and Bruce Wayne adopted a new child. (Faster than the comics, I KNOW. But Cass deserves happiness)
Everyone loves their new sister, and everyone spoils her. Duke is the one to take her to a ballet the first time. She immediately begs to be put into lessons.
Somewhere in here Tim’s mom dies and his dad is in a coma. Bruce takes him in.
Eventually, Bruce decides to offer Tim Red Robin, hoping to avoid the strife he had with Damian. (Like in the comics, Bruce was going to give Jason Red Robin)
Tim is unsure of this, and puts off deciding. Then little Jason Peter Todd decides to jack the tires of the batmobile and is immediately taken in.
Everyone is captivated by the tiniest addition to their family, but it's also at this time that Jack Drake finds out about Robin and forces Tim to quit. Tim gives Jason his blessing to become Robin.
Everyone pitches in on helping train the newest Robin. Damian teaches the kid things he learned from the league (non-lethal things, since Damian loves this kid), Duke teaches him escrima fighting, Stephanie (Much to Bruce’s dismay) has a full seminar of the delicacies of glitter bomb making. Tim teaches the kid hacking, when he can get away from his dad.
Unfortunately, when Jason has been Robin for almost a year, he is killed by the Joker.
The family is torn apart by greif. But this time around, Bruce has a much larger support system. All of them lean on each other.
The only time that Damian ever broke his no-kill rule while living with his father was to kill the Joker. He hunted and murdered the clown, sparing Harley. He had been friends with Quinzel since he was Robin, and knew how the Joker treated her. Harley became the batfam’s honorary aunt after this.
Bruce was too emotionally tired to fight with Damian over his actions, so no one said anything. Eventually, Bruce and Damian did argue. Damian refused to apologize,, though he did promise his father to never kill again. Their relationship was strained for a while, but they worked through it.
Less than a year later, Jack Drake dies, and Tim comes back onto the vigilante scene. He refuses to become Robin, however, choosing to take Bruce up on his offer and become Red Robin. He designs his own suit, and the world seems to slowly become normal. Or some semblance of it.
One night, the circus is in town and the whole family (except Alfred) is home. Duke, Tim, and Steph drag Bruce, Cass, and Damian to go see it.
It is on this night that Dick Grayson’s parents fall to their death. Dick is sent to live in juvi, meanwhile Bruce tries to adopt Dick. He succeeds, and the manor once again has a bright young child running through it’s halls.
Dick figures out the secret identities of his family and instantly demands to be allowed out. He wants to take down Zucko, and won’t settle for every single member hunting for him. Dick wants to take down his parent’s murdered himself. He tries to sneak out multiple times, but is always stopped.
Damian talks to Dick (They are extremely close) and explains the origins of Robin. He says that the mantle was born out of a want to distance himself from the revenge and violence of the league. Dick cries when he learns this and says that his own parents used to call him Robin. He suggests that the mantle is more than a personal need. Robin is Family.
Damian almost immediately demands that Dick be trained and help catch Zucko. Bruce is confused, as before, Damian was strongly against letting a nine-year-old fight crime. Damian explains (after much cajoling. He might be more emotionally open and healthy than when he first arrived in the manor, but the kid is still constipated) what Dick had said, and that Damian understands the kid’s need for direction. “When I first came here, I needed Robin. I might not have known it, but I did. Richard needs Robin now, as well.”
The family took sides on the issue, but eventually Dick (with the aid of his puppy-dog-eyes™) won everyone over. He got his own Robin costume, and they caught Zucko.
Dick refused to stop being Robin, and so Gotham gained a new bird.
Dick was Robin for almost two years when The Red Hood made his appearance in Gotham. No one knew what he wanted, as he didn’t seem to do much beyond killing criminals. They thought he was a vigilante at first, but then he began to take over the criminal underbelly of Gotham, regulating crime. On top of that, Red Hood targeted Robin. Attacking the boy wonder when no one else was around. After the red helmeted rogue let loose a few hints about the league of shadows, Damian interrogated his mother, who explained the identity of The Red Hood, and how she had set him on Gotham.
As soon as the family figured out the newcomer’s identity, and the reason he was alive Damian tracked him down. He knew how to deal with pit rage from his childhood, and brought the lost bird back to the nest.
The family was whole for the first time in years. Jason was still angry and resentful, but he had his family back. Jason was grateful for Damian taking revenge for him, and they were once again close.
Slowly, Jason let everyone back in, including Bruce. Dick is wary at first of this new older brother, but the little chicken nugget quickly warms up to Jason, and even convinces him to teach him how to shoot a gun (In secret, of course, Dami and Bruce would blow a gasket). Jason couldn’t resist the kid. It was physically impossible.
A year later, Cass decides to pursue dance as her career. She gets a job with the Hong Kong Ballet company. She moves there, and decides to take a new moniker: Black Bat. Her family is so proud of her, but they miss her dearly. Duke visits often, bringing new back to the family.
The absence of Batgirl is filled after a while by Barbara Gordan. She makes her own costume and starts going out. Once again, Stephanie Brown adopts a smol bean (Well, not legally. The commissioner is still alive) and outfits her with a more Gotham-friendly suit and weaponry (I.e. heavy kevlar and leather)
Babs is taken whole-heartedly into the fold, and is made an honorary sister.

I’m working on an atla yt au and I wanna ramble about it
- so jsyk it takes place in like a modern/atla fusion world, so they have modern tech as well as bending and atla animals
- note that when I say fusion I don’t mean modern America w/ benders. I mean I literally spent 4 hrs developing/world building what I thought the avatar universe would be like a thousand yrs post cannon, including cities, really basic politics, an education system, a job/degree/aprenticeship system that is very different from our own job market, bending certification, a back story for the dragons, a fifth air temple bc the genocide never happened, and some other stuff as well.
- (all of that for a youtube au. *sigh*. can anyone explain why I’m like this?)
- anyway the Gaang all have like 1 joint account that they’ll post to as well as their own main accounts. (They also have another joint account where they get someone to make like compilations of funny stuff from their vids and they donate all the revenue that acct makes)
- technically the only ppl officially apart of the Gaang/able to post on the joint channel are Aang, Sokka, Katara, Toph, suki, zuko* and yue. (Though yue posts there very rarely) but a lot of their friends are also YouTube’s and they like constantly collab w/ them to the point of them basically being honorary members
- * zuko doesn’t make a channel for a while,,, he just keeps appearing in his friends videos until ppl start demanding that he makes his own channel
- at first he’s like,,,,, nah bc he Legally is supposed to stay out of the public eye. (Bc of Scar Related Reasons) but eventually he’s like “actually fuck it” and does anyway
- so he just does a lot of random stuff bc he’s just,,,,, himself he has no freaking clue how to social media. Tho he does a lot of showing off his firebending and sword play stuff. As well as introducing everyone to the literal seven turtle ducks he owns
- aang shows off air bending plus has tutorials on animal care and gives advice. Also slot of vids about having good mental health, and random video game stuff
- Katara only really does video game stuff w/ others but she mainly does like water bending stuff, informational videos about healing (both bending based and traditional medicine based), and life advice bc she cares about everyone!!
- Sokka does a lot of video game stuff as well as lots of different weapon stuff! Tho obviously he specializes in the boomerang and sword. Zuko was on his channel a lot b4 making his own and ppl wondered if they were together since Sokka was very openly bi. (They were and ofc everyone freaked)
(Although on that note pls remember shipping real ppl is gross ty have a nice day)
- Toph!! Obvi earthbending but also Literally Teaching Metalbending since she u know invented it?? Also she has a podcast and has a lot of random asf vids on her channel
- suki!!!! She does a lot of makeup stuff, both traditional Kyoshi warrior makeup and those really out there types of makeup where ppl turn their faces into canvases. As well as obviously showing off her incredible skills
- yue does a lot of informational vids especially about the history of the water tribes and spirits! Also a short series of her doing suki’s nails bc for some reason suki is really bad at them?? Dispite being super precise with makeup???
(Spoiler alert suki just wants an excuse to hold her wife’s hand. Yes suki and yue are married don’t @ me)
- the main channel is mostly for them goofing around. They don’t have to put cross overs there (and they don’t put all of em there) but the main channel is just filled with them hanging out and being dumbasses. Also suki doing Sokka and aang’s makeup while yue does zuko’s nails.
- iroh gets featured in a couple of advice giving videos and somehow ends up with a Twitter that he just uses to give wholesome advice to anyone who needs it!
- Sokka and aang have a series doing a “buzzfeed unsolved” type thing w/ spirits. Except. U know. spirits are real. so poor aang is dragged along as Sokka cusses out random spirits apologizing after every word Sokka says.
- mai, ty lee, and azula have a channel called “the killer trio”. Mostly to show off ty lee’s acrobatics, mai’s knives/knife skills, and occasionally azula and her fire bending
- (azula is nice bc she left w/ zuko and Ursa when they were 11/13, then got A lot of Therapy. Now she’s on good terms w/ her fam, including her step dad and step sister)
- anyway bc her and zuko legally u know. Have to stay out of the public she very rarely goes on camera. When she does it’s usually wide shots sparring w/ one of her gf’s or her face is blurred. Her identity becomes a huge mystery and she’s just referred to as “the blue fire bender” bc that’s all anyone really knows about them
- she’s way more parinoid than zuko bc she’s actually a lot more scared of their dad and is trying to protect her brother even if he won’t protect himself
- ofc zuko eventually drops the truth of the whole thing (azula is like bitch wtf??? do u want Ozai to send a hitman after u???) but after all the legal stuff azula just. Casually posts a pic of mai and ty lee both kissing her on the cheek and the internet explodes
- (they knew mai and ty lee were dating but holy shit they’re dating the blue fire bender??? And she lives with them??? And she’s zuko’s sister??!?!)
- teo and his dad have an inventing channel and ofc Sokka shows up pretty regularly
- Haru has a very small channel mostly for fun tho he’s gotten his butt kicked in some of toph’s vids
- ppl like the bolder do not have channels they’re the equivalent of like actual famous wrestlers. Toph has invited them over to fight and has beaten all of them
- zuko has a video titled “I swear to Agni I can explain”. He posted it after about 3 months of not posting. The video features druk’s introduction.

So I have this theory that Ozma is the final big bad and here why. So you know how the gods said they would be judging humanity what if that was a lie instead Ozma is the one going to judge humanity. I believe that when all relics unite Ozma would transform into I don't know something and then judge whether humanity should live. It course, not based on Ozma feeling alone. It would go off on every past life and, humanity feeling as well. Wish I could go into better detail but there a word limit.
Hello Dreemurr.Firstly, apologies for the very late response to your inbox, fam. Secondly, no worries---I believe I gotthe gist of your theory concept and might I say, it's a pretty interesting one.
Ozma being the final boss of the series would be an unexpected twist. As amatter of fact, it kind of makes me think back to how the second season of Green Lantern: The Animated Series concluded. Just in case you'renot familiar with that series, in the show, there is a character named Aya.Without spoiling much, Aya was an AI created who practically one of our herocharacters fighting the good fight to protect the galaxy against the forces ofevil as a sort of honorary member of the Green Lantern Core.
In the second season, after taking out the main bigbad for that season---the Antimonitor and his Manhunters, in a surprisingtwist, Aya takes control of the Antimonitor's corpse, assuming control of hisManhunter Army with a declaration to destroy all organic life in the universe. So basically, Aya---our titular hero characters ends up becoming the mainantagonist for that season.
That being said, it would be interesting if Ozma isthe one to judge humanity in it end. However; technically, it wouldn't be Ozmathough. It would be Oscar since he is his current incarnation. Unless, my Pinehead headcanon about Oscar being the true incarnate of Ozmabecomes a thing. Even now I still love the concept of Oscar being revealed asthe embodiment of Ozma's original body that he never got backpresently born in modern Remnant.
It would make so much sense and make everythingcome full circle with who Oscar is supposed to be and why he's so different from all the other Wizardsbefore him.
Plus if Oscar is truly Ozma---the real Ozma, whatcould be a nice addition to your idea is if Oscar ends up turning away from theGods and instead of judging humanity, imagineif …the Brother Gods themselves were placed on trial by the very being theycreated to save humanity.
When I think about it, Ozma...and essentially Oscar has every reason to turn againstthe Gods or at least be furious with them enough to tell them off first chancehe got for what they put, not just him, but his past Wizards and all of Remnantthrough. From the get-go, Ozma had beendragged into a fight that he never started. Ozma never created Salem. It was Salem who dared to challenge theGods when she attempted to manipulate them into his resurrection and as aresult of her deceit, the Gods punished her with the very immortality that hasmade her the threat she currently stands to be in Modern Remnant.
It was Salem’s action that caused the genocide ofFirst Remnant. It was then the Brother Gods who chose to leave Remnant with theimmortal Salem. And it were those same Brother Gods who left their darkestcreations---both Salem and the remnants of the Creatures of Grimm left withoutthe God of Darkness to keep them at bay---to walk the lands of new Remnantknowing full well that life; unsuspecting of these beings, would return.
As much as I find the Brother Gods to be intriguingcharacters, it still bothers me how much they contributed to the currentproblems in Remnant. Salem was their creation and rather than dealwith her themselves, they abandoned Remnant with Salem still being alive withthe curse they left on her.
And what bothers me even more is that these sameBrother Gods have the audacity to say that they wish to be the ones permittedto judge humanity…after leaving it behind for years and bringing back a deadman to correct their mistake.
At least Ozma has lived amongst humanity for notjust one, butseveral lifetimes. Ozma and his descendants have watched over andguided mankind. Ozma alone has seen humanity at its best and its worst. How canthe Brothers judge humanity when they themselves have never truly lived amongsttheir creations. Not as Gods but as beings.Despite creating man, the Gods know nothing about what it’s like to be well…human.
The Brother Gods may have created humanity but dothey even understand the verycreations of life they made together? Are they even willing to understand? After all, look how quickly the God of Darkness demolished all life on FirstRemnant just because of the blunder of a few who were only influenced by theactions of one.
Honestly, it bothers me how poor Ozma (who was dead and resting peacefully by theway), was brought back to basically correct a fault that the Godsthemselves made and left behind when they chose to abandon Remnant after thepersonification of their greatest mistake (i.e Salem) forged an army againstthem.
This also kind of highlights the hypocrisy of the God of Light in a way. When Salem first approached the God of Light to return Ozma to her, he refusedher request deeming it an act of imbalance and all that philosophical jibberjab. Yet…later in the Lost Fable, we saw Light resurrect Ozma (well his soul atleast) for the sake of fulfilling an objective that he slapped him with.
At the end of the day, Ozma spent countless oflives roping a culmination of innocent men into aiding him in fixing a problemthat was not of his own doing. May I stress again that it was the Gods who madeSalem immortal, destroyed the first wave of humanity because of her and evenleft Remnant with her.
And rather than correct this mistake themselves, their solution is to force an innocent soul who had long passed on intocleaning up their mess regardless of how many lives it took him to do so.
And at the end of it all, what does Ozma and theWizards get for their efforts? Based on the events of V6-V7, the answer is blamed for choosing to keep the dangerof Salem’s existence from the world a secret. All of his previous efforts andsuccess at maintaining the peace for years erased.
It's actually be kind of sad how Ozma and byextension, Ozpin and now Oscar---are treated practically the scapegoats for the fault of the Gods andSalem too. While the Wizards have made many mistakes themselves throughout theyears, it doesn’t change the fact that all of it was to correct a mistake thatGods made. The Gods made Salem. This all started with them and her feud withthem..
And what? In the end, when the Relics are united, instead of granting its user the power of a God---it’ll summon the Gods back toRemnant from where ever to judge humanity on the one day that things go to shit? Y’know…exactly like what happenedlast time/
Going back to your theory, it would actually bemore fitting if Ozma---well Oscar--- was the one to judge humanity or at least pleadfor humanity’s salvation against the Gods’ final verdict since, in my opinion, the Gods have no right to place judgement on the creations they abandoned witha problem of their doing.
Not to mention that the Gods have never lived amongtheir creations---not unless, Ozma (and by extension all of his followinglives) have unknowingly acted as the vessels through which the Gods existedamongst their so-called greatest creation.
Y’know like whatif…since it’s the God of Light’s power that’s been keeping Ozma’s cyclegoing for so many years, how do we knowthat the God of Light hasn’t been ‘silentlyobserving’ the development of humanity through Ozma and his descendantswithout their knowledge? How do weknow that the Wizards haven’t been a surrogate vessel for the God of Light all this time?
As a matter of fact, do you know what wouldactually be kind of ironic? I remember joking about this once upon a time in apast theory post but---imagine if…theWizards---Ozma and all of his successors--- are basically meant to be thetitular Jesus character of Remnant.  In the Bible, God sent his one and only son toEarth and ultimately, Jesus died on the cross for the sins of man.
So what if…thatwill be the case for Oscar’s fate as part of a choice he makes in the end, in asense? What if… ultimately, the Godsdo end up deeming man irredeemable with plans to destroy Remnant only for Oscar---asthe successor to Ozma---humanity’s champion--- to make the ultimate self-sacrifice. His life for humanity.
Think about it. When Salem first challenged theGods, all of Remnant was killed except for her and the Gods left Remnant forgood. So what if…this time, when theGods return, Oscar tells them to takehis life to save all of humanity and due to his noble choice, Remnant is sparedwith the Gods returning to make humanity whole again just as the God of Lighthad told Ozma before.
I know this sounds like an “eh” type of theory to consider but it’s worth putting on the tableof possibilities, right? Unless…the person to give up their life for Remnant isRuby Rose instead of Oscar. If Irecall, Ruby once commented that as a child, she always wanted to be a herojust like the ones in the tales read to her in her childhood.
In fairy tales, don’t the heroes normally dowhatever it takes to protect the world? Even at the cost of their lives. Imean, not going to life, I can definitely see Ruby agreeing to give up her lifefor Remnant too. I can picture it just as much as I can picture Oscar makingthe same type of choice.
They are our two smaller, more honest souls and asit was said once upon a time, victory is in a simple soul…or something alongthose lines. Then again, this too is only just a small theory.
So in conclusion---as I said, I like your idea Dreemurr. Ozma---meaning Oscar, judginghumanity would be a pretty neat twist. Then again, I would love this idea evenmore if the Gods are placed on trials by Oscar himself somehow.
I mean, the Relics were claimed to be the gifts that the Gods left humanity sothat they can learn about themselves or something to that nature. So youhonestly expect me to believe that the only thing the Relics can do is summonthe Gods back to Remnant for them to judge it? That’s it?
The CRWBY Writers really want me to believe that one person gaining the power of knowledge, creation, destruction andchoice between light and darkness can’tascend to godly status themselves?
I know that would’ve been the cliché approach but,I dunno---imagine how much more chaos something like that would’ve stirred ifthe general public of Remnant knewthe existence of magical artifacts that could grant a normal human such divine powers.Especially if, similar to magic, the Relics are used against the Gods in an actof revenge to force them to fall from grace.
Again, cliché but…I dunno, I can’t help that partof me that wants someone to tell off the Brother Gods or make them feel somesemblance of comeuppance for the problems their actions caused Modern Remnant;y’know what I mean?
This makes me question the mortality of the Godsthemselves. If the Brother Gods created Remnant, the Grimm and Man then whocreated the Brother Gods? Is there a third high being who is responsible forthe birth of light and dark?
Despite being powerful beings, can the Gods bekilled in some way? And since Light and Darkness exist to balance the otherout, what would happen should one of them disappear or die? What sustains the existence of a God? Is there a heart that beats at their core or are they just walking bodies of magic?
While I doubt we’lllearn anything new about the Gods for a while, these are some of my more curious questionsabout them.
But for now, I think that’s all I have to say to your questionDreamurr. Not sure if I answered you but I hope I did in some way XD

ENDGAME
Okay. I definitely won’t be able to sleep today, so I might as well pour out all my Endgame feelings right now.
First thing first, I was probably in the WORST POSSIBLE HEADSPACE to watch this film; national elections where fascists could take over Congress (spoiler alert, they didn’t. I literally just cried with relief for over ten minutes) AND being extremely concerned about characters you over-identify with on the same day, all after the worst year of your life, apparently don’t mix well. Who would have thunk.
(btw, I was spoiled as I was voting about That Very Big Thing; everyone who follows me probably can guess what I’m talking about. I almost threw hands tbh. Then almost cried over a dozen times on the way to the theatre because the stress of the day was killing me ugh).
All this to say, my head is a mess right now, I don’t even know if this post is going to make any sense, and I will probably take time to process certain things and have a definite opinion on them LOL. But well, here is now.
And err. Warning for a brief mention of suicide ideation?
(crossposted to dreamwidth, livejournal, and pillowfort)
TONY (& CO)
– In case it wasn’t obvious, the thing I was spoiled about? Yeah, it was Tony’s death. FML. I mean, even if I wasn’t spoiled, I would’ve seen it coming as soon as we saw him after the five years jump, lbr (happily off-screen married to Pepper? With an adorable daughter? Pepper resigned to the possibility of losing him instead of begging him to stay like in IW? And then the movie kept hammering it home LMAO; that and a lot of things for the mains that I kind of saw coming from less than a third into the movie, which IDK if it’s because I was particularly intuitive, or the foreshadowing was that heavy handed xD).
Obviously, I’m not rocking your world if I tell you I’m extremely heartbroken, I guess. Especially because, as I said, my emotions were already all over the place. And seeing a character I adore, and in who I project a lot of my issues on –including, yes, suicidal issues–, sacrifice their lives (no matter how poignant, and moving, and well-written it might be) was incredibly hard for me. So, yeah. I’m going to have to deal with that for a while I guess. Which I plan to do by writing a bunch of Fix-It and Not Actually Fix-It fics ASAP.
But. I mean, out of all the endings Tony could have, this was always my second choice for him. And he was grandiose in this film. He figured out time travel. He created a gauntlet capable of holding the Infinity stones. Beings far more powerful than him were trying to carry that gauntlet to the van and none of them thought to use it, but he did. He was completely vindicated. He is the Saviour of the Universe.
And he looked gorgeous the entire time, which is truly important for me.
– In all seriousness, the thing I take to heart the most is that
his legacy remains intact
, and it’s inspiring, and heroic, and poetic, and prosperous. Clearly, without him, my enthusiasm for the universe will never be the same, but one thing that worried me is that I wouldn’t want anything to do with Marvel for a while after this film, and that’s not how I’m feeling; I’m very much looking forward to further parallels and homages to him in my ever-growing list :P
Tho, honestly, I’m kind of side-eyeing myself for the fact that, the one time!!! I go and fall in love with a male lead character, he happens to be genuinely heroic and self-sacrificing, instead of just using those concepts as lip-service and getting to have his cake and eat it too LMAO. I mean, sure, given my reactions to those characters, the AeJons Snowrgaryens of the world, I wouldn’t have liked him so much if it was the case, but dammit. It’d be nice to experience that high sometime xD
– The Iron Fam is the best part of this movie for me. Tony’s relationship with Morgan was way too adorable to handle it; Pepper was enormous and so poised (and the scene where they circle around each other in their armors… poetic cinema); I didn’t get enough Iron Husbands to satiate me (Rhodey’s caress should have been skin to skin!), but I loved what we got; Happy is an assholes who made me cry ABOUT CHEESEBURGERS.
And let’s not talk about Peter, OMG. My heart. And Harley appeared to Tony’s funeral! Though, honestly, the person I missed the most there was Christine Everhart, who should have been there just on the basis that I like her (plus, ya know, IMO she was important to Tony’s origin dammit).
I’m going to consider Nebula an honorary member, tbh. Her scenes with Tony in space cut me deep; and she and Rhodey are buddies!
Natasha and Fury (I loved his appearance *sniffs*) are honorary members too, because fuck it. They both appeared first vis a vis Tony on his movies, and have two of my favourite relationships with him, and I say so.
– Related to that, one Failure™ of this movie, is not providing a Nat & Tony one-on-one scene. Seriously, I can’t believe they didn’t realize how necessary that was. But I ADORED the scene where they and Bruce are lying down bouncing ideas about the stones (it made me softly whisper “ot3” LOL); it was possibly the only “Avengers” moment that worked for me –other than Clintasha, but that’s on a different league tbh.
I wanted more Nebula & Tony scenes too; I would’ve loved to see Tony interact with Past!Nebula. Yes, realistically, he would probably had made her LOL, but. I needed it. it’s definitely on my to-write-list :P
– I wanted just some positive interaction between Carol & Tony to counteract Current Comics Bullshit and I got Carol rescuing him, smiling beatifically at him, and Tony basically saying she was Da Bomb and the Avengers should follow her lead instead of keep sucking xDD So that was nice.
– I loved the scene at the beginning where he fucking SNAPS, and goes for Steve’s throat. It was probably my favourite scene. It’s resolution with everyone’s reactions and after the flashforward kind of… totally sucked, but whatever. Still amazing.
– The only part of his storyline that I HATED, and I mean absolutely loathed, was his scene with Howard. Jesus Fucking Christ. They went with the most simplistic take they could have, didn’t they. I haven’t felt more insulted in the theatre in my entire life, and my family made me watch both Ocho apellidos movies with them, so Marvel? That’s a feat. The moment where he says his father hit him with a belt so we (Tony included) are supposed to think, well, at least Howard wasn’t physically violent with his son, hooray?
And I think we’re supposed to take his “wouldn’t want my son to turn like me” as motivation for Tony’s actions and like… newsflash, but Tony has “put the worlds’ needs over his own gain” since Iron Man. Fucking. One. It’s literally what he does in this film, because we’re shown that, despite having achieved his happy ending, he was still trying to figure out time travel even if it meant risking his future.
Seriously, if they wanted me to be moved, they should’ve used Maria. Or hell, Edwin Jarvis was right there. And if whitewashing of Howard’s abuse becomes one of those MCU things that ends up bleeding into the comics, I’m gonna riot. Ugh.
BTW, just thought about this. Has anyone confirmed what the H. of Morgan’s second name stands for? Because my immediate idea was that it was for Happy, but now the fear that it might relate to Howard has entered my brain and I need someone to drive it out.
OTHER FAVES :P
– I am a lot more heartbroken over Natasha’s death than I expected to be. I like her character on paper a lot, but sometimes the writing or the acting don’t agree with me; neither was the case in this movie. I thought she was incredible. I loved the scene where she’s leading the post-dusting council. So losing her in this movie, of all movies, really hurts. And I understand why people who love her would be unhappy, and even furious –to some extent, so am I, tbh; specially because I don’t think she was properly honoured by the other characters after the fact–, but I do think it was extremely fitting for her arc.
– I loved Nebula’s storyline; how she was able to form new relationships, and what I know will be enduring friendships. Her interactions with her younger self were fascinating too; I loved that she perfectly followed the time-travel mumbo-jumbo. And she was so adorable at the beginning. Her bond with Tony didn’t have as much screen time as I wish it had, but the rest of the movie really shows how much his kindness touched her, and I love it. I’m a bit sad she didn’t get to kill any Thanos, tho.
– Okay, putting him in the “faves” section doesn’t exactly feel right, but whatever: I maintain that Thanos is a great villain. I don’t know what people that say otherwise are thinking. He’s the perfect foil for so many characters, and he is genuinely villainous; he is so delusional and self-righteous (seriously, his “solution” for the Snap 2.0 was… o.0) his plans feel sincerely menacing. He perfectly spells out his own doom; narratively speaking? He’s a joy of a villain to me. And I loved how he reacted to the information about the future; specifically, that upon learning about Nebula’s “betrayal”, his tactic was SOFTENING towards past!Nebula to make her even more eager to please him.
– Carol didn’t have much screen time, but I liked what she got (like, nothing too deep, but I didn’t expect much). I liked the Carol/Rhodey nod, even if I’m not sure how I feel about the ship in this incarnation. I wanted to hear something about Maria, but welp.
And on a shallow note, I kind of love that fandom absolutely freaked out about her wearing lipstick on a scene (while praising the “~natural no-make-up make up, effortlessly feminine without looking like you’re actually trying” look that she sported on CM, and disregarding that while yes, it was a troubling look that fitted a pattern across movies, A4 was made first so it was hardly a “betrayal” of the semi-grunge style), for the movie to go and give her the butchest look she’s ever gonna get on film lmao (and I will be pleasantly surprised if they’d keep a look like this for a movie where she’s the lead and not a supporting character, tbh).
– Sam and Bucky were So Soft™ with each other OMG. If their show doesn’t have at least ONE episode centred on them going undercover as a married couple, I’ll write it myself, because they are perfect for it (especially if you add some of the early banter/antagonism).
Btw, Sam getting the shield? The only good part of that mess at the end LMAO.
– I have mixed feelings for the Alt!Gamora development. I just… really loved the GOTG-IW versions of her character and her ship, and she’s gone and just… :( And that type of pseudo-amnesia/relationship do-over thing can be so badly written sometimes… But she’s back, and if done right, the role-reversal between her and Nebula could be gr10 for GOTG 3. We’ll see.
THE BAD™
– I know if I walked up right now to the Russos, and asked them why they hate Thor so much, they wouldn’t even understand the question. They would say, but we love Thor?? He’s such a fun character?? Or some version of the sort. They can fool themselves, but not me. You don’t do this to a character for whom you feel a modicum of respect, IMO.
Like, the fat-phobic jokes? The way they dealt with his substance abuse? How his arc about stepping up and assuming responsibilities ended by… him throwing away his responsibilities. Losing his hammer was a turning point for him to relearn the lessons about value and worthiness and power he’d been taught, and then… this movie. I couldn’t even fully enjoy his scenes with Frigga because I was so appalled by it all.
His only great scene, IMO, was how horrified and out of it he sounded after killing Thanos. I really felt that.
I didn’t even enjoy that he passed his power to Valkyrie because… unlike with Sam, that basically came out of nowhere. If they at least had given them ONE more scene at the beginning; seriously, it writes itself: just put her in the room when Bruce and Rocket are trying to convince him to go with them, and have her being the one that does it. Make her help him the way HE helped HER in Ragnarok; show her trying to help him and getting angry and frustrated. IDK, something.
And I know I’m probably alone in this because everyone around me practically creamed their pants when it happened but… having Steve control Mjolnir felt like adding insult to injury. Not just lifting it (which I would’ve been annoyed by too, given that they rewrote the new Asgardian mythology just to have this scene lol), but commanding it as only Thor did. Just. How much more are you going to take from Thor, people.
I want to make it clear that my problem is with the execution, not with Thor going through this; that, written differently, with more care, I could have loved.
– I’ve always been conflicted with MCU Steve. I loved the Captain America old comics I read as a child, and 616 Steve was A Hero. So I wanted to love MCU Steve just as much but… it often felt that he just didn’t measure up.
Well, conflict over. I don’t like the guy. Reading Man Out of Time just a few months ago probably isn’t helping (and yeah, that’s not a fair comparison, but it illustrates why I look at 616 Steve, and I adore him, and then I turn to MCU Steve and just… this guy is not worth my time).
I couldn’t even enjoy the ship, because my feelings for it come solely from my love for Peggy, and she didn’t even get to say a word? Add to that the fact that an endless loop of “OMG HE MADE OUT WITH YOUR NIECE. NOW HIS NIECE. RUN” was going through my head the entire time (the fact that Sharon was absent from the funeral when EVC acted in half of the MCU Russos films is hilarious in light of this xDD).
 MISC
– I really enjoyed some of the heist shenanigans. Especially Tony’s plan for a distraction being GIVING HIS PAST SELF A HEART ATTACK. How extra and edgy can my man be xD Tony and Scott are A Duo.
– I was thinking that Alt!Loki might make an appearance in GOTG3 if Thor is really a part of it, and how that might mix, but then a friend reminded me about his show, so I guess that’s where they’re going? IDK, The Avengers’ Loki is probably the one I liked the least out of all his appearances, so unless I hear something really good about it, I’m not picking it up.
– IDK if it’s because I was desensitized, but the white suits and Clint’s hairdo didn’t look as ugly on the final product?
– So THAT was the gay character Feige went on about. I knew he was going to be an unnamed nobody with less than five lines LMAO. Stop being cowards and give us Danbeau and WinterFalcon.
– I was very touched about Ned and Peter’s hug (MY BBYS), but isn’t Ned supposed to be five years older? AKA out of high school? I mean, he looked like he had missed Peter, not like he had disappeared with him too? And the entire class is going on a trip in FFH? Is it because of nostalgia/a friends thing? Were all of them dusted? Because poor teacher then xDD
– I think a lot of emotional threads were unceremoniously dropped, but other than the ones I’ve mentioned, I’m more indifferent towards their recipients so… eh. A great example is the fact that Bruce’s conflicting journey with Hulk was solved off-screen LMAO. Some of the humour felt extra-cringy too tbh.
– I have Tony-related fanart as my lock screen, my computer background, and my phone background. I get teary eyed with just looking at them. I should think of changing them, but I wont xD
– I know I’m forgetting things but whatevs, I can talk about them later.

I intend to make more seasons happen. I’m a big dreamer that way. I would so want to Starfire to have her arc and make it about New Tamaran. Also I want to bring in other members of the Batman family before the Batman himself. I’m pretty sure they would have brought Batman in if the embargo at the time wasn’t happening. But that’s just me wanting to bring in as much DC comic characters as I can to the show’s universe.
Well, here’s hoping for more seasons 1000% but I’m still waiting for an actual confirmation of a sixth season bc we’ve had like nada since TTG movie came out so *shrug*
Mmm, that’s fair. Me personally, I don’t really want them to bring the BatClan in. It’s not what the Teen Titans is about. It’s them as a team; not Robin’s other family. Idk, whilst I love Batman and the fam, I just don’t care for them as much in this particular series, y’know?
If I had to level what I wanted most?
Starfire having her own arc. Like, are you kidding me? I’m still seething that she didn’t get one first time around... she had one of the most interesting histories and yet she didn’t get a full arc like the others did. I’m salty but yea.
That RobStar cuteness. Couple RobStar, assuming S6 would take place after Tokyo.
BBRae growth. I’d love to see these two actually develop more of a relationship. I’m biased bc I ship it but I would really like to see them head towards the same as RobStar. Like, not all at once and not rushed but actually to see feels develop would be so nice. They’re a slowburn couple and I would hope they’d be treated as such. Rushing them into something would be the worst. But, yea.
BBRob friendship. Like, I’m still mad that these two’s friendship and broship didn’t get explored more like EXCUSE ME. And they have stuff in common, like more than people think and I hate they didn’t show off the friendship between them more. Most of the time, they had it as Beast Boy being a goof and Robin being super serious and thinking little of Beast Boy with minor exceptions.
More characters - As in look more at say Kid Flash or Titans East or honorary Titans - I’d like to see more of them. Small want but still floating in there.
Batman and co sorta come just after that. I don’t see the need to have them in the show bc it’s kinda irrelevant as it’s about Robin’s team he has created away from Batman etc but yeah.
Idk I think I’ve explained my feels on the whole Bats coming to TT 2003 show clear XD
I wouldn’t have a problem with it but at the same time, I kinda hope they’d do more before it. There are so many better plot runs they could than just having Bats in the picture, if ya get what I mean.
But interesting theories and thoughts - I like it! ^.^

I figured I'd send this as an ask, because I think you could write a novel or two with this: I mean obviously assuming they all survive this and whatnot, how do you see Callen moving forward? Do you see this as say him building the walls so far back up that he doesn't let anyone in again? Or do you see something else? And lastly, do you think the outcome of the ATF IA thing will relate back to his wall building. How's Arkady going to handle things if Callen's testimony ruins Anna's career.
I’ve been mulling this over for a week and trying to organize my thoughts and make them more concise, but I’ll just start writing and hope that I stop at some point.
(This went long, obviously. Sorry, mobile users!)
1.”How do you see Callen moving forward? Do you see this as say him building the walls so far back up that he doesn't let anyone in again? Or do you see something else?”
I think that really all depends on how things go, exactly, following the finale.  There are certain narrative notes/arcs they may want to utilize the accident for, and, depending on which ones they choose, that would determine how everyone does following the incident.  If they callback to the fight Hetty and Mosley were having over Callen and his plot with Mosley this season, then he’d probably be at least one of the ones seriously injured.  (We’ll call this Scenario 1.)
If they focus on his desperation to keep the team together, then things would probably go differently -- still a few different ways. The only real personal stakes ever for G are his team; they’re his family.  It often seems like the job is all he has, but that’s not really it.  He’s always up for getting fired, and -- this is where I could go on about his self-destructive and risk-seeking behavior masquerading as performative cockiness -- often threatens to quit.  That tells you how low the stakes are when it comes to his job.  Someone in danger or his team/family even just potentially being in danger are the only times the stakes are high for him.  Again, there are different scenarios to use with this dramatically -- and I’m sure they’ll go with something we didn’t see coming.
Possible Scenario 2A: He’s the first to wake up and seems to be the most “okay.”  It looks really bad, and this is his worst nightmare come to life: his team is dead, or so he thinks at first and is in shock.  This leaves a very serious impression on him as the season progresses.  I’m waiting on a blow up with Sam when they get back if he gets even more injured -- and even he doesn’t.  G knows Sam is Sam -- he had to go, it’s who is, and it didn’t pay to argue with him too much, but you know G’s going to beat himself up for letting him go.  We could actually see a flashback to the beginning of S5, when G felt the Sidorov/torture stuff was his fault.  (He also blamed himself for Kensi’s getting kidnapped in S2.)  He’s the one who agreed to help Mosley, and who didn’t want to get anyone else involved, really.  He’s the team leader, and he’s going to feel like he let everyone go despite knowing they should have taken more time to get stuff sorted -- even though none of them were going to stay behind, regardless of what orders he gave.  None of them saw anything about leaving or not as a choice. Still, we may see that Callen return.  That’s a long way to say I see some potential tension, even just temporarily, with Sam -- especially after Michelle’s death -- something I would have liked to have seen explored more as having an impact on characters on not just serving as a plot/catalyst for things with discussions about Michelle not her death’s impact on a relationship and not just passing mentions.  I still get frustrated that more people seemed concerned and asking G questions about the whole Anna situation rather than 1. his dad’s being handed over for torture/death and 2. how important Michelle, as a person and honorary family member, were to him.
Still on Scenario 2A, sorry, got sidetracked: The “team appearing dead” or even just one member looking that way plus S5 guilt was relevant to where I was going, I promise.  I’ll move on to 2B shortly.  Losing them -- any of them -- is his worst fear.  The possibility of it looking very real would haunt him and set the stage for a full or even partial return of...Janvier.  Even if he doesn’t come back in full, if he just mildly starts screwing with G or hints at being a threat, it could throw him over the edge or send him spiraling into full-on paranoia.  Maybe Janvier sends a letter addressed to Grisha sending him condolences on the “loss” of his father and/or asking if he can be his plus one to Kensi and Deeks’s wedding (with the date, once they pick it) since he and Anna seem to be on the outs.
Scenarios 2B & 2C -- not necessarily wholly separate from 2A: G is the driving force, with some help from Kensi, in getting, in getting the team to safety.  I was thinking he might serve as a distraction, and I read a fic recently and some other thoughts that suggest I’m not alone in this, as one possible method.  Spencer Williams will want answers for his son’s whereabouts when he realizes he’s gone, and I’m sure G can withstand some interrogation with cockiness.  Plus, like father, like son.  We also know that Spencer’s seen G’s face before when he was undercover.  (He’s also seen Kensi’s.)  Again, G coming face-to-face with Spencer and covering up for why his son’s missing and continuing to help Mosley would tie back to their arc this season while complementing that of his dad’s.  The other way is that G could be the one who recruits Max for help, again, because they did focus on the relationship between those two specifically.  I really do think Hidoko is alive, and she’ll help out.  There’s something very odd about how she “left.”
Again, whichever direction they go in would help determine, potentially, how Callen comes away from all this.  I think he’s been relatively passive with Sam’s distancing himself from everything, which is in character for him.  His style of caring isn’t pushy, for lacking of a better word, and it’s probably a combination of how he likes to be treated so he assumes others are the same way (see also: leaving Anna alone following the investigation) and that he grew up with no good modeling of caring/support during his formative years.  Even the people who did watch over him out of caring/obligation, as he later found out, did so at a distance.  In order to get through someone else’s wall, you have to let yours down, at least a little, as well.  There’s a certain level of vulnerability and trust in letting someone see how much you care for them, and that’s why he can build these fake relationships as false personas but not as himself.  He often wants to help, he  just doesn’t know how.  So he uses the only skills/things he does know: smart ass remarks and turning something into a mission/op, which he has excellent strategy skills for.
At Christmas, he commented on how he felt everyone was avoiding him.  I think that was more loaded than just a reference to Sam and Finn.  (I can only theorize and headcanon, though, to account for the lack of mentions for his bio!fam and Anna.)  As Hetty noted last season, his walls were starting to come down, but it seems like he’s now facing walls from other people -- which could cause some regression.
2. And lastly, do you think the outcome of the ATF IA thing will relate back to his wall building. How's Arkady going to handle things if Callen's testimony ruins Anna's career.
See? About 1200 words in, and I’m just getting to this second part.  Oops. I’ll answer the end first.  I would have preferred Anna’s being Arkady’s niece he was close to for that very reason.  I think they’re friends, and it never really boded well that he’d date his friend’s daughter.  I don’t think he sees Arkady as a friend, outwardly, but we all know he doth protest too much. Until the retcon in “Rage,” (Rageret? Ragecon?) Arkady really was the longest relationship G ever had.  At the same time, I think Arkady’s feelings for G are even stronger than he lets on -- similar to how G is.  Arkady’s probably known G for a long time, or even just known of him, and has a more uncle-y affection for him.  I could see that he cares about Anna and he cares about G, and they’re two of the most important people in the world to him from a paternalistic standpoint, and he just wants them to be happy. That being said, of course there could be some strain on the relationship.
As with the ATF thing, I touched on that above, a little, I think.  I do think if the relationship with Anna ends, that’s 2/2 that didn’t work out well. I could easily see G making jokes about just giving up and joining a monastery.  That being said, the whole ATF thing confused me on several fronts.  I’m not sure how G could either save or sink Anna’s career.  There’s no way to actually lie about a weapon that wasn’t there unless he says he threw the gun away, which ???? Anna also seems to have made peace with things, so I’m sure she gave a statement saying exactly what happened.  I get that G wants to help, and isn’t always great at knowing what to do (see above), but I see no way for this to actually be a decision he has to make.  There is understandable hesitation as we saw in his testimony, and that’s the drama in it -- he knows what will happen, but does he really have a choice?  (If they make him lie, I’ll be pretty frustrated because there’s no logical way, whatsoever, that a lie could save anything.  He’s also already given a statement earlier.)
I know others have drawn very clever parallels to Anna/Kensi and careers, but this arc/plot still leaves me confused, if I’m being honest.  They’re playing it for drama and relationship strain, but it’s not inherently a situation that brings it.  I feel like Anna still could have made the comment about her career not being everything to her, but that it was where she was now -- and that sort of solidifies that she and G take, at the very least, a break because the distance is getting difficult.
She’s a rookie and has to prioritize the job, and maybe she is trying to figure out who she really is -- since she left a steady job and was more freelance, in so many words, for years.  She avoided stability, and now she has to figure out where she wants to go.  That’s where she is right now, as she’s still young.  This would contrast with G, who, as he told Sam, was more than happy with the status quo.  He’s not someone who thinks about his future, and never really has.  He’s not a big plan kind of guy.  Anna hasn’t been a big plan kind of girl, and that’s how they connected, but she’s also never stopped to try and figure out if she will always want to be that person.  They could have parted ways for that alone, and it still would have had some effect.  You could have had dramatic scenes, such as her being distant because she was busy with her job, and then she finds out that G never told her about the situation with his dad or his sister.  She’s already mentioned to Sam how Callen’s walls go up and down, and she has a hard time figuring him out at times.  With the job she pulls away, unintentionally, and he doesn’t pull her back when he needs her or reach out.  She starts to realize that maybe this is just not the right time for the relationship.
Or, they could have gone some other route. Maybe they will.  I just think there was more drama to get out of the situation with his dad and Alex, who, I know had other commitments but could still get a mention, than with this arc.  Just my humble opinion.
As this is coming in at about 2,000 words, I think I’ll cut myself off.
Sorry it went so long! And sorry it took so long!
Thank you, as always, for asking!

Congratulations on your thesis! If it isn’t too late to ask, for the fandom question I’d like to request FMA and Mystic Messenger ^^
Thanks!! Sorry I didn’t respond when you sent this last night, but I was just way too tired, haha. I’m putting these under a cut because they got long.
FMA:B:
Favorite character:
Colonel Hot Stuff, a.k.a. Roy Mustang. ♥
Least Favorite character:
For a non-cliché answer? Gluttony. Sorry, but cannibalism is a huge squick. He grosses me out. (Cliché answers are Shou Tucker and Zolf J. Kimblee.)
5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon):
Haha, unlike many shounen mangaka, Arakawa actually knows how to write romance well, so . . .
Roy/Riza, and that gets to be bolded because it is supreme, easily the best ship in the manga.
Ling/Lan Fan
Ed/Winry
Al/May
Izumi/Sig
Character I find most attractive:
Colonel Hot Stuff, obviously. But Riza is also super pretty.
Character I would marry:
N/A? I never really thought about it.
Character I would be best friends with:
Ed and I would get along pretty well, tbh.
A random thought:
I’m not sure a more perfect shounen series exists, tbh.
An unpopular opinion:
Though I do still hate Shou Tucker a lot, by this point I’m so desensitized to what happened to Nina that, while I still think that it’s horrifying on a logical level, it doesn’t phase me anymore and neither do the memes about it / people bringing it up randomly. I also think that using it as a meme / shock thing is really old and boring.
My canon OTP:
Roy/Riza, and listen . . . it’s canon that they love each other. Arakawa has said that the only reason why they’re not together is because they can’t be according to military law. They’re in love, it counts.
Non-canon OTP:
Ed/Ling, or Winry/Rose. I love both of these ships a lot even if I didn’t list them above.
Most badass character:
IZUMI CURTIS. Look fam, she whoops all kinds of ass despite the fact that she’s missing several important organs and often coughs up blood, like . . . she survived the Briggs winter by herself when she was young. She took down bears. You don’t fuck with Mama Izumi, you just don’t. Not if you want to live, anyway.
Pairing I am not a fan of:
Roy/Ed. Sorry, but I just see Roy as one of Ed’s (and Al’s!) many surrogate parents.
Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another):
None? None. Arakawa is a godsend.
Favourite friendship:
TEAM MUSTANG. I love Team Mustang so muuuuch (as well as the honorary members of Hughes and Armstrong, and the children, Ed and Al). I also really love Maria and Denny’s relationship, too. They’re “brotp or otp” material, honestly.
Mystic Messenger:
Favorite character:
SAEYOUNG, LOVE OF MY LIFE. ♥
Least Favorite character:
Out of the main cast? Yoosung. Easily. I was neutral on him until Another Story, but once that came along . . . ohhhhhh boy.
5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon):
A list:
Saeyoung/MC 4 (as I write her)
Jaehee/Zen
Jumin/V
And, uh . . . pretty sure that’s it, haha.
Character I find most attractive:
Saeyoung ♥ But I will also admit that Zen and Vanderwood are quite pretty, and Jaehee is pretty when her hair is short and she’s wearing her glasses.
Character I would marry:
Saeyoung, obviously. Jaehee would be my second choice, though.
Character I would be best friends with:
Again . . . the reason why I pursued Saeyoung right off the bat was because he made me laugh and it was so much fun to play around with him. We have very similar senses of humor and a lot of the same hobbies.
A random thought:
It’s not random, but I do headcanon that Saeyoung has likely killed people while on agency jobs in the past. Not maliciously, and only ever because he had to. It was him or them, it was self-defense. But he’s done it, nonetheless. The first time was when he was only about thirteen, or fourteen, and Vanderwood (because he didn’t know what else to do, or say) gave him a cigarette after to try to calm him down. Maybe Saeyoung even asked for it, I don’t know. And Saeyoung took it, and of course nearly coughed up a lung as a result to not being used to the smoke, and after a few minutes Vanderwood says, “You know, it gets easier.”
“What?” Saeyoung said, his voice still raw (from crying? from the smoke?). “The killing, or the smoke?”
Vanderwood was quiet for a moment, then he shrugged. “Both.”
(Saeyoung doesn’t smoke anymore after that, but there are times after when he’s still forced to kill.)
An unpopular opinion:
Zen/Jaehee is practically canon, and Cheritz needs to give us a route where we can play matchmaker for them.
My canon OTP:
There are no canon ships lol. Well, there’s one, but it’s terrible, so.
Non-canon OTP:
Zen/Jaehee, Jumin/V.
Most badass character:
SAEYOUNG, is this even a question? This man gets shot, and then manages to stay conscious for so long after that, and that’s on top of everything else he manages to accomplish, like . . . goddamn. When V says that Saeyoung has the skills to make things happen, he’s not exaggerating.
Pairing I am not a fan of:
Saeyoung/Yoosung. Both of them have to be OoC to make it work, and Yoosung is really, really not good for Saeyoung regardless.
Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another):
Saeyoung was treated so horribly in Another Story, it’s honestly offensive.
Favourite friendship:
SAEYOUNG & VANDERWOOD. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.

Scott Disick Is Coming For Chip & Joanna Gaines Empire Betches
It’s been a very busy month for the Kardashian Krew (I say as if Kris Jenner doesn’t make damn well sure it wouldn’t be any other way). But while we were all out here paying attention to Kanye’s Sunday service or Kim becoming the next Elle Woods or even Khloe’s latest photo edit abomination, we missed a very big moment for another member of the fam: Scott Disick. I’ll be honest, I haven’t been paying much attention to The Lord lately. It’s like ever since he adopted Sofia Richie as an honorary fourth Disick child, he’s been re-focusing his priorities. Now he’s more of a family man, and less of a drunken f*ckup shoving $100 bills down innocent waiters’ throats. Boooooo. But we’re about to see a lot more from our boy Scottie because, this just in, he has a new real estate reality show coming to E! called Flip it Like Disick. Hold on to your empire, Chip and Joanna, you’ve got some real competition now!
According to E! News, the show is like Fixer Upper but for the stars, and it will showcase Scott Disick’s “passion for luxury real estate and house flipping.” That’s right, the man who once said “I’m a big star, I don’t need to be dealing with you peasants” is essentially going to take on the role of the help and fix up his famous friends’ houses. K.
And for those of you who thought Scott Disick’s talents were more in the realm of riding on the coattails of his ex-girlfriend’s fame and drinking on private planes than flipping houses, then you’re not wrong shame on you! Apparently The Lord has been dabbling in property development for years. And let’s not forget his brief stint as a handy man on KUWTK after Kourtney asked for more romance in their sex life, so Scott pretended to be Noah from The Notebook and almost destroyed the roof of her house.
Do we think they’ll include this scene in the series trailer?
But of course, Scott won’t be taking on this new business venture alone. He’s assembled a crack team to help him flip the homes of Kris’s least favorite famous friends. In addition to a man who refers to himself as the second coming of Jesus Christ Scott, the Flip It Like Disick team will also consist of Scott’s BFF Benny Luciano, contractor Miki Moor, veteran assistant Lindsay Diamond, and former pop singer-turned-interior designer Willa Ford. I’m going to save you all the Google search and let you know that none of these people are of any importance, save for Willa Ford, whose iconic song “I Wanna Be Bad” was featured in the Amanda Bynes classic What A Girl Wants, and was also the song 10-year-old me sang in the shower every damn day, much to my mother’s growing horror. This is the comeback we need in 2019. Just saying.
Not only will Scott and his team be taking on celebrity projects, but I’m told they’ll also be taking on the highly classified and v intense job of re-decorating his children’s playhouse! Tbh I love where he sets his bar. I mean, why make the stakes high for your first job when you can make the stakes somewhere around just being judged by children—and ones who are genetically obligated to praise you no less! I applaud your shamelessness, Scott. Bravo.

All the way up with my little reign
A post shared by Scott Disick (@letthelordbewithyou) on Apr 9, 2019 at 5:29pm PDT
While, on the one hand, I’m happy Scott will finally be getting out of the Kardashian-Jenner shadow, this sudden career move does make me wonder if Scott and Kourtney have somehow fallen on hard times? Do we think, like, they actually need the money from this show or something? I, mean, Kourt only makes a casual $35 million a year, and Scott makes whatever ends up in the tip jar after his club promotions. And we all know Poosh was a real Hail Mary for her to begin with! Scott, Kourt, anything you want to tell us??
All jokes aside, I’m thrilled we’ll be seeing more from the Lord Scott Disick. The memes I’ve been sending in my group chat were getting a little bit stale anyways. Flip It Like Disick will premiere sometime this summer, and will consist of 8 hour-long episodes, so feel free to mark your calendars, like, right f*cking now.
