Ever since the mid season break Found has been EXCELLENT. I feel like the writers finally found their footing and everything is beginning to settle (which is wild to say midway through the second season, but I'll take it). I do wonder how they're planning to end the season though bc they just open two new cans of worms that would normally be saved for finales or premieres...

GABI HOW COULD YOU POST THAT ABOUT STEPBRO JAKE YOU KNOW stepbro enha are my weakness (the thought plagues my brain ALL the TIME!!!!) and i was thinking abt it (again.. no one is surprised.. and ur post + the no doubt mv only fuelled my craziness) so. i’m gonna need to set the scene w corporate worker intern blah!jake. followed in his dads footsteps because the money is good and he’s got a knack for the math, but that doesn’t mean the job itself isn’t GRUELLING :( so when his dad marries your mom and introduces him to the sweetest little stepsister it genuinely feels like he’s been given a gift. you’re eager for a big brother to gossip with ‘n jakey’s just so accommodating and lets you sit on his thigh and babble about whatever you want as long as your pjs are thin enough that he can distract himself guessing at the colour of your panties. he can’t help himself from resting his hands on your waist and subtly repositioning you, grinning when bouncing his thigh jus’ a little has you squirming and stuttering! he definitely makes pervy comments too :( calls you his wife ‘n jokes about marrying you because coming home to you lounging in his bedroom is something that gets his slacks all tight in the front! he asks for a kiss on the cheek goodbye if you’re up early enough ‘n expects one when he gets home — you brush it off as accidental when he turns his head too fast ‘n you catch his lips instead. buys you the prettiest things and insists on spoiling you with shopping sprees that have him ruining his expensive boxers at the thought that you’re being mistaken for a couple :( like This Jake fully embodies the mean bully you talked abt in your post whenever he’s had a tough day or something you do ruins his fantasy — he likes thinking about you as his pretty little wife, not his slutty stepsister prancing about in the clothes he paid for, dolling yourself up for some stupid date! (as always, this is crazy long but i think you might expect this from me now.. also referring to me as ur angel baby did irreparable damage to my sanity gabi ‘m blushing and twirling my hair rn i cant)
— lots of love ‘n kisses, ur fairy anon
warnings: stepcest + creampies + masturbation + handjob ment. + daddy kink + orgasm denial + dacryphilia + pregnancy ment
💌: m gna eat u omg r u kidding me im so obsessed with this, my brain is melting n im drooling 😵‍💫
Tumblr media
calls you his wife … yeah this is so… ‘m moaning. he totally would, n he’d even get u a cute little ring to wear, fantasizing about how it’d catch the light when he gets you to stroke his cock 😵‍💫 jerks off n nearly moans your name while thinking abt his cum leaking from his tip onto your ring :( maybe you’d even be a good little wife n clean them off with your tongue
god forbid you take the ring off, though! your husband stepbrother is absolutely livid when he finds out that you’ve left it on your vanity rather than keep it on for your date; n yeah its actually Very hot seein ur big brother all mad, his button up shirt undone at the top, sleeves rolled up n displaying his thick n veiny forearms, and his hair is all messed up as he plays the role of an overprotective big brother (is it in ur head or is he sounding a bit possessive?) but all you can picture is tugging on it while he fucks you, n you’re beating yourself up mentally for even thinking about your brother in that way (little do you know he needs to put a baby in you)
something you do ruins his fantasy… r u joking me.. sure this can go with the lil date idea but.. jake getting genuinely upset when you call him your brother 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 would your brother tease your virgin cunt every time he had you in his lap? or press kisses to your neck while running his hands over your thighs, daring to pull at your sleep shorts n shallowly slide in your needy little pussy? either you’re even more of an airhead than he thought, or you enjoy watching him struggle to maintain his composure because there’s no way you dont know he wants you
he would absolutely love the two of you being mistaken for a couple n jakey’s quick to speak over your denial, a sweet smile on his face as he replies with a “thank you” to every person that calls you two a cute couple <333 when you ask abt it he just kisses your cheek (a bit too tenderly to be in a stepsibling kind of way) n says its just “too much of a hassle” to correct everyone… n even asks you if it’s such a bad thing for people to think he’s ur bf… are you embarrassed of him?
when jake finally gets you desperate enough for him, he has so much fucking fun making you say filthy things n has even more fun watching you squirm at his dirtytalk.
his pace is unbearable, you’re unable to do anything but take it as he batters your cervix with his fat cock n manipulates your body, pushing n pulling your legs to feel you even deeper. “d’you like havin’ my cock inside your tight cunt? does it feel good, princess?” he questions, voice thick with arousal.
but you’re too fucked out to reply, of course you like it but there’s no way you can form a coherent sentence as he keeps up the brutal pace, his tip hits your cervix with every thrust n he’s relentless. you’re so close, so fucking close and…
oh. it’s gone. your impending orgasm fades and it has your face crumpling, tears pouring down your cheeks at the lack of stimulation. why’d he stop? why why why why wh-
“i asked you a question, angel. y’gonna be a good girl n answer me?” a sniffle from you, and then: “jakey! please don’t stop, ‘m sorry ‘m sososo sorry please fuck me! pleaseplease it feels so fuckin’ good! love my brother’s cock so much-“ he cuts you off with a harsh slap to your tit, a sneer forming on his face at your surprised gasp.
“‘m not your fuckin’ brother. god,” he laughs humorlessly. “am i gonna have to fuck you until you get it through your dumb little head?”
jake pinches your nipple between his fingers n twists it enough to cause a jolt of pain to shoot through you n make your walls clench around him. “i’m not your brother,” he thrusts into you harshly with each word. “‘n you’re not my fucking sister, got it?”
your bottom lip trembles, eyes screwed shut with pleasure as he resumes fucking you n jake’s brain is foggy, he can’t believe he’s ballsdeep in your pussy n before he knows it, he spills his deepest desire to you
“you’re my wife,” jake sighs, pressing his forehead to your own. “say it. say you’re my wife.. my sweet little wife, god look at you. takin’ my cock so well, ‘s like you were made for me”
it’s not long before your orgasm builds yet again, white hot pleasure consuming you n his words send you over the edge, pussy spasming n clamping down on his thick cock until you cream around him.
“‘m your wife, jakey! ‘m your wife, yourwife yourwife, fuck. fill me up, knock me up, jakey.” you wraps your arms around him to pull him close, pressing your lips to his ear before whispering, “‘m gonna make you a daddy.”
jake cums with a deep, guttural groan, his teeth clenched as thick, hot cum spurts from his cockhead and fills your womb to the brim. legs wrap around his waist to keep him inside you n it takes him a second to realize your lips are moving n you’re talking to him. “sorry princess, what’d you say…?”
you giggle n bat your lashes up at him, still wet from your tears, i said, “do you wanna go again?”

Kinktober day 1: Breeding
Levi Ackerman x fem!reader, nsfw, 18+, mdni
Levi never thought he would have children, it was something he didn't even have time to think about, always busy with his captain duties and saving humanity. But now that all of that is over, that the rumbling stopped and the titans are no longer, he can't help himself but imagine you with a belly, his child growing inside of you.
He made an excuse from work, for the first time in his life, Levi was way too eager to see you. It wasn't hard, he just told the others that his knee was hurting and that he couldn't keep on planting trees where colossal titans once stomped the ground. Gabi and Falco asked him if they should help him get home but he refused, all he wanted was to be inside of you and Levi always got what he wanted one way or another.
When he got home he found you in the kitchen, you were cooking dinner, and the way you moved around the room was so mesmerizing to him. You didn't notice him at first, too focused on making sure that the food you were making was perfect. After a few minutes, Levi clears his throat and you look his way, he is leaning against the doorway, a green flannel shirt on his body, sleeves rolled up showing his forearms.
Before you can even ask him what he was doing home so early, he hugs you from behind, his hands wrapping around your waist. His lips gently kiss the side of your neck, you shiver at his action. When he sees that you still haven't let go of the spoon, he does it for you, taking the spoon out of your hands and turning you around so you face him. "I've been thinking...." He started, his hands grabbing your hips, pulling you closer to his body.
"...I want to give you my children." Your eyes go slightly wide at his words, he has never even mentioned wanting to get married, let alone have children, so his words surprised you. "You want a... child?" You ask, making sure that you didn't hear him incorrectly and by the way, he was looking at you with that gray eye of his, you didn't. "Yes. Let me give you a child. Let me make you mine permanently." He lifts you onto the counter, you wrap your legs around his hips, and his kisses travel down to your collarbone. "You taste so fucking sweet."
A soft moan surpasses your lips, your hands rest on his shoulders. "Please, princess....I want a baby with you." His voice was harsh and very low, you can tall that he really wanted a child. You don't know what snapped inside of him but whatever it was, you loved it. Without much thought, you nod, feeling his mouth suck at your soft skin.
"That's a good girl. Let me have my way with you." His hands sneak under your shirt, squeezing your breasts, it doesn't take long before he has your shirt off of you. Levi leans in taking one of your nipples into his mouth, sucking eagerly. The moans you let out made him more and more turned on. You couldn't deny that he looked amazing in that shirt and jeans, it made him look so sexy. Sometimes you wonder to yourself how lucky you got to have him.
Your hands tug on his dark hair when he bites your nipple playfully, his fingers playing with the other one, you can feel his erection pressing against your clothed heat. "Fuck this. I can't wait anymore. I need to be inside of that pretty pussy." He is quick to slide the pants off of your body, gently rubbing your legs as he does so, his fingers hook on your underwear and he takes them off you. Despite missing some of his fingers, he is still as skilled with his hands as ever.
Tugging on his shirt, you earn a slight slap on your thigh. "No time for that, baby. Just let me fuck you." At his words, you move your hands down to his belt undoing it with haste, he kisses you on the lips, his lips sucking on your tongue making you moan softly. As soon as his belt is off, he spreads your legs and pulls his cock out before slamming into you hard.
You let out a gasp against his mouth as his cock penetrates your walls. "Fuck Levi!" He starts to thrust into you, hissing at the way your pussy gets used to him with ease. His hands are gripping your hips as he is fucking you roughly on the counter in the messy kitchen, your moans and lewd wet sounds echoing off the walls. Levi leaves sloppy kisses on your neck, his cock pounding you deep, it was sloppy and messy but neither of you cared. Levi was only determined to do one thing; get you pregnant.
"You feel so good. So fucking wet and warm. Fuck." He growls, your pussy clenches around his length anytime he slams back into you. It drives him crazy, you were made for him and wouldn't have it any other way. Your eyes start to roll back, your hands grabbing his shoulders, messing up his perfect green shirt. You whine when he speeds up, biting your lip so hard you might make it bleed. He feels so good inside of you. So perfect.
"You feel so good, Levi!" One of your hands grabs the nape of his neck, softly rubbing his skin. "Yeah? You like me fucking you like this?" You nod, your head throws back when you feel that warm sensation built up in your lower stomach, you won't last long and but the way Levi's cock is twitching inside of you, neither will he.
"I'll cum so fucking deep inside of you. I will get you pregnant, I promise, baby." His thrusts grow more erratic, and he grunts loudly, he can't wait to fill you up with his seed. With last few hard thrusts, he cums inside of you making you cum too. Your fingers dig into the skin of his nape, a loud moan of his name escaping your lips.
He moves his hips against yours gently, his head buried in your shoulder kissing it softly. Levi stays inside of you for a few minutes, just releasing in the feel of your warm walls. Then, he pulls out but quickly puts two fingers inside of you, making you yelp in surprise. "I don't want you to waste a single drop...fuck.."
"We are going again." Before you can protest, he picks your body up and carries you the the table, swooping everything off it, and making a mess on the floor however he doesn't care, not now. Putting you on the table, he takes your legs and puts them over his shoulder and then enters you again without struggle.
"Mhhhh Levi!" You grip the edges of the desk when he starts to move, his pace rough. "Yeah, that's it. Take it all like a good girl you are." He kisses your claf, fucking you fast and rough making the desk shake under you. Your monas are so loud, you're certain that people outside could hear you. His cock is deeper this time, this position allowed him to make you see stars, it won't take him much to make you cum but you'll try to hold on as much as you can.
The view Levi has is filthy, his cock is coated with his and your cum, he watches as his length slides in and out of you. You open your eyes looking up at him, despite the scar across his face, he will still the most handsome man you have ever laud your eyes on and you would be more than happy to have his children.
"Fuck yeah, I'll make a mommy. I'll give my my child." His grip on your legs he tighter, his pace starts to pick up. One of his hands runs down your legs and down to your stomach, he gently presses on your navel, your mouth drops open, a scream of his name leaving your lips. It was all too much, he knew exactly how to push you over the edge. He smirks and then moves his finger to your pussy, rubbing your clit gently as he pounds into you.
At some point his cock hits your cervix, your vision starts to get blurry, the mixture between pain and pleasure was perfect and just like that, you squirt all over his shaft, shivering. "Oh good fucking girl. You're so messy, baby." He slows his pace down however he is still fucking you hard, reaching the deepest parts of you. The desk under you is wet, the juices dripping from your pussy make this all so lewd.
Your hands grip his forearms, your nails digging into his flesh. Levi lifts your hips up slightly, so he can fuck you even deeper if possible. "Yes, fuck yes. I am so close. I'll fill you up. You wanna make me a daddy huh pretty girl?" You can't event respond, only whimpers are coming out of your mouth and fuck, Levi enjoys seeing you all stupid because of him.
With a hard slam of his hips, he spills deep inside of you, filling you up to the brim. He growls, the feeling of him doing this was way better than he thought. He stays in you for a little while, before pulling out, watching as his cum drips out of you.
"Oh I definitely got your pregnant now..."

Miguel knows that it's that time of the month for grocery shopping. It isn't his favorite thing to do, but he understands it's a necessity. He finds himself in the supermarket with Gabriella on one of the weekends. He’s buying the essentials for himself and his daughter: food, something for himself, and anything Gabriella might want. While the world around him buzzes with people, Miguel focuses intently on his shopping list, eager to check off each item.
He's not alone on this trip; his good friend Jess Drew is with him. She has her own list, shopping for groceries for her growing family. They always help each other out, supporting their families. Without Jess, Miguel doesn’t think he could manage as a single father, and he’s grateful for her presence. There are things Miguel feels inadequate discussing or understanding when it comes to Gabriella’s needs. Sometimes, he makes mistakes with his daughter, but he tries his best to be a good father.
“This brand is good for chicken broth,” Jess says, holding up a package to show him. He glances at the brand’s name, taking note. “Have you also thought about what type of chicken you’re planning to cook with?”
Miguel thinks for a moment before answering, “A mix of thighs and drumsticks. I might throw in some wings too.”
“Chicken wings cook faster than thighs and drumsticks, so don’t be surprised if the wings break into pieces,” Jess advises.
“Daddy,” Gabriella calls, and he turns to look at her. She holds out a cereal box with labels like ‘delicious,’ ‘nutritious,’ and ‘cravingly good.’ He hasn’t seen this type before, but he can guess she’ll ask if he can buy it. “Can we try this?”
“Of course, mija. It can go in the trolley,” he says, taking the box and placing it in the shopping cart. Gabriella skips ahead happily.
Alongside Jess, Miguel continues gathering items from his list while keeping an eye on Gabriella. He ignores the side glances from mothers and women who pass by, noticing their interest in him.
“Hey,” Jess says suddenly. “Gabi, isn’t that one of your teachers?”
Miguel hadn’t processed her words when Gabriella yells a little louder down the aisle. Her voice catches the attention of people by the fridge section, who glance between her and him. He looks up to see Gabriella running ahead towards someone he doesn’t recognize at first. When they turn around, his eyes widen.
“Miss [Last Name]!” Gabriella exclaims, waving in your direction. Confusion on your face turns into a bright smile as you recognize her. You embrace Gabriella in a hug, nearly stumbling backwards from her enthusiastic greeting. “Gabi, hi! I’m glad to see you here.”
Miguel watches Gabriella break away from the hug and hears her ask, “Do you come to this Target store often?”
“I do,” you nod. “I needed to buy a couple of things before heading home.”
In that moment, you lift your gaze and lock eyes with Miguel. He doesn’t register what Jess says when he spots the smile forming on your face. Gabriella calls for him again, breaking his attention momentarily. “Daddy, look who I found!”
“Hi,” Miguel greets, letting go of his cart and walking towards you and Gabriella. His mind buffers a bit as he takes a good look at you; you're in leggings, workout sneakers, and a seamless fitness jacket, with your hair pushed back neatly.
If he hadn’t met you before, Miguel wouldn’t have believed you’re a middle school teacher; you look so different compared to the casual yet professional outfits he remembers. He can’t tear his gaze away and prays he doesn’t appear to be gawking. “It’s been a while.”
“Hi,” you say, your eyes finally meeting him. “It has been a while, almost three weeks, hasn’t it?”
“Yes,” Miguel nods. He’s been counting the days since he last saw you, and three weeks feels like an eternity.
“I’m so glad we bumped into you,” Gabriella says with a wide smile, her brown eyes shining with excitement.
You smile at his daughter and playfully ruffle the top of her head. When your eyes meet Miguel’s once more, his throat tightens as he suppresses a hitch. “How have you and Gabriella been since we last spoke?”
“We’ve been doing well,” Miguel replies, his eyes lingering on you. You look almost unrecognizable and well—great, in fact. His mind fills with thoughts of what your life might be like outside of school—a life he isn't aware of but believes must be beautifully content. Which might explain why he thinks your face glows when he looks at you.
“Hey, girl!” Jess says suddenly, approaching you. Miguel watches the two of you embrace in a tight hug. “You look real good, lovely.”
A sheepish smile appears on your face. “Thank you. Just got back from the gym,” you say, glancing between Jess and Miguel. “Are you two doing grocery shopping together?”
“Daddy is planning to make the food Auntie Jess always makes for me after school,” Gabriella explains.
He nods. Miguel considers himself a decent cook, but now that you know he’s preparing a meal, he can't help but show off a little about his culinary skills. He presses his lips together at the sight of your intrigued eyes, noting how your mouth curves into a smile. “I’ve always wanted to try and make your recipes, Jess.”
“Only if you trade me some of your delicious baking treats,” Jess counters.
“I’m altering the marble cookie recipe next week with a new cocoa brand,” you say. “I’ll give you a free sample.”
Jess grins and glances at Miguel before looking back at you. “Have you tried Mexican food before?” she asks. “I can’t remember if you have.”
“Oh,” you look at Miguel with a smile. “Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance.”
“Mexican food is the best!” Gabriella exclaims proudly.
“You know, if you’re interested in trying some, Miguel is your guy,” Jess says, grinning knowingly at Miguel. He realizes she’s up to something. “He makes amazing Mexican dishes.”
“Oh, really?” you turn to look at Miguel.
Miguel nods, almost stammering—he never does, but he nearly slips up this time. “I can. Let me know your preferences, and I'll do my best to make a dish for you.”
“We can trade,” you say, your eyes lighting up with joy. “You cook a Mexican dish, and I’ll bake something for you.”
“That sounds like a good proposal,” Miguel smiles, his mouth curving into a grin.
Your gaze holds his, creating a moment of calm despite the busy retail environment. You look at him in a way that makes him pause, his chest thumping, and throat tightening, but not unpleasantly. He can’t get over how different you look. How good you look on this mundane Saturday afternoon. His eyes inadvertently trace the curves of your hips and waist, hidden behind the shade of his glasses.
“I should get going; I have another commitment,” you say apologetically. You step back, snapping Miguel out of his thoughts. “But it was nice to see all three of you, especially you, Gabi.”
Gabriella smiles at you despite the conversation ending sooner than Miguel had anticipated. “See you at school, then, Miss [Last Name]!”
“Bye, Gabi,” you smile and wave at her. “And goodbye, Jess, Miguel. I hope we run into each other again.”
“See ya later, girl,” Jess says with a wave. Miguel is so deep in thought that he doesn't notice Jess’s departure until he feels a light nudge on his forearm.
Blinking behind his dark shades, he quickly recomposes himself and nods in your direction. “Hope to see you again soon.”
“I hope so too,” you reply, beaming at him and waving one last time.
Miguel watches you walk away from the aisle. Gabriella chatters about your baking and how excited she is to try a new recipe from you. You're still on his mind when he turns to Jess. “She loves baking?”
“Her baking is to die for. The marble cookies she makes are my favorite,” Jess sighs contentedly. “I hope I get to eat some before I deliver the baby next month.”
Miguel lingers at the spot where you stood, your presence like a vivid memory. The thumping in his chest settles, yet he can't shake off the sensation. You're still in his thoughts when Gabriella calls him to come down the shopping aisle. He hopes to see you again because, after all, the third time’s a charm, right?
⭐︎ ⭐︎ ⭐︎ ⭐︎ ⭐︎
It’s Monday afternoon, and you're in your classroom when Jess Drew stops by as she waits for Gabriella to finish her soccer practice. You feel the tiredness settling in after a long, hard day of teaching and looking after your students. Even though school hours have ended and most of the students have gone home, your workday isn’t over. You still have papers to grade, a classroom to tidy up, and lesson plans to prepare for tomorrow.
“Oh, thank goodness for these,” Jess says as you place a Tupperware of freshly baked cookies on your desk. It always makes you happy to see a smile on someone’s face when they enjoy your baking. “Thank you so much.”
You hear the Tupperware open and know that Jess is taking a bite of your cookies. A contented groan fills the classroom. “You always know the way to a person’s heart.”
Her comment makes you smile sheepishly. “I’ll take that as a compliment, Jess.”
Jess continues to enjoy the cookies, groaning softly with each bite and calling them ‘perfect as always.’ While she treats herself, you reorganize the paperwork piling on your desk. Your plan for the rest of the afternoon is to grade the students’ papers before heading home, avoiding bringing work into your personal time.
“So… tell me. What did you think of Miguel O’Hara the other day?”
“Miguel?” You look up from the papers to Jess. Pressing your lips thoughtfully, you say, “He’s a good father. I can see why Gabi looks up to him so much.”
Jess hums, “Anything else?”
“Nothing else,” you reply, a little unsure of what she means but suspecting the direction of the conversation. Her growing smile makes you chuckle nervously. “I just think he’s a good person who loves his daughter very much.”
“Miguel isn’t seeing anyone, by the way,” Jess adds, raising her hands when you give her an unamused look. “I’m just saying.”
“Jessica,” you sigh, a nervous smile forming. “I won’t take it as a chance just because he’s available.” You wonder if Miguel had been married before, but quickly dismiss the thought. “I care about Gabi too much to risk making her uncomfortable or hurting her feelings.”
“I understand,” Jess smiles kindly. “But I don’t think you could upset her. She looks up to you a lot, you know? You’re one of her role models. I think she loves you as if you were one of her guardians.”
That brings a smile to your face, thinking about Gabriella. Teachers shouldn’t have favorite students, but you can’t help yourself with her. She’s the sweetest girl you’ve ever met. A bright, beautiful child who will grow up to be an amazing young woman. Miguel is fortunate to have such a wonderful daughter. “Well, I do my best to set a good example for the kids.”
“You are a great example,” Jess adds. “Don’t sell yourself short.”
You smile and return to grading the papers. It’s not just her words that make you think about the O’Haras. You recall the unexpected encounter at the store and Miguel. It's been three weeks since your first meeting, and a small part of you hopes the universe will bring another chance to see him again. Yesterday was unexpected, but you’re not complaining because, well, the universe listened to you, didn't it? Even though you were a bit self-conscious about possibly smelling of sweat from exercising, the way his eyes followed you is a thought you can’t shake off—you swear he was checking you out behind his sunglasses.
“He is handsome, isn’t he?” you admit, a smile curving at the corners of your mouth. “With his shades, I mean. Although, I have seen his eyes before. They’re brown, right? But they looked lighter under the lights—almost red when I first met him.”
“He is your type,” Jess grins, laughing softly when you call her out.
“I’m not going to lie, I think so too,” you say, shaking your head, amused by the conversation. “But that doesn’t mean I’m going to pursue him.”
“You think he’s your type? Girl, he is exactly your type,” Jess insists.
Groaning, you playfully hide your face in your arms on the table, grumbling shyly at her teasing. Miguel O’Hara stays in your mind throughout the afternoon. Even when the topic shifts, your thoughts keep flickering back to the single father of your student.

Tailored For You
Synopsis: He's your boyfriend, isn't it only natural that he observes you the most?
Contains: Fluff
Pairings: Reiner x reader
Tumblr media
Reiner's your boyfriend, so it's only natural the he observes you the most.
You're always eager to do things with your boyfriend, however you also know that he's busy. This is why you never demand him to go with you. Instead, you always invite him, giving him the option to say either yes or no.
※ "You do know that you can ALWAYS just tell me to go with you, right?"
He had a semi-apologetic look on his face, as if it was his fault why you can't just ask him upfront. But you explain that you don't want to bother him if he's busy because when it came to Reiner and work, things just tend to happen last minute.
This was one of the reasons why he can't help but to continuously grow in love with you. You were always so considerate.
As usual, he agrees to go with you. He never says no unless there was something more important. Thing is, there was simply nothing that was as important as you.
When you arrive at the mall, he knows that it's to get the essentials which often consisted of: Food, cleaning supplies, toiletries— the basics. Sometimes, he'll see that you'll get some things that he knows was for him.
※ "Is this really necessary?"
He'll ask, to which you just say yes because it's for him. You tend to spoil him when you can, knowing that he hardly does that for himself. He uses his money mostly for his mom, his cousin, his aunt and uncle, you.
The one thing that he doesn't usually see you get are things for yourself outside of the essentials. Sometimes, he would see you looking at a dress or two only to walk away mumbling things like, 'my pair at home is still pretty decent, I don't need that'.
He knows that you love stuffed animals, plush toys, anything that was soft and cuddly. There were instances where he'd see your eyes sparkle at the oddest looking one in the store, and then he remembers how your perception of cute was… unique. He saw your collection of monster and other odd plushies amid your zoo of a collection. Even from that you'd walk away, muttering to yourself that 'it's not within this month's budget, so maybe next time'.
Reiner also knows how fond you were of trinkets. You liked jewelry, no matter the price. You always seem to be in a good mood when you pass by a trinket shop that sold all kinds ranging from hair clips to anklets; some plain, others intricate in make. But again, to you it's more of a want than a need. So, it'll have to be for another time.
He knew why you were so tight when it came to money. The both of you have talked about your future together, and you wanted to save as much as you can so that he didn't have to shoulder everything. You even told him not to spend needlessly on you, but rather, spend it on his family. They come first.
And, to be honest, the fact that you care about the people who were important to him made you very endeared to him.
Which was why he honors this request.
But that doesn't mean that he can't spend a little. He never splurges, as per your request, but he does do what he can with what he has.
Because you'll scold him if he buys you new clothes, one time, he would invites you to his house, telling you to bring a few old white shirts, and maybe some old jeans while you were at it. You were curious why you needed to bring clothes, but you did anyway.
When you arrive at his modes home, he's waiting there for you with a do-it-yourself tie-dye kit. Gabi's there too, happily offering her help in turning your old white shirt into a masterpiece.
While you and Gabi did that, Reiner was with some needle and thread, sitting with his mom. There, Reiner was getting a quick lesson on how to do some embroidery, and when the day was over, you had a bunch of colorful shirts (Some being Reiner's whites which will now be yours), and jeans that looked like new because of the embroidery.
※ "I know it's nothin' special, but I hope this makes you happy."
But it was special. Not only that, it's priceless. A full-on Braun effort.
You love him for his consideration of you; and you love his family for making this day more memorable than just sitting alone at home with a good book.
These were now your favorite things to wear. Sometimes, when Reiner sees you in his (now yours) oversized tie-dyed shirt, he'd be a blushing mess. He always found it… uplifting… to see you in his clothes.
There was also a time when you caught Reiner red-handed.
※ "Wait, I can explain. This— I… I mean… I know it looks like a mess right now but I'll—"
But you cut him off with the tightest hug. Reiner thinks that it wasn't the cutest plush, after all, he had handmade it himself. He didn't really know how to sew, and everything skill that he employed into making the patterns and actually sewing was something he had asked his mother's help for. Teaching him how to make sure the patterns made sense, how to ensure that when he turned the material inside out, all the stiches were invisible… the success rate was… well, it was messy. But it was a plushie. Reiner wasn't satisfied with it, and was about to undo the stitches when you found him with it.
To Reiner, it looked like an abomination, but to you it was the most adorable thing. You take it from his hands and hugged it to yourself.
"Can I keep him?"
You ask him, and he just smiles in defeat, before pulling you against him.
※ "He's supposed to be yours to begin with… so of course you can."
You had noticed prior the bandages on his fingers. He worked so hard on this cute plush doll for you. It's now your treasure, something that means the world to you.
And then there was a day that was especially tough on you. You normally don't vent out to him, and instead, simply want to be close to him on days like these.
※ "Hold on, I have something for you."
He'll tell you, before reaching into his pockets. He's been waiting for a good opportunity to give you something, but felt short on occasions. However, today was as good a day as a birthday, or anniversaries, or Christmas. Today, you were feeling down, and he wanted to try and remedy that.
When his hands emerged from his pockets, he was clutching at something.
※ "C'mon, your hand. Give it."
He would demand sweetly of you, to which you show him your hand.
What he began putting on you was a bracelet. It was made of tumbled stones of varying shapes and sizes, stones whose colors complimented each other. Accented with small white beads that almost looked like tiny stars.
※ "I would've gotten you something more expensive, but I know you'll get mad."
He began to explains with a grin, trying to comfort you with a light joke.
※ "So, I picked everything out instead and made something myself. It's not much… but I hope it can cheer you up."
And since you were already vulnerable, you ended up crying against his chest. He said nothing thereafter and simply allowed you to cry for as long as you needed. He held you carefully, offering your back with gentle pats and soothing stroked up until you fell asleep in his arms.
As you drifted into the land of slumber, all you could think about was how every bit of Reiner's love and kindness meant everything to you.
You didn't need fancy, expensive things.
After all, the things that you've receive were enough.
More than the material things, you had Reiner who chose to stay in your life.
And that in itself was priceless.

Levi Ackerman x M. Reader [Pt.3]
Tumblr media
After reading a Levi fanfic, I got inspo to make a prequel to my Hero two-shot...now three-shot (technically). This is what lead up to parts 1 and two.
Want more from me? Masterlist 2
Here are Part One and Part Two.
☆*: .。. .。.:*☆☆*: .。. .。.:*☆☆*: .。. .。.:*☆
⚔Love, Sweat, and Tears⚔ (AOT or SNK)
Warning(s): Fluff, cursing (I think? I don't remember), long, low-key angsty toward the end
Levi just wants some tea, turns out he gets something a little sweet, too.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
"Where are we going?"
"They say this place has the best tea around here, you like tea, right?"
Levi glared at the outside of the building they stopped at.
RoyalTea.
He was still deciding on what he thought of the name.
The outside had a creamy purple color with white and gold painted accents in well-placed areas.
"Wanna go in?" Gabi, one of his caretakers asked.
"They better have good tea."
"It's been open for a year exactly today. But apparently it's very popular," she wheeled him inside.
The second they were inside, they were hit with the scents of different teas. Though every individual smell complemented each other.
But the interior was what really caught their attention.
"Whoa...I don't think I've ever seen a shop this clean looking..."
Levi liked this place already, this place was anti-dirt.
Customers were scattered across the shop, talking to each other over white tables, sitting in window seats, and girls were crowded at the counter table.
They didn't look like tea drinkers, so why were they looking so eager?
"It looks like this place is taken over by brats."
"Hello, sorry for the wait. I got the blend you wanted in your preferred amount."
Levi couldn't see who the voice belonged to over the throng of ladies as he got closer to the counter to hopefully be able to order.
"Yes, [Name], this is perfect! Thank you."
You laugh, "It's no problem. You, ladies, might want to start buying in bulk, though. Your usual order of two pouches can last about a week just between 4 people per bag. But you come here every other day ordering more."
"Yeah, we just love tea so much! And we just want to support our favorite shop owner," one leaned in.
"We should go, customer service is shitty here," Levi muttered.
"Sorry, Levi."
"Thank you, I appreciate that. But ladies, would you mind moving since you've paid already? There are customers behind you."
"Oh."
They turned to the two dryly, glaring at them before leaving the store altogether.
"Sorry about that, some of my customers can get that way! You look like you two must be new. Would you like to hear the options of tea I have? I also have pastries if you're interested."
Levi dragged his gaze back to you and he swore he stopped breathing.
Who was this beautiful man? [Name] he heard? He was suddenly much more interested.
"Sir?"
"What?"
"Do you need some time to think about it?"
"No. What do you have?"
You began to rattle off all the types of tea you possessed, even some that Levi's never heard of, which you explained when noticing any confusion.
Usually, he didn't like when people talked so much...but he found he didn't mind when you did it.
Privileges of finding you pretty, he guessed.
He stealthily observed you, from your jaw to your white dress shirt to the beginning of your waist until the counter blocked the rest of the view.
After he ordered, since Gabi didn't want anything, you smiled.
"Want any sugar or honey with it?"
Levi cringed, "What kind of moron adds shit to their tea?"
You only chuckle at his language, "It actually isn't too bad if it's done right."
"Nothing belongs in tea," he glared.
You rang them up, "Three dollars–and Mr. Levi, I'm sure I could change your mind. I'm very convincing. I'm pretty good at what I do," you gestured to his cup, "Just see for yourself."
After he was settled, he took a sip and almost groaned at its taste.
He was coming back here.
And he did.
Again. And again.
Until it was a regular thing.
"Welcome back, Levi."
That smile was lethal, did you not know that?
"Hey."
At this point, it'd been months and Levi became a [Name] addict.
"Same thing?"
"Yeah."
After serving him, you prepped some tea leaves to grind.
He watched as you work, enveloping the quiet atmosphere.
"I'm so happy I have this place."
"Hm?"
"I uh...When I was a kid, things came easy. So they didn't feel rewarding...until I bought this place and grew a business from the ground up...It taught me how to work, it taught me discipline, it taught me that an easier life doesn't mean it's better," you laugh to yourself, "Sorry, I know you don't want to hear this."
"That why you opened this place? To work hard after having an easy life?" he subtly signaled he did.
You snickered, "I know that seems backward, but yeah. I know it's selfish since there are people out there who'd kill to have the easy life I had...but...I wasn't being fed, or stimulated, I had nothing to wake up for. Then I met a military police officer—a good one—and he--he worked so hard, he had a passion for what he did. I wanted that. I wanted to know what it was like to have a reason to live, to serve others. So I left an easy life behind for a life of work...but it was worth it. It's so freeing to live this way. I was never free when it was easy."
After that day, Levi realized he crushed on you, hard. He couldn't talk to you straight after that.
You leaned on an elbow behind the counter one afternoon, "Hey, Levi. You look really handsome today--not that you don't always look handsome, of course. But today seems a little different."
His cheeks flushed pink, "I-I didn't do much brat, just...changed my hair a little..."
And one evening, you got bold.
"Hey Levi, can I get your opinion as an avid tea drinker? I'd feel like you'd be a better judge than me who leans more toward alcohol."
"Wh-what do you mean?"
"I've been testing a new tea brew, but I need another opinion before I decide to add it to the menu or not. Can you try it for me?"
"Sure."
"It's still in my apartment upstairs, I'll take you."
"[Name], I'm in a wheelchair, I can't go up the stairs on my own."
"I know, here."
"Pu-put me down!" he flushed red.
"But you can't walk..."
"You could've just helped me up. The other leg is still fine."
"It's faster."
It became regular for you two to hang out in your apartment above the shop after closing, and one night, you kissed. Neither of you knew how it happened, but it couldn't be taken back.
And once you finally get Levi comfortable with the thought, you decide to try being a couple.
And Levi needed time to get used to the foreign type of relationship.
He had to get used to someone smiling at the sight of him.
He had to get used to someone's lips brushing against his skin.
He had to get used to someone treating him like a prince.
Someone celebrating his birthday that he didn't think was important.
He had to get used to someone remembering the little things.
Someone with an open ear to listen to the feelings he hides within his depths.
Someone saying, "I love you, Levi."
And him saying it back.
And after three years of dating, he had to get used to living with someone he was in a relationship with.
Had to get used to full, warm meals from morning to night.
Someone restoring him back to health when he's sick.
Someone soothing him from the nightmares, someone showing him how to sleep better. And waking to another warm body in a bed he shares (which he had to force, for a while you'd let him have the bed to himself in respect).
He had to get used to finding more reasons to smile, he had to get used to making someone laugh and smile with ease.
He had to get used to someone cleaning for him, someone who's very stubborn with what they allow him to clean, "I know you like to clean baby, but let me do it, let me take care of you."
He had to get used to someone cutting his hair for him.
Someone who didn't judge him for his background, no matter what.
"Levi, you're practicing your writing?" you leaned over his shoulder.
"Habit."
"There's nothing wrong with where you're from. Because without that place, you wouldn't have become the Levi I love now. So don't feel like you have to hide it or be ashamed," you kissed the curve of his neck.
He had to get used to someone being attentive to him and his habits and behaviors. Someone knowing him better than he knows himself.
He had to get used to being protected and fought for, although he still likes to feel like he can protect, too.
"Levi! Never do that again, do you know how worried I was?" you growled, running a hand through your hair, "I swear you want to make me go more insane for you than I already have...Do you not understand that I would shed blood for you if I had to? Please don't take me lightly."
He had to get used to someone reading to him, someone tucking him in.
Someone making him try new things, like sugar in his tea. He couldn't believe it.
Someone...calling him beautiful...
Someone bathing him and joining him sometimes just for the pure connection of intimacy.
Someone that didn't need to have sex with him to connect with him.
Someone that will ask him how he's feeling, and happily fill the silence when he doesn't want to divulge.
Someone who buys him whatever books he wants. Spoils him and works hard to earn back the money spent.
Someone showing their love in physically any way they could, showing what it was like to have a gentle touch.
Someone who won't let him go to bed angry.
"Please, don't leave me, [Name]!"
"What?"
"I-I'm sorry, I do need you! And—And not just because you take care of me," Levi looked up in desperation, tears welling up in his eyes, he regretted every nasty word he'd just said to you.
You look like a broken-hearted puppy, "It really hurt, Levi."
"I know...I know, I...I'm not good with this 'feelings' stuff. I don't know how to tell you things, I don't know how to show you I care about you. But I'm tired of people leaving me! And you're the only person who hasn't, I don't want to be the reason why you finally do. So please," he approaches you with shaking hands, his face burrowing into your torso as he grips the back of your shirt. "Don't leave me...Please. I love you, I love you. I'm sorry."
(But he didn't tell you the real reason he blew up at you that night...because of his own hidden thoughts...)
He had to get used to someone who cried from his tears, someone holding him tight, keeping silent about the tears he knew they felt.
He had to get used to having a reason to keep going.
He...had to get used to you...
The one he loved more than anyone.
The one he wanted for the rest of his life...
...and the last person he'd want to see at the end of it.

Christmas
And yes I am well aware this is after christmas...I forgot to hit post which is embarrassing. Pretend I posted this when I meant to.
Summery: Just our favorite dorks trying to learn what this "christmas" is
Characters: Levi, Jean, Falco, Connie, Reiner
TW: Fluff, Levi being a dad, slight angst in the beginning?, ooc but I really don't care. Christmas.
Christmas.
It was a new concept after the rumbling, the first hesitant celebration of anything in the world.
It was also Jean's first winter off of Paradis, and fuck it was cold! Sure it got chilly in Paradis, but it was still warm, not cold and dark for most of the day. It was a familar cold.
The Marley winter felt more harsh. Bitter. Unwelcoming.
Much like Levi, now that he thought about it. The man seemed to be the very embodiment of the season he was born in.
But...there were the beautiful times too.
The Aurora was beautiful. To see all the colors bouncing and moving. He hadn't seen them before outside of pictures. He had stayed outside for hours watching them until Levi had drug him back in.
He turned back to the house they were still staying in all together. He wasn't sure how much longer it would last, but Levi had said everyone was welcome to stay as long as they needed.
Maybe the man just didn't want to be alone. Jean sure didn't.
Connie and Armin seemed to be on the mend, trying to create a new semblance of normal from their new lives, trying to discard their old identity in favor of a new one. Jean envied them, really. They made it seem so simple.
Then again, Armin was just built different, and Connie had seen more than enough tragedy for many lifetimes he was able to almost brush them off.
Jean had seen many tragedies as well, but they affected him deeper, cut him deeper. He never forgot the faves of anyone he had killed, however few they may have been, however many of them were titans.
He and Levi had bonded over that in the last few months, their inability to forget. Their ability to feel. How they refused to let themselves stop feeling.
But sometimes, Jean wished he could turn his emotions off.
He brushed these thoughts aside, not eager to delve into a spiral of despair on what seemed to be a happy day for Marley. He walked back inside, kicking the snow off of his boots and taking off his coat lest Levi yell at him.
It was then, he heard a noise. He walked into the dining space and saw Gabi there. She was opening various boxes with Falco. Joining the kids was a rather annoyed Levi, and a calm Reiner.
"Jean!" Connie waved, poking his head out from behind Reiner. "Come join!"
"Join what?" Jean asked, but walked closer, intrigued when he saw the boxes.
Gabi turned at that. "Well, Levi was telling me that you guys didn't really have a Christmas back on Paradis, so I figured we'd teach you all about it!" She seemed so eager, and Jean couldn't help the amused grin.
"Alright. Fine." Jean sat beside Levi and saw he was handed one of the boxes. Inside there was...flat looking cookies that seemed somewhat stale and...frosting? And other candies he couldn't Identify.
"Gingerbread houses." Falco explained. "They're fun, most people have them as a decoration. I mean...I guess you could eat it if you really wanted to..."
Jean gathered all the pieces and did his best to follow the instructions, not without sampling things, of course, finding them to be hard and relatively flavorless.
Levi also seemed to go relatively by the book for a time before daring to adventure off and adding little decorations with the frosting at Gabi's insistence. Connie hadn't seemed terribly interested in the instructions and had just thrown the pieces together with a lot of frosting and some dreams. Reiner's was a little crooked, but it added character. Gabi and Falco had worked on one together, and theirs looked admitably the best of the bunch.
"Reiner, help us put this on top of the fridge." Gabi said. Reiner rolled his eyes but done so, given he was the tallest other than Jean.
----
After a time, the kids returned with a tree.
"What the fuck is that?" Levi asked, his tone like a scolding mother. His arms were crossed and his eyes glaring.
"A Christmas tree!" Gabi beamed, able to brush off Levi's harsh tone. It never seemed to have affected her much.
"A fire Hazard more like. And a mess." Levi sighed, but relaxed a bit, limping over to help them get the tree up and into the stand which Gabi helped fix up.
"I also went out and got stuff to decorate it with." Gabi said, laying out various boxes.
"With what moeny?" Reiner asked, slightly scolding.
Gabi not to answer that, instead holding up a round red orb. "This is an ornament. It goes on the tree."
With that, the group set to decorate the tree, Reiner and Jean being uses to put the ornaments in higher places on the tree.
Finally, they had a tree, complete with lights, garland, candy canes, and ornaments. And a tree skirt to catch all the needles.
"And lastly, we need a star." Gabi said. Jean lifted her up and let her put the silver star on the tree before setting her down.
"What's the tree for? And those cookies Falco is setting out?" Connie asked.
"Santa of course. He brings all the presents and you leave the cookies out as a gift." Falco grinned.
Levi looked thoughtful but didn't say anything else.
Strangely Levi left the house after that for a while.
----
Finally, at nightfall, the others had gone to bed, and Gabi was up wrapping the presents she had bought. Levi watched her from the door frame before coming in and sitting on the ground. He kept his bad leg outstretched since it just didn't quite bend how it used to.
"What are you doing?" Levi asked in a soft tone, watching her.
"Wrapping presents of course. Normally people buy the gifts for eachother but...I dont know. Seemed like a lot to put on you guys." Gabi said in a soft voice, finally reminding Levi of just how young the girl was.
"Hmm. And what day exactly is this?" Levi asked, pulling the girl closer and helping her wrap by holding the paper down on the box.
"Christmas." Gabi said.
"Tch. You know what I meant." Levi said, amused at her regardless.
"The 25th. Why?" Gabi asked, tilting her head back against Levi's chest.
"I think that's my birthday...I don't really remember though..." Levi replied in a soft voice, folding the sides of the paper to the box as Gabi taped them.
"Why wouldn't you remember your own birthday?"
"I never much cared about it. My mother did when I was little...I barely remember any of that though...truth be told I don't even remember what she looked like anymore." Levi explained. "She died when I was 4."
"Oh? And your dad...?" Gabi asked, curious.
"Never knew him. It could have been anyone. My mother was a sex worker." Levi said, not bothering to sugarcoat things.
"Oh...do you remember anything about her?"
Levi searched his memory. "Very little. I remember she had a nice voice, she'd sing me lullabies. She also used to cut my hair for me...in this style. I remember every once in a while, she'd save up enough and buy some sweets, and we'd eat them together."
Gabi nods and falls silent. "Were you alone after that?"
Levi sighed. "Not entirely. My uncle found me. Took me in. He was...unique. Taught me a lot. Like how to say hello to people and how to hold a knife...how to stay alive in the underground where I was. He cruel man...made me do shitty things he didn't feel like doing himself. I wanted to hate him...now...I almost miss him." Levi said, setting the box aside and watching Gabi write Connie's name on it.
"How old are you then?" Gabi asked. "If it's your birthday and all."
Levi thought for a moment. "I think I'm 36, I lost track honestly. It didn't matter much. I couldn't count passed 10 or read for most of my life anyways. Erwin taught me those things when I got promoted in the scouts and ended up having to do paperwork. I must have sat in his office for hours writing with him and reading...."
Gabi turned and yawned, cuddling into Levi's chest.
"Tired brat?" Levi looked down at her, his arms wrapping around her.
"No..." Gabi said, holding back a yawn before walking over and handing Levi something small and wrapped.
"Hm?"
"For your birthday. It's important to celebrate that, too." Gabi explained.
Levi unwrapped the paper, doing his his best to be gentle with it. He eventually came across a leathery feeling and pulled the paper away, revealing a small black wallet.
"It's not much..." Gabi averted her gaze.
"It's enough." Levi said softly. "More than I've had in years."
Gabi smiled before yawning again.
Levi rolled his eyes and got up carefully, then picked her up in one arm in a bridal carry.
"Don't hurt yourself!" Gabi hissed scoldingly but also seemed to relax.
Levi carried the girl to the couch and laid her down, throwing a blanket over her. "Shut up and sleep. That...That Santa guy won't come if you're not asleep...brat."
Gabi giggled but eventually fell asleep.v
With that, Levi went to his own room and opened up the bags he had gotten at the store and set about wrapping, doing his best to copy the motions of Gabi. He also made sure to write "from santa" on them. He set them under the tree and ate a couple cookies and them went to sleep.
While he may have thought the whole thing was a little dumb, he was never one to deny a little bit of happiness.

Now that they established honesty as foundation for their future interactions, Matt felt more at ease. There was a part of him that was hardwired to distrust, even the most trustworthy of people, but right now a bigger part of him felt like she could be someone worth the try. Someone to prove him wrong. So he would go against his better judgment. And he would let her in, as much as 'in' would allow. -- A smile, genuine smile, soft in nature, enters his lips as she speaks and he'll shake his head in reassurance. "I don't think it's selfish. Wanting to protect people you care about. I mean, if she ever found out she'd be pissed that's...a price of secrets but, you have a good reason. Telling her now wouldn't do her...or you -- any good, would it?" it was pretty simple, when put in a perspective. And all secrets came with a price. Skyla knew that, he was certain of it. Every beautiful creature, every happy creature, held their fair share of secrets.
Being asked to reveal his scars again, causes him to freeze for a moment. It was one thing for him to offer them, another entirely for someone to actually pay attention. And there's a tinge of insecurity as he lifts up his shirt, unable to look at them himself, and his eyes will focus on hers, awaiting a reaction to pass her features for him to read. She still puzzled him, her eagerness to know him, to be friends with him, her certainty that there was something in him that was worth it -- in spite everything he'd said, everything he'd done. It was uncomfortable, but also...good in a way. After Gabi, after what he'd done to her, what he exposed of himself to her, he was more careful not to fuck up again. Not to say too much, too many wrong things. "Nasty right?" he'll finally speak, in reference to his scars, and let his shirt fall down again. "It's a good thing though. Scars. They're a reminder...a pretty fuckin' good one. -- They help me do what I do..." he'd suddenly realised she perhaps didn't know -- that he was a hunter. That he spent every waking moment since that night working for an organisation making sure what happened to him would never happen to anyone else. And he realised, just as suddenly, that he cared for her opinion more than he liked to admit. Her thoughts of him. The way she looked at him. It caused a certain fear to settle in. Like if he told her, she too would not look at him the same. So he smiles and reaches for an oreo cupcake, digging in with hopes she'll not ask him to elaborate any further. "Oreo's great. You made these yourself? Man, what can't you do?"
Doe eyes watch his every move, cautious as he moves closer until he's pulling her into his frame and she tenses for a moment before eventually she relaxes beneath his touch, her own arms moving to wrap around his torso. For the first time in a long time, she could feel weight lifted off her, her story told and understood by someone who shared a similar trauma, who didn't look at her any differently even knowing what was hid beneath her mask and she was grateful for it, for him. An unlikely pairing and yet they had more in common than met the eye. "Don't be, I mean I get it," Skyla admits. "Most people are more receptive to the disguise but something tells me that you aren't like most people. I think a part of me is selfish for it, you know? Not telling her because- I don't know, I don't want to burden her I guess." And she's pulling back, only slightly so that she can steal a glance upwards at the male before she eventually nods. "Yeah I- I think I can do that," the fairy agrees as he pulls away and her brows furrow, mind returning to the scars he had shown earlier. She wanted to see them, to know his story and she hesitates a moment, heart racing in her chest before her brows dip and she's shooting a quizzical glance upwards at him. "Can- can I see them again," she questions softly. "Your scars?" She needed to know. He knew hers and now- now she wanted to know his, to see the real Mattias beneath all of the broody, asshole facade he worse oh so well. Her smile eventually returns, shaking her head within her amusement. "Dirty boy," Skyla taunts, baby blue irises rolling before her gaze falls on the cupcakes. "The red velvet ones pretty good, really moist and the cream cheese icing is divine. Or if you like oreo's I'd say go with the marble one with the oreo mousse icing."

SUGAR DADDY!REINER
Unexpectedly, the reason that Reiner becomes a sugar daddy is because of Porco.
He made some snide dig at Reiner that the only way he’d be able to get a girl is by being her sugar daddy.
Reiner brushed him off and chalked it up to Porco’s usual animosity, but it got Reiner thinking.
Reiner doesn’t have much experience with women and he’s lonely. Although he doesn’t want to admit it, he’s unbearably lonely. He craves human affection, but he’s always had a difficult time approaching women and given his current mental state, he’s just in no position to pursue a real relationship with someone.
But what Reiner does have is a fuck ton of money. He has a relatively well-paying job and all he does is save all of it besides when he spoils Gabi and her friends every once in awhile.
So that’s how Reiner comes in contact with you.
You have experience with being a sugar baby. You know how to play the game, immersing yourself in whatever role that will make you the most profit.
It’s hard sometimes. Forcing yourself to bat your eyelashes and let out faux airy laughter whenever one of your clients says some stupid shit, bragging about their job or flaunting their newest purchase.
Reiner, however, is like a fresh breath of air. He’s just so innocent.
It becomes apparent to you through your first interaction with the man. The first thing you note is that he’s handsome, in a rugged sort of way, and that he looks highly uncomfortable, which isn’t uncommon.
Like you thought, he quickly confesses that he’s never done this sort of thing before.
You assure him that’s okay, but cut to the chase, asking him what he wants from this arrangement and what sort of compensation can you expect.
Reiner tells you that all he wants is companionship. He doesn’t really have any expectations and he doesn’t want to pressure you into doing anything that you may be uncomfortable with.
He says that in return, whenever the two of you are together, he’ll buy you whatever you want and that he’ll pay you a set amount every week.
You’re sold. Honestly, this might be your best deal yet. Reiner’s handsome, not that much older that you, and from your limited interaction, he seems genuine.
He’s also going to be paying you a fuck ton of money, which doesn’t hurt either.
When you depart from your meeting, you’re left feeling content and eager to see how this arrangement will play out.
It turns out that Reiner’s good company. Although this is a job in your eyes, you don’t mind the time you spend with Reiner. He’s not the greatest conversationalist, but he’s an attentive listener and will add comments here and there when you talk.
You also quickly realize that what Reiner is in search of is emotional support. You don’t pry and he doesn’t exactly bring it up, but you can tell that something’s happened to him that’s left him haunted. It’s in the way he carries himself, as if he carries an unseen burden on his shoulders.
The nights you spend together are pretty tame. A lot of cuddling and maybe some making out. The first night you spent together, you thought Reiner was going to faint with how red and nervous he got. You had to inform him that it was indeed okay if he touched you and playfully promised that you wouldn’t break if he did.
Reiner was awfully stiff when you first lied your head against his shoulder, but he began to relax as the night continued.
After awhile Reiner becomes more comfortable with physical touch and begins to actively seek it out from you. It becomes normal for him to hold your hand when you’re walking around or toss an arm over your shoulders when you’re watching a film.
He’s still adorably shy when he kisses you.
Oh and he spoils you so much. It’s almost overwhelming. Your gaze could linger on an item for a second too long and Reiner would buy it for you without any prompting.
It gets to the point where you have to tell Reiner that he doesn’t have to buy you everything that you look at. He just smiles at you when you say that and replies that he doesn’t mind spending money on you.
Who are you to argue with that?
You come to care greatly for Reiner. You wouldn’t say it’s love, but it’s more than you’ve felt for any of your previous sugar daddies.
So you happily offer to help him forget whatever’s tormenting him.

“You—ah—you really don’t have to do this.”
You pout, peering up through your lashes to glare at Reiner. “I know,” you state with a smack of your lips.
“I want to do this,” you purr, dragging the blunt edges of your nails down Reiner’s bare chest. His abs instinctively flex underneath your light touch as you trace the contours of his body until they lead you to the waistband of his slacks. You fiddle with his belt loops, reveling in the shudder that wracks throughout Reiner’s body.
“Okay,” Reiner breathes out, placing a gentle palm on the back of your head, “Go ahead, Princess.”
Kneeling in between his sturdy thighs, you unbutton his slacks with deft fingers and quickly yank them down to pool around his ankles. Your mouth nearly waters when you see the outline of his cock hidden underneath the thin material of his briefs and the wet patch of pre where his tip is.
“Fuck,” Reiner exhales when you drag the flat of your palm over his clothed cock and massage the head with your fingers through the flimsy fabric. He lifts his hips off the chair for you to peel his briefs off of him. His dick hits his thigh with a resounding smack.
Oh. Oh. He’s big. He’s not incredibly long, but Reiner’s thick.
His breath hitches when you place kisses on his hips and playfully nip at his thighs. “Don’t tease—shit.” He’s cut off with a groan when you suddenly lick a stripe along the underside of his length. His hands tangled in your hair tighten their grip before easing up once more.
Heat pools in your lower stomach, your panties sticky with arousal. You brace yourself, placing your hands on Reiner’s thighs, and take the tip of his cock in your mouth. It doesn’t taste bad, you think when you swirl your tongue around his head, licking his precum clean off and swallowing around him. You relax your jaw and slowly take him further down your throat, lifting a hand from his thigh to reach down and massage one of his balls that lie hot and heavy underneath. Reiner hisses and bucks his hips up in response. You take deep inhales through your nose as you work your way down Reiner’s cock, mouth stretching wide around his girth.
You’re forced to pull yourself off about halfway through to breathe. You look up from in between his thighs when Reiner pets your hair and runs a thumb along your bottom lip. “So pretty,” he mutters, chest heaving, when you take his thumb into your mouth and slowly begin to suck on it.
“You’re not too bad yourself,” you quip with a cheeky grin, “Now sit back and look pretty for me.”
You smooth your hands over the expanse of his thighs before taking his cock in your mouth again. Reiner moans, loudly, when you slacken your jaw and hollow your cheeks, determination blazing underneath your skin. Your mouth is stuffed full and you gag when the tip of his cock hits the back of your throat, nose buried in blond curls at the base of him.
“Yeah, just like that Princess—fuck,” Reiner grits out. He shudders and harshly bucks his hips up into your mouth when you cup his balls and massage them with your hands. It’s not long until Reiner’s spilling into your mouth with a loud cry. You swallow his load and slow your pace down, gently sucking and working him through his orgasm until he’s twitching in overstimulation. You pull off with a wet pop and rest your head against his thigh.
“Such a good boy, Reiner,” you sweetly coo, tracing circles on his pelvis bone, causing him to shiver. You grin up at him, eyes swirling with heavy lust and mischief.
“But we’re not done yet.”

AN: Here’s part 2 of my nurse reader and Levi request! It recently came to my attention that I was lowkey confused, I realize that you guys were asking for part 2 to my solider Levi and princess reader but I’ve been working on this one instead😂😂 So I’ll try and get to that other one soon.
ALSO 139 SPOILERS
Part 1
Summary: Levi’s dreams are coming true
Word Count: 4.6K
Warnings: mentions of scarring, blood, struggling to walk, kissing, angst
_______
The first few weeks were rough, he struggled to do the most mundane tasks, his fingers shook as he gripped a pen, his breathing was labored when he climbed stairs. He hated every second of it, he knew that this was part of being injured and recovering, but still, he felt weak and exposed. He also knew that it was unlikely that he would ever be the same as he was before his accident, this didn’t bother him too much. However, the thought of you only knew him as a frail wounded soldier rubbed him the wrong way.
He used this as motivation to better his condition, with the knowledge that he would not function the same as before. He quickly found out that holding a pen in his right hand was now much too difficult, so he began practicing with his left instead. He also realized that being in a wheelchair was not for him. He hated being pushed by anyone, mainly because Gabi once lost control and sent him rolling down a busy street. So he began to use a cane or crutch, he also found out that he tired much faster using this method. But he much preferred it to the chair.
After only three months of being discharged, Onyankopon had sniffed out an affordable space to open a modest cafe. The space also had a short set of stairs that led to a one-bedroom apartment above, which originally deterred Onyankopon from investing due to Levi’s state. But Levi had insisted that he would manage, so on a gloomy Thursday afternoon, they signed the papers and bought the place. Gabi and Flaco had been ecstatic to help decorate the space, scouring antique shops and pawn shops for the best (and cheapest) pieces of furniture.
Levi had watched the pair carry in the first table, a round wooden piece fit for two along with mismatched chairs to go along with it. At first, Levi disliked the way the furniture clashed, but he soon grew to like it. As the kids slowly carried in more each week the space began to feel homier. The kitchen in the back was teeming with tins of tea, recipes that Onyankopon swore by were tacked up on bulletin boards. Each weekend Onyankopon would bring the kids back with armloads of ingredients to test out the recipes he had been gathering while Levi had been in the hospital.
Soon they had perfected a menu, with croissants that were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, sticky-sweet cinnamon rolls, and lemon tarts. Levi had never been a fan of sweets, but he knew that most people were, so each weekend they slaved over the stoves and made huge messes of flour and sugar. After two months the cafe was rather put together, tables and chairs of all sorts spread about the room in an inviting pattern. A chalkboard menu that was slowly expanding was sprawled out over the main counter, which was being stocked with pastries.
Onyankopon had brought in a box full of glassware that he had found on the side of the street, Levi had sneered at him as he watched him carefully wash them.
“What are you planning to do with those?” Levi asked as Onyankopon scrubbed the dust off of the glass.
“We can use them as centerpieces. Maybe we could cut some flowers from that field?” He said as he placed the glass vases and cups on the drying rack.
“I suppose,” Levi grumbled, happy that he hadn’t planned on using them as cups.
Finally, the day came when the menu was rounded enough and the furniture polished to open the shop. Levi hated to admit his nerves, but the truth was that his stomach was in knots and his heart was hammering out of his chest as he flipped the wooden sign on the door from closed to open.
Gabi had whooped and hollered, Falco had clapped ecstatically and Onyankopon popped open a bottle of champagne. Levi had given them the slightest of smiles as the group retreated behind the counter to wait for someone to wander in. Levi sat back on a stool that Falco had thrifted for behind the counter, his cane resting against his knee as he watched the door with a steady gaze.
“Can I be in charge of the pastries?” Gabi pleaded, big brown eyes wide as she clasped her hands together. Onyankopon shot a sideways look to Levi who inhaled sharply.
“As long as you don’t spit in the food.” Levi relented and Gabi leaped into the air in her excitement before jogging back into the kitchen to take stock.
“Falco you can carry food out.” Onyankopon offered and Falco nodded a gleam of determination in his golden eyes.
“I’ll run the register and Levi you can brew the tea.” Onyankopon looked pleased with himself after assigning the roles and Levi shrugged in indifference. The minutes ticked by and the door remained shut, the wide windows let the warm morning sun seep into the room, yet it carried no joy. Or at least it didn’t summon any deep feelings from within Levi. Just when Levi was about to give up and go brew himself his own tea before calling it a day, the door opened, the bell tinkling softly.
His mouth fell open when he saw you, in your plain clothes, a pair of dark dress pants and a silk dress shirt. Your purse was slung over your shoulder and in your hands was a bright bouquet of flowers. You pushed some stray strands of hair off of your face as you stepped into the cafe.
“(Y/n)! You made it!” Falco rushed around the counter and took your hand in his to lead you to the counter. You laughed warmly and allowed the young boy to drag you across the room.
“You’re the first person to come in.” Onyankopon mused softly as he stood behind the register, hands placed firmly on the counter. Your eyes widened in surprise before another warm grin passes placidly across your features.
“I am?” You asked, leaning on the counter and throwing a playful glance at Levi who was half hiding behind Onyankopon.
“It’s true.” Gabi groaned dramatically fanning her face, she had been fidgeting anxiously in the back for the past hour eager to serve guests.
“What can I get the good nurse?” Onyankopon steered the conversation back to business as usual.
“Ah, I’d love a cup of camomile and hmm maybe one of those lemon tarts.” You hummed, leaning over to examine the pastries that had been set on display in the glass containers.
“Excellent choice, that’ll be seven pounds.” Onyankopon slid the key into the keyhole in the register and the old thing sprang open, spilling some change. He chuckled as he awkwardly collected the spare change.
“Takes a gentle hand.” He explained as you smiled at him with the money in hand. Levi sighed and reached around Onyankopon to take the money as the larger man squatted down to retrieve the stubborn coins.
“Congratulations Captain, you’ve made this place your own.” You said, slipping the money into his hands, the pads of your fingertips brushing his calloused palm.
“Thank you, nurse (L/n).” He mumbled, trying in vain to fight off the butterflies swarming in his stomach.
“You’re so very welcome.” You watched as the rag-tag bunch began to hustle around the kitchen, Levi limped to the stove and began to boil the water in the kettle, Gabi was pulling on a pair of gloves before she began to inspect the pastries, looking for the best one. Falco gestured for you to follow him to that round table at the front of the store, right by the large window. You covered your mouth to hide an affectionate grin as he pulled the chair out for you. You sat and thanked him as you made yourself comfortable.
“I’ll bring your food to you miss.” He even did a bow which was when you could no longer hide your amusement.
“Falco, too much.” Onyankopon was also laughing behind the counter as the young boy scurried back to grab your pastry, which Gabi had carefully chosen just for you. Levi was now steeping the leaves in one of the mismatched sets of china that they had collected. Once the tea was steeped to perfection he set it on the tray with the pastry and Falco carefully picked it up, using both hands.
He set the steaming plates in front of you and you thanked him once more. You felt a bit awkward as the group watched with expectant eyes as you took the first bite. Your eyes lit up, it was just the perfect mixture of sweet and sour, the breading crumbling on your tongue.
You nodded and held a thumbs up which made Gabi clap her hands and squeal. Falco laughed and shook her shoulder, a giddy gleam in his eyes. Levi bit back another smile, not eager to let you pull them from his lips so easily. A few moments after you had begun to eat, the door tinkled open again, this time it was an older couple. They ordered and sat down near you, murmuring about the decor and such. As the morning wore on, more people began to wander into the shop, families and starry-eyed couples alike. You sat at your table, a small amount of paperwork from the hospital spread across the tabletop. You worked well into the afternoon, not necessarily because you needed to but because you wanted to catch Levi and check in on him.
You got your chance when the crowd ebbed and the orders slowed. The shop was once more empty and you could see the way that Levi limped between the sink and the stove. You gathered your courage and stood from your spot, leaving your purse and papers behind. Onyankopon was helping the kids in the back as they prepped for the pastries for tomorrow.
“I’ll dry if you wash.” You offered and Levi shot you a look over his shoulder.
“You don’t have to do that.”
“I’ve been taking up that table all day, let me earn my keep.” You teased, carefully stepping behind the counter and into the kitchen. He did not oppose as you sidled up beside him and began to towel dry the dishes he had already scrubbed clean. You worked like this for a few minutes in silence, the sound of dishes and sloshing of water filling the air between you.
“You seem to have healed well.” You commented as you accepted another clean plate.
“Hm.” He hummed, eyes trained on his task. You noted that he no longer wore bandages on his hand where his fingers had once been.
“How’s your knee?” You asked and he bristled a bit.
“....it’s fine.” He said after a slight pause.
“I can look at it if you’d like.” You offered and he inhaled slowly before releasing his breath in one long exhale.
“I’m fine.”
“Then let me look at your fingers, if you are doing dishes it’s likely to get infected.” You were a tad embarrassed to admit that you simply wanted to feel his skin against yours once more. But luckily Levi felt the same. He paused his work and grabbed a towel to dry his hands off before slowly extending them to you. You accepted them and ran your fingers over the callouses that decorated his palms before pulling his hand closer to your face to get a good look at the nubs where his fingers once were.
Just as you had thought, they were fully healed with puckering pink flesh from where stitches had once been.
“They look well, you should be fine, just...be mindful of how much time you spend washing the dishes.” You hummed, turning his hand over in yours to examine the back of it, old and new scars littered the expanse of his hands and up to his forearm.
“Okay.” His words were breathy and a bit choked. You snuck a glance up at his face and smiled sheepishly at him as you released his hand, which fell slowly back to his side. His cheeks were a soft pink, hints of a blush from the heat of your touch alone.
“I would suggest looking into some gloves.” You advised and he rolled his eyes.
“How am I supposed to wear gloves without my fingers?” He asked, holding his hand up as if to emphasize the loss.
“You seem to have adapted well, I’m sure you can figure something out.” You assured him with a nudge to his side before you fell back into the easy rhythm of drying the dishes.
____
You fell into a routine, stopping by when the cafe first opened to grab a cup of tea before your shift. Then you would go off to work and return later that afternoon to help Levi clean up. One rainy day you came in an hour later than usual, your scrubs soaked as you had forgotten an umbrella. Onyankopon and the kids had left earlier that week to go get the other cadets from Paradis, leaving Levi to tend to the shop alone.
As you entered you flipped the sign to closed and then wrung your sopping wet hair. Levi stood behind the counter, watching you with his one steel eye.
“What took you so long?” He asked before turning to do the dishes. You scoffed and looked back out at the window, the rain was pelting down mercilessly against the glass. But you said nothing, having learned long ago that arguing with him was pointless.
“What have you got for me?” You asked instead wanting to throw yourself into the work he had for you. He put you to work in the kitchen, taking stock and sweeping the floors until you thought that you would collapse. It wasn’t that the work that was taxing, but the work on top of the hours you had already clocked in on your feet at the hospital.
When he was pleased with your cleaning he waved you off with a dismissive flick of his wrist. Your clothes were still wet, as you watched him thumb through his earnings of the day in the register. You now knew a fraction of what he had put those cadets through all those years ago.
“Levi?” You tested, his name falling sweetly from your lips. He turned slowly, pausing his counting to give you his full attention.
“What is it?” He asked, placing the change back into the register.
“How would you like to get some dinner?” You offered with a shy smile. His eyes widened and he whipped around to shut the register.
“Only if you’re buying.”
____
So now you sat across the table from him, your leg bouncing anxiously under the table inside the warm tavern. He seemed much less anxious, hands folded in front of him and his gaze void of any particular emotion.
“So...you come here often?” You tried to start the conversation, for the first time finding it difficult.
“No actually, I despise these places.” He answered literally and you nearly blanched, worried that you may have upset him or offended him in some way by bringing him here.
“What? We don’t have to stay then we can-” You were reaching for your purse but he held up a hand to stop you.
“It’s fine.” He assured you and you relaxed back into your seat.
“Why do you hate these places?” You asked out of curiosity.
“Not a fan of drunk men and shitty tavern food.” He shrugged indifferently. If he had been feeling braver he would have told you that it reminded him of his childhood and his mean drunk uncle.
“Ah, I see.” Your shoulders slumped and you cleared your throat to fill the silence.
“I don’t usually come to bars often either. Can’t trust me around beer.” You joked but Levi arched a thin brow.
“Why’s that?”
“Oh, my dad was a drunk and they say that it runs in the family. So I’ll never touch the stuff.” You shrugged and Levi was caught off guard with your honesty. He only hummed in response. Not long after that, the food arrived and the two of you ate in near silence, the sounds of forks scraping plates and wine sloshing in glasses. You paid for dinner and the two of you slowly made your way back down the street, which was slick with rainwater. You eyed Levi’s arm a bit longingly, wanting to feel his warmth pressed against you. You rubbed your biceps in an attempt to get the message across but he seemed clueless still. So you sighed and decided to take yet another risk, in one swift motion you slid your arm through his and he went rigid. His steps faltered and you looked over at him with a smirk curling at the corner of your lips.
“Is...this alright?” you asked and he nodded tensely before resuming his pace. You were grateful that his apartment was so close to the tavern, as it began to pour once more. But of course, you could not run because you feared that he would injure himself, so the two of you simply picked up your pace. Levi held the door for you and the two of you stumbled into the dark cafe, the tables and chairs looked almost like skeletons as you weaved your way through them to the back set of stairs.
“You can stay if you’d like.” he offered, a glimmer of uncertainty flashing over his features, clearly he was treading just as lightly as you were.
“I’d like that very much.” You grinned and the two of you climbed the stairs to his small apartment. The floorplan was open, the kitchen and living room were all in one space. The furniture was also mismatched here, he set about lighting candles even though you knew that the building had electricity. You wondered if it was a force of habit, all of his years on that island with no electricity, or if it was an attempt to set the mood. You said nothing all the same as the candles set the room aglow in warm light.
“It’s nice,” you commented and Levi hummed in agreement.
“It’s no barracks.” He said as he shook the match, a small trail of smoke curling up from his fingertips.
“Do you miss the military?” You asked as you slipped out of your shoes. He paused, a thoughtful look passing over his face as he pondered your question.
“At times, there are things that I miss. But no, I wouldn’t go back.” he shook his head, damp locks of raven hair falling in curtains over his brow.
“I can imagine.” You agreed as he slipped out of his coat and hung it on the coat rack, you did the same and he gestured for you to follow him to his room.
“I have some dry clothes you can borrow.” He said as he sifted through his drawers, pulling out a simple cotton shirt and a pair of loose-fitting pants. He held them out to you and you accepted them with a smile. You noted that the clothes were larger than the ones that he pulled out and you wondered who they belonged to.
“Whose clothes are these?” you asked out of curiosity and a pained look crossed his face. But you wondered if you had imagined it because of how quickly his features reset into his stoic mien.
“An old friend.” That was all he said before leaving you to change. You pulled the clothes on slowly and carefully knowing that these are likely one of the last things he had that belonged to his friend. Once you were done you stepped out of the room to find Levi already changed and boiling a kettle over his small stove. The shirt hung loosely off of your frame and you pulled the collar up gently as you crossed the room to stand by his side.
“Whatcha making?” You asked softly as he shot you a brief glance over his shoulder.
“Tea.” He said bluntly as he reached up into the cabinets and pulled out two mugs. You hummed and moved to take a seat at the modest table that was pressed against the back of his couch.
“Sounds good.” You said as you slipped into the seat, watching as he moved around his space. You noted the way his cane carried the majority of his weight, the way his fingers trembled as he poured the water to steep the tea leaves. You moved to get up and help him, but decided against it, reminding yourself that he was independent and could do these tasks on his own. Sure enough Levi finished the tea and carried the two cups over to you and placed them gently down on the table.
You thanked him quietly and blew a puff of air over the surface of the green tea, sending ripples through the liquid. He watched you with unreadable features, hands crossed on the table and his cane resting against his thigh.
“Tell me of your home.” You asked, daring a look over the rim of your cup. He inhaled and a far away look crossed his face as he thought of an appropriate response.
“As I knew it or as it is now?” He mumbled as he brought his own cup to his lips.
“Whichever you prefer.”
“Hm.” He hummed as he let the hot liquid sit in his mouth hoping to buy himself more time.
“Either way it was shitty.” He said after a few moments of silence. You set your cup down and gave him your full attention.
“We never had much, and I can’t say that it was a happy life.” He said, sneaking a glance at you to guage your reaction.
“I figured as much.” You commented and he shrugged.
“There isn’t much left of the landscape after the rumbling, but that’s everywhere now.” He grumbled, beginning to lose himself in his own memories.
“There used to be open fields and massive trees inside of the walls but…” He winced, flashes of blood and gnashing titan teeth, campfires, the heavy breathing of horses, explosions of thunder spears followed by the tangy metallic scent of blood.
“Levi?” Your voice was soft and filled with concern, he snapped out of his reverie, his fists clenched around his cup.
“Sorry.” He choked out, his tongue feeling fat and his mouth dry.
“It’s alright, I shouldn’t have asked.” You waved your hands and quickly took a sip of your tea.
“No, it’s not your fault.” He dismissed you, trying to calm the racing of his heart.
“I’m sure that you’re tired, I’ll see myself out.” You began to scramble, reaching for your things and pushing a stray strand of hair from your face. Levi wasn’t sure why, but he felt an urgent need to reach out and grab you. Before he could dismiss the sense, his hand had already shot out and caught your wrist.
You looked back at him with wide eyes, not moving a muscle. He stayed still as well, his fingers digging into the soft flesh of your arm. If he was hurting you, you showed no sign.
“Don’t….it’s storming.” He said stupidly, as he stood keeping a hold on your wrist. Once he was on his feet he took a step towards you and his hand slipped down to intertwine his fingers with your own.
“O-Okay.” You squeezed his fingers and he returned the gesture, eyes blank although they darted between your eyes and lips every few seconds. You took a step closer so that the tips of your feet touched his, your breaths mingling together. Finally his eyes settled on your lips and you unconsciously licked them as you wondered what he would taste like. Green tea no doubt, just as bitter and tangy as his personality seemed to be.
You let out a shaky breath as he reached out, the back of his hand brushing that pesky piece of hair off of your cheek. He hesitated but gently grasped your face in his calloused palm, his thumb stroking over your cheekbone. You carefully broke free of his grasp on your hand so you could smooth down the fabric of his shirt above his heart.
He swallowed thickly before lifting his chin, eyes trained on your lips. You tilted your head and met him the rest of the way, your lips slotting together perfectly. His other hand came to rest on the other side of your face, and you whimpered. You opened your mouth wider, your tongue slipping past his lips to taste him. He did taste like green tea after all, bitter and overwhelming. You couldn’t get enough, your hands slipping up the column of his throat to find the shaven underside of his hair.
To your surprise he pulled away with a grunt, grey eyes wide and surprised. You looked back just as shocked but then you smiled. He blinked at you for a moment before pulling away completely and turning his back to you and running a hand through his locks.
“I’m sorry, that was inappropriate of me.” He apologized and you shook your head.
“I actually quite liked it. You aren’t my patient anymore Levi.” He remained silent, his back turned to you in shame.
“You’re not even a Captian anymore, you’re just a man.” You assured him and he turned to look at you now, eyes filled with a certain grief you couldn’t quite place.
“Is that how you see me then?” His voice was flat and you couldn’t tell if he was offended or pleased with the response.
“No, I see you as a good man, who has been hurt one too many times. Someone who needs a….companion.” You settled and he finally faced you once more.
“I shouldn’t have done that to you.” He grunted, steadying himself on the table.
“It’s okay Levi, I-I like you.” You felt like you were tripping over yourself to assure him that he was not crossing any lines.
“....” He remained silent, those sad grey eyes trained on your face as your chest heaved, panic quickly raising.
“I promise you I’m fine. I’ve actually been wanting to kiss you for some time now.” You sheepishly admitted, rubbing the side of your arm.
“I know.” He groaned his hands coming to hide his eyes and you felt even more distressed, you should’ve known better.
“Look, Levi I want to be with you, and if you want the same then we can be. You don’t have to-”
“Damn it (Y/n) I want to, but I don’t” He let out another frustrated grunt before his fist came down hard on the table, the cups rattling loudly at the disturbance.
“I don’t want you to be chained to someone like me.” He admitted, eyes averted.
“You don’t have to feel that way, I’m choosing you.”
“Promise?” His eyes finally met yours and you nodded curtly, a look of determination and confidence plastered to your face.
“Promise.” You assured him, sitting back down at the table to show that you weren’t going anywhere.
“And if you bother me too much then I’ll leave.” You teased, but he seemed to take it literally, sinking back into his own seat and nodding in understanding.
“That’s good.” He sighed, shoulders sagging in relief.
“I really should go home, think about this and we’ll talk tomorrow.” You stood, leaning over the table to peck a kiss to his lips. He nodded and watched with tired eyes as you left his apartment.

and i know for a fact that im enjoying bad buddy.
ive followed like- a scary amount of people since… because im genuinely invested now.
and i always see these pretty gifs and everyone fangirling (or boying) over everything.
but I have no clue where to start! *cries* :(
i know ive seen a good fee gifs for was it bad and crazy?
i think ill enjoy it.
going off of that… can you help me? give me a few recs to ease me into the waters?
lots and lots of love,
gabi.
<3 <3 <3
Hey Gabi, thank you for the ask! I hope you’re having a lovely day!
Fell into the Bad Buddy rabbit hole too, huh? Can relate, my friend, can relate. Luckily, you have one of the most delightful fandoms here to keep you company!
Now on to the actual ask part of your ask, I think you just asked one of my favourite questions ever. I live for the day someone requests show recs from me. Which is to say that I have a rec list all ready to go and I’m 110% prepared to answer this. And I’m delighted to be your guide on this journey!
The one thing I’ll note, however, is that I usually personalize my recs to the person I’m giving them to (I take reccing very seriously) so, since I don’t know your personal tastes outside of Bad Buddy and potentially Bad And Crazy, I’ll just be recommending some of my own personal favourites and shows that I think are especially good for gently introducing you to the BL genre. I hope that’s okay! And don’t worry, I’ll keep this as spoiler-free as possible (nothing past the first ep of the show, pinky promise).
First thing’s first, you’ll see as you start to watch more Asian LGBT dramas that the style and tropes vary from country to country. I’m personally more a fan of Thailand’s cheery, lighthearted approach to BL/GLs but I know some people prefer the more natural displays of physical and sexual intimacy (passionate kisses, sex scenes, etc.) in Taiwanese shows. Korean’s style is typically quite pretty but they struggle to pull off any form of physical intimacy (lots of cringey kisses, lemme tell ya). Pinoy BLs are… harder to describe? Still a good time though. And I haven’t seen enough Vietnamese shows to find any I’ve personally liked so far (the only theme I’ve noted with Vietnam is camerawork and audio that makes me crinkle my nose, the directing isn’t my favourite but I think that might be due to low production budgets). But my biggest deciding factors in choosing which shows make it to my rec list are: a romance that’s genuinely easy to root for (healthy, believable, eager, consenting), entertaining to watch, and no creepy consent issues (tragically quite common and I’m very picky about this, which really cuts down the list).
So I’ll give you at least one example of each. And you only mentioned BL so I kept the list strictly to BLs but feel free to shoot me another ask if you want GL or just plain ole Asian drama recs too! My list for those is much smaller but I do have a list if you’re interested.
A Tale of a Thousand Stars
Origin: Thailand
My Thoughts: Personally my go-to when I introduce my friends to BL. The story is compelling, I love all of the characters and their development, it’s one of few BL I can think of that doesn’t have a side pairing and I think that’s a good thing, it helps you focus on the main ship. Beware though, it’s a tad angsty. (But with a happy ending!)
Vague as Possible Synopsis: After receiving a heart transplant from a volunteer teacher, Tian decides to follow in her footsteps and become a teacher in the village where she taught. There he meets the villagers, who are slow to trust, and Forest Ranger Phupha, a well-intentioned pain in the ass.
2Gether
Origin: Thailand
My Thoughts: I absolutely love the premise and the tropes in this one! It has fake dating, it has all the music tropes (I’m a huge sucker for music tropes), and it’s just really fun. (I have my gripes with this show, especially the second half but I won’t get into it. This is a rec list, not a pros and cons list. If someone wants my in-depth Things I Liked vs Things I Didn’t for this show though, let me know, I could ramble for days.) And I would highly recommend watching the second season. I haven’t finished it but I’ve heard that it fixes some of the things I didn’t love from the first season (and it’s directed by Bad Buddy’s director, our Lord and Saviour, P’aof).
Vague as Possible Synopsis: Tine, our lovely protag, is sick and tired of this guy who keeps flirting with him so he enlists the (initially reluctant) help of a musician named Sarawat to ward the guy off by fake hitting on Tine.
Cherry Magic
Origin: Japan
My Thoughts: Wholesome fluff to end all other wholesome fluff. The main pairing is to die for, they’ll give you cavities. And I love the little friend group they establish.
Vague as Possible Synopsis: An office-set romance in which our adorkable protagonist Adachi wakes up one day to find out he can read minds. Oh and also accidentally finds out through said mind-reading ability that his superstar coworker has a huge crush on him. Cue shenanigans.
Light On Me
Origin: Korea
My Thoughts: Pretty. I already said Korean dramas were pretty, right? This. This is what I mean (also Color Rush but I have mixed feelings about that show). Just the way it’s shot is really nice. It’s also wholesome and the characters are very loveable and their development is top tier!
Vague as Possible Synopsis: Lifelong loner-by-choice Taekyung decides one day that he wants to make friends. His teacher recommends joining the student council where he’s met with… mixed responses.
Be Loved in House: I Do
Origin: Taiwan
My Thoughts: The bestie quartet is amazing, I love them. Good main ship, two good side ships. There’s a cat so gold star for that.
Vague as Possible Synopsis: The employer of the company Shi Lei works at quits and is replaced by Yu Zhen, whose first decree upon walking into the office on his first day is that employees are strictly prohibited from dating. This doesn’t sit well with the employees in question so Shi Lei sets out to convince his new boss to abolish the rule.
Gaya Sa Pelikula
Origin: Filipino
My Thoughts: Really like the rep and discussion of queerness in this one. And the use of the fake dating trope. This is probably my least favourite on this list but it’s probably also my favourite Pinoy BL. Although #My Day was cute (if a little read: very weird).
Vague as Possible Synopsis: Well. There actually isn’t much plot to this one. Pretty much all you need to know is that it’s fake dating (my beloved).
Manner of Death
Origin: Thailand
My Thoughts: This one is probably my all-time personal favourite (aside from Bad Buddy which is shaping up to be one of - if not THE - top rec on my list) because murder mysteries are my cup of tea. However, it’s probably not for everyone (but you did mention an interest in Bad and Crazy so I’m assuming that means you like crime shows?) and it’s definitely not typical for the BL genre. I probably wouldn’t watch this first. But if you’re a fan of murder mysteries and crime shows like I am, this is a definite rec (maybe watch a few others on this list first though).
Vague as Possible Synopsis: Dr. Bunn is new to town. He’s a coroner. There’s a murder. There’s a mystery. Boom. Done. That’s the plot. (Hire me, MyDramaList, aren’t my summaries amazing?)
A few others I liked for some reasons, disliked for other reasons, but wouldn’t not rec:
My Engineer (Thai, cute as hell side ships, personally not a fan of the main ship)
My Gear and My Gown (Thai, convoluted but sweet romance, pacing issues)
Hello Stranger (Pinoy, cute, I’m just not a fan of the video-call format)
#My Day (Pinoy, really weird but good, takes you some time to warm up to the love interest)
I Told Sunset About You (Thai, it’s amazing, there’s just one thing that rubbed me the wrong way, but I know it’s very well-loved in the BL fandom and I generally quite liked it)
Kieta Hatsukoi
Origin: Japan
My Thoughts: Okay, I hesitate to recommend things before they’re done airing but Bad Buddy and Keita Hatsukoi have been my two exceptions to this rule. As with Cherry Magic, this is wholesome and heartwarming as hell, the friendships, the romances, it’s all adorable.
Vague as Possible Synopsis: Due to a misunderstanding, Aoki’s desk neighbour ends up thinking he has a crush on him and he can’t deny it without throwing his friend under the bus. Shenanigans ensue.
I hope this won’t come as a surprise but from what I can tell, it looks like Bad and Crazy is going to be an implied but not canon m|m (censored) romance. It’s listed as a bromance. (I don’t know if you were expecting it to be a BL, personally I’m probably going to watch it anyway.) But! If you want to watch an upcoming crime show that’s actually a BL, I’m personally suuuuper hyped for Not Me, which comes out this Sunday! The trailer’s on YouTube if you want to give it a look. Other upcoming BL shows on my to-watch list that you might be interested in - if you prefer watching things as they air - are Kinnporsche (presumably airing in April) and Enchanté (presumably airing… eventually? some people have been guessing it’ll take over Bad Buddy’s time slot so we’ll see), trailers also on YouTube.
I hope this helps!

Levi doesn't know what is killing him more - the excruciating pain in his leg, the constant boredom or sympathy mixed with adoration he keeps seeing in the eyes of people around him.
Adoration, and, to some degree, even sympathy is much better that unabashed hatred and disgust, and Levi should be thankful to Onyakopon for finding him a hospital that doesn't treat him like an abomination.
Nonetheless, Levi would rather left alone, far away from curious patients, kind doctors and caring nurses.
All this sudden attention, all this impersonal concern... It's a good thing, Levi thinks. He wants to like it.
But he doesn't.
Truth be told, he hates it.
He wants to go back to the way things were before. He wants to go back to the infirmary in Survey Corps. There, the doctors weren't at all nice. They grumbled and scolded every soldier, complaining that they were wasting their lives for nothing. Levi used to hate them all. But now he wants to go back, there, to Survey Corps, to his comrades- to everything he's lost.
***
There is a nurse, who visits him every morning. She opens the windows, letting in sunlight and warm wind. She brings medicine - bitter and viscous, and she tries to sweeten it with her smile.
It doesn't work, though, not quite. Her smile just isn't sweet enough.
She redresses his wounded leg, a sad mist going over her eyes as she looks at the mess of bones, lacerated skin and muscles.
Levi doesn't ask what she sees there. He doesn't ask if he'll be able to walk again or not. In the very beginning, when he was just transferred here, he used to ask about it every morning.
"You'll be up and running in no time," doctors and nurses assured him in unison.
They don't do that anymore. And that, Levi assumes, is an answer in of itself.
After her morning checkup, the nurse returns at noon, bringing him his lunch and another shot of medicine.
If he has no visitors, she spends the afternoon with him, reading a book or fruitlessly attempting to spark up a conversation.
She asks about their struggle against Eren, Battle of Earth and Heaven as they call it now, but there is nothing Levi can say about it, except that it was a pointless massacre, started by a foolish boy.
He doesn't wish to talk about it, doesn't want to even think about it. The others have forgiven him, Levi knows they did, but he can't forget so easily. There is an ugly, dark feeling inside him, a spanless anger that will never go away.
Too many had died, too many lives were lost because of Eren. Men, women, children, Levi can't even think about it, still can't quite imagine what a monster the little boy with bright eyes became.
And now that little boy had taken lives, too many of them. All of them break Levi's heart, but there is one of them that hurts the most, that makes it hard to wake up because sometimes he just can't seem to find a reason to.
When he refuses to talk about the mess that was the Battle of Earth and Heaven, when he ignores the question about the war between Marley and Paradise, the nurse asks him about his dreams.
And the question is so sudden, spoken so out of blue that it takes Levi a while to get his thoughts into order.
Dreams... He's not sure he's ever had one that was solely his own. He's more used to following someone else's dreams - he shared the dream to get out of the Underground with Farlan and Isabel, he wanted to eliminate all titans and see the world behind the walls alongside his comrades from Survey Corps, he longed to start a life Hange had described to him.
But now all of them are gone, and he's all alone. There is no one he can share a dream with.
But I'm still here, Levi reminds himself. He's still here, still alive. And if he can't follow someone else's dream, maybe, it's time to get a dream of his own.
"I'm thinking about starting a tea shop..." he whispers.
"Well, that's a start," the nurse smiles, and Levi slowly relaxes.
***
"She's lovely," Onyakopon remarks during one of his visits.
The nurse has just left the room, after feeding Levi his medicine and putting a fresh bouquet of flowers on his bedside table.
Levi shrugs in answer to Onyakopon's words. The nurse is lovely - long blond hair, pretty green eyes. She is full of life, she looks so young, but then again... Maybe, she's not as young as he thinks she is. Maybe, it's him who feels much older than he looks.
"You know," Onyakopon smiles, looking at the flowers the nurse brought. "If you ever wish to..."
"I don't," Levi cuts him off, his tone harsh.
He knows what Onyakopon wants to say. Sees in his eyes the same way he hears it in Gabi and Falco's awkward hints.
But he doesn't want to meet someone new, doesn't want to start a new life. He wants his own life back, the one that was promised to him but denied. The one he dreamt about whenever things became too frantic.
Just get through this, he used to tell himself, get through this and this is it, you'll have your chance, you'll get a shot at having a normal, happy life.
And now he got through this. However, Hange didn't.
***
The time goes and soon, much sooner than Levi expected, the doctors tell him that he's ready to be discharged.
Levi doesn't know how to feel about this. He used to hate hospitals with passion and ached to get out as fast as possible. Hospitals meant being out of loop, meant boredom and pitying looks from everyone around him.
However now... He's not nearly as eager to leave as he was before. He already feels lost inside his small, one-bed ward. What is going to happen when he has to move forward? How is he going to find his place in a world he doesn't even know?
He's done all of it before, though, two times already. He left the Underground and discovered a world with bright sun, faraway stars and harsh storms alongside Farlan and Isabel. He found the ocean and learnt about the rest of the world with his team and his Hange.
But they're not here anymore. Farlan's soft voice and Isabel's delighted laugh don't ring in his ears. He doesn't have Erwin's calm, determined presence to show him the path forward. Hange's gentle, caloused hand doesn't hold his anymore.
It's not the first time he has to navigate through a strange, unknown world. But it's the first time he does it all by himself.
***
It's his last evening in the hospital, and the nurse is sitting beside him, the book in her hands long forgotten as she carefully studies his profile.
"So," she quietly begins, hands on her knees. "We talked about war and dreams... And what about love?"
Love is dead, Levi wants to say, but is it really?
He looks at the window behind nurse's shoulder, his eyes tracing the faint light emitting from the stars. Even here, in the city, they're bright. Just like her eyes.
And if he strains his hearing a bit, he can hear laughter ringing through the night. It reminds him of her too.
These days, almost everything reminds him of Hange.
It's natural, of course. She saved the world and, before that, she saved him. She left her traces all over, even on him. Every time he looks in the mirror or touches his face, he is reminded of that quiet night, of her gentle touch and her soothing, albeit frantic words.
Hange isn't dead, people like her don't really die, they just leave this world for a while.
And his love... it might have died, but it's not dead. It will always live inside of him, in the depth of his heart that he had devoted to her.
"Love..." he starts, still staring up at the sky. "It hurts. It breaks your heart, it leaves you hollow and empty. And yet... those small moments you share, that short-lived bliss... It's worth all the pain."
"And your love?" the nurse asks, her eyes shining. "Were they worth it?"
"She was," Levi says, but quickly corrects himself. His love might have died, but she's not dead. She just left. Levi can't leave now, he has a little tea shop he has to open and he wants to do at least something, whatever he still can, to make sure that the world she gave them won't disappoint her. But when his time will run out, he will leave too, and then they will meet again, he's sure. "She is still worth it," he murmurs and smiles for the first time since Hange left.

not too bad a dad;
Tumblr media
❥ eren babysitting ipad kids falco & gabi, i have had this thought on my mind bc i think their interactions would be so funny, so here this is. (bonus if you get the title referene)
❥ eren x reader | 2.1k words | pure fluff
Tumblr media
the first time eren had to babysit was quite questionable.
actually, quite worrying if that's a good way to describe it.
you had falco sit on the couch and watch some television to keep himself entertained for the time being, while you sat in your room leaving eren to stay in the living room as well— that is until he slowly opened the door to your shared bedroom. "yes, eren?" you mumbled turning around to see him just standing, head cracked through the door.
"baby, why isn't he doing anything?"
"eren, he's just watching t.v... what do you want him to do?"
"i don't know... he's just... sitting there. he's so quiet, and just..."
you raised an eyebrow at eren watching him finally coming over to massage your shoulders while looking at your computer screen where you were typing away. "okay... that's a good thing eren, let him sit there."
so eren left, still clearly somewhat unnerved by the little boy for whatever reason, but you shrugged it off, continuing to do your work on the device in front of you.
you weren't sure how much time had passed, but you finally removed your eyes from your screen when you heard the clatter of a large object hit the floor. your eyes darted to the clock in front of you to see that it had been maybe an hour since you last saw both eren and falco, so with a sigh you got up and left the room.
the slight shuffling of objects moving around from the kitchen had caused you to turn towards it, to see falco in the middle of the kitchen floor holding a large baking pan with half baked cinammon rolls, some seemingly flattened, oven mitts on both of his hands, and when he turned around to face you the expression on his face was immediate worry and remorse— not to mention the large flour stains on both his shirt and pants.
it was only then you noticed eren beside him on the floor picking up another flattened roll and placing it back on the pan you assumed it fell off of, flour coating him as well as what you could only assume was other miscellaneous baking products.
"i'm— i'm sorry, i was, i wasn't— he— he," falco stumbled over his words causing eren to look up at you with an innocent boyish smile.
"eren...what in the world." you ignored falco, as you figured he wasn't the root of the issue, seemingly coerced by eren into their dilemma.
"oh hey babe, falco and i were making some cinnamon rolls. i thought it'd be fun." you weren't sure if this was fun for falco, the timid boy practically shaking in his socks.
"he asked me to! i— i—"
"it's okay falco... i know. i know." you shook your head at eren and screamed a look that said ‘clean this up right now.’ eren only giving both you and falco a confused expression before you walked back to your room.
you could only pray colt would trust you enough to let falco come back a second time.
Tumblr media
there were other times where you wondered if having your own child with eren was even plausible.
you weren't sure if it was news that spread that you were a "great babysitter" or maybe it was eren who was the great sitter, but somehow you were in the brief possession of another kid, although eren almost refused to take care of her in all. of course, he was in no position to refuse, as you sat him down on the couch opposite while you did your own thing in the kitchen, preparing a meal for the three of you.
eren stared at gabi, eyes narrowed at her as if she was a threat to him, her ipad sitting on her chest as she looked up at eren time to time while she layed on the couch away from him. "what? why do you keep staring at me? weirdo..." gabi rolled her eyes swiping away at the device in front of her.
"baby, she just called me weird! did you hear that?" eren immediately complained hands flailing at his sides and you shook your head even though he couldn't see and even though you did hear. if anything, you weren’t sure if you were taking care of one or two kids.
"nope."
"seriously?" he huffed as gabi began to laugh at him causing him to grimace at her and buck at her somewhat playfully causing her to flinch.
"stop! i can beat you up you know." she gave eren a stink face, putting down her device on her stomach and crossing her arms from where she laid.
"eren, don't." you warned, knowing that despite him being a grown man, he'd bicker back and forth with anybody.
"i wasn't even gonna do anything." eren said back to you, still side eyeing gabi.
"yeah, cause you can't." she taunted as you placed the lid over the pot of rice and slinked your way over to your room to grab your phone, only being gone for maybe two minutes as you checked your notifications in your room, standing at the edge of the bed for a bit.
the minute you stepped back out gabi was on top of eren, pulling at his hair as he struggled to get her off of him, pulling at her hands as his face was scrunched up showing his efforts. he picked her up and threw her down onto the couch, and you slapped your hand to your forehead at his childish antics. "oh my gosh— eren stop acting like a child!" you came over and slapped his shoulder.
"what? we were just playing around!" you tugged eren's ear and pulled him to the couch gabi sat at previously with a stern look. gabi stuck her tongue out at eren as you scolded him from the sofa across from her.
"well you might actually hurt her—"
"he can't hurt me!" you turned around and gave gabi a fake smile.
"i don't want to get in trouble with your parents gabi." you said before looking back to eren. "watch it, eren."
Tumblr media
sometimes, eren seemed more knowledgable about kids than you.
"look, see how they got to the other side? that used to symbolize the freedom that they thought they gained, and of course their friend still thinks it represents that but he—"
"falco?" eren interrupted you coming over to sit on the other side of falco, swinging his arm over the backside of the couch, causing you to glare at him.
"eren, i'm trying to explain the show to him."
"baby, he's clearly bored," you looked down at falco and he did seem less enthusiastic than you, but when he looked up at eren, then to you he immediately shook his head.
"no—"
"he probably would rather play ball with me or something. i wanted to earlier but then you made him watch this documentary with you." eren motioned to the tv screen as if it was clearly the most boring thing on earth.
"eren, the documentary isn't boring... he hasn't complained yet." you rolled your eyes, falco's flitting between you and eren as he sat between the two of you. at least you didn’t think it was boring, you couldn’t even count how many times you had seen it. all you knew it that it intrigued you every time, and you could explain it ten times over.
"because you know he doesn't like to complain." eren wrapped his arms around falco's shoulder and pulled him closer,  a smirk on his face. "falco, would you rather watch this documentary with ______, or play baseball with me outside?"
falco seemed uncomfortable, and you took notice shoving eren's arm off of him. "eren, if you won't watch it with me then let me watch with falco."
"i've watched it with you like four times baby!"
"no you haven't..." the more you thought about it, falco was pretty quiet the whole first twenty minutes of the documentary you were showing him. as interesting as you thought it was; you weren't sure falco was enjoying it as much as you. "falco... you can go play baseball or catch or whatever with eren. i have some stuff to do anyways." you shrugged, eren pumping his fist and dragging falco to his feet, falco's eyes lighting up a little.
you couldn't help but give a small smile at his eagerness to hang out with eren. "c'mon falco, i used to play with my brother all the time, i'm gonna show you how to pitch really good."
you chuckled to yourself. maybe eren wasn't as bad as an influence as you thought.
Tumblr media
of course there were times that eren surprised you, like this one.
"gabi, c'mon let's go eat." your arms were crossed as you leaned against the doorframe watching gabi's hands fiddle with the controller while her eyes darted on the screen in front of her. both her and eren were leaned forwards as he guided her to victory, babbling some game nonsense to her.
"let her play one more round babe, she's has one point on falco." eren held a hand up without looking back at you, murmuring a couple "c'mon," to gabi as she leaned forward even more.
"she has to eat, eren, i gave you guys an extra thirty minutes already."
"please!" gabi said also without looking at you.
you sighed, raising an eyebrow at the pleas of gabi. "i didn't know you guys got along now."
"we've always gotten along." eren replied as if it was the obvious thing in the world, causing your to scoff as he pointed at the screen while gabi spoke into the mic headset on her head.
gabi’s face scrunched up as she stared at the screen more intensely, her eyes suddenly going dark, eyelids dropping. "hey... falco, when did you get that skin?" gabi murmured, bringing her hand up to bring the mic closer to her lips.
"eren bought it for me last time i came over." falco said from the other side of the mic as the sound finally translated over. eren's body went slightly rigid as he side eyed gabi as she slowly turned to him, her eye twitching.
"what?! that's not fair! eren buy me a skin too!" she exclaimed loudly, hands flailing, and you were scared eren’s controller would fly out of her hand.
eren pinched the bridge of his nose, knowing the question was going to come sooner or later. "no, i don't have any money." there they went, bickering again, only proving your earlier point.
"then how did you get falco that skin, and why did you get falco it and not me? i been wanted it before him!" you could only imagine falco rubbing his face from the other side of the screen.
"because—"
"gabi i'll buy you a skin," you said, shifting on your feet as you watched gabi's character die on screen as she argued back and forth with eren. she smiled at your comment then glared at eren as she began to turn around to face the screen fully, jaw dropping at the 'defeat' sign now on display in front of her. "now come, eat—"
"one more round!" both eren and gabi said at the same time, your eyes widening in slight shock.
"okay, okay... one more round."
Tumblr media
and lastly, there were times you were sure you wanted to have kids with eren.
"eren are y'all okay?" you spoke through the phone as you drove down the street, on your way back to the apartment you and eren shared. "i got all of us some food too, so we don't have to eat leftovers today. also, get their bags, colt is coming to pick both of them up today, he says thanks for letting him leave them with us this morning."
eren groaned from the other side as he pushed gabi off of him and you heard some yelling before he shuffled around and spoke again. "yeah, yeah, i'll see you soon, i love you." his voice sounded muffled through the phone.
eren was a bit hasty to end the call, you only able to get out an "i love," before the dial tone beeped, and you furrowed your eyebrows, placing your phone in the cupholder and continuing on the road home.
it had been maybe fifteen minutes before you arrived, unbuckling your seat belt and turning off the car. you didn't forget to grab the takeout sitting on the passengers seat as well as your bag before walking up the steps to your apartment. you unlocked the door and stepped inside, locking it back. "eren, baby, i'm home." you said loud enough for him to hear, but no response was returned as you shrugged your shoes off. "don't tell me he took them outside... i just said colt was coming soon." you mumbled to yourself as you made your way to the living room.
the sight caught you off guard, eren sprawled on the floor knocked out from what you assume was sleep, gabi laying down on the couch, falco at her legs sleeping as well, using them as a headrest. both of their bags were laid beside the couch and you let out a laugh. how quick did they fall asleep? it hadn't been long since you were on the phone with eren.
you set down the takeout bags on the kitchen and sauntered over to eren on the floor, his hair framing his face and his brows furrowed together as if he was in deep thought in his sleep. it didn't take much to wake him up, only a couple "baby," and some shakes of his shoulder before he jolted awake.
"huh?" he rubbed his eyes and sat up, head whipping back to the two kids on the couch. "shit, i'm sorry baby..." he immediately apologized, letting out another groan.
you couldn't help but smile and bring eren in for a short kiss on the lips. "you're fine baby, you got their bags and everything, you can go to the room and sleep if they tired you out."
eren pulled you in for a hug as he stood up, you standing with him, and then kissing your forehead. "alright... i love you."
"i love you too."
yeah, you might be sure kids with eren won't be too bad.

Mornings with Reiner but his cousins are there.
Inspired by this amazing post
{ Reiner x reader | tw:none | fluff, wholesome | modern }
Tumblr media
{ "Houses on the Shore'" 1933 by Matti Taskinen 1895 - 1972 }
Sometimes on the weekends, Gabi stays over with her friends and these mornings are alwaya the loudest.
Udo can't find his glasses, but he can't remember where he left them. Zofia is still asleep and will glare at you if you wake her up. Falco is trying to search for Udo's glasses but is searching in the weirdest places possible like under the sink and inside the shoe box.
Where is gabi you might ask, well Gabi is actually standing in your bedroom doorway, like kids do in horror movie. But don't worry she isn't targeting you yet, she's hyping herself up to pounce on Reiner to wake him up because she's hungry.
Reiner somehow sleeps through a toddler attempting to shake him awake. Part of you suspects he's pretending to be asleep because you're sure you just saw his lips curl up for a second.
You let them be and go check on the other kids, gently holding Udo and telling him it's okay you'll find his glasses. Moving Zofia to main bed so she can sleep peacefully next to Reiner who's still being assaulted by Gabi. Telling Falco to try and remember the last time he saw Udo's glasses, he tells you it was last night while playing video games.
You two end up finding it behind the TV.
Falco and Udo help you tidy up the living room they messed last night, surprisingly they're good at it and don't complain or make it a competition. They actually cooperate.
You see an empty can of monster hidden under other stuff at the bottom of the trash, you make a mental note to tell Reiner to check Gabi's backpack from now on.
Just as the three of you finish tidying up, Reiner comes with Gabi on his shoulder and a bite mark on his palm. Ouch.
You turn on cartoons and watch how they all gravitate towards the couch, even Reiner almost joined them there. But he snaps out of it when he sees the smile you're making.
He holds your hand, you cup his cheek, and he kisses the inside of your hand. You both ignore the "eww" sounds coming from the couch. He sets off to make breakfast, eager to show off his skills to the kids and make some dino shaped eggs with volcano shaped waffles.
You join the rest on the couch, soon enough you too are entranced with the cartoon.
When Breakfast is ready, Udo brings a grumpy Zofia to the table, hand in hand as her glare softens at the smell of fresh bread and warm cheese.
You all have breakfast while Gabi and Falco talk about their last adventures.
After that colt comes to pick up the kids, apologising for any chaos they might have caused. Reiner says they were really well behaved while rubbing the bite mark behind his back. You agree while eyeing cookie crumbs and drink stains on the couch.
They kids hug you both goodbye, before leaving. The door closes.
it's just you and Reiner. You look at each other then at the pile of dishes and crumbs everywhere. You both share a look, smile knowing what to do, head to bed. You don't speak a word as both of you go under the blankets and cuddle before it's off to dream land.

War was cruel and he tried to push you away from it.
Everything used to be so easy before. When your routine was just sending cookies and cupcakes to the Galliards, when your concern was just the blush on Porco's face when Pieck was around, when what you knew was that the Island of Paradis filled with demons.
How beautiful the world was before, for you to have such a mundane life.
You wished you could go back to that time.
"Hey, Pock."
He groaned once the nickname slipped from your lips, making you chuckle in the process with how easy it was to make him agitated. And for that, you really needed to thank Pieck later. "Pock, Pock~ Why don't you look at me~?"
"Seriously, you are such a kid." He grumbled, irritated with how you were just here only to annoy him. Your feet dangling on the tree stump where you sat on. "Why don't you go home? Just drop your cookies to my mom instead of being here doing nothing."
"Well, I am a kid!" You exclaimed. "And what's wrong with being here? I want to hang out for a while." With you, but you bite your tongue to hold that thought from reaching the surface.
The blonde just shrugged and continued his chore, chopping down some of the wood into halves. He was always groaning so loud as he did so, as if he put all of his energy into that. You knew better though, he was more than capable of cutting down a few kinds of wood with a meagre strength.
And knowing that he had changed into a colder person since Marcel embarked on the mission in Paradis, you needed to be extra careful with him.
"Hey, Porco." You called out once again, fingers fiddling with the bag of cookies in your hand.
"What?" He answered nonetheless, despite the annoyance that was dripping in his tone.
You pondered if it was the right thing to ask. But you have made up your mind, the thought had been haunting you for perhaps months now, making you restless at the point it was hard for you to sleep. So you couldn't back down, you need to know of a way.
"Who usually is needed in a war except, well, warriors?"
He stopped his axe midair as the question slipped from your lips, putting it down slowly before giving his full attention to you. You flinched, trying to act as calm as ever under his wandering gaze. His lips shaped into a thin line, eyes scrutinizing your face.
"There are medics, of course." He stated, though somehow he sounded careful as he shared the information. "Doctors, nurses, we all need any kind of help within that field. Then there was a researcher, professor, you know — geniuses."
You nodded, pondering if you could be in one of the fields. Perhaps nurses, yes, you just needed to know all the basics, working alongside doctors. But you didn't know if you could start to be a dependable nurse at the same time Porco would go on a mission.
"And chef."
Your eyes immediately lit up at his last statement. "Warriors and others need food too." Good. Cooking was something that you could do. You even knew that Porco loved some of the cuisines that you made, from how he always asked for a second when the Galliard had dinner at your house.
Deep in thought, you didn't see how his eyes filled with horror at the realisation.
"Then, what can I do to be enlisted in a war?" You looked up, now with confidence in your voice.
"Huh?"
"Tell me, Porco. You must know information like this, right?" You slightly begged, softening your eyes to push down the eagerness on your gesture. "I want to join you, to be there beside you when we win and for us to get our freedom." You rambled on, but your friend just stayed put in his place without saying anything. "Porco—"
"You think war is a game for you?" His voice was low, making your pupils dilated at the bitterness in it. "War needs someone braver, not just someone with a mindless dream like you." You didn't know what was in his head right now, but this side of him scared you.
Porco took a few steps forward, now just inches away from where you sat. His eyes glowering down at you with disgust, you couldn't help but let out a small whimper. "You think your burnt cookies and mediocre food could please the higher-ups? You think a weak kid like you could survive more than an hour on the battlefield?"
"I am not weak." You answered as stern as possible, ignoring the crack in your voice as you challenged his gaze. His eyes twitched at your reply before seething in anger at your words.
As if something snapped within him, he grabbed your wrist and raised it abruptly, so fast that you couldn't hold your grasp on the bag of cookies. You gasped as the crumbs scattered on the ground, but you couldn't move to save it as his hand tightened. "Porco, let me go—"
"See? You are weak." It felt so brutal at the reminder. "I am here gripping your wrist with a little force and you are already cowering like a kid." He smirked, but it was not the same smirk that he usually had when he teased you. "Oh, yeah, you are a kid." He wrecked you, slapping the fact on your face. "And a kid like you will die in a war."
He gritted out every word with mockery. You knew that being a part of the war meant that you had to be more assertive, braver. But wouldn't everyone work together to win the war? If one of the warriors was in need of assistance, wouldn't they help each other?
But Porco being Porco, he knew what clouded your mind. "Never think that someone would save you. Not even me. You know why?" His face grew closer at the point you could feel his hot breath on your face, making you suck your breath. "Because you are not worth saving."
You kicked him with all of your might, turning your face in another direction as you jumped down from the tree stump and ran. You didn't want him to see the tears threatening to fall, you didn't want to give him the satisfaction that his words impacted you deeply that you knew it would leave a scar on your heart.
"You go, kid! Run!" You heard him shout. "Do the only thing that a kid could do! Run!"
Yes, you were running away from him. But as you run, you balled your hand into a fist.
You promised that someday you were going to prove to him that you were not just a useless kid.
War was an endless nightmare, and how everything turned out in front of you became a reminder of what it was capable to do.
You heard the scream, a familiar scream that threatens to tear your eardrums. It was Zeke, that howl belonged to the beast titan. And just like that, you could see all the glows around you. One, two, no, you couldn't count how many of the Eldians in Paradis rapidly turned into titans. The city lit up with almost everyone becoming a monster inside their blood.
As you lay low on the tall building, you wiped your eyes from the dust and dirt, wanting to see more clearly of the condition in the battlefield below you. You gasped when you saw two familiar light blondes that belonged to the Grice brothers.
He glowed, Falco's body covered with a yellowish light. That was when you realised what was going to happen. The boy might have ingested Zeke's spinal fluid, and from the range he stood right now, the power inside him would be activated.
That little kid had so much in his future, and you wondered if he ever told Gabi about his feelings. And now, he was going to be a titan.
But your eyes watered even more when you saw as Colt stayed still, he was there hugging his little brother, not caring anymore that it would kill him in the process.
"Colt—"
You cracked your neck to the left and right, stretching your limbs as you let the tiredness start to sink in. Today, you were helping Niccolo to feed the Eldians warriors, saying that it would be a good time too to get to know some of the warriors who fought for Marley.
Ever since you received the invitation from Commander Magath, you had been working nonstop. He praised your skills in knowing nutrition and your capability of making a personal menu for each warrior, informing you that you would be a good addition to the military.
There was no time to slack off, you sharpened your mind and tried a lot of new recipes that could please the warriors while sticking to their diet.
"Hey, you can go there, you know? Some of them asked to meet the new chef behind their, let me quote, magnificent food." You snorted as Niccolo cleaned his hands with the towel. "Take off your apron and flaunt! You are only young once."
"You are young too, remember that?" You chuckled at his remark. For a pure Marleyan, you were surprised that he didn't look down at you. He respected your skills, not caring that you were an Eldian, and treated you like you were family most of the time. "But okay, I will take your advice."
Cleaning your hand and taking off your apron, you looked at the small mirror in the kitchen to make sure that you look proper. You heard a chuckle from your friend, somehow knowing that you were always a worrywart when it came to how people looked at you.
"You look fine, just go on, they are begging to meet you."
"Alright, alright you impatient old man."
You ignored the surprised gasp from him and went outside to the room where he assigned the warriors to. To say that you were nervous would be an understatement, you were afraid that you would flinch or ended up being too timid.
No, you were not a kid anymore. A few intimidating warriors wouldn't make you crumble.
You heard a loud chatter as you stood in front of the door. It was wrong to eavesdrop, but when you heard someone mention how good your cook was, your heart swelled with appreciation. Alright, that was enough, it would be better if you announced yourself.
Knock knock knock.
You heard a shout telling you to come in, and you didn't waste your time over it. The second you came in and closed the door behind you, you straightened your posture and gave them a small bow.
"See? Now you owe me another meal here."
"It's a young woman, I did not expect that."
"Wait, (Y/n)?"
In between all of the noises from the men, who apparently made a bet about how the chef would look, you heard a feminine voice coming from one of the chairs. Your eyes fleeting towards their direction, finding a woman with slightly dishevelled black hair and relaxed eyes.
"Huh?" You blinked, recognition dawned upon you. Then your eyes widened. "Pieck?"
Your hands were sweating as you tried to lock your gaze on her. She blinked as she saw the distress in your eyes, yet you kept staring at her. If she was here, then that would mean one thing.
Porco was here too.
Well, that explained the feeling of someone glaring a hole in your skull.
"Pieck, you know her?" Someone spoke up, it was the same man whose voice you recognised praising your food before. Before she could answer, he walked toward you with a giddy step, a soft smile plastered on his face as he extended your hand for you to shake. "Name's Colt, Colt Grice."
His presence brought you back to reality. You were here to impress them, a ghost from the past could be taken care of later. Shaking his hand, you gave him a polite smile as you looked at him with your warm gaze. You tried not to think too much about the blush on his face at the moment.
You still could feel someone drilling holes in your direction. The man in front of you seemed not to notice. Colt was saying a lot of things to you. He ignored some groan in the background about how he was taking all of your attention, he continued praising your food and how everyone didn't expect to see a beautiful young woman to be the one behind their marvellous food today.
"I thank Commander Magath for assigning you to the military branch."
Someone stood up abruptly from their chair, making you flinch a little before composing yourself in a second. Both you and Colt, interrupted from the light conversation from before, now focused on the commotion behind you. There you saw a man with his gaze darkened, hands gripping tight on the side of the table. His friends were worried about his drastic gesture.
"Hey, Porco, are you alright?"
But his flaming eyes never left your face.
The aftermath of the titans' transformation was hell. All of the warriors were scrambling around to save themselves, only resulting in a delayed death. Their end was impending, and yet they were all wriggling and running, fighting for their own life.
Your gaze was still fixated on the spot where the brothers stood before. It was as if there were hundreds of bombs that detonated at the same time and now your vision filled with dust and rubble, blinding you from what was happening.
You whimpered as dried tears stained your cheek. For the past few hours, you have cried so much as you saw the cruelty of war. But Colt, oh, Colt — a man who was too good for this world, someone who cared deeply for his brother, someone who always hyped you up even when your old friend seemed to try to kick you out from the military.
War was evil, that was what Porco always tried to say to you. And yet here you were, in the middle of it all, watching how your race tried to kill each other. Watching; how your comrades died one by one in the most gruesome way.
No, there was still Porco. You still had Porco, Pieck, and Reiner. You couldn't see where the jaw titan was before, unlike the others. The last time you saw him was when he worked side by side with Reiner before all the debris concealed your vision from the event under you.
But as your vision finally cleared, you felt like someone just shot you through your chest.
"No. No."
A titan tried to eat Reiner. His jaw was fixated on the Armored Titan's nape. Somehow the titan looked familiar, and your eyes widened when you connected the missing puzzle.
It was Falco, and you didn't dare to look around, feeling sure that Colt was gone for certain from how close he was with his brother when he transformed.
Searching through the battlefield, you squint your eyes, trying to understand what was happening right now. Then you saw it, the jaw titan. Porco's titan. Laying idly on the ground not too far from Reiner.
Then just like that, you were reminded of how cruel war could be.
Falco's titan retracted his jaw from Reiner's nape. His long neck whipped to the side, murderous eyes locked to a new prey that was out in the open. A human flesh, without anything concealing them.
It was him, Porco, your old friend, the one who never wanted you to be here in the first place. Half of his face was gone from the impact that he took as a titan. You couldn't hear what he said as he walked to where Falco and Reiner were.
Everything happened so fast after that, yet you could catch every detail of how it took place.
You watched as he just accepted his fate, the pace that he chose was slow, though certain as he was ready to embrace death. He didn't scream, he didn't do anything as Falco's titan ran towards him, with one goal to devour him alive.
That was what he always did, saving children and comrades.
No matter how many humans he killed, no matter how his face often turned into a scowl for certain people, he was always the same Porco Galliard who would prioritize kids and his friends. He never changed. No, that was wrong. He did change.
But even though he changed, he had become a better man for every day that went by.
You couldn't hear anything as your eyes never left the nightmare in front of you. All the bodies that scattered around the ground, your comrades, fellow Eldians from Marley, even some citizens that you met here in Paradis, and Colt. Their deaths would be imprinted forever in your head.
Porco was right after all, just like usual, maybe this was why he didn't want you to be here. There were so many times he would pull you to the side after a meeting, just to tell you about the terror that followed in war. He told you about the horror inside the dead bodies, bloodshed, and screams that flew nonstop.
He tried so hard to show you that war was something that couldn't be stopped. That one day all of your comrades would die, some couldn't be recognised anymore, and neither would you. After all the war that you had been through before, you kept looking forward and never let yourself linger for a long time.
You always shrugged it off before, knowing for certain what you were signed up to. Of course, there was no beauty in war, you even knew there was no winning side at the end of the day. Just people who died on the battlefield, and those who survived.
Every time you imagine what war looks like, you were always ready. No matter how many deaths that you have seen, your eyes kept fixated on the freedom that would follow soon.
But perhaps, it was not the war itself that he deterred you from stumbling in — it was this.
Your hand clasped your mouth as you let the dam break, new tears replacing the previous stains that were glued on your face. Falco's titan crashed to the ground as he had Porco's body in between its teeth. You wanted to scream out, but you couldn't, or else the titans surrounding you would eat you alive.
The worlds crumbled the second you knew there was no tomorrow for Porco.
He was gone, half of his body swallowed down in an instant. And you could do nothing except push down your pain and hide yourself even further inside the rumbles where you hid.
You tried to calm down as you processed what happened. There he goes, he leaves and wouldn't come back. Your heart was racing and not from a reason that you wanted to remember. You felt like you couldn't breathe as you realised — that was the last time for you to take a look at your dearest friend.
And you would never have a chance to tell him.
Neither of how right he was about war.
Nor how beautiful he was in your eyes.

Chad x Ryan Headcanon
So, I rewatched the High School Musical movies, and my brain won't shut up about Ryan and all the possibilities. I mean, the movies don't really show a lot of the characters outside of Troy and maybe Gabriella, but I have a lot of ideas.  Since I can't be bothered writing a fanfiction right now, these little plot points should do it. (There's a little Chad/Ryan in there and a lot of me ignoring canon)
Sharpay and Ryan are really close, even though she keeps using him, and he knows it, but he hasn't had friends outside of his sister for a long time, and he kind of profits from her reign of terror, so he lets her do it.
When she ditches him in the summer, Ryan starts realizing how lonely he really is. He loves his school, and his classmates are fine, but thanks to Sharpay's attitude and him tagging along, all he gets from them is a sneer and people calling him Sharpay's lapdog (which is really not fair, she has Boi)
He spends a lot of the time he now has alone, walking around the Lava Springs grounds, maybe booking one of the rooms for a small dance rehearsal.
Then Gabriella invites her along to the game, and Ryan is suspicious, but he also doesn't have anything better to do, so he tags along and lets Taylor and Gabriella tell him all about the game. It's the first one this summer, but there's another one planned, and they are hoping Troy might make it to that one, even though Chad is their best player.
He loves playing Baseball. He forgot how fun it was, ho he used to get so excited for practice, and his games before he decided that Theater would be a more realistic career choice for someone like him and dropped out of the team. Sharpay dragging him along and commanding all his time might have weighted into that decision, too. He tries hard not to think about him leaving Baseball behind, which also meant him leaving his friends behind (but he can't help some memories playing in his head as he watches the boys warming up on the pitch)
Gabriella offering him up as a choreographer, shouldn't feel this good, but he's always loved dancing and coming up with choreographies for his favorite musical numbers. There could be worse things than training the Wildcats for the Star Dazzle Award.
He hadn't been planning on playing, not really, but he does, and the game is the most fun he had in weeks. His muscles apparently remember his Baseball games just fine, and he feels a little bit of hope growing inside of him. Maybe he won't have to be alone all summer long.
When his team loses the game, all that hope is gone. The past hours will probably be the only fun ones he'll have this summer. He won't be training the Wildcats, and he definitely won't make some friends now. But then Chad tells him he will at least try to dance, and everyone gets really excited about the prospect of taking part in the talent show, so Ryan allows the hope back in.
They invite him for post-game fries, and hanging out with all of them makes him realize how starved he really is for social interactions after years of just Sharpay. Gabriella drags him along to her house, where they all watch a movie, but it all feels so unreal that Ryan is sure he'll wake up all alone tomorrow.
Even when Chad and Gabriella and some of the others program their numbers into his phone, that feeling won't leave him.
He does not wake up without friends, though
There are a couple of texts from Gabriella, and a picture of an article about Ryan and his Little League Team Chad dug up on the internet and might be freaking out about (Ryan did remember that article. It had praised him as a rising talent of the Baseball league. His mom still has it framed in her office).
Ryan skips breakfast and instead goes and books his favorite rehearsal room after he steals/consults his new possible friend's working hours to find a convenient time for rehearsal.
He tries out a couple of ideas by himself and then finds Kelsi to ask about the Song she wrote. They make a surprisingly good team once she stops being afraid of him.
Gabriella finds him on her lunch break, and the two of them talk over Sandwiches. Taylor eventually joins them. They find out all of them have the same favorite TV Show and make plans for a joined binging of season one at Gabriella's place since she owns the box set.
Talking with them is so easy, some of the anxiety in Ryan calms down. He even waves at Chad and Zeke when they come in for their afternoon shift, and they smile and wave back.
The anxiety gets even better when all of the Wildcats turn up for their first rehearsal, eager to learn the dance moves Ryan came up with
There's a lot of laughter, something that rarely happened once Sharpay and him started rehearsing for school plays. Ryan loves it.
Chad is a surprisingly good dancer when he puts his mind into it. Jason is a hopeless case, but he's weirdly enthusiastic, and Ryan offers him extra training after work.
He gets a text from Zeke the next morning, inviting him for breakfast in the kitchen. He gets cookies, and Martha shows him that she already memorized most of the chores, which is truly amazing. He relaxes enough around them to make sarcastic comments and tease Chad.
Rehearsing is a lot of fun with them. It's also chaotic and loud, but Ryan really doesn't mind. Even Jason gets into it after a while.
They keep inviting Ryan to hang out with them after work or when they are on break. Eventually, it becomes a common occurrence for him to come walk into the kitchen. Common enough that Mr. Fulton doesn't blink anymore whenever he tries to be awful to them but can't because Ryan will quietly glare at him (He wouldn't need too. Mr. Fulton likes him, but he's slightly scared of Sharpay and follows her every word)
Taylor and Martha join him for his yoga classes.
Gabriella, Taylor, and he have that binging night. The next day, Taylor needs a triple shot espresso to function, and Gabriella nearly falls asleep on the job. Ryan walks into a wall; he's so tired, but it was definitely worth it.
His mom notices the difference in him. Sharpay doesn't. It stings.
Chad asks him once why he doesn't play Baseball at school. "We could use someone like you on the team," Ryan tells him that he wants to concentrate on acting and dancing as much as possible. He doesn't tell him that he never really noticed how much he missed the sport.
Chad nudges him and laughs. They keep throwing a Baseball back and forth.
Ryan does get dragged into the second employee Baseball game as well as a couple of smaller ones. He's always playing against Chad because both are super competitive, and it makes for a good match.
Chad and Zeke try t teach him Basketball, but he doesn't really get it. Jason offers him one on one lessons for his extra dance training.
It takes a while for Ryan to notice how happy he is now that he has so many people to talk too.
He also noticed how hurt everyone is because of Troy's behavior, Chad and Gabi most of all. He tries to apologize to them for his sister, but they wave him off. "You are not your sister, Ryan. You shouldn't be taking the blame on you." (He nearly tears up)
Then, Sharpay manages to exclude them from the talent show, and Ryan feels like his world is crumbling around him. Gabi texts him that she broke up with Troy. Chad calls him later that night, and they talk about how weird this summer is. "But honestly, I am glad we are friends now, Ry. You are kind of awesome."
Hatching a plan to get back at Sharpay is easy once Kelsi comes rushing into the kitchen, telling them how Troy turned Sharpay down. Taylor immediately calls Gabriella, and the four of them come up with a plan. Ryan is an expert on everything Lava Springs and Sharpay, Chad and Gabriella know Troy better than anyone else, and Taylor is a fucking genius. The others love the plan.
He finds himself driving Kelsi over to Gabriella's house for a song rehearsal, and he stays to watch her sing, She looks less perky than usual, more exhausted. But she still has that spirit that keeps pulling everyone in, and when she smiles at him, he knows she'll be okay again. He is happy about that.
Ryan feels guilty about playing Sharpay like this, but he still has her voice in his head, degrading him in every way possible without telling him he sucks. Kelsi tells him it's gonna be okay.
When the big evening ends with Troy and Gabi back together, and the award in Ryan's hand like the exaggerated apology it is, Ryan thinks he's dreaming.
For a short moment, Ryan thinks the team will ditch him now that they got Troy back, but they don't. They introduce him to Troy like he's the second-best thing that ever happened to them, and Troy makes an effort to get to know him. There are no rehearsals anymore, but basketball games, lazy baseball practice, impromptu dance battles with Martha, and more text conversations than Ryan's phone has ever handled.
Sharpay starts making amends, She comes knocking on his door, and they talk. She writes apologies to Troy and Gabriella and Kelsi and delivers them personally. She grumbles all the way through writing them, but she smiles when they accept.
They invite her to hang out with them, too, and she fits the group well. There's a blush on her face when Zeke presents her with cinnamon buns, and she starts holding his hand. Ryan just smiles, glad his sister might admit her crush on the boy now.
Work at Lava Springs becomes more relaxed for the Wildcats after Fulton calms down. They get treated like everyone else, and while he's still strict on their break times, he lets them have more fun now.
The end-of-summer-party Sharpay organizes is a hit. She plans to make it a standing event for employees from now on, no matter who they are.
Then their Senior Year starts. Everything is the same, but also kind of different. Ryan grew a lot over the summer, and his friends helped him be more self-confident in a less arrogant way.
Sharpay mellowed out a bit, too. It's partly because of the Wildcats accepting her into their group, partly due to her affection for Ryan and also because of Zeke spending a lot of time with her. Ryan might have caught them in the Evan's private kitchen once, both of them giggling as Zeke showed her how to make the cookies she loved so much. He didn't tell anyone.
But then, Sharpay starts to fall back into her old ways some weeks into the school year. She snaps at Ryan, ignores Zeke, flirts with Troy, and tries to make Theater all about her again.
Ryan doesn't know what's happening, and neither does anyone else. Zeke is a sad puppy all the time, and Jason spends a lot of time trying to cheer him up.
However, Ryan is still quite settled. He visits all of Chad's games, Basketball and Baseball, and cheers his friends on. He tells Martha to audition for the cheerleaders and is her biggest fan once she gets in. Martha, Taylor, and he still do Yoga together twice a week with an instructor Ryan pays. When his dance class takes part in a competition, he gets cheered on by his friends. He and Gabriella have a standing movie night once a month, with brownies and whatever TV Shows they love. He and Kelsi still work great together, writing and choreographing the graduation musical, and they love to hang out outside of the show, too. There's not one day he doesn't get hundreds of text messages.
His favorite text convos are the late-night ones with Chad and Gabi. They eventually morph into late-night-dinner-visits. Sometimes, Troy or someone else will join them. The Diner staff has a booth for them, and they have usual orders.
Sharpay gets a PA. Ryan doesn't like Tiara. She makes him feel like he's worthless all over again, and there's a cold aura around her despite her playing nice. Gabriella tells him to keep an eye on her if she keeps making him feel that way. Taylor says he's far from worthless.
Chad tells him  about how scared he is once it becomes clear that Troy might not be as set on the U of A as everyone thought. They met when they were five, and they did everything together since. The only difference would be Baseball and Golf, and that's why the summer was so hard for Chad. He can't imagine himself without Troy by his side. He doesn't know who he is when he's not Troy Bolton's best friend. Ryan isn't sure what to say, but he holds Chad when he starts to cry, and he promises him to help him figure out who he is.
Ryan is the third person Gabriella tells about the program at Stanford. Her mom and Taylor both think she's acting childish, and she needs someone else to help her make a decision. Ryan holds her hand and carefully tells her that h thinks she needs to talk to Troy. He also tells her not to worry about the show, because that's not a problem she should concern herself with right now. Her future is calling, with an incredible opportunity, and he doesn't want her to regret missing out on it.
Sharpay finds out about the program and tells Troy about it before Gabriella can. Ryan gets so angry, he yells at her. He doesn't understand why she's trying to ruin everyone's Senior Year. She hisses at him to grow up and leaves the house.
Gabriella invites all of her friends to her house and tells them she'll graduate early and leave. She clutches Troy's hand so tightly her knuckles turn white, but he lets her. And then she's the center of a huge group hug. Jason grabs Chad, and they drive off to get them drinks and snacks, turning the whole meeting into a little goodbye party.
At one point, Ryan finds himself standing next to Zeke on the balcony. Zeke confesses that he had been planning on asking Sharpay to be his prom date, but she broke up with him before the first posters popped up. Ryan has seen a lot of heartbreak lately, and Zeke might just be the worst. He can't do anything but listen, though, and Zeke gives him a sad little smile when Ryan drops him off at his house.
Sharpay tries to win him for whatever plan she has, but he refuses. He's busy with school and the show and sad about Gabriella leaving, and he won't betray his friends.
Kelsi tells him she's gay one morning when they sit at the piano in one of the music rooms and figure out the words for a song. She only told her parents and Jason so far. Ryan offers to take her to prom as friends because he hadn't planned on going with a romantic date anyway.
He wonders when he became the person people trusted in, but it feels good to have them trust him, and he knows he can tell them everything, too.
Rehearsals are less fun now. They still want to do the show, and they work their asses off, but Gabriella was more critical for the group dynamic than anyone had realized. They miss her like crazy, and seeing Troy act like a heartbroken puppy gets frustrating. They also have to deal with a sad Zeke, who has to watch Sharpay throw herself at Troy at any possible time. It's not easy.
Late-night-diner-visits are just Ryan and Chad now. They are both comfortable in the presence of each other, but Gabriella is missing even here. When she tells them she won't be coming for prom and the show, they all get even more depressed, even when Gabi says she will be back for the graduation celebration.
Troy leaves to get Gabriella back. He doesn't tell anyone until he's left the state, only sending a group message when there's no way of getting him back. His dad calls Chad and then Troy, ranting about how he should have said something so he could've gotten his parent's car, which would've been much safer for a trip like that. Nobody is surprised at Troy's actions, though.
Prom without Troy and Gabriella is a little weird, but still lots of fun. Ryan dances with Kelsi and Martha and Taylor, and even Chad. Sharpay doesn't show, which makes Ryan worry. When he comes home late at night, he finds her curled up in his bed, fast asleep. He slips under the blanket and pulls her close, falling asleep with his sister in his arms.
Sharpay is already awake when he opens his eyes the next morning, sitting on the bed in an old pair of pink sweatpants and one of Zeke's shirts. She's always well dressed, and the fact that she isn't right now tells Ryan that this is serious. He waits for her to speak first.
She tells him about the Julliard chatroom she's been frequenting nearly every day since the summer. How she chatted with lots of people on there, all of them having the same dream. How she started to panic once she read some of their resumes and realized that her own resume had a lot of leading roles but also that understudy part of the spring musical from a year ago. She doesn't have a plan B, Julliard was always her first choice, and she can't let that go. So she started to push them all away and focused on getting herself a more significant role in the show. Flirting with Troy had already been a habit, Zeke would have held her back. Ryan is her twin, but it's only one scholarship, and while neither of them needs it, this scholarship is tied to the last free spot at Julliard. She tells him how she had never felt so alone, and that she's missing hanging out with them. She even misses Gabriella, and she doesn't like Tiara. "Nobody is that nice all the time, Ryan! Even Gabriella had her bad moments when she was around me."
Ryan hugs her tight and makes her Pancakes and smoothies. Then he texts Zeke.
Zeke turns up on their doorstep twenty minutes later, still in his PJs. Sharpay all but jumps into his arms, crying into his shoulder as he holds her. Ryan leaves them be and retires to his room to text Chad and Gabriella, only coming out when it becomes clear that they have to leave for the show.
He gets to drive Sharpay's car for the first time ever because his sister refuses to let Zeke's hand go. He accepted her apology, and while he told her he would need some time to fully forgive her, he did kiss her softly. The two of them look a bit ridiculous with Zeke in his PJs and Sharpay having changed into a hot pink tracksuit, but Ryan's happy for them.
Gabriella texts him that her mom is driving her and Troy back to East High, and to please get her a ticket. He promises her he'll put her mom on the guestlist.
East High is pretty empty. It's a Saturday, and the show won't be starting until much later. The time before is for making sure everything is okay, going through the whole thing once, warming up their voices and muscles, and trying to get rid of any complications they might get. Sharpay apologizes to all of them and explains her behavior, which leads to Ms. Darbus telling her how she should have just said something, and Kelsi would have written her a different storyline, something more substantial. Chad tells her he'll make her life a living hell if she treats Ryan like that ever again, but then he hugs Sharpay, and she smiles and lets him.
Ryan quietly admits that he send applications for Sharpay to some other schools where she can study acting. Sharpay kisses him on the cheek and says he should've told her.
Troy texts Chad that he isn't sure if he'll make it in time, so Kelsi pulls Rocket aside to help him go over the Song again.
Sharpay finds Tiara in her wardrobe, showing her real face. The conversation unsettles her much after the whole emotional morning, and it takes Ryan a little while to calm her down again.
The show is chaotic but good. Ryan enjoys every single minute of it. To everyone's relief, Troy and Gabriella make it in time for their first Song, which allows Sharpay to kick Tiara of the show, and the rest of them to breathe easy.
He never doubted Kelsi would receive the scholarship, but hearing that they decided to take him on, too, is surreal and incredible, and he doesn't think Sharpay hugged him so hard in years.
They throw an After Party right there in the Auditorium. There are music and drinks, and their parents stay to mingle. His mom tells Ryan that she already got a two-room-flat in New York, and he asks Kelsi to be his roommate so she won't have to worry about housing.
Chad is still a bit upset about Troy's choice, but he tells him he'll be okay as long as Troy keeps in contact with him, and Troy swears Chad'll be annoyed with him by the end of the first term.
Gabriella has to go back to Standford the next day, but this time around, it's okay. Troy still mops about, but now that he choose a University that won't be all that far away from her he's better.
The rest of the school year goes by in a rush of exams and presentations. Ryan spends a lot of time on the living room floor, surrounded by notes and Sharpay, maybe even Zeke.
Graduation day is fantastic and awful at once. Ryan cries. Everyone cries. They take more pictures together than is probably healthy, and Ryan is already picking out frames for his favorite ones mentally.
Most of them still have a few weeks before they'll have to leave, but Taylor has to leave early, and so do Ryan and Kelsi. Gabriella will be staying a bit longer since her Semester won't be starting until Troy's does.
Ryan's last night is spent at the diner with Chad, Gabi, and Sharpay. Sharpay offers Chad to room with her since her parents had gotten her a flat near Campus, and she knows that Chad would just have stayed at the dorms for the first year. It's a surprise, but Chad accepts happily, and Ryan feels they will work well.
All of their friends gather to see Kelsi and Ryan off. Ryan gets hugged so much he starts to believe he won't be able to stand up without a pair of arms around his body. Gabriella makes him promise to text her as often as possible, Sharpay cries and says she'll be visiting him a lot, and Chad hugs him tightly enough to bruise a rip.
Ryan loves Julliard. It's competitive and loud, but it's also passionated and flashy. He's surrounded by people who are just as taken with the showbusiness as he is, and while it's a bit hard to make genuine friends, he manages.
Kelsi gets a girlfriend, and the three of them have movie nights at their apartment.
Sharpay does visit them quite a lot. She brings Chad with her once, and Ryan spends the whole weekend showing his friend the city. Chad absolutely loves New York, and Ryan invites him for an extended stay during their next break.
It's in his second year at Julliard that Ryan finally accepts the fact that he is gay. He thought he might be bisexual, but after a couple of make-out sessions with cute guys and no attraction whatsoever for any girl in his classes, he nods and sighs. There are no tears or break-downs. Instead, Kelsi gets him his favorite Milkshake, and they celebrate.
Telling his family is easy. His parents have never been judgemental about sexuality, and Sharpay just shrugs and tells him not to steal her boyfriend. Ryan laughs and tells her Zeke would never leave her on his own free will. When he calls Gabriella, she says she'll love him anyway, and Troy teases him about crushing on cute actors. (Turns out Troy himself has a crush on Jensen Ackles, which they bond over).
He tells Chad in person when he visits him at Chad's Uni. Chad is silent for a while, and then he nods and admits that he thinks he is bisexual himself. They get drunk and have a long discussion about sexuality.
Ryan visits all the games of Troy and Chad in New York. They always get him tickets, and he will cheer them on loudly.
His third year is so stressful, he nearly misses one of Chad's games. He's landed a leading role in a Julliard production while choreographing a smaller show on the side and is swapped with course work. He barely has time to sleep and eat. Kelsi's the same, their apartment filling with dirty dishes and clothes. But he finds Taylor standing at their door an hour before the game starts, and she presents both of them with tickets.
Despite constantly texting, they have a lot to talk about. Taylor and Chad broke up shortly into their first year of University, but they are still close to each other, and Ryan kind of admires them for it. She tells him all about her new boyfriend and gushes with Kelsi about a movie they had watched recently.
The four decide to go out for Pizza after Chad finds them, freshly showered and grinning brightly from winning the game. He looks incredibly handsome and relaxed, and Ryan finds himself staring at him more than once.
It takes one more visit for Chad and Ryan to finally kiss. It's January, and they are sitting on the roof of Ryan's apartment building. Wrapped in blankets, and with warm cocoa, watching the sky. Later, neither can tell if one of them started it or both leaned in at the same time, but it doesn't really matter. All that matters are their lips meeting softly, Ryan's hands in Chad's hair, and Chad's fingers searching for warm skin. It's slow and sweet, and it goes on forever.
Long-distance is easier for them than they expected. They've been friends for nearly five years at this point, and they spent three of those apart. Now, they call and text more, and visits get a bit more frequent, but both are willing to work hard. Kelsi says it shows.
Telling their friends and families isn't a big deal. Gabriella squeals so loudly, Ryan is sure he'll get tinnitus. Troy calls him to say he'll hurt him if he hurts Chad, but also to call him if Chad's an asshole. Sharpay hugs them both, and threatens Chad with detailed revenge plans should he hurt her brother. Their parents invite the pair for dinner.
Graduating from Julliard feels as unreal as leaving High School, but Ryan has already secured his first job as a choreographer for a dance show, and he's happy.
Sharpay moves to New York and brings Zeke with her, who landed a fancy bakery job and still dreams about opening his own one in the future. He starts a YouTube channel, and Sharpay gets cast for a Broadway production.
The invitations for Troy's and Gabriella's wedding don't surprise anyone. Chad is Troy's best man, and Gabi asks Ryan to be the ring bearer. It's a beautiful wedding. Ryan cries.
Chad moves to New York two years after graduating college, signing with the Knicks and asking Ryan to move in with him. They made it work so far, and while both their schedules are packed, they also make it work when living together.
The ten-years-reunion of their class takes place in Lava Springs. They kept in contact with most of their friends from High School, so nothing is really a surprise. Some of the other people are surprised at seeing Chad and Ryan kiss, but Nobody says anything.
Bonus:
Kelsi wins a Tony for her very first musical. She works with Ryan on another stage production, and both of them get an award.
Chad stays with the knicks, and Ryan keeps cheering him one while wearing his High School Trikot. Tumblr loves them, and they get listed as one of the Top 15 Power-Couples, even though none of them are sure why.
Zeke and Sharpay break up two more times before she proposes to him. He never opens a bakery, because his YouTube channel picks up so much he doesn't need too. They move into a place with a bigger kitchen.
I have no idea what Troy does, but whatever it is, he's happy.
Lava Springs somehow gets to be where their whole group meets up once a year for a weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Evans are glad to welcome them, and Mr. Fulton likes to tease them about the Star Dazzle Award.
Chad proposes to Ryan a year after gay marriage becomes legal in all fifty states.
Ryan loves it when Chad kisses his temple, while Chad practically melts whenever Ryan plays with his hair
