- Pact mark is right on top of your stomach (above the bellybutton) and it looks like two triskelions (three wheeled spiral) stacked over each other to create six wheels as a reference to his prior angelhood but as well as a nod to his transformation

- Activation costs you a lot of energy and it feels like you’re starving like you haven’t eaten all day even if you just ate a hearty meal (you go back to normal a bit after activation but its a little maddening while its taking place)

- He can possess your body for a limited amount of time (typically only accidentally triggers this power) during this time any damage that his body takes transfers to you and vice versa (tbh this is much more risky for him than you bc his body is extremely strong so he’ll only take minimal damage but it’s a gamble with you)

- He can also steal some of the nutrients from your body so um. I’d be careful of that (he won’t ever actually do it but now that your bodies are connected he can)

Belphegor: The Cattle

- STOP SHOWING HIS FUXKINH EYE BEHIND HIS EMO HAIR/ sorry had to get that off my chest. It coulddd be something that could make him more eerie and off putting like a demon but his whole thing is that he looks cute and sweet but is actually intelligent and dangerous so maybe just. It shows in his demon form only if anything

- He should have a bell on his tail. It would be kewt. Not something he inherently has but he wags his tail in his sleep often so the brothers put it on him so they don’t trip over him (he hates it but he’s too tired to gaf)

- He should be more fuzzy too like having his right arm have an arm warmer rather than that sleeve that doesn’t even look connected like. Also theres a mix of fuzz and thorns on his person. It’s a gamble. Proceed with caution.

- His boots should be more like hooves kinda like what I said for satan but boots and more comfy looking

- They were way too shy with his cow spots imo. I think it should almost look like he has vitiligo (but with more melanin rather than less yk)

- HE SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE EARRING THAT LOOKS LIKE THE CATTLE TAG

- Got a nose piercing (septum I think?) after learning about piercings in the human world but doesn’t use it much anymore

Jarty - This happens first. James and Barty were childhood friends alongside Marlene, and let’s just say Barty and James had a little situationship going on. It was mostly like a friends-with-benefits thing because they were both in a bit of shock when discovering these feelings. (Marlene was repeatedly disgusted of them in the best way possible).

Bartylus - Barty meets Regulus (and all his future friends), and seems to fall in love with him. Unfortunately, James is falling in love with Regulus too. Because Reg is Sirius’ brother, James couldn’t do anything about it, so he let it be. Barty was in love with Reg (this was before he transitioned), and sadly the little black was NOT in love with him, this was just a friends-with-benefits thing in his POV.

Prongsfoot - James is still in love with Regulus, but he was fake dating Sirius to get over him and also Lily, and he started gaining feelings for Sirius and he didn’t know if it was because he looked like Regulus or because he just liked him. They began to seriously date, and Remus + Regulus began to get a bit jealous.

Regmus - Regulus and Remus fake date to also get revenge on James and Sirius (they didn’t know they used to fake date) and they don’t get feelings for each other but they were NOT afraid to make out in front of everyone. (Regulus has already transitioned here)

Wolfstar - James and Sirius break it up because it felt very uncomfortable for them, and they like other people. Sirius approaches Remus when he’s literally sitting with his brother and he confesses his feelings, and Remus immediately confesses too and Regulus is just like: yay? 😀

Jegulus - James and Regulus were pretty slow burn because Regulus was holding himself back and basically forcing James to fight hard and break his fucking BACK if he really wants Reg, and he goes to the moon and back for him, so they start dating happily. 😊

Rosekiller - Because Barty had been trying to lose his feelings for Reg, he had begun to hang out with his other friends more, especially Evan. He caught himself liking Ev, but he was kind of scared that the same thing would happen like with Regulus/James so he didn’t say anything. Evan eventually got pushed by Pandora to just say it! And he did. Barty was a bit shocked and took a moment to absorb what he just heard, and they started to take it slow (no they didn’t they immediately got rowdy in the bedsheets).

Remus x Barty x Evan (idk the ship name) - Sirius gets veritiserum chocolate from Snape and is forced to tell him what happens to Remus every full moon and where he goes. Blah blah blah, Remus finds out about what he did, and he of course breaks up with Sirius. He starts hanging out with The Slytherin Skittles more and because of this, he starts getting closer with Evan and Barty. Because he’s the Casanova of Gryffindor, Evan and Barty genuinely have crushes on him and they basically get together bc why tf not? They like each other.

They break up when Sirius keeps saying sorry and apologizing, and Barty + Evan realize that Remus still likes Sirius, so they tell him to go for it. Wolfstar ends up together, Jegulus ends up together, Rosekiller ends up together, etc.

The thing is, Regulus finds out that James and Barty used to date, and he gets this freaky asf idea for them to literally have a threesome or for Jarty to fuck and for him to just..watch. And that’s what happens. Barty is a little hesitant but Evan allows it (Regulus told Evan to come watch with him), and they just watch their boyfriends have sex and Barty plus James are just blushing and stuttering messes bc they literally used to like each other and Barty + James remember exactly how to make the other feel good and it’s so fucking adorable to watch.

There are times where Evan, James, Barty, and Regulus go at it all together too, and it’s funny because they don’t even like each other, other than Jegulus and Rosekiller yk? And sometimes whenever Regulus and/or Barty isn’t available, Evan will literally approach James and just tell him how desperate he is right in his ear and James would literally get so fucking hard and they’d just go at it.

Onlookers are fucking confused and they think it’s a foursome but it’s literally not it’s just an open relationship between four people who have a lot of trust in each other. Barty trusts James and Regulus because they used to date and were best friends, and he trusts Evan because they’re dating. Evan trusts James because Barty used to date him and he’s dating Regulus who’s his best friend, James trusts Barty because it’s Barty and he trusts Evan because he’s Barty’s Evan…it’s obvious why regulus trusts all of them.

Haiii ∪･ω･∪ I picked Cavernous Wailing for this one. Definitely freakier ones exist, but this one has potential. Well, he’s less so freaky and more so just,,, messed up. I’m assuming it’s based on the story where a disobedient frog-son (or was it a toad?) finally tries to follow his mothers word after she dies, but fails still? I mean, yk, she tells him to burry her by the river bc she assumes he won’t do that, since he’s a bad son, but he does. I vaguely remember a version where the water would either dig her up or like it washed the grave away, but I think the most popular (and original) one was that the reason for his crying was that he was worried that her resting place would get disturbed. Anyhow, I will go with this as like, the vibe of the character because oh my, that certainly gives me stuff to work with^^

But even if you choose to stay, you’re the last beacon of light in his gloomy life. So he sticks to you, waits like a dog for you to give him your attention. Like a pet laying by the door, awaiting his owner to come back. He’s all yours. And all he can do is try to compensate for his entire vile being, hoping you stay. It feels selfish, letting you stay. But he can’t stop himself. Not when you’re so sweet to him, so lovely. Life’s been lonely. So he clings onto you, begging in his soul for you to please stay. You make him feel taken care of. Wanted. Needed. And the little gestures you do, your words, actions and little touches. It reminds him of home. He misses his family. Dearly misses his mum. Although he would never admit it to himself, much less to you, there is a maternal role he is subconsciously pushing onto you. Doesn’t matter your gender. Sometimes it’s draining. Taking care of him, providing endless reassurance for someone whose very presence feels heavy with death. He’s not getting better. Feeding him (that’s a whole different conversation, but sweets and snacks carry a significance to him in the book and the game seems to have carried that over to the limbus version of him). That need for maternal care carries over to his sexual desires. He won’t tell you, but it’s not like he can hide it well. The hunger in his eyes when he surrenders his whole self to you is evident. There’s a certain fire hungrily enveloping his whole self with each favour you perform. He wants you to hurt him and heal him, bring him to the verge of life and nurse him back to health. Beware a huge freaking wall of text… but id appreciate it so much if anyone reads and responds to my headcanons and adds on 😄

1) TW: ASSAULT. i was debating this, and i think yes but its much smaller than the one he has in canon. He gets it in roughly the same way, an altercation with kuron (evil shiro, except kuron is just a major asshole who isn’t related to shiro but tries to take his place through manipulation. Keith (and everyone except james actually) fell for it). Keith eventually confronted kuron outside a bar after repeated attempts to get closer with keith during their night out and kuron got pissed and pulled a knife. Fortunately keith is also an mma legend and wiped kurons ass but he got a pretty bad cut on his cheek. James made sure everyone knew about what kuron did (james is hella connected because of his parents wealth and also bcs he was trained for a while to inherit his parents company. Also, James is an incredibly smooth talker and can convince anyone of anything. So kuron pretty much has zero chance at a job in the future cause he got blacklisted from everywhere lol). This is me painting sheith as the weird freaky violently uncomfortable shit it actually is lol 😄

2) canon compliant: literally anything that isn’t high risk and stressful. Cooking, reading, sitting on the couch watching bad horror movies and shouting out plot predictions and then laughing when they’re right. Because theyve had too much drama in their life. They really appreciate the times when they can wind down. Playing fetch with kosmo is also fun, because yk teleporting wolf, so they need to get creative to get kosmo to exercise.

College AU: similar, chill things. But because of james’ absolutely insane schedule and keith’s investigative work about his father’s unusual death, they don’t really get much time together outside of studying together, lunch dates (james always makes time for lunch. Well he tries, but he has notoriously bad scheduling luck so he’ll end up with back to back classes from 8 am to 9 pm, no lunch break, or random 2 hour gaps where he needs to go off campus to a diff location for his next class so he cant acc spend those 2 hours relaxing its just him fighting downtown phoenix traffic), etc. but they’re both pretty outdoorsy, so both him and keith like going camping when they can. Its a nice break for the both of them. Also james made keith run a marathon with him once. Keith barely survived, snd slept for 18 hours after, but it was fun! In return keith dragged james to his mma gym and tried to get him to do a kick (because james is one hell of a sprinter. He has sprinter legs. That should theoretically translate super well into an insanely strong kick) but james was too nervous. every time he stepped in the ring he’d just stand there awkwardly and not move. He did send one of those punching bags flying with a kick though after he worked up the confidence (keith was right!)

Android au: uhhh kind of not applicable i fear. I cannot say why. But sometimes james lets keith clean his gun. When things get rough, he’ll let keith fix him up if there’s anything broken.

3) lowkey the sinister third option. Maybe they have some special super tightly knit fabric that’s impossible to catch on things. But also, the androids are designed pretty well, and are surprisingly devoid of super snaggy edges

4) violet. In human au, black, but im a firm believer of him having dark eyes that shine a dusty violet when the light hits them just right

5) canon compliant: TRUMPET AHHAH HES A TRUMPET PRODIGY no actually it makes me a little mad just how good he probably is at trumpet. Like gorgeous, bright tone. Huge dynamic range and lung capacity. Im so mad. Probably also piano. And fencing. He is also extremely good at sabre fencing. And i was saving this hc for later but wtv ill just repeat it: james was the one who taught keith how to wield a sword because i refuse to believe keith picked up his bayard and it formed into a sword just because. No man, its because james would beg keith to practice fencing with him and keith would finally relent and james would teach him pretty much all he knows. And keith remembered those lessons.

College au: track and field. Specifically, sprinting. James is acc so good at sprinting that he went to the olympics twice and won silver in the 200m the first time, and gold in the 100m the second time (lets pretend youssef flash (usain bolt counterpart) stayed home that year for whatever reason). And also ballroom dancing! Like waltzes and shit. Hes such a loser. And probably piano and trumpet too but they’re not so important lore wise.

6) YEEESSSS i also believe in james being neurodivergent in some way. No neurotypical man likes finance that much (my personal headcanon. Also in college au he does high level 1000 page math workbooks for fun.)

7) canon compliant: i havent thought that much abt james’ family in the canon universe. Tbh theyre probably all dead (hence why he reacted so harshly to hunk in that one scene) by the time he and keith get together officially so there’s not much he can do. He’d take keith to his sisters grave just to tell her the news (his older sister was the only person in his family of like 7 that gave a fuck abt him). During their garrison days, he probably never mentioned keith as a way of protecting him from his family.

College au: yes! He tried! Unfortunately his homophobic republican christian parents did not appreciate it. James really introduced keith as a last olive branch because he was alr so close to cutting them off, but their reactions were so bad he lost his temper in public (never before seen) and stormed out halfway through their planned lunch dragging keith by the wrist. And then he cut them off.

8) me personally no. If im being so fr every time i see galra feature Keith it always comes across as infantilizing in some way? 😭 like “ooo kitty ear keith!” somehow you are infantilizing both asians AND a completely made up race guys. The only real feature is maybe his funny coloured eyes? But galra eyes are yellow so uhhh… but i think internally there’s a lot more galra presentation. Like his heat/sickness tolerance, sleep cycle, endurance, etc.

9) i havent really thought of this, i have colours I personally associate with them but hmmm. (Canon compliant, but probably applies to all of my aus) Keith’s favourite colour? I dont think he would really have one specific one but he might list off some colour combos he thinks looks nice. Like red and black. Hes also not super picky, but he really misses his dad’s halo halo. James is too depressed to have a favourite colour. And he likes anything that is a painful experience while consuming. Like very strong and bitter black coffee, straight everclear, your most acrid cigarettes. Because he hates himself.

10) in my college au he has a snake bite! Only one though, on his right (our left) side. Also he has his lobes pierced. I dont think he’d have anything in canon compliant, just bcs his hair is already pushing the garrison guidelines and i dont think they’d let him pierce anything. Maybe earlobes, but thats it. Same goes for android au.

Lalo bullies Princesa for her love of pretty things, a tourist at heart. But he buys her everything. Shell necklaces that are too expensive. Trinkets. He'll make sure she wears it all the time and too much. She'll make him wear it and he'll call it girly, but keep it tucked inside his shirt.

Their initials wash away in the white sloshing of water, but Princesa just draws in again, feeling the wet, tight sand under her nails. She feels like a teenager with how she writes her and Lalo's name over and over, but she also draws hearts. And she tries to draw a bird.

Lalo smokes over the ocean, knees bent beside Princesa.

"Lalo, the ash."

He blows smoke. "It's not like the I set the sea on fire, Princesa. Don't be so worried. Now, help me draw this gun."

He dashes the Salamanca name under the sand-doodled handgun. Nacho might be asleep under the sun.

Lalo's not listening to the waves when Princesa puts the cold shell to his ear because Princesa. Just that. Just her. He'd rather listen to her breathe and watch her try to find the ocean in the shell. Their faces press together and Lalo doesn't smile in how he watches her, not in the blacked-out stare.

He presses his wet toes into hers, deepening their feet in the sand.

"Lalo!"

Nacho's woken by the screaming and the chasing, Lalo yelling out with throaty laughs when he throws Princesa over his shoulder.

Swimming is calmer, and he can't see her body or the way she moves when they're both in the water.

"You okay?"

Lalo's watching them from the shore, because business. Always the family career he's so proud of getting in the way of things. He's expecting a call, so he just gets started on lunch with a sandwich stuffed in his mouth.

The phone rings, the waves crashes. Princesa struggles.

His mouth is thin, eyes dark before he smiles brightly. He slaps Nacho's shoulder.

"Yeah. That girl. Always something, look at the little top in the sea. Princesa! You cold?"

Princesa feels like steam and streams of tears. Her hugs herself more, breast pressing on her arms.

Lalo walks off. "Get to the car, eh, Nachito? Good man."

He jogs into the water, laughing with every wave.
