oh i would like to hear your thoughts on transparent umbrella? Is it significant to serizawa

I don't know if I can articulate it very well so I hope this makes sense but the original umbrella was opaque (I think, ok, I have no idea if ONE meant it this way but I think about it a lot) and it represented him blocking out the world because he wasn't able to cope with existing with his powers. The original umbrella was given to him by Toichiro who told him to see it as an extension of the room he locked himself in for 15 years. Instead of helping Serizawa overcome his struggles and become stronger, Toichiro gave him a crutch and that was why Serizawa would lose control if he ever lost the umbrella. The umbrella was a way to still hide from the world.

Now, in the manga, the umbrella Serizawa has during the ???% arc looks like this

It's transparent. Like, obviously transparent. Again, this could all just be reading too hard into it like the autism does to me, but the fact that it's transparent means he's no longer blocking out the world. Even under the umbrella, he can see everything happening around him and exist within it. It's a small detail but to me it's just??? Like it just seems like a really obvious choice he makes to have something representing his personal growth.

But then the anime has it be an opaque umbrella just like the one Toichiro gave him and I'm just

Ugh it just bothers me more than it should it's stupid and a tiny tiny detail but my boy...Serizawa is just a cool guy and I think he's important and his growth is important and stuff.

Not hating on Kuboyasu Aren, like don't get me wrong, that's gang and I love him.

But I think that if he did achieve his dream of being able to marry a lady and have a family, there would be a lot of loopholes in his relationships.

Why hello there. So this is Shad from Twilight Princess. As you can see he's a FUCKING NERD.

Just from taking information from the game, I view Shad's character as kind of sassy and elitist, but very proactive & friendly (once you properly meet him). He's interested in history and seems to have travelled much of Hyrule. I'm saying this because yk idk how much you know about TP Resistance.

I and quite a few others ship this fucking loser with TP Link. Why? For me, it's the Jock x Nerd vibes, the city boy x country boy vibes. It's the "just guys being dudes" and they're both adventurers out to look for Hyrule's lost history! I look at them and go "aw sunrise, sunset..." I think they would get along so well, like they would always be seen talking about the book or map in front of them.

I'd go more into my headcanons for this ship but only if you want :) this is just like a quick thing i could write for you

hrk well…! hiya im yoi!! (yoimiya genshin) and im answering this one cause im the most recent split hehe. honestly its kinda like….. i dunno were just trying to cope with stuff i guess! i split back toward the end of our fall semester when shit suddenly got really bad after a really good period, (im talking grade dropped from an 85% to a 59%!!! yikes) and, well…….im naturally a cheery person! so i think thats just kinda what we needed during a time of extreme stress and disappointment and i know i am sure happy to provide!!

last time someone split before me was shoby (shinobu genshin) and that was back in may when we were finally kicking our really cringe ex to the curb anddddd we needed a strong assertive force to do it! and shobys been really good at actually getting us in the mindset to sit down and do important tasks ever since. :)

so yeah it does suck that a lot of the time we come about cause something huge happens and were like “uh oh, how do we cope with this?” but i think were here for the better and were all like a little family! im happy to be here and im happy to introduce myself to daves friends on tumblr dot com!! and thank you for your concern too, were doing better ^^
