Bucky was seething. Not only did you run away from his apartment, but he made one of his guys check every single Dita in the whole damn New York, and none of them matched your age or description. Was it possible that you not only left him in the middle of the night but that you gave him a fake name? No girl ever had the audacity to do something like that, and he didn’t know if he wanted to applaud you or punish you.

Didn’t matter, all he wanted was to see you again and show you who’s in control. Because right now you probably thought it was your cute ass, but that wasn’t the case. Couldn’t be. Not with Bucky. He is the fucking boss around here and you gotta learn your lesson.

He was in the middle of a meeting, but he couldn’t concentrate on anything on the table. All he could see was you on your knees in front of him. He clenched his fists and tried to breathe slowly, to regain some composure.

“Yo, Bucky! You listening, bro?” Steve hollered from the other side of the table. Bucky just nodded curtly, dismissing Steve, but because the punk was always testing him, he didn’t let it go.

“Still thinking about your mysterious Dita? I mean, bro, it’s just a pussy, let it go and find somebody else.” Sam joined the taunting. Bucky wanted to kill them both, really, but because they were his best friends, or whatever, he apparently couldn’t.

“Shut up, both you, before I make you. You were saying something about Pierce trying to regain his power, didn’t you, Sam?”

Sam smirked but let it go and went back into business mode. “Yeah, so my source is telling me that he is trying to come back. I mean, after last time didn’t work out, and we sent him on his way back to LA, he is obviously holding some grudges. He keeps running his mouth about how you played him and all that shit, totally forgetting that it was he who fucking played himself. I mean, we didn’t push him into dealing with IRA last time around, and he still smuggled some guns here for them. The man’s gotta realise that actions got consequences.”

It was true. Three years ago, Alexander Pierce was one of the highest-ranking mobsters in The Avengers, Bucky’s very own mafia. He did a lot of talking with police, looked over the finances for the whole team, and was a pretty crucial member overall. But apparently, it wasn’t enough for him, and he wanted to make some money on the side, and not tell anyone about it.

He made a deal with IRA (Irish Republican Army) who were trying to enlarge their business and smuggled some guns for them here to the US. But because Bucky’s got his eyes and ears everywhere, he learned it before the ship had the chance unload and sent them packing back to their fucking green plains. With the same breath, he kicked Pierce out, telling him he was a lucky son-of-a-bitch because any other person would be fucking beheaded for this kind of shit.

But Pierce didn’t take it as an act of mercy and was obviously trying to get back into the game. The business was going good, New York was “protected” by his guys, as long as everything went the way he wanted, and Pierce threatened this piece, and Bucky wasn’t having it.

“Alright, I don’t wanna give it too much of my attention, but tell me if something new comes up. If he crosses the border of the state, I wanna know about it, we clear?” He looked around the room and saw a bunch of nodding heads. “Good, anything else we need to discuss? Rumlow, the new club doing good?”

Brock nodded. “Yeah, boss. People are coming in like crazy, and are paying, even more, to see what’s behind the curtain. Our girls are thrilled with the tips they’re getting. So I’d say it’s even better than we anticipated, but Lang and I are gonna have to sit down and go over the numbers properly.”

“Good, keep me updated. Everyone out except you two shitheads.” Bucky didn’t look up from the paper in his hand, but everyone knew who he was talking to. Sam and Steve stayed seated and rolled their eyes. They were very well aware that the conversation will be about a certain girl, and they couldn’t help but smirk at each other.

When the door closed, Bucky leaned on his elbows and looked at the men in front of him. “I know you two dipshits find it real funny, but, for fuck’s sake, could you not voice it in front of everyone? I love you two, but Imma make a scene next time you two act like little children.”

“Yes, boss!” Sam smirked, and it earned him a flying pen landing on his head. “You think I don’t know how pathetic I sound? Finding a damn girl who I shouldn’t really give a shit about? And I don’t, it’s about the principle here. I’m supposed to be the one breaking things off, the one who can get up and leave any given moment, not the other fucking way around. I can’t let her run around New York running her mouth ‘bout how she slept with me and what? I wasn’t good enough in bed that she had to run away? Or that she just couldn’t be bothered? Every damn girl would feel like they could run their mouths, and I don’t have time for that shit.”

Both Sam and Steve were quiet because they could see that this was a serious shit for Bucky and that one wrong word in this situation could very well end up with a bullet in their bodies. Bucky wouldn’t kill them, but it would hurt like hell, and both men wanted to skip this part.

“So, what are our options? We don’t know her name, we don’t know where she lives if she’s even from New York, nothing, Zilch. Nada. So, what’s the plan here?”

Bucky sighed and tried to relax a little. You were clouding his mind, and he hated this shit. “I don’t fucking know, man.”

Two weeks. That’s how long it’s been since you ran away from Bucky Barnes’ apartment. You had to go into details when you described the night to Nat, and she was ecstatic. Especially when you told you that you just got up after he fell asleep and left him there, alone. She had to promise you not to tell anyone because you didn’t need a bunch of people in your circle knowing you shagged the notorious womaniser.

It wasn’t that you didn’t enjoy the night. You would have to be completely insane not to like it. But you knew it could and would never happen again. First of all, you gave him the wrong name, so even if he tried to look for you (which you seriously doubted, it was one night, after all, he wouldn’t find anything. And how else would he try to find you? Type into google your description and hope for the best? It also wasn’t almost any possibility that your paths would cross again. You didn’t plan on visiting any of his clubs or restaurants in the town, and he most definitely didn’t visit the same spots as you, so you were most probably safe.

You didn’t even know why you dreaded meeting him so much. There was, of course, the little detail of him being the mafia boss, and all that, but also just the fact that you could be one of those girls in people’s eyes, and you liked yourself too much for that. Bucky looked like the type of guy who liked his girls pretty and quiet, and you didn’t necessarily feel like either of them, but definitely not quiet. You liked to speak your opinion, and you had a lot of it too.

So you just kept your head down, delved into work and tried not to think about those piercing blue eyes too much.

It was Thursday afternoon, and you got out of the office to get some coffee for you and your colleagues. You took turns in getting the drinks, Thursday marking you as the designated person. You were waiting in your favourite coffee shop around the corner from the small publishing house you were working at. Not that you hated the big places like Costa or Starbucks, but you just liked the personal approach of the smaller sites more.

Wendy knew your order and was quickly making all of the 6 coffees when you felt a hand on the small of your back. You jumped a little and looked at where the stranger’s hand touched your body. You slowly looked up and almost fainted.

“Stop here, Peter. This looks like a nice place to get my afternoon lungo. You know how I hate mainstream places.”

Peter was still pretty much a kid, he only just turned 22, but he wanted in so bad that the boys made a driver and an errand body out of him, and with enough time they were sure they could make a valuable member out of him. “Would you like me to get it for you, sir?” Peter asked politely as he parked the car.

Bucky smiled and shook his head. “No, you wait here. I can get things by myself.” Well… not by himself completely, there were always at least two guys standing near him, to protect him if shit went down.

He was still thinking about you, and, to his and everybody else’s surprise, Bucky hasn’t slept with anyone else since the night with you. He just couldn’t get you out of his head, and it would be unfair if he moaned Dita in the middle of a different encounter. Bucky’s jaw clenched a little, just thinking about you giving him a fake name.

He was in his head, only barking his order and stepped back, trying to clear his head. From the corner of his eye, he could see a woman standing there, waiting for her order to be prepared, and he felt as if he knew that ass. When he really looked at her, his eyes suddenly had a devilish glint in them. It was you. Fucking finally.

He took a few steps, so he was standing right behind you, and put his hand on the small of your back, effortlessly. You jumped a little, and it made Bucky’s smirk grow. When your eyes finally reached his face, Bucky could see you blinking rapidly, probably wishing this was a bad dream.

“Well, well, well. Who do we have here?” Bucky said, and even though you tried to create a space between the two of you, his grip tightened and let you know, that you were not the one calling shots here.

“Bucky, good to see you again.” You said with a smile, that, however, didn’t reach your eyes and your voice wavered a little, so Bucky was now sure you were more than nervous standing next to him.

“Good to see you too, Dita. Oh, wait. Your name isn’t Dita, though, is it? Wanna know how I know? I tried to look for you, doll, and it only came to me then that you actually tried to outsmart me.”

“I didn’t try to outsmart anyone. I just wasn’t comfortable giving you my name, so I gave you a different one. What’s the big deal, Bucky?” You could feel sense coming back to your body, and you weren’t about to let him intimidate you, and definitely not in your coffee break. “Go and find someone who is utterly smitten by you and leave me alone, will you? The night was fun, but that’s about it.”

His hands were suddenly on your upper arms, and he gripped them so tightly, you could feel the blood flow stopping. “What. Is. Your. Name! And that’s the last fucking time I’m gonna ask nicely.” He growled into your ear. His voice was so deep, goosebumps erupted on your skin, and you hated your body for betraying you. You were about to taunt him again when you heard Wendy’s voice.

“Y/N, your order is ready.” She chimed from behind the counter. Your eyes rolled so hard you were afraid that they would fall out. Dammit! Bucky smirked triumphantly and let go of your arms.

“At least now I have a real name, doll. You’ll have dinner with me tomorrow night,” and because he saw you taking a deep breath and opening your mouth, he shot you a cold glare, which shut you up immediately. “Not up for debate. Give me your phone.”

“Fuck you.” It wasn’t the most mature response, but this guy thought he owned the whole fucking planet and that he could tell you to jump and you’d actually jumped.

“Drax? Grab her.” Bucky growled at somebody behind him, and before you knew what was happening, your arms were behind your back with a monstrous guy holding them there. Bucky stepped closer to you, and despite both yours and Wendy’s protests, he reached your purse and pulled out your phone. He quickly typed in his phone number, gave himself a call, and held the phones close together, to be able to transfer the tracking app into your device.

You tried to struggle, but the guy holding you was built like a mountain and you had no chance.

“Great. Now that that’s out of the way, I’ll come pick you up at 7, don’t you dare to be late. Understood, Y/N?” When you didn’t say anything, he took a step closer, grabbed your chin and made you look right into his eyes. They were colder than eyes, and the danger that was surrounding him was visible in his look. You slightly shivered, and this time, not in a good way.

“You don’t wanna play this fucking game with me, Y/N. Do you fucking understand?”

All you could do was to nod, and as if magic happened, everyone who was holding suddenly let you go and you could take a deep breath. You didn’t even look at him again, just took the cups for the office and ran out of there.

Now, there wasn’t a way in hell that you wouldn’t meet him again. That asshole made sure of it. You tried to think of your options, but the only one that seemed like it could work was to throw away your phone and move to Mexico, or maybe even further so that he would never find you. But by now you realised that the universe hated you so much, that it would let Bucky find you even on the very opposite part of the world.

You were screwed, and that was an understatement of the year.

A/n: this was very hard for me to write and I’ve been struggling with it because I had to pull from real life events and so it was hard but I’m proud of how it turned out

"You'll never take me alive" (Y/n) says as her and Peter play pirates and police in his room.

"I will take you dead then" peter says trying to sound serious which makes Tony and Steve struggle to keep quiet as they record from the doorway.

"Argh. You'll never take me dead" (Y/n) says jumping around the cushions that are on the floor.

"(Y/n/n) stop" Peter whines.

"You have to surrender" he says on the verge of tears and she stops.

"I decided that I'm ready to go to jail" she says. "Really?" Peter asks and she nods.

"Yes?" She asks and he pulls out the handcuffs. "Just do it already" she fake cries bringing a smile to her brothers face and she turns to see her dads in the doorway and she sends them a huge smile before putting her attention back on peter.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to (y/n), happy birthday to you" The Avengers sing to the 6 year old girl whose grinning from ear to ear, Peter following closely behind Steve as he carries the cake into the living room. Steve sets the cake down and sits down beside her picking her up slightly so she can blow the candles out. Tony recording everything.

"Did you make a wish princess?" Nat asks smiling down at the girl.

"Yes, but auntie Nat if I tell you it's not going to come true" she says giggling.

"You are the best at keeping secrets" she says laying a hand on the small girls cheek. "Cake time?" Tony asks from behind the camera and (y/n) nods frantically.

"Cake time!" she says agreeing with him as she pulls Peter up onto her cushion so they can share the cake.

"Merry Christmas princess" Tony says running into (Y/n)'s room waking her up by tickling her and she laughs.

"Merry Christmas daddy" she says her voice quiet and hoarse and Tony picks her up.

"Merry Christmas papa" she says smiling at Steve who's behind the camera before she lays her head on Tony's shoulder.

"Merry Christmas baby" he says smiling at her. "Is Peter woke yet?" She asks perking up.

"We are going to his room next" Steve tells her and she asks to be put down and Tony sets her down and she runs out the room wanting to be the one to wake Peter up.

"Merry Christmas Petie" she says jumping on the bed and Peter starts to whine.

"I'm sorry Petie but you have to get up. Let's go open gifts" she says and Peter sits up and she helps him out the bed pulling him into the living room.

"We have (y/n) and Peter here" Steve says recording them on their first day of school. "What grade are you going to (Y/n)?" Steve asks and (Y/n) smiles at the camera.

"I'm going to third" she says doing a little dance causing Steve to laugh.

"What grade are you going to Peter?" He asks. "First" Peter says holding up one finger and (y/n) starts dancing towards the camera singing one of her millions of made up songs.

"Papa, I can see myself" she says as she gets up on the camera.

"Are you guys excited for school?" Tony asks and Peter and (Y/n) both start screaming, running around the front yard like headless chickens.

"I'm super excited, next week, we uh next week we get to. Next week we are going to have around the world" (y/n) finally gets out.

"You sound super excited for it" Steve says.

"I am, it's the first year petie can walk with me so we can do it together" she says staring directly in the camera wide eyed, causing tony and Steve to crack up.

"This is my papa Steve and my daddy Tony, they just got back from a super top secret mission doing super top secret superhero stuff" (Y/n) says recording them as they walk into the house.

"Hi" steve says grabbing the camera from her, turning it on her.

"And this is the beautiful (Y/n), looking as beautiful as ever" he says and she turns away hiding her face. "Look at her blushing" he says and she covers the camera the best she can with her small hand.

"I love you" she says laughing and it goes black.

Peter watches the home videos over and over just to see if she's had a moment where her emotions faltered but so far they haven't and that makes him feel even worse because when she showed something was wrong with her, he brushed her off.

"Hey pete, you should get some sleep" Tony says causing him to jump and he turns around.

"I can't make sense of it" Peter says and Tony moves the movies off of the sofa to clear a seat next to Peter.

"I think she left us what we needed to understand in her letter" Tony says softly trying to get through to his son like he has been for 6 months.

"I can't read it until I know that she was happy, that this wasn't something to add up over her whole lifetime" he says looking at the screen just in time for something to catch his eye and he grabs the remote rewinding.

"There" he says standing up and going to the tv.

"Watch" he says pressing play and he slows it down just enough for Tony to catch what he's pointing to and it's a video of (y/n) on her 10th birthday and she was sitting there upset until she seen Steve walk out with the camera and then she perked up to her old self just like in all of the home videos.

He quickly changes it out and puts in her 11th birthday and it's the same thing except she's in the background of Peter being recorded, obviously going through something.

He switches video after video getting the same thing and he switches to the video of the day (y/n) went to college and that's when it breaks him, that's when he knows it's been there all along but everyone was wrapped up in themselves to notice that you were struggling and it kills him.

A sob escapes his lips as he sets the remote down knowing that he could have saved you but he was too wrapped up in doing the things every teenager does. He’s mad at himself because his spider senses didn’t tell him that something was up. They didn’t tell him that he lost his sister.

“Hey, it’s going to be okay” Tony says swallowing hard at those words.

“How can you say that? How can you stand here and tell me that it’s going to be okay? Why are you just pretending that nothing even happened. You and dad don’t even talk about it anymore it’s like you completely erased it from your memory and moved on. You don’t even care about her!” Peter screams, the dam of emotions he’s built up, breaking in a matter of seconds.

“Because it has to be!” Tony yells back and Steve runs down the stairs.

“We have no choice but to let it be okay or it’s going to kill us” Tony yells just as loud.

“You think I’m okay? You think I’m not struggling. I lost my first born, my baby Peter, you don’t think that it’s have any effect on me? You don’t think I have nightmares every night of finding her? You don’t think I want this pain to go away just as much as you do? Peter I am miserable but I have to raise you so I can’t constantly be down about it because if I do you are down a father. I loved your sister more than anything and every morning I struggle getting out of the bed but then I hear you make a noise and I know I have to get up every morning for you. Don’t try to tell me I don’t care. Don’t you dare say that, losing a child is one of the hardest things anyone has to go through and for you to say that when I had to watch my daughter get lowered into the ground, it hurts and I know you’re grieving still, we all are Pete but that doesn’t mean you can snap at me because I’m not grieving in the way you want me to” Tony says calming down.

“Pete” Steve pipes up, getting both of their attention.

“I was where you were right after it happened. Late nights, early mornings. I was going through her stuff, reading her journals, going through her text messages. I just wanted an answer, I wanted to know why she did it. Why she didn’t try to come to us and what happened that pushed her to it. But there isn’t one answer” he says crying, just like Peter and Tony.

“There’s a million tiny little answers and this needs to stop before you dig yourself into a hole so deep you can’t get out. Read your letter Peter and let that be enough for now, let it allow you some peace because peace is what we all need right now” he says picking up the tv remote.

“This isn’t what we need, we don’t need to be doing this because then we’ll only start to remember the negative instead of the positive” he says pointing to the tv and then he turns around, his breath catching in his throat when it’s the video from before you went to prom and you were twirling around the house in your dress and he watches it.

He watches as you grab Peter, much to his dismay and force him to ballroom dance with you, the whole room falling silent as they watch how gracefully you move.

“I’m sorry” Peter pipes up, not being able to keep quiet anymore.

“Don’t be” Tony says turning his attention away from the tv.

“You’re having a hard time and I would expect nothing less, just try to come to us. Let us know when it’s bothering you so we can help you” Tony says and Peter nods, turning his attention back to Steve and they both go over pulling him in to a hug.

A few days later

Peter sits down on his bed, the letter you left for him held firmly in his hands, waiting to be opened and he carefully opens it and pulls out the 8 paged letter, covered in writing on front and hack.

Hey Peter don’t be mad at me. I know if I was still there you would call me stupid and we’d argue until we both started laughing, forgetting what we were even arguing about in the first place. I just want you to know that this is not your fault no matter how much you think it is. When I came to you, it wasn’t to see if you cared, it wasn’t a confirmation of if I should do it or not. It was me allowing myself to vent and I’m not mad, I understand what it’s like to want to hang out with your friends and my love for you remained the same.

Petie. That’s so weird to write because I haven’t called you that since you were eight. The first time I seen you, I knew you were going to be my best friend and I was right. You are my little brother, my best friend, the first person that I truly loved besides dads of course, the first person I had to learn to love and was so glad to have in my life. Don’t stress yourself out trying to figure it out. There’s no point, it’s not just one thing, it’s everything. You, and dads were the lighthouse in my darkness called life for so long but then I started floating further away from you guys and I floated so far away I could no longer see the guiding light, I was alone, It was cold and dark and it became too much.

I don’t blame anybody but myself and I hope you understand that you did not do anything to push me over the edge. You were always there for me, allowing me to do stupid shit to you even when you didn’t want it because you wanted me to be happy. I was living but I wasn’t alive. I died a long time ago emotionally and mentally and my physical body just caught up to that. I didn’t mean to cause anyone any pain and I know I did, I know this will.

Knowing you, you aren’t reading this right away and it’s been some insane amount of months and you’re reading it super late at night but because you’re petie I expect nothing less. I know how much you’ll miss me and I don’t know what happens after this, but I just want you to know that I’ll miss you too and I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry for any pain that I caused and am currently causing. There’s a false bottom in my bottom drawer, I left something in there for you and I know you’ll never take it off.

Okay this letter is getting super long and I kinda want to end it so I’m going to end it on this note. You are the best little brother anyone could ever ask for, you have brought sunshine into my life since the day you entered it and I want you to use that shine to shine on the rest of the world. Tell Ned that I love him so much, almost more than I love you. Nah I’m just kidding but he’s definitely been a brother to me and I’ll always love you both. The eighth page is a letter I wrote for Ned so I need you to give that to him. I would have separated it but I ran out of envelopes so I had to stick it with yours.

You’ll always be my number one and no matter what I’ll always love you and I hope you can do the same and not be angry with me for leaving you. I love you so much Peter and I hope you enjoy the picture I drew for you on the back of this because it took hours.

Peter flips the page over to reveal a stick figure drawing of you and him, he’s in his Spider-Man mask and you’re in the biggest pair of glasses and you drew the arms to make it look like you were hugging him and he laughs, his tears hitting the paper and he quickly wipes them away drying the paper the best he can and he separates Ned letter, folding it up for him and he stares at the picture a little longer before folding up the letter and putting it in his drawer, feeling a lot better than he has for the past six months.

Episode 17: Stranger Beside You

SPOILERS and thoughts ahead.

0:13 - How freaking creepy is this? She just pops up from the floor. Did Malcolm not see her there as he was approaching? Why didn’t he acknowledge her presence as he approached? ALSO - he’s excited about muffins? Does that mean muffins are one of the only foods he eats? I find this surprising. ALSO - last episode we learned that Malcolm can’t cook…why does he have a muffin tin? I know this is a dream but still.

0:45 - Ok. Story time. I watched this episode when it premiered. It was the first week I had moved home from university since the whole COVID-19 stuff. My younger brother (20) and my mom (45) who have never seen this show decided to watch it with me. Ugh. Our family dynamic is generally a lot of sarcasm and teasing. I’m the only one in the family interested in crime shows/whump. When Malcolm said “This is when the scary thing usually happens.” both of my family members started cackling like buffoons. For the next week my brother quoted that line to me. They both now tease me for loving this show so much…so that happened.

1:18 - This is kind of sweet. I don’t like Eve but I like seeing Malcolm this happy.

1:56 - This is such a good sibling conversation. Ainsley is setting Malcolm straight. I know Malcolm is right but honestly - Ainsley has a point. Malcolm has a tendency to accidentally sabotage his own relationships because he can’t trust people and he doesn’t believe that he’s worthy of love.

3:15 - Look at this. Just. Look. JT is happy to see Malcolm. They’re bantering like brothers. This relationship has blossomed and I’m so happy…also I google “sip and see” because I really wanted them to be fake. They sound ridiculous, but they’re real. IDK. I don’t have kids but it seems crazy to organize a big fancy party right after you give birth. Invite friends and family over - sure. Order a pizza and a cake. But hang out in something comfy and keep it casual. Maybe that’s just me. IDK.

3:42 - Malcolm’s projecting again. “Perfect can be an allusion.” Honestly. Is he even aware that he does this?! Also, is he projecting about his childhood or his relationship with Eve. Either way, I’m concerned for him….though I do like how happy he’s looking right now.

3:47 - hahaha OMG. “With the stiff!” Gil is so done.

4:30 - I thought this was interesting. 1) Do dead bodies actually do that? Compress? Huh. Cool. 2) I like the way that Edrisa and Malcolm are so totally absorbed in how cool/weird the cause of death was that neither of them notice Edrisa’s hand on Malcolm’s chest. 3) Gil pointing out Edrisa’s hand makes things a little awkward - but honestly I see it as a gentle warning. He knows that Edrisa is socially awkward. She’s not in trouble and he’s not mad. He’s just reminding her that stuff like that isn’t appropriate.

5:04 - Watching this after realizing that Tally is pregnant brings a whole new weight to all of JT’s comments. Every time he mentions babies, baby swag, moms - he looks either scared, stressed (because money), or excited. It’s freaking precious.

6:15 - “It’s a cloud of love. Nothing to be ashamed of.” Again. More proof that Malcolm is an A+ adult male. Who speaks like that?

7:05 - Do I need to be scared about Dani now too? I do not like the way that Martin says her name. Wait. Is Martin going to go after every person that takes Malcolm’s time away from visiting him? I can totally see it. Martin escaping - killing Gil for replacing him as Malcolm’s Dad. Killing Jessica for trying to keep Malcolm from him. Killing JT, Dani, and Edrisa for being his friends. Can’t decide if he’d kill Ainsley…

7:41 - HOW is this show so dark and yet so funny?!?!

8:20 - I know that Malcolm knows that Tally is pregnant…but after the pizza roll comment there’s no way Gil and Dani don’t suspect. Look at their faces!!! And the way JT looks down way too quickly. He’s clearly hiding something.

8:55 - Look at Gil’s face. He’s concerned and a little scared. I am too. What the hell does Malcolm mean by ���Mom’s love me”?!?! Is this some weird sex thing?

9:05 - Dani is a queen. We stan. She is the friend Malcolm deserves. I especially love the fact that later we find out that she told JT about this conversation. As though she thought Malcolm needed “guy advice”.

10:00 - Yo. People like this shouldn’t be allowed to have children. Kids are not a fashion statement - they are human beings who need to be nurtured and loved.

11:10 - So, I don’t usually like it when Ainsley snoops around for a story and gets all determined - but this time I do.

12:00 -  Does Ainsley really not understand that what she did was a total invasion of privacy?!? She doesn’t look sorry. At all. The fact that Ainsley actually talks to Eve about it is kind of awful too? Like it’s one thing to do a background check on someone - it’s another thing to talk to them, unprovoked, about what you found. 

12:12 - Poor Jessica. She looks upset. Between her two “socially bizarre” children ( lol ) she really has a hard time making friends. Although…..I will admit. It’s a little weird that Jessica is making friends with a woman young enough to date her son. 

 12:32 - Soooo this means that Malcolm has an instagram account (at least a fake one for work anyways). I feel like Malcolm is one of the people who don’t have a personal instagram account. Because a) he has like 3 friends and b) he doesn’t strike me as the type of person to take pictures of food, people, events, or himself. 

 12:40 - So Malcolm’s sitting at that desk again…..forget about the gitb… I want to solve the desk mystery (and the mystery of JT’s name). 

12:57 - Damn it JT! We were about to get a super awesome father/son moment. Ugh. When I said I wanted the writers to give JT more screen time I didn’t mean this. 

13:13 - Aww…look at how proud Dani is of herself. Girl made a cool discovery and she’s proud/excited about it. <3 

13:22 - ARE YOU KIDDING ME. We finally get a good look at the desk from the front. No name plate in view?!? UGH. This is killing me. 

13:33 - hahaha look at these faces! JT looks confused/freaked out that Malcolm knows so much about babies feeding habits. Dani looks so annoyed that she’s been put on Malcolm babysitting duty again. I don’t blame her. Gil is always making her babysit Malcolm. JT never has to take a turn. 

 13:55 - The most annoying thing about this episode is that we never find out how Alessa cut her arm. It’s a weird place on your arm to get a cut and I’m curious about it. 

 14:35 - I respect Malcolm a LOT in this scene. He’s asking some tough (but necessary) questions. He’s calm, kind, and respectful. He’s not minimizing Alessa’s stress, her loss, or her devotion to her daughter.

16:30 - Soooo if Christine’s (ex) husband lives in Canada - does that mean he’s Canadian (or dual citizen)? Or does he just have a work permit? I’m curious about what that means for Christine’s citizen status. I find this odd though - even if Christine isn’t Canadian - if she was last seen in Canada and her husband reported her missing - the RCMP would’ve been looking for her. They NYPD would know that. Although - she is using a fake name. Huh. There’s a reason I’m not in law enforcement. People are too crafty. I’ll stick to math. 

 17:55 - Look how mad JT looks that Christine tried to abduct Nina….he’s going to be such an overprotective, good dad. <3 

18:25 - This is a really cool moment. This scene is the first since 1x9 when JT and Malcolm have a heart-to-heart. JT also gives Malcolm some really good relationship advice. Damn. No wonder JT’s been married for 7 years. He gets it. 

 18:55 - I love how manic Malcolm looks and how concerned JT looks when Malcolm goes off on his little rant about being a suspicious person. I wonder if JT is wondering why Malcolm trusts Gil, Dani, Edrisa, and himself? They are, by all means, good things in Malcolm’s life. Is he suspicious of them? 

19:25 - Does Martin know about Malcolm’s sensitive stomach? I’m really curious. 

 19:44 - This scene is awesome. Malcolm is sad, upset, a little anxious, and angry (at Martin) throughout the scene. Martin, even though he is a crazy serial killer, actually gives Malcolm some good relationship advice. I guess it makes sense. Martin could never have tricked Jessica into marrying him unless he acted like a perfect, good dude with good relationship skills. 

20:04 - Martin actually believes he was a perfect father? Nope. I can’t. Any parent who genuinely believes that should have a psych eval. No one is perfect. Parents aren’t excluded from this rule. 

 20:56 - This is such a powerful moment. You can see how pleased Martin is because he got through the Malcolm. You can see how desperately Malcolm wants to love his father and how painfully aware Malcolm is of who his father is and how much he despises it. Malcolm shouldn’t have to remind himself to hate his father. No one should. Watching Malcolm grapple with that (through his facial expressions) is heart-wrenching. He actually looks close to tears for a moment. ALSO screw Martin for still trying to manipulate Malcolm into loving him. 

 22:10 - I’ll just say it. We’re all thinking it anyways. Malcolm’s soft voice when he’s confused is so freaking cute. 

23:08 - Look at JT’s face during this scene. He just about had a freaking heart attack. I feel soooo bad for him. I can only imagine how bad he feels. Gil gave him one (1) job: protect the baby. JT’s probably thinking, “If I can’t even protect this stranger’s baby - how will I ever protect my baby? Will I be a bad father?” Someone give this man a hug for me.

23:25 - Look at the way JT touches the infant to make sure she’s real. That is a man who is on the verge of a panic attack. 

 24:00 - AND now JT is worrying about Tally’s health throughout her impending pregnancy. Good Lord. What a rollercoaster he’s on tonight.

25:25 - Concerned!Gil for the win! Gil hasn’t been around Malcolm much this episode. Yes - Malcolm is obviously upset right now, but it makes me wonder if Jessica and/or Ainsley have called Gil because they’re concerned about Malcolm right now. Did they call Gil and ask him to send Malcolm home? 

 26:25 - Look at that. Malcolm looks crushed. Not surprised just disappointed. He truly believes that he’s not worthy of love. Eve just confirmed it for him. I honestly don’t know how this dude will ever trust any romantic partner ever again. My heart is shattered. 

26:43 - Look at how brave he’s being. He’s trying to mask his pain with a smile and a self-deprecating joke as usual. Problem is - his eyes look tortured and he’s trying to lie to the two women who know him best. They see through his mask and they’re concerned for him. 

27:00 - Ainsley is such a strange character to me. Right now as she tells Malcolm about Eve, she is looking at Malcolm with dread, concern, and determination. In 1x7/1x10 she publicly embarrassed him and revealed his personal, private details with the world - without remorse. I know that Ainsley is really obsessed with the progression of her career. However, it shouldn’t blind her to the emotions of her big brother. Ainsley needs therapy. 

 27:08 - soooo Eve has a key to Malcolm’s place? After two(ish) weeks? For a dude who doesn’t trust easily this seems like a stretch. I’m choosing to believe that Malcolm left the door open when he saw Ainsley and Jessica. 

 27:15 - THIS is so important. Jessica’s “How could you?”. See her face? She’s devastated. The first female friend she’s had in probably 20 years just stabbed her in the back. To make matters worse, this woman also just broke the heart of Jessica’s very emotionally vulnerable son - thereby also breaking Jessica’s heart. Furthermore - Jessica is definitely already paying rent in the self-loathing hotel because she traumatized her children because she married a serial killer. NOW she’s also dealing with the guilt of knowing that she’s the one who brought Eve into Malcolm’s life. That look hurt or devastation on Jessica’s face which later transforms into rage and hatred is haunting. Props to Bellamy Young. 

27:26 - This. Look at Malcolm’s face. Eve looks like she’s close to tears. Malcolm is looking at her with compassion. Yes - you can tell that Malcolm is devastated and hurt by Eve. However, he also clearly empathizes with her. Again. Malcolm. Bright. Is. An. A+. Dude. Fight me.

27:40 - Can we all just pause for a second and praise Tom Payne’s acting in this scene? He captured the raw emotion of a trauma induced panic attack perfectly. Look at how utterly broken Malcolm is. Hands shaking on his head. Tears in his eyes. Ragged breathing. Followed by a brief angry outburst which leads to more shaky, anxious breathing and eyes on the verge of tears. The end result is physical and emotional exhaustion. 

 27:45 - Ainsley looks shocked and a little scared by Malcolm’s outburst. Has she (HIS SISTER) never seen him have a panic attack? They grew up together. I refuse to believe it. Ainsley shouldn’t look shocked - she should look sad and resigned to it. 

 28:06 - This is heartbreaking. Malcolm genuinely thinks that there is something about him that makes him unlovable. I know he’s already in therapy - but they need to stop focusing on his trauma for a hot second and focus on his self-worth issues. I aM nOt OkAy. 

 28:22 - Can we all just take a minute to appreciate Dani Powell. She has been such a good friend to Malcolm. Probably the first true friend Malcolm’s had since he was 10 years old. Even in the midst of extreme emotional turmoil a work-related text from Dani makes Malcolm smile. Because Malcolm knows that Dani  - a woman who isn’t related to him and has no obvious crush on him - doesn’t hate him. In fact - she likes him enough to be his friend. Right now that’s enough. That’s a big comfort to Malcolm. 

 28:36 - This is sheer panic on Jessica’s part. Check out those eyes. She just saw pure self-loathing and anger in her son’s eyes. She’s terrified for him. Maybe this look is reminding her of a look he got as a teenager when he became suicidal (it’s my headcanon that Malcolm had a period of active suicidal ideation as a teenager)? 

 28:40 - “I can’t solve this.” Is Malcolm referring to himself here? I mean - he clearly thinks that he is the problem; despite the fact that Eve came into his family’s life with the intention of getting information on his serial killing father. Ugh. His sad eyes and messy hair (that tends to indicate Malcolm is in severe emotional distress) is breaking my heart. 

 28:54 - Ok. So - who is this woman? How did Christine find her? Why did Christine go to her? It doesn’t look like a women’s shelter - it looks like a random lady’s residential home. 

 29:00 - Again. Let’s all praise Queen Dani. The bestest friend this dude has ever had.  She just goes out and asks him what’s wrong. She’s concerned about him BECAUSE she knows he’s upset about something.

29:20 - I love that Malcolm is comfortable enough around Dani to be honest with her about the really hard stuff in his life. Look at how sad Malcolm looks here. Look at Dani’s reaction. She isn’t judging him or pitying him. She isn’t pushing him to talk. She’s just supporting him. She’s a little shocked, a lot upset on his behalf, but mostly she’s just concerned. She’s being a good friend and I love her for it. 

 29:36 - Lucas is a scum. Anyone who abuses a spouse, child, or family member has a special spot reserved in hell. 

 29:52 - Look at Dani as Christine tells her story. She’s sympathetic, respectful, and concerned. Either this isn’t the first time Dani’s been around a battered woman on the job or Dani has personal experience with abuse. Maybe a friend/family member was abused? Hell - maybe Dani had an abusive boyfriend or something? 

30:20 - I really respect Malcolm in this scene. He knows that women who are fresh out of an abusive relationship (or still in one) with a male are weary of men. Usually, when Malcolm gets this type of information about a case he starts speaking quickly, loudly, and intensely. He starts gesturing a lot with his hands. IN THIS SCENE - Malcolm reigns himself in. He stays relatively calm and still as he speaks. He knows that his usual hand-gesturing and loud voice would terrify a woman who was just beaten by a man who was supposed to love her. This. Is. A. Good. Dude.

31:10 - Malcolm just shows Dani his cracked phone screen. I’m curious - does she ever ask about it? I’d like to hear that conversation. 

33:05 - I LOVE THIS. Gil is terrified for a) Malcolm but b) Alessa and Nina too. This is a side of Gil I’d like to see more often. ALSO notice that the second that JT realizes that Gil is suffering from a parental panic attack he floors it. JT is going to be a good Dad. <3 He knows how to love and he has a big heart. That’s the most important thing. 

 34:34 - Again. Malcolm is currently displaying empathy and sympathy for a murderer. This dude has the biggest heart in the world. 

35:45 - Alessa is a badass. Nina is a lucky little girl. 

36:04 - I love this scene. Gil looks so relieved that Malcolm is in one (mostly unharmed) piece. He’s so proud of Malcolm for keeping Alessa and Nina safe. I’m certain that Jessica and/or Ainsley called Gil about Malcolm’s panic attack which exacerbated Gil’s worry over Malcolm.

37:07 - THE SCENE. The scene. This scene is easily my favourite of the episode. I love watching JT and Malcolm’s friendship in real time. Look right here this is two guys chatting about how cool someone is. <3 Look at how happy and proud JT is of a woman he just met. I promise you he’s thinking about how awesome and badass of a mother his wife is going to be. 

 37:28 - JT’s scared face coupled with his softly spoken “Dude.” stops my heart. It’s as though talking to someone other than his wife makes the baby seem like more of a scary, real responsibility. You can tell that he’s excited but still terrified about fatherhood. He’s not quite ready to tell people yet. 

37:37 - “The thing’s the size of a peanut.” - I googled it: Tally is about 9 weeks pregnant. ALSO how freaking cute is it that JT is so excited about his unborn child that he knows how big it is. <3 I can just see him panic researching about pregnancy and caring for infants in the middle of the night while Tally sleeps. <3

why dany deserves all the love

So after seeing rather blatantly-biased anti-Daenerys posts and political!Jon nonsense on my dash recently which I found ridiculous and unbelievably hateful against a fictional character, and I’m salty af, here’s all the wonderful things Daenerys Targaryen has done (on the show) and why Jon Snow does not need to pretend to love her. 

Warning: it’s a goddamn long list.

1) Despite not wanting to be married to Khal Drogo initially and is terrified of what’s about to happen, she still has enough grace to thank him for his gift. 

2) She tries to learn how to please him because he’s her husband and she wants to be loved. 

3) She adapted and learned a whole new language and culture that wasn’t her own. She didn’t appropriate it or look down on it, but actually adjusted to it and defended them to her own brother. My god what a horrible person. 

4) Her brother tries to hurt her and she still asks for mercy for him. 

5) She even gets gifts made for the same brother who’s progressively become more and more abusive towards her because Dany still loves him because that’s how big her heart is.

6) I love when people use her threatening her brother as an argument because he literally just hit a pregnant woman and Dany has a goddamn backbone. I’m adding that to the list. 

7) She defends the women the Dothraki want to rape, and convinces her husband to do so. 

8) She undergoes the same level of dehydration, starvation and horrendous living conditions while trying to find shelter for the khalasar that stayed with her. Never once do we see her lash out at them or mistreat them in any way. 

9) After Xaro murders half her people as well as one of her closest allies, she enacts revenge on him. Yeah that’s a positive point because Xaro is a murderer and entirely deserved what happened to him because he’d happily have Dany butchered just for her dragons.

10) She actually takes all the verbal insults Kraznys mo Nakloz dishes her way because she needs his army. If she was such an arrogant, brash woman, she certainly exercised a lot of patience here. Because Dany isn’t petty and understands how to conduct herself. 

11) Dany has every right not to like Barristan Selmy. But she still takes him in and forgives him. 

12) She offers water to a dying slave. Oh no, the cruelty. 

13) SHE FREES THE UNSULLIED

14) SHE COMMANDS THEM TO KILL THE MASTERS BUT PROTECT ALL THE INNOCENTS

15) SHE EVEN TAKES MISSANDEI BECAUSE SHE KNOWS SHE’S AN ABUSED SLAVE AND WANTS TO SAVE HER. 

16) While I’ve never been a fan of sacking cities and Astapor is left vulnerable without their army, I’ve come to realise that they needed to literally build back up from their foundations if they needed to change their way of life. Which was slavery. Which is not okay. So I’m giving this point to Dany because no one else did it. 

17) It’s a small thing but asking the Unsullied to pick their own names. It’s giving them their humanity back and that’s such a precious gift. 

18) Did not buckle down when Yunkai’s slave masters tried to bribe her because she wanted the slaves free. 

19) Gets the Second Sons on her side, the very people who would have fought against her. That’s a queen, yo. 

20) Frees the slaves of Yunkai. 

21) Actually talks to Missandei properly and values her advice. 

22) When finding the road full of slaves all hammered to a cross, she insists upon looking at each of their faces and giving them a proper burial, without their slave collars. But y’all are ready to call her insensitive and a mad queen. Go off I guess. 

23) Frees the slaves of Meereen. 

24) After hearing about her failures to maintain Yunkai and Astapor’s statuses as free cities, she rationally questions herself and decides she needs more experience before moving on to Westeros. And she stays in Meereen and learns. 

25) Paying a goatheader three times the value of the livestock he lost to her dragons. 

26) Letting Hizdahr zo Loraq bury his father. Joffrey put Ned Stark’s head on a pike, but let’s compare the two anyway because they’re exactly the same. 

27) Takes the time to listen to her subject’s complaints and issues. 

28) Takes Jorah’s advice when he tells her not blindly seek revenge, but to give a choice of mercy to the Wise Masters who took Yunkai from her. 

29) Has boy-talk with Missandei. Like she doesn’t need to be so casual with someone who works for her but she is and Missandei feels comfortable enough to talk about it. 

30) Sparing Jorah’s life eventhough he outright betrayed her and committed treason. 

31) Has established halls and barracks to give the former slaves somewhere to eat and sleep 

32) Understands that freedom means allowing someone to have a choice, and if former slaves want to be sold back into slavery, then they should do so under their own terms. She gave the former slaves the right to decide their own fate instead of letting it be dictated to them.

33) Upon seeing a victim of her dragons, she locks them up. Which is such a massive deal because these are her children and seeing them in chains is distressing af, but she does it because she’s looking out for the safety of her people. 

34) Retakes Yunkai. 

35) Heeds Barristan’s words when he tells her the truth about the Mad King, instead of calling him a liar. 

36) Enacts the right justice to a former slave that murdered someone that was supposed to be granted a fair trial. I’ve seen a post say the people hissing at Dany are a sign of her being a terrible ruler, but she did the right thing. And the people didn’t react well to it because it was a former master that was murdered, and their sense of justice is ruled by hatred. So yeah, let’s side with them just because Dany is supposedly terrible at making the right decision. 

37) Tries to understand and adjust to the culture of Meereen by marrying one of their nobles and opening the fighting pits against her own wishes because she values peace. 

38) Spares Jorah’s life again. 

39) Takes Tyrion, the son of the man that murdered her family, as an advisor because she’s not a revenge-fuelled angry queen. 

40) Stands up to Khal Moro despite being alone and vulnerable because she’s a goddamn badass. 

41) Despite Khal Moro literally only moments ago threatening her, she still offers to gift him horses if she can get back to Meereen. 

42) Destroys the super rapey leaders of the khalasar and takes the Dothraki for her own. I know people have had issues with this because she burnt their sacred place to the ground, but given their leaders had just threatened to have their horses rape her, I think burning them to the ground was an ideal decision. But hey let’s sympathise with them because anyone but Dany amirite. 

43) Takes Tyrion’s advice for diplomacy. 

44) Saves Meereen looking fly af in the process. 

45) Demands the Ironborn stop pillaging the land, because she’s already caring about the people of Westeros despite not actually having met them yet. 

46) Grants the Greyjoys the right to rule themselves. 

47) Understands that, despite enjoying a physical relationship with Daario, that she needs to marry for alliances and having a lover could be detrimental to that. She’s thinking like a politician and a queen. 

48) Tyrion tells her that he believes in her, after he’d given up hope on everyone else. Says a lot. 

49) Upon arriving to Dragonstone, gets straight tf to work. 

50) Asks Varys to advise her should she ever go astray, instead of betraying her. This is a huge deal, because Dany is openly admitting that she has the potential to go wrong and that she’d look to her advisers for help. That’s not Mad Queen material, that’s what a good queen should be asking.

51) Asks for forgiveness from Jon for the crimes House Targaryen committed against House Stark. 

52) Allows Jon to mine the dragonglass for his army. 

53) The Lannister battle is controversial, and while I do agree the use of dragonfire was excessive, let’s be real. It’s a battle. It’s her first real battle in Westeros that she’s actively involved in. Also at what point are we supposed to sympathise with the Lannister army again? Arya’s scenes were shown to humanise them, that they’re just pawns in the great game - but Christ, so were the people of the Riverlands and Highgarden that the Lannister army took over. Where was the outrage then? You can’t always side with the people that aren’t Dany at the spur of the moment just because you hate her. 

54) SAVES JON SNOW. YOUR FAVE IS ALIVE BECAUSE OF HER. 

55) SACRIFICES ONE OF HER CHILDREN. TO SAVE JON SNOW. 

56) Pledges to help Jon fight the Night King. 

57) Clearly is good enough for Jon Snow to want to pledge fealty to her. 

58) Knows the importance of the war in the North, so is willing to sit down with Cersei and have her armies fight alongside Lannisters if need be. 

59) Actually does appreciate Jon Snow. 

60) Probably is amazing at sex. I admit I’m including this last point so it’s exactly sixty but I’m not wrong. 

So there we have it. 

60 reasons why Jon is not faking his affection for Dany, and why she’s worthy of the affection in the first place. She’s made mistakes, but she’s done far more good than bad. And given she’s been raped and kidnapped and undergone severe trauma, the idea that Jon Snow would be using her because he secretly thinks she’s a Mad Queen is so anti-feminist because you’re actively rooting for a man to abuse a woman and her trust, so so wrong on every moral level because you’d rather your faves started their romantic relationship based on the misuse of another’s heart and body, and makes a fuckboy out of the man raised by Ned Stark. Which is blasphemous. So jot that down.

Anyways, Daenerys Targaryen deserves love, pass it on.

Fakes and Fire

“Please leave a message after the beep”

*BEEP*

“Hi Honey, it's your mom, you should really pick up the phone when I'm calling. Anyways, I wanted to let you know that your Father and I are going to be in town next week. We want to meet your boyfriend. You've talked so much about him! We can't wait! We are sure he's wonderful. He better not be like your last one. Anyways, darling,have a wonderful night and we look forward to seeing you!”

A cold sweat came over you as you listened to your mother's message.

You were lying the last time you called her.

You didn't have a boyfriend.

It was, at the time, a strong offense to your mother's constant worries of you being forever single. She always tried to set you up with her friend's sons and it never worked out. You didn't want to ruin her friendships, nor the awkward meetings that came with the aftermath of rejecting the son.

It's not like you didn't want to be in a relationship, but they always seemed like they required too much work. It was always much simpler to live on your own.

Then, there's the fact of your ex-boyfriend.

He was so possessive and controlling.

You had fought with yourself to get out of that relationship.

Jungkook’s sweet words, “I can't live without you”, “I need you in my life.”, “Please don't leave me.”

Those words tore your heart into shreds, constantly debating on staying in a mentally taxing relationship.

From all the nights you spent alone, you knew that he wasn't with you in his heart.

Coming home smelling of perfume, and alcohol.

You waiting up past 2 a.m.

The arguments, the apologies, you storming out, him chasing after.

Until it all stopped.

It seemed like he stopped caring. The apartment you two shared seemed like a prison. He stopped coming home every night.

It was like that for 4 months.

Then, you finally had enough.

You texted him.

You didn't know what else to say.

With that final confirmation, you started cooking.

Chicken Alfredo, bright green beans, and broccoli. The fettuccine, smothered in a white cream sauce.

You wanted this last meal to be perfect.

You baked cookies, with milk chocolate chips, his and your favorite recipe.

By 8 pm that night, everything was finished.

You began to lose hope at 9 pm, and by 9:30, everything was put away.

He didn't show up until 10.

You were there, sitting at the kitchen table, in your pajamas.

Red streaks littered your face where tears fell.

“Babe, you said you wanted to talk? What is so important that you couldn't have told me over text?”

“Jungkook, I,”

You could feel your throat become thick with tears again, and you swallowed in an effort to not cry.

“Yes, I wanted to talk with you. I feel like we should break up.”

At your words, you could see Jungkook’s eyes widen, his lips slightly parted, wanting to immediately make a defense as to why that should definitely NOT happen.

“Babe, I..”

“No, Jungkook. Listen to me. For the past four months I have fought with myself. If I should stay or go. It used to be fine. Yes, we had our arguments, our disagreements. But, we lived through them. Sometime,  about 4 months ago, this apartment didn't feel like home anymore. You never came home, and if you did it wasn't at a decent hour. It doesn't even feel like we are a couple anymore. The hugging stopped, the kisses stopped, we don't even go out on dates anymore. I can't live like this. I'm through. We're through.”

Jungkook didn't even know what to say. He skimmed his brain for a response, but couldn't find one.

He stared for more than a moment before finally saying “What do you want me to say?”

“I don't know, Jungkook, apologize? We don't even know how to properly communicate with each other anymore! We became strangers living in the same house. I've already contacted my parents. I'll be living with them until I can find a new place.”

With that, you went to your bedroom where you had packed all your belongings into a couple suitcases and boxes.

You pace towards the door and set your belongings down.

You walk towards Jungkook, who is looking down, with a grim look on his face. His hands are in fists, because he knows there is nothing he can do to stop you.

“Goodbye Jungkook.”

You whisper and kiss his cheek.

He suddenly turns his head and kisses you full on, with desperation. His hands slowly wrap around your waist, tucking you into his embrace.

“Jungkook..I have to go.” You murmur against his lips.

“Please stay. I'll be better I promise!”

Jungkook whispers as he tries to hold you impossibly closer to him.

“No, Jungkook, I'm leaving now. Goodbye.”

You wrestle out of his arms and grab your suitcases.

And you walk out the door.

And Jungkook stares.

You shiver as you try to rid yourself of the painful memory.

It's been two years since that happened, and even now you wonder if it really was worth it. If he really would have changed.

The breakup left you broken for months afterward.

Crying to your friends, being set up on dates, only to leave crying because something they did reminded you of him.

As you backtrack to your mother's message, you began to think on how you could get out of this mess.

When you talked about your “boyfriend” it was always generalized things.

“He's nice.”

“He's loving.”

“He's handsome.”

And, thanks to your ever vivid imagination, you were able to talk about dates that you two have “went” on.

So as you combed through your contacts, looking for any possible prospect of a fake boyfriend, your phone beeped rapidly with an influx of messages from one of your friends.

You rush through the house to get ready.

Nice dress? Check.

Cute matching shoes? Check.

Hair neat and looking good? Not checked.

Running a brush through the tangled nest you called hair, you quickly turned on your staightener.

Using it, you straightened a few sections to frame your face, and put the rest in a neat ponytail.

Hair neat and looking good? Check.

Grabbing your purse, you ran out of the house, checking your watch.

6:45 pm.

Perfect.

It took 15 minutes to arrive at the restaurant, and upon seeing your friend, you waved to her.

Namjoon was beside her, holding her hand, and next to him was who you assumed to be Jin.

You had to give it to your friend, he was quite handsome.

You walked up to them, and your friend introduced you to Jin.

Shaking hands, you smiled up at him, and when he smiled back, you could swear that your heart started beating faster.

The rest of the date was a blur of laughs, smiles, and, of course, eating.

Jin walked you to your car, and as he was about to walk away, you took hold of his arm, and gave him your number.

He blushed in embarrassment, he had meant to ask you, but had completely forgotten.

The next few days pass by quickly, and you texted Jin constantly.

Others may have viewed it as clingy or obsessive even.

But what is friendship really without a little clingy obsessiveness?

Your mom called again to discuss which restaurant to go to, and of course your “boyfriend”.

And as you talked about your “boyfriend”, all you could picture in your mind was Jin.

The next morning, you wake up in a panic.

Tonight was the dinner with your parents.

Tonight was the dinner with your parents, AND your “boyfriend”.

You started to text Jin frantically, and then deleted everything and decided to call him instead.

“Hi Jin. I have a huge favor to ask of you. I need you to pretend to be my Boyfriend of almost a year.”

~ Fast Forward~

“Oh it's so nice to meet you! I'm (Y/N)’s mom and this is my husband! You are certainly very handsome indeed! (Y/N)’s talked a lot about you!”

You let out a chuckle as your mom hugs Jin. It's quite the scene to behold.

“Okay mom, I think he needs to breathe now.”

As you and your family gets seated, Jin looks at you, smiles, and holds your hand. You feel the butterflies flitting in your stomach and how hard it is to breathe. Your heart beats faster, and a blush rises to paint your cheeks a light pink. You can't help but to smile back.

As for dinner, the rest of the night goes better than you could ever have imagined.

Your parents love Jin, and he hasn't stopped holding your hand yet. You never want him to stop.

He drives you home that night and walks you to your door.

“Thank you Jin, tonight went so well, thank you.”

“It was my pleasure to be your fake boyfriend for the night.”

As soon as he finishes speaking, he leans down and whispers.

“May I kiss you?”

You nod, and you two share an amazing goodnight kiss.

“What the HELL do you think you're doing? She's mine! She's always been mine! What makes you think you can kiss her?”

The shout rings out from the end of your driveway. The voice is distraught, and slightly slurred.

The silhouette doesn't need to make himself known for you to know the voice.

It's Jungkook, and by the way he staggers up to your front porch, you can tell he's had way too much to drink.

“Listen here, that girl is mine. I can't live without her.”

“No, Jungkook. I haven't been yours for two years now. You took me for granted when we were together and I will not have you ruining my chances with the amazing man beside me. Go home now, or I'll call the police.”

Jungkook’s drunk self is slightly more obedient than his sober self and he staggers out of your driveway.

“Now, where were we?”

You hop up the front steps of your porch again and, standing on your tiptoes, you kiss Jin on the cheek.

“Goodbye Jin, I'm sorry for the little interruption.”

“Have a goodnight, (Y/N), I'll text you tomorrow, if you're free, I'd definitely like to go on another date with you, and maybe be upgraded from “fake boyfriend” to “boyfriend”.”

“I'd love that.”

You smile and watch as Jin drives off.

You go to sleep that night with a smile on your face and a fire in your heart.

Cammie

Trey had to go meet and greet with his fans. He wanted me to go but I wanted to rest. Everyone left me alone in Trey's dressing room. Chris said that Trey doesn't have anyone in here but Rollie. Am I the only one finds that strange? Trey and Rollie chilling on his tour. Who would have put that together?

"Cammie?"

"Hmm?" I say sitting up.

MiMi comes over to the couch. "I'm about to leave you, Baby Daddy. You good?"

I frown. "No, I'm not good. Why are you leaving me?"

"My boobs hurt." she says grabbing them.

"You fake."

She sits on the edge of the couch. "Don't be like that."

I lay back. "Bye."

"I'll be back. You won't miss me."

"I will cause Trey is going to be on stage." I pout.

"Half of the time. Sevyn here. I'll send her in here, k?"

I roll my eyes. "I said bye."

She hugs me then leaves out of the room. I wanted to give her a hard time cause she was the reason I was late earlier. Now she is leaving. I didn't even have to wait for her. Little bitch. I close my eyes. No more than 5 seconds later I hear someone come into the room.

"Oh excuse me. Wrong room."

I open my eyes. It's a lady closing the door. She had on a hooker dress with a bad wig on her head. I hope that's a damn wig. I would be ashamed for her of it's her hair. I stare at the door. She hadn't closed it all the way.

"Who is that in your room?" the lady says.

"What?" Trey says.

The lady sounded betrayed. "That's fucking disrespectful."

Trey walks into the room looking stressed. I won't say anything about that girl. Trey smiles at me as if he didn't know I were here. He takes his shirt off.

"I got so much shit to tell you about." he says coming to the couch. "I showed a few of the fans the baby. They want to see Lane."

"Take him on stage."

Trey's face lights up. "I didn't think about that. I'll have to go find him."

I smile. "He is with his buddy Drake. I didn't know he liked Drake so much."

"More than he likes Chris." Trey says hovering over me. "I miss you. I still miss you cause I know you leaving. When are you leaving?"

"In the morning. I had to drive. I mean, I didn't drive. But I wasn't cleared for flying."

He kisses my lips. "Tell me."

"Tell you what?"

"Tell me what the doctor said. Your face is telling me you lying. I can call the doctor myself and ask for an update. They will tell me."

I sigh. "I saw a high risk doctor. They want to induce my labor."

Trey stands up. "For what?"

"Because the baby was facing the wrong direction and they believe that if I wait to go into labor I might deliver at the house and/or a breech baby."

"What's that?"

"When the butt comes first. Laura has been massaging my stomach everyday to make sure the baby turns and stay that way."

Trey is pissed. "Why would you keep this from me?"

"Cause I didn't want you to stop me from coming."

"I don't care about not seeing you if that means a healthy baby."

I get sad suddenly. "Yeah but I wanted to see you. I hate being home all the time in the damn bed with babysitters. It's depressing."

"I'm glad to see you, Baby." Trey says kissing me. "I'm sorry. I know you restless. But 5 more weeks. When are they planning on inducing your labor?"

"That's the thing. It's either the day after you come home or the day before."

Trey blows. "Well, then I'll come home early. A day early."

"Don't cancel anything. They haven't set a date."

"Damn." Trey says sitting down. "We cutting close with this shit. As long as I'm there."

He turns his head. "I miss you so much at night."

"No." he starts laughing. "You sleeping next to me. I dream of waking up to your face."

"Awh." I say kissing his shoulder.

He rubs my stomach. "We are going to be just fine."

I look at my stomach. "The doctor suggested I take this trip."

"Good." he says kissing my stomach.

"Tremaine, I ordered about 10 books the other day and I read 5 of them."

He turns his head to me with his eyebrows raised. "You read?"

I laugh. "Oh no, I'm sorry never do I do such a thing."

"Lane let's you read?"

"Yeah. I read the books to him. Sometimes he will bring his own and read it."

Trey chuckles. "He reads?"

"He think he knows how to read. He has a good imagination. He can tell me what his book is about."

"I don't deserve you." Trey says repositioning himself on the couch.

"Yeah, you need a woman that will abuse your son and cheat on you with your homeboys and their friends."

He nods. "One that is stank and dumb."

"I mean I can stop washing, cut my hair, and pop some pills."

I reach into my bag and get his gift for today. "I got you something."

He sits back on the couch after taking the box. "What is this?"

"Like a... I'm not wearing a damn tracker."

I put my foot in his face. "Why the hell not?"

He grabs my foot then opens my legs. He comes in my face. I smile at him. It's not a real tracker. It was only meant to be a joke. He took it how I thought he would. I reach into my bag taking out the necklace that I did intend on giving him. I put it around his neck. He looks down at it then starts kissing me. His watch goes off. He sighs.

"What's that for?"

"I have 10 minutes until I go on stage but I want to find Lane."

I kiss him. "Lane is not going to talk in front of those people."

"They only want to see him."

"Maybe if you make them be quiet and turn the lights down. He will be nice."

He stands up. "Can you find Sam and tell him?"

"No, I'll find Lane and bring him to the stage."

Sevyn rolls her eyes. She told me that she is leaving with Cammie. It's some fucking bullshit as reason she leaving. Bitch don't know how to act and Sevyn tired of it. I turn around halway to the door then go back to the couch. I jump on it. She screams then hits me. I fall on top of her then start kissing her stomach. I kiss her chin then her lips. I'm trying to be better. All of this is not me being better. I'm mad because she wants to spend time with her friend. I'm jealous. I heard her reason for going back with Cammie. Teyana has to go do something and MiMi talks about how Cammie is really bored and sad not being able to leave the house. I heard all of that. I didn't want to listen before. I no longer want to play the game of making her feel guilty.

"I'll stop acting stupid about you going to Cammie's. Can you tell me when you will be back?"

"No, cause I have trust issues. I'll surprise you."

I kiss her cheek. "Fine, I'm trying to make this last forever. I told you they last year."

"I'm listening."

"I have to go apologize to Cammie."

"Hold up. What did you do?"

I shrug. "I said something."

Sevyn gives me a look as I walk towards the door. I rather her find out from Cammie and not me. Maybe Cammie won't tell her and I'll get away with it. I'm going to be in shit if she tells Buggiz or Rollie. They take stuff too serious when it comes to Cammie. Hell everybody does. Cammie and Lane are sitting in the hall. As I walk up Cammie whispers something to Buggiz. Why she do that? He steps between us putting his hand up then ushering me around her.

"Damn, I can't talk to your ass?" I snap enraged.

"Don't make a scene." Buggiz says like he doesn't know me.

I knock his hand out the way then go about my business. Fuck Cammie.

Jareth Reviews: Kong: Skull Island (With Spoilers)

At long last, King Kong has returned to the big screen. Will it be better then the Peter Jackson film from several years ago?

Short Answer: Yes.

The Long Answer: Ehhhhh... it’s complicated.

The Story:

I'm not gonna sugar coat this. This isn't very true to the original film. For starters, it's set latterly days after the end of the Vietnam War, right as the United States are pulling troops out. John Goodman is the head of a group called Monarch (if yo watched the 2014 Godzilla film you already know who they are), who basically try to prove that monsters exist. But Goodman is running out of money, and talks his way onto an expedition as a last ditch attempt to find proof. It just so happens the expedition is going to an island that SOMEHOW remained undiscovered until now, which Goodman discovers is the mythical Skull Island. To aid his team, Randa hires a tracker played by the trickster god himself Tom Hiddleston, and an army helicopter squadron lead by none other then SAMUEL L. MUTHA FUCKIN JACKSON!

*Legal Notice: Whenever you say to type Jackson's full name, you are illegibly obligated to add the words “Mutha Fuckin” between his middle and last names.

So together, the Army jar heads, the fake scientists, the REAL scientists, the tracker, and a war photographer played by Brie Larson embark on their expedition, all while trying to look like a typical Vietnam war film. They soon arrive at a perpetual storm around Skull Island (which doesn't get explained) and they fly through it to the island... and start dropping bombs on it. Apparently they're ment to aid in some geological research, but think it's just to make humans look bad.

Suddenly they are attacked by the king himself, KONG! Created using motion capture. And I know what you're thinking... but it's not Andy Serkis... he was busy playing Apes in other movies. No he's played by apparently two other guys who's names escape me as of this review. But anyway he attack the helicopters causing them to crash and killing a good chunk of the scientists and soldiers. The group becomes scattered and split into three. Hiddleston and Larson are joined by two other Monarch scientists, a rookie soldier played by Thomas Mann, and some other nameless scientist who gets eaten by birds later in the film, who I'm not going to bother.

Jackson meanwhile survives with Goodman, a group of soldiers, including a grizzled veteran played Shea Whighamand the only other ���Legit” scientist who again, not gonna bother with his name. They decide to make their way to another down chopper and it's pilot named Chapman, played by Toby Kebbell. As it turn's out, Chapman's helicopter contained the remaining bombs from the expedition, that Jackson wants to use to kill Kong. And boy does Jackson want to kill Kong. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not use to seeing Samuel L. Mutha Fuckin Jackson as a crazy villain... he does good in this role. As for Chapman's big contribution to them movie is talking about his son who's been writing letters to him since he shipped out... as well as sitting on a giant stick bug... and getting eaten by another monster. So sad, very tragic, moving on.

Hiddleston's group meanwhile runs into a group of natives and an WWII fighter pilot played by GAAAH! God dammit it's John C. Reilly! I'm not gonna lie, most of the stuff I've seen John C. Reilly in, I don't really like. There are a few exceptions here or there like Guardians of the Galaxy, but my god! Thankfully, this is also one of those few expeditions. The character he plays is quark, but somewhat knowledgeable and I can;t help but feel some pity for. Anyway. Reilly has been trapped on the island for almost 25 years, having crashed there along with a Japanese Zero Pilot, who was killed by what he calls a Skullcrawler, a terrible creature that lives underneath the island. Kong's ancestors protected the island and Natives from them, but Kong (who is still growing BTW) is the last of his kind.

Needing to meet up with a rescue group on the northern end of the island. Hiddleston and his group help Reilly complete a makeshift boat he was building using old Airplane parts, at the same time Larson finds a Giant Water Buffalo pinned by Helicopter wreckage, and works to free it. Coming in contact with Kong and earning some points with him for her good behavior. The group soon after leaves the village, joined by Reilly who want's to go home and they soon meet up with Jackson's group, in since then have battled a giant spider and awakened a tree full of man eating birds... who previously ate the first unnamed legit scientist.

In order to reach Chapman's site, they need to cross a toxic area where Kong's parents fell to the Skull Crawlers. They end up doing battle with the Skullcrawler that ate Chapman. Goodman gets eaten, and Hiddleston finds Chapman's bloody dogtags. A this point Jackson's true intentions are revealed and he orders his men to continue with his makeshift mission. Hiddleston and the others continue on ahead where he and Larson have another encounter with Kong, just as Jackson begins blowing crap up again to draw him into a trap. Hiddleston, Larson and  Reilly decide to save Kong and confront Jackson just as he's nearly defeated Kong (who also stepped on the last surviving legit scientist). However the bombs wake up an ADULT Skull Crawler and the group flees as Jackson gets crushed by Kong and OH BOY is it a satisfying death.

The group flees but are chanced by the Skullcrawler who sadly kills Whighamand who was trying to sacrifice himself to allow the others to escape. Seriously, that death is kinda a low blow to the character. Anyway, Kong shows up, battle's the monster and Larson gets knocked into the water. Kong saves her but the monster tries to eat Kong’s fist with her in it, leading to one hell of a FATALITY! It's like something out of Mortal Kombat! Anyway Hiddleston revives Larson, the people escape the island and Kong Roars. During the credits we see Reilly return home to meet his wife and adult son. And personally I am REALLY GLAD for this happy ending. This character deserved it.

Also we get a post credit scene where  Hiddleston and Larson meet with the surviving Monarch scientists and learn that there are other monsters in the world, including GODZILLA, setting up for a future film which is still a few years away.

Overall Thoughts

When compared to Godzilla and the Peter Jackson Kong film, this blows them both out of the water. The effort that went into this film to make it feel like the early 1970's was pronominal. They were a few too many slow motion action shots, but I can look past that rather easily. Although this wasn't really true to the original King Kong, there were some nice nods to the original film and other previous versions. The characters were... I hate to say this... kinda bleh. Goodman had an interesting backstory, he was the survivor of a Godzilla attack and spent his life trying to prove these creatures existed. But once they were on the island... he kinda took a back seat to everything, and when he died I didn't really care that much. They didn't go out of their way to make him sympathetic or hated for lying about the dangers on the island.  Hiddleston also had some backstory about a father not coming back from World War II, but again I never really became invested in that story.

I felt no real impact when these characters died... EXCEPT in the case of Chapman and  Whighamand. Chapman's death came as a surprise to me because they set up so much back story with this character and dedicated a great deal of time to him. And Whighamand's character had some great funny moments in the film, making his death and failed sacrifice all the more tragic. The only other characters I enjoyed was  Reilly's, who I personally felt stole the show and.. well... KONG. The makes of this movie took time to actually develop a BACKSTORY for Kong, they show us Kong. We got to see how he interacted with the island, what he did in his of time. It's not always battling giant monsters, he enjoys sitting a looking up at the night sky, he mends his wounds and eats SQUID. Mind you, he isn't nearly as developed as the Kong from the Peter Jackson film, but he still gets WAY MORE screen time then Godzilla got in his film. They succeeded in spiting the story and action between the human characters and their giant monster, and I give them credit for that.

This is a CGI heavy film, and while I'm not opposed to CGI in film, I would have liked to have seen a few more practical effects in this film. Especially with the explosions, seriously If you wanted to make this a perfect period film would could have shot some live action explosions and integrated them into the film. That said, the creatures did look good in CGI. Kong looked amazing, the Skullcrawlers and giant bugs were frightening and the giant water buffalo we got to see in the film were FANTASTIC. For a moment it felt like I could reach out and touch them. The only time the CGI didn't work for me was in scenes involving the man eating birds, they just looked too artificial too me. It's one of those rare moments where animatronics would have worked better, and really, I would have loved to have seen animatronics used in this film. The slow motion shots looked good and were done in interesting ways, but they were used waaaaaaay too much for this film. The music was... forgettable... honestly I had no care for the music in this film and didn't even bother to remember any good use of it, other then Kong's introduction scene a half hour into the film.

FINAL VERDICT ON KONG: SKULL ISLAND

It's got great moments and it's acceptable, but honestly I feel it could have had some better effort put into it.

Story: 7/10: A good attempt to modernize the story and bring it into a larger universe.

Characters: 6/10: They need to put in more work to make the characters interesting.

Effects: 6/10: The monsters looked good, but there was too much CGI and Slow mo for my taste.

Music and Score: 3/10: Totally forgettable except for one scene.

Rewatch: 6/10: I might see it again when it comes out on DVD, but chances are I won't watch this too often.

OVERALL SCORE: 6/10: It's okay, could have been better.

CHAPTER ONE: I'M JAY Before I start, my name is Jason or call me Jay, and since I was a little boy there was a lot of attention towards me.But not often, you see my sister Jesly was in charge of me, always checking on Me. Sometimes she had most of the attention but only b/c she is a role model and my mother admires her but I still got the spotlight from most people. _ ___________________________ -Flashback to when I was 6. Jason- Jesly, pley with me... Jesly- hold on.(pausing on the phone.) Can you Waite! I'm busy right now...later on. Jason-Your always on the phone...can we plaayyy.(pulling her arm) Jesly-Mom tell jason to stop bothering me! Mom-Jason! Leave your sister alone before I get there! I just left the room, I was being such a brat the only thing that I had was watching batman on the TV drinking my kool-aid juice and some candy bag, sitting on the floor. While my mom was busy on the phone talking. ___________________ ...And then there was my little sister genny that came in. She did had the whole attention for her self. And I was in charge of her even though I would get blamed for small stuff, little things. Like getting blamed for being abusive, not taking care of my sister, not paying attention, causing problems, etc. It's fine since I know they love me. I know they all do. They are just teaching me to be more attentive. Now it's the present and I'm moving to the next grade, 9th grade, a freshman I guess. But I'm excited, I may not have friends, which is not really important. I'm used to it already since middle school. There's still some thoughts occurring, maybe it'll be like the teen movies, all cheerful and happy. Just maybe. Or...I guess I'm nervous, I don't know what to expect. "Be careful in school, don't get into trouble.."my mom said. I'm almost leaving and entering my first day in high school, I could see why my mom would say that, she just wants what is best for me. She sees me as a quiet guy and is afraid that I would get into fights, I'm not a violent person, that's how my mom views me as. I'm done and ready to go, just need to check myself in the mirror, gotta look good right. I'm breathing heavily as I'm opening the door and knowing, after I leave the house, the real world would face me. Now I'm trying to conrol myself not feeling nervouse nor scared, 'cause now I know what to do. Kind of like a plan. This time I'm going make friends, that's my goal, last year...was not good or bad. I mean everyone goes through bad times. All I can think of is once I enter inside. It'll be like the movies...I think, or hope. I'm standing in front of my new school, first day as a freshman. There's already guys and girls going in, I'm just checking the building out, it looked just like I imagined. A tall wide building, gates around and a great parking spot. Just wish I owned a car. I'm already walking up these huge..well, small stairs, till I got in. I didn't realize there would be four long lines to waite in, I don't even know where I belong to waite. A loud voice crashed in my ears, a woman was giving out intructions to everyone who was entering. "Get in line by the first letter of your last name!" She repeated like 3 times, I went to the line J-M. I was next in line, time goes by quick when you thinking about your goals. The old lady-"what's your last name?" Jason-"umm..m-me-mendoza, J-Jason Mendoza." My left leg was starting to shake , it's a bad habit I have, I guess it's because I get nervous easily. I notice the old lady checking through the papers for my name. But she looked like she's unhappy with her job though. Now the bell rung and is time for my first class. I don't know what to expect all I feel is excitement for a new beginning. Just thinking about new friends and even, just maybe I'll fall in love. Just gotta get through this crowded hallway, my first period class started. Most of the classes were just to get to know each other. Gym was not as I was hoping, I needed to write an essay about being "healthy". I did met few people but I did saw someone. My crush was with me in gym, I know him since middle school it's one of the reason I chose this school...some classes were just okay. There was an activity in health class , an exercise to know each other. I felt left out since everyone felt comfortable meeting with each other, I guess not with me. It's lunch time now, my stomach is starting to call me but I can't stop staring at my crush, maybe if I smile at him and....never mind he won't notice. He's too busy with his flirting skill and using that skill on his girls. At least I have lunch to eat, just plain o pizza. And chocolate milk. All the tables are full of...friendship, people and I guess I'll sit on this table alone. But it's okay, since it's my first day on this school there's still time for finding friends, right? "Yo, bro..my son jace goes this school?!!" Michael told me in front of his guy friends, I felt uneasy since I knew him from my middle school, my whit  shirt couldn't hide me or punch him right in his chest, he's chubby and tall  and im skinny and short , there was no place to hide but just look at my plate. But I'm forgetting that It's okay there's nothing wrong going on "This the kid Iwas tellin ya bout...yo he mad funny?" He told his friend as they messed up my hair, I'm okay though, I still remember my goal. And a plan for finding a friend. But first I'll try it on my crush. Through out the time I just ate my pizza and kept staring at him, Chris. And imagining my myself in his arms. "Jason cone sit on my lap" He told me on his deep voice, patting on his thigh waiting for me to go. I could see him sitting there with a navey blue hoodie and a white shirt under and a halo around him. he started smirking at me with his big round hazel eyes and bushy eyebrows, biting his sexy fat lips. Then the bell runged & ruined my fantasy with Chris. I think I got living environment for my next class, my last class for the day. The stars don't seem to be bad it's just one floor down. "Hello everyone, welcome. Welcome."I could hear the teacher greeting every person going in. Then I got welcomed as well. The seats were taken from the front sides I just has the last seat, all the way in the back next to a group of friends. "Everyone settle....and take a seat everyone, my name is Mrs.Simink and she's Mrs.Scott." even though the two teachers introduce themselves, the chatter won't stop, mostly every teen in the class ignored them, except for me kind of, I was looking at Mrs.Smink talk, in the same I was also drawing myself with Chris. "Since it's the first day, everyone is free for today, it's free time." Mrs.Smink told every one, pleasing everyone, I just kept on my drawing but I could hear laughter walking by. And turns out, that laughter is from Michael and his friends. The feel of them staring at me felt my hands burning, trying not to look over there. Since I could see their fingers pointing towards my direction. Why am I feeling offended, there's nothing wrong happening is there. My family taught me to be a sociable, we'll behaved young guy. I guess I'm just over reacting. People do seem to laugh a lot about me, I think I am a haliours person after all. Not sure why? The day is over, I'm ready for the end of the day and just go home. Walking out side of the school, seeing everyone going to stores, hanging out in the parking lot or even driving in their cars with friends. I'm actually happy for a new start but not sure if this school... is just...neverminde there's nothing wrong with the school, I'm just excited that's all, but Tomorrow I start again, it's gonna be worth it...I could already see the bright side, it's looking...grey but it's going go as I planned. ............Home.......... Today was a great day I met new people, made few laugh, now I'm home with my family. I could hear music playing, my mom had cumbia playing, it's Mexican music by the way. Even I could hear the loud talking all the way from my room, as I opened the door of my room just to see who was in the kitchen. I saw my mom drinking a beer with my sister Jesly and my aunt Gloria. Then they saw saw me. "Well....aren't you going to say hello, go on say hi you're locked in your room?!" My mom looked at me with a serious stare, pinching my soul from the inside. She was right I wasn't being polite though. "Hee-hel-he-hello." I stumbled on my words, my sweat was pouring out of my skin and could see the look on my mother's reaction, she's right though, I wasn't being polite. "Excuse my son, he stutters and gets very dumb in FRONT of people, just like his father, he's such a nice guy though , he doesn't seem to wake up." My mother laughed next with everyone laughing. My mother is right though I am dumb for being nervouse. I went back inside just to ignore the noise and close the door All I had to do was go to my room and look at at my romantic short film that I was watching befor, I love the fake romance, it makes me feel there's hope for me at least. "Jason go wash the dishes, mom wants you to wash them and to stop being on your phone." Genny came in to inrurup me on my short film, but for a good reason, I gotta do chores too, and there's the staring again as I'm beginning to wash the dirty plates. "JAAASSSONN!...Jason I'm talking to you!" My mom yelled to get my attention, Gloria seem to give me a serious stare also. Even Jesly is serious, I think I'm being rude...I guess that's why. I looked back and checked what was wrong with my guilty face. "That's my son, I forgot to tell you about last time." My mom said excited, I had a feeling where she was going at with those words. I just looked at her thinking about what will she say next. "Last time Jason started crying just because we don't understand his feelings jajaajaa." My mom giggled over what she told in front of my aunt. Even my Aunt gave me a teasing stare , I was being a little pussy at the time. "Dont get sentimental, jaaajajaaa." Aunt Gloria said joking to me, my mom bust out laughing even my sister Jesly and Genny. There was no place to scream or yell. I guess I'm over reacting, I'm just holding my pain inside, that helps. All I did was walk back to my room and left the wet dishes on the sink. The laughter kept on chasing me just wanted to ignore their comments. I don't wanna cry infront of them , it will just make things worst, the only thought I had was going out of the window and to the roof. I took my sweater with me since it's cold at night, just sat on the roof hugging myself tight and trying to control my tears. I'm just being sentimental, dramatic, I'm just such a pussy. I could see the moon above and thinking about tomorrow, school starts again and I have my plan with me just gonna change it or bend it. Just gotta see how to make it real.
