what is friendship if not the relationship between someone who routinely talks about themselves almost exclusively in the third person (Bruce Wayne) and someone who absolutely hates to talk about themselves in the third person because it freaks them out (Clark Kent).
#it's because bruce has a grasp on how he views himself#but clark needs more stability#he can't refer to himself in the third person or he gets sad and confused#meanwhile if you ask bruce to NOT refer to himself in the third person he just stares at you like what.#bruce: Bruce wayne --#Clark: SHUT UP about bruce wayne oh my GOD can you just say I for ONCE#clark secretly to himself: what am I supposed to call bruce I can't call him bruce if he doesn't call himself bruce#thoughts#bruce wayne#batman#dc#batfamily#clark kent#superbat#superman#overthinking

Stampede!Legato's Charm Points
...A not-comprehensive list of blatant squee for the @tristampparty.
I enjoy every version of Legato (which feels like saying "water is wet"), but Stampede's version in particular feels dazzling, like looking into the sun for too long. And if you couldn't tell from that description and looking at other people's reactions, especially toward his looks, this is very much me "proselytizing" in his favor. (Or finding like-minded people!)
Under the cut because I couldn't contain myself. XD
Charm Point the First: How He's Framed (...Mostly)
(The big zipper on his coat is also cute by the way)
Studio ORANGE made a fascinating choice with Legato for Stampede s1: his face is either in shadow, or at various angles that highlight how striking he is, usually as seen from below. This forces us to either a) look deeper at what expressions we do see, or b) focus our gaze on everything else about him. So a win either way, really.
On the other hand, though: please let us see more of his face in S2 PLEASE
Charm Point the Second: His Hands
Self-explanatory, I know. But hands are an absolute pain to draw and I'm forever impressed with the sheer, insane detail the animators get across with Legato's. Look at this gif, you can actually see where he laughs when his wrist tilts! There's something so erotic and dangerous about how they're portrayed. Very very good.
Charm Point the Third: His Laugh
This Legato is a downright jolly fellow in some ways compared to the previous ones! His laughter is lovely, often low and soft and wicked. It makes every scene with him more fun for the viewer, because he's having fun.
Charm Point the Fourth: His Plantlike Complexion
One might even call it a "ceramic-like pallor". It has to be because of the Plant genetics Stampede's writer mentioned. It makes him even more Fair Folk-like and otherworldly, almost ethereal; it adds another creepy, "don't make that deal" layer to his scene with Wolfwood.
Charm Point the Fifth: His Legs
I could've picked a different shot, but no. This one illustrates the point rather well, I think. (In general, besides his stomach he's on his way to a male ballet dancer physique, which is a wonderful thing.)
Charm Point 5.9: Safety First!
Something about Legato doing nefarious deeds and still wearing a seatbelt is just...peak moe for some reason. 10/10.
Charm Point the Sixth and Seventh: His Nape/Hair
I love this shot so much uuuuuuu look at the lighting
Sometimes the sheer floppiness of his haircut in some screenshots undersells how neatly managed it actually is. Legato may not want people to talk about his hair, but he does take good care of it. It's sleek, it's out of his way (mostly), and I can't help but wonder if it's cut as short as it is in the back to avoid touching his skin... :(
Charm Point 7.5: His Waist
It's the part everybody critiques! Yes, he looks like a Ken doll with it being that narrow. Yes, I 100% think that's the point and Studio Orange will make us sad about it in S2. Moving on quickly so as not to dwell on it!
Charm Point the Eighth: His Voice
I'll be talking about his dialogue right after this, but really, that dialogue wouldn't land right without the perfect voices to match. Whether subbed or dubbed, Stampede!Legato manages to slide between cold elegance and zealous desperation with ease. (Also, again, That Laugh *happy shivers*)
Charm Point the Ninth: His Dialogue
While we sadly only see Legato in two episodes, I think they're still a great introduction to him. We're given just enough to understand why he conflicts with Vash and co., what his motives are (which he might explain too much, but anyway), and who he is as person. He's a human who fundamentally doesn't understand humans, least of all himself. I think he's drawn to Wolfwood and Livio's relationship specifically because he himself doesn't have a reference point for it. It fascinates him even as he hates it. And speaking of that...
Charm Point the Tenth: His Confusion About Love
I left this one for last because unlike the above, which are mostly fixed states, this one really could go in any direction. At the end of episode 6, Legato explains how he doesn't understand love and thinks it should "give way to devotion". This is interesting, to say the least, because past Legatos don't just lay things out that clearly, and neither do most characters in Stampede. There's practically a big neon sign blaring over this!
From my very biased standpoint, there's nothing more fun than when a character who looks like this *points at the above* disdains love that openly. That means that either a) Legato is being set up to never understand love ever, which is less interesting, or b) discover what love means to him. Will that end well? Poorly? Will Studio Orange give us enough string to make a cats cradle out of for our own entertainment? Who knows! It's all up in the air for now.
I just think that there's nothing more narratively thrilling than limitless possibilities and slowly winnowing them down, is all. :D
#legato bluesummers#trigun stampede#“Non-comprehensive” I say while running through his character design with a fine-toothed comb#I didn't cover the outfit as much because we know it's going to change over time...so I assume “don't get too attached”

Emmet was reaching Wayward Cave, which would lead him to the end part of the Coronet Highlands. While he felt excited to keep looking for Ingo, he still had that anxious feeling in the back of his heart. Eventually, the exit end of the cave came into sight, and Emmet thought he saw movement inside. Something welled up inside his chest. Emmet decided he'd call out into the cave. He put a hand up to his mouth and shouted.
"Hello! I am Emmet! I am a Subway Boss! I am looking for my twin brother, Ingo! Do you happen to know him by chance?"
Emmet half expected no one to respond. But then, the exit of the cave glowed as a torch was lit in someone's hand. Emmet's eyes widened. The person set the torch against the cave wall and stepped forward.
Emmet's eyes filled with tears and the biggest, most genuine smile he had produced in years spread across his face.
It was Ingo.
Ingo held one last torch as he reached the exit of Wayward Cave. He thought again about the rift, his origins and the items he had found. Would he really be able to find something about himself via the rifts? He wasn't even sure if he had fallen through one. But Akari, someone from his world, had. That had given him hope, and continued to do so now. With all that had been happening, Ingo was determined to get some type of answer.
Now, the exit of the cave was in sight. Ingo swore he saw some sort of movement from outside the cave, and he paused. Suddenly, he heard someone shout towards the cave from the outside.
"Hello! I am Emmet! I am looking for my twin brother, Ingo! Do you happen to know him by chance?"
Ingo's eyes widened, and something welled up in his chest. That voice.
Emmet.
Ingo quickly took the last torch and lit it, leaning it against the cave wall and stepping forward. Now he could properly see the person who called out.
Ingo was struck with a strong wave of emotion; Confusion..nostalgia..happiness...longing….
Emmet looked..like himself, except his coat was the opposite color. Ingo could barely see a smile on the man's face, and his stature was more expensive than Ingo's own. One of the gloves Ingo once had and the armband he still had were missing on this person. Small amounts of water began to prick at Ingo's eyes. He was so familiar…
A blur of white…a smile…
Someone who looked..like me…
We'd battle and discuss Pokémon, I think…
"Subway Boss...twin brother..."
"I can't remember my own home, nor my family, if I had any…"
Ingo took in a breath. He did have a family.
Emmet.
Emmet froze in place. For a moment, he couldn't move, but when he could, he put one foot in front of the other, beginning to move his legs.
One shaky step at a time, before he was in a full on dash, soon barreling into his brother's arms, gripping him with a hug that time and space could rip from his cold, dead hands. He tried to say something, but all that came from his mouth was whimpers that accompanied the stream of tears that started rolling down his face almost immediately after he spotted Ingo.
Upon stepping out from the cave, Ingo also felt himself move towards the man who looked like him, if not much slower and making much less distance.
Ingo didn't have much time to process what was happening. He felt confused, excited, happy...and sad. Ingo almost immediately returned the hug. He was crying. Tears stung at his eyes, and when he tried to blink them away, only more came. Eventually, he allowed them to.
Finally, Emmet spoke between sobs.
"Ingo..you are here! You are really here..I knew I would find you! I knew my searches would not be useless, no matter how many people told me they would be..it worked! I found you! I am sooo happy to see you! You can finally come home.."
Home.
"I can't remember my own home…"
Not only did Ingo have a family, he also really did have a home.
A home he had before Hisui.
Suddenly, Emmet pulled away, tears still streaming from his eyes.
"We have to tell Elesa! Our Pokémon, too! Yup! The Subway System has been verrry lonely without you, you have not been there to even battle! Are you alright? You look a bit sickly..you have grown a beard, too! When–"
"Wait." Ingo said suddenly.
Emmet was important. Very important. He could feel his mind grasping at it, but it couldn't quite grip it.
Emmet stopped talking and blinked.
"You look like me." Ingo said simply.
Emmet was taken aback, but nodded. "Yes. Yes of course, you do. We are brothers! A two-car train!"
A two-car train.
Yes. Ingo knew that. The moment he saw Emmet, he knew he was important.
He was his twin brother. One part of their two-car train.
Ingo was so happy to see Emmet again.
And yet, as a moment of silence wavered through the air, Ingo realized
He hardly remembered anything about Emmet.
"I'm sorry, I'm just..a bit delirious," Ingo then said, focusing, "I'm really happy to see you."
Emmet nodded "I am happy to see you, too! So verrry happy! Although, about being delirious..you look…beat..are you okay? You are acting a bit strange. We should go find someone who can fix you up."
Ingo appreciated the thought, but he was thinking of something else.
How would Emmet react if Ingo told him he didn't remember? He would be heartbroken.
But somehow, it seemed worse to keep it from him.
Ingo spoke, "I'm sure there's many things that must be done, Emmet..but there's something..very important I need to tell you. It will be unexpected, but please, just listen."
Emmet's smile dissipated a bit, but he nodded.
Ingo took in a breath.
"I…I really don't want to have to tell you this, but…when we were separated, I…"
Emmet blinked, looking at Ingo.
"I had..forgotten about you, and I still don't remember everything…"
Emmet's eyes widened.
"What…?"
Ingo winced, but continued regardless,
"Let me explain. One day I woke up in this land called Hisui that I had never been to, and I couldn't remember anything but my own name. All my time there, I knew there were things I was forgetting. Things so important. But I could never remember."
Emmet's chest was tight, and he had a horrible feeling in his stomach. He felt like he might throw up. Ingo? Forgot him?
"No. N-No, you know me! I am your twin brother! Your best friend!" Emmet blurted out.
"You're right, I do know you." Ingo responded, "From the moment I saw you, I knew you were important. Family. But I only know so little."
Tears welled up in Emmet's eyes, and he used his hands to pull on the hair on the sides of his head. He began to weep.
Emmet felt like he couldn't talk. His legs collapsed from under him and he landed on his knees, his tears coming down harder
"I knew it was something I did. You would not say such a cruel joke otherwise."
Ingo's eyes widened. He rushed to sit in front of Emmet.
"Emmet, I'm…I'm not joking…but I swear, everything will be okay–"
Emmet was hyperventilating at this point.
"How could this ever be okay…?" He whimpered.
Seeing Emmet like this broke Ingo's heart. What he felt and how he thought was endlessly complicated, but he had to try and explain it.
Ingo paused, before he seemingly instinctively hugged Emmet, holding him gently but securely. Tears stung at his eyes. He felt terrible. But he needed to stay strong.
"Emmet. I know your heart is broken. My heart is broken, too, but I want to fix both of them as much as I can, because I care about you. So please, hear what I have to say."
Emmet didn't respond, but he relaxed somewhat from his previously tense position, lowering his hands from his head.
After a moment, Ingo continued,
"In my time before today, I would do and say things for reasons I didn't know, but they gave me strength and comfort..there were rare instances where I would recall things that were from my lost past because of small aspects of things that would make something click in my head…"
Emmet wrapped his arms around Ingo. He was silent. Ingo supposed he was listening.
"A few months ago, someone appeared here…she helped me regain some knowledge of my original time and world, as she was from there, too…but again, I only know so little compared to what I could possibly remember…"
Ingo pulled away from the hug, his hands on Emmet's shoulders. Ingo looked into Emmet's eyes, which were filled with mixes of emotion.
"But I can remember, I want to remember …I had recently begun to recall tiny bits and pieces of my home, of you…and the moment I saw you, I knew you were somebody key to my life and memories."
Emmet took in a breath, stammering.
"S-So…even if you can't remember everything, you know how important the people and things from your home are…and you still care about us…?"
Ingo nodded firmly, "Of course. Even if the memories themselves have faded, much still lives on in my heart." Ingo dug into his pocket, taking out the torn glove and piece of blue fabric he had found earlier in Wayward Cave, holding them out for Emmet to take, "Even if I can't remember the memories that make it up, I can still feel the bond between us and how important you are to me. My twin brother. My best friend."
Emmet gasped, taking the piece of fabric and the glove.
"Where did you find these…?" He murmured.
"In that cave you saw me come from. It was there I remembered multiple important things; It almost seems as if the universe wanted me to find them." Ingo explained, "I had a good feeling they traced back to someone special, and now I know that's true. I knew it was true from the moment I saw you."
"Ingo…thank you so, so much.."
"You don't need to thank me for anything."
Before anything else could be said, Emmet felt something from within his coat. He gasped.
"Our Pokémon".
Ingo was confused for a moment, before it hit him, and his eyes widened.
"You said something about 'telling our Pokémon'...we were Pokémon trainers back in our..home..too, weren't we?"
Emmet nodded, but as he opened his mouth to speak, a blue beam of light shot out of a Pokéball in his coat, a Pokémon forming. It looked confused, before it turned to Ingo, and stopped.
Ingo's eyes widened
Its name escapes me, but I remember it wielded flames with mastery..
His Pokémon.
-
Chandelure had felt as if something was off. She didn't want to jump to conclusions, but she felt as if their trip with Emmet had come to an unexpected stop.
So she left her Pokéball to see.
And what she saw was certainly unexpected, but absolutely welcome.
It was Emmet. And Ingo.
Ingo. It was Ingo!
-
Ingo blinked in shock as he took in the sight before him. A Pokémon, resembling a chandelier with purple flames.
Its name escapes me…
Chandelure.
Chandelure made a noise of much excitement, tipped with a mix of other emotions. She swiftly floated towards Ingo and hugged him as tightly as she could with her strange yet welcoming appendages.
Then, a multitude of other beams of light escaped Emmet's coat, 12 other Pokémon forming in total! They were also confused for a moment, but made noises of their own unique excitement and emotions as they spotted Ingo. 6 more Pokémon surrounded Ingo, the 6 others behind him.
Ingo seemed surprised, but not bothered. Emmet had a perplexed expression, but then he smiled, shrugging. He knew he should probably give Ingo a moment to take this all in.
"They missed you a lot."
Ingo's eyes filled with tears as he returned Chandelure's embrace. Then, after a moment, he let go of her, going to give the other Pokémon a warm greeting. He listed their names in his head as he scanned them.
A creature made of gears and other items. Klinklang. A yellow and black dragon with blades on the sides of its mouth. Haxorus. A small brown and white creature with a long face but sharp claws. Excadrill. A creature composed of garbage, yet had a charming demeanor. Garbodor. A creature resembling a strong human, but not quite, carrying a red metal rod. Gurrdurr. And a creature with pincers and a large, square rock on top of it. Crustle.
These were his Pokémon, although he had equal ownership of the last one, sharing it with Emmet, a strange detail he seemed to remember off the top of his head. These 7, out of the 13 he could see. They were his. He fought the tears filling his eyes.
Ingo went over to the other 6.
Another creature made of gears and other items, identical to Ingo's own, except the gears turned the opposite way. Another Klinklang. A long, blue and yellow creature with fins and a large mouth. Eelektross. A yellow creature with 6 eyes and 6 legs, and blue and purple patterns. Galvantula. A colorful creature with feathers yet also scales, bearing wings and claws at the same time. Archeops. A small, gray creature, seemingly made of metal, with 6 legs and pincers in its mouth. Durant. And a blue creature seemingly made of rock, 3 legs hoisting it up, with smaller orange parts, and yellow carving out its eyes. Boldore.
Ingo blinked, the tears in his eyes rolling down his face. This prompted the Pokémon to move positions, Ingo's own Pokémon scattering around him and patting him, the other Pokémon chirping sounds to comfort Ingo. Ingo laughed and patted the Pokémon in return, his laughter assuring the Pokémon he appreciated their gestures.
Chandelure had returned to be positioned in front of Ingo. Her flames wavered brightly.
I remember that it wielded flames with mastery…
Ingo smiled.
But then, that smile vanished. He glanced at Emmet, who by his facial expression, Ingo was able to tell he was thinking the same thing.
"Better sooner than later. I will help." Emmet stated simply.
Emmet was stressed, but he knew it was the best way to go. Ingo was certainly stressed as well. As anxious as he still was, Ingo's words resonated with him, and he was able to feel somewhat calm, and know what he said was true. At the end of it all, he was glad Ingo told him sooner than later. He'd rather get it over with.
"We had an unexpected stop in schedule." Emmet spoke.
"The reason we had an unexpected stop is because I had to work something out with Emmet regarding something important," Ingo explained, "and it's only fair that I tell you all, as well."
The Pokémon gathered around Ingo.
"It's..not good news. It's going to be hard to take in," Ingo said, "but please trust me when I say it'll all be okay. I just need you all to listen".
"Ingo loves you all verrry much." Emmet added, "Please keep this in mind."
The Pokémon were concerned, but also confused. They had been through hardships before; what could this bad thing be?
It came to them that they underestimated what it was.
Ingo repeated what he had told Emmet to the Pokémon; That before today, he did not remember them. As expected, the Pokémon did not react well. They made noises of distress, some arguing with the absurd concept, others panicking or shutting down. Some threw fits and others went to hide. Emmet's Pokémon scattered over to him. He tried to comfort them, petting them and trying to reassure them.
Haxorus shrunk away, lowering his head. Chandelure's flames darkened just a bit. Garbodor cried, its defeated arms hanging at its side.
And with the others' grief forming in their own ways.
Ingo had expected a negative reaction, but it seemed he had overestimated his ability to take control of the situation.
"Everyone, please listen–" Ingo called out.
A few of the Pokémon looked at him, but most of them were too upset.
Ingo took in a breath and went into thought. How could he calm them down?
After a moment, something clicked in his head. It was odd, but it felt right. He reached into his cloak and took out the Celestica Flute. He put the flute to his mouth, and without any outside guidance, played a tune he had never heard in Hisui, yet it was so familiar.
Emmet smiled, holding back tears, and the Pokémon began to calm down. The noise lowered, any fits began to calm, Pokémon hiding peeked out to look. Haxorus looked up, Garbodor lifted its arms, Chandelure's flames grew just a bit brighter.
That tune was only something an Ingo that remembered would know.
It may seem silly to some, but Ingo and Emmet had grown a special attachment to that tune ever since they were boys. Their parents sometimes whistled it to them to help calm them, and the brothers learned to whistle it themselves to help themselves and each other when they needed it. As Pokémon trainers, they passed this tradition down to them– they'd whistle it to their dear Pokémon when they needed it, too.
Ingo lowered the flute and put it back in his coat. He sat down and patted the ground to his side.
"Come here and listen. I promise, everything will be okay, even if it seems like it won't be." Ingo averred.
Emmet shuffled towards Ingo a little as his Pokémon approached him as well, a soft smile on his face. He had a warm feeling. Despite claiming to have failing memory, Ingo had remembered how to calm both him and their Pokémon down; Close, calming gestures and shared, special things. There was no way it was a coincidence.
Ingo continued to explain the situation to the Pokémon, making sure to communicate well to them; how he did things for reasons he didn't know, how he knew there were things missing, how he started to remember, could and wanted to remember more, and how he wanted to mend this all.
"You all are my family, my best friends." Ingo stated, looking at the Pokémon, "I want everything to be okay again, and I'll make sure that that happens."
The Pokémon chattered among themselves, perplexed..but glad.
Ingo glanced around, looking at Emmet and the Pokémon around him.
His family.
A sad look then flashed across Ingo's eyes. Tears filled his eyes and he blinked them away, but a few rolled down his face. He glanced down for a moment.
"I'm so sorry about all of this, that I forgot you all…I still missed you before today, even if I didn't know it…I didn't mean to forget you, and I would never want to.."
Emmet and the Pokémon were taken aback. Emmet rushed over to Ingo and pulled him into a hug, surprising the older twin. The Pokémon, who had surrounded Ingo and Emmet, patted Ingo and chattered noises of comfort.
Ingo always liked the company of his loved ones. Emmet and their Pokémon remembered that for sure.
"Ingo. You have no reason to apologize. I am sorry if I made you feel bad. I am not upset with you. I never was." Emmet affirmed, "This situation is not your fault. Even though you do not remember, you are working with us, like you always have. We are grateful for that." The Pokémon made noises of agreement.
A warm feeling grew in Ingo's chest.
"No, no, you didn't make me feel bad." Ingo responded, then letting out a breathy laugh, "I am glad I could do something. Thank you, Emmet. All of you. Thank you so much."
After a moment, Ingo and Emmet let go of each other. Emmet looked at the ground for a moment, thinking, before he looked back up to Ingo and spoke.
"So you are…willing to regain your memories, like you said?"
"I have wondered about my origins for all my time here," Ingo responded, "I would want nothing else. Which reminds me; Emmet, my Pokémon friends, I have decided on something, and I have something important to ask you all."
Emmet seemed a bit perplexed, as did the Pokémon, but nodded, with the Pokémon making noises of affirmation, assuring Ingo he was in the clear to ask.
"I am willing to regain my memories." Ingo said, tears welling up in his eyes as he looked at his brother, "Will you all be willing to once again start up this two-car train," Ingo looked around at all his Pokémon, "along with special, dear passengers," Then back to Emmet, "and set out on a new track; Helping me reclaim who I once was, as I will help you, and mend this all?"
A smile spread across Emmet's face, tears forming in his eyes as well, the Pokémon showing delighted movements and making noises of happiness, "That is exactly what I want to do. You said you wanted to fix our hearts; You should not have to do that alone. I want to do that, too. I have no doubt that our Pokémon feel the same. Yup! We are a two-car train with our dear passengers, like you said, after all, and we want nothing else than to go down this new track with you."
Ingo smiled as well and stood up, reaching his hand out to Emmet, who grabbed it and stood up with Ingo, then embracing him once again. Ingo returned the gesture. The Pokémon huddled with them, Ingo and Emmet patting them softly. Neither twin, nor the Pokémon, had to say anything; The message was already clear.
Thank you for being here with me.
After a few moments, they let go.
"We have much to do." Ingo said, "It will be a long track forward."
"That is okay. It will be alright as long as we all are together; You think this, too, yes?" Emmet responded.
Ingo nodded, "Absolutely."
The Pokémon chattered in contentment. They agreed.

TRULY MADLY DEEPLY 💕
✨A Jily Songfic Oneshot
Wattpad + Tumblr Masterlist
Likes liked ! Reblogs adored ! Comments LOVED ! + Stealing is a crime !
Warnings: none ! Pure beautiful fluff !
Note: I highly recommend keeping the song on repeat on Spotify while reading the oneshot =)
- -
A one-shot inspired by and about Jily's wedding night and after. A James POV in verse. A Lily POV in chorus.
- -
Am I asleep, am I awake, or somewhere in between?
The boy woke up from his slumber. Shaking his head, he tried to recollect the memories of the night before. A cheeky grin enveloped his features as the thoughts of the day before flooded his mind.
I can't believe that you are here and lying next to me
His eyes fell upon the redheaded angel-like face, her chest heaving slightly up and down with every breath. He ran his fingers through his jet-black hair which seemed more untidy than ever due to last night's.. *ahem* activities.
Or did I dream that we were perfectly entwined?
Was this it? Was his mind playing tricks on him? Had it all been a dream? He already found it hard to believe that the girl had actually agreed to go out with him in seventh year..
Like branches on a tree, or twigs caught on a vine?
And now she was under his sheets. His sheets.
Like all those days and weeks and months I tried to steal a kiss
The uncountable times James Fleamont Potter had confessed his undying love for her to which she would just roll her eyes at the boy's childishness. All those times he tried to steal a kiss during their little studying sessions and how she simply would playfully stick out her tongue at him.
And all those sleepless nights and daydreams where I pictured this,
His three mates had grown tired of hearing the lovesick boy's mutterings about how he'd one day marry her. And his parchment and quills were also very aware of the boy's hopelessness as random doodles with her name entwined always found their way on the corners of essays.
I'm just the underdog who finally got the girl
And there she was. The girl he had chased for as long as he can remember. Bright fiery red hair with a fiery personality to match: Lily Evans.
Potter now, actually.
And I am not ashamed to tell it to the world
The way he spinned her around wih glee when she nodded a tearful yes, the way a certain professor had gotten a wedding invitation with a "PS. I told you she loved me, Minnie." And the way he had sang louder than anyone else in the shower that day possibly making the entire Gryffindor house aware of his joy. The boy was head over heels in love, and well, she was falling too.
---
Truly, madly, deeply, I am
And he was on his knee. A gasp escaped from her mouth. This was the moment. Their moment. All her subtle stolen glances at him and the way he made her heart flutter everytime a teasing 'Evans' drawed from his lips.. all of that had lead to this. Tears lined her eyes as she nodded a yes.
Foolishly, completely falling
As a friendship blossomed between the destined pair, they took on their head boy and head girl duties. Potter had stopped with his continual display of affections to the girl and yet now the girl had started falling. Hard. Maybe she always liked him along the way. And it definitely didn't help how much taller and handsome he had grown over the summer.
And somehow you kicked all my walls in
And one day she couldn't help herself. On a patrol as usual as ever, she pinned the boy against the wall and kissed him. All those walls set up came crashing down as their lips crashed.
So baby, say you'll always keep me
After breaking apart, a red hue similar to her hair took over her corsage as the boy simply grinned in amusement and euphoria, and teased, "Alright there, Evans?"
Did she really hate the messy haired boy with the glasses? Nah she didn't.
Truly, madly, crazy, deeply in love with you
With all the roses and candles the boy had set up at their first night together as husband and wife, she couldn't have asked for anything else. And here she was remembering the events of last night where she had pulled his body into hers and made love as he kissed each and every one of her freckles softly.
In love with you
She was truly in love. In crazy, stupid, cliché, cheesy but beautiful love.
---
Should I put coffee and granola on a tray in bed?
She lay beside him and for the first time, he was confused. What was he supposed to do?? Prepare her breakfast? That would please her, right? His father always cooked for his mother. And he definitely could make a mean omelette.
And wake you up with all the words that I still haven't said?
But would that be the newly wed "husband" thing to do? Maybe he should wake her up murmuring sweet things in her ear? But on the other hand, the last time he woke her up, he'd gotten himself punched square in the jaw. And Evans —Potter! He kept forgetting yet always corrected himself with a shy smile— was rather strong.
And tender touches, just to show you how I feel
His tense shoulders relaxed as he simply admired the sight before him. Caressing her face, he tucked some of her red locks behind her ear as he placed a soft kiss upon her cheek. He could simply count all the freckles on her face over and over again. He'd never get tired of looking at her.
Or should I act so cool like it was no big deal?
Maybe he should just get up and shower. Did girls like it when boys made fuss about this or not? Well, then again, it was their wedding night. All doubts from his head were washed away as she gave a small smile and leaned into the touch of his hand which lay caressing her cheek. Maybe he'd just stay here for a few more moments, he decided.
Wish I could freeze this moment in a frame and stay like this
And to think everyone in the wizarding work knew we were on the brink of war. No! He refused to think of that right now. 'Live in the moment,' his best friend had always told him. And that's what he did. He snuggled closer towards the girl, putting an arm over her gently, and pulled her flush against his bare chest.
I'll put this day back on replay and keep reliving it
He buried his face in the crook of her neck and her sweet flowery scent consumed his senses. Their bodies entangled together beautifully and he couldn't think of a better day to start a day. He could now. He would now wake up every day to the love of his life. Maybe until when they were 100. Yeah, yeah he definitely would, the boy declared in his thoughts.
'Cause here's the tragic truth if you don't feel the same
People might consider it rather childish: the way he would confess his love for her ever since their third year. But he truly meant every love confession to her growing up. Maybe it was the sweet tinkling sound of her laughter, or her adorable pout whenever Flitwick assigned extra homework or Merlin, it was probably that one time she flirted with him after a Quidditch Match which caused him to become infatuated with her forever.
My heart would fall apart if someone said your name
And he truly loved her so much, words were never enough to describe it. He really hoped she felt the same.
---
And truly, madly, deeply, I am
"I wouldn't go out with you if it was a choice between you and the giant squid." She meant that actually. James Potter was definitely an arrogant toerag. But that's the thing. He was.
Somewhere along the way, the prideful egotistic boy had become a caring and proper man. Her green eyes couldn't help but linger on him more as his usual bullying time was replaced by maturity. That time turned into taking care of his werewolf friend, or even time for comforting his best friend who cried into his arms in the corner of the common room some nights.
And soon enough, a friendship blossomed between the unlikely pair of the redhead and the brunet.
Foolishly, completely falling
And sooner it turned into more..
"Ariel, Ariel uh- let down your window?" One night, a rather confused whisper came from Lily's bedroom window. With a startle the girl rushed to slide up the windowpane and was met with the lopsided grin and the familiar hazel eyes with a playful twinkle looking back at her. "Potter!" She shook her head with a chuckle as she allowed him in. "Evans.. I missed you, okay?" he drawed out sheepishly as he gently pulled her closer by her waist. Heat rose to her cheeks as she looked up at him.
And somehow you kicked all my walls in
The boy leaned down towards her lips unable to resist the girl any longer but Lily turned away at the last moment (resulting a rather sad pout on the boy's lips) as she heard her name being called downstairs. "Lily! Next time your boyfriend wants to visit at 12 am, tell him to use the door, okay? My rose bushes are ruined!!"
So baby, say you'll always keep me
And now she was waking up beside him.
She meekly opened her right eye to see if her husband —yes, husband she reminded herself proudly—was still asleep. A lazy smile on his lips, she was greeted with a drawl in his low morning voice, "Good morning, Evans."
Truly, madly, crazy, deeply in love with you
His infuriating smirks had now grown into breathtaking smiles. And he gave her one right now earning a blush upon the girl's cheeks. In his arms and close was exactly where Lily wanted to be. She smiled back endearing and simply looked at him with awe, treasuring the moment, before closing the distance between them. As she pecked his soft lips, she murmured into them, 'Potter, actually."
She was his and him, hers.
All was well.
Anyone catch the ending words reference? The first time I heard this song some months ago (maybe even a year oop—) , I just knew it SCREAMED #Jily. And so here I am finally writing and publishing this !
Thanks for reading and love you all you beautiful people !

Previous Chapter 10
Chapter 11 – Christmas Surprise
Henry was surrounded by chaos. Normally this kind of energy filled him with joy, laughter and light-heartedness. The children were running around with Kal in the backyard of his parents' house on Jersey Island. The sun was bright, the children were bundled up to protect them from the cold. He, however, was safe in the warmth of the living room. Normally Uncle Henry would be out running around and having fun with his nephews and nieces, but today he felt oddly adrift.
He had not been able to find Reba after his last phone call attempt had ended up with a disconnected message. He had tried calling the book company but was blocked at every turn. His efforts had then turned to hire a private eye, but he had also been unsuccessful in locating her. As a last-ditch attempt, he had even stated in an interview that his greatest dream was to have a family hoping Reba would see it.
In the following months, he had tried to forget, tried to fill his time with work, and friends. He had even gone on a few dates, but they had fallen flat. Nothing seemed to fill him with the same intense pull, desire, and sense of home he had felt with Reba.
The sun had drifted down and outside was getting colder, Henry was joined by all the family sitting around the Christmas tree ready to present Christmas gifts to each other. Little James sensing Uncle Henry's quiet came and climbed on his knee snuggling in his big arms and promptly falling asleep. Henry looked down at the little boy, familiar love and care for the boy swelling in his chest. It also made him sadder missing a child he believed would never be.
The children settled around the room, Christmas music playing in the background, paper ripping and giggles ringing. Henry's mum Maryanne came over and sat next to him. She too had sensed his sadness today; her son had been strangely absent, his normal exuberance missing. She looked at the sleeping boy in Henry's arms, so whispered her concern "you ok Henry? You don't seem your usual self today" she rested a hand on his knee with a motherly touch. He sighed not sure how to phrase how he felt "I don't know mum, I guess I'm just feeling sad today I can't seem to shake it off." She patted him on the knee and then handed him a present "well maybe this will cheer you up a bit, I know it's your favourite"
Careful not to wake up James he gently unwrapped the present to reveal a book. The vivid rich colours of the cover told him before he even saw the title that it was the third book in Thomas Magi's Trilogy. He caressed the cover his eyes closing at the thought that he might only ever hear her voice again through the pages of her books. A shadow fell across the cover and the voice of Charlie his brother chuckled "She definitely set the book world on edge didn't she" looking up at Charlie with a confused look Henry whispered "What do you mean? Thomas is a he" his stomach churned, what was he talking about, no one knew that Thomas was really Reba. Charlie chuckled again "I thought she was your favourite author have you not heard the news? Open up to the dedication and you'll see what I mean" Charlie bent down and picked up James from Henry's lap to take him to bed leaving Henry to open the cover.
It was there in black and white "To the father of my unborn child, our time together was brief but in that time, you bought my walls down and filled me with hope. You know who you are there has been no one else. Come find me if you want to share this journey with me." Shock filled his body his hand starting to shake. "Henry, what's the matter?" his mother's voice was soft filled with concern. His mind shattered by that thought 'he was going to be a daddy' Second came to the realisation she was giving him a chance, a chance to ignore this message or a chance to accept what could be. Henry already knew the answer, knew that he wanted to be apart of their lives, but how? He had already tried every avenue to find her. Maybe if she was giving him a chance her publisher would finally help them connect.
He turned to his mother tears in his eyes, he could see the concern and questions on her face. The lump in his throat grew, couldn't talk, couldn't put his feelings into words. Her soft arms, mother's arms wrap around him, at that moment he felt the weeks of stress and the knot that had made a permanent home in his stomach uncurl as he allowed himself to let it go as the tears flowed.
Henry needed to tell her what was happening, he always talked to his mother she was his confidant, but he had kept this one secret. It had felt so surreal and he had acted so impetuous with his feelings for Reba. The room had quietened, the children ushered off to bed by there mothers and His brothers and father now joined their mother, all surrounded him each one laying a hand on him in a show of comfort. His family, they had always been close, sometimes too close, but that's what made them special. He took a shuddering breath in as he looked at them all. Concern shadowing each face, they had never seen him like this at least not in a long time.
Slowly he began to share the story of his unusual encounter with his favourite author. They listened patiently, surprise showing on their faces as he revealed that he was the father mentioned in the dedication. Charlie's chuckle was the first noise to break into his commentary "So brother, you're the reason that the book world is aflutter. What an interesting bird to share her news that way" Henry chuckled back a weight lifted from his shoulders as his family shared his burden. "I guess it's her way of telling me, but giving me a chance to not respond if I don't want to. If my impression of her is correct she will be expecting me to not want to have anything to do with her. For such a brilliant writer she has an extremely poor belief in men and her own value as a person"
Piers his eldest brother spoke up "So what do you want to do Henry?" without hesitation he replied, "I want her in my life, and I want to be there for my child." Nick piped up then and said, "So what are you waiting for?" What was he waiting for, henry looked at his family and smile then stood up hugging them one by one. He then moved to his bag to grab his phone, hoping that the mobile number he had for her publisher would work on Christmas day.
He had rung the number 3 times before she had answered "This better be important to interrupt me at my family Christmas dinner" her angry voice had demanded as she answered her phone. Henry didn't hesitate, speaking quickly so she wouldn't hang up. "please, I just read the dedication in Thomas magi's book, I'm the man she is referring to and I just need a contact for her" the end of the phone went silent. "How do I know your not just some wacko? What can you tell me that no normal fan would know?" he breathed quietly slowing his racing mind, "First her real name is Reba, she was living in London when we met, and she would not have given you my name as she would have tried to protect me." He was met with more silence.
"Ok, you have satisfied my question, but she had a question I was to ask before handing out her number. Who is her favourite Tutors character?" Henry laughed at this question he knew it was a peace offering a way to let him know that she still cared about him. "Charles Brandon"

OHSHC Rewrite: Episode 3a
Beware the Physical Exam!
Host Club x reader
Summary: Y/n has to deal with Maria's nephew coming for a visit right before the physical exams.
Word Count: 5k
Episode Masterlist
"Welcome ladies!"
You were outside talking to some of your clients, and they were excited that you wore a kimono for cosplay. In the middle of talking to them Kyoya appeared smoothly, trying to sell picture books of the host club. It made you wonder, how did he get those pictures?
A little later you didn't have any clients so you asked Honey and Mori if you could sit with them, and they agreed. You and the girls became quiet once Honey tried to make some tea. He was mixing too hard and almost everything had spilled out, but none of you knew what to say. You bit your lip and looked from the girls to Mori, who understood. He leaned over to Honey, saying, "You overdid it."
Honey looked at the almost empty bowl and looked very sad. "It's okay Honey-senpai! I'll drink it." One girl exclaimed.
"Yeah, if it was anything more it would be too much!" The other one chimed in.
He then beamed again. "Really?" He looked at you. "What do you think y/n-chan?"
You smiled. "I think you made enough for the ladies to not have to drink too much. It's very modest and considerate of you Honey-senpai. It shows how good your heart is."
He jumped into a hug with you. "Thanks y/n-chan!"
Once the Host Club closed for the day, you wandered around looking at the cherry blossom trees. Tamaki saw you and decided to try to work his charm again.
"Hello y/n."
"Oh, hey senpai." You gave him a small smile.
"The flower viewing reception went quite well. What do you think? Aren't the flowers today captivating?"
"Yeah, they're really pretty."
He took this as his chance. "Even so, it's rather daunting being admired than doing the admiring."
You sighed. "Wow senpai, I can really see how much you're blooming today." You said sarcastically.
"You noticed! Yes, today my beauty is in full bloom." He then flicked a heart with his fingers to you. "I bet you'll fall you me soon."
"I'll take that bet." You joked.
Tamaki smiled and was about to say something back when the twins interrupted. "So y/n, what are you gonna take for next term?"
You paid no mind to Hikaru's arm around your shoulder. "I haven't really thought about it yet."
"Why don't you take conversational French with us?" Kaoru suggested.
"Yeah, it does make sense," Hikaru added.
They then turned back to Tamaki, evily smiling as they said, "Since we're in the same class."
Tamaki sat near a tree and hugged his knees into his chest. "Say, mommy dear?"
Kyoya smiled. "What is it now, daddy?"
"It might just be my imagination, but it seems like the twins get to spend more time with my little girl."
"Tamaki, you're just now realizing that?" It was like Tamaki was struck by lightning. "If you look at these two charts, you'll see that the twins spend roughly 8 hours a day with y/n, which is a third of her day. You, on the other hand, spend a mere 3 hours with her, meaning about 12% of her day—"
"I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT!!" Tamaki quickly grabbed your shoulders. "Listen to me y/n, daddy wants you to stop hanging around those two shady twins!"
"Who you calling shady boss?" Hikaru asked.
"Yeah, take a good look at yourself!" Kaoru added.
"Tamaki-senpai, please calm down. It's just a class together." You took his hands off your shoulders. "You know what? If I need any help in French then I'll most likely go to you."
"Really?!" His eyes shown, only to go to confusion. "Wait, what do you mean most likely?"
"If I need help in the moment, I'll ask the twins." He began crying again. "Senpai, calm down—"
"All daddy wants is for you live a wholesome life!"
You sighed. "Why do you call yourself that?"
"Y'know y/n," Kyoya said. "It's pretty impressive that you're taking a class to learn a fourth language."
"Thank you senpai." You smiled at him.
"What does he mean by fourth?" Kaoru asked.
"Oh, Maria's latina so she taught me Spanish."
"A hispanic mother huh?" Hikaru said.
Kaoru then added, "You're very exotic."
You looked at them with an annoyed expression. "Sure." You then remembered something. "By the way, do you guys have anything you're doing this weekend?"
The twins looked at each other and then back at you. "No, why?"
You grinned. "Then let's do something! Anything."
They were taken back by your sudden forwardness. "What's got you so excited?" Hikaru asked.
"Yeah, where did this come from?" Kaoru added.
"Maria's sisters are coming over and one of them hates me."
"Why?" Hikaru asked.
"Cause I'm not Maria's biological kid. It's stupid. But it's not her I'm worried about." Your face then turned to a grimace. "It's her son, Satan."
"Geez, what's with the name calling?" Hikaru asked again.
"He gets his annoying personality from his mother, and he loves to go out of my way to try and get me mad. It makes him feel better or something. One time he cut the head off of my stuffed dinosaur my first mother had bought for me." You pouted.
Kaoru asked, "Just because Maria's not your mom?"
"Yeah, he feels like I'm at a lower class than him, and that I need to learn to stay like that. Maria tried to fix my stuffed dino, and God bless her tomboy heart, her sewing skills are terrible. It looks like a voodoo doll now." You sighed, shrugging. "Anyways, I wanna see his face as less as possible. So, you do two wanna hang out over the weekend?"
Tamaki jumped in. "I CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN! YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SPENDING MORE TIME WITH THEM!"
"Why are you so weird about Hikaru and Kaoru?" You asked. "They aren't even doing anything."
"I'd hate to break up this little chat," Kyoya said. "But do you recognize the name Alarico Gonzalez?"
You whipped your head over to Kyoya's direction. "Why?"
"Because he's from y/c and just booked each host towards the end of host hours for tomorrow."
"It's him." You grumbled. "I'm gonna go clean up."
Tamaki then spoke up. "It's not to fret about. This is obviously a romantic comedy fic, and me and y/n the main cast! That means that in the end I'll swoop in and make her feel better."
"Yeah, then what are we?" Hikaru asked, referring to the rest of the hosts.
"You boys are the homosexual supporting cast!" He then drew a line on the ground with a stick. "So please make sure that you don't step over this line."
"This is ridiculous." The twins said.
"And boss, I don't think you get it." Hikaru said as he smiled.
"Y/n-chan values friendship very much." Honey said.
"And she considers all of us her friends." Kaoru said.
Kyoya chimed in. "If you were to take her away from the rest of her friends, she would probably become quite unhappy and limit her contact with you."
"That means that the rest of us get to spend more time with her, while she ignores you." Honey said.
"Especially more time with us," Kaoru said. "Since we're in the same class."
You walked up to them. "Okay guys, I'm done—"
"Tamaki grabbed you again." Don't worry y/n! I'll let you go with the twins this weekend."
"I mean, that's nice of you to say, but I wasn't asking for your permi—"
"As long as the rest of us go as well!" He then turned to everyone else. "Listen up gentlemen. We are all going to hang out with y/n this weekend."
"Sure, I guess. If you wanted to come senpai, why didn't you just ask?"
"Nevermind that!" He panicked. "Make sure you choose where you want to go."
You smiled sweetly. "Okay!"
The next day you felt irritated, knowing it was only a matter of time before you see Alarico and his stupid face. Kyoya reminded you that during host hours you had to be on your best behavior, which meant that you couldn't defend himself.
The twins were staring at you all day. They made in incredibly noticable when you were setting up the tea sets. "Can I help you two?"
"You haven't smiled at all today." Kaoru said.
"Yeah, this isn't normal."
"Don't worry, I'll make sure to smile when the guests come." You went around them and kept working, setting everything up.
"Why do you look sad y/n-chan?" Honey asked, trying to guilt trip you. "I don't like it. You're not like that because of me, right?"
"Of course not senpai. You're a sweet person." You said with a straight face. "Now excuse me." You continued and eventually finished up everything. You then walked to your place to welcome the girls. Sucking in a breath, you put on a smile.
"Welcome ladies."
You greeted your clients and they talked to you about what was going on with their lives. You threw out compliments and encouragements, and you hoped your smile would pay off. The stress was slowly coming off of you and your smile was becoming real. You did enjoy talking to all of your clients after all.
Your smile eventually became forced when Kyoya told you that someone requested for you to greet them at the door. You walked over to the door and opened it, smiling as best as you could. "Welcome sir."
He slapped your back hard. "Hey nickel. Long time no see."
You remained calm. "I didn't know we were using our nicknames Lucifer."
"Nickel?" Kaoru asked.
"Y/n would play the guitar and sing in the streets to save up some money. That's how she could afford to move. She would come home with bucket full of change. It's hilarious. So I call her nickel." He said, breaking out into a laugh. Though he was two years older than you, he was the about the same height as the twins. He then tossed his coat to you. "Show me where I go."
"Your first appointment is with the King. Right this way."
He looked you up and down. "This suits you nickel."
You ignored his comment. "Have a nice time."
You went back to your couch and talked to your clients. Meanwhile, Tamaki smiled warmly. "It's nice to meet you. The only person I've heard of from y/n is your aunt."
"Yeah, well, that's because she doesn't like what my mom and I have to say." You could feel his smug smile staring at the back of your head. You kept talking to your girls, trying to ignore him. "She just needs to accept who she is."
"And that is?" Tamaki smiled.
He smirked at Tamaki. "You know what they say, you can take the girl out of the streets but you can't take the streets out of the girl." Tamaki frowned. "Hey, what do you think of her? She was very keen on starting over, so I was wondering if she would be willing to share her past."
Tamaki tried to keep his princely self in tact. He smiled and sat up straighter. "I think she's a bright and smart person to be around. I enjoy her company, as do the rest of us here. And yes, she has shared some information with us regarding her past. We are her friends, after all."
"Trust me man, you don't wanna be too deep in her friend group. She had some really weird friends in y/c, and it's cause she's weird herself. She's got a lot of issues, and I wouldn't blame you if it sent you running." You knew what he was trying to do. Tamaki knew it. The rest of the hosts listening in knew it too. He was trying to isolate you, just to mess with you. "Well, gotta go to my next appointment."
He then got up and walked over to the twins' table. They hesitated to speak, but knew they had to be nice. "Nice to meet you." They said.
He quietly laughed. "Do you guys like to answer questions at the same time?"
They shrugged. "Sometimes."
"That's... strange." He grinned. They looked at him, offended and annoyed. "That's also the opposite from y/n, which is even stranger to me."
"Shit." You mumbled. You began to breath a little unsteadily.
"What do you mean?" Hikaru asked.
He laughed again. "You guys don't know?" They stared blankly at him. "Y/n has a twin brother. He up and ran away before their mom died. Apparently all three were supposed to leave together, but her brother left them high and dry."
You were starting to panic. Other people were turning their heads. Exposed. You felt so exposed.
"Excuse me for a minute." You quickly left the room and sat down on the floor, trying to catch your breath. You couldn't breathe, and your eyes began to sting from tears forming. You just couldn't breathe.
Tamaki and the twins shot up and ran to the door, but we're stopped by Kyoya. "Go back to your seats. There are guests waiting for you."
"Are you kidding?!" Hikaru barked.
"We need to see if she's okay!" Kaoru added.
"Kyoya, step aside!" Tamaki exclaimed.
"I don't have any appointments right now. I'll check on her. Go back to your seats." He then quickly left.
He saw you on the floor and sat down right to you. He put his arms around your upper arms and began to squeeze you tight in a hug. You tried to push him off, but he wouldn't budge. Soon you stopped moving and your breath stilled.
"Thank you." You weakly said.
"Of course."
"How did you do that?"
"It's a pressure point that calms a person's nerves." You weakly smiled at him. "How long have you been having anxiety attacks?"
You looked down. "I don't know. Years. It's been a while since I've had one up until now."
"Have you been medically diagnosed?"
You frowned and shook your head. "Let's go back in." You patted his thigh and got up. You stuck your hand out and he took it, having you hoist him up. You brought back your smile. "Thanks again senpai."
He nodded, though he also felt like the conversation needed be revisited, and would have to make sure of it. He opened the door for you. "Y/n!" Tamaki and the twins zoomed over to you.
"Sorry if I worried any of you. I just needed some air." You then sat back down on your couch. "Momo, let's resume our conversation."
"O–okay." She said, unsure whether she should ask if you were okay. "Is it okay if we take a walk in the maze? It's wonderful weather."
You grinned. "If you want to, I want to. Let's go."
When you two left, Alarico scoffed. "Still a damn baby." He then checked his watch. "Oh, switching time."
He walked over to Honey and Mori. Honey smiled at him. "You made y/n-chan really sad, so I think you should say sorry to make up for it. Kay?"
He shrugged. "I don't have to make up for anything. Like I said, she just doesn't like what I have to say. She doesn't want to face her reality, and I'm just trying to help her see it."
"So," Momoka asked you with your arms interlocked. "I was wondering if you would like to talk about what that boy you knew said."
"And here I thought I was host." You teased.
"Well, as a host it's your job to make the customers happy." She quietly stammered. "It would please me so if you had someone to talk to."
You scrunched up your nose. "You are way too nice Momo. It's grossing me out." You then looked straight ahead. "But it's much appreciated." You felt her eagerly stare at you. "Okay, we can talk."
"Really?" You nodded, and she hugged you.
"Out of the people I talk to everyday, and those who make an impression on me, I'm glad you're the one to want to talk to me like this." She smiled brightly. "Now, lead the way to that nice sitting stop first. I have no idea where to go." She nodded and took your hand, rushing to the spot.
Honey's face became darker. "Don't say mean things about y/n-chan, or I won't forgive you."
"No offense kid, but how old are you?"
"He's the same age as you." Hikaru angrily said as he sipped tea.
"Even so, some may argue that he's twice a man as you." Kaoru said as he also angrily sipped on his tea.
"Who knew important people would actually care about some rando girl from the nowhere."
"Don't talk about her like that." Mori said, standing up to hover over him.
"Stop talking about her like that, now." Honey warned.
Alarico scoffed. "Sorry little man, we're out of time." He then walked over to Kyoya, who was writing in his notebook. Honey was about to attack, but Tamaki quietly assured everyone that he knows Kyoya would handle things. "You seem to be the only who isn't phased by anything I say. That's good, since everyone's being weird about y/n."
"I assume it's due to the impression she's left on everyone here. It seems like the hardships she's had to endure has shaped her into a hard working and ambitious person."
"More like audacious." Kyoya just kept writing. "Not much gets to you, huh? That's pretty uninteresting."
"Well, I don't have a lot to worry about considering the position I'm in. You see, my family owns the largest police force in Japan. Just one phone call away and I could have over a hundred men in less than five minutes. So you see, I in fact do not have anything to worry about in this particular moment."
He frowned as you and Momoka came back in. "We're back." You happily announced.
"Did you ladies enjoy your walk?" Tamaki asked as he greeted you two at the door.
You and Momoka looked at each other and smiled. "We did." You said. "I had the pleasure of learning a few new things about Momo."
"Y/n! Those are secrets!" She blushed heavily.
"Don't worry, I'm not gonna say anything. Anyways, have a safe way home."
"You as well." She said, leaving.
You closed the door and saw that Alarico was the last person there. "Okay Lucifer, let's get on with this. Shall we?"
He said nothing but smirked at you as he bumped your shoulder walking to your couch. Everyone watched. You sat on opposite ends. "So, your friends don't know about Christian."
You calmly smiled. "He's not in my life, so there's not much to say about him. How've you been doing back in y/c?"
"You mean back home?" He asked tauntingly.
"This is my home now. A step up, don't you think?"
"For now, yeah. How's money been? You still singing in the streets?"
"Nope. Don't have to. Maria got a management position at this club. She got the job from a friend she made at a store. His name is Ryoji, and he's awesome. We've had dinner at his house a few times. His daughter's pretty chill."
"Look at you making little friends. Just like at the liquor store." You grinned, and he scooched closer to you. "Y'know, I just don't get the hype for you. There's something about you that I don't like."
"I'm well aware."
"I don't know where to put my finger on it." He looked you over. "Maybe it's because I've seen those nasty scars on your legs. It a pretty big turn off."
You grinned and shrugged. "Maybe that's it. Maybe it's because you don't like what I have to say about you. Just maybe."
He didn't like that. He grabbed your jaw, holding it tight. "Or maybe it's your face. I've seen the pictures of your parents, and you have your dad's looks." He roughly took away his hand. "Get me some tea."
"Of course." You calmly got up and went over to pour the tea.
"Hey, who was that Momoka chick? She was hot. You think she's easy to bed?" He then laughed.
"Hikaru, what time is it?" You asked as you stared straight ahead.
"Uh, 5:02?"
You nodded, setting down the tea pot. You calmly wrapped your arms around Alarico's shoulders, leaning in as if you were about to whisper him something. Instead you kneed his dick. He yelped and fell to the ground. "You bitch!"
"It's after hours now so I can say whatever I want." You looked down at him. "I don't give a shit about what you think of me, I never have. You know it, and you hate it. But when you talk about sleeping with a sweet girl just to spite me, that's when I get pissed."
"Fuck you!" He rolled to his side.
"Never talk about her in that way, ever, and stay away from her. Don't even try to fight me on this. It wouldn't be the first time I've kicked your ass. Now it's time for you to leave. Go." He got up and stumbled away.
You turned and saw everybody looking at you. "Well," Kyoya said. "I believe it's time to clean up."
You all began to clean up in silence. It was almost unbearable for the twins, as well as Tamaki. Hikaru and Kaoru had finally snapped when you accidentally bumped into them. "Excuse me—"
"WHAT DID YOU MEAN BY BEATING HIM UP BEFORE?!" They asked.
"Oh, that's what was bugging you?"
"Among other things." Tamaki said. "But that is a good question."
You remembered the fond memory you had of that night and giggled. "It happened one time, and it was totally his fault."
"Well, what happened?" The twins asked.
"He thought that it would be funny to scare me so he could hold it over me. But his plan for it failed miserably. He made a plan to come through our window in the middle of the night with a ski mask on and act like he was robbing us."
"But if it was in the middle of the night, wouldn't you be asleep?" Honey asked.
"Yup. He's not the smartest person around. Anyways, right when he climbs in he trips over our shoes and was unintentionally makes a lot of noice. I woke up and assumed there was a robber in the house, so naturally I grabbed the bat from under my bed and—"
"Why on Earth would you have a bat under your bed?" Tamaki asked.
"In case some idiot decided to put on a ski mask and climb through our window." You giggled, and everybody smiled in response. "Anyways, I ran up to him and swung to his stomach. He fell, and broke a flower pot in the process. When he got up, I swung again. He once again fell, but this time when he tried to get up he slipped and landed on our table, breaking it. He fumbled around and tried to grab onto this shelf, but the house was old and the shelf came down on him."
The twins bursted into laughter. "Where was Maria during all this?" Kaoru asked.
"Sleeping! I swear, I don't know what she'd do without me. There was so many crashing sounds!" The twins laughed again, and this time Tamaki chuckled as Honey giggled. "So I'm about to swing again, but he takes off the mask and yells at me. We're yelling at each other, and I drop the bat on the floor. That's when Maria finally comes in, by hearing the bat, and just asks if I'm okay. Super relaxed and half asleep."
The laughter erupted again. "What happened after that?" Hikaru asked.
"I told her that Alarico was trying to rob us, and she says hands down the most 'I don't care' question ever: So, like, I can go back to sleep then right?" More laughter. "I told her no, and she called her sister who came there dead silent. She wrote us a check for the damage and they left. One of the most satisfying experiences of my life."
Everybody was smiling at the story. It was no wonder why you became a host. You were very interesting. "Do you think you'll be in trouble when you get home?" Kaoru asked.
You shrugged. "I mean, Maria's sister will yell at me, but that's kinda it. Maria thinks that I should only be punished if I'm in the wrong. He was being a creep to another girl and I defended her honor. Not in the wrong, and I'll probably just get a smack to the back of the head."
"Seriously?" Hikaru asked.
You shrugged. "She is Latina. And don't worry, since she's not the wealthiest person here, Maria's sister won't try to fight the school or anything."
"Not the wealthiest? What does that mean?" Tamaki asked.
"They're high middle class so they flaunt their money at people who don't make as much. She's a Karen."
"A Karen?" The twins asked.
"I don't believe I'm familiar with the term." Kyoya said.
"It's when someone makes a not bad situation so much worse for no reason. Like, let me speak to your manager for something dumb or my child would never do that when their kid is horrible. Stuff like that."
"Geez, you have to go home to that?" Hikaru asked.
You pursed your lips. "I really don't want to go home right now. Maybe I'll visit Ryoji's house. Or maybe I'll just stay at a fast food place for a bit."
"We'll come with you." Hikaru offered.
"Yeah, it'll be fun." Kaoru added.
"Thanks guys. Let's go then." You began walking towards the door, but stopped and turned around. "And thank you, all of you. I'm really happy that you guys still like me."
"Wait y/n!" Tamaki zoomed over to you, invading your personal space. "I want you to be careful around those shady twins, okay?! Daddy just wants the best for you!"
You ruffled his hair and smiled. "I'll be fine senpai. You trust that I'll take care of myself, right?"
He looked at you, almost in a daze, and smiled. "Of course. Have fun." You nodded and left with the twins. "Well Kyoya, it seems like our little y/n is very capable of handling her problems."
Kyoya put on a smile and said nothing. On the outside, it could easily be seen as that. But that wasn't the case. You should see someone about your anxiety. You should accept help. That meant that he would have to tell Tamaki.
After having a fun time with the twins and getting chewed out by Linda, you went to bed hoping that the club wasn't actually upset with you.
The next day you got up and quickly left early before anyone else woke up. Unfortunately, you skipped breakfast in order to do so. So there you were, eating a breakfast burrito from WacDonald's on the steps of Ouran, way too early for anyone to be there yet.
The silence was pretty nice. It was peaceful, and the school was beautiful. You did notice someone though. A man in a lab coat. He looked lost, but you decided not to think anything of it. It was probably just a school doctor, since it is physical exam day.
Later on you threw away your wrapper and bought some coffee at a gas station. That's when some people began arriving. "Hey, you're the honor student, right?" One person walked over and asked you.
"Um, yeah. I'm sorry, I don't think I know you."
"I'm in the same year, though we're in different classes." He said.
A few minutes later the twins arrived to school, though they were peeved to see you talking to another guy. They ran over to you and began dragging you away.
"It was nice to meet you!" You called out. They then put you down, hearing you huff. "What was that for? I almost dropped my coffee."
"Who was that?" Kaoru asked.
You shrugged. "Some guy. He just came up to me and started talking."
"More like flirting." Hikaru grumbled.
"No he wasn't." You took a sip of your coffee. "Do you guys want some?"
Hikaru hesitated before shrugging. "Sure." He took a swig.
"Kaoru?" You offered.
"Are you sure that's Kaoru?" Hikaru asked, trying to trick you.
"Yes, I am." You said, taking back your coffee. "I'm not stupid."
Before they could say anything, you all heard. "Y/n~!"
A gush of wind passed you three as Tamaki ran over to you. "Morning senpai."
"Did those two shady twins hurt you last night?! I knew I should have gone with you!" He took your hands.
"No, they didn't. Calm down senpai. It was actually nice." You smiled at them.
"Oh, right." Hikaru took out an old phone. "Here."
You just stared up at him confusedly. "You don't have a phone, and this is my old one." Kaoru explained. "I don't use it anymore, so you could have it."
"Um, that's kind of a big thing to give someone." You nervously smiled. "You could turn it in to a phone company and get some money for it. Or maybe some store credit, depending on the company."
"We don't need money or credit stuff." Hikaru said. "Just take it."
You hesitated before taking it. You then smiled and wrapped your arms around each of their necks. "Thanks guys!"
"You're welcome." They smiled before looking darkly at Tamaki. Before Tamaki could say anything, the twins then pulled away. "Well, let's go to class!"
They rushed you off. "Bye Tamaki-senpai!" You called out.
Tamaki got angry. "But what about the plan?!" He barked.
"What did he say?" You turned as they carried you.
"Nothing!" They said.
Instead of going to your class though, you ended up going to the Music Room. "What's going on? Why are we in the host club class?"
Tamaki then stormed into the room. "You two could have waited for me!" He barked out again.
Kyoya then came out. "Y/n, we've come here today to talk about a problem regarding you."

Author's Note: I hit the limit for the paragraphs I can write (since there's a lot of dialogue), so I had to cut it short.
I guess I have to split it up into 2 parts and put the fast food part in my own filler .—.

Hello! So I saw that this account was fairly new and while I was scrolling through matchups I found your account and decided why not? So if it's alright with you, may I request an Obey Me Match-up?
My name is Nox or Ohjuu, afab Agender (he/it/they pronouns), 5'7 feet, has short, fluffy red hair, and my body type is muscular with fluff (pretty thicc in the thighs but shhhhhh insecurities-). My signs are Capricorn (Sun), Gemini (Moon), and Cancer (Rising); my MBTI type is ESTJ / ISTJ and my personality type is 6w5. Just to add a lil tidbit my clothing aesthetic is grudge/flannel/depressed artist/skater boi if that makes any sense? Giving love language is 1, gift giving 2, acts of service, 3 physical touch (all depends on partner.) Receiving love language is 1, Physical Touch and Words of Affrimation (these two are at a tie) 2, Acts of service 3, Quality Time.
Describing my personality may be kinda tough because it always changes depending who I'm around with and everyone will have a different opinion of me no matter what I do. But I would like to think I'm open minded, empathetic, caring, generous, serious and quite, at least that's what I think and I'm usuallythe mom/quite/therapist friend, I should probably mention that despite this not many people come near or even talk to me, probablybecauseof my resting bitch face, but peopleusuallyleave me be, which is good in some cases. Though those are the basic points to myself, however I can't just ignore my bad qualities either, I'm quick to anger depending on the situation, I'll stand up for others but i won't stand up/will take the blame for myself, I'm self sacrificing (I heard told I do that but I just mainly do it on command, to my I do it because it's my way of proving that I care for someone or that I would rather get hurt myself rather than them), I have little to no confidence in myself albeit I actually try to stay that way, and I'm a bit self depreciating....a lot (though that's in private or I make jokes about it-)Though even though I am like this, for self depreciation, and opiate mindset is what I need (Me = self depreciating, Partner = hopefully not the same). And I feel a bit of a cluster fuck when it comes to me or my personality (having wrath actually kinda makes me feel worse because I kind have trauma over people with wrath and knowing I have it makes me feel horrible.)
Hobbies? Well I don't have many but when I'm not on burnout I really like to draw a lot, it helps especially when I need to vent out something (seeing art that was drawn out of sadness or anger you can tell and it's kinda creepy how it does that.) Also coaplay is a favorite pass time as well! Though I don't do it too often, but when I do it's really fun! And finally in 3rd place I have gaming, I wouldn't really call myself a gamer but there are a couple games that peak my interest (Genshin Impact, Pokémon, Hallow Knight are some.) Honorable mentions are Hiking/Walking (I actually mean that), watching some shows/anime, and idk daydreaming I guess?
I should probably mention a few things like interests that hasn't already been mentioned in hobbies. I like to cook, I think I'm a pretty good cook, so I do it, I mostly do savory stuff and I usually like the food spicy though usually my friends/family can't really handle something more than mild, which makes me sad. I actually have an interest in animal science and I hope to become a veterinarian or at least someone that works with animals and if we're talk about animals, dogs or cats? I have to pick both (though exceptoon if the dog is big, I love big dogs), but I really can't choose, but if I get a third option I choose snakes. I use to have an instrest in poetry, but I'm stoped for a bit because not many people like dark poetry (I never really write lighthearted poetry because it always end up being dark even without me trying-.)
Quirks? Not a BNHA reference but I should mention some more things about myself, I'm sensitive to light and crowds, the light makes my eyes hurt and kinda faint and crowds just get me worked up and my flight responses kinda kick in (I usually try to keep my room as dark as possible and secluded because of this.) I kinda have poor memory, and sometimes I remember stuff and sometimes I don't, I have some tics that don't appear too often but when they do I usually make a hissing sound, a weird vocal sound, and with that comes some kind if head twitch, I can control it better in public but some of it slips and it's quite embarrassing. I WILL go into flight or fight mode if I'm being yelled or scolded at or if I hear yelling in general, depending on who it is I go with flight but I will go fight if needed, not only can't I not stand the loudness or tone but I usually don't need people criticizing, scolding, or hating me when I can perfectly do it myself. I shouldalso mention I'mtired almost all the time, even when I sleep well, I just feel sluggish a lot and I just wish I could sleep but I really don't like it because I know I need to get work done but motivation is coming slow these days. Finally umm....also as a defense or regular manurism I hiss and growl, kinda like a cat and/or wolf, usually confuses people enough for me to get away in situations but I sometimes like to do it when I'm angry or when to fuck with people.
And uhhhh yeah that's it from me! I really really really hope this wasn't too much information or if I wrote something down that was triggering OR that I was being a but too self depreciating. Anyways I really hope you have a good day!!
Hiya! Thanks for sending in a request! And don't worry about it you didn't write too much! I hope you have a lovely day/night too! (^_^)
I'd match you with...
Mammon
I think that you and Mammon would work really well together since you've added that your love language for giving is acts of service and physical touch which Mammon is definitely touch starved. And even just small things like touching his shoulder while talking to him or to get his attention would make him a bit happier. As for the acts of service, Mammon is normally the one asking for things like if he needs help with studying. Having some just do something for him or ask instead of him vouln-telling someone to help would kinda confuse him though he'd be happy.
Mammon being Mammon is a tsundere, this means you'll likely be spending a lot of time around him while he says he there because he could tell you wanted him around or something like that. He'd try to help you where he can and do little things he notices, and although he's not the best with words he'd try his hardest to comfort you.
Being the mom/therapist friend would definitely come in handy when with Mammon since he's not great with keeping his impulses and strange schemes in check. Mammon could use someone to just talk to about his feeling and the bullying of his brothers. Being able to have someone who cook would definitely help his eating habits since he eats a lot of cup ramen (I remember something say that in game) since he’s not to great of a chef himself.
I feel like Mammon would be so soft for you, he'd be absolutely terrible at hiding but he'd try in public and in front of his brothers. Mammon's happy watching you cosplay or draw. He might request you try and show him how to do it cause it can't be that hard right? But he'd definitely try and play some of the games you play and suggest some you two might be able to play together. He would definitely get confused by Genshin and how much stuff there is to keep track of. He'd most likely just follow you around trying to help you kill stuff.
I can’t imagine see Mammon not liking any of your pet preferences since I feel like he like dogs more but would totally be chill with a cat. I think you might scare Mammon with you poetry depending on how dark you write each particular piece. He’d be supportive but just don’t read them to him before bed.
The biggest problem with being with Mammon is how loud he can get, he doesn’t really notice when he does so you’ll probably have to bring it to his attention if you want him to quite down. If he ever saw or sensed that you were starting to go into your flight response when in a public area he’d pull you into him or pick you up and run off to a much more secluded area. Lastly there’s no way he’d really mind your ticks and your quirks he might question it a bit at first but if you just explain it he be fine, still might not get it but won’t really question it further.
Thank you so much for the matchup! I hope you liked it! Any feedback would be great!

Note to self when I feel like I'm going insane (unfinished)
STOP OVERTHINKING!
Sit back, relax, and take deep breaths.
Listen to chakra tune up meditation music. Unblock your chakras and let the energy flow through your body.
Don't intentionally block your heart chakra. Stop suppressing your feelings, whether it is good or bad. You have to deal with them and heal your wounds. The more you suppress your feelings, the longer your agony will get.
Do you still have doubts about the connection?
Remember that you have already let go of the label Twin Flame. The question whether he is your Divine Masculine or not is not important anymore. The Universe may or may not give you the answer after all. BUT you can honor what you feel is true. You love him. This is your truth. You don't need the Universe to tell you that.
It is okay to doubt the connection sometimes. It is normal to experience doubts and fears in this journey. It is scary and full of uncertainties.
I don't get why other twins refer to someone they meet as "catalyst" who will activate your awakening and you believed as your twin but ended up as otherwise. Same logic goes for false twin. I don't get it. I don't think there is a false twin or a catalyst. That person is either your twin or not. Why would you need a catalyst to activate you? Your twin can do that himself. It doesn't make sense to me. People who started their spiritual journey even before they met their twin were awakened due to several possible reasons. May be because of traumatic experiences or they come from a spiritual background. As for those who were not awakened until they met their twin, I don't understand why the person who activated them ends up only as a catalyst. What for? You will only recognize that person as a catalyst once you meet your true twin. And then it would be like you're restarting your twin flame journey with your true twin! Wth.
Remember the reasons and synchonicities that lead you to believe he is your twin.
He activated my spiritual awakening.
It was August 29, 2018. I met my twin online right after I graduated from grad school. I finished another milestone in my life. I finished a job contact and ready to start a new life. I was optimistic about the future. I've been single for years and thought it would be nice a start a new one. But I didn't want to start a relationship just for the heck of it. I wanted to find the one. I've been saying this to the Universe for a quite some time. I might have manifested it when I met your twin without knowing it.
I've been suffering from MDD and GAD for years. I was in medication and went in and out of hospitals after every suicide attempt. For a long time I was suffering from an existential crisis. I did not know who I am or why I am alive. I did not have dreams of my own and was just living to fulfill the expectations of my family and society. I did not have any goals nor did I have reasons or motivations to pursue anything except meeting others' expectations of me. I needed to finish school and establish a good career, help my parents, and then have my own family. As good as those things were, I did not have the right motivation to do that.
I have always felt I don't belong anywhere. I was bullied in school and even at work. It made my depression even worse. Everywhere I go, terrible things always end up happening. I always felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and being wronged by people. I felt unlucky and miserable all the time. Everytime I try to turn my life around and gain a little hope, terrible things happen and that little hope I had get taken away from me.
I was never religious nor spiritual. Having a master's degree in Philosophy, I have an extensive experience on critical thinking and being skeptical. I don't label myself as agnostic. In fact, when it comes to my spirituality, I refrained from associating myself from any religious group or any spiritual belief. However, during one Philosophy class where we talked about religion where some of my classmates studied in Catholic seminaries, I remember sharing that I don't believe in (Christian conception) God but I do believe that there is someone or something, maybe it be metaphysical, divine, or a force that governs everything in the Universe.
I have always had the affinity to look at the sunset and the night sky. I has been part of my routine. My childhood dream was to became an astronaut or astronomer. But life happened. Part of my routine was talking to the Universe while watching the night sky. Whenever I feel suicidal I always tell them that I don't belong down here. I want to be among the stars. That's where I feel I belong, not here. I talk to the stars as often as I can. They saw me cry and all. They let me know they are listening by showing me shooting stars. I even saw asteroid Juno and other comets during one of my nightly routine. It always feels magical when they show me how beautiful the Universe is.
Recognizing the soul connection
I have been interested in Japanese culture and martial arts. I've been practicing a japanese sword martial arts since January 2017. Since I wanted to learn the language, I installed a language exchange application on my phone and that's where I met him. To be honest, I was open to the thought of possibly meeting someone online but I did not realize that I would actually meet someone like him. I met men who were more interested in flirting with me than learning another language. That's very common online. But I was not interested in them but when I met my twin, I did not know that from then on, my life will turn bat shit crazy. I was just following ramdom people on the app but I also made sure they did not look sketchy or suspicious. He followed me back. He suddenly commented on a picture I posted of me and my cat and then he sent me a private message. My first impression of him is he was very flirty and straithforward with giving compliments, unlike most Japanese I talked to who were polite and unsure of themselves. When I looked at his picture, I immediately felt something different about him especially when I looked at his eyes. But I couldn't put my finger on it. I never felt anything like it before. I felt like I knew him. There was a sense of familiarity and comfortabilitily. We started talking on Line, sent audio messages, and even talked on video call for hours. He send messages when he wakes up, goes to work, while working, coming home, and before sleeping. It like was a honeymoon phase of a relationship. I told myself it was too good to be true.
I needed to know more about him so I asked him if he was single. He wasn't. I felt like a bucket of cold water was thrown at me. He was still flirty and acting like there's more to us than acquaintances. But because of that reality check, I kept asking myself where I stand. Sometimes he treats me like a girlfriend all then all of a sudden he acts like a stranger. When the conversation gets hot and he becomes more flirty than normal that's where I remind him that he has a gf and I don't want to be in a third party. He told me they haven't talked for a while and he felt lost. I felt worse. I felt like he was just bored and wants to use me to fill in the void. Since I knew I was falling inlove, I made it clear to him that if he wants to continue talking to me like we are in a relationship, then I want to be only one. There should be no other woman. He couldn't give me an answer. He always dodged the question to the point that I get frustrated and just drop it. Add the language barrier to the mix. During one of our arguments, I kept asking him how he really felt about me and his answer was that he wanted to meet. I did not expect that answer. Even if I agreed to that, I reminded him that he has gf and he just told me they hadn't talked.
When he came back to Japan from one of work trips, that's when things went downhill. He used to give me updates on where he was or what he doings but that time I did tell me he already came back. His messages became short. Sometimes just one word. It's obvious he didn't want to be bothered or he just didn't want to talk to me. There were even sarcastic messages. It was my cue to leave him be.
We stared with talking to each other all day everyday until it became more and more seldom. There were days when he wouldn't talk. Then a sudden message after days of silence. I did not chase him or beg him to talk to me. But I once told him how I sad was that he changed. I was crying a lot. My heart got broken so many times. October 2018 came and after over a month of the honeymoon phase, he finally ghosted me.
Kundalini awakening and rising
I became more and more depressed and desperate for answers. I kept asking the Universe: Why did this happen? What was the point? I closed myself off for years and stopped dating after experiencing traumatic relationships. Right when I finally decided to take a risk, open my heart, and love again, this happened to me? I did not understand the point of it all. Letting another person in and then he just breaks my heart? This was the last chance I gave myself to love and this shit happened. Before I met him, I told myself that if I ever meet someone and fall in love, it will be the last time. I want to me the one. I am tired of being hurt so many times.
I was so confused. I was hurt, angry, and frustrated. Wanting to find the answers, I started watching tarot readings on Youtube. I never believed in Astrology. I was too skeptical for that. But I watched hundreds of readings out of desperation to find the answers. I got mixed result on the readings. There were times that the readings resonated so much that my mind was blown so many times. But there were others that just made me more confused and paranoid. The best takeaway from those readings is that divine timing is at work. I have to trust in the Universe and give them space to work things out. I can't force things to happen. The only thing I can do is set healthy boundaries and don't let anyone treat me like a doormat.
I spent the next few weeks just watching readings, crying at night, and trying to cope with the pain. The readings said that there will be communication and it did happen. By the time happened, I literally said "this shit is real." I was surprised that he messaged me and asked how I was. But after the inital shock, I was overcome by anger and hurt. He wanted communication just when I was starting to gain balance and not think of him that much. I was torn between telling him off and just accept that he is back. I replied 2-3 days later telling him I'm doing good.
The communication started again but I was seldom. He called me on 11/11 but I couldn't answer. He just randomly sends a message after a few days of silence and or calls all of a sudden and then disappear again. So flakey! I got fed up and set my foot down. I asked him why he wants call or talk to me. He said he always wanted to call and enjoys being with me. I called out his BS. I reminded him that he stopped talking to me. He can't just come in and out of life as he pleases. He should stop playing mind games with me. He just said to me "Oh don't say that 😭." I told him I deserve an explanation and tell me why he disappeared. He said he did not disappear. I told him it hurts me that he's not being honest with me. He said he was being honest. See the pattern here? I asked him again what happened and he just answered "I don't remember." That was it. I told him I'm a very patient person (I'm a fucking Taurus okay) but he pushed me too far. I won't ask anymore. It's obvious he didn't wanna answer. I'm done.
I was livid. I'm done dealing with a player and emotionally unvailable jackass. That's the start of our separation. It was 11/12.
I spent the rest of November dealing with rollercoaster of emotions. One moment I'm angry, and them I'm in pain, and then lonely ect. It was a torture. There were times when I went into relapse. I thought I have officially gone insane. I just wanted to die.
The first time I came across the term twin flame was through watching tarot readings. I never heard of the time before even when I met my twin. I wasn't interested in learning more about it at first. All I know was that it was different from soulmates and it was rare. I have never thought of myself as special (just different) so I did not think I needed to know about it. But curiosity got the better of me and finally decided to do some research. Lo and behold, I resonated with most of the signs that were listed. The things that happened to me made more sense now. But that was not enough to convince me.
More and more meditation music started appearing on my youtube suggestions. It was December when I finally decided to try a guided meditation. It's my first entry. I felt the urge to do it more and more often until I came across a meditation to awaken my spirit. Before this entire journey I would never think of trying it but since I have been activated, might as well continue on improving myself. I played the music when looking at the sunset. When I came to opening the third eye, I started seeing particles in mid air. They look specks of light or little transparent bubbles floating around. As weeks went by I seem them clearer. I don't even have to concentrate or be in meditative state to see them. I see another invisible layer in my environment as well. I see rain or drizzle even if it's not really raining. I also see "rain" and particles even indoors now. As long as there is light. I tune up my chakra almost everyday. I don't feel right when I don't meditate in a few days.
