SUCK HIS...GLOCK?!
the sensationalized bullshit around some dangerous serial killer tormenting the city is honestly pathetic. so no, you don't see the point in changing your routine, because you aren't a coward like everyone else. that is, until one wrong turn brings you face to face with him.
pairing: serial killer!toji x f!reader
themes/content: dark content (gunplay, dubcon). smut. petnames (pretty, doll, slut), mentions of past murders, teasing, reader is kind of mean to toji lmao, begging, licking/deepthroating a gun, oral (m!receiving). 18+, MDNI (wk: 2.0k)
a/n: i would match his freak (he would literally kill me) (also sorry this title is so stupid but it made me laugh hahahaha)
quintober masterlist | sign up form
“There’s a serial killer on the loose!”
Everyday for the past week the message had been drilled into your mind - every news station, every text from your parents, every thought from the general public seemed to vibrate in sheer terror at the mere idea of some illusive murderer. And yet, you can’t help but roll your eyes at the theatrics.
A serial killer, seriously?
You thought everyone outgrew this overdramatic bullshit when they turned thirteen or something. The fact that not even fully grown adults dared to go outside out of fear just solidified how truly pathetic everyone had become.
So, you take the opportunity for what it is, boots echoing along the empty streets as you enjoy a barren town. Dead leaves blow along the sidewalk in front of you, scurrying out of your path. It’s a nice day, you think, the breeze tickling your skin and the sun warm despite the autumn chill settling in. Of course you weren’t going to miss it, your footsteps falling louder and more determined with each step.
Because you weren’t a coward.
A particularly cold wind brushes past you, the muscles in your legs shivering on instinct. Reaching into your jacket to check the time, you find your pockets empty save for a few hair ties and a small wad of cash. The image of your phone resting on your kitchen counter flashes across your memory for a moment as you silently grumble at your own forgetfulness.
But it’s no matter, you’ll just head straight home. Everything will be fine, you reassure yourself in an effort to shove down the growing nervousness in your stomach.
Rounding the corner, your vision catches an alleyway you’ve seen a few times on walks home with friends. Surely, that would get you home even faster, a real stroke of fate. Your feet stall for a second as you gaze down it, the darkness of surrounding buildings casting a haunting shadow. Taking a steadying breath, you will yourself forward.
Because you aren’t a coward.
Shoving your hands further into the worn material of your pockets, your shoes land heavily on the uneven cobblestone. A water droplet falls on your shoulder from one of the broken pipes overhead, and you grimace. This town gets shittier every year. That pit in your stomach is back, but sheer determination carries you onward.
Because you aren’t afraid.
In an instant, the sigh that had been building in your lungs is forced out as your cheek is shoved into the crumbling brick lining the alley.
Rough hands encircle your wrists, pinning them against your back.
The weight of someone much larger presses into you from behind.
“What’s a pretty little thing like you doin’ walkin’ all by yourself?” His voice is almost impossibly low, carrying the teasing lilt of thunder before lightning. “Haven’t you heard there’s a serial killer running around?”
The rock in your stomach lodges in your throat as he laughs, hot puffs of air hitting your neck.
Trying to gauge your odds, you crane your head to get a view of him, roughly scraping your skin against the reddened clay. Just as your eyes manage to catch the dark cloth of his shirt, something presses to your forehead.
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you, doll,” he preempts. The gun in his hand trails lower, landing between your eyes, the cool metal making you shudder. “I would hate to have to hurt ya.”
Your mouth is dry as ideas course through your mind, running through scenarios to escape this fucked up situation you’ve found yourself in. “I-I have money! You can have it, if you let me go!”
He just chuckles again, and you swear you see a glimpse of a scar at the corner of his lips, adding it to a mental note of anything to help you identify him later. “Oh sweetheart, you can’t actually think I’m doing this for the money, do you?”
Your thoughts stall for a moment. “B-but…but why then…?”
Leaning towards you, his face is now only inches from your own. The scent of tobacco lingers on his breath. “Because I like to see the fear in someone’s eyes when they know they’re gonna die.”
You can’t stop the smirk spreading across your lips. You know it’s stupid - you shouldn’t taunt the fucking murderer holding a gun to your head - but you almost want to laugh.
“Seriously?” Your throat is scratchy as you stifle a chuckle. “That’s a bit dramatic, don’t you think?”
This time, he doesn’t stop you when you turn to face him.
“What, are you making eye contact with every single person you kill? You have a fucking gun, dude - are you really sitting there, this close, waiting for them to die? Or is that just some line you say to make people afraid, to try and make them beg for mercy?”
That scar shifts as his mouth twitches. Just as he inhales to respond, you continue.
“Oh, I get it! I bet that’s what you get off on, right? The begging?”
His eyebrows quirk, adjusting his position so green eyes stare back at you, mischief dancing behind them. “What if it is? Are you gonna beg me not to kill you if I tell ya that’s what it takes?”
The silver of his gun catches in the flickering sun as your gaze falls upon it. You look to it, then to him, then back to it.
Now, you know what it really takes to get you out of this. Because at the end of the day, he’s just some guy who got a weapon and a bit too much confidence. Sure, maybe he killed those people, but it’s only because they were too stupid to figure it out.
Men like him don’t want some pathetic little bug to crush under their shoe. If he did, he would’ve shot you already.
He wants someone to tell him ‘no,’ to shove around his ego a little. Someone to play with him.
Oh, and you’ll play.
Because you, unlike all those other scared little babies, aren’t a coward.
“I don’t have to fucking beg.”
Green eyes shine like poison as they watch your movements - your neck tilting, lips parting, tongue poking between them. Licking a slow stripe up the barrel of his gun, the taste of metal and dirt coats your senses.
When you reach the top, he lets out a groan, one that morphs into a breathy laugh.
“Well, isn’t today just my lucky day.” His scar delves into the creases of his mouth as he smirks. “Wonder what good deed I did to be rewarded with such a pretty little slut.”
Fucking pathetic.
You want to laugh at him, the predictability - it’s almost overused at this point, you think. The scary serial killer who just wants to get his dick wet, you’re practically quaking in your boots.
But instead of pointing out how boring his whole cliche is, you allow your eyelashes to flutter closed, taking the chamber further past your lips.
It’s cool against the heat of your mouth, tracing the crevices of it with your tongue.
You wonder if this is actually what he used to kill all those people - it almost tastes too clean to be a true murder weapon. Like he ran it through the mud on his way here to try and make his little act seem all the more convincing. Clearly, it didn’t work.
From behind, you feel something poke into your ass. Something hard. Using his weight to push you further into the bricks, his hips grind against you, his growing cock dragging along the curves of your body.
You gasp reflexively at the sensation, eyes shooting open only to be met with his locked on your face, dark hair falling over his forehead.
“Some fuckin’ mouth on you, heh.” It’s like you can watch the gears turning in his mind. “Let’s see what else it can do.”
Sensation begins returning to your wrists when they’re released from his bruising grip. It takes nothing more than a heavy palm on your head for you to land on your knees, rubble shifting beneath your jeans.
All too predictable.
With your newly freed hands, you make quick work of undoing his belt, tugging his waistband down to reveal his cock. It’s thick, flushed and hot in the cold autumn air.
From this angle, you can see the way he sparkles against the sky. Excitement vibrates his nerves as he leans forward, resting a forearm along the brick above your head. The muzzle’s cold metal presses into your temple, but it barely even phases you at this point, melting into the warmth of your skin.
You lick your lips at the way he twitches, watching you drag your palms up his thighs. One hand slowly wraps around his base as you place his tip between your lips, and the man above you moans.
You almost, almost, let a giggle slip.
Isn’t he supposed to be the one threatening to kill you?
And now, you’ve literally got his balls in one hand, the pistol in his fist dropped to his side.
Fucking hell, is this really all it took?
Some serial killer.
You continue pumping his length as you lightly lick the precum pooling along his slit, letting the salty taste linger on your tastebuds. Whatever, you’ll do what you have to do to get out of this.
But it’s not a crime to have a little fun with him, right?
Your tongue swirls around his tip before you take him further, pushing past the ring of muscles lining your throat. He lets out a choked gasp of, “Fuck,” and the rasp in his voice almost makes your pussy clench. Almost.
Taking him deeper and deeper, you can tell he’s getting close from the way he’s starting to thrust his hips forward, little by little.
But now, it’s your turn to play with him.
Pulling your mouth away, you admire the way his cock bounces as he whines at the loss of your warmth.
This time, you don’t stifle your smirk.
The palm wrapped around his base continues stroking him slowly, almost too slowly.
“W-what the fuck do you think yer-”
“Beg.”
His parted lips nearly fold into a frown, eyebrows furrowed in some mix of confusion and frustration. But you didn’t stutter.
“C’mon now, mister ‘serial killer.’ If you wanna cum, you know what you’ve gotta do.”
Sliding up and down his base, you pump him in pace with his ragged breaths.
Between his ribs, his heart races. “Y’know I could fucking kill you.”
And your eyes glimmer, your pace slowing. A silent challenge.
But you won’t.
He tosses his head back, the muscles in his thick neck contracting as he swallows.
“F-fucking - fine. Jesus, fine, whatever.”
Shifting your weight, your thighs rub together in excitement. The silver of his gun flashes as he raises it to his head, scratching the back of his scalp with the muzzle in an attempt to diffuse the growing tension inside him.
“Make me finish already, doll.”
“Aww,” you coo, squeezing his heavy balls in your free hand. A shiver runs up his spine. “That’s not exactly asking, now is it?”
He hides his pleasure behind annoyance as he groans. “Just - fucking, make me cum already.” You bat your eyelashes at him, and he grumbles something under his breath. “Please.”
“See, was that so hard?” you hum, pleased. “Even serial killers can have some manners.”
Taking him back into your mouth, you trace the veins of his shaft with your tongue, just as you did with the barrel of his gun. Each ridge, following its path up and down.
Something metal clammors onto the ground behind you, but you pay it little mind. Two hands wrap around your head, holding you in place.
“Fuck, just like that,” he moans. “Fuckin’ take it.”
His balls twitch as he releases into you, hot liquid pouring down your throat.
As you swallow, the palms on your scalp release their tension. Looking up at him with wide eyes, you wipe the spit from the corners of your mouth.
He rubs his face with his forearm, a smirk plastered across his lips, that cute little scar decorating the corner. Beside you, something reflective catches your eye - his gun, laying abandoned on the ground.
Some fucking serial killer.

wrong place, wrong time.
PAIRING... heeseung x doctor!reader | GENRE... fluff, romance, humor, mentions of hospitals, flirty heeseung | WC... 1kish
“oh my god. he has to be a model. there’s no way-“
“maybe he’s famous…”
“should we ask him for a picture?”
you roll your eyes at the excited chatter coming from the nurses down the hall. who knew what they were gossiping about this time? shoving your hands in your coat pockets, you’re quite literally stopped by the sight of everyone crowded by the front desk.
you frown, taking in their lovestruck expressions. “what’s going on?”
one of the nurses, giselle, quickly squeals and runs over to whisper in your ear.
“you won’t believe it, doc. the finest man just walked in. his condition seems alright so we’re all trying to figure out what he came in for.”
of course. you let out an exasperated sigh, watching in amusement as everyone fights to be the one to escort him to a room.
out of pure curiosity, you decide to take a quick glimpse. exactly how handsome could this guy really be?
apparently, very. much. so.
lee heeseung. early twenties. looks like a member of a famous boy band. has got everyone in close proximity wrapped around his finger.
also, a huge flirt (obviously.)
the nurses love him, getting any and every chance to bat their eyelashes and flirt back.
you, on the other hand?
you’re sure you’ve become a pro at rejecting his advances.
the first time he came in was for bloodwork. the second time, x-rays. the third time he was “feeling under the weather.”
honestly, you’re wondering why he visited so often. if anything, most people avoided hospitals.
“hi, dr. y/l/n.”
your lips press together in a thin line. your eyes remain focused on the clipboard in front of you. you weren’t counting but this was, what?
his fourth time checking in?
“heeseung. you’re back…again. may i ask why you seem to love the hospital?”
he smirks teasingly, “or maybe why the hospital seems to love me?”
you can’t help but roll your eyes indiscreetly.
he did it every time. of course, he was friendly with everyone. but heeseung just seemed to go the extra mile around you.
“i think i ate something bad.”
you quirk an eyebrow, “oh really?”
“i don’t know, maybe it was something the chef cooked?” he responds cheekily.
you let out a huff of air, one long enough that blows the baby hairs out of your face. “…what did you eat last night?”
“oh, it was delicious,” his eyes bore into you as he continues to ramble on.
“any pain, discomfort, bowel movements?” you interrupt, clicking your pen incessantly.
“no, just the ache in my heart when you ignore me,” he clutches his chest playfully.
you look up at him with pursed lips.
“you know what? i think you’re fine and it’s time for you to go.”
you guide heeseung to the front desk to drop him off, about to leave him in the hands of the receptionist. as you’re about to leave, you feel a hand wrap around your wrist. it’s subtle—under the table so no one else can see.
your body stiffens for a moment, examining his face that holds an unreadable expression. when neither of you utter a single word, you gently pull your arm from his grip when someone calls for you.
winter’s mouth drops open. “you’re telling me he came back a fourth time? this must be a record.”
ningning nods excitedly, “i mean, there has to be a reason. who do you think he keeps coming back for?”
you almost choke on your water. “you’re saying-?”
she turns to you, eyebrows raised insistently. “there must be a certain someone that catches his eye here.”
“i wish it were me,” giselle sulks as her fork stabs into her food pathetically.
winter frowns, “you know, he has been really clingy to you, doc.”
you swallow harshly. “huh?”
everyone begins to chime in accordance.
“yeah, he always asks about you and what you’re doing.”
“he only gets check ups from you, too.”
you scoff, shaking your head slightly. “don’t remind me.”
the three of them pause for a short moment, before their expressions change. you feel fear and apprehension course through your veins.
“do you not like him? is it because you think he’s so cute?”
“are you interested in him?” their wide eyes and questioning voices makes your mouth dry.
“now that i think about it… y/n’s the only one who doesn’t seem down bad for heeseung.”
you stammer, unable to form a response until your pager goes off.
“ha-oh. well, that’s my cue!”
you quickly make your escape in order to hide your flustered expression.
after you finished your rounds later, you slump into your chair in the cafeteria. the sounds of the conversation from the table next to you drifts over to your ears.
“do you think it’s because of me? i mean, he always greets me good morning with those dreamy eyes of his.”
your eye twitches.
“don’t think you’re so special. heeseung waves goodbye to me every time.”
alright, enough of this. you stand up, chair clattering backwards quite loudly, and walk off. you’ve just made it to your office, opening the door, when you freeze.
“heeseung? what are you doing here?”
he immediately smiles from—your eyes narrow—your rolling chair. he rolls closer, a bit too close.
“why do you keep asking when you know the answer already?”
for a moment, you keep your eyes locked. then you let your professional mode switch off.
“you really need to stop coming, hee. people are getting ideas,” you chide gently with a ruffle of his hair.
he leans into your touch with a hum, “about you and me?”
you push his head away with a snort, “no. about you and them.”
with a chuckle, he wraps his arms around your waist. “i’m sorry. i can’t help but miss my baby when you’re practically working all day.”
you soften, “i know. i’m sorry. but this is getting a little out of hand.”
suddenly heeseung gets up, moving closer towards you. “will a kiss make up for it?”
you pretend to think, tapping your foot thoughtfully, “maybe… depends on how good of a kiss.“
he quickly leans in, one arm snaking around your waist while the other cups your cheek. your eyes begin to close. as soon as you feel the ghost of his lips touch yours, the door slides open.
“doc-“
you immediately push heeseung off of you, startled. and then proceed to shut the door in giselle’s face, quite literally. with panicked whispers, you manage to shove your boyfriend under the desk with a final shh!
about 0.3 seconds later, you slide the door open again.
giselle stands there, gaping.
“what was that?!”
“what was what?” you clear your throat nonchalantly, taking a look at your patient’s files.
“you-he-“ she splutters, “heeseung!”
“what are you talking about?”
“you’re the one heeseung keeps coming for?”
“doctor y/l/n?!”
you both freeze. the rest of the nurses look from you to giselle and back with shell shocked faces.
you want to curl up into a ball. this is not how you wanted everyone to find out. given, you didn’t expect your loving boyfriend to visit out of the blue without any context.
you smile sheepishly. “surprise?”
before you know it, a hand finds its way onto your shoulder. you almost jump before relaxing at the touch.
“we-we thought- heeseung-“
you bite your lip, as heeseung chuckles. you wanted to keep your personal life and work life separate, but with your job getting so hectic the past couple weeks, you realized you had spent way more time at the hospital than at home.
immediately, guilt runs through your body. heeseung had always been so sweet and understanding, and seeing him come visit your work really put things in perspective.
how bad must’ve it been for him to have to go out of his way just to see you? while you kept brushing him off?
you wrap an arm around his waist, hugging him closer. “guys, this is my boyfriend, heeseung—as most of you already know.”
he looks at you with surprise evident in his eyes. obviously, you weren’t the most open person.
as everyone watches you two with jaws dropped, you squeeze his hand in hopes he understands. you’re lucky to have heeseung—the most empathetic person you know, because he presses a kiss to your temple.
“i’m sorry,” you murmur, “no more running away and prioritizing work.”
everyone else in the room fades away as he truly looks you in the eye.
“i know, baby. i know.”
as you both beam at each other, you’re assured in the love you feel together once more.

Working as a detective in the NYPD didn’t used to be too risky; it was mostly arrests or things like that.
But recently, there was a series of murders (which you were assigned to) that got pretty intense, so the BAU was brought in to help with the case.
“Follow me, the team just arrived,” your boss said, poking his head into your office. You followed him right away.
“Good afternoon, I’m Agent Hotchner. This is Agent Morgan, and our communications liaison, Agent Jareau,” a tall man with dark hair introduced them.
“Nice to meet you. I’m the lead agent,” you said after introducing yourself by name.
“Pleased to meet you. Dr. Spencer Reid is in the conference room, going over the case,” he informed you.
“Go fill him in on what we have,” your boss ordered, and you quickly obliged.
You headed to where Dr. Reid was—at least, that’s what the agent had called him.
You walked in and saw him standing in front of the whiteboard, looking over all the information you’d gathered this past week.
“Pretty tough, huh?” you asked as you approached him.
“What?” He turned to you, looking a little confused. “Oh, yes, it is. All of these cases are.”
“They are.” You introduced yourself by name, reaching out to shake his hand.
“Dr. Spencer Reid,” he replied, looking at your hand a bit awkwardly. “I-I’m sorry, I don’t usually shake hands.”
“Oh,” you raised an eyebrow and lowered your hand, curiosity instantly piqued.
“I didn’t mean to offend! It’s nothing personal—I just…I don’t shake hands with anyone.” He scratched the back of his neck, clearly nervous.
“I’m not offended,” you replied with a playful smile, leaning against the table. “Why not?” you asked, genuinely curious.
“Do you have any idea how many germs get passed around with a single handshake?” he informed you. “Actually, it’s safer to kiss.”
His comment made you raise your eyebrows. “Really?” you asked, smiling with a bit of playful intent.
You leaned in, brushing your cheek against his in a pretend kiss. la bise.
“Is that better, Dr. Reid?” you whispered softly near his ear before pulling back and leaning against the table again.
“Oh- I- uh- no,” Spencer stammered, clearly flustered.
That made you smile, and you decided to tease him a little.
“No? What do you mean by no?” you raised an eyebrow, moving a little closer.
“I didn’t mean ‘no’ exactly, it was—it’s just—umm…”
“Because if that didn’t work, I could give you a more appropriate one” you replied with a grin.
Spencer’s eyes went wide, and you were sure you could see him blushing from miles away.
You laughed. “I’m joking, Doctor,” you gave him a meaningful look.
“Are you?” he blinked rapidly.
“Would you like me not to be?” you asked, smiling.
“Well, I—” Spencer was cut off by his boss arriving in the doorway.
“What do we have?” Agent Hotchner walked in, taking off his jacket and settling in, signaling that your little game was over.
“Thirst,” you said, stepping away from Reid with a small smile. “I’m going to get some water. Anyone else?”
“I’d appreciate it,” Hotch replied.
“And you, germ boy?” you asked, looking at Spencer.
“No- I- I’m fine,” he looked away, clearly flustered.
“Of course you are,” you said, turning on your heel to leave.

would you make a Klaus fic, where he and reader are under a sex spell? just a sex magic fic, you can decide on the plot🥰
love your fics btw💕
Warning:Dubcon cause sex pollen, talk and use of sex toys, desperate/passionate fucking, needy Hybrid sex, brief realization of Yandere behavior at the end
‘You’re joking!’ I exclaimed, unable to unhear what Bonnie had just told me.
‘No, not at all. We need to keep you away from everyone else because this spell can potentially effect others who come in contact with you. Caroline has already said you can stay in her parents cabin, Damon is taking you there now.’ She shooed me out of the room and outside to Damon’s car.
‘Get in the back!’ He snapped as I moved to slide into the passenger seat. ‘I don’t need this shit effecting me next-‘
‘Why can’t I just stay in the cell in the basement? That way I won’t be alone…I’m scared-‘
‘Because Klaus was hit by that shit too, we don’t know if he knows what it was yet and with how desperate he is for you every other day without being bewitched, I can’t even imagine what he would do with you now.’ He explained as if I were a small stupid child and I wanted to hit him desperately.
A warlock coming after Elena (as always) for Doppelgänger blood for one of his spells had attacked us. I had grabbed a potted plant outside of the Grille and cracked it over his head which gave Elena enough time to run and find Damon, though as he whirled around to me there was suddenly an angry Hybrid standing in front of me which gave the Warlock pause.
Klaus had seemingly taken an interest in me as soon as he arrived in town and while I don’t encourage him, I’m also not cruel or mean either, which seemed to make him think he had a chance.
The man reached into his jacket and pulled out a small spell bag before dumping some pink powder into his hand and blowing it at the both of us. I couldn’t help but inhale it, only breathing in more when I began choking and hearing Klaus do the same, my eyes and nose burning as I felt his hands holding onto me. Though he was still coughing himself he checked on me (which I found very sweet), hands on my face and inspecting me before brushing the powder off of me leading to me returning the favor. He had no clue what it was and neither did I but after a quick thanks I left to find my friends and a witch to tell me what the fuck I just inhaled.
Turns out we had both been choking on a very powerful potion that people had dubbed “Sex Pollen”. Many witches used to use it several hundred years ago but most stopped once people began insisting that it led to way too many people becoming effected (since all you needed to do was injest a drop) and ending up sexually assaulting whoever came across their path. The potion is typically in a liquid form but talented witches can make it in a powder, however it is about ten times more potent.
‘Stay here, theres food and water, TV, books. Everything you could possibly need. Caroline also bought you some…play things…to help. God this is so gross, they’re in the bedroom. Get out of my car-‘
‘No! How long do I have to stay here?!’ I snapped making him roll his eyes.
‘Bonnie said in the powder form it can take several hours to kick in but it lasts a few days, though with how much you breathed in probably a week at least. Go! Before you infect me too and we really have a problem!’ I grabbed the bag that Elena had packed me and slid out of the car, walking inside and locking the door behind me with a heavy sigh.
‘Fuck All Of You Assholes!’ I screamed, hating my friends for abandoning me just so they wouldn’t suffer as well before I looked around the cabin, finding the bedroom with a large California King that was quite comfortable. I also came across a basket on the bed which contained a rechargeable wand, a 7 inch pink suction cup dildo, a butt plug and a bottle of salted caramel flavored lube. ‘Why The Fuck Was She So Thorough?!’
I set the basket aside and stripped out of my shirt and jeans as I began feeling warm, climbing into the bed under the sheet and deciding to try and take a nap before I get hit with killer horniness.
The nap didn’t last more than an hour before I woke up rolling around restlessly, my body sweating now as a hot feeling in my stomach began intensifying. I couldn’t tell you how long I laid there writhing in misery before I heard a loud knock at the door, instantly hating the world that much more.
‘What are you doing here?!’ I snapped as I finally dragged myself to the front door, moody and uncomfortable which made me unable to be kind.
‘I thought I would come and assist you. Wouldn’t want you suffering through this alone, now would we?’ Klaus asked, looking every bit as put together as always but I could see in his eyes how desperate he was. I could also see his impressive bulge tenting his jeans.
‘How did you find me? I was-never mind. Go away Klaus!’ I groaned, moving to shut the door.
‘I followed Damon, he wasn’t very careful, my guess is he didn’t much care if I found you. They just wanted you away from them before they had to suffer too, your friends that you protected sent you away to save themselves. Seems really selfish to me.’ Any other day I would disagree but with how I was feeling I couldn’t argue with him, prompting me to agree.
‘You’re right…Fuck them! Couldn’t even put me downstairs! Had to leave me all alone!’ I raged as I was overcome by a cramping pain straight down to my pussy causing me to double over.
‘Invite me in Love, let’s help each other? It’s going to be days with only brief hours of relief between…let me help you get some relief?’
‘Klaus, I can’t-‘
‘You want me just as much as I want you, don’t lie!’ He growled, eyes glowing gold now as he showed how desperate he really was, so far gone that he wasn’t able to hide it anymore.
‘It’s just this stupid magic-‘
‘No! No, I’ve wanted you since I first set eyes on you, and you…you need me too.’ His hand reached down to grab his crotch, pupils nearly swallowing his entire eye whole. ‘I can make your pussy feel so good baby, you need me! Who else could go anywhere near as long as a Hybrid, huh?’ He was right, if anyone could help me it was Klaus, especially with how pent up he is himself. ‘Please Y/n? I need to be buried in your little cunt, and you know you need it too! Your fingers can’t help you the way my cock can and I know you’ve dreamt of my cock in your needy little pussy since long before this ever happened-Fuck! I Need You! Please?!’ He begged and as I felt a rush of wetness coat my panties I whined, nodding my head. ‘Say it Y/n…Say It!’
‘Come in Klaus! Please?! I need-‘ I didn’t get to finish my statement before I was tackled to the floor with the Hybrid yanking his pants open and shoving them down enough to free himself before tearing my panties off of my body and shoving himself into me roughly.
‘So Fucking Perfect! Knew your cunt would be perfect! Tightest little cunt-Fuck! Never gonna stop fucking you baby!’
‘Yes! Don’t Stop! Fuck Klaus, your cock! So good!’ Tears leaked from my eyes as he continued thrusting into my body. The sound of skin slapping together echoing through the house and out the front door that hung on one hinge from where the Hybrid had nearly ripped it off as he entered. ‘Oh Fuck!’ I threw my head back against the carpet as my first orgasm rushed through me out of nowhere, only realizing he had finished with me when I felt the hot cum inside of me as he continued thrusting, never once even slowing down.
‘I need to feel you squeeze me again Babygirl, cum for me! Cum for your Alpha!’ The second orgasm was just as strong as the first as I came and felt his body tense up as well before he finally stilled, breathing heavily into my neck.
‘I think…we’re in trouble…’ I panted heavily and he chuckled before looking down at me, hesitating only a second before pressing his lips to mine in a soft, lovely kiss. ‘Don’t stop.’ I insisted when he pulled back, grabbing onto his neck and pressing my lips to his this time as I enjoyed our kiss.
‘This isn’t how I wanted it to happen, I wanted to take you on a date, show you how much I love you…then I was going to fuck you…wanted to make you feel so good you would never leave me again-‘
‘It’s okay, you’ve just done it backwards…you can still take me out, just after this is over because I don’t think people would appreciate you fucking me over our table.’ I teased, enjoying the genuine smile that I got from him, only ever seeing it when he looks at me which has always made me feel special.
‘That’s the spell talking-‘
‘I liked you before that you idiot! I just never really thought you were all that serious.’ I admitted, pushing him up and feeling his (once again) hard cock slide out of me as he helped me stand up.
‘How could you think that? I’ve gone out of my way to show you-your friends told you I was using you, didn’t they?’ I nodded and he huffed a heavy sigh before wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me into a rough kiss. ‘I love you, regardless of any doppelgänger or your awful friends. After all of this I will take you out properly, I promise…but until then-‘
‘No! No more floor fucking, there’s furniture and a bed here for a reason, no more carpet, it hurts.’ I explained, feeling the rug burn against my back and ass.
‘No more rugs, but I need you now.’ He growled, lifting me by my thighs and appearing in the bedroom instantly, dropping me onto the bed. Just as he spread my legs he paused, glancing over to the table and reaching out to grab the basket with the things Caroline had left. ‘What-‘
‘Caroline left them for me. I guess she wanted to help me since I’m all alone.’
‘Interesting…does she know you well, or not?’ He wondered, picking up the butt plug and raising his eyebrows making me blush as my body started sweating.
‘Klaus! Stop the teasing and get inside me! The cramps are starting, so if you’re not going to help me then get the Fuck out and I’ll do it my-Ah!’ I cried out, feeling the rounded end of the plug pressing to my tight hole and rubbing against it. ‘Oh God!’ Klaus took the lube bottle and squeezed a healthy amount onto the plug before tossing it to the other side of the bed and pressing it back against my ass.
‘Relax Precious, this is going to make it feel so much better!’ He promised, pushing the plug harder until it popped into my hole. Klaus could feel his cock throbbing even harder at the sight of the jewel on the end of the plug. ‘You are so fucking perfect! How do you fee-‘
‘Klaus! Please?!’ I begged, pulling him closer and yanking at his shirt before getting it off and sighing in relief at the feel of his hot skin against mine.
Klaus shoved his jeans and boxers the rest of the way off, finally naked as well before taking hold of his cock and pushing himself back inside of me. ‘There you are love, feels so fucking good, doesn’t it? Both of your slutty little holes stuffed up?’
‘T-Too much-Never-‘
‘Never been so full before, I know Baby! I-Fuck!’ Suddenly as if he could no longer control himself he began thrusting into me frantically. ‘Mine! My Fucking Cunt!’ He snarled, Hybrid visage taking over as he fucked into me so hard I briefly wondered if he could shatter my pelvis like this.
‘Yes! Yours! All yours, don’t stop! Please don’t stop?!’
Y/n couldn’t have said how long Klaus continued like that. How long he thrust into her cunt at a painful speed, how many times the both of them had climaxed together while he still continued to fuck his (somehow still) hard cock into her, she couldn’t even say how many times he had buried his fangs into her throat in an effort to mark her as his like a werewolf marking his mate…and maybe he was. Odds are she was never getting away from him now-not that she wanted to.
It was a week later that Damon finally came back to the house to check on her finding the front door ripped open.
He ventured inside, not hearing anything and figuring that it was over for Y/n and who was inevitably Klaus that had torn the door off the hinges. He was prepared with jokes galore for the the drive back, excited to pick on the young girl for giving into the monster that had been after her for months but sadly he never got to use those jokes.
Damon opened the door to the bedroom to find his girlfriends friend snuggled into Klaus Mikaelson’s naked chest fast asleep. The Hybrid however seemed to have awoken as soon as he turned the doorknob, his yellow eyes finding his with an intensity that he had never seen. He bore his fangs, lifting his head and Damon (one of the only people who had never truly feared Klaus Mikaelson) was instantly terrified. It was like a bucket of ice water dumped on him, alarm bells ringing in his head declaring the danger that he is in prompting him to throw up his hands instantly. As Klaus moved to sit up, the young vampire shut the door promptly and hightailed it back to his car, peeling back down the driveway.
He doesn’t know how long that stuff will take to wear off but it definitely hasn’t yet and he would not be disturbing them again!
Y/n and Klaus were in the house for nearly 2 weeks before they felt as if their bodies were back to normal though they stayed for another week after that. No one could have imagined how close such a spell would bring them…no one except Klaus of course.
The witch he had hired to make that powder had done a wonderful job, money well spent in the Hybrids mind. The spell had worked better than he ever could have imagined and it had gotten him exactly what he wanted.
The only thing left to do was to kill the witch that had helped him and ensure that his mate never learned that he was the one who had dosed her.
He finally had his girl, he couldn’t let something so trivial ruin it.

red thread || jake “hangman” seresin
summary: fate has a funny way of bringing people together, and it’s made no exception for you and hangman. you’ve grown up together; there's not a day that goes by in which you aren't glued to each others' sides. as kids, you promised each other that if you were still single at 30 you'd get married. but when that day finally arrives, you wonder just how much things will change.
words: ~2.3k
warnings: nothing. unless you’re like me and commitment scares you, then yeah lmao. hangman is an absolute gentleman in this though :) biggest TW is my writing...sorry. idk what happened. some slight mentions of angst and injury but nothing graphic :)
a/n: mannn my writing has gone downhill idk how yall other talented writers do it. i wish i could write that well 😭but, i’m proud of this...plotwise, at least! (my fics are doing so bad for some reason while everyone else seems to be blowing up??? idk) btw, the first part of this fic takes place two years before tgm
It was 1:30 a.m, and you couldn’t fall asleep.
It seemed that Hangman had the same idea as you as he told you to meet him outside the Hard Deck in five. The coastal air and Jake Seresin was the perfect combination to help you unwind, so of course you said yes.
“There she is,” he grinned as he offered a helping hand. “My favorite fellow insomniac.”
“Nightmares keep you up, Jake?” you teased. “What’s the matter this time?”
“Same as you. Don’t feel like sleeping yet,” Hangman answered. “Can you believe it? We’re awake, and Fanboy and Payback aren’t.”
“Now that’s a first,” you laughed. “Thought I’d never live to see that day, but here we are.”
“We’re making history day by day.”
“You know…sometimes,” you breathed out as you rested your head on his shoulder, “I wonder what it’d be like if we never met.”
“Didn’t you ask that same question fifteen years ago?”
“We were much younger back then. It’s different now.”
“Well, then…I don’t like to imagine it.”
Your brows furrowed. “Why not?”
“It’d be weird. You’ve always been a big part of my life, so to think you almost could’ve not been in it…it’s weird. Uncomfortable, even.”
“Yeah, it is weird…” your voice trailed off as you lingered on the thought. You’ve always done everything together. How different would your lives be now if you hadn’t become friends; hadn’t stayed in touch through college? “But don’t be sad, because I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.”
Hangman gave you a light punch in the arm. “I’m not complaining.”
“Good.”
“You know, Y/N…there’s one more thing.”
“Uh oh.”
“Hear me out,” he started. “Remember that deal we made when we were kids?”
“The one about helping each other bury a body if needed, or getting married?”
“The second one…I thought the first was a given since the day we met. That’s something all friends are supposed to do for each other, right? Bury bodies, hide their trails…all that good stuff.”
“What about the second one?”
“We’re turning 30 soon,” he recounted. Any and all traces of cockiness were completely wiped off his face. “And we said that if we’re both still single by the time our 30th birthdays roll around, we’d get married.”
You smiled as you revisited the memory: wide-eyed and curious, and so blissfully unaware with the only worry in the world was whether you’d grow up together or not. “You still remembered all that?”
“Of course I did. You still in, or what?”
“I guess so…I mean, what else do I have to lose?”
The two of you fall back into your comfortable silence, and he wraps you up into his arms.
TWO YEARS LATER
As usual, the base is busy and rather chaotic: day after day you’re busy filing reports and training. This causes you to become prone to forgetting the littler things in your life, so you assign Bob to keep track of them for you. He had the best memory of anyone you knew—that man kept mental notes of everything.
“What do I have to do today, Floyd? Any events…”
“Uhhh…” Bob thought for a moment as you took a long drink of water. “Dinner with Phoenix. Do laundry. Don’t get yelled at by Cyclone for the 19th time (You’re only one point behind Bradshaw, he’s at 20). Grocery shopping. And most importantly…yours’ and Hangman’s birthday.”
“Oh, shit, I completely forgot,” you swore under your breath. “How could I forget…”
“You have some time, so don’t worry. Five days.”
“Only five days?” your eyes widened. “I have to run through four more simulations over the next two. I can’t plan everything in the remaining three.”
“If you pay Garcia in Doordash deliveries, he’ll help out. You know he minored in art.”
“That’s…actually not a bad idea.”
After you finish your final exercise that week, you pass out, but luckily, Hangman’s right there to catch you so you don’t get a concussion. Bless that man—he always seemed to be around wherever you went and you were very grateful for it.
You were delirious and couldn’t walk straight, so as much as you claimed you were okay, he wouldn’t believe you.
“I’m taking you home because you’re in no condition to be wandering around by yourself. The birthday planning can wait. You’ve tired yourself out enough as it is and you don’t want to make things worse.” So you let him help you get into his car, then drive you home and lead you inside. Then, he forced you to go upstairs to take a hot shower and relax while he cooked up dinner for you.
Though Hangman admired your determined spirit, it scared the hell out of him because you wouldn’t know when to stop yourself.
“I got that from you though! Who’s the one I spend the most time around?” you’d claim in response to that argument. You weren’t wrong—it was a quality you picked up from him many years ago.
You woke up the next morning to the smell of French toast and jam, which lessens the tension in your shoulders right away. Amidst the early morning light drifting through the windows he stands out like a priceless work of art in a museum. You struggle to tear your eyes off him.
Rubbing the sleepiness from your eyes, you rested your chin on his shoulder and exhaled. “Hey.”
“Morning. You sleep okay? How’s that headache of yours?”
“I’m alright.” You closed your eyes and inhaled the sweet scent of cinnamon sugar. “This smells nice.”
If Hangman was tired, you couldn’t tell. “Woke up at 6:30 to relearn the recipe for you. It’s been a while, it took three burnt batches to get the hang of things.”
“You woke up an hour early to cook for me?”
“Why else? Of course I did,” he stated matter-of-factly.
You sat down at the kitchen island together and ate your breakfast in silence. Something about this moment feels more domestic than all the others you’ve shared in the past, and you can’t help but smile. You wouldn’t mind spending the rest of eternity like this...
“Y/N, there’s some honey on your chin.”
You blinked, trying to find it. “Where?”
“Hold on a sec.” Hangman took his napkin and rubbed gently at the corner of your lip to wipe it off. For a brief moment, you could feel his warm breath fanning across your face. You stayed as still as possible. “There.”
If anyone looked in from the outside, it was another simple day in the life of a longtime couple. But for you and Jake, it’s always been like this. Showing up at each others’ place wasn’t unusual for either of you; if anything, it was quite normal.
“...Thanks.”
“Yeah. You got any ideas in mind? For the big day.”
“Whatever you want is what I want.”
“Funny enough, that’s what I was about to tell you,” he replied.”
You locked eyes with each other and laughed. “We’ll figure it out. I’m sure we will.”
Less than three days until everything as you knew it would change forever...if you were being honest, you were absolutely terrified. What if he changed his mind and left you in the dust, all alone? You weren’t ready to face the cold truth.
Hangman offered a simple celebration: food and drinks at the Hard Deck with the crew, then some karaoke if you were up for it after. He starts it off by serenading you at the bar, reaching a hand out to you as he sang your favorite Billy Joel track. You let him lead you out to the dance floor and spin you around, and he’s equal parts addicting as he is entertaining.
Thirty candles, and you agree on blowing out fifteen each—somehow, by some miracle, you manage to do exactly that, and it’s perfect. Then Fanboy yells that he and Rooster want a rematch with you in Just Dance…so you go at it for two hours straight, until sweat is dripping down your face and your sweater grows hot.
You’re burnt out, and he can see the look in your eyes as you step aside to let Phoenix play. “You want to head out? There’s something I want to show you.”
You nod. “Okay.”
He gives Maverick a look, and the captain shoots him a subtle nod in return. He takes this as his signal to put his hand on the small of your back and lead you out the door.
You can’t help but laugh a little as you get outside. “Is this Mav’s motorcycle?”
“No…” Hangman shifts from foot to foot, feigning cluelessness.
“Did you steal it?”
“Of course not.”
“It’s his, isn’t it.”
“Look, he let me borrow it for the night. It’s not stealing if he says it’s okay…besides, he never noticed when I did steal from him last week—”
“What did you—do you even have a motorcycle license?”
“Got it a year ago. I thought, ‘maybe I’ll take my best girl on a ride someday, so who knows if it’ll come in handy’. So here we are now.”
“That’s very sweet.”
“Alright, now come on.” He swung his leg over the side and motioned for you to sit behind him. The cushion was not in fact, cushiony, and you found yourself growing colder by the second.
The bike burst forward without warning. You let out a small yelp and immediately wrapped your arms around Hangman’s waist—which was ridiculously firm…had he been working out more lately?—as you went speeding down the road.
“If I die, I’m gonna kill you and haunt you in your sleep,” you mumbled into the fabric of his jacket. “Even in death, I’ll stick to you always.”
“That sounds both morbid and weirdly romantic.”
“Shut up.”
Several minutes later you found yourselves by the cliffs, standing high over the ocean, and deja vu hits almost right away. After we go on this make up date, he had said, I’m going to find that guy who messed you up and mess him up. Then we’re going to go home, I’ll let you wear any of my sweatshirts you want, and we’ll watch true crime. One where someone like that jerk dies. Okay? Okay.
You’re miles away from Top Gun, miles away from your jet and your uniform and everything you’ve ever known, but you’ve never felt more at home than now. It’s in this moment in which you realize all you really need in the world is Jake, the sky above you, and the sea below you.
Out of the corner of your eye you noticed that he’s getting fidgety. He can’t stop stuffing his hands in and out of his pockets or running them through his hair—he’s restless. The action takes you by surprise a bit.
“Why are you all tensed up?” you questioned. “It’s just me and a nice sunset. We’ve done things like this many times.”
“But it’s not just you and a sunset,” he explained. “I’m supposed to be asking you the most important question of our lives. That’s a big deal, sweetheart.”
Your heart spluttered to a stop. “Are you…”
“Let me finish,” Jake cut in. “If you could be quiet for a few minutes…that would help. I’m nervous.”
“Jake Seresin, nervous?” you teased. “That’s a first.”
He smiled and shook his head. “Give me a break.”
“Okay, okay. I’ll be nice…for now.”
“I haven’t slept at all in the past week. I went to eleven different jewelry stores around San Diego but nothing seemed to scream ‘Y/N’. So, I decided to take a trip out of state.” He cleared his throat, and reached into his jacket pocket. You saw his hand shake as he did so. “Out of the country. That mini mission I went on while you were training? I was in Canada. Victoria, to be specific. Maverick and Rooster came along to help out.”
Now in his hand was a small velvet box, and inside was the most breathtaking ring you’d ever seen. “Diamond and ruby. They don’t sell plain red strings for rings…so I had them design this. The red thread of fate…the one that brought you into my life. We were kids when we promised to spend our lives together, if circumstances permitted. And I know we might’ve been young, but I’d be lying if I said I could imagine myself with someone that wasn’t you. There was a part of me that wished you wouldn’t find anyone before this day came along. It’s you, Y/N. It always has been.
“I’m not going to get down on one knee. I’m not going to give you a long, cheesy speech about divine power and soulmates. But I’m going to tell you this: you’re my forever, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. It’s getting cold out so I’ll cut to the chase: what I’m saying here is that I’m asking you to marry me.”
The world fell silent as you replied with a shaky nod, holding out a trembling hand as Jake slid the golden band onto your ring finger. Neither of you made a sound, and you swore you felt time stop and the ground crack wide open beneath your feet.

Relentless (Another Soshiro Hoshina One Shot)
"Vice Captain! Come train with me?"
Collective groans from your fellow soldiers reverberated throughout the training room. Hoshina had barely even stepped one foot into the room before your familiar voice rang through the air. He chuckled and shook his head. Everywhere he went, there you were. And all your fellow soldiers knew it.
At first, it was endearing. Hoshina was surprised by the sheer amount of admiration you had for him. You were always the first person to announce loudly "Vice Captain, sir!" whenever he walked into a room, having noticed him before anyone else, and then following it up with a "Come train with me?" And he did. He gave you many, many brutal training sessions and you enjoyed them all. Immensely.
And then "Come train with me" turned into much, much more. You'd hear his stomach growl and say "Come have lunch with me?" or be about to go out with your teammates and yell to him from across the courtyard "Come have drinks with me?" or just catch him taking a break and say "Come have a walk with me?"
And you were always shameless. Didn't matter if you were alone, passing by him in a hallway for a brief moment, didn't matter if you were in a crowd of people, or in an important meeting. You'd always find a way to him and ask him to spend time with you doing one thing or another. You took his rejections well when he finally started turning you down. I mean he could only train so many times with you before even he got tired, and once he realized you had started asking for other things he just became amused and didn't take you too seriously. But he must've liked the attention because he never reprimanded you for it, just shook his head and laughed, seemingly amazed at how you could keep going.
So today when you asked him if he'd train with you he simply turned you down again, saying he had a division to run. You shrug it off like usual and go back to your own workout and let the officers around you whisper and laugh as they'd seen this same scene play out so many times before.
"When are they gonna give up on him?" They'd always ask each other. Sometimes they'd even ask you directly. You'd always brush it off with a joke. "The Vice Captain's a catch, what can I say?" You'd shrug.
But even though today seemed like it was going down the same path that everyday did, there was one slight difference. On your way over to the training room you had noticed a posting for a new platoon leader position. You hadn't thought much of it at first, thinking someone more qualified would probably apply and honestly not caring very much because you wanted to get to the training room to exercise before everyone else flooded in, but still it clung to the back of your mind during your training.
After you finish your workout, you head down to the baths with a couple of your friends. As you are all soaking in the water together, your friends finally speak up about the ongoing issue with Hoshina.
"Look, aren't you embarrassed to be asking him out so many times in a row?" They ask, concern on their faces.
You shrug again, as you do with everyone who asks. After staring at your reflection in the water for a minute, you finally say, "I mean it's not like I'm asking him to date me every time. Just sometimes, sprinkled in between asking for training sessions." You appear unbothered in the slightest.
They sigh. "But what if it's embarrassing him? Aren't you worried about how he feels? I mean you're a low ranking officer."
You pause for a moment at that, sinking down a little deeper into the water. You don't think it embarrasses him because he's let it go on so long and has only ever laughed and turned you down at the worst. But you start to wonder if maybe the reason he turns you down is because of your rank. And then that little posting starts to creep its way to the forefront of your mind. Platoon Leader. You shake your head at the ridiculous thought and blow bubbles into the water. It’s silly, but for once your confidence wavers just a bit, as you wonder if maybe he'd go out with you if you ranked higher.
You remember all the training sessions you'd had with him before you'd finally started to ask for other things and he'd started turning you down. You were a lot better at fighting now than you had been when you started. That thought churns and churns inside you. Then slowly, some feeling in your stomach begins to claw its way up into your chest and before you know it, it’s sunk its teeth into your brain. You could actually do this. You could actually try out for the job. You suddenly stand straight up in the bath, causing the water around you to splash violently.
Your friends stare at you. "You good?"
You nod, a fire in your eyes. "I've just got something to do really quick."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next morning, you are immersed in your workout, thinking about the meeting you'd had with Captain Ashiro last night asking her for the Platoon Leader position. You'd talked for hours about why you'd be best suited for the position and even had a little sparring session to prove your competence. Sweat starts to trickle down your forehead and you wonder if you are just working out extra hard today or if your nerves are actually starting to get to you about the position. You are so deep in thought that when a certain Vice Captain strolls into the training room, and you continue with your workout without even a glance in his direction, it takes you a couple minutes to notice that all the other officers including the Vice Captain himself have stopped to stare at you. You set your weights down on the weight rack and notice it's gotten eerily quiet. No one seems to be working out even though the training room is crowded. You slowly turn to see the Vice Captain frozen in his tracks, looking just as stunned as everyone else. You nod in his direction and then take off for the showers, leaving everyone even more stunned at this abnormal morning.
After you'd showered and gone back to your room, you notice a letter has been slipped under your door. With one hand, you rub your damp hair with a towel and with the other, you pick up the envelope. Sitting down at your desk, you set the towel aside and, after inhaling and exhaling a couple times, you finally open the envelope. You got the position. Relief floods your body so suddenly and overwhelmingly that it shocks you. You hadn't realized you'd wanted the position so badly until you saw it written out on the paper in front of you. "Thank god." You whisper, resting your head in your hands.
Suddenly there is a knock at the door. You jump.
After composing yourself, you go to answer the door, unaware you are still clutching the paper tightly in one hand. "Hello? Oh- Vice Captain. What brings you by?" You ask, confused.
He shifts his weight around awkwardly in the hallway, his hands behind his back -probably fidgeting, it looks like- and is quiet for a moment. "Did I do something?" He asks finally.
You blink. "Come again?"
He sighs. "You... you didn't... you didn't say hi to me this morning." He says finally, and as the words come out of his mouth you can tell he knows how immature it sounds. A dash of pink dots across his cheeks.
He's just too damn cute, you think to yourself. "Hi Vice Captain Hoshina. There, all better." You say with a grin.
The pink darkens slightly. "So um... why didn't you say hi this morning? Or talk to me at all really?"
You hesitate. You think about telling him everything that has been going on but then you just shrug and say simply, "Sorry I was just busy and in my own head."
"Ah. I see." He shifts again. You start to see some red poking out from behind his back. You raise an eyebrow.
"Hoshina? What have you got there?" You ask curiously, arching your head to the side to try and get a peek.
The blush has lodged itself deep into his cheeks now, taking up permanent residence in his smooth skin. "Ah. Um. Here." He pulls a bouquet of roses out from behind him and awkwardly shoves them at you.
You slowly take them from him, trying to comprehend what is going on. "And... and what is this for?" You ask.
He exhales, the noise alerting you that he's been holding his breath for this very moment. "Right. Um. Go out with me?" He asks, voice trembling slightly.
You blink. "Come again?"
He sighs, rubbing the back of his head. "God, I don't know how you do this so frequently, it's killing me." He mutters before inhaling, exhaling, and then trying again. "Do you want to go out with me?"
A smile starts to spread across your face as you realize he's actually asking you out. With flowers no less. You feel as though you need to tease him at least a little bit, for old time's sake. "Is this because I didn't say hi to you this morning? Thought you needed something more attention grabbing?" You laugh.
He pinches the bridge of his nose in embarrassment and frustration. "No. No. I mean yes. Well not really. I have been thinking about you. A lot. Not my fault really. You're always near me somewhere, talking, laughing, messing around. It's just, I didn't realize how much I like having you around and hearing your voice until you didn't say anything to me this morning. So, um. Hence the roses." He gestures awkwardly to them in your hand before realizing you're also holding a piece of paper in your other hand. His brows furrow. "What's that?"
Before you can properly soak in how good it feels to have him confess his feelings for you, you realize you're still clutching the job offer tightly as though the opportunity might vanish if you dare to let go. "Oh. Oh this." Now it's your turn to be awkward. You laugh, trying to figure out how to explain this. "So get this. I thought you might be rejecting me because I was too low ranking so I, uh, tried out for Platoon Leader." You say sheepishly, realizing how dumb it sounds now that he's clearly just asked you out without even knowing you ever tried out for the job. "Got the job, by the way." You wave the paper.
He's stunned for a moment but then he beams. "Of course you did, you're amazing."
You smile back and for a moment it's just two idiots in love smiling at each other in a hallway. Then you realize something. "Oh. Yes by the way. Yes I will go out with you."
He laughs, having completely forgotten about the question he just asked you after the significant news you just dropped on him. He scoops you up in his arms. "You mean to tell me I have a new Platoon Leader and a new girlfriend? It's my lucky day." He whispers into your ear.
You blush and he kisses at the color staining your cheek. "Finally." He says. "You're finally mine."
You roll your eyes. "Took you long enough."
He laughs again, looking apologetic. "I'm here now, okay? I'm a little slow, I admit. But let me make it up to you." He cups your face in his hands, running his thumbs back and forth across your cheeks. He admires the way you look, all blushing and willing, before he finally leans down to press a deep kiss on your lips.
You relax and the paper falls to the floor, all worries melting away as you sink into his kiss. Finally, you think to yourself.

When we getting yo spin on Aaron Pierre frenn 👀👀👀
the time has come. YOU SHALL BE BLESSED
Any Time, Any Place
Aaron Pierre as Terry Richmond
You as Yourself
Summary: You just had to fuck around and find out on this one particular night, the same night you and Terry go out!
Warnings: Possessiveness up the ass, breeding kink if you squint, rough sex, size kink, established relationship, im missing some but my coochie is rawring.
A/N: Now listen, ik you asked this like 2-3 months ago, but i told you it was coming! megan! um i thank ms big bertha for helping me finish this, i owe her one😏
This man, this man is something else. You and Terry went to his former military friend’s homecoming party! The vibes were great and everyone was nice to you! even got a ‘I see you nephew’ from one of the older ones.
But something about his glare, his hands feeling on you in public and more sultry in private, his kisses on your cheek leaving you flustered, too flustered to even finish the conversation with some of his friends. But you managed, tonight was a good night! The vibes were good, the music was amazing, even got new shit to add to your playlist! Your hair was dyed, fried, and laid to the side, the curls bouncing with every move you took, and the wind having the right amount of umph to blow it correctly, felt like a Disney princess. Too much of a princess, it wasn’t long till you two were pulled up behind a family dollar with your legs in the air, his eyes looking like what boiling water would feel like.
The whole night he was giving you glares, was to warn you, the hands that traveled your body, were to warn them, the private kisses were to remind you, but you didn’t pick up on nothing, poor you, you didn’t know! You were just enjoying people being friendly.
“I’m sorry!” you managed to cry aloud, his hands at the perfect spot to hold you in place, the faint but still strong scent of Gin tainted his lip, his strokes matching the mighty smell.
“I bet you are ma, but I can’t have you being friendly to these niggas.” he said ever so sweetly, slowing his strokes to match his tone, the feeling of feeling him twitch inside you drove you mad, the kisses he gave you trailing onto your neck once you couldn’t keep contact.
“I wasn’t trying to be niceee,” you tried to plead your case with tears of pleasure stinging your eyes, threatening to fall but it’ll mix well with the sweat that ruined your hair, it wasn't the only reason though. “Then what were you?”
You attempted to answer his question, jarring your lips to fix up a sentence, but you were too slow.
Terry slammed into you continually, each and every slam and thrust he gave you found a new place to dig out. His eyebrows furrowed as he lingered for your answer, knowing good and Christ juice you couldn’t answer. this nigga was evil.
He slammed into you once more resulting in you screaming, staying still in an attempt to not cum inside you, but you just looked too exquisite at this angle, the soft white light emitting from above shined across your face, your eyebrows scrunched, and your mouth permanently ajar.
“You can scream but can't answer? I said,” he began to repeat, slowly rocking his hips into you. “I don't know!”
“At least you're honest, that shit ain't cutting it.” He told you, maintaining his pace exactly where and how it was. His tone is mean yet delicate, his eyes still burning into your skin leaving different patches of hotness until your whole body warms up again.
“This my pussy right?” You nodded, “And Nobody will ever get it right?” you nodded your head obediently, “And nobody’s gonna take what's mine?” his voice nearly going primal, his pace quickening at the idea of someone attempting to take what was his.
“Nooooo,” You slurred on your words, drunk off his loving, high off this moment, rolling your eyes back to see your own little sky with stars with a biggg shooting star as your orgasm washed through you, your body jerking around violently as Terry held you steady, giving you two more pumps before sliding out, leaning back to watch you melt further into the backseat.
When you came to, you looked down to see Terry slowly stroking himself, “Knees.” He commanded, your knees buckled as you could hardly move but you obeyed, perking your ass up in the air, teasing him a little.
His hefty hand landed on your cheek a few times, each time leaving a pleasurable sting behind. You heard him shuffle behind you, lining himself up with your entrance, swiping your pussy with his dick making you clench over nothing.
“This your dick right? Show me.” Terry insisted, pushing only the tip driving you madly in love.
You slid down on him with ease, a guttural moan fleeing the two mouths as the feeling of being together again, feeling the chemistry oozing off of each other, it was something that couldn’t be replaced.
You grabbed a hold of the driver’s seat as you threw your ass back onto him, arching your back some more, the clapping intensified times ten.
“Fuckk,” Terry cursed lazily as he fucked you back, giving each cheek a little smacked turning that spot more redder, caressing the right one as the left one was left to die, that asshole!
You felt Terry's presence grow closer as his chest rested on your upper back. His left hand snaked around to keep your face to his as he attacked your lips, the taste of gin deepening your taste buds as you savor the flavor of him, moaning into his mouth.
His left hand released your face, kissing your back before pinning your face down onto the seat, his right hand placed in the small of your back, bending your back in a way you didn’t think it could bend.
He moaned deeply, his languidish strokes reminding you of one thing: This pussy was his and to never let another nigga think he has a chance. Truly, you learned from this experience but will try again when you recover from this in 7-10 business years.
You felt a familiar sensation forming in the pit of your stomach, Terry sensed this and evilly went deep, hitting all new spots as he damn near bottomed out in you. “I want you to cum on this dick and I want you to cum now.” but little did he know you were waiting on his approval.
You erupted into a screaming, shaking mess, the sounds of squelching and slapping of skin drowning out the music.
Terry gave you three sharp thrusts before nutting in you, painting your walls like you were a canvas, and it created a beautiful scene. Terry collapsed on top of you, breathing heavily into your ear feeling accomplished that he was able to go through with his ‘Punishment’ beating the last score of 3 to 7.
“I love you,” Terry said innocently, kissing you gently, whimpering as he slowly pulled out of you. “But Don’t do that shit again.”
You flopped onto the backseat as you stuck up a thumbs up, your arm flopping back down as you heard him laugh.

Words You Never Said (M)
genre: angst, smut, fluff
word count: 1.7k
warnings: unprotected sex, quinn struggling with words, very soft
quinn hughes x fem!reader
summary: you were poise, quiet. something quinn admired about you. you had a gentle aura that made everyone in the room become soft the second you walked in.
docile.
if quinn could describe you in one word, it would be delicate. he saw you as a gentle sunshine that would shine through any situation. you were a peacemaker.
how could he have been so blind?
you smile with grace, making his stomach churn, "good morning, quinn."
quinn loved the soft rasp that came with your morning greetings. being the love of his life, he noticed things about you that you probably didn't know yourself. like the way you would blow on his hot coffee before handing it to him with a quiet smile. or the way you would check for eggshells before handing him his daily breakfast. or the way you always made sure to kiss his cheek before he dove right into the food made from love.
he admired how lovely you looked even when you would let out a small yawn from waking up so early to pamper him. he would always insist that you didn't have to do these things for him. and it would just end with a soft kiss to his lips as you said how much you love caring for him.
he should have said more how much he appreciated the small details of your mornings.
dialogue was typically short between the two of you. it wasn't a boisterous relationship, but nor was it really boring. it was more established than anything. and it gave him peace of mind.
when he'd come home from practice, you would calmly run him a bath for him to relax. you would always have a different candle lit, the water a perfect temperature. he really knew he was the luckiest person in the world.
why didn't he say it sooner?
you sighed, your eyes staring into the dark coffee staring back at you. it was just like every other day. few words spoken, gentle gestures you weren't sure he noticed. you felt more like a roommate than anything else, and you weren't sure what to make of it. you still slept next to him, kissed him, loved him. but lines weren't ever quite crossed in the relationship. it wasn't boring, you knew quinn liked the quiet life. and it didn't bother you.
but you just wondered why he never said anything about the things you did for him. there would be the occasional thank you before rushing out the door for a game, but it was fast and out of courtesy, not out of love.
quinn didn't think of it that way, and you had never mentioned the way you felt.
quinn knew you were sensitive, but wasn't sure how to address things around you.
when you slowly stopped doing the little things that made his stomach flip, he began to become worried.
"sunshine?" the nickname rolls off his tongue fluidly, and it catches you off guard. it's been too long since you've heard it, making your heart race.
"yes?" you look away from the dishes, turning face to face to your boyfriend of two years. his eyebrows were furrowed, eyes scanning you. you licked your lips, adverting your gaze under his intense one.
"i'm sorry," he declares. he doesn't let you ask questions before he continues, "i should have said more. i should have told you how much i enjoy our breakfast routine. i should have said how much your smile means to me. i should have told you that coming home to you, is the best part of my day, even when i lose a game. i should have called you for longer when i was gone on the road. i should have-"
you kiss him.
and he's shocked, but he quickly returns the kiss with a gentle feeling. and it was like living on cloud nine when you kissed him. his arms circling around you perfectly like you were fit to live in his arms forever. and he could taste the sunshine on your lips, the softness he adored so much.
"thank you," you said breathlessly, staring at him with glossy eyes. "i wasn't sure you noticed."
"of course i did," he tugs at the hem of your white shirt with nervous hands, "they were just words i never said. words i should have said."
you reach to run your hands through his hair, locks tangling between your fingers as you stare at him with love. he could fall straight to his knees with that look; he's sure anyone would. it was like staring into the place you know will always look like home, even from afar.
quinn quickly captures you in for another kiss, this one a bit more rushed. he was nervous. he had never really kissed you with such fervor before, but from the small whimper you let out between breaths, he couldn't stop even if he wanted to. it was bliss.
your hands were searching for places to ground yourself on him, while his easily rested on your hips. he loved your reaction when you lifted your shirt up so he could feel your bare skin. the goosebumps rose across your delicate skin, breaking away from the kiss to catch your breath. he was quick to trail his kisses down your jaw, neck, collarbone. you clutch onto his own shirt, your legs wanting to give out already.
quinn hums, "i should show you how much i appreciate you."
you stare with lidded eyes, still innocent and driving him up the wall. you didn't need to say anything, the soft tug at his shirt was enough for him to lift you on the kitchen counter. you've never had sex outside the bedroom before, and your body heated up at the thought of getting fucked on the counter.
quinn tilts his head with a little smirk gracing his lovely features, "i can feel your body warming up under my hands."
you felt a pit in your stomach, "t-this isn't the bedroom."
quinn laughed lowly, "i know, sweetheart. but i just can't wait to show you how much i appreciate my pretty girl."
pretty girl. his pretty girl.
you gasp as he reaches for the hem of your shirt, raising it up and tossing it aside on the floor. he curses under his breath at the sight of your bare breasts, nipples hard and begging to be touched. he doesn't waste time, wrapping his mouth around one while he gropes the other. your gasp and moans ringing in his ears. it was a heavenly sound that he could listen to forever.
when you tugged ever-so-lightly on his hair, he groans at the feeling. you were so soft. so gentle. it drove him crazy. only he could break you apart like this. only him.
he pulls back, looking at your disheveled look, "so fucking pretty. so gorgeous." he kisses you, filling you with need.
you scoot closer to him, pressing your chest against him and feeling the prominent bulge he displays now. you whine into the kiss, and he chuckles, breaking apart from you again while look at him with puppy eyes.
"gonna give you what you want, yeah?"
you nod eagerly, looking down as he takes off your tiny shorts and panties, following suit with his own clothes. you admire him, all while he admires you. he could say how lucky he is to have you like a gospel. like it was the only thing he ever wanted to brag about for the rest of his life.
"quinn," your voice interrupts his thoughts, feeling your legs trying to pull him closer to you, "please?"
he shakes his head, chuckling like he was out of breath, "sorry, you're just so breathtaking. can't wait to ravish you."
before you could say anything, he was already rubbing his tip along your clit, spreading your arousal all over his cock, groaning in the process. he wondered what made you so wet so quickly, but he didn't find the need to ask.
"need you inside me, please." you lean your head on his shoulder, and he could feel the heat conspiring off you.
he nods swiftly before finally giving into temptations and sliding right into your slick, tight heat. his own head falls onto your shoulder, groaning loudly at the feeling of your pussy squeezing so tightly around him.
"shit, feels so good." he praises, making your walls sputter, causing him to move.
the moans and whimpers that follow after could have sent him to heaven, he swears. your delicate hands clutching onto him for dear life, like he hasn't fucked you a thousand times already. it was such a blissful feeling. filling you up and pumping into you with a certain need he had never felt before.
"so tight, so warm," he gasps breathlessly, listening to the way your whines hitch, "could fuck you forever, baby."
"wouldn't complain," you quickly reply. he smiles to himself, pressing kisses along your shoulder and lightly biting to tease you. his cock was so deep, bringing you closer and closer to the edge with each thrust of his hips. you felt needy, desperate even. you could feel every vein, every throb, every thrust. it was almost lethal how good it felt.
he picked up his pace, his hips growing sloppy and hitting that spongy spot inside you, your eyes rolling into the back of your head. "gonna cum, baby? i can see it all over your face. feel your pussy clenching my cock."
your noises were foreign to your own ears, your nails digging into his flesh the faster he fucks into you. he never wants this to end, truly. it felt almost too much for him to watch you unravel on his cock, but he couldn't complain. not when you looked so good taking him.
"want you to cum all over me. my good girl deserves it."
you're pushed over the edge with his words, saying his name like a mantra and a prayer. he can't help his own release with the way your core grasps him, sucking him in. he paints your walls white, feeling both of your cum start to drip onto the counter as you catch your breath. his cock pumps you full, you swear your womb couldn't take any more.
he kisses along your cheek, meeting your lips in a sloppy, sweet kiss that makes you forget about cleaning the counter.
quinn wasn't much for words, but he would be for you.

Lewis x daughter!Reader ( she is like a teenager) and the poor thing is sick. So instead of being a typical teenager, she needs her dad to take care of her, watch Barbie movies with her, braid her hair, .... Despite being worried for his daughter, Lewis loves that she wants to spend all of her time with him.
I hope that makes sense
Ahh, so cute. I am in love with this.
Enjoy reading and send me requests
-xoxo, Babygirl 💋
Moments Like These
The low hum of the rain pattering against the windows created a soft, soothing backdrop inside the cozy living room. Lewis sat on the couch, glancing at his phone and frowning at the time. He’d been out all morning for work, but his mind hadn’t left home once. YN, his 17-year-old daughter, had been sick for the past two days, and while it wasn’t anything serious, the stubborn fever and constant sneezing had turned her usual teenage energy into something much quieter.
He sighed, putting his phone away and glancing toward the hallway that led to her room. A part of him missed the usual chaos, the way she’d barge into the room talking about the latest drama with her friends or her plans for the weekend. But right now, she was curled up in bed, likely scrolling through her phone under her blankets, too tired to do much else. He hated seeing her like that. His protective instincts were on full alert, making him feel useless every time she coughed or sniffled.
“YN?” Lewis called out softly from the living room, hoping not to disturb her if she’d managed to fall asleep. There was a moment of silence before he heard a faint, muffled voice coming from her room.
“Dad…?”
He stood up immediately, abandoning whatever half-hearted attempt he’d made at distracting himself and walked toward her room. Pushing the door open quietly, he found YN bundled up in her bed, her head barely peeking out from under the covers. Her cheeks were flushed from the fever, and her normally bright eyes were heavy with fatigue.
“You okay, sweetheart?” he asked gently, sitting down on the edge of her bed.
She nodded, then shook her head. “Not really. Everything hurts,” she admitted, her voice slightly hoarse. She sniffled and reached for a tissue from the bedside table, blowing her nose with a miserable groan.
Lewis frowned, reaching over to place a hand on her forehead, brushing her hair away. “You’re still warm,” he murmured. “You need to rest, YN. Have you been drinking water?”
“Yeah, but it doesn’t help,” she muttered, sounding as frustrated as she did tired. “I hate this. I feel gross, and I look gross.”
Lewis smiled softly, shaking his head. “You don’t look gross. You just look like someone who’s sick. It happens to everyone.”
“I’m not everyone,” YN grumbled, her voice still holding that teenage dramatic flair even through her exhaustion. “I’m a mess.”
“You’re still my favorite mess,” he teased gently, and YN rolled her eyes, though a tiny smile tugged at the corner of her lips.
“You’re supposed to say that. You’re my dad.”
“True,” Lewis said with a small chuckle. He reached over to grab the glass of water from her nightstand, holding it out to her. “But you’re still drinking this.”
YN made a face but took the glass obediently, sipping it slowly before handing it back. “I’m so bored, Dad. I’ve watched everything on Netflix, and I don’t want to sleep anymore.”
He knew she was feeling restless. She’d been cooped up in her room for days, which wasn’t something YN was used to. Even when she was just at home, she was always moving, always chatting, always doing something.
“Well, I could braid your hair?” Lewis suggested, trying to lighten the mood. “Like when you were younger.”
YN’s eyebrows shot up in mild surprise, though she seemed amused by the idea. “You still remember how to braid?”
Lewis shrugged, feigning nonchalance. “I wasn’t always this rusty. I did your hair for years, remember?”
She smiled a little, and that was enough to convince him.
“I mean… sure,” YN agreed, sitting up slowly and shifting so her back was to him. “It might make me feel better.”
Lewis couldn’t help but smile. He fetched the hairbrush from her desk and sat behind her, gently running the brush through her hair. He had to admit, it felt nostalgic in the best way. He could almost see the little girl she used to be, sitting in front of him, laughing and chatting about her dolls or some game she played with the neighbors. Now she was taller, moodier, and had her own world of thoughts and friends, but in moments like these, she was still his girl.
As he began braiding, YN’s voice cut through the comfortable silence. “You know… I was thinking. Maybe we could watch a movie together or something.”
Lewis paused for a moment, grinning to himself. “What kind of movie?”
“Barbie,” YN said without hesitation, turning her head slightly to glance at him.
He chuckled. “Barbie? Really?”
“Yes. Barbie movies are great, don’t judge,” she retorted, her voice carrying a mock warning.
“I’m not judging. Just surprised,” he admitted. “But hey, if you want to watch Barbie, we’ll watch Barbie.”
“Which one do you want to watch?” she asked, sounding a little more awake now, more engaged.
“Uh… I think I remember you really liking the one with the fairy princesses or something?”
“Dad,” YN groaned, though she couldn’t hide the small smile forming on her lips. “You mean Barbie: Fairytopia.”
“Right. That one.”
YN laughed softly, though it turned into a cough, and Lewis immediately put the hairbrush down, patting her back gently. “Easy there.”
“I’m fine, I’m fine,” she said, waving him off before leaning back again. “Let’s watch that one, then. I haven’t seen it in forever.”
Once the braid was finished, Lewis grabbed the remote, set up the TV, and the familiar opening tune of Barbie: Fairytopia filled the room. YN sank back into her pillows, looking much more relaxed now, her head resting against her dad’s shoulder as they watched together.
“Do you miss this?” YN asked quietly after a few moments.
Lewis glanced down at her. “Miss what?”
“You know… me being little. Like, before I grew up and stopped wanting to do stuff like this,” she said, gesturing toward the TV.
Lewis was quiet for a moment, considering his answer. “I mean… yeah, I miss it sometimes. You were always running around, making me laugh, wanting to spend all your time with me. But,” he added quickly, “I love who you are now, too. I love that you’re growing up, that you have your own life, your own thoughts. I’m proud of you.”
YN’s expression softened, and she looked away, her voice quieter. “I miss it too sometimes.”
Lewis smiled, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and pulling her closer. “Well, you’re still here with me, sick or not. And for what it’s worth, I love having you around, no matter how old you are.”
YN didn’t respond right away, but she leaned into his side, and Lewis could feel the tension leaving her. The Barbie movie played on, filling the room with colorful animation and familiar voices.
“Thanks, Dad,” she whispered after a while, her voice barely above a breath.
“For what?”
“For being here. For everything.”
Lewis pressed a gentle kiss to the top of her head. “Always, kiddo.”
As the rain continued to tap lightly against the window, the world outside faded, leaving just the two of them—father and daughter, sick days and Barbie movies, and the unspoken comfort of knowing that no matter how much things changed, moments like these would always be there.

note: dropping lore in this part ig
"I don't think this restaurant is fancy enough for this to be necessary," you huff, polishing what seems like your millionth spoon.
You're sitting at the rickety break room table, polishing silverware and rolling sets of them into cloths. James is across from you, looking at his reflection in a butter knife.
"No one who eats here is going to care if there are a few water stains on their spoons," you grumble. You're in a bit of a bad mood, this task being the only thing keeping you from going home.
"Nate wants this place to be fancier than it is. Always has," James replies, neatly arranging his knife with the other utensils on the cloth in front of him.
"Always, huh?" you wonder, "Has he always been the manager?"
"As long as I've been here."
"And how long is that?"
"Ah," James pauses in the middle of rolling his napkin, counting in his head, "Technically five years."
You stop in the middle of polishing a fork, looking up to meet James' gaze. "What? Really?" you ask.
James shrugs as if it's nothing, responding, "Started as a busser when I was seventeen. The only person who's been here longer is Remus."
You don't understand the relevance of the comparison, pointing out, "Well, he's older."
James looks at you puzzled, "Remus and I are the same age."
You put the fork down entirely, gaping at James. "Remus is twenty-two?" you ask, your tone conveying your shock.
"Yeah," James says slowly, furrowing his brows, "You didn't know that?"
"No. He looks at least a few years older."
James tilts his head side to side, pondering your comment. "Maybe a little," he admits. "That kitchen wears him down."
You look puzzled as you straighten out the fork you had dropped down on the table, thinking about the revelation that still doesn't quite add up to you.
"If he's our age how in the world is he already a head chef?"
James looks as if he's trying to recall the answer, but comes up short.
"You'd have to ask him. He was hired before me and I guess I never thought to ask that."
"He was a head chef at seventeen?" you ask, eyes widening as your shock doubles.
"No! No, he just worked in the kitchen. Think he was head chef by twenty, though."
"Oh..." you trail off, thinking that makes much more sense than your initial impression. But not by very much. "Still, wow. What about everyone else?"
James' eyebrows raise curiously as he starts polishing yet another spoon.
"What do you mean?"
"They've been here how long?" you clarify.
"Ah. Sirius started about a month after I did. Did you know he started as a server?" James shares the details like it's hot gossip.
To you, it basically is. You can't imagine Sirius doing anything besides bartending at this restaurant.
"Really?"
James smiles at the way your eyes light up in surprise and slight amusement. "Yeah," he confirms. "He absolutely hated it, but doing that he got to train with the bartender before him."
You nod understandingly. It makes sense, you suppose. Bartenders don't just appear out of thin air. You either have to work your way up the ranks or receive formal training, and if you had ever given it any thought, you would have assumed the former.
It dawns on you that you haven't given much thought to your other coworkers at all. Besides what you've naturally found out over the handful of weeks that you've worked here, you don't know much about anyone besides James.
"And the others?"
James blows out some air, thinking, and he takes two rolls of silverware and begins using them as drumsticks against the table. You smile a little at the action.
"Whenever I became a server I recommended Pete for my old busser job. That was probably four years ago."
James had told you stories about him and Peter before, but you wonder how long they've actually known each other.
"How did you know Peter?"
"Known him since primary school."
"Huh," you express your surprise quietly, and James continues on.
"The next hire was Marlene," James smirks as he recalls something. "Actually, she's the reason Lily and Mary were hired."
"Did she recommend them too?"
James chuckles, shaking his head as he explains, "No, Marlene was always complaining about too much testosterone in this place. I think five.. six months after she started, she told Nate that a customer said that they thought management must be sexist because of the lack of girl hires."
"Did someone actually say that?" you ask skeptically.
"No," James laughs, "He totally bought it though cause he hired Lily and Mary a week later. Worked out great for them in the end. You know they go to uni in the city? They’re both here to support themselves through it.”
Your bottom lip finds itself between your teeth as you think about how long everyone has worked here. They’ve all had years to get to know each other. You have already been feeling like an outsider, so learning this just amplifies that tenfold.
James puts his makeshift drumsticks away when he notices you getting lost in thought.
“What’s on your mind?”
Your eyes flash to him, startled out of your train of thought. Shrugging, you try to brush it off and return to your duties to the silverware.
“C’mon, I always know when you’re getting lost in that head of yours,” James says with a teasing yet affectionate tone.
You purse your lips, knowing the chances of James letting this go are slim.
"I just… I don't really know much about them at all I guess. Do they..." you trail off, apprehensive to admit your insecurities.
"What?" James probes gently, softening at your hesitation.
"I’m worried they don't like me,” you admit.
"What!? Why? You’re great! Why wouldn’t anyone like you?” James says it earnestly without a hint of hesitation, and that alone makes you feel a bit better.
You keep your hands busy with the silverware, your eyes focusing intently on the water stains you polish away so that you don’t have to face James as you explain.
“I feel like I haven’t made much of an effort to get to know them. I was nervous, I guess, to talk to new people. Now I’m even more nervous because it’s been so long and I haven’t even tried. They’re going to think–”
“Hey, hey, hey,” James stops you from snowballing into a self-deprecating ramble, placing a hand over yours across the table, also stopping the way you’re polishing a spoon to death.
He dips his head down to try to meet your eyes, which are trained intently on the table. “No one thinks anything,” he says patiently. “Actually, you know what I’ve heard? I’ve heard them say that you’re kind. Maybe a tad shy, but that’s not a bad thing!” The last few words tumble out in a rush, James being worried that you’d take it negatively when he really finds your timid nature so endearing.
Your gaze slowly shifts to meet his eyes. “It’s hard for me to warm up to new people,” you admit, your voice low.
James absentmindedly strokes the back of your hand with his thumb, “You got on with me just fine.”
“You’re different,” you say before you can give it much thought. You would’ve bit your tongue if you had.
“How am I different?” he asks, his eyes twinkling with something you can’t quite place.
“I-I don’t know you just are.”
It’s true, you’re not sure why but after your first day you were already comfortable with James, more than comfortable if you’re being honest. He quickly became your favorite part about this job.
He simply accepts your answer. Normally, he’d say something witty or teasing, but he finds himself at a loss for words.
The conversation fades into silence, neither of you knowing how to proceed, both overwhelmed with confusing feelings.
James can’t stop looking at where his hand rests over yours, not knowing how to retract it. Not wanting to.
Meanwhile, you search your brain for something to say, something that would change the subject. You don’t feel the need to keep talking about this anyway. Although, you’re not sure if you feel better about the situation with your other coworkers or if you’ve just been distracted from it.
“So, five years, huh?” you start.
"Technically," he emphasizes. He slowly retracts his hand as the conversation takes on a more casual tone.
You had barely even noticed his hand there with how natural it felt, but now that it’s gone your hand almost feels cold. You distract yourself by rolling more silverware.
"What does that mean?" you ask.
"I, er, pursued other things for a little while. Didn't work out, so I ended up back here."
You can’t help but wonder what he means, so you ask, "What things?"
James stammers, him now the apprehensive one.
"Sorry,” you say quickly, “I don't mean to pry."
"No, it's okay,” James waves off your worries, “I was playing rugby."
“What, like, professionally?” you ask, not expecting him to say yes.
“Er, yeah," he admits, twirling a butter knife in between his fingers.
You freeze. “Wait. Seriously?”
“Yes,” he chuckles airily.
He notices how your mouth is slightly agape, twitching as it forms the shape of words which never leave your lips. He can tell you’re wondering what happened, but you’re too polite to ask.
“I hurt my knee,” he continues, purposefully avoiding the specifics, “so ended up back here.”
Your face crumples in sympathy. "Oh. Oh, I-I'm sorry," you say, genuine compassion in your tone.
“It’s fine. I’ve come to terms with it," James says honestly. His career was brief— barely even got a chance to start— and while he'll always wonder what could've been, he's not angry about the way his life is turning out.
"So what about you? What would you be doing if you didn't work here?" James suddenly asks you.
"I never went to uni," you say, thinking of Lily and Mary— your age and likely almost done with their studies. "I would've liked to. I don't even know what for."
"You still could."
"Yeah, maybe," you say tentatively, rolling you're last set of cutlery. "That's all my side work. Want me to help with yours?"
"No, you get out of here, I'll be alright," James assures, not wanting to put extra work on your plate, recalling how annoyed you've been with this task.
You nod, standing from the table to collect your things from your locker. You bid him goodbye as you sling your bag over your shoulder.
"I'll see you tomorrow, James."
"Bye, love," he says fondly, waving with a fork in his hand as you go.
On your way out, you pass Sirius, giving him a small wave and a barely audible "goodnight" as he joins James in the break room.
"Night, doll," he calls down the hall as he turns into the room.
Sirius has a wide, knowing smirk on his face when he locks eyes with James.
"Rolling silverware?" Sirius asks, his tone dripping with his amusement.
James shrugs, "Yeah, so?"
Sirius tilts his head, chuckling, "I thought your side work was to prep garnishes today."
"Ah," James fumbles with some silverware as he responds, "I finished that ages ago. So, I offered to do Lily's side work."
"Oh, did you?" Sirius says with mock surprise.
"Yup. Just doing a favor for a friend," James grins innocently.
"Or trying to get some alone time with that work crush of yours."
"I do not have a work crush!" James quickly defends, feeling the heat rising to his cheeks. He almost feels guilty, Sirius is at least right about the alone time part. James still misses having you by his side as a trainee, but after you're conversation today he feels bad about stealing you away from your other coworkers.
Sirius raises his hands in the air, "Alright, mate. Whatever you say."
"You're a prat. Why don't you come help me with this?"
Sirius looks incredulous at the suggestion, "I'm not the one who volunteered to do extra work!"
James rolls his eyes, picking up one of the many forks he has left. But truth be told, he didn't quite mind having to do the extra work— spending time with you made it well worth it.
Sirius snorts at the sudden lovesick look on James' face when he gets lost in his thoughts, and makes a mental note to wager a bet with Remus tomorrow on how long James will last.

9: NEW DAWN
Previous chapter < MASTERLIST > Next chapter
You and Bucky deal with the fallout of the undercover mission.
Word count 3.3k
Warnings: reader coming to terms with Bucky's decision, trying to move forwards, betrayal, more miscommunication, anger, Bucky Barnes acting like a giant tool, Daisy Johnson and Melinda May make an appearance
The next morning you woke early, determined to carry out your plan. Slipping out of the compound, you drove out of the parking garage in one of the convertibles with the top down and wind blowing through your hair. It was freezing cold and you knew it was reckless because it looked like the heavens would open at any minute, but you didn’t care. You arrived at Coulson Academy just as several large raindrops started to fall, and you sniffed slightly from the cold air. Putting the top up, you got out of the car and ran for shelter under the large awning of the Academy entrance.
"Ugh!" You stopped to flick off the water from your jacket.
"Subtle entrance." Melinda May’s voice startled you.
You jumped out of your skin. "Jeez, May! Why do you always have to lurk around?"
"Wasn’t lurking. Just waiting for you."
"How did you know I was coming?"
"I heard about what happened."
"Steve?" you asked.
"Romanoff."
Of course it had been Nat. She knew everything that happened, she knew exactly what you would do. Maybe you ought to have talked to her before leaving.
"Why didn’t you stop me?" you asked.
"Because I knew you needed to make this decision on your own," May replied calmly. "And I knew you would come here eventually."
You sighed, feeling a mix of relief and anxiety. "I don’t know if I’m making the right choice."
May placed a hand on your shoulder. "There is no right choice here. You need to take care of yourself for once, instead of putting everyone else’s needs before yours. Teaching at the Academy is something you would be good at. You have so much to offer, and… I believe in you."
You looked up at her, grateful for her support. She wasn’t one for heart to heart conversations, preferring to ignore her emotions altogether. "Thank you, May. I just wish it didn’t have to end this way with Bucky."
May gave you a knowing look, she knew exactly how you felt without you having to explain it to her. "Sometimes things don’t work out the way we want them to. But that doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world. You have a bright future ahead of you, and I'll be there to help you every step of the way."
"Can I stay with you for a while?"
May rolled her eyes, "fine."
You wrapped your arms around her in a quick hug. "You’re the best. I love you."
*
Natasha was waiting for you when you returned, lounging across the hood of one of the Porches, filing her nails.
"Tony won’t be best pleased if he sees you like that."
"I’m not too worried about Tony. I have more important things on my mind."
"Yeah?" you asked, knowing full well where the conversation was going.
"What happened last night?"
"Didn’t Steve tell you?"
"Rogers?" she scoffed. "He has no idea what he’s talking about half the time."
You looked around for signs of anyone nearby. The risk of having someone overhear your conversation was making you feel very uncomfortable. Natasha pulled you into a secluded corner with a view of the rest of the garage and gave you a very pointed look requesting that you spilled the beans. But somehow the words you wanted to choose made the problem seem trivial. So instead of telling her about all the events that had transpired, you kept it simple.
"He chose her. Apparently there isn't enough room in his life for both of us," you shrugged.
"Steve told me what she did." Your gaze snapped to Nat’s face, but her returning expression was angry. "I don’t understand why you didn’t tell him."
"It’s my word against hers, Nat. I have no proof that she took my idea. What am I supposed to say? His reaction last night proves that he doesn’t trust me." You sighed dismally.
"Do you need me to beat some sense into him?"
You smiled sadly at your friend.
"Sweetie, you need to tell him how you feel," she continued.
"I think it’s too late for that. I’ve made my decision."
"I can’t do anything to change your mind?"
"Please Nat," you pleaded. "This is hard enough."
She put her arms around your neck, leaning her forehead against yours. "But I’ll miss you."
"I’ll miss you too." You wrapped your arms around her waist, pulling her into a tight hug, trying not to let the tears start falling again. Eventually you pulled away, steeling yourself for the next step; telling Steve and Tony about your resignation.
*
As you made your way back into the compound, you caught sight of your best friend in the gym. He was pummeling a punching bag like he wanted to murder it.
You gathered every ounce of courage within you and approached Bucky, desperate to reconcile and recapture the bond you once shared. But as you reached out to touch his arm, he recoiled, his eyes blazing with a mixture of anger and hurt.
"Bucky, please. I’m sorry. I never meant to make you feel that way-"
"I thought I knew you, but I feel like I don’t know you anymore," he said, his voice laced with sorrow. "I know how you feel about Priya-"
"Buck-"
"I can see it in your face. But I never thought you could be so spiteful."
Your heart, already shattered, fractured further still, and the tears you had held back cascaded down your cheeks. Your friendship, once unbreakable, seemed irretrievable. Bucky turned his back on you, leaving you broken, lost in a sea of regret and longing.
*
After drying your tears, you found Tony and Steve in the common area, deep in conversation. Taking a breath, you approached them, your voice steady but filled with emotion. "Tony, Steve, I need to talk to you both."
Tony looked up, concern etched on his face. "What's wrong, Cricket?"
You hesitated for a moment before speaking. "I... I need to resign from the Avengers."
Tony's eyes widened in surprise. "What? Why?"
You took a moment to gather your thoughts before explaining. "I could make up some logistical excuse but you'll both know it's a lie. It's... it's because of Bucky. I can't continue to work alongside him knowing how I feel and knowing that he's with someone else. It's too painful for me."
Tony and Steve exchanged a knowing look before Steve spoke up. "We understand Cricket. We've seen how hard this has been for you. But are you sure this is what you want?"
You nodded, tears threatening to spill over. "I can't stay here and pretend everything is okay when it's not. I need to take a step back and figure things out."
Steve placed a comforting hand on your shoulder but he looked like he was at a loss for words. So he took the professional route of comfort. "You're a valuable member of the team."
"Stay, we can find you another partner." Tony stood up, coming over to you. "I can’t just let you go without a fight."
You smiled weakly, grateful for their understanding. "Thank you, Steve. And thank you, Tony. But I just need some time to myself."
As you turned to leave, Tony called out to you. "Hey Sport, if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here for you."
You nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over you. It was time to focus on yourself and your own happiness, even if it meant leaving behind the life you had known as an Avenger. And maybe, just maybe, you would find a way to move on from Bucky and find your own path to happiness.
You'd barely taken three steps out of the common room before Steve caught up with you. "Have you spoken to him?"
"If you call ‘him telling me he doesn't even know who I am and then storming off’ speaking, then yes. I don't understand how this happened, Steve. I thought nothing could get between us."
"He loves you." Steve stopped in front of you.
"Not anymore. He hates me."
Steve couldn't help but feel frustrated by how his two best friends could be so oblivious.
"Look Steve, I'm sorry, I know Bucky’s your best friend. You don't need to hear me bad mouthing him." You stepped around him, making your way back to your room.
"Cricket, you're my friend too." Steve chased after you.
"Then will you help me pack?"
Steve sighed, he would never refuse anyone’s request for help. "Of course."
*
It hadn’t taken you long to pack your things into boxes. Your clothes weren’t difficult to shove into suitcases. Your wardrobe wasn’t extensive, having learned to live out of small spaces for many years, material things weren’t quite on your list of necessities. You had let Tony decorate your walls to his taste and you’d been pleasantly surprised at how good he was at guessing your tastes. However, you’d decided not to take these things with you when you left. It was time for you to make your own home. It was going to be a new challenge, you’d been involved with large institutions ever since you’d left home, and had never had to create a home for yourself before.
You turned to face Steve, Sam, and Nat, who were all standing in your room, looking at you with concern in their eyes.
"Come on, sugar cakes. Isn’t there any way we can convince you to stay?" Sam asked.
"I appreciate the sentiment, guys, but I need to do this," you said, zipping up your suitcase.
"Cricket, you’re too valuable a member of the team," Steve said, stepping forward.
"You know that’s just not true, but thank you for saying that. But I just can’t stay here knowing that Bucky’s mad at me," you replied, feeling a sting in your chest at the thought of leaving your best friend behind.
"Bucky will come around, he always does," Sam chimed in, trying to reassure you.
"I don’t think so, not this time. He’s really upset with me," you said, feeling tears welling up in your eyes.
Nat walked over to you and put a comforting hand on your shoulder. "Cricket, you can’t just leave because of this. You’re stronger than that."
You shook your head, wiping away a tear. "I can’t stay here, Nat. It’s too painful."
"We understand, but we don’t want you to go," Steve said, his voice filled with emotion.
"I know, but I have to do this. Please, don’t tell Bucky I’m leaving. I need to do this on my own terms," you pleaded, wondering if Bucky would even notice your absence.
The three of them exchanged a look before nodding in agreement. "Okay, we won’t tell him. But promise us you’ll keep in touch," Sam said.
You nodded, feeling grateful for their understanding. "I promise. Thank you, guys. I’ll miss you all."
You were the last to leave your room, the others had carried your things to the van you were borrowing from the garage. You sighed, you would miss the luxury and convenience that came with being a member of the Avengers Initiative. There were only a few things left in your room; the wolf plushie Steve had won you at Coney Island, you later realized that it reminded you of Bucky, and the still wrapped gift you had bought for Bucky, the card you’d written him still stuck to the top. There was no reason to take those things with you, but you just couldn’t bring yourself to throw them away. You decided to leave them on your bed. The next owner of the room could decide what to do with them.
On your way out, you ambled past the hangar bay, spotting Bucky in full tactical gear prepping for a mission. You had no idea that he had been assigned to something.
"You have a mission?" you blurted out, causing Bucky to turn to you.
"Yes." His voice was monosyllabic.
"Alone?"
"No."
"No, with me." Sharon materialized suddenly.
"Oh, hey Sharon. I hope you guys are safe out there."
Bucky looked back at you, a fleeting look of regret crossed his face, before he turned and walked away. He didn’t waste any time requesting a new partner, you thought. Just when you thought he couldn’t hurt you anymore. At least he would be safe with her; Sharon was a good agent, she would watch his back, that’s what mattered the most.
As you walked out of the compound, you felt a mix of sadness and relief. It was time to start a new chapter in your life, even if it meant leaving behind the Avengers and the man you loved. You knew it wouldn’t be easy, but you were determined to make it work. And maybe, just maybe, one day Bucky would understand why you had to go.
*
Your friend, Daisy Johnson stopped by for a visit just after you had moved into your new apartment. You hadn’t seen her for a few years, since she had decided to travel the stars with her sister, Kora and now boyfriend, Daniel Sousa. She had insisted on coming over to your place, since May had insisted that you find your independence.
"So tell me, what’s the deal with your love life?" Daisy enquired after her third glass of wine.
"What love life?" you asked, sarcastically.
She laughed, "oh come on! You’ve been living in a building with all those Avengers! You can’t tell me that it’s all completely innocent!"
"Hey, just because you fell in love with your first S.O.!"
"Ouch! That’s a low blow! It’s not my fault Ward turned out to be a HYDRA psychopath!"
"No, he was out of this world."
"Literally!"
Both of you laughed, despite the pain that was associated with the memories of the parasitic inhuman who had infested and possessed the corpse of your dead traitorous colleague and used his body to control other inhumans. Sometimes there was nothing else to do but laugh.
"So, are you telling me that you haven’t gotten any sex since you moved in there?"
You shrugged.
"Not even Bucky Barnes? Like have you seen him?" Daisy had always expressed her attraction to your favorite super soldier, but she stopped as she noticed the change in your expression. "What is it? Did something happen with him?"
"No," you shook your head.
"Then why did you leave?"
You shrugged.
"Come on, spill. May wouldn’t tell me. But it’s got something to do with him, right?" Daisy scrutinized your face, coming to sit beside you. "Did he hurt yo-?"
"NO!" you responded before she had the chance to finish. "Not like that."
"But he did something."
"Bucky’s my best friend." You said, not being able to muster enough enthusiasm into your words for them to be believable.
"But?"
"We just clicked, you know? Right from the start. It was like we were made to be partners. We could share everything with each other, we knew what the other person was going to do in the field without even discussing it. But outside of that too, I felt like I could share anything with him. I even told him about…"
You didn’t have to explain yourself further, Daisy Johnson was the only other living person in the world who knew about the sexual abuse you had suffered as a teen. You had never told a soul when you had been an adolescent, fearing that you wouldn’t be believed, which had led to a lifetime of shame and a stigma of being seen as broken. But secrets often come out, whether you want them to or not. And during a mission, the man who had been responsible for your trauma was involved. Eventually your secrets had surfaced, no matter how deep you buried them, but Daisy had been there for you.
"But I thought there might be something more between us, something… as hard as I tried… I couldn't deny - I was… am in love with him."
"You are?"
"I never told him how I felt. I was afraid of ruining our friendship. But it feels like fate had other plans and he started dating Priya. I was happy for him, of course, but deep down, I couldn't help but feel … jealous.
"And as his relationship with Priya went on, I just found myself feeling more and more envious. I couldn't stand the thought of someone else being with him, especially when I knew how I felt. But I kept my feelings to myself, not wanting to cause any trouble." You sighed.
"What changed? What made you leave?"
"Bucky's birthday. I spent weeks planning the perfect gift for him, something that would show him how much he meant to me. But before I could give it to him, Priya just swooped in and stole my idea, presenting it to Bucky as if she had come up with it on her own.
"Bucky was thrilled with the gift, but when he turned to me expecting something from me, I- I didn’t know what to do. I couldn't bring myself to tell him that Priya had taken my idea, so I stayed silent. Daisy, he was so angry and hurt, thinking that I didn't care enough about him to get him a gift.
"In the end, he chose Priya over me, believing that she cared for him more. He said he loved her based on something I came up with! And I tried to apologize and explain, but he didn't … doesn’t want to hear it. He said felt like he never knew me, like our friendship had been a lie. Now he doesn’t even want me in his life!"
Daisy put her arms around your neck, pulling your head onto her shoulder. The wine had loosened your tongue and talking through what had happened was helping you to truly understand what had happened.
"I can’t believe this bitch!" Daisy muttered in your ear. "Want me to quake her for you?"
You let out a watery chuckle. "I just feel so alone. I know that it’s my own doing, I could have told him how I felt. I could hardly blame her at first, she had no idea. But now…I fucking hate Priya for coming between us, for stealing my chance at happiness with Bucky." You scoffed at your own words. "You know, deep down, I knew that it was my own fear and jealousy that had drove us apart in the first place. I let my feelings get in the way of our friendship, and now I’ve lost the one person who means the world to me." Talking to Daisy had given you time to take stock and really process what you had lost.
"So what’re you going to do now?" Daisy asked.
"What am I supposed to do, Daisy?"
"Let him cool off and try again!"
"And say what exactly? Take me back as your friend? I’m in love with you? He clearly doesn’t feel the same way, so what am I achieving other than getting hurt watching him being happy with someone else?"
"You could come with me, Kora and Daniel. We’re heading back off-world next week."
"And watch you and Daniel making those lovey-dovey faces at each other all day? Thanks, but I think I’ll pass."
"So you’re just going to teach? With May?"
"Yeah," you shrugged. "Teach and wallow about my sad, loveless life."
"You know I love you, right?" Daisy pouted at you.
You laughed, "yeah, I love you too."
Once Daisy left, you continued to think about Bucky. You missed the easy camaraderie you once shared with him, the way you could finish each other’s sentences and laugh until your sides hurt. But now, there was a distance between you that seemed insurmountable. Bucky had made his choice and you were left to pick up the shattered pieces of your friendship. You wondered if he ever truly understood how much you cared for him, how much he meant to you.

💼Part of the Bad Bosses AU💼
“Are you sure you want to keep working?” You ask Mr. Rogers as you bring in the printed report he requested.
“Yeah, can’t really go home...” he mutters as he takes the report with a brittle smile.
“I guess, but you could... take some time for yourself. I can call your one o’clock,” you offer.
“Rosie, you’re wonderful. But I need the distraction.”
“Okay, I—can I get you anything? A tea? When I feel down, I have this lavender chamomile in my desk that helps me feel better.”
He looks at you, his blue eyes sparkling. You really can’t handle him crying. His eyes are already pink and puffy from the tears he hid in his closed office.
“You’re so sweet,” he sniffs.
“Look that over and I’ll steep the tea,” you insist.
You leave him before your ingrained sympathy can have you joining his pity party. You feel awful for him but lost too. You’re not sure how to handle all this. Relationships have always been a bit of a mystery to you. You have lot of friends but never found anyone to be more than.
You take your time in the break room. You smell like vinaigrette. It’s another reminder of the chaotic morning. The kettle pops and you pour the water over the tea bag. You bob it up and down with the string and make your way back to Mr. Roger’s office.
He thanks you as you set it down and warn him it’s hot. He runs his thumb up and down the edge of a page then looks up at you.
“Anything else, sir?”
“You... you said you feel down sometimes?” He asks.
“Oh, well, yeah, but everyone does.”
“But... about what? Why would you feel down?” He lowers the stapled papers onto the desk.
“Just... things, sir. Nothing big. It’s just the way people are.”
“You-- you have everything, Rosie. You’re so bright and bubbly. What could make you sad?” He pivots his chair towards you. “Who do I gotta give a talking to around here?”
“No one, sir. Really. I guess I just need a pick-me-up from time to time.”
He nods and looks down. You hover on the other side of his desk. You should get back to work but you don’t know if you should leave him.
“I get lonely too.” He lifts his chin up. “Even when Peggy’s right next to me. I get it.”
“Sir?”
“You said you’re not married, right? I—I'm sorry if I assumed--” he cringes. “Wow, I’m so embarrassing.”
“It’s... it’s fine. I have friends and we have lots of fun. My friend Missie, she’s really cool. She lies to tie-dye. We do that sometimes. And you,” you perk up, “you have Mr. Barnes, right? He told me that you twohave known each other forever.”
“He told you that?” Rogers tilts his head.
“Well, sure, he’s a bit chatty when he stops by.”
“He is?” A brow arches curiously and ripples his forehead. “I shouldn’t be surprised. You’re so easy to talk to. Even with someone like him.”
“Erm, I guess. I just try to see the positive. You know. Um, I don’t mean to presume because I can’t begin to know but I know Peggy loves you. And you have a good job and you can fix this, Mr. Rogers. You could try counselling or I don’t know. Like I said, I don’t know much,” you shrug.
“We did counselling,” he picks up the mug and blows the steam away, inhaling the scent. “She stormed out of that too. We’ve tried a lot of things. A second honeymoon, a vow renewal, everything.” He looks down and his shoulders slump. He looks tiny even though he’s a big man.
“I’m sorry, sir, I didn’t mean to overstep.”
“You didn’t,” he inhales and pushes his shoulders straight. “You’re right, I can do something. I can put myself first. I think... I think I need to look into leaving.”
You blink. You’re speechless. It feels like too much. Not his suggestion, just that he’s saying it to you. You’re fine getting him coffee and sorting his schedule but you haven’t been trained for this.
“You should do what’s best for you, sir.”
He nods and tastes the tea. “It’s good, Rose,” He sets the cup down. “Thanks. You’re... you’re too good to me.”
“It’s just tea. I’ll let you enjoy it in peace and I gotta get back to it.” You smile. “Let me know if you need anything else.”
“Will do,” he utters glumly.
You slowly turn away and stride out. You feel a tugging in your stomach. Like guilt. You feel bad leaving him like that. Yet, you don’t know what else you can do for him. Missie would know. She always knows how to make things better. Maybe you could ask her but it’s a long story.
Hm.
You take out your phone and open up the conversation. You giggle at the kitten pictures she sent you last night. It takes several attempts to get it right; ‘hey, Miss, what would you do for someone going through a break-up? Tryna do something nice. Thx <3’
You’re sure she’ll come up with something, even without all the details. You tuck your phone away and turn back to your screen. As you do, an email pings into Mr. Rogers’ inbox.
You click on it and open the attachment. The legal letterhead has your blood cold. Before you can react, you hear Mr. Rogers exclaim.
Oh no, he’s already seen it. Divorce papers.

Harvey Specter x Reader- Stop Being So Stubborn
This story was requested by a lovely anon!!
Thank you so much for the request! (I'm also going to put this as a story for my A-Z Writing Challenge)
I hope you all enjoy this! 💛
Third Person POV
“Looks like Y/ns finally gone home,” Mike stated, sipping his coffee before looking over at the office across from Harvey’s.
Pretty much everyone at the office has been telling her to go home and rest; Harvey knew that even though he was one of the very few people who hadn’t said those words to her, partially because he didn’t want to get his head bitten off.
“I wouldn’t be so sure on that,” Harvey replied, not lifting his eyes from his paperwork once.
Y/n was as stubborn as he was, he knew her and he knew that just because she wasn’t in her office didn’t mean that she’d gone home.
On late shifts such as these, the most common place to find Y/n was down in the library.
So once Mike left, a few moments after their conversation, that’s where Harvey headed, but not before stopping off in the kitchen to make Y/n a much needed hot drink.
“I thought I’d find you here,” he said as he entered the room.
A small sigh left Y/ns lips, “Congratulations on using your excellent detective skills,Mr Specter.”
The sarcasm in her voice was clear, as was the frustration at the interruption.
“It wasn’t that hard, I could hear you sneezing from the hallway,” Harvey pointed out as he made his way closer to her:
“If you’re here to tell me to go home you’re wasting your breath,” she mumbled; her slightly bloodshot eyes fixed on the book infront of her.
Harvey was silent for a few moments as he sat down on the chair next to her and placed the drink he’d made her next to her, before saying, “You need to rest,”
He could tell she hadn’t been sleeping, not because of her snappy mood but because of the dark circles under her eyes.
For a brief second her eyes left the page and glanced over at the hot drink now next to her.
“I’ll rest when this case is over,” she mumbled, turning her attention back to the book she was reading.
“If you don’t rest, you’ll make yourself worse and potentially lose the case,” Harvey was trying to be reasonable; make Y/n see that there was no way she could go into court and present the case, when she was like this, and win.
He knew how hard she’d been working on this case and how much she wanted to impress everyone by winning it; the case meant a lot to her, he didn’t want her own stubbornness to be the reason she lost it. He didn’t want all her hard work to have been for nothing.
“I’m fi-”
Before Y/n even got the chance to finish that sentence she went into a coughing fit; which then made her eyes water.
“You were saying?” Harvey said with raised eyebrows as he looked at Y/n and nudged the hot drink closer to her.
“Shut up,” Y/n mumbled, sipping on the hot drink he’d made her, hating that she’d inadvertently proved Harvey right, but also savouring the brief relief the hot drink provided her throat.
“Sweetheart-” Harvey began; his eyes soft as he looked at her, silently urging her to just stop being so damn stubborn.
“I need to finish this case,” the bluntness in her reply was an evident sign of her frustration; and the fact that Harvey only ever called her sweetheart when he was worried about her.
“And you can,” he assured her as he placed his hand on top of hers lightly, it made a small wave of relief wash over Y/n, knowing that she didn’t have to fight him about this anymore; because she didn’t have the energy to do so.
That was until a singular word made all of that relief vanish, “Tomorrow”
“Harvey-”
“If you don’t, I’ll tell Jessica to give the case to someone else,” Harvey interrupted, trying to ignore the guilt that gnawed at his heart when he saw the anger building in her y/e/c eyes.
It was a low blow; he knew that, but he was running out of options .
“You wouldn’t,”
“Do you really want to test that theory?”
“Blackmailing is illegal, you know,”
Of course he knew.
But he also just didn’t really care about that.
He cared about her.
And making sure that she got the rest she so clearly needed.
“I’m aware, but if it means you can get some rest then I’m willing to do it,”
Y/n stared at him; as if trying to work out if he was serious about the threat he just made.
“Fine,” she sighed in defeat as she closed the book she was reading.
“Good,” Harvey concurred, “now drink your drink so we can get out of here,”
The shock was evident in Y/ns eyes at his words.
“I can get home by myself,” she stated bluntly, putting her bay over her shoulder.
“It’s 10pm, in the middle of winter and you have a cold, like hell are you walking home, I’ll drop you there,” Harvey wasn’t asking; he was telling her that this was happening.
He didn’t want her walking home, alone, not this late.
“I need to go to the store-”
“What’s this?” She asked cutting off her own sentence as Harvey handed her a small bag.
“I asked Donna if she could get some medicine from the store,” Harvey explained.
It wasn’t much, just some cold and flu relief, throat sweets, painkillers for the headaches he knew she got.
He watched as the anger that had been burning in her eyes began to dwindle, “If I didn’t have a cold right now I would kiss you.”
The words came out of her mouth before she could stop them; but she didn’t regret them, not really.
Her and Harvey had always been close and especially recently, their connection only seemed to grow.
Harvey tried to stop a beaming smile from touching his lips but he couldn’t.
“How about we take a rain check for when you’re better, I’ll even take you out for dinner,if you want?” Harvet asked, and although he looked calm, his heart was racing so fast he was almost sure Y/n could hear it.
“Mr Specter, are you asking me out on a date?”
“Miss Y/l/n I believe you were the one who said you wanted to kiss me,” Harvey countered, “and yes, yes I am,”
He didn’t give her time to answer; they could discuss all of this tomorrow right now, it was getting later and Harvey was aware of that.
“Now let’s get you home.”

07. sharing a bed series ; skz ; seungmin
masterlist.
sharing a bed series part 7/8. because it’s the cheesiest most classic trope and it’s FUN. -
pairing: kim seungmin/reader content info: sexual content. enemies2lovers, sharing a bed trope. sassy bad girl reader, sassy good boy seungmin. handcuffed together trope. sex toys, blow jobs, strap-on blow jobs, handjobs, dick piercings, fake sex. lots of bickering, lots of moaning, lots of evil smirking hehe.
-
It takes about ten minutes to get through the doorway because neither you or Seungmin will concede ground. With your right hand handcuffed to his left hand, your shoulder-to-shoulder breadth is too big for the doorframe.
After some arguing, you face each other. You are glaring the entire time but you manage to force your way into the bedroom.
You can’t change clothes with the handcuffs so you head straight for the bed where you proceed to stumble around clumsily. With some cussing and your failed attempt to put him in a headlock, you and Seungmin manage to get in bed.
You lay on your backs with your handcuffed hands between you.
There is a minute of silence. Everyone else went to bed hours ago so the vacation house is silent. It’s just you and the most annoying man on earth, forcibly handcuffed together, stuck in the same bed.
“My life is a joke,” you say.
“Yeah,” Seungmin says. “Your life is a joke. Ow!”
He slaps your hand when you pinch his thigh and you smack his chin only for him to chomp at your fingers. You both roll your eyes and look away from each other for all of ten seconds, then you glare at him and he gives you a judgemental stare.
“How are you going to sleep like that?” he asks.
You raise your joined hands, the chain jingling.
“Wow, Seungmin, whatever do you mean?” you say dryly.
“Wow, Seungmin, meh-meh-beh-beh,” he mocks your tone then uses his free hand to smack your arm. It makes a crinkling sound when it collides with the leather jacket you can’t remove. “I’m talking about the skinned cow on the cow.”
“Funny.”
“The skinned cow is the leather jacket.”
“I know that.”
“And you’re the other cow.”
“I got it, Seungmin.”
“Just checking,” he says with that blithe, shit-eating grin of his. “You’re just not very smart so I wanted to be nice and check.”
This fucking guy.
Kim Seungmin is the mouthiest smartass you have ever met. A friend of your friends, the acquaintanceship has been forced on you for the sake of the overall friend group. You two are like oil and water, completely incompatible in every way. You are the denim-and-leather bad girl and he is the blazer-and-tie good boy. Equally sassy, but astronomically apart in lifestyle. You clashed from your first introduction.
You can usually manage an hour or two of civility, especially if you stay out of each other’s way, but this vacation has pushed that strained dynamic to its breaking point.
Changbin’s family owns a vacation house near a ski resort so your whole friend group is spending the winter holidays at the luxury cabin. This means you and Seungmin have been forced to interact for much longer than a few hours.
You expected some annoyance but Seungmin is an even bigger brat than you remembered. You have already spent three days at each other’s throats. Tonight you went to a party at the resort and the few hours away from him did wonders, but it only took one stupid remark for you start fighting all over again.
You didn’t even have time to remove your boots or jacket. With Seungmin, it was on sight.
Fed-up, Minho leapt off the couch and disappeared into his bedroom. The others were just groaning or slouched in their seats, shaking their heads at you and Seungmin. You couldn’t stop if you wanted to, every dry remark needing a comeback, every insult escalating.
Then Minho returned. He yanked Seungmin out of his seat and practically threw him at you. You should have let his stupid face hit the ground but your reflexes kicked in and you caught him in his flail. There were a few seconds of confusion before Minho clasped the handcuffs around you. The whole room went silent, you and Seungmin staring at the cuffs then looking at Minho.
Minho dangled the keys in your face.
“I will let you out of the handcuffs,” he spoke as if speaking to particularly stupid children, “when you overcome your differences and decide to stop ruining the holiday.”
You and Seungmin both sputtered in protest, but neither of you were brave enough to physically fight Minho for the keys. That kitty has claws, mean ones. Not even you mess with Lee Minho.
Now you and Seungmin are stuck sharing a bed. You are still fully dressed, in jeans, shirt, and leather jacket, whereas he was already dressed down in pyjama pants and a t-shirt. All he has to do is remove his glasses and he’s fine to sleep.
You, however, are dressed for a whole different kind of evening.
“Trust me,” you say with an aggrieved sigh, “the jacket is not the most uncomfortable thing I’m wearing.”
He pinches his glasses at the stem, wiggling them up-and-down like it will help him see better.
“What do you mean?” he asks. “Wait, you’re a freak, right? Is it something kinky?”
He asks it mockingly but you smile and turn your face to him, lifting an eyebrow. You get some satisfaction from the way his face contorts with realization.
“Wait, really?” he asks. “What the hell. Why? What is it?”
“You sound curious.”
You really can’t help but tease him, anticipating he will snap back with equal verve. You are surprised when his remark gets tangled on his tongue, his mouth open with no reply. The tips of his ears are faintly red.
“Oh, you are curious,” you say.
“Gross, no way.” He comes back to himself and scrunches his whole face with revulsion. “Keep it to yourself. Pervert.”
“Proudly.”
“Wow.”
You feel satisfied with the silence that follows, feeling like you finally won a conversation and sent him into a mute stupor. But then he looks at you and you brace yourself for the incoming wave of irritation.
“It’s not gonna suddenly go off or something, is it?” he asks. “I don’t want to wake up to you thrashing around like a fish on a boat deck.”
“It’s a hard packer. You know, a strap-on for wearing out? A ready-to-go, signed-sealed-and-delivered dick?” You list everything with the same pleasant smile. “Big one too.”
His face is perpetually frozen in a state of prepared ridicule so he still looks marginally judgemental, but more confused than repulsed.
“Right now?” he says. His eyes drift down to your jeans. “You wore… you wore it out?”
“Brave new world, Seungminnie,” you say, the nickname making his eye twitch despite the sarcasm in it.
“You’re lying,” he says. He doesn’t wait for you to argue; he reaches with his cuffed hand to feel for extra weight between your legs. It drags your own hand along with it, too surprised to react fast enough to stop him. He finds what he was looking for, his brow furrowing when he closes his fist over the hard bulge under your fly. “Whoa, wait, seriously?”
“Dude!” You pry his hand off, though he doesn’t go without a fight, patting it like it’s puppy. “What the hell, man. You can’t just grab someone’s dick like that.”
“Why not? It’s not real.”
“It is in a way! I can still feel it!”
“You can?” He pokes it.
“Yes.” You swat him away. “Depending on position.”
“And you wore it to the party?” he says, then whistles low and shakes his head. “Wow. You have a high opinion of yourself. Thought you were gonna get lucky?”
“I did very well for myself, thanks.”
He holds up your cuffed hands with a sarcastic look of his own.
“Not that well,” he says. “Or you wouldn’t be here.”
“I don’t tend to stay the night,” you say.
“Love ‘em and leave ‘em,” he says. “I should have known.” He sighs as if disappointed in you.
You barely register his retort, your brain jumping ahead a few paces.
Walking around with ready-to-play silicone in your pants does have a tendency to leave you teetering on the side of horny, so maybe that’s why your brain is incapable of supplying another type of plan, but a plan begins to form nonetheless.
“I have an idea,” you say.
“Breaking your wrist so you can slide out of the handcuffs?”
“Kim Seungmin, I’ll let you know that while I might have one hand out of commission, I am still capable of shoving your slipper in your mouth.”
“Kim Seungmin, meh-meh-meh, beh-beh-beh.”
“Why do I even bother?” You sigh. “Do you wanna get out of these handcuffs or not?”
“Fine.” He fiddles with his glasses and glares at you. “I’m going to regret asking this, but what’s your idea?”
You sit up and nod your head towards the wall behind the headboard.
“Minho’s room is on the other side of this wall, isn’t it?” you ask.
“Yes,” he replies, warily. “Why?”
“Let’s pretend to have noisy sex.”
“What!” He sits upright too, the cuffs jingling again.
“We can bang the headboard against the wall,” you add.
“What the hell is that supposed to accomplish, you idiot?”
“Two things,” you say. “One: that we have clearly resolved our differences through the release of sexual tension. And two: if we are exceptionally noisy about it, it will piss him off enough to want to separate us again.”
“That is a terrible plan,” he says, which is not a rejection. “Besides there’s no sexual tension between us. There’s no way he’d believe it.”
“Well then,” you say, leaning closer to his face, “you better put on a believable performance to make up for it, hm?”
You expected him to lean back but he didn’t move, so you find yourself nose-to-nose and locked in a staring contest. It is so quiet that you can hear every intake of breath. His gaze goes from your eyes to your lap and back again, jaw clenching.
“Fine,” he says. “I’m only willing to try because I’d rather chew off my hand than spend the night with you—”
“I mean, you can try that too,” you say.
“Shut up.” He grabs the collar of your jacket and jerks you around. “Just get down.”
“Uh, get down?” You push when you realize he is trying to wrestle you onto your back. You lift your joined hands off the bed so he loses his balance. “You get down. I’m on top.”
“Can you relax?” he says, scrambling back upright. “We’re not actually having sex, you uptight weirdo.”
“Yeah, but do you think those skinny arms can push this headboard against the wall?”
“I think these skinny arms can push you off the bed.”
“I think those skinny arms will find themselves following.”
You tussle for a good minute, pushing at each other’s faces and tugging each other’s shirts. Your physical strength overpowers his but he isn’t hindered by a stupid leather jacket. Already a bit sweaty and exhausted, you surrender with an aggravated huff.
“Fine, try it then,” you say, flopping on your back. You stubbornly cross your arms, trapping his cuffed hand in your arm.
“Let me go,” he says, trying to wrest his arm back.
“I’m not doing anything. Ahh, stop that!”
He tires to lick you. Tongue out, he dives at your head. He only stops when you snatch his glasses off his face, at which point he climbs on top of you to try and grab them back.
“Stop it. This is so immature,” he says, stretching to reach your own outstretched arm.
“Immature?” you ask, aghast. “You were trying to lick me!”
“That was different.”
“How?”
“Because you suck,” he says.
He manages to get his glasses back. He sticks out his tongue as he puts them on his face.
You tussle a little more, shuffling around and swiping at each other. Eventually you get to the middle of the bed with him still straddling your hips. Your cuffed arm lifts when he grips the headboard with both hands. He strains for one pitiful push. His hair bounces but the headboard barely hits the wall.
You lift an eyebrow.
“Shut up,” he says.
“I didn’t say anything,” you reply.
“I can hear your ugly face.”
“That’s a you problem.”
He ignores you and braces himself to push on the headboard again. All the beds are extravagantly woodworked pieces, the headboards dense and heavy. Despite the proximity to the wall, you are not surprised it takes effort to actually make the bed bounce.
Seungmin, to his credit, does not give up easily. He braces his shoulders, but this time when he pushes he rocks with his whole body.
Unfortunately, this does drag almost all his weight against the toy in your pants. You are wearing the kind of underwear designed to support a toy, the base of it separated from your clit by only a strip of fabric. When he rocks against you, it grinds there, and your hands instinctively fly to grab his hips.
It knocks him a bit off balance because your cuffed hand drags his down too. He puts that hand over yours, cupped around his hip, and glares down at you.
“What the hell was that?” he asks.
You let go of his hips immediately.
“Nothing,” you say.
He looks at you with a scrutinizing eye, then looks down, then up again. You hold his gaze unflinchingly, at least until he rocks again and a little spark of heat goes off inside you.
“Can you feel that?” he asks. He asks it matter-of-factly, peering down at you from behind his big round glasses, sitting comfortably in his stupid pyjamas.
“Yes,” you speak in as steady a voice as you can, because you will not show weakness first. “There are only a couple positions where I can feel it strongly. This… is… one of them.”
“Wow,” he says. He looks genuinely reflective for a minute, then he grins one of his evil grins. “So… you can feel when I do this?” He puts his free hand on the middle of your chest and leans forward so he grinds against you at a different angle, his own bulge pushing against yours.
“Ohmyff—” You grab his hips again, freezing him while he snickers above you. “Dude.”
“Just checking,” he says. He grabs the headboard and pushes again. The thud is a soft one.
You clench your jaw, annoyed and wound up. You grab his waist and roll over in one fluid motion, knocking some wind out of him when you thump him on his back. His thighs clench instinctively to hold onto your hips, his legs still around your waist when you grab the headboard and shove it several times in a row.
His cuffed arm is above his head, hand dangling under your grip on the headboard. His glasses are askew from the flip, his legs still open around yours. He stares at you, however crookedly through the tilted glasses. Your breathing is heavy in the quiet room. He swallows.
You break the silence with a pointed, “Well?”
“Well, what?” he asks just as roughly.
“Moan or yell or something. Whatever you normally do in bed.”
“I’m normally quiet.”
“I find that hard to believe,” you say dryly. “Since that mouth never stops.”
“Why don’t you moan?”
“Because I’m in charge of bed pushing.” To make your point, you rock the bed some more, pushing slightly against him with the motion. The headboard hits the wall for a few rhythmic thumps.
He fixes his glasses with his free hand, still frowning at you. That hand freezes on his glasses when you shrug your coat off your free arm, too hot to keep wearing it. It will only get caught on the handcuffs if you push it down the other arm so you leave it hanging off your shoulder. You put your hand back on the headboard, muscles flexing with the next shove. His eyes go to your arm.
“Well?” you say.
He looks at you. It’s a cold, unfeeling stare, followed by an annoyed puff of a breath.
Then he makes a sound, a small, rough moan in the back of his throat. You are certain only you can hear it. He looks right at you while doing it, legs still accommodating your shape, on his back with an open mouth while glaring at you despite the noises.
It is, in a word, hot. Hot as fucking hell. Oh god. You are not getting turned on by Kim Seungmin. Absolutely not.
He moans again, closing his eyes and shifting with the next push, as if he can really feel it. He cants his hips and falls back again. He moans one more time.
Ah, you think. Fuck.
You stop shoving the bed for a second, breathless and not from exertion.
You clear your throat. Seungmin is still staring at you. You stare back, then your gaze drifts. The leather jacket starts to slip down your shoulder so you tug it back up. You gulp.
“You’re hard,” you say, a very basic observation. His soft pyjama pants leave little to the imagination.
He drops his legs from around your waist, but you are between his thighs so he can’t quite close them. He plants his feet on the bed and glares up at you.
“So are you,” he says.
“Mine’s not real,” you say.
“Ohh, so now it’s not real?” He rolls his eyes. “Sorry, I can’t keep up with Schrodinger’s dick.”
“You know what I mean, smartass.”
“If anything yours is more real,” he says. “Your dick is more deliberate than mine. I can’t control my hard-on but you put one there on purpose.”
That logic is a weirdly difficult to argue. You try to think of a witty comeback but your brain is more than a little fried.
“So,” is all you say, at a loss.
He stares up at you for another second, then pushes himself upright. You let his cuffed hand lead yours, at least until you realize he is bringing his hands to the button of your jeans. You seize his cuffed hand and tug it away.
“What do you think you’re doing?” you ask.
“What do you think I’m doing?” he asks contemptuously. He even snarls.
Despite the viciousness, he dives in without waiting for an answer. He uses his free hand as a guide, but otherwise he leans forward and clamps his teeth around the button. He works it open quickly, then takes the zipper in his mouth and yanks it down.
You let go of his hand, surprised. He uses both hands to fish the toy out of your pants.
He balks at it.
“You walked around with this all night?” he asks, looking up at you.
Fuck. It is literally right by his face. It looks obscene. Your figures twitch with the urge to cup his chin.
“Yes,” you answer in a low voice. “It’s my preferred method of, uh, action.”
“Action,” he repeats, smiling like the word is a hilarious punchline. He even cackles a little. “Action,” he repeats. “Not ‘making love?’” His tone is drole.
“Not really the making love type,” you say.
“Wow,” he says. His eyes flick to your toy dick, just millimeters from his face. He pushes his glasses up his nose. He glances up at you with that evil smile. “Same,” he says.
Then suddenly he has his mouth wrapped around the end of it, looking up at you as he sucks on it.
For a second, you think you have gone completely insane, because you swear you can feel it. Your clit and pussy and every other body part rears to life with sudden, unbidden arousal.
“Jesus fucking—” you start.
He pops off your dick with a wet sound. He licks his lips.
“Hmm,” he says, eying it thoughtfully. “Tastes funny. Could you feel that?”
“Kinda,” you squeak. “In a way.”
“Got it.”
Is this even turning him on? His dick is filling out his pyjama pants so you think so, but he is also approaching the entire thing like it can be hacked through a scientific algorithm. He studies the toy with a lot of scrutiny, as if he is calculating the mechanics of it.
“You don’t have to—” you start, but then suddenly his mouth is back on the end of it, his free hand is in the middle of it, and he is pushing it back against you, clearly having figured out you can feel the part against your clit. He grinds it there, up and down, bobbing his head and staring up at you.
It is usually fairly difficult to reach orgasm this way but he takes you the edge in an almost terrifying speed run, then abruptly stops. He takes in a deep breath, a huge wad of spit connecting his lips to the end of the toy.
“Did that do something?” he asks, wiping his mouth.
Your jacket slips down your arm and catches on the handcuffs. You stare at him.
“Uhhh…” you say, voice guttural. “Yes.”
He grins, looking immensely satisfied with himself.
“That wasn’t so hard,” he says. “I thought it would be more complicated. I’m guessing gravity works in your favour when someone sits on it?”
Yes, that is your brain spilling out of your ear in a big, mushy goop.
“Uh, yeah,” you say. “Yeah.” What the fuck else are you supposed to say?
He suddenly narrows his eyes at you, his regard suspicious even while he starts jerking the toy with his free hand.
“How do I know you’re not lying?”
You show him the only way that makes sense, leading his cuffed hand to your pants and nudging the toy aside so he can slip his fingers past it. He freezes completely when he feels how turned on you are, looking up at you as he returns his now wet fingers to himself.
“Oh,” he says. He looks at his fingertips. “I see.”
Then he grins at you and puts his fingers in his mouth.
“Right,” you say. “Got it.”
You grab him and put him on his back again, reaching immediately for his waistband. You have barely grasped the material when you are suddenly shoved back, his foot planted squarely in the middle of your chest.
“Slippers first,” he says.
He is just being difficult. You know that, but you indulge the little brat anyway, glaring at him while removing his stupid slipper. You toss it behind you and he switches feet, shoving his other one in the same spot. He smiles at you, leaning back on his elbows at tapping his slippered toes against your heart. You shake your head but remove that one too. Before he can try any more funny business, you grab him under the knee and push his knees back to his chest. His glasses slip a little again. His cuffed hand can’t leave yours, hooked under his knee, so his free hand awkwardly reaches up to fix them.
“Careful,” he says, like you’ve been the unreasonable one in any way, shape, or form.
“I’ll try,” you say dryly, then reach for his waistband.
You get the material barely shuffled past his hips when your jaw falls open.
“Hold on,” you say, fingers reaching for his twitching dick. “No way. No way.”
Kim Seungmin. Blazer-and-tie good boy. Pristine socialite. Arrogant snob. High society darling. Spoiled brat. Good boy. Good boy. Good boy.
He has a classically beautiful piercing on the head of his dick.
He opens his mouth to speak, his expression revealing it is about to be some mouthy retort, but it turns into a gasp when you run your thumb up and over, teasing at it, gathering a not-inconsiderable amount of precum and stroking the whole length of him.
“Aren’t you pretty,” you say, circling the most sensitive cluster of nerves with your thumb. It makes his thighs twitch and his shoulders shake.
“S-surprised?” he asks.
“Honestly, yeah,” you admit.
He looks very satisfied with that, grinning at you. That evil smile drives you crazy so you flash a grin of your own then dive down.
His fake moans were pretty close to his real ones, but his real ones are louder as you expected. He has to bite his fist to keep the sound down. You rise, wiping at your mouth and glaring at him.
“Louder,” you say. “Remember?”
“Oh, right.” He drops his hand. “Your stupid plan. Okay. Continue.” He waves you onward like a prince, thumping his head back on the pillows.
He is so annoying. He really does have a pretty dick, though. Drawing real moans out of him is more fun than arguing over fake ones, and he makes some exceptionally lovely sounds when you put your mouth on him. He starts gasping when he gets close, his face scrunching up, but he grabs your head and stops before he gets there fully.
You look at him with a questioning eyebrow lift but move when he nudges you. He gets on his knees so you are kneeling in front of each other, then he guides your hand back to his dick at the same time he curls his fingers around the base of your toy.
Your eyes are heavy-lidded and your mouths are close together but not touching. It feels like another contest, to see who will give in and kiss the other person first, even while your hands are way past that stage.
Fuck it, you think when he gets a bit whiny, breathing hard against your lips. You clasp your free hand around his neck and drag him close for a kiss. It makes him come, his back locking and mouth opening under yours. He wouldn’t be Seungmin if he didn’t try and turn a kiss into a fight, licking at you with messy intensity. The rapid back-and-forth of his tongue coupled with his skilled hand takes you over the edge too.
You get a bit euphorically giggly when you come, smiling against his mouth.
Seungmin turns unexpectedly clingy, putting his free arm around your neck and burying his face in your shoulder. He holds so tightly that you fall, flopping onto the bed with him still nestled against you.
You lay there for a bit, him still hiding, your heavy breathing slowing to a more normal cadence. Eventually he lifts his head and exhales. He adjusts his crooked glasses then grins.
“I won,” he says.
“You can’t win at sex,” you reply.
“Yes you can, and I just did. Don’t be a sore loser.”
“Oh my god.”
Your exchange passes with far less animosity than usual. You still side-eye each other while dealing with your respective dicks. It’s a little easier for him to pull up his pants one-handed than it is for you to wrestle a toy out of an O-ring, but you do succeed. You let it roll off the edge of the bed, watching and listening as it thumps onto the floor.
You look over Seungmin who was watching too. When you make eye contact, you both start laughing. It turns the whole scene into an unusually affectionate one. Figuring you might as well commit, you hold his cuffed hand in your own. He rolls closer, eying you with those perpetually mischievous eyes.
Then suddenly the bedroom door flies open. It smashes into the wall, startling both of you.
Minho walks up to the bed and chucks the keys at you, glares, then turns and leaves the room. He slams the door shut behind him.
You and Seungmin look at each other then down at the keys.
“Told you,” you say.
“Don’t rub it in.”
“Don’t be a sore loser.”
He licks your cheek unprompted, then unlocks the cuffs while you complain and wipe your face. It has you so distracted that you are a second too late realizing he has another dastardly plan in mind.
Your wrist is still cuffed. He takes the now empty half and clasps it around one of the intricate loops in the headboard. You tug on it then look at him.
“Kim Seungmin,” you say.
“Kim Seungmin,” he repeats in that mocking voice, grinning as he climbs up over you.
“What do you think you’re doing?” you ask, trying not to smile at his wicked grin as he starts kissing under your chin and down your chest.
“What do you think I’m doing?” he asks. “I’m winning.”
You decide not to argue for once. It goes without saying you both won this round.

Tonowari x Fem Reader x Ronal (poly mates)/ Aonung x Tsireya x Rotxo x Fem Reader (platonic/parental relationship) / Kiri x Fem Reader (platonic/parental relationship):
The Reader is mated to Tonowari and Ronal. She is a well respected warrior and is seen as being scary (even by her mates and kids) but in reality is a big softy. Anyways this will be after the Sully’s get there around the time when Aonung and his friends bully Kiri. So the Sully’s have heard about the Reader and the things going around about her (rumors or ideas that people have about her) and after the whole bulling situation Kiri decides to spent some time by herself and happens to run into the Reader. At first she is and apprehensive of the Reader but the Teader invites her over and they stay to talk and get along. Over the course of a few weeks Kiri has been basically sneaking off or leaving by herself to spend time with the Reader (everybody is confused on where Kiri is going). When both families (Kiri’s and the Readers)find out they tell her to stop swing the Reader for her safety but she defends the Reader and things blow up and Kiri runs away. Later that night the clan is looking for Kiri but can’t find her so they ask the only person who might know (Reader) and when they find the Reader they see Kiri with her and witness the Reader being the opposite of what they thought(being really sweet and comforting to Kiri). And in the end the clan accepts Reader. (Sorry that Kiri is so out of character and it’s really long) 😁😁
There was a human saying don’t judge a book by it cover, and if you are going to judge couldn’t someone before you see them for themselves. Those sayings seems to be forgotten when it came to a very specific Navi female, who was seen as something else by her own family and family. It seems like someone had decided to give her a chance, another Navi who was judge as well.
Y/n “ it a very warm day” it a very good day in the village along with it being some days, since the sully family and company had arrived seeking refuge. They had been given refuge by your mates who approved of them staying her and learning the ways.
y/n " good morning" you had sene some hunter gather by the water and wave over to them, they had looked up to see you. It seems like they had soon left the area or didn't do that much. It was something you had become use to while growing up, as you had been seen as different by everyone else. Most of the clan and other had seen you as freak, and had questioned tonowari and ronal why they become your mates. It seems like your were labeled as someone to keep away from, along with being bad example as well. It had broken your heart and spirt that everyone saw you as embarrassment or not navi like everyone else, it the most when it came from your own family as well.
y/n " ........" you soon sighed as you had gone on with the rest of your day, hoping nothing else will happen. It was until the afternoon when are walking around the shore, when sound of voice had gained your attention.
???? " are you some type of freak"
???? " did you hear what he said he called you a freak"
????? " your whole family is full of freaks"
y/n " hey what going on over here" you had seen your son along with some other teens, bothering the sully family daughter kiri.
Y/n " I said what going on here so someone should be speaking, up right now"
aonung " we were just talking that all nothing to bad"
y/n " it seems more then talking aonung I thought you knew better then to bully someone, same goes for all you boys as well we should be working together not against each other"
teen boy " sorry we didn't mean it"
y/n " well it did seems like that to my view point, and the same could be said from kiri parents ... dearie are you okay"
kiri " I'm now"
y/n " good now you boys run along I might be having some words, with all your parents later on"
teen boy 2 " yes y/n"
y/n " aonung I will be having some words with you my son"
aonung " yes mom come on guys" aonung and his friends soon leave, as you soon walked closer to the teenage girl. Kiri seems like she was close to tears and very upset about the whole situation.
y/n " are you sure everything is fine"
kiri " I don't know I was just minding my business and see the beauty of the water, then aonung and his friends had come over to bothering me .... calling my names and my family as well"
y/n " I'm sorry for my son and his friends behavior I thought I raised him to be good"
kiri " wait are you the other mate of ronal and tonowari, the one we had been told about"
y/n " yes it seems like the words about me have been told to your family already"
kiri " yes it seems like that not many people had spoken well about you, saying you are someone I and my siblings should stay away from if alone .... as you were descried to be odd and not full navi"
y/n " yes just like you and your family I'm different and that has effected my image to everyone even my family"
kiri " that is very sad and no one should be treated that way"
y/n " you are right if you are fine with it will like to join me for some lessons, to help you understand more of what the great mother has to offer us"
kiri " sure I will love that but I hope I will not be a bother"
y/n " you will not young lady now come there are some things, I will love to show you"
Weeks later
y/n " you are getting better kiri it seems like the ocean has welcome you"
kiri " thank you y/n since you have been helping me I have been, feeling better with my new surroundings and it good to have someone else to speak with outside my family"
y/n " well I'm happy to hear I have been able to help you"
kiri " everyone is wrong about you and your children are foolish to, not see a wonderful mother you are ... I'm sorry for my tone and words"
y/n " it okay kiri I do wish everyone saw me in a positive light like you"
????? " kiri" you and kiri soon heard someone yelling kiri name, the both soon looked up to see neytiri making her way towards them. She was not very happy at the moment as she was soon followed by Jake.
neytiri " kiri where have you been"
kiri " I was off with y/n mom she been helping me and giving me advice as well, she is very nice"
y/n " hello neytiri and Jake it good to see you both this wonderful day"
neytiri " we have told you again and again to stay away from this women, she is bad news and has a awful reputation"
kiri " mom"
Jake " kiri we are doing what best for you"
????? " y/n" you soon looked to see your mates standing there along with the kids and sully kids.
tonowari " y/n why have you been teaching kiri verse tsireya teaching her"
y/n " I was just helping kiri that all she also has been attending tsireya lesson as well"
ronal " you have caused a issues for us all"
neytiri " I want you away from my daughter she has bright future, and I wish for her not to become like you a women who unloved by her own mates and children ... no worried you have never had a child with tonowari that will be sad"
kiri " mom she a mother to aonung, rotxo, and tsireya"
neytiri " they don't see her like that we all that and she lives on her own, she just like spider someone who ever take pity on but really wants away"
y/n " neytiri I'm just being a mentor to your daughter that all she was having a hard time, I was just being a teacher that all ... if you listen to your daughter you will understand we are both mother we both care of our kids
neytiri " you are no mother and I hope you never become one, everyone thinks poorly of you and that will pass down to your kids ... ask tonowari why he avoids having a kid with you"
y/n "tonowari"
tonowari " i and ronal think it best if we have the kids at the moment, it for the benefit for the clan and family"
y/n " I undestand"
Neytiri " if you understand leave my daughter alone leave my kids alone, as well don't ever come near my family again or any other youth"
y/n " then if you wish it I will make sure that happens I will stay away from your family, for safety and your family reputation I will stay away from everyone ... if need I will leave"
kiri " no y/n this is your home and your clan"
y/n " it okay kiri maybe the great mother has plans for me outside of here .. I will be okay I will always be okay" you soon bid goodbye saying nothing else as you left. As you are walking away you felt so much pain in your heart and soul.
Later that night
y/n " ........" you are in your home alone as dinner was cooking over the fire.
????? " hello" you soon looked at the entrance to see kiri standing there, you soon gave her a soft smile.
y/n " come inside kiri"
kiri " I'm sorry for what my mother had said it was uncalled for and, very rude towards you"
y/n " it okay my dear I have become use to behaviors like that"
kiri " you are a mother no matter what neytiri has said"
y/n " I always felt like and mother and I wil always be a mother, even if my kids didn't accept me as a mother I will be there for them my home will always be open to them"
kiri " how do you deal with all of it on daily basis y/n even as an adult"
y/n " I just let them say what they want to say and go on with my life, and can't lets always allow their words and actions ruin my life ... anymore life is beautiful and I'm going to live the life I want ... you should live the life you want kiri"
kiri " thank you"
y/n " I know spider will be back with you and if he needs somewhere to stay, he can stay here I will never lets a child be alone in this world"
kiri " thank you" you had smiled towards kiri she had stayed the night feeling not like going home, after she said she got in fight with her family. She laid on tsreyia mat fast asleep you had cleaned everything up, thinking about how you wanted to live your life after today.
