ive been feeling so much love for my very many ocs lately so im gonna write some blurbs about them and the diff stories they are/were involved in under the cut PLEASE feel free to ask questions about any of them i love infodumping abt them
Aquapolypse basically years into the future humans mutated into fish people (and various other creatures but this primarily focuses on the fish people) Zak and Zenna - twinsies! based off betta fish! very pretty, very fashionable, very fighty. strong familial bond. i adore them Solv - based off piranhas! Baby’s First Nonbinary OC, they have a crush on Zenna, and very stereotypically Emo. listens to mcr and cries that they were born in the wrong generation Xavier - swordfish! VERY punk. he has a crush on Solv, who, as we know, has a crush on Zenna. 10th grade me wouldve played this up as a love triangle but i am so much wiser now and resolving it with polyamory
Untitled a the last unicorn-esque story, but with a wood elf! she’s the last of her kind but has no idea. she’s just been vibing in the woods for a while until modern times comes along and builds a housing plan right next to her woods. she gets lonely at night and sings sometimes, causing rumors to spread that the woods are haunted. 2 young people (i picture them to be about 20???) decide to check it out, find her, and immediately think shes adorable and bring her home as a wacky 3rd roommate. Rhathel - the elf in question! shes very strong and very smart and capable, but her lack of knowledge when it comes to modern human culture causes many to think she’s an idiot. NOT the case. she will beat you up V - disaster punk nb lesbian! falls in love with Rhathel almost instantly  Carlos - distinguished gay(tm). V’s best friend and voice of reason. bit of a nerd and a techie. always got the Latest Gadgets. listens to carly rae jepsen and cries Untitled 2 But Superheroes a group of teens hanging out in places they shouldnt be leads to them getting involved in a freak accident that bestows them all with super powers! however, unlike a lot of superhero stories, they dont have any sort of mentor whatsoever to tell them how to be a hero, and well. when you leave these idiots to their own devices they are truly idiots! Lola/Lolita Light - the self proclaimed leader of the team. consumes a lot of superhero media and magical girl anime, thus reasons that she knows exactly what to do in these situations, but usually ends up getting them into worse places than they started. she gained the ability to manipulate light molecules and decided her alter ego should be a magical girl Ness/Frostbite - sarcastic and cold, but is actually the mom friend of the group. she loves her friends deeply but won’t say it. i very clearly picture her with blonde to blue ombre hair. she, as you may have guessed, can control ice and snow Brandon and Brendon - Those Assholes(tm). we all knew them in high school and probably got bullied by them a few times. i do love their character development though where they realize they’re assholes and start making up for it. anyway their powers work in conjunction and i havent *quite* figured out the mechanics of it yet, but they have to be in close proximity to each other in order to do anything. this effectively starts to rid them of their “no homo bro” attitude when they realize they literally have to hug every time they want to power up. i forgot what their alter egos were but i THINK it had something to do with storms and electricity?? i dont remember Dante/Inferno - the antagonist who eventually comes around and joins the team. he was initially part of the friend group but got so fed up with constantly being excluded and bullied by them that he literally formed a whole ass supervillain ego when he realized he had fire powers. the team does realize how shitty they were to him and they BOTH have redemption arcs.
Various scatterings of different ocs that dont necessarily come from any stories but i love them a lot Coronam - a spn demon oc i made in like 10th grade. goes by Corey for short. i still love him so much. he’s definitely an edgelord and i put him through the “would your oc be a tumblr sexyman” quiz and the result was he would be on par with the onceler Blaze - a dnd character i made for a oneshot! they’re a tabaxi warlock and basically if you took meg from hercules’s backstory and mixed it with the song woman by kesha you would understand her.

Found Family Part Three: Ellie, Russell, and Yukio.
Welcome back to the Found Family miniseries! Part One and Part Two, in case you need to catch up!
Summary: A look at your friend/family-ship with Ellie, Russell, and Yukio.
Rating: T for mentions of abuse, mentions of death, mild language, and mild angst. This one’s pretty fluffy, though.
Pairings: Piotr Rasputin x Reader and Ellie Phimister x Yukio.
Set after: Dig the Needle In.
@marvel-is-perfection, @chromecutie
Your relationship with the other occupants of ‘Casa de la Mutants,’ as Wade calls it, is probably best described as “tenuous.”
(Except for Scott Motherfucking Summers, who is on the specific status of “go fuck yourself” at all times, regardless of what he’s done, is doing, or will do.)
Most of them don’t mind you. You do your stuff, they do theirs, and it’s all pretty fucking hunky-dory.
Granted, they think the fact that you hang out with Wade is weird, but you’re also the chief grading assistant and the one reason the teachers aren’t constantly swamped with an abundance of work, so it all balances out in the end.
Jean’s cool, as is Remy, and anyone Piotr is close to is pretty friendly to you, but in all honesty you get along better with the teens and college-age students that stay there.
Which is fine, as far as you’re concerned. They don’t judge you for your choices in life or friends –and if they do, they keep their mouths shut about it—and have better taste in hobbies and pastimes. It’s a little touch and go since they tend to bounce in and out for the school year, depending on which age bracket they’re in, but it’s fun.
There are, however, three very specific teens that you’ve adopted into your little found family. It took some time for all of you to warm up to each other, but it was time well-spent and you wouldn’t trade them for anyone else in the world.
This, ladies, gentlemen, and noble gentry of non-conforming gender identities, is the very dramatic tale of how you came to know and love Ellie Phimister, Russell Collins, and Yukio.
It isn’t a very dramatic tale, actually. It’s not even plain old dramatic. Really, it’s kind of run-of-the-mill, maybe even a little boring.
Let it be known that hype has limitations, especially when what you’re trying to sell as the next best thing is really just average.
Anyway.
Getting in with the three teens that are honorary members of the X-Force –because Ellie and Yukio are still technically X-Women and Russell’s too young to be fighting crime—isn’t all that hard, either. Yukio genuinely loves people, Russell’s basically Wade’s shadow when the merc’s around, and Ellie is Yukio’s girlfriend and Piotr’s mentee. You’ve got more than enough connections to be in with the teens.
Also in your favor is that you’re not an actual authority figure at the mansion. You might grade essays, but you’re not a teacher or a trainer; granted, if shit hits the fan you’ve got enough clout to tell anyone younger than you to duck for cover, but that’s about it.
That, and you’re usually helping start trouble instead of policing it. The latter’s Piotr’s job.
Anyway.
The four of you aren’t super close, though. Ellie sticks with Piotr, Russell sticks with Wade, and Yukio bounces between groups as she pleases but always winds back up with Ellie at the end of the day (which is understandable). You’re sort of disjointed. You know each other, you know the same people, and you all find each other to be agreeable enough, but that’s about it.
Until the four of you are really the only company you all have.
It happens during the summer, when all the “school year only” residents head back home to their families –which takes out about half of the ‘population’ at Xavier’s to begin with.
Then, some sort of conference comes up about mutant rights. Charles heads out to attend that, taking Piotr, Ororo, and a few other X-Men with him.
Then, within days, some sort of big mission comes up that clears out the rest of the X-Men, along with Wade and Nate. You don’t know the details, only that it’s an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ situation –one that you’ve been benched from until you get your episodes under better control, and one that Ellie, Yukio, and Russell can’t attend because they’re too young.
The mansion may as well be a ghost town. The whole space is eerily devoid of noise, and the lack of human contact has you a bit twitchy.
You sigh over your latest text from Piotr –a reminder that he loves you and to eat more than Poptarts while he’s gone—and flop back onto your bed, dejected. I wish he was home already.
As it turns out, you’re not the only one disquieted by the lack of noise and human contact.
Russell walks in on your late night Poptart run –you love Piotr, but you do what you want—and sits across from you at the breakfast table. “Hey.”
You nod at him. “Hey,” you garble around a mouthful of toaster pastry that’s more preservatives than pastry. “Whassup?”
“Nothing. Not much going on without everyone here.” He shifts in his seat, gaze bouncing from you to the window to you to the floor to back to you. “Do you… do you know when they’re going to be back?”
“The conference ends next week,” you say with a shrug. “And I know jack shit about the mission, so I can’t say anything about the rest of them.”
Russell nods, shifts in his seat again. “So, uh—”
Before he can say whatever he was going to say, Ellie and Yukio walk in.
Yukio waves cheerily at the two of you before sitting down. “Hi, Russell! Hi, Y/N!”
Ellie just grunts and sits next to her girlfriend, eyes glued to her phone screen.
You smirk and cram more Poptart into your mouth. “Hey, Yukio. Ellie. I didn’t realize you two were still up.”
“It’s summer,” Ellie says drily. “Sleep is for chumps. Besides, it’s too damn quiet around here.”
“Yeah,” Russell agrees quickly, looking relieved at the fact that he’s not the only one thinking it. “It’s almost like something out of a horror movie.”
“We’re all used to the noise,” Yukio chimes in. “It’s just lonely without everyone else here.”
And then they all look at you, like they’re looking for some sort of direction on what to do.
Oh dear sweet Cthulhu, that’s exactly what they’re doing. You’re the adult now. They’re looking to you for guidance.
Who the fuck let that happen? You think, terrified by the sudden prospect of being the responsible one. Okay, Y/N. Put on your thinking cap. You’ve got three teenagers looking to you to act as the adult. Fuck, what do I do?
Okay, step one: isolate the problem.
Okay, that’s simple enough. They’re lonely. Maybe even a little scared at the prospect of not having the usual people around.
Step one done. Step two: determine what the need is.
Again, simple enough: they’re looking for companionship, but they don’t know how to ask for it because they’re usually surrounded by people –and they’re also at that tender age where asking a grown up for direct help is “uncool.”
Step two done. Step three: find a way to get from being lonely to not being lonely.
Which is easier said than done, actually. Sure, y’all could hang out and watch a movie, which would help to some degree, but you’re practically the only four people in the house right now. Somehow, watching a movie and then splitting apart again for the night doesn’t seem to be enough.
You glance over your shoulder; the rec room’s right behind you, dark since no one’s using it, and oh, hey, I’ve got an idea. “You guys want to camp out in the rec room for the night?”
And that’s definitely the right answer, if the way all three teens’ faces light up is anything to go by.
Step three done.
It takes the better part of an hour to get the rec room set up for your little camp out; none of you are really sold on the idea of sleeping on the couches, and even Ellie doesn’t remember where the pump for the air mattresses got stored, which means the four of you have to drag down your regular beds from upstairs.
Which means rearranging all the furniture in the rec room so there’s space for four twin-sized mattresses on the floor, and since none of you can lift a couch single handed –Piotr—it takes a lot of sweat and team effort.
But the four of you do manage, and by the end of it you’ve got four mattresses settled on the rec room floor with blankets and pillows.
Russell sits down on his bed, gaze bouncing around the room as his uncertainty manifests again. “So… what now?”
It’s Ellie who makes the first suggestion.
“You guys ever play Mario Kart?”
You and Russell, as it turns out, suck at Mario Kart.
Not that it matters. You’re all too busy busting a gut at just how bad you and Russell –more specifically, you, since you decide to ignore the idea of winning in favor of fucking around on the courses—are at the game.
And Ellie, as it turns out, is a good teacher. By the end of it all, you and Russell are decent enough at Mario Kart to beat most of the computer characters.
(None of you are good enough to beat Ellie, though.)
The sun’s well on its way to being high in the sky when you wake up the next morning.
Ellie jerks awake with a snort when your phone’s alarm goes off.
You smirk as she tries to get her hair looking somewhat normal. “Sleep well?”
“Meh.” She rolls over to Yukio’s mattress and flops on top of her girlfriend. “It’s time to get up.”
Yukio groans and shoves Ellie off her. “I’m awake.”
You grin at their antics, then turn around and nudge Russell awake. “Hey. You should probably eat something.”
“Probably.” He rubs at his eyes. “What’s in the kitchen?”
“Uh…” You frown. “I’ve got Poptarts.”
“Those will spike my blood sugar too fast.”
“Right. Uh…”
“Didn’t anyone ever teach you two how to cook?” Ellie comments drily, eyebrow raised as she watches the two of you.
“No,” Russell says, glaring at her.
You shake your head when she looks at you. “Forced dependency. Abusers use it to keep their victims dependent on them for survival so they’re less likely to run away.”
She stares at you and Russell for a long, silent moment, then clenches her jaw and stands. “Come on. I’m teaching you two how to make a decent breakfast.”
She teaches the two of you how to make pancakes –without burning them, something you’ve never managed before—and the four of you eat breakfast in the rec room while watching reruns of the original “Teen Titans” cartoon series.
“The reboot is utter blasphemy,” Ellie comments when you ask her about it. “Just… don’t even try to watch it, okay?”
You all spend the rest of the day together; you play video games, you explore the house and the grounds, you watch TV and movies…
And then before you know it, it’s night again, and the house is still too damn quiet.
It’s clear that the three teens think the same, judging by the desperate looks they give you.
You glance at the mattresses, which are still on the rec room floor, then look back at them. “You guys wanna camp out another night?”
Russell’s face lights up. “Yeah!”
“I think it sounds like fun!” Yukio agrees.
Ellie shrugs and taps at her phone. “Whatever.”
You grin. “Sounds like we’re all in agreement, then.”
The next few days follow the same pattern: stay up late playing video games and watching TV, wake up mid-morning and eat breakfast, spend the day playing games, watching movies, or getting into mild mischief, then do it all over again.
It’s great. A little care-free, a little irresponsible, but it’s great.
It’s hard to feel lonely when you’re surrounded by friends, after all.
“So, wait.” Russell puts his slice of pizza down and focuses intently on Yukio. “Your family’s okay with you being a mutant?”
Yukio smiles and nods. “Yes. I am very fortunate, of course, but mutantism is viewed different in Japan. It’s more celebrated. Mutants are said to be blessed by our ancestors and the spirits.”
“I wish it was that way here,” Russell mutters, somewhat dejected. “I’m glad you have a supportive family, though. That’s… that’s good.”
“You have a supportive family, too,” Yukio says with a sweet smile. “All mutants are family to each other. Don’t forget that.”
You can’t help but smile as Russell perks up. “So, when do you go and visit your family?”
“I have an aunt in California,” Yukio says. “She hosts my parents during spring break so I can see them, and I go home to see them during winter break and part of summer break.”
“Is she a mutant too?” Russell asks.
Yukio shakes her head. “The last mutant in my family before me was my great-great grandfather.”
“It’s pretty rare for families to have long histories of active mutations,” Ellie chimes in as she munches on her pizza crust. “The X-gene’s pretty fickle.”
Russell frowns. “I thought Colossus came from a mutation family.”
Ellie snorts. “That’s just Russia, dude. Russia’s weird.”
“What about your family, Y/N?” Yukio asks. “Do you have any mutants in your family?”
Your mind flashes to your uncle automatically –his work as a mercenary, his history as a non-voluntary government agent, how spending those rare few weeks on his farm were the best weeks of your life when you were growing up.
You smile and shrug. “We’ve had one or two along the way.”
The four of you play video games for maybe an hour at a most, that night.
The rest of it, you spend talking.
“My parents threatened to kick me out when I came out as gay.” Ellie takes a swig from her water bottle. “They actually did it when my mutation manifested.”
Yukio frowns sympathetically and squeezes her girlfriend’s hand. “But your aunt’s been very supportive.”
Ellie smirks. “Doesn’t hurt that she’s gay, too.” She glances over at you. “What about your family?”
You roll your eyes. “Who gives a shit.”
Ellie laughs and nods. “That’s a mood.”
“What happened when your mutation manifested?” Russell asks. “I blew up a toilet.”
“I was outside when it happened,” Ellie says. “I got lucky. I did destroy a couple trashcans, though.”
“I made a few lights explode,” Yukio adds.
You look down at your hands when everyone looks at you. “I accidentally killed someone.” You swallow hard and take a deep breath. “I was five.”
Yukio moves to sit next to you and wraps her arms around you in a hug. “It wasn’t your fault.”
You manage a smile and pat her arm. “Thanks.”
“Does it feel good to kill people?” Russell blurts out.
Ellie whips her half empty water bottle at his head. “You don’t just ask that, idiot!”
You hold up a hand before she can rip into the poor kid. “It’s okay, Ellie.”
Because you know why he’s asking. You know he’s gotten different bits and pieces of the story from Wade and the X-Men –and a few from Nate when he was feeling vindictive—about why Nate was trying to kill him and why Wade worked so hard to save him.
You can hear the unspoken question he’s asking: Am I at risk? Am I going to become the monster people always said I am?
You asked yourself the same question growing up, after each incident you had with the men that liked to hunt you with guns when you ran away.
You look him in the eye. “It doesn’t. The only people who really get off on killing people are psychopaths. You aren’t a psychopath.”
Russell relaxes visibly.
“What does that make Wade?” Ellie mutters, half sarcastic and half serious.
“Psychopaths hurt people for the sake of hurting them,” you interject quickly. “Wade does it to take out people who hurt other people.”
“He’s a psychopath killer,” Russell says.
You shrug. “Basically.”
“That doesn’t make it right,” Ellie argues.
“I never said anything about right,” you fire back. “Wade definitely breaks nearly every single ethical and moral convention there is, but he has a code. And knowing that he goes after the kind of people that hurt me growing up…” You shrug again when your voice trails off. “I sleep better at night. I’m not ashamed to admit that.”
“I sleep better, too,” Russell chimes in quietly. “If it wasn’t for someone like Wade, I would’ve become a monster. Or the people at Essex would’ve kept hurting me.”
“It takes all kinds to make the world go around,” Yukio says, reaching over to hold Ellie’s hand again. “Wade is just one of the many kinds we need.”
Ellie lets out a huff. “He’s the crazy kind.”
But there’s no malice behind it, no insult.
The corner of your mouth turns up in a smile. “I doubt even he’d argue with you on that.”
Professor Xavier and the handful of mutants he took with him return home a couple days later.
It’s Piotr that finds your little set up in the rec room, though, which is probably for the best.
He crosses his arms over his chest and smiles down at the four of you. “I see you redecorated.”
The four of you look at each other, grin, then look back at Piotr. “Yeah.”

Giselle
I just couldn’t believe that today was here……. The day that I marry Dominic Maurice Cartier in front of all of our family and friends. Yes, we got married years ago, but that was a shotgun wedding because I was 6 months pregnant with Angel and running away from Daddy.
But here we are. I kept staring in the mirror at myself, waiting for this to be a dream, but it never was.
“Dominic Zacharie Mason Boudreaux Cartier!!! Come Back here!!” Lizzie yelled, making me turn around to Mason bursting into my bridal suite.
“Mom! Do I have to wear this suit!” He complained.
Mason was 8 years old now, and very opinionated, if he didn’t like something, he was very quick to tell you.
“It’s only for a few hours Dominic. I promise.” I tried to level with him by brushing his hair and squeezing his freckled face, trying not to laugh at Lizzie’s bewildered face
He just scoffed, “Really Mom, my first name?”
I laughed, It’s not that he didn’t like his first name, he just didn’t like being an exact replica of his father and people calling him Dominic. Which, by genetics, he was. No one really called him Dominic anyways, I just need him to know how serious I was.
“Yes, really. Can you please just wait?”
“Fine. Dad says he misses you.” He mumbled then walked out of the room.
I smiled at his statement, because I miss Dominic as well. With him asking me to marry him again, we’ve spent every night next to each other and it’s been two years since then. But last night, we had to say our goodbyes and to tell you the truth, I was too excited and I couldn’t sleep.
Lizzie closed the door and sat next to me.
“We’re here kiddo.” She smiled sadly, I knew why though.
“Yeah, here we are.”
We kind of stayed silent, but I knew the bad news was coming.
“They can’t find Daddy, can they?” I asked.
She shook her head. “No one can find him.”
I sighed, “I don’t know why I got my hopes up for. I haven’t seen Daddy since Angel was a baby, what makes me think he would be alive and if he was, why would he come to a wedding where I’m marrying the man, he despised.”
“He’s still our father Giselle. Hell I wish he could meet Zoey….I wish Mommy could too. I feel that they would be proud of us, no matter what. It’s not inconceivable that you wanted him to meet your family and walk you down the isle.”
I nodded my head, but it didn’t help. Rosalee got a message apparently saying that our father was alive. The only ones that knew were Rose, Xavier, Lizzie and I. And we used every connection we had to find our father.
Did I hate the man? Yes, he kept me away from my daughter and the love of my life. He caused me more pain than anyone else in my life….. but i couldn’t help but to want him here, on my day. My kids don’t even know about my father, and I think that is heartbreaking. He was a hard man who had a hard life, but I know he would’ve loved them til the ends of the earth.
Again, brought out of my thoughts by Olivia.
“Giselle, Dominique is wanting to talk to you.” She said poking her head in.
I nodded, and watched my 3 year old walk in and get excited by looking at me.
“You so pretty mommy.” She smiled.
“Thank you, Nique, You’re very pretty too. Is everything okay?”
She  beamed and nodded at me.
“Can I sit by you and color?” She asked.
“Sure baby.”
Can you fault me? I loved Andrea Dominique like my own daughter. She was so small and timid  with loose black curls all over her head. She rarely spoke and when she did, it  was really only to Dominic and I. She constantly loved being around me, and I loved her being there.
At first, I was unsure on how me raising another woman’s child would effect my family dynamic, but Dominique has only enhanced it. She is the sweetest girl you would ever meet. As of a few months ago, I legally adopted her and I am her mother.  As for her birth mother? Bitch is salty every time something significant in our life happens.
Katie, is still in jail, and will be there for a long ass time. She for some odd reason, believes that she is going to get out and get back with Dominic, but she’s fucking insane for that shit. I refuse for Dominique to go by herself to the jail to visit Katie until she’s at least 10. Dominique hates going to see her, because she always feels that Katie is mean. Every time Dominique comes back, I have to de-program her from the shit she hears from Katie.
“10 more minutes ladies!!!!” My wedding planner yelled at us.
Everyone kind of squealed excitedly, and ran out.
“You ready?” Olivia asked me.
“More than you know.” I said smiling.
Tumblr media
Dominic
I knew that today was going to be an emotional day. I was finally marrying the love of my life in front of our entire family. I knew she was going to be absolutely beautiful.
“Angel, can you hand me my tie please?” I called out to her.
“Sure.” She said coming into view of my mirror. My daughter was 10 now and absolutely beautiful. She had my color, and my freckles and Giselle’s moles plastered all over her body. She had my black hair with Giselle’s length. Eyes the color of Caramel and She looked exactly like her mother. I knew, that I was going to have trouble with the little boys when she got older.
“Why didn’t you want to be in the girl suite again?” I quizzed
“I don’t know, I just wanted to be with you today.” She said, but then mumbled, “Plus mommy has ‘Dominique’ now.”
I sighed. “Angel, Dominique didn’t take away your mother from you, she just needs mommy’s attention, a little more than you.”
She looked at me, “I know. but still.”
“We love you all equally okay? No one is taking you away from me or your mother. You are our very first princess. You’re special, okay?”
She smiled, “Yes.”
Just then a knock came at my door, “Ayo D, we need to talk.” Jeremiah said to me.
“Angel, Let me talk to Uncle J. Please go check on your brother and sister for me. Also on your mother?”
She nodded and said greetings to J, and skipped out the room.
“Did you find this nigga?” I asked
J shook his head, “You know if X doesn’t want to be found, he won’t be.”
“I know, but I couldn’t go looking because that would scare him off. But I thought he’d at least be here for G.”
Even though she didn’t tell me, I knew the one thing Giselle wanted in her life was Xavier Valentine Boudreaux here to give her away. Even if I did hate him and want him dead. Giselle’s wants came before mine.  It was even more shocking to find out that X was alive….. Boudreaux aren’t good at being discreet. I figured it out a few hours after the messages were sent to all of X’s children.
“You think he got the messages?” I asked.
J just shrugged, “You never know, but it’s almost showtime.”
I couldn’t help but to smile.
~
I was sitting at our wedding reception, watching my beautiful family, Giselle, was dancing with Mason and Dominique. While Angel and Sage were off bothering Olivia and Jeremiah. Watching the sight I am the happiest man ever. I never thought we would officially be here.
The ceremony was beautiful, Giselle was supposed to walked down the isle by her brother, but she decided walk by herself. I honestly cried because my baby was so Angelic and I just wanted to take her right there in the church. It was absolutely beautiful.
I guess she caught me staring and came over.
“Are you having a good time.” She smiled and kissed me on the lips.
“I’m fantastic, I know I’ve said this way too many times tonight but, You look really beautiful Gi.”
“Thank you Baby, and you look very handsome in your white suit.”
“Well, the mother of my children picked out this suit for me, isn’t it nice.” I smirked.
“She has good taste.”
We sat at the head table watching our families enjoy themselves, when I noticed a stranger in the corner, who then left as soon as they saw me look their way. I spoke to Giselle, asking her to get up because she was leaning against me. She nodded, got up and went to comfort a crying Dominique.
I exited the reception area opposite of the stranger to catch up with them before they had the chance to leave the building.  Walking down the hallway, I didn’t see anyone, when I heard a pistol cock and felt cold steel against my neck. I instantly put my hands in the air.
“You know, you didn’t even ask for her hand, I should blow your head off right now.” He said
I slightly laughed, and elbowed him in the ribs, twisting his wrists and the gun ending up in my hands, so I pointed the pistol at Xavier’s chest.
“You took her away from me in the first place, I should shoot you in the chest right now.” I smirked
“Nice to see you haven’t lost you tenacity, young blood.”
I rolled my eyes and de-assembled the gun and gave it back to him.
“So you got my messages.”
“Of course, but I couldn’t walk her, she was absolutely radiant. But that would put everyone at risk. It’s best if everyone still thinks I’m dead.” He spoke with sadness
“I understand that… but Gi.” I trailed off.
“She understands. Trust me. She understands. You have a beautiful family Dominic. Both you and Jeremiah.”
I smiled, “Thank you X.”
“You know that the protection of my family comes first, and back then I thought-“
I picked up my hand to stop him, “I accept your apology.”
He simply nodded his head, “They’re safe where they are, with you. Better than anything I could’ve done.”
Before I could answer back, I heard a panicked commotion, my first instinct was to run into the hall and I did, but I remembered that X was in the hallway, I turned back and he was gone.
I sighed and went into the room, where I saw Giselle and Lizzie holding each other crying at a grand piano. Liv was standing nearby with tears in her eyes.
“What the hell is going on?”
Tumblr media
Giselle
While the party was going on, someone delivered a grand piano, in as a wedding present for Dominic and I.
I couldn’t find D, so I was nosey and decided who it was from. The piano looked brand new, but when I got up close, I could tell that it was slightly old, but it had been taken care of.
“It looks exactly like the one, momma played.” I heard Lizzie say
“It does, doesn’t it.” I said circling it, I played the keys a little
I picked up the card to read who it was from, and at the same time Elizabeth and I called each other’s names.
We both had tears in our eyes, “Is this Momma’s piano?” I whispered.
“It has our names stitched into the bottom, when we were little. The chip where you fell and broke your tooth as a kid on it. It’s Momma’s Piano. But where did it come from?” She cried.
I handed her the card that read…..
“You deserve this day, just like you deserve this piano. You saved yourself from me, now let Dominic save you. Forever my love. ~ Daddy.”
After the crying fit that Lizzie and I had, I was drained and ready to go on our honeymoon. The kids are staying with Mama Celeste and switching between Liv and Lizzie. Which I am thankful for, 2 weeks and no kids Dominic and I have never gotten a moment of peace between the both of us. Even when we met, no peace. But as soon as we come back, it’s Nique’s 4th birthday.
We decided to stay in a hotel to rest before going on our honeymoon tomorrow, and I had a few things we needed to take care of.
“How is it, that on our wedding night, we are taking a pregnancy test?” I mumbled to Dom
We were sitting in the bathroom, with me peeing on a stick because I had realized that I missed my period.
“I mean, either way, I had plans to get you pregnant on the honeymoon, so if you aren’t now, you will be once we get back.” He smirked.
“If I am pregnant, this is the last one, okay? Four kids is enough.” I told him
“If it’s a boy then sure, I’m fine with that 2 boys and 2 girls, but if it’s a girl, we are going to keep trying until I get my son.” He stated proudly
I rolled my eyes, just as the timer went off.
“You do realize, that we have 3 kids already and this is the first time that we’ve taken a pregnancy test together?” I asked.
He kind of just looked at me, then said: “And if you are pregnant, it’ll be the first time that I was with you through the entire pregnancy and raising the baby.”
It was my turn to look at him, “Oh my god, are you going to be extremely over-protective?”
Which he just smirked, “Dominic, please. I can’t take you when you’re like that.”
“Woman what does the test read!!!” He cackled
I looked at the directions again and spoke out loud, “A plus and a minus means pregnant, a vertical line and a horizontal line means negative.”
“So which one are we?!!” He jumped up from the seat.
I knew he was excited and couldn’t wait any longer, so I read the results.
“A plus and a minus. We’re pregnant. DOMINIC WE’RE PREGNANT!!!!” I screamed
He picked me up and spun me around.
He finally sat me on my feet and we just hugged each other, I started crying against his chest.
This pregnancy will not be of pain and suffering like my first 2 were. We are going to be together through everything, i know that he wouldn’t even let my feet touch the ground or any pain come my way because of how much this means to the both of us.
“I love you, and I’m so glad I didn’t let you get too far away from me and I’m so glad you’re giving me another baby.” He whispered in my ear, kissing my neck.
“I love you too D,” I said and I reached up to kiss my King, for my Happily ever after
I was finally happy, I wasn’t trapped or running away from anyone, I didn’t have anyone controlling me. I found me and I finally got my man back and I had my beautiful family, despite obstacles and turmoil. I knew this is what Serenity felt like.
This all started because I fell in love with someone I wasn’t supposed to, becoming broken-hearted to being my own hero, saving myself and rewriting my destiny.
I had Dominic, Angel, Mason, Dominique and our newest edition…. My happily ever after.
Nothing could be better than this.

Pathfinder on Jarguund
So, I run two separate Pathfinder games on my fan plane on Jarguund. The plane is like if you mixed Scandinavia, Canada, and then Rome and Eastern Europe, to give you an idea. One game is on hold and the other plays weekly, or as close as we can get.
I have five players for the running campaign:
- The first character is named RJ Lienad, who is a female human Bloodrager
- The second is named Thrastmeid Thorkinith, who is a male Tiefling Skald
- The third is a male white kobold Gunslinger, named George
- The fourth is a male elven Magus, named Xavier Smolderwood
- The last is Igor, a human male Slayer
Last time, the group leveled up to level 5. We have been playing since Christmas, and they were excited to level up. George couldn’t play today, sadly, but we pressed on anyhow. The party had just witnessed a gnoll attack on the village they were travelling to, and the local guard promised them coin if they went after the rest of the gnolls, who carted off bodies and living people alike. Surveying the destroyed town, they figured, “Why not get more money? Nothing wrong with that.” The more morally aligned, such as Thrastmeid and Igor brought up, “Hey, they have living prisoners. We should probably save them before they’re eaten.” Good thinking, guys! So they went out the following morning, or today’s game, and tracked the war band.
The party found a depression in the rolling hills filled with fog, that had a cart in it. They dove in, all of their perceptions low, not using stealth at all. Finding bloody carts filled with bodies, they figured they had the right place. Thrastmeid found the entrance to the temple. The underground complex had two floors and was a Temple to Hertha, the Goddess of Death. They stepped in and fought off 12 gnolls, all CR 1. The battle attracted the Gnoll Pack Lord, a CR 8 creature. The battle lasted two hours real time, 4 minutes in game time, with everyone going down twice, except for Igor and George, who stayed as far from the fighting as they could.
The cramped underground halls kept them from flanking the Pack Lord, and their main damage dealers were being beat constantly and consistently by the Pack Lord’s massive Falchion. Who would have thought a healer would have been important? Anyway, to the point of this whole thing. The Pack Lord was one of two bosses I had planned. It was not looking good. They drank all of the potions they had bought or looted since level 1, months ago. When they killed the Pack Lord, they refused to go down into the lower floor.
My trap was set. I cackled with delight as I made each of them make Will saves; the second boss was afoot, and very much wished to speak with them. For you see, the gnolls were supplying corpses and living sacrifices to a vampire. A samurai vampire. Vandalizing and defiling the temple, the vampire lured the group into the cellar, where they watched him suck the soul out of a town citizen. He greeted them, and asked for an honorable battle. Seeing their wounded state, with Thrastmeid at -9 hit points, and everyone else below a quarter of their max, the vampire took the life energy of the rest of the prisoners and forced the party to take it (as in, I took pity, and realized I had a TPK on my hands if I didn’t do something). Glad for the health but angry over the ridiculousness of the situation, they attacked.
He took their intervention poorly, expounded on the dangers of the Cult of Hertha while he grappled with RJ, the red-haired Bloodrager (he was part of the Witch’s Coven, which is actually just an organization of vampires who want to take over the world). He felt a certain necklace RJ had in her pocket.
The turn order went thusly: Xavier, the Samurai, RJ, George, Thrastmeid, and Igor. Xavier missed his attacks. The Samurai nearly gave RJ negative levels as they grappled. RJ broke the grapple, throwing the samurai away. Thrastmeid missed his attacks. George missed his musket shot. Igor hit, dealing 7 damage with his crossbow. Xavier missed again. The Samurai called for RJ’s necklace, healed 5 points, and waited for her answer. The party knew it contained a demon, and the samurai offered to let them go free, if they handed it over. The party wanted neither evil faction to have it, and were on  their way to seal it away or destroy it.
In defiance of the samurai, RJ put it on.
My boss had 78 health, fast healing 5, DR 10 magic/slashing, and cold resistance 20.
I planned this moment far in advance: should anyone put the necklace on outside of combat, it would strangle them until it either sliced through the wearer’s neck, or was somehow removed; should they put it on in combat, the demon would force power upon the wearer until the battle was over, which was when the demon would take “his payment” by choking the wearer to death.
RJ put on the necklace. She immediately got +10 Strength. In her rage, she attacked. She crit with her battleaxe. She dealt 76 damage, overcoming the DR, immediately killing my bigger, badder boss on the second turn.
Moral of the Story? If you’re a DM, prepare for everything and anything. Your players will always surprise you. Don’t get too attached to bosses you create. If the dice gods wish it, so it will be. My players did something amazingly epic today. They survived something I thought barely winnable. No one even died! I was amazed, and happy for them. This was their most challenging game, and they loved it. So DMs, please challenge your players, let failure matter, let them have their epic moments, and don’t get petty when they wreck your carefully planned encounter in 12 in-game seconds.
