Night normally brought silence to the ship which probably was a surprise to most especially when it came to Luffy, he was someone who found it difficult to sit still. There was always someone who tended to keep watch because there was a chance that the threat of an enemy or even a storm could appear at any moment. One could never be careful when traveling through the seas of the New World. Everything could change in a moment's notice depending on what decided to appear, they were quick to learn that being cautious from the moment that they entered the waters. The words that often told the tales of what happened here was something that could not be ignored.

The night could serve as a good time to sort through any thoughts that were running through one's head. There were times when Sanji found himself standing out here with one of his cigarettes in his mouth. He did suffer from insomnia though which tended to make some nights quite difficult.

The kitchen had finally been wiped down with everything neatly put away just how the cook liked it, he did his best to keep it organized. That was the only reason why he had noticed Uta standing out there without anything to shield her from the cold. It seemed that it was going to be another cold night once again.

He doubted that the crew was going to wake up that easily, most of them were heavy sleepers especially Luffy and Zoro. "You should get inside where it's warm, I can make you something warm to drink." It was better to avoid the cold chill that lingered in the air since it was obviously not going to go away. At least, not until morning came. Sanji didn't know if she was willing to speak about what was bothering her, it was her decision to make. He wouldn't force her to tell unless she wanted to. She was a member of their crew though, they would be there to support her through what she was dealing with.

"Troublesome thoughts?" Thoughts like that was something that Sanji was familiar with whether it be connected to his past or his insomnia acting up. He knew how it felt when too many thoughts were running through your head, thoughts that made it difficult to focus on anything else. A small smile graced his lips as he rested his arms against the railing "It seems like you are missing someone, do you want to talk about it?"

listen i know this is the hardest swerve into the wall as of recently but. danganronpa. the dangan fixation hit a curb in 2022 because of a certain old man & his toy but do you ever think about how good it is

Oddly enough I feel more comfy anxietyposting here instead of twitter so uh. I preface this with Yes I’m A Grown Adult but I am irrationally anxious about This :’)

I love the Epic The Musical soundtrack so much for so many different reasons. First, it feels really cyclical, the stories were originally told in poetic verse in the form of hymns, then written down, and now they're once again being told in poetic verse in the form of songs, and I think that's beautiful. Humans can't stop telling stories and making poetry and singing songs, and the musical honors the spirit of the original medium of telling the story really well but pots a modern twist on it. I also love the range of emotions the songs stir up. Each one inspires me to create or learn in a different way. Some songs make me want to ice skate, some make me want to learn more about various weaponry, some make me want to play the cello, and some make we want to draw. The only exception to this being Legendary, which, for the first half, makes me want to skate, but then there's the jarring transition to the second half, which just makes me feel like I've been body-checked by a bunch of hockey players, and then it's supposed to be followed by Little Wolf, which is a song that just generally makes me want to climb the walls and do stuff.

The blonde was used to his captain's crazy antics which tended to make an appearance quite often, this was most likely one of them. Not that Sanji could argue with the people that Luffy tended to trust depending on the situation though, Yamato was one of those people. He wasn't the one who decided who could join their crew, that was their captain's decision to make "There's nothing wrong with wanting to join us, I can't argue against whatever decision Luffy decides to make."

"Luffy tends to gloss over important details sometimes especially if his attention is focused on something else. I won't stop you if that's what you truly want." With the flick of his lighter the cigarette was lit, he didn't know where the path was going to take them next, but Sanji would loyally follow their captain. The man was the reason why he was on the ship in the first place who was determined to find a cook back then.

There were no mixed feelings toward Yamoto while it was just something that the cook wasn't expecting, he was less shocking then Brook was though. The man was a walking, talking skeleton. "Ace wasn't wrong, Luffy is determined to become the King of the Pirates. You just might see him reach that goal." Ace's death was something that no one from the crew expected to happen, he was their friend. He was Luffy's family which was enough for them after that first meeting in the desert. That was a difficult time for everyone who knew the dark-haired man. A gentle smile graced his lips as a cloud of smoke filled the air

"He's not wrong, I have to be to deal with Luffy's appetite. I'll make your favorite dish sometime."
