Okay, so Sevika genuinely has no idea how you two ended up together. Like, she’s the definition of calm, brooding, and calculated, while you’re… you. A hurricane of energy, chaos, and jokes that don’t even make sense half the time.

The first time you made a joke, Sevika just stared at you like you’d grown a second head. You were probably sitting at her usual spot in The Last Drop, grinning like a lunatic.

“Hey, Sev, why did the scarecrow win an award?”

Dead silence. She didn’t even look up from her drink.

“…Because he was outstanding in his field!”

Her only reaction was a slow exhale through her nose as she took another sip of her drink. She didn’t laugh, didn’t even acknowledge the joke. You pouted for a solid five minutes until she rolled her eyes and said, “It wasn’t funny.” But she was smirking a little, so you counted it as a win.

You make jokes constantly. Some are bad puns, others are absolutely unhinged, and Sevika doesn’t get any of them. You tried to explain sarcasm to her once, and it ended with you laughing so hard you couldn’t breathe while she just… stared at you in confused judgment.

“Why would you say something you don’t actually mean? That’s… dumb.”

“No, Sev, that’s the joke!”

“I think your brain is broken.”

She’ll never admit it, but she secretly finds your jokes endearing. Like, yeah, they don’t make sense, but the way your face lights up when you deliver the punchline? She could watch that forever.

You love poking at her stoicism just to see if you can get her to crack. One time, you randomly blurted out, “Hey, Sevika, do you think fish ever get thirsty?”

She looked at you like you’d lost your mind. “What?”

“Fish. Do they get thirsty? Like, how does that even work?”

Her hand immediately came up to pinch the bridge of her nose. “I am not doing this with you right now.”

But the thing is, no matter how chaotic or nonsensical you are, Sevika always has your back. She’ll grumble and call you reckless, but if anyone so much as looks at you the wrong way, she’s already rolling up her sleeves (or flexing her metal arm) like, “You got a problem?”

One time, someone actually laughed at your joke before Sevika did, and you milked it for weeks.

“See, Sev, they get my humor. Maybe I should just date them instead—”

“Don’t even joke about that.” She said it so seriously that you immediately shut up… before teasing her about being jealous five minutes later.

Despite her endless teasing, Sevika has soft moments where she shows she cares. You’ll be bouncing off the walls, rambling about some dumb idea you had, and she’ll just sit there, watching you with this look in her eyes. Like, yeah, you’re exhausting, but you’re her brand of exhausting.

“You’re ridiculous,” she mutters, pulling you into her lap and resting her chin on your shoulder.

“But you love me,” you say, smirking.

“Unfortunately.” But she kisses your temple anyways

Let’s be real-Sevika doesn’t get your jokes, but she loves you. Your energy might drive her insane, but it’s also what makes her feel alive. And if that means putting up with your ridiculous puns and weird questions, so be it.

In the end, Sevika’s your grumpy rock, and you’re her chaotic sunshine. She’ll roll her eyes and sigh, but deep down, she wouldn’t have it any other way.

the last time sae fought with you was long back. just like every couple. it happens, as it sometimes does. nothing surprising, nothing unhealthy.

this afternoon stood different, however. as he halted himself mid way, incase the passive-aggressive tones would escalate into yellings or more or worse.

now as he was zoned out at the grocery store. the elderly cashier, who was intently scanning items at her register, she likely wouldn't pass judgement on him. it was late, after all, and the store was relatively quiet.

with this moment of quiet, he allowed himself to ponder the fight that occurred. and he realises that he did the right to halt his words midway. he's glad he shut his mouth. he knows he should do it often.

despite the painful awkward silence that lingered in the afternoon—all due to his mistake—he considers himself lucky. as you, still accepted a kiss on the cheek before he stepped out, and this memory quickly pushed away the recollection of the fight from his mind.

his thoughts now dwelled on this brief, tender moment with you, and he yearned for more. he wanted to kiss you more. everywhere his lips desired.

as if someone slapped him to consciousness, he shakes his head, adjusting the cap on properly. like any typical boyfriend, he grabs the snacks you like. some new ones in stock he assumes you would like. and the condoms he had been starting at subconsciously for the past few minutes. if maybe not an apology or snacks, there's gotta be a third way or more to woo you.

your initial response after seeing the bag with snacks was to reach out and grab them. your attempt to do so prevented by sae who swiftly moved the bag out of your reach. telling you to at least let him in first and that the bag may or may not be heavy for you to carry.

gently giving your head a little bonk—which you initially got annoyed at, not knowing it was a little excuse for him to have your undivided attention—before taking his shoes off and stepping in.

he places the bags on the kitchen table, you immediately grabbing onto the snacks you desired. sae questioned you if you're heading to bed, noticing you wearing comfy clothes, not forgetting to notice them looking undeniably cozy, just perfect for snuggling.

and you told him you, were indeed heading to bed, as you set your desired snacks aside and helped placing the other once in their respective places. placing the energy drinks in the fridge, completely ignoring when sae nagged at you about you skipping dinner.

it was his time to ignore you when you kept telling him not to order food. his phone snatched right after he dialed three digits.

it was his turn to get annoyed as well, grabbing onto your wrist tightly and pulling you closer. his mind diving into the gutter deeper if possible.

just a little closer and he'd have the kiss he yearned.

and you waited for it too, half out of anxiety and half out of—cause maybe you yearned to give him the affection that he craved for so long.

but instead, he simply snatches his phone back, keeping in mind to not cross the boundaries. but he's a bit selfish too. still holding onto your wrist and keeping you closer. until distraction in the form of the pack of condoms fall from the bag.

you're not looking at him, he's doesn't really have more courage to keep staring at you. but he already assumed what you might be thinking. he assumed you were thinking of his audacity to...

you shove him away. grabbing onto the two chocolate bars as you head to the bedroom while sae reminds he's still gonna order food. and he lets out the most heart-wrenching sigh any living creature has ever made.

sae sees you eating the chocolate bars while being in the bed. considering if he should nag at you or make a lame joke about getting ants in the bed. he decides to shut up instead. thinking that yeah, that's probably the better thing to do.

you're already lying on your side when sae plops on the bed beside you. putting an arm around your waist as he pulls you in closer, he apologizes. yes. itoshi sae says sorry. you let out a deep breath, him feeling you resisting the urge to push his hand away.

he makes you turn to face him. his voice seeming much bold and stricter only for him to go dead silent when you do so.

eyes shamlessly falling onto your lips. and oh how he wanted to have those handsy make-out sessions. which were pretty rare, only making his mind wander even more with other naughty possibilities.

he takes your hand in his instead. kissing on the cold knuckles as says sorry again. placing more kisses on your fingertips while repeatedly apologizing.

and the soft features you had on while looking at him soon turned into annoyed once. yet again. as you scold him. pointing all the mistakes he made. which he only agrees with, repeating that he knows. he knows.

and you give in. telling him yes but man the time wasn't on his side. and the doorbell with the awaiting delicious meal never sounded more frustrating.

Hey, so guys—I’m gonna write a whole ass theory/not-theory post about love and deepspace. Please give me your own thoughts and excuse my rambling it’s 2 am and I’m supposed to be asleep.

No but I actually need the LI to interact in game, I know (think or read somewhere) that the love and dating parts are separate timelines and in the “main” timeline MC doesn’t romanticise any of them(?). Anyway not my point, my point is that they all canonically exist in the same place and Caleb is probably the one tying everyone together.

I swear I believe it was Caleb that Rafayel talked to in the nest place where he lead MC so she could find the Onychinus. There was also a TikTok someone made (probably as a joke) of why Rafayel’s reaction to MC feeding him an apple threw him off.

Caleb is also Zayne’s childhood friend, but alright I’m gonna take a little spin off and ask;

When Zayne is reborn, does he remember everything immediately? Does he as a child bear memories of his previous lives as an adult? Or does the memories come to him with age?

Because IF the case is that Zayne already as a child knows of his past with MC and still has the powers of seeing the future, did he perhaps purposefully become friends with Caleb and MC?

Alright back to the main plot point of my post.

I dunno much about Xavier because I don’t have his full 5-star myth yet, but I do know he’s travelling through space and time (?) and that dude knows some shit. He’s most likely also being extra overprotective because of Caleb, like he’s maybe met an alternative version of him in the past?

Oh, but then there’s Sylus.

I’m just saying, Zayne, Rafayel and Xavier all helped MC find the Onychinus and if they truly thought she would be in life threatening danger they probably would’ve stopped her.

I don’t know how!!! But I’m just yapping so stay with me, ok? They all wanted her to find Sylus, because Sylus is the only one strong enough to protect her.

They probably know about the aether cores, that MC can use the dragon to their advantage. However they didn’t realise that MC and Sylus actually share half of each soul, that they are two kindred spirits.

Oh-ho! But Caleb knows, and Caleb haaaates it. Because he, the one who imprisoned Sylus to begin with, wants nothing more than to see the dragon back into the abyss. Because Caleb, the whole reason he’s in MC’s life is to get to Sylus.

Knowing she’s the key to the dragon, he decides to use her, manipulate her into thinking he’s nothing but a kind and loving friend. Sadly, Caleb didn’t anticipate that he too would be smitten by MC.

So everything just turns complicated now, because in the “main timeline” where MC doesn’t romanticise any of the LI, they’re all very much in love with her.

Gods and when they finally all meet… I’m envisioning like the Deepspace throwing every universe together, causing the past, future and present to mash up and fuck the whole reality… and something something Ever.

Patrick had been on tour for about a year at this point. It’s been almost 125 days since he’s last visited Art (not that he’s counting or anything). As much as he had somewhat adjusted to his new life, there was still things he missed about MRTA. Even though hates to admit it, he misses the structure. A few weeks go by and so far their plan has worked flawlessly. They’ll text each other updates, sometimes accompanied by pictures, and it’s the closest they can get to living together again.

One night Patrick decides he’s going to go out at the local gay bar, get a drink, and maybe get to someone too. Once he gets there he takes a selfie with his drink to send to Art accompanied by a text, going out tonight let’s see where the night takes me.

A few minutes later Patrick is still sitting at the bar, watching everyone else on the dance floor. He sets his eye on a petite blond who seems to be here with his friends. They’re dancing and giggling together. Patrick is about to get up and make his move until he hears a very familiar song fill the bar. It’s their song. Well it’s not really their song but it started more like a joke.
