Hiya. It’s wellness Wednesday in the community today. Every Wednesday I post a reminder to work on your own “teapot of well-being” (there a blog post on this at ninaaspencer.com) Sometimes we get so busy being mum being a business owner, trying to do all the things we forget to take care of us. Hey even though it’s what I consider a foundation to everything I still fail from time to time & im still learning to get to that full wellness state. This morning I’m off to tai chi. I’m always ready to try something new. If it feels good I stick to it if it doesn’t I move on.
