Its practices like these help every individual to rejuvenate and stay composed while achieving a sense of balance in their hectic lifestyles.
So yes, it is something that men should practice as it is good to look after themselves. It is good to acknowledge your mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Needless to Say, Exercise!
We are sure, men are quite adept at the routine of a regular workout regime. If not, it is great to include some physical activity in your daily routine. Not only is it conducive to your physical well being but it also contributes greatly to tackling depression and anxiety.

Besides such introspection, this is your personal time to write about your goals, your progress and other things you would like to remember.
A Solid Night Routine
Without a chance, sleep is a very prominent part of your day. Sleep is meant for you to charge your batteries, rest your mind and body and be able to get back to the start of your day with more energy and productivity.
Men tend to let go of or ignore small practices that could help them maintain a healthy peaceful sleep routine.
Who said skincare routines are only for women? It wouldn’t hurt for men to indulge in a little skincare before hitting the bed. It would also help to not go through work emails, or messages or watch the news before sleeping. You could watch something enjoyable, sip on some green tea and have a night of much better sleep than when you are unmindful of the importance of a good night’s sleep.
Reconnect With What Makes You Happy
It is human to lose track of life once we start leading hectic lifestyles. However, it is always good to go back to something that you cherish, admire and that makes you grateful and happy after a tiring day at work.
If you have a creative side and are used to painting or writing or even playing an instrument, it is high time you get back to it. Awaken the child in you. It is also never too late to pick up a new hobby that gets you excited and happy apart from work and other responsibilities.
Prioritize Yourself
Lastly, you are responsible for yourself. Do not take yourself for granted. Pay attention to the small things in your routine that help you feel better and perform better. Prioritize your day and indulge in small things that make it more fulfilling and wholesome.
