My first workout at home since.. last year 2020?

It really feels so good to do some workout! Especially when you don’t feel like doing it and still push yourself to do it because you know it’ll reward you in some way and so it leaves you with a very sense of satisfaction.

I can’t believe it! It’s been a year already since the very first lockdown here in Italy and at that time I still remember being so enthusiastic about doing things at home I’ve never done before, let’s say as a real commitment. That’s why I started working out at home last March 2020. Incredible but honestly I’d never thought I’d be capable to do it straightly for at least one month.

I’ve learnt that even though things don’t go the way we actually want and so difficulties come over you still have many other chances to grab and choose to keep going. I know It may be painful at first but you’ll be able to say you made it at last.
