✨a kid and their carer are sitting in their living room together and crafting tree ornaments out of paper, pearls, empty walnuts and ribbons. "Dd do you fink that if I make an ornament extra pretty for Santa n put it out for him with my wishlist he will be excited? He always gives people pwesents but he dun get dem back. I wan make Santa a pwesents too! N maybe I can get sum extra pwesents!" They giggle as they look up to their carer with big eyes, "Well baby, you can give it a try! I bet Santa would be super duper happy about a special ornament from you!" They pet their kiddos head lovingly and smile, their kid nods and collects a few supplies, "M gonna make it super duper pwetty n glittery! Maybe Santa even shows it to the elves, Rudolph n Mrs.Santa!", "Aw I bet he will little one! I can't wait to see it, how about I get Santas little helper some cookies and milk from the kitchen? In the name of Christmas spirit of course!" "Yush! I wan m bunny baba please!", "Aw of course kiddo, whatever my sweet little baby wants!"🎄

Fun fact of the day: the Grinch is the Christmas movie which brougth in the most revenue over the years. The runner up is home alone.

And sorry if I came off a little pushy, I just really value Friend’s personality and the banter. I have problems connecting with people and I can’t seem to get past the getting-to-know-you phase, so it makes me want to tear my hair out when I see it in dating sims. I already have way too much of that irl 😅. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to skip past that with Friend and I got to experience real friendship banter like that. I like that he’s comfortable with us and we can be comfortable with him in return (to an extent cuz he’s still a yandere lol)

The language is russian. Also nicknames using the “-k-“ sound can be used in a somewhat condescending manner. Since that specific type of nickname originated during the serfdom period of russia (1100s-1860s, basically slavery with extra steps), which was used by servants when talking to their masters to imply that they were of lower rank and didn’t deserve to be spoken with like an equal. Though nowadays it’s mostly jokingly used to imply that a person is kind of simple (think: himbo).

And this is not even getting into general non-affectionate nicknames or official shortening of names, and it’s especially not getting into the 300 other languages used throughout russia. This is just me talking about nicknames used affectionately by someone that’s a friend or a family member. Which coincidentally also sounds like the name of your night lord oc :)

I had guessed it was going to be a Slavic language. The language structure as well as vast amounts of little rules and tidbits (like the nickname system you just explained so thoroughly, thank you for that!) that pepper it make Russian, its dialects, and its sister languages so fun for me to learn about as someone who only speaks English and conversation German. It's fascinating for me as an American to hear the complexities of a country so large in the same way a lot of Europeans find America's diversity fascinating.

If you've seen this last part of the story, calling Elias a himbo isn't horribly far off. For someone so intelligent and violent, he does possess a lot of himbo qualities. Ignorance is certainly a large one.

My Ikea parcel arrived! I actually bought a lot of things but these are my favourites;

After work, went to pick up the kain I had made at the tailor's and I think it goes well with both the baju Kedah that Nisa got us last year, and the new baju Kedah that I got from shoppee real cheap. Cute, no?

The daring doings and singy songs of bal'ad the braveish verse 1

Bal'ad was sat in the run down house, he traveled here with some friends and when one died they all fled here, he was marveling at the beautiful elf lady who helped them, she was a magical nobel and her battle maids where staffing this little house while they where here, now his friends hard gone to do some preperations for something bal'ad forgot he wasnt paying attention he was he was too buisy mesmerised by the elf lady, and when she smiled politely at him he decided he must compose a sonet, her assistant who spoke for her approched bal'ad "little lizard friend didyou not wish to go with your friends?" Bal'ad blinked "oh i let them do, i um i stay yes me stay and um do the sing things" he inhaled preparing to sing before the assistant interupted "oooor perhaps lady vestis can uh send you on a ta-" bal'ad lept to his feet his light red scales glinting "QWEST!" the asistant blinked then cleared her throat "ahem yes to the east there is a small villege on the edge of the woods shed like you to go there and find a rare...uh...magic...red...herring" bal'ad narrowed his eyes as the assistant bit her lip as this was clearly the most...trustable thing hes ever heard "yush me am not let preety lady down" he snatched up his things and raced out the house he launched himself through the dark woods before he stoped hearing a snarl in the shadows "hello?" The brushes russtled and a wolf leeped out of the bushes snapping its foaming jaws, bal'ad blinked and steped back while taking in the wolfs appearance then his eyes lit up "puppy!" The wolf flinched and snaped its jaws at bal'ad again who wraped his arms around the dogs main suprising it, it aggressivly pulled its head free and snarled and again went to bite they pink kobold only for its stomach to loudly rumble, bal'ads head tilted hearing the sound then rummeged into his bag pulling out some meat sprinkling some special magic dust to enhance its tast then he threw it to the hungry wolf "awww little woof needs to eat not eat is not good" the wolf sniffed the meat and began to eat it hungrilly devoured the meat then nuzzled the compasionate kobold, bal'ad laughed and nuzzled back "maybe woof help me? I is bal'ad and i on qwest! Yes a qwest i need to go to village in east" the dog tilted its head unclear on bal'ads words and bal'ad didnt seem to realise so he petted the hound "want come with?" The wolfs tail wagged excitedly and bal'ad jumped for join he mounted the creature and was happy and content with his new mount then directed the beast and rashed into and through the woods destinctly in a direction but sadly a random one.

Dante understands how he felt, and it meant to always expect the bad. But he gives Vergil some courage to ask you out eventually.

Vergil had approached you in the small library room of the manner and gave you the small talk you missed so much. You wondered maybe he just had a bad week that's all. "Awe Vergil, I'm quite happy to see you today, I was a little worried for you these past few weeks. I thought I did something." You looked up/down at him smiling((tall girls deserve to look down on Vergil)) "sigh, I'm sorry y/n If I'm being honest, you did nothing. It was me." You were confused about his words, and what did he mean by "it was me." What happened? It isn't until he tells you why he's been that way is when you understand. But you also laugh at him. Making him stare you confused. "You stupid goof, I always loved you Vergil... Ever since I met you.." You caressed his cheek with your thumb. He melted into your touch and chuckles. "I'm not stupid by the way."

🏹 ♡ugh, he's gonna make it known. But you guys love to play cat and mouse huh? Vergil and Nero are annoyed by you two. But Vergil is happy that someone is taking this elephant off his damn back now. Dante doesn't even need to impress you, his charm alone is enough.

🏹 ♡But Dante is weird, unlike his brother, Dante takes it differently. He loves you but he has this fear in the back of his head that YOU don't like him back and strictly just want to be friends. He doesn't wanna ruin the already good relationship y'all have because of him.

🏹 ♡Vergil is literally about kill himself. He pretty much forcefully tell Dante to ask you out already, but Dante clearly tells him how he felt and that its just for the best. Vergil didn't have time to any of it. He's gonna flat out yell at him. "SHE ALREADY LIKES YOU, YOU FOOL!" And boy is Dante happy to know! Wow his brother is smart!

4th January 2025, Saturday - Happy birthday to Sarah! 🎂 Listening: Skip to the End, The Futureheads

Fun Saturday! Gege came by in the a.m. and despite me telling Mom that I won't be lunking at home, she still tempted me to eat together by buying patin tempoyak for lunk, and I couldn't resist 😂

So for my second lunk, 2121 and I went to Beard brothers because it has been awhile! I also wore my new pink shirt today 🌸

And then we went to Sogo 😂 To him, Sogo is his childhood. Whereas to me, Sogo is nostalgic because my very first job was at the building just opposite it so that area was my lunchtime "playground". It's so funny to see how they haven't changed much since the last time I worked in the area. But apparently it has changed a LOT since he was a kid.

Ended the night with some light meal of chicken at hotbird because we weren't that hungry but still wanted munchies.

So when you came home to a box on your shared bed, you didn't think much of it. You picked up the card that was placed on top of it and read the little note. "I know this is nothing like the usual stuff but I hope you still like it. I love you <3"

You smiled to yourself as you opened the box and pulled out a set of black lingerie. You were a little shocked by what you were holding in your hands right now. A few thoughts started to circle in your mind: "Is he being serious?", "Does he really think this will look good on me?"

You shook your head. Chan was a really thoughtful man. He wouldn't gift you something like this if he didn't think you'd look good in it.. right?

You looked at your phone. Chan would be home soon, so you tried ignoring the thoughts and removed your clothes, changing into the new lingerie. You looked into the mirror and stared at the person that was standing there, your eyes traveling over your whole body.

Tears started welling up in your eyes and you quickly turned around. You hated the way your stomach was exposed like that, hated how your legs were on full display, the way the stretch marks on your body were visible. You heard the front door to your and Chan's apartment closed and footsteps getting closer to the bedroom.

You started panicking, trying to cover yourself up with literally anything that would do the job. You didn't want your boyfriend to see you like this. But before you could even reach for the blanket on the bed, the door opened and revealed a happy Chan. "Hi, baby, how are y-," he looked at you. "Hey, are you crying? What's wrong, Y/N?"

You quickly took the blanket and wrapped yourself in it. "Nothing, i just.. I don't think lingerie is my thing, you know?" you tried to force a smile, failing hard. "Why? Wha- Did I go to far? I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to make you uncomfortable.." - "No, that's not- I just don't think it suits me, that's all".

Chan looked at you with a confused but still worries expression? "What about it don't you like, honey? Can you show me? Would that be okay?" he asked cautiously. You hesitated for a few second, removing the blanket after a bit. "I just think it would look better on me if I wasn't that big, you know?"

The man looked at you with wide eyes, making you reach for the blanket again but Chan grabbed it. "You look so beautiful, Y/N. It looks perfect, really," he smiled, walking closer to you and placing his hands on your waist. "You are so, so pretty, baby. What don't you like about the way you look? Wanna tell me?"

"My tummy, my thighs, these.. marks, it's just.. I just don't like it," you explained. "Can you lay down on the bed for me, please?" Chan asked and you followed, laying down. The man climbed onto the bed and hovered over you, quickly pecking your lips.

"Y/N, I think you look so good! It's okay to be big, you know? You're perfect the way you are," he said as he trailed kisses down your neck, on your collarbones and your shoulders. "These marks right here, they are so pretty on you. They belong to you, no?"

He continued planting kisses over your stomach, looking up into your face. "And your soft tummy~" he giggled. "I think it's really cute. I love it," he said, painting little shaped with his finger on it.

He continued trailing kisses over your hip bones and ended up leaving a ton of little pecks on your thighs. "And your thighs.. To be honest, Y/N, I think they are so sexy," he said and you giggled a little. "Hey, I'm being serious here. Whenever you're wearing shorts or a skirt, I just wanna grab them and show you how much I really love them. Maybe I should've done that, huh?" he smiled as he sat up beside you.

"For real, baby, I think you look perfect like that. You don't need to change anything unless you want it. But please don't feel like you need to change because others might want you to. It's your body, no matter the size," he smiled reassuring, leaving over and placing a last kiss on your forehead.

"Thank you, Channie. I really appreciate that a lot," you said, a small smile on your lips. "Of course, baby. Now, wanna stay in here a little longer? Rest for a bit?" he asked, laying down beside you and placing a blanket on the two of you. You agreed and got closer to Chan, his hands on your body, just lazily traveling over your skin as you just layer there, enjoying each others company.
