Happy Family Pt. 8 of 8
A FInal Truth
“You’re going to be outside all day long. You are getting lathered,” Chase said to a pouting Lucas as he rubbed sunscreen on his arm.
“It smells funny.” Lucas protested, scrunching his nose but not pulling away.
“I know, I know, the smell won’t last that long.” Chase wasn’t the biggest fan of the smell as well. But he knew it would ensure the kids were safe.
“Don’t worry. We’ll make sure Daddy gets covered in sunscreen too.” Google chuckled as he worked on getting sunscreen on Penny.
“I have some on. I’m good,” Chase said much quicker than he should have.
“Now I really don’t believe you,” Google said. He used his thumbs to rub sunscreen on Penny’s face.
“You’re hot, but you’re not allowed to burn.” Bing giggled.
He and Etta were working on checking the bags, putting bottle after bottle of water into them. It was the last day of school, meaning it was Field Day, and the kids would be running around in the sun for a while. Bing and Bim have experienced the teachers not bringing enough water for the kids before and, despite them getting said teachers in a lot of trouble and assured every year it was fine, they still put extra bottles of water into each kid’s backpack. Bing also had an extra bag with more water, sunscreen, band-aids, and anything you’d need for young children. He, Google, and Chase had volunteered to help with the trip. Chase couldn’t tell the teacher no, and Google and Bing had their reasons with Etta. Reasons they’d explain one day to Chase and the twins.
“Are you guys wearing sunscreen?” Chase asked.
“We’re already covered. Did it before we left the house,” Google stated.
“Fine.” Chase huffed out a pout.
“And I thought the little ones were the kids.” Google teased, chuckling when Chase stuck his tongue out at him.
“Wilford said he’s going to pop down every hour to check in on you.” Bing was now at the other end of the room talking with Bim. Etta went off to play with Anti, Robbie, and JJ. “You can also text him if you need help any time.”
“I’m only alone with the infants. And I’m pretty good at handling them.” Bing chuckled.
“Here’s hoping they nap most of the time for you.”
“And you jinxed me.”
“Good thing I won’t be here, then.” Bing and Bim laughed until an alarm went off on Bing’s phone, telling them it was time to get the kids ready for the bus.
“Let’s clean up, kiddos,” Bim called out. “I’m going to do a diaper check for the babies.” He added to Bing and slipped back into the baby room.
“Are you getting on the bus?” Etta asked Google.
“We won’t be. We’ll be meeting all of you at the park.” Google saw Etta slump a little at them not being on the bus, but she perked right back up.
“Are you going to play?”
“Maybe a little.” Google chuckled. “Let’s see if Bing needs any help.”
“Okay!”
x~x~x
“I’m so happy with how today is going.” Mrs. Fisher, the kindergarten teacher of Etta, Lucas, and Penny, said with a big smile to Google. “The kids worked so hard all year, and they’re having so much fun.”
“Haven’t had to whip out any band-aids yet, so I say it’s going more than good.” Google chuckled. “Last hour, and everyone’s good. Save for a few tears for kids that lost their games, but I’d take that any day.”
“You certainly had fun with the tug-o-war. You have grass stains on your knees.” Mrs. Fisher gestured down.
“I had a point to prove.” Google puffed out his chest playfully.
“Showing off is what you mean.” Mrs. Fisher giggled, eyes going over to where Bing and Chase were. Chase was helping push some kids on swings, and Bing worked on making the merry-go-round spin faster.
“Maybe a little,” Google admitted with another chuckle, seeing Etta climbing up the ladder to a swirly slide. He looked around more and noticed Lucas waving him over with a little group of kids huddled around a tree. “I think we found a bug.” He clicked his tongue and went off to check on what the kids were looking at.
He, Bing, and Chase were all busy with the kids they had with them. They couldn’t hear Mrs. Fisher telling Anti to stop teasing Etta. Saying that she could take her time since it was a big slide. They didn’t notice how Etta had reached the top and got scared of the height. They didn’t know that she was trying to climb back down, and Anti refused to move, wanting to use the slide. They didn’t see Mrs. Fisher heading over, how Etta tried to squeeze past Anti, how she accidentally stepped on Anti’s foot, and how she flinched in fear from Anti yelping in pain.
But they heard the scream of Etta’s name. They saw Etta fall from the ladder and land on the ground.
They all heard the snap.
“Etta!” The three took off right away. Google and Bing made it there first, no one noticing how fast they moved.
“Et!” Anti cried out and scrambled down the ladder, eyes swelling up with tears. “I’m sorry! I’m sorry!” He sobbed as Mrs. Fisher held him back. “I didn’t-I didn’t mean-” He was now gasping out his words.
“Is she okay?” Mrs. Fisher asked. “I can call-”
“We got her.” Google snapped, coming across much angrier than he wanted, but he didn’t care as he picked Etta up and rushed off with her.
“We got her,” Bing added in a softer tone before taking off with Google, the two of them heading for their car.
“I’m sorry!” Anti cried out again.
“Hey, hey, buddy. I know, I know. You didn’t mean to. It was an accident.” Chase crouched down to Anti’s level. “You stay with Mrs. Fisher. I’m going to go help them, okay?” He waited as Anti sniffed a few times and then nodded.
“Go on. We’ll be fine.” Mrs. Fisher said. Chase gave a quick smile and ran off as well.
As he neared the car, he saw the back door open with Bing standing outside. Getting closer, he noticed that Google was in the car, and reaching them, he finally saw Etta inside with Google.
“Holy shit.” Chase blurted out when he got a good look at what was happening, Bing not bothering to block him. He saw Etta’s arm, how it looked like her skin got peeled away from the upper part of it, and Google was messing with wires inside of her.
“Make a fist,” Google instructed Etta, and he let out a sigh when she could. “Everything’s working how it should.”
“Does it hurt anymore?” Bing asked Etta.
“No. Not anymore.” Etta wiggled her fingers as Google put the skin back in place.
“I have questions,” Chase said.
“To save us a little time, I’m going to say that we’re androids,” Google said as he left the car. “It’s a complicated process that occurs through a genic trait that is rare to those who are not of the kind but very common amongst those who are.”
“We’re human in like ninety percent of the meaning. We eat, sleep, do all the other body things, and we can have kids, as Etta can prove. But when we’re born, we get like a mechanical skeleton, wires as our nerves, and even more complicated stuff. Like how our brains work and why it can’t easily happen to any ol’ human, and blah blah blah.” Bing added to the explanation.
“That sounds complex as hell,” Chase said.
“It is.” Bing and Google both said.
“That doesn’t change…anything, right?” Bing asked, voice thick with worry. “I mean…you won’t break up with us because we’re different?”
“Hell, no!” Chase almost sounded offended. “I have robo-boyfriends. That’s awesome!” His cheerfulness and excitement got Bing and Google to laugh.
“That’s so reassuring to hear.” Google sighed with relief.
“Can I go play now?” Etta asked, bouncing out of the car.
“Let me just-” Google grabbed a wooden pencil, snapped it in half, and tucked it into the pocket of Etta’s pants. “If Mrs. Fisher asked what made that sound, you show her that, okay?”
“Okay! Now can I play?”
“Now you can play.”
“Yay!” Etta squealed and took off back to the playground.
“We can tell Lucas and Penny about us later tonight.” Bing offered, closing the car door.
“Sounds good, and-” Chase went between Google and Bing, looping his arms through theirs. “-I can’t believe you two were worried about me leaving because you’re super cool robots.”
“Androids.” Google corrected. “And we like to be cautious.”
“We like you too much to lose you that easy,” Bing added.
“Too bad. You’re both stuck with me.” Chase chuckled.
“I think we’ll survive.” Google smiled, giving Chase a quick peck on the cheek.
“Definitely.” Bing kissed the other cheek.
“Good.” Chase was beaming as they returned to the playground, going back to continue living and thriving with their big, chaotic, happy family.

Happy birthday to the beautiful, money-loving single father to three most wonderful and destructive children ever. Hope he will achieve his slacker life dream soon.
Honestly speaking, at this rate his hair will get as long as Rapunzel’s before he could actually retire from the world-hopping business.
Of course happy birthday to the three Chois too, haha.

Continuing our tradition of being late to literally everything, we have some late Mother’s Day art ! 🎉
I don’t usually see a lot of art for Mother’s Day, but I feel like if any fictional mother deserves it, it’s Toriel. Genuinely one of the sweetest characters, I adore her. 💕🧡
If you like this and want to support me or would like to request art feel free to check out my Kofi, any amount helps and I’d be happy to draw requests in exchange for donations. Of course, do not feel pressured and have a nice day, regardless. 💕🧡

Happy Family Pt. 7 of 8
The Three Musketeers
Months passed, and Google, Bing, and Chase grew closer together as they all worked together to help raise and care for Etta, Penny, and Lucas. It was to the point that it was rare to see one without the others outside of work. Chase started feeling better, finally adjusting to the sudden gain of full custody and separation from Stacy. It’d been a good month since the last time they spoke, and usually, that would concern Chase, but he’d accepted that this was how it would be and everything would be fine. The kids were happy, he was happy, and Google and Bing have been so supportive, and Chase felt very lucky to have them in his life.
Right now, they were all at Chase’s home, spring cleaning had kicked in, and they decided to start at Chase’s today and then do the same work at Bing and Google’s tomorrow.
“Heracles! Heracles!” Bing chanted as Google grunted and pulled the fridge away from the wall. Etta, Lucas, and Penny were playing in the twins’ room.
“I feel like that grunt was for show.” Chase teased as Bing swept up the loose debris into a dustpan. “You moved the fridge way too easy.”
“The fridge usually slides once you get that first ‘umph’ of movement.” Google made a face when he made a noise instead of a word to explain what he meant. “And now I feel like I’ve been around you two too much.”
“Embrace the noise making.” Bing giggled, dumping the contents of the dustpan into the trashcan as Google grabbed some ‘Goo-gone’ and sprayed the spot on the floor with it.
“We make plenty of noises with each other~,” Google said with a grin to Bing.
“Googs!” Bing lightly smacked Google’s arm.
“You two can’t keep joking about that without inviting me to play.” Chase winked before using the scraper to get to work on the floor.
Bing and Google froze at Chase’s flirty comment, watching him work on the floor for a good moment, thoughts wondering before they were pulled away from it by Etta’s voice.
“Daddy, can I have apple juice, please?” Etta rocked on her feet as she asked.
“Y-Yeah, of course.” Google cleared his throat and went off to get the requested drink.
x~x~x
“One good thing about having little kids is no one will judge if you have plenty of ice cream in the freezer.” Chase joked as he plopped himself down on the couch between Bing and Google, a big bowl of ice cream on each of their laps.
“Oh, there is always someone that will judge,” Google said.
“Can never parent the right way no matter what,” Bing added, clicking his tongue.
“True. But I don’t care because I have my favorite people under my roof and got a lapful of cookies and cream.” Chase chuckled.
“Don’t.” Google stopped Bing as soon as he saw him open his mouth.
“What? I wasn’t going to say anything.” Bing faked an innocent face.
“Bullshit, you weren’t.” Google rolled his eyes with a smile.
“Say what? I’m just talking about the-oh!” Chase finally caught on to what kind of joke Bing would make and started laughing. “Nah, man, that type of cream happens after I finish this one.” He did a playful shimmy and wiggle of his eyebrows before breaking into another laugh. “Although, I’d be the cream filling since I’m between you two,” Chase added, and his laughter got even louder, only stopping when Google put a hand over his mouth.
“You’re going to wake the kids up,” Google said, a tint of pink on his cheeks. “Gah!” He pulled his hand back away. “Did you just lick me!?”
“Careful, Googs, you might wake the kids.” Bing giggled.
“If they’re not awake by now-” Chase’s comment stopped when Penny, dressed in her butterfly-patterned pajamas, entered the room. “Hey, Pens.”
“Are you eating ice cream?” Penny asked.
“Let’s get you back to bed,” Chase grunted as he stood up, setting his bowl on the end table.
“Can I have some?” Penny asked as she got walked out.
“And have you up all night? No, thank you.” Chase chuckled, his voice getting softer and softer as they went.
“Googs?” Bing sat his bowl aside and moved so he leaned against Google, head resting on his shoulder. “Do you think we should…you know?” He took Google’s hand with his own. “With everything we’ve discussed before, other late nights with the three of us talking about…things…I think we should finally take the leap.”
“You have a point.” Google hummed, placing his head on Bing’s and squeezing his hand back. “The worst that can happen is that he says no.”
“Sounds like a plan.”
x~x~x
“It’s just a simple dinner and a simple question,” Google said out loud to himself as he stressed-cleaned the living room.
“Googs, hon, you’re acting like Chase isn’t over here every day. Why are you trying to make the floor shine enough to see your reflection?” Bing stood at the living entrance, watching Google scrub the floor with a brush on his hands and knees. Etta was at Dark’s home with Lucas and Penny. Wilford and his kids were there as well. Bing had spoken to Wilford about their plans for the evening, and he was more than willing to help watch the kids with Dark. He had said something about it being a perfect way to practice having a big family. Bing didn’t question it beyond that.
“Aren’t you anxious about asking Chase out?” Google asked, finally taking a break from his cleaning.
“Of course I am, but I’m not getting myself worked up over it. Plus, if I get too worried while cooking. I burn things.” Bing said with a shrug, and as if the universe heard him, smoke started coming out of the kitchen, and the alarm went off. “Shit!”
“Well, that proves you’re worried,” Google said as he scrambled to his feet and followed Bing back to the kitchen.
“Please, no fire, please, no fire.” Bing grabbed some mitts and opened the oven door, thankfully not seeing any flames. He pulled the tray out and sat it on the counter, showing a charred piece of what had been meat. “I…I thought I turned the oven off. I set it high to give the outside the crisper crust and apparently left it on.”
“Do you think it’s too late to order a pizza?” Google poked the charcoal meat, feeling the heat of it and ending up with the tip of his finger becoming black. His question got answered by the front door opening and Chase calling out; I’m here.
“Shit.” Bing picked up the tray and tried to rush off to hide it in the back room, but he fumbled over his feet and fell over. The burned meat also fell off the tray, and Bing, not thinking much in his panic, grabbed it and sat it back on the tray, hands now covered in the black charcoal.
“Are you okay?” Google went down to the ground with Bing to check on him.
“Burnt meat stinks,” Bing grumbled, using the heel of his palm to scratch his nose. He ended up making it black with charcoal as well. Bing paused when he realized what he had done and glared at Google when he started laughing. “Rude.” Bing huffed before smearing his palm across Google’s cheek.
“Bing!” Google gasped as now Bing was the one laughing.
“Are we good here?” Chase asked as he came into the kitchen and saw the mess.
“Oh! Chase, we-we-uh-we were wondering…uh…” Google tried to say something but a mess of gibberish came out instead.
“You wanna go on a date with us?” Bing blurted out.
“A date?” Chase paused, and his cheeks started going pink. “Like a date date?”
“Only if you want to, of course, no pressure,” Google’s words almost overlapped as he spoke.
“Sounds great,” Chase said with a big smile.

A Starry-Eyed boy, who now lives amongst the stars...
First Pet Commission done: Jack, aka Starswift Unfinished Business.
This boy was a very special dog, and it was a very special privilege to get to draw him. An inspiring story, he was diagnosed with a liver shunt around a month old, and given a low prognosis for continued existence. But with a special diet and a lot of determination, that tiny puppy grew and grew and beat the odds multiple times, eventually becoming 90 lbs of lovely, happy, sweet puppy. An absolute joy to everyone who knew him, he had an instagram account and many followers rooting for his success. He was a fighter and even his registered name reflected this: Unfinished Business, because he was too young to go just yet. So full of life and vibrancy, he had one crucial message to give to the world: no matter how disabled you are, no matter your lot in life, never give up and live every day to its fullest. Jack unfortunately passed away in October, just a few months shy of two years old. He fought until the end, but his owners knew it was better to see him off, than to let him suffer. I'll spare the sad details here, but it was a hard blow on everyone who knew him. It's up to us to carry on his unfinished business, and to make the world a kinder, happier, and perhaps even a little bit of a bouncier place, than when we entered it. @starswift-borzoi

I could count the amount of original stories of mine that don't have horror elements on one hand and idk what that says about me
#thylacines can talk#actually i do know it says mmmmm making horror monster ocs is fun#outside of my fandom ocs my ocs and original stories arre dominated by horror elements and religious themes oopsie daisy#i might eventually post about them but the hk brainrot is going strong#but a friend of mine got a commission for me of my doomer human x monster yaoi so you'll see my Main Babygirls soon 🥰#hand in unlovable hand they're fucked and weird and it's an unhealthy relationship and it'll never work as everything is stacked against#them yet each other is all they have and if being together means their death then so be it. Peter should have probably ran. Should have left#would be better off for the majorth of the story had he never met it yet the two are so alike. it's the first thing that's ever unnderstood#him. it's the first 'person' that's ever truly cared for him. And even if it has flaws and his life was ruined by things beyond his#comprehension and he risks his life he's not willing to let go of the only person whos truly seen him and loved him. Who is willing to tear#its world apart and die for him. There are no happy endings here. They were doomed from the start. But at least they have each other.#also tfw your life and 'family' sucks so much that a literal monster who manipulated you and used your body to carry out ruthless murders is#nicer to you than your goddamn brother and friends. like damn dude.#I honestly think if Slaughter was born a human their relationship would be great for both of them they truly fit together like two puzzle#pieces. two outcasts who have so much in common and find comfort in one another. but because of the circumstances of Slaughter's nature and#what it was forced to be this is not a healthy situation or a relationship. Peter comes out better at the end and would be as good as dead#if not for meeting Slaughter so there's a silver lining in all of this but goddamn dude. the bullshit it took to get there.#The fact that his life was so bad literally getting possessed by a monster and almost being murdered numerous times and an insane amount of#trauma and bbeing a target for monsters for the rest of your life literally IMPROVED IT my guy truly cant catch a fucking break 😭😭
