Since today is the 1st year anniversary of tadc, I guess I should make some headcanons for it, I will be going over the performers as well as Caine.

Pomni in the real world is kinger and queenie’s daughter, and put on the headset after hearing the rumors about their parents going missing while working as an accountant, kinger was one of the main coders in the amazing digital circus, as we know, while queenie was a stay at home mom, how took care of pomni, while kinger was working.

If their will is strong enough, abstraction can strengthen the individual, granting them a new form and abilities, inspired by a design of abstracted pomni that was based of spamton neo, without abstracting them fully.

Feral Abstractions are calmer in the dark softening out their sharp edges, and can be turned back to normal, by showing that people care about them, by showing memories of them, similar to what happened in the dad au, though they will lose memories as a result, and they will need to be recovered.

Caine does have a brother named able, and may or may not be an ai, able being an ai created at the same time as them, and if not was just tricked into thinking they are an ai, due to being given control of the digital circus, and the ability to create adventures.

Ragatha has a brother in the real world outside the digital circus, inspired by the siblings Au, cause, yeah, I do think she probably has a brother.

Jax was the youngest to be put in the digital circus, and basically grew up there, due to how young he was, he grew cold and hard due to this, and became a bully, so nobody would get attached to him, not realizing that it might help him if he ends up abstracted.

I believe in abstragedy, meaning in my headcanon, gangle and zooble are a couple, and for some headcanons on the two, gangle does have another mask underneath their sad mask too, and they are some parts in the zooble box that actually are what zooble wants, but zooble has given up on finding them.

If queenie holds her breath, she becomes what is basically a shadow, shrouding her surroundings with darkness, like an opposite of her husband, kinger, if kafumo holds his breath, his neck ring starts spinning, acting like a helicopter, and for jax, he basically acts like a cartoon character, it’s embrassing for him.

Happy 1 year anniversary to The Amazing Digital Circus! I can't believe it's been one year already, it doesn't feel like it! I'm so happy to be apart of this community, the show never fails to make me happy with the characters and plot. Congratulations @gooseworx for making it this far with the show, and thank you so much! To you and everyone who made this show possible. I hope you're all proud of yourselves for your hard work. Hope to have another amazing year!

hey so uh I found this shirt design from an old mid-90s website while I was surfing the web n stuff, gotta say it look pretty cool tho the logo at the bottom could look less like a Toy Story knockoff or so idk…

Nah, but really, this is what I could come up for the show’s 1 year anniversary. Well, there’s actually something else I’m doing for the occasion but as of this rate it won’t be finished in time so uhhhhh… yeah.

Also for now though, I just wanna say thank you to @gooseworx , the GLITCH team and everyone else involved for bringing the wonderful, wacky world of THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS to life.

Not only is the amount of reception and achievements for an indie cartoon is astoundingly incredible and impressive, but also genuinely heartwarming to see how much it already means to a LOT of people in a short nick of time — how even in places beyond your wildest dreams (or lack thereof), there is beauty and meaning that can be found within them and with those around along the way.

It is through this show I’ve seen lots of amazing things and got to meet plenty of cool and talented people within the TADC community, and never have I felt this happy, inspired and grateful I got to see it all come together to this degree within weeks. Again, thank you all so much for bringing this show to life, and here’s to more exciting adventures along the way. 🎪💫

Happy 1-Year Anniversary to The Amazing Digital Circus!

i sadly don't have any art pieces ready (i want to do something! it'll just be late.), but i wanted to commemorate this day anyway, so let me talk about what this silly, twisted, heartfelt little show means to me 💖

i admit, i jumped on this crazy train slightly late. it was a couple weeks after the pilot premiered. but i kept seeing this nervous little jester girl on my social media timelines and thought "hmmmm… i should check this out."

best decision ever.

now, i have a cornucopia of neurodivergences and mental illnesses: autism, possible ADHD, anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, etc… i've always felt "trapped" in this loud, scary, confusing "circus" of a world. so naturally, this traumatized jester woman resonated with me.

she finds herself thrown into this loud, bright, scary digital world. she can't comprehend what's happening, and it seems at first that no one really understands her.

and it dawns on her: this is her life.

the autistic experience right there.

she eventually meets Gummigoo, an NPC who suddenly finds himself in an existential panic. Pomni sees that Gummi's just as scared as she is. she sits down to comfort a fellow "outcast."

and this is when the show began to speak to me on an even deeper level.

but just as quickly as Pomni feels she finally has some hope, those hopes are instantly dashed as Gummigoo is unceremoniously blasted into confetti. Pomni once again finds herself feeling hopeless and alone.

that's when her fellow circus cast members step in.

she stands witness to a beautiful funeral service for Kaufmo, a friend she never got to meet. all these fellow scared humans, giving beautiful eulogies for their fallen comrade.

and then it hits her, these people are a family. they care for one another. she's not alone.

this sense of love and community is displayed once again in the latest episode. Pomni is at her lowest low. she's literally in Hell. but even then, she has a friend. a friend who's also suffering.

…i'll let this scene speak for itself. it's just that powerful.

honestly? it's not even just Pomni that resonates with me, either. i see a little of myself in a lot of these characters.

Ragatha tries to hold onto optimism and childlike wonder, but she's going through it too. i'm a traumatized womanchild in my 30s, too. big-ass mood.

Gangle literally has to "mask" and put on a happy face, not stepping on any toes. but that mask is fragile. she can only put on a front for so long before the sad, scared, trembling girl underneath is exposed. another autistic mood for me lol.

Zooble? ohhh, their therapy subplot hit me HARD as both an autistic person and an enby. they've tried to communicate how unhappy they are. they've tried to let Caine know what they need. but he doesn't even seem to hear them. eventually it's not worth it to try anymore.

i can't stress enough how much this show has resonated with me. Pomni and her friends have become my friends as well. they're faint sparks of hope in a hopeless world, even as they're suffering themselves. they remind me to find the light in my own "circus."

wellp. i've rambled enough.

i just… really wanna thank Gooseworx, the voice cast, and all of the TADC crew who've worked hard to bring The Amazing Digital Circus to life. what you're doing really means the world to a scared little jester like me. 💖

THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS - Digital Days (ACStation Remix)

I felt like now was just about the right time remixing the show's end credits song considering the one year anniversary of its pilot is in exactly a month from now (and mayyybe episode 3 but who knows - ya can't rush art). Plus, I've seen some people wanting like an extended version of that of some kind from a few places 'round here so uhhh, yeah. Just figured I'd throw ourselves a bone, y'know? :)

I've been familiar with Goose's work for a while now and to see her finally get some well-deserved recognition via her new show she's made with the GLITCH team is a very welcome and earned surprise! I know it's not saying much at this point, but they absolutely nailed the vibes and atmosphere they were going for, with all the well-written characters and dialouge on top of that (Ragatha's my favorite). Bottom line is, if you're into some fun and wacky interactive PC games from the late 90's - early 2000s and occasionally some deep, existential stuff into the mix, then chances are you'll have a GREAT time with it. You owe it to yourself to watch the first two episodes linked below. Anyway, yeah - hope y'all enjoy this remix as much as I did making it, and happy early birthday to TADC and all of its members!
