HANSABU 트릭킹과 VENUS 폴댄스에 관심을

보이고있는 여성 직장인입니다!!

(음… 아마 아시는 분들은 저분이 누구신지 아실듯..ㅋㅋ)

영상속 회원이 하고 있는 동작은 바로 체조의 백핸드 동작!

주로 여성분들이 많이 연습하는 동작입니다!!

배운지 얼마 안된 동작이라서 뭔가 어색하고 엉성함을

보이고는 있지만 그래도 지금까지 해봤던 운동과는 전혀 다른

동작의 운동이라서 재미있어하셨고 퇴근후 취미로 삼기에

좋을것 같다고 생각이 들었다고 하네요!

취미로 배울만한 것으로 추천한다고 합니다 ^^

  이렇게 트릭킹은 색다른 재미와 처음 해보는 동작을 함으로써

그동안 느껴보지 못했던 내 몸의 움직임을 느낄 수 있으며

그로 인한 재미까지 더불어 찾을 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있죠!

내가 이렇게 날렵했나?! 라며 감탄할 수도 있겠죠?!
