This ask blog is mainly for Max, but asks for Jack are allowed too! Max is my ( @the-cpu-system ) oc, originally made for selfship with Jack!! As a basic overview, he's a nonviolent hippie peace-marcher on Pandora, and an absolute pain in the ass to corporations that try to take hold on the planet. He's *certain* that he can fix Jack and make him a better person! Jack just kind of sees Max for his body. Obviously things get a lil complicated... His charisma paired with his self-absorbed tendencies makes him an entertaining villain with great promise for exciting conflict. Heat ravaged Pandora tonight, like it did every single night. The scarred moon amidst a star-filled sky cast a long shadow of a powerful man on the sands under his sneaker. His hair, mottled with the early signs of greying, fluttered in the gale. He sighed quietly, grateful for the small⁠ relief a desert breeze gave on this miserable fucking planet which had taken everything from him.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀The request to meet with him had come at an inopportune time. There had been no attempt to contact after θ's prior entanglement had come to an end, and θ had passed many security feats to contact him both directly and undetected. Jack's curiosity was a selfish whore he couldn’t fuck into any form of satiation. He had given in, and agreed to meet on the outskirts of an abandoned bandit town, in far south of the wasteland.

Let Me Help You

The man was clearly stressed and he didn't have it under control. The situation was not good, to say the least. This was supposed to be a business trip down to Pandora, but instead, it ended with them cornered by bandits when they went outside of Opportunity for a little get away from the city.

Rhys had questioned the safety of it, but Jack reassured him it would be fine. Not that he blamed Jack, but he knew Pandora could be an insane place.

Ok, Think Rhys. Deep breath. Analyze the situation.

Peering out from behind their vehicle, he managed to do a quick scan with his echo eye to try and see what he could do to solve this situation. He spotted the big gun on the back of their technical, which was currently pelting them with bullets and keeping them pinned.

Holding out his hand, a hologram appeared, showing the intricate hacking system of the gun itself. "If you can buy me some time, I think I can get us out of this..."
