We are deciding to keep the bird and have named him Toad. I’m getting him a tall sturdy cage and I hang out with him for about 10 hours a day (I will be looking for a buddy for him when I move.)
He loves take me to church by hozier and he falls asleep when I sing it to him.
He chirps and goes wild whenever I walk away from my desk to get me to come back 😭💗
I’ve also found a solution to keep the kitties away from him and they have not bugged him since, he will also have his own little area that will be safe at our new place.

#ok well part of this feels more controversial and a bit pilled but the part that isn't is just#imo the game lacks a lot of antagonism / animosity between female chars#like im gonna exclude yae cus shes like That with everyone#there's nobody (I can think of i can obv be wrong) who Dislikes a specific person a Lot (at least at first or on the surface)#the closest i can think of is beiguang and even that is paler compared to like kaeya and diluc (r/ship ambiguous) or haitham and kaveh#i feel like there's a lot less annoyance ig#so what im saying is i need more actual head to head friction between female chars besides 'theyre besties or business partners' or smth#haven't read nav.ia's stories but i feel like she's also on the road to mending whatever is going on w clor.inde#have a lot more incoherent thoughts but generally ig my thoughts are. hand over female enemies/rivals to [ redacted ] now#ramblings!#oh i forgot kksara. ok if that was executed better that could've counted but nah

if the game fucking paused when my joycon disconnects so that i'm not killed trying to reconnect it
#ashton is talking#cult of the lamb#this is also just a general “wish my joycon would stop disconnecting itself-”#for some reason when the right joycon is attached to the switch and i'm playing hand held it'll just...#randomly decide to disconnect from the switch? even though it didn't actually get disconnected??#like my left joycon for whatever reason doesn't stay attached to the system very well#it doesn't take much of a bump to disconnect it#BUT AT LEAST IT DOESN'T RANDOMLY DECIDE TO DO SO EVEN WHEN IT IS CONNECTED#something's going on with my right joycon whenever it's in hand held mode#first the R bumper problem and now this#i might just need to ask for new joycons in general if the right joycon wants to act like this#anyways yeah uhhhhhhh if the game paused when a joycon disconnected that would be awesome#just lost a dungeon run because my joycon disconnected and i was still getting attacked by enemies

gettijg carpal tunnel from playing source who can i blame for this except myself
#strrambles#played 2 missions from second game and decided the horrors were alright but i wasnt bothered#so i went back to fifth game and killed my right hand trying to replicate the famous verg combo#failed terribly . couldnt get the enemy to fall on my void slash.#couldnt get a consistent heavy rain swords after said void slash#i cant even consistently get the first perfect judgement cut anymore my skills have regressed#and then iwas like fuck this so i did the mini boss rush mission and got killed 6 times by scudo angelo#what do you mean i cant chain judgment cuts in midair because hell knock me down????? what do you mean?????#why isnt there an option to skip the little scene when you choose to give up after dying!!!!!#i hate scudo angelo with a passion why is he so hard.. you know. on top of looking like nelo angelo.
