In addition to my handmade and visually delightful Mandala Bloom wire contraptions, I'd like to share with you a list of Palindromes I've recently come across! :)

A man, a plan, a canal, Panama! Eva, can I see bees in a cave? Was it a car or a cat I saw? Never odd or even. Do geese see God? A Santa lived as a devil at NASA.

All of these, when read backwards spells out the same sentence! My all time favourite Palindrome is "TACO CAT"

Вышила веточки пихты, остролиста и взялась за омелу. С этой вышивкой я не тороплюсь, явно решила растянуть удовольствие на весь месяц😅

На самом деле каких-то сложных деталей уже и не осталось. Нужно прошить веточки омелы с листиками-петельками и веточки падуба (только в этот раз без острых листиков😊), а потом добавить белые и оранжевые ягодки.

Something Sunday!

No one tagged me but I'm excited to show you some baubles I made yesterday so I'm kicking things off early.

I basically haven't touched the baubles at all since I showed you the Barbie one last week... They're just not a lot of fun to make. But I sat down yesterday, put Brooklyn 99 on (again) and did some work. So here they are:

I'm very pleased with the pride bauble, I just need to work on adapting some other pride flags now. There's only 2 weeks until the faire though so other flags might have to wait until next year, I just have too much left to do for this one!

I finished it with a blend of mineral oil and beeswax that I made myself. This ornament can be used to decorate your tree as a unique gift or as a stocking stuffer. Hey, friends! I hope you don't mind if I try to peddle a project I've been working on. After three years of designing, drawing, making prototypes, etc, I'm finally releasing (taking orders for) the wooden wall-hanging Santa's Workshop DisPlayset. I wanted to make something that people can hang in their homes year after year, and to be part of their holiday traditions.

The set comes with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and ten elves.

It's made of sturdy 1/4 birch, and has nine platforms on which to position the figures.

It also has a shelf below the stables on which to place the story cards that come with each figure:

Вчерашний вечер и сегодняшний день ушли на создание новогодне-рождественского декора 🎄🎅🔔❄

Вчера с мужем пошли на Щелкунчика и все было бы прекрасно, вот только я забыла попросить у маман бинокль, поэтому любовалась с балкона прыгающими разноцветными пятнами (с моим зрением определенно нужно что-то делать). Расстроилась, конечно, зато послушала живой оркестр☺

Когда вернулись домой, решила отвести душу и взялась за украшения и елку, но наряжали мы ее уже сегодня. Изначально я хотела украсить свою елочку только современными стеклянными игрушками и бантами (у меня в этом году все в бантах, не могу перестать их вязать😅🤣), но муж достал из закромов пару маленьких винтажных игрушек и настойчиво попросил найти местечко для бегемотика (его любимая игрушка из детства), ну как я могла отказать? Потом уже мне захотелось добавить парочку вязаных игрушек, маман подарила их мне на прошлый Новый год. Закончили тем, что обвили елку проволочной гирляндой, а чуть позже я повесила на стену гирлянду из флажков, хотела еще склеить бумажную, которая колечками, но не успела, может получится сделать ее к Рождеству)

Радуюсь тому, что праздничное настроение все-таки пришло ко мне, пусть даже и перед самым Новым годом. Танцы с мишурой и пение праздничных песен в процессе украшения елки явное тому доказательство, как мне кажется😁

А всех, кто дочитал до конца, поздравляю с наступающим Новым годом (тех, кто не дочитал тоже поздравляю, но они об этом не узнают).
