my kid is so bad at lying / breaking rules it’s SO funny. she tried to steal a cookie at the kids play place but she brought it directly to me and showed me. like honey i Know you don’t have cash on you, please put that back. and the lobby of the art center has a pickle in their christmas tree and if you find it and tell the front desk then they’ll give you a candy cane, and the other day we looked for like 10 min and couldn’t find it. so she looked longingly towards the front desk and asked me “is it ok if this is the LAST time i lie??” like she didn’t even ask if it was ok to lie she skipped straight to reassuring me that this would be the LAST time she ever lies EVER. i love her so much

My BG3 dark urge bard, Vasarra, as a companion!

If you let him give in to the urges, he eventually breaks up with you.

Vasarra is a lot like Astarion in the sense that he tries to ensure his survival by appealing to Tav. Ironically, I think if he was a companion he would not get along with Astarion initially (because they'd be rivals in trying to get Tav's attention for survival). He does eventually learn to find more things about himself outside of his urges, which is hard for him because he initially leans HARD into them. (In my playthrough, it was literally Astarion who made him question if there was more to him than his instincts.)

Had this idea for a fic where Ageha picks up on Coco's rancid vibes and tries to convince Nozomi to put some distance between them. Just, like, some gentle nudging and a little advice so as not to come off as condescending or overbearing or anything like that to Nozomi, especially since they don't really know each other that well. I doubt it would cause Nozomi to drop him all at once, but it would be the catalyst for Nozomi to start reexamining their relationship, at least a little.

had SUCH a adventure with train disruptions tonight: all the trains from Glasgow were delayed/cancelled due to a signal issue, finally got on the train and moving 40 mins after our departure time, only for the train to suddenly terminate a stop away from home (was not meant to do that). so we were all led off the train, huddled together in the empty station at half 1 in the morning whilst one of the train guys called taxis for us all. squished into a taxi with three others, had fascinating chats with the driver and the other passengers (we all trauma bonded I think), and then roadworks meant the driver took a detour down my road on the way to the city centre so I got let out early :) never had any of that happen before, love experiencing new things (genuinely)
