March 23rd, 1932

My fortunes continue to improve in the most ordinary ways. Though the tides of time have not swept the market back out to clearer waters, I find myself fretting less about it on this particular week. 

The cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom and they become no less glorious the more years I witness their resurgence. I had the pleasure of accompanying Miss Eudora Hale and her aunt on a walk to enjoy their splendors and found the whole outing invigorating. Fresh air and ambulating is always a balm for the body and soul, but it was the conversation I found most renewing. 

I made Miss Hale’s acquaintance some months ago and have, in all honesty, avoided much contact since, despite finding our first meeting quite diverting. It is only recently that I have been reminded that it isn’t the eighties anymore, and I’m allowed enjoy the company of a young woman without the suffocating expectation of a proposal. I, of course, must still be careful as to not lead her to the wrong conclusions in regards to her understanding of my affections, but I expect she views me more as an elder brother than anything else. 

It has been many years since I formed a friendship beyond one of circumstance or convenience. So long, in fact, that I hadn’t known to miss the unique pleasures of having the opportunity to learn someone’s mind. Miss Hale is bright and charming, with a wit sharp enough to cut even the sturdiest of men. Though we met at a gathering of scientists—the occupation of her father—she is more interested in the arts. She has many opinions to share in regards to sculpture and paintings, and is incredibly well-read for someone so young. But her real love is live performance. 

She was delighted to hear that I had known a man who worked in the theater once (a man of my own creation—a blend of Fogg’s experiences and my own) and has very generously indulged me as I walk down memory lane. It’s wonderful to see her eyes grow wide as I describe the illusionist arts of the last century (explained to me by this dear, old friend who has since passed, of course) and the burst of new theater I experienced while living in New York. 

Regaling Miss Hale with stories from my life—especially a part of it that feels so very long ago—has been a vital reminder that I have, in fact, lived a very interesting one. It is easy to get stuck in the doldrums of my never-ending existence, and while wallowing in the past is certainly not a cure-all for that feeling, a visit every now and then is bolstering for the spirit, I think. My life has shifted so dramatically since the World’s Fair, both for the better and the worse, and I daresay it will shift again and again and again. 

It is heartening to think that, though the cherry blossoms will be gone in a few short weeks, they’ll return again next year. Living things are most remarkable in their state of change.

Hello! I'm your local reality shifter who, hopefully, can help out with any questions or worries about reality shifting. I've been in the shifting community since 2020, so I've seen all eras that us shifters have gone through, and, hopefully (again), have gained some knowledge from the hell that was early shifttok.

If you're new here, welcome! If you're the small amount that had seen my first two posts that were deleted, welcome again. I decided to do a reboot of a sorts, the same thing has happened to my channel, where I will be posting to soon. At least, I hope to post soon.

However, these posts will be limited due to the fact that I am in my last year of school and it is literally the MOST stressful time right now. I have exams coming up and really need to focus on that before trying too hard here and on my channel. Of course, I will be working on video ideas so that I end up with something to record and, eventually, post on here.

INTRODUCTION POST

Hello! My name is Vane.

I'm 19 years old, Canadian, a Virgo and an ambivert with anger issues.

I've been attempting to shift since 2020, during the pandemic and my own personal crisis that made that year likely the most miserable point in my life. I have not yet shifted, but I have come very close, especially recently.

Below I've listed some of the fandoms I'm "part of" (often I find that fandom behaviour can be rather toxic and try to avoid it), places that I'm shifting, as well as some information about "fictional" places that you can use however you see fit to determine your image of me. I've also listed the rules and expectations of this blog, and if you don't agree with them, please DNI. If rules are broken, you will be blocked.

If you think my information is incorrect, please inform me POLITELY, and we can discuss it if you'd like (I generally won't post something if I haven't made sure my information is right, but everyone makes mistakes, so if I am in fact wrong, I'd be happy to correct it)

I don't approve of of any DRs specifically made for killing or hurting people and I do not support them, so do not encourage or speak about them on my page (that being said, I think the concept that you should NEVER hurt/kill anyone in any DR is bullshit, so if it's something like Marvel or ASOIAF, Maze Runner, etc. where it may become necessary, I think that is perfectly acceptable)

Race changing is a fake concept. You are already another race in another reality so stop fucking telling people it's bad

Age-changing is fine for the same reasons

Permashifitng is not unhealthy or bad, it is very possible, and if you choose to do it, I wish you all the best

The first thing she became aware of was a loud roaring sound, drowning out everything else and disorienting her. As she struggled to place it, place herself, she felt her heart rate increase along with her panic. With a violent jerk, she found herself falling off of whatever she had lying on and crashing onto a hard surface seconds later.

Imperfectly Bound: Part 1 (The Vampire Diaries, Damon Salvatore/OC)

The bright, morning sunlight streamed in through the make-shift curtains, settling near the top of the bed. But that’s not what woke up Gwen. No, instead of the gentle, warm light, she had been awoken by her uncle’s blaring ‘80’s rock music — and at six a.m. no less. Groaning, she tried to block out the noise with her pillow. It was a wasted effort, however. Her uncle was soon drumming along the walls as he walked down the hall, throwing the door open as he reached her door.

Time's Up: A Second Chances Sequel (The Vampire Diaries, Damon Salvatore/OC)

Gwen shut the door tightly behind her, muttering a spell to keep it locked as she hurried down the narrow hotel hallway. She didn’t have a lot of time, maybe a few hours at most. He’d wake up and break out of the room, and Gwen needed to be miles away when he did. 

Second Chances (The Vampire Diaries, Damon Salvatore/OC)

It was late when she finally passed the town’s welcome sign. Unusually dark for this time of year, the car’s headlights were the only source of light on the road. She felt her body involuntarily tense as she drove further into town. She could not explain the draw to this small Virginia town, but some part of her needed to be here. And after a year of eerie dreams and flashbacks, she was ready to find out why.

So the rest of my fics are all HP (and a really bad Charmed one), and I am no longer interested in promoting those. So I'm going to highlight a few entries from an OC Winter challenge I did instead.

Dec. 1: Come play in the snow with me (OC Winter Challenge, Original Work/Original OC)

Evelyn set her pencil down with more force than was necessary and, with an exaggerated sigh, turned her attention to the two children pouting at her from across the dinning room table. 

Dec 2: You look cold. Take my coat. (OC Winter Challenge, The Vampire Diaries, OC: Gwen Ashwood)

Another night out was ending with a trek into the woods to dispose of a body. Gwen shouldn’t have been surprised. Lately, it didn’t feel like they could do anything fun without it ending in a disaster. She’d been naive to think the Lockwoods’ winter party would have had a different conclusion, especially with Katherine Pierce back in town. Gwen watched as Damon and Tyler let the body of the offending werewolf drop in to the freshly made grave with a heavy thud. 

Dec.6: It's snowing (OC Winter Challenge, Supernatural, OC: Joan Hale)

“She’ll be here soon,” Cas said, breaking the comfortable silence in the Impala.  Dean’s eyes briefly shifted to Cas before refocusing on the road in front of him. An old, unnecessary habit. Surprise plain in his voice, he asked, “Already? Are you sure?”

Dec 11: Where did all of this mistletoe come from? (OC Winter Challenge, The Vampire Diaries, OC: Gwen Ashwood)

“Hey, Gwen?” Ric called, his voice carrying up the stairs to the bathroom where she was getting ready for the Christmas party.  “What?” she called back, walking over to the top of the stairwell.  Looking down, Gwen saw Ric standing at the foot of the stairs with a concerned expression on his face and holding a bunch of twigs with green leaves and red and white berries.

Dec 14: Where on EARTH did you get that sweater? (OC Winter Challenge, The Vampire Diaries, OC: Gwen Ashwood)

Gwen slept in late that morning, enjoying the first Saturday of winter break. Having just completed midterms, she didn’t have to worry about managing homework and work for two whole weeks. She didn’t even have to work at the Grill that night. So there was no reason for her to set an alarm and rush out of bed. Gwen continued to feel no hurry when she woke around nine to a near-freezing room. Instead, she pulled her blankets tighter and snuggled down into the bed to hide from the cold. 

Dec 30: Looks like we’re snowed in. (OC Winter Challenge, Supernatural, OC: Joan Hale)

Joan was hit with a freezing burs of cold air a second before she heard the motel door slam close. She paused midway through folding a sock, glancing toward the door. Dean stood frozen, looking frustrated. His bag, which he’d taken to put in the Impala, was still in his hand. A second later, he’d tossed it onto the bed across from hers

My pinky is numb and my head is buzzing but here it is, chapter 3 right from the Shallyne factory!

June 29th

Okay, I wasn't right back. If I ever complained about a month being hectic, it doesn't have anything on this one!

Dad got arrested for money laundering and a billion other financial crimes the authorities find during their investigation, mom is in the hospital after a nervous breakdown and I had sex with Isaac Hale behind Crickets, the diner I'm working at. I know it's so insane that I had sex with Isaac behind a DINER! God, I'm not proud of it but he was nice and it benefited both of us.

The first half of the month I have been so frustrated. First the investigators on our doorstep, asking questions about dad and him getting arrested, which EVERYONE talked about on the last day of school before the summer holidays. Then I saw Rhys and some blonde girl from another class flirting in a parking lot. I think her name is Ianthe or something, I don't know. I wanted to rip her stupid blonde hair out but of course I didn't, Rhys and I are just friends. He doesn't feel the same way for me, I'm a hundred percent sure. He's just being nice to me, especially now with my situation at home.

The second half of the last month I spent trying not to think about dad being under investigation or Rhys at all and that's how it happened, Isaac Hale and me. He's nice enough and I won't delude myself he wants anything more than sex.

It's all going to be okay, right?

July 3rd

I don't think everything will be okay. Mom has to stay longer at the hospital than expected, Nesta, Elain and I survive on the last of our money and I don't know what to do.

I feel like I'm going insane, maybe I do. Sometimes I lay awake and thoughts are running through my head and just for a fleeting moment, I think about running away. Every night I think about different scenarios. Running away alone, running away with Nesta and Elain, leaving a note, telling Rhys, vanishing without a trace. Imagining different places where we hide, changing our names and what kind of life we would live away from our parents, from all this insanity. A normal life. What even is a normal life? I always thought we had a normal life but now I think we do not. No, I don't think, I KNOW we don't have a normal life and I feel so angry all the time.

Nesta feels angry too, she lashes out more often, especially since mom is gone. Elain got more quiet and kept her feelings to herself, even if I asked her how she felt. She just smiles and says everything will be okay. I wish it will be but I don't think so.

Rhys keeps asking me if I'm okay and I really appreciate it and I wish I could tell him the truth but I don't even know how to start, WHERE to start and when I do, I don't know if I could stop.

Maybe I'll just marry Isaac Hale and live a perfectly normal life.

July 5th

Mom grounded me over the phone because she was in a bad mood. Who knew a joke about dad being in jail could get her so riled up? It wasn't even a bad one, I saw Nesta almost smiling. I mean, making Nesta (almost) smile is probably worth getting grounded.

Nesta would have lied to mom for me, I know that, but I still gave her my phone like mom demanded so she doesn't have to. I barely use it anyway.

Something else happened last night, too. Rhys came to Crickets during my shift and he was as surprised to see me there as I was surprised to see him. He waited for me after my shift and explained that he was there because he couldn't sleep and he went to the edge of town to get a better look at the stars until he got hungry. I even talked about all the stuff happening over the last month, leaving out the bits with Isaac, of course. It was just us two, talking for a few hours after my shift, it was very nice. It felt like our relationship evolved into something deeper, more intimate, without even a touch. That probably sounds stupid but it doesn't have to make sense, it's just me reading this.

Rhys was the calming presence I needed after a storm turned the Archeron’s lives upside down.

I've also asked him to keep my job at Crickets to himself and he promised to not tell a soul.

July 6th

I finally got a night's sleep last night, surprisingly. Or more like, a good morning sleep after my shift. And after that, we spent the whole day at Rhys's house. And by we I mean Elain, Nesta and myself. He invited us over for a barbecue and it was very nice. Not only did we not have to worry about food that day but his family also welcomed us incredibly warm and friendly, it felt like getting a glimpse into a normal family. Almost his whole family was there, everyone but Rhys's dad. He told me I wasn't missing anything, his father sounded like a sunshine.

His mother and sister seemed genuinely happy to have my sisters and me there and his cousin, Mor, immediately went for a hug when she introduced herself. I really like Mor! His brothers were just as nice, although Azriel seemed a little closed off, introverted even and Cassian seemed transfixed by my sister, who was incredibly unimpressed by his antics. After his fifth time unsuccessfully trying to get Nesta's attention by flexing his muscles, he turned to me and we just talked a while, with Mor and Rhys butting in here and there. I kept my eyes on my sister's, who have seemed to relax a bit today. That was really all I wanted, getting out of our daily life and just giving it a rest for a day, enjoying ourselves. Elain has talked quite a lot to the introverted brother, who showed her the gardens of Rhys's house later in the day.

Oh my god, Rhys's house! It's even larger than ours, I almost got lost twice trying to find a restroom if it wasn't for Mor, bless her!

We didn't talk about the day much when we got home but something between us just felt lighter. Nesta didn't even bite my head off when I made a remark about Cassian, she just rolled her eyes and left.

Progress!

July 18th

I thought everything was fine but since our day at Rhys's home, he has been distant to me and it feels like he's avoiding me. I tried to smile at him when I saw him across the street but he couldn't even look me in the eye, he just turned in the other direction and walked away.

I've texted him three since last week and he has seen it but never responded! Have I done something wrong? I can't remember doing anything. Maybe his invitation to the barbecue was just him being polite and he didn't actually want us there but he had sounded so genuine when inviting me and my sisters. Cassian, Mor and I have a group chat and none of them have any clue why Rhys is so distant all of a sudden.

Next time I'll see him, I will talk and I will get answers! Even if I have to pry it out of him.

On another note, Nesta caught me writing in my diary and I expected some snide remarks but she said it was a good way to practice my writing. First I thought she was a little sus but she meant it genuinely, because sometimes I struggle a bit with reading and writing. I was so perplexed I just said “Thank you” and she just nodded and left.

Scott McCall gets home late that night. He’s used to these sort of days, the times when he’s so busy trying to stay afloat in a surging sea of school plans and hunter evasions and whatever new threats Beacon Hills has decided to kill him with that he scarcely has any time to himself. The moon has long since risen, and Scott thinks it’s as sure a sign as any that things are going badly around here that the almost full disc in the sky doesn’t bother him as much as it once was. 

For a moment, he allows himself to miss the past. He can still picture how young he’d been when Peter Hale had first given him the bite, how Scott had basically been left to fend for himself with no other help than Derek showing up randomly and creepily to issue out weird phrases like ‘the bite is a gift’ and ‘we’re brothers now’ before disappearing again. Yeah, Scott still brings that up whenever he can. He feels that he deserves it. 

Back then, Scott had Stiles, which had made the whole thing better. Despite the avalanche of stupid sarcastic comments about wolfsbane (which ended up being real) and full moons (also real) and packs (ok, so maybe Stiles had actually been on to something more than just making Scott lose his mind), Scott can’t think of someone he’d rather have by his side. 

Even now, with Stiles returned to the FBI Academy, Scott still feels like he isn’t alone. Stiles calls all the time, updating his friends on crucial events like getting to brainstorm potential killers for recent murders or the cafeteria running out of chocolate syrup, things that are apparently of equal importance. 

Still, Scott misses his friend. After so long of being pretty much inseparable, the vast distance between the two of them seems like an impossible challenge. There are days when he turns to hear Stiles’ humorous take on the latest threat to Beacon Hills only to find empty space where his best friend would have once been practically hovering over his shoulder. 

That’s why Scott is pretty glad that he isn’t alone tonight. It’s been too hard for too long, and even if he’s expected to be some omnipotent alpha who always has the answers to every single problem, that’s not really the case. 

For once, though, he isn’t going back to a dark house, one with the windows tightly shuttered like old ladies clutching their purses when they walk by a teenager with a little too much confidence. His mom has started working later and longer shifts at the hospital; neither of them bring it up, but her absence rings through the house, practically begging to be noticed. 

However, Scott doesn’t have to creep through the empty house as if it’s no longer his, not tonight. He’s got a sure fire way of keeping the silence at bay: namely, the girl next to him, Malia Hale. 

Malia catches him looking and grins. She still smiles like a werecoyote. Malia may have broken free from her permanent animal state, but Scott swears she’s still not entirely human. Right now, she could howl at the moon and make it still look normal. 

This being said, he wouldn’t change a thing about her. Sometimes Scott envies Malia for the ease in which she lives her life. Other than fearing death by the hunters as they all do, Malia just goes about her day, sparing no time for inconsequential things like guilt or precalculus. She treads easily on all she’s done, whereas Scott’s conscience threatens to pull him under with every step. 

They are growing to be more like each other, though. Scott feels more free by the day, and last week he swears he witnessed Malia help this little kid cross the road. She’d never admit to it, of course, but he knows what he saw. 

Right now, he needs her most of all. The night should be his domain, especially with the light of an almost full moon painting his back with thick, broad strokes of white, but instead it just sets his mind to turmoil. At night, Scott has nothing to distract himself from all the stresses currently threatening to tear him asunder. It’s just him and the world, both trying to rid themselves of the other. 

Whenever Scott’s worries get too much, though, he glances over at Malia again and remembers that he’s not alone. They’re pulling up to his house now, and for once it doesn’t seem so cold. 

Malia makes her way easily through the darkened halls, the product of many, many days spent here. She technically has a home with Derek and Peter and any number of surviving Hales, but Scott knows that she’s still afraid to fully commit to living with them. Maybe he isn’t the only one trying to face down the terror of not being exactly what the world expects from them. 

Scott opens the door to his room, crosses the floor on increasingly slow footsteps, and flops down on his bed. The moonlight makes it in here even still, refusing to leave him alone. It’s trapped by the shades of his window blinds, though, and can only attempt to reach him through waving tendrils of pale light that stretch across his ceiling. 

He watches them bend and wave, each white strand only a few inches wide. They can’t reach him, not tonight. He’s reached home base, he’s not alone. Nothing can touch him now. 

Malia regards the faint beams of moonlight too, then turns her attention to poking around Scott’s room. She’s been in here a thousand times, but still forced herself to peer in every nook and cranny as if expecting to find a sachet of wolfsbane tucked behind an ancient third grade spelling bee trophy. 

Scott tucks his hands behind his head, watching her with amusement. “Have you found anything different yet?”

Malia rolls her eyes. “Not yet, but I’m sure I will. Look, it’s a natural instinct, alright? Gotta secure the perimeter of a home.”

Scott chuckles. “You’re securing perimeters now? Maybe you should give Stiles some tips, he’s apparently indoctrinated you into the FBI way of life.”

Malia breaks from her search to give him a vexed look, then goes back to her perusal. “And he would love to hear from me, of course. I’m fantastic.”

Scott’s smile grows content. “I know you are.”

Malia turns away hurriedly so Scott can’t see her beaming, but he thinks he can feel the force of it from here, and takes in every iota of happiness that has just crossed her face. Man, he likes her. He likes her a lot. 

Scott has finally allowed himself to drop the last of his worries like stones, but his calm is rattled when Malia leans back, a stack of letters in her hands. 

“What are these?” She asks. To her credit, Malia doesn’t start rifling through them immediately, although Scott can tell that she’d like nothing more than to do so. 

Immediately, Scott remembers, and sits up slowly. “Those are from my sister, Y/N.”

Malia frowns. “Right, your sister. You never talk about her, so I guess I assumed you would never write.”

Scott stands up, walking over so he can look at the familiar written script. “That’s what I assumed too, but she proved me wrong when I got the first postcard.”

Malia’s brow furrows. “Why, did the two of you part on bad terms?”

Scott grimaces. “Something like that. She knew when I got the bite for the first time because it’s practically impossible to hide something like that forever, not from a family member. The only problem is that I didn’t make enough space in my life for her after that. She didn’t feel like a part of the pack, she didn’t even feel like my sister anymore. She left before you came along.”

Malia turns some of the postcards over in her hand, noticing the variety of locations emblazoned on the fronts. “I don’t get it. She, what, didn’t feel included and so she left? That’s not your fault, that’s her being a weirdo.”

Scott laughs in spite of himself, although he assumes he should regret it. “It wasn’t like that. In the very beginning, there wasn’t supposed to be a pack at all. It was just me and Stiles, you know? Then Allison started helping, and Lydia warmed up to us, and once Isaac and Derek came over to our side it actually turned into something. Y/N felt like I had cut her out of my life, so she left before she had to start feeling like an outsider with every other part of her world as well. I still think she was right to do it.”

Malia taps a finger against the stack of letters thoughtfully. “She was jealous, then, of the fact that you were supernatural? Stiles had been here since the beginning too and he never felt like that. I just don’t get why she was so upset.”

Scott rubs a hand on the back of his neck absentmindedly. “Of course Stiles felt like that, he just doesn’t like talking about it. He’ll cover up anything with a joke if he thinks it means people won’t look too closely at what he’s hiding. He’s been turned off of that, though, ever since the Nogitsune. I think he’s terrified that even thinking about being supernatural will make those deaths his fault, because then it would be obvious that he didn’t learn a thing from being possessed.”

Malia nods, sucking in a breath. “And Y/N, where is she now? Why’d she forgive you?”

Scott stares at the letters. He’d been so afraid that one day she would just stop writing, that she’d remember how callous he was and decide to cut him off for good. The letters keep coming, though, and Scott is still so afraid to jinx them. 

“I’m not entirely sure. I think she needed the distance to clear her head, and be someone for herself instead of just being my sister. She travels a lot, started college, that sort of thing. Every now and then she writes to me about a pack she found or someone she thinks I should contact if things go supernaturally bad. She’s been very helpful in the past.”

Malia thinks about that for a moment. “So it’s like she is a part of the pack, then. Just really far away.”

After a heartbeat, Scott starts to smile. “Actually, yeah. I never thought about that. I should tell her sometime.”

A voice from the doorway makes both of them startle. “Tell who what? Are you talking about Y/N again?”

Malia makes a face at Derek Hale, who has appeared out of nowhere to lean idly against the open door frame. “It’s none of your business, that’s what. Also, stop jump scaring us like that. Knock for once in your life.”

Derek smirks. He has the same habit as Malia of always flashing his fangs whenever he smiles. “That’s my bad, you guys must not have heard me knock. Malia, I need you for official Hale business. Why are you talking about Y/N?”

Malia shrugs. “Just looking at some of her old letters. Why, did you know her?”

Derek tilts his head back, staring at the ceiling as he thinks. “In bits and pieces, yeah. I remember thinking the day she left that at least one of us would get to go live their lives free of all of this. You should ask her to visit sometime, it would be good to see her again.”

Scott nods. “Yeah, it would.”

Derek nods back, then tilts his head meaningfully towards the door. Malia sighs, then gives Scott a quick hug goodbye and disappears from the room. Derek lingers a little longer, though. 

“You think this is your fault, don’t you? Y/N leaving, I mean.”

Scott sighs. “It is my fault. I pushed her away.”

Derek straightens up from his post against the threshold. “Not every disappearance is your fault. Trust me, I’ve watched enough people leave. Sometimes people just have to go, no other way about it. Y/N did what was best for her. That being said, if you want to meet up again, I think the two of you would be the better for it.”

Scott inclines his head. “I’ve been thinking the same thing. Thanks, though. I appreciate it.”

Derek smiles. He’s been doing it more frequently as of late, finally letting go of the cold hatred that’s been plaguing him for so long. “Any time. We still look out for each other, right?”

Scott watches the guy go, feeling oddly peaceful. “That we do.”

He listens for the sound of Malia getting into Derek’s car, then both of them driving away. Scott is well and truly alone now, although for once he doesn’t feel it. Instead, he has hope, hope that soon things will be better. He manages to fall asleep fairly quickly, and the faces that once haunted him just make the whole thing feel like a dream.

The Swan's: My Adoptive Family.

I’m the older adoptive sister of Bella Swan. I was about two months old when Charlie and Renee adopted me. It was a very normal-ish childhood.

I've always had a necklace with me since I was a baby. It's a silver chain with a pink amethyst. I always thought Renee or Charlie had given me it. (But eventually I find out that it's from my birth mother. She had a witch spell it to keep my mermaid side from coming out.)

Although Renee doesn’t really like me cause she always wanted to have a boy and a girl but instead got stuck with two girls. She also didn't like that I was 17 when I had Jaxson. He's about six-months-old from where I'm shifting.

I’ve always been way closer to Charlie to be honest. I always wanted to live with Charlie but Renee insisted I stay with Bella.

But unlike Bella I visited Charlie every single summer up until we move to Forks.

Me and Bella have a love hate relationship. We're complete polar opposites which makes it hard for us to bond over quite literally anything. Plus I think she's been told things from Renee making her kinda resent me.

It doesn't help that the Cullens automatically click with me unlike they did with her.

The Quinnell's: My Biological Family.

My biological sister is actually one of the Cullens. Her names Iris Cullen she’s the youngest Cullen as she was only turned a couple years before I moved to forks and was taken in by the Cullens. She’s Emmett’s Mate.

I don't find out she's my sister until about half way through the school year. I only find out after I found out their vampires. I think it's a lot of shock to me.

I don't believe them at first. Not about the Vampire part but the sibling part.

But eventually I accept it and me and Iris become extremely close. Thankfully Jaxson got attached to her too fairly quickly.

Me and Iris don't go hunting for our parents until after the "battle". But when we do everyone's in full support in it. We end up finding out that our mother is Queen of the Sea named Aurora Hart-Quinnell. While our dad is a Vampire named Oliver Quinnell.

Aurora Hart is the queen of the sea. She is a mermaid queen who lives on the land. She goes back and forth between the kingdom and the house she lives on land.

While Oliver Quinnell is the Prince of Vampires. (Way before the Volturi became a thing.) He ruled for many many years before the Volturi overpowered him forcing him to step down. The Volturi took over because they found out about the affair between Oliver and Aurora.

Once the Volturi took over they made it their mission to try to destroy the mermaid kingdom. That's all happening as Aurora finds out she's pregnant with Twins.

That's the reason they had put us up for adoption because there was a war brewing between the two kingdoms/species. They thought we'd have the best luck at life far away from them and the kingdoms.

They also knew we'd find them eventually when the time was right. Thankfully we did. After the war our parents ended up getting married and they we're slowly trying to combine the two kingdoms.

My S/O or in this case my mate in my DR is Pansy Cullen.

Me and her meet on my first day at Forks and even though she was hesitant me and her instantly clicked becoming friends.

Eventually after a few days I introduce her to Jaxson and she instantly falls in love with him. And then by October me and Pansy we're together.

I found out she's a vampire around mid September. At first I didn't know how to feel but eventually I knew that if she wanted to hurt me she had plenty of chances to do so before and she didn't.

Unlike Edward and Bella me and Pansy don't break up one time once we get together. That was because I got turned into a vampire before they went to Alaska so me and Jaxson got to go to Alaska with them. (Yes we ditched Bella.)

Alaska was amazing though we had a lot of firsts with Jaxson. He got to see his first snow. And got to help put the tree up.

Carlisle and Esme had given me and Pansy an ornament with me, her, and Jaxson together with the year 2005 a crossed it.

We eventually get marries but I never like scripting proposals or anything like that because I like letting that part happen by itself. (But I might script it I don’t know yet if I do I’ll make a post about it!)

Species in my DR:

There's six main species in my DR not including Humans.

Vampires:

They don’t shine or burn in the sun. (The suns just very uncomfortable.)

They can sleep.

Their hair grows.

They can eat human food.

They stay a live as long as they have some type of blood. (Rather that be animal or human.)

In order to turn into a vampire you have to be injected with venom from one.

Steak to the heart is the only way to kill them!

They can heal humans with their blood but most of the time they don’t. Vampire blood can give a human temporary vampire abilities. Also having to much vampire blood can make them trip out making it seem like their drunk.

They’re not marble they’re skin is as normal as a humans just slightly paler.

They can compel humans.

They have fangs but they only show when they feed.

Werewolfs:

Becoming a werewolf is mainly hereditary but in some cases it's caused by a curse.

They can turn whenever they want.

They have a peace treaty with just about every species besides human because humans don't know they exist. (Yet.)

They can be really powerful and closed off to others.

They're extremely warm.

Mermaids:

There's two different types. One type chooses to live solely in the ocean. Where as the second type goes back and forth.

They can all go on land whenever they please though!

Their hair grows rarely quickly.

They can eat human food.

They stay a live as long as they have some type of blood. (Rather that be animal or human.).

Being a Mermaid is only hereditary.

Unlike most theories they're immortality.

Only a witch could actually fully kill them. Unless the king/queen kills them! So basically they can only die by the king/queen or the witches.

Most Mermaids and witches are best friends.

Sirens:

Sirens are hybrids. They're half Vampire Half Mermaid.

They can stay either on land or in the ocean.

Sirens are only born! They are not made. But they only show their vampire side if they were to get bit. (It's kinda confusing but think of how Tyler Lockwood from The Vampire Diaries only triggered his werewolf genes if he killed someone. Basically the same thing but instead of killing to trigger it you have to be bitten.)

They're very rare as Mermaids and Vampires don't really ever cross paths.

They stay alive as long as they have some type of blood. (Rather that be animal or human.) And they go into the water for a couples days each week.

They only way to not show a mermaid side is to have a witch make a certain necklace stopping the transformation from happening.

The transformation can hurt at first but sometimes it doesn't

They love pranking humans. Like they live for that.

They only trust the witches.

They are not immortal but they live in large groups so if you kill one of them you'll have the whole group onto you!

They can heal humans but the choose not too.

They can compel humans.

Most come into town and they live like normal people but they don't at the same time.

Witches:

They're mainly friends with only the fairies and mermaids.

They can do spells for just literally everything.

They love nature as most of them use it for their potions and spells.

They can help Vampires with the sun being uncomfortable but the usually don't. They don't really trust vampires that includes Sirens.

Being a witch can be learned but it's mostly Hereditary.

Some actually have wands but most the time it's rare.

They live all around humans, the humans just don't realize it.
