In the evening, in order to taste the mood of kwaidan more, I will enjoy Japanese sake while listening to Meitei 's track 怪談 with Japanese old kwaidan novel in hand. This is a style I taste kwaidan with good sense. If you run it at night, the scent of sake turns into a scent of a different world. And Meitei 's track directs ambience of kwaidan. And you can easily share the story of it in the novel. I suggest a life with kwaidan. I would like you to enjoy the darkness. Please share the new Japanese style of music. This is kwaidan flow.

Famous breweries of northern Gunma and southern Niigata 5: Hakkaisan tokubetsu junmai genshu Hakkai-shuzo, Minamiuonuma-shi Niigata This is one of the most famous breweries in Japan, and one of the few that I have reviewed that might be regularly available overseas. The brewery itself was pretty industrial and the nearby shop a kind of tourist attraction with no tasting and impersonal service, so I really was not expecting much from this bottle. I drank it as suggested chilled for one hour in the freezer and poured into a special Riedel glass for junmaishu that my coworker bought me for my birthday. Clear and almost colorless despite being aged a year in the brewery, it had very little aroma at such a cold temperature and a creamy but refreshing mouthfeel. The flavor was amazingly like a vodka martini with a hint of sweetness and it had pleasant bitter and spice notes in the finish. It could hold its own with a variety of foods, but perhaps works best on its own, with light bar snacks, or with conversation.
