The Hagalaz Runa manifestation period starts today October 28 and ends on November 13.

Hagalaz- (Power, Alert, Destruction, Breaking, Hail)

The Hagalaz Runa or also called Hagal, Haegl, Hagl is the Runa of Break, Destruction, destruction meant as end and rebirth, a concept that ties well to energies that, at this moment, that is Samhain, close into an annual cycle that ends and then reborn into a new one. Hagalaz is therefore a Runa that is associated with renewal, and to a destructive but also regenerative force which is that of Hailine, Hailine that in its impetus destroys but once dissolved, penetrates into the ground ensuring that life continues.

So the Rruna Hagalaz can be interpreted as a monk working in our subconscious to warn us that it’s time to produce a bitter but necessary change. A change from past history, problems unsolved and lessons never learned. Hagal teaches us that it’s time to face problems and recognize them, so that we don’t find ourselves unprepared for sudden events and find the strength to keep going.

Life is a constant series of changes. Settling into a conservative attitude can only bring dissatisfaction and suffering.

Hagalz advises that we accept all the news it can offer, positive or negative, happy or painful, because every emotion, every state of mind in one way or another teaches us something, it teaches us something that will then prove useful in order to make us stronger.

Divination

Hagalaz is therefore the Runa of changes both positive and negative, it always maintains the same meaning whether it goes straight or upside down.

His interpretation always refers to the moment he’s living: perhaps happy because he’s about to start a married life, perhaps painful because of the loss of a loved one or because he’s going through a crisis.

But the meaning, the message of the Hagalaz Runa also depends on the message of the other Runes, (although, divination is not done with one Runa.

Regardless of the positivity of the prospective change, Hagalaz tells us that we will feel uncomfortable: we will experience anxiety, fear and distrust. Abandoning the familiar in order to venture into something new is always a source of unease.

Hagalaz also reminds us that the secret of success lies in perseverance and that, in the end, it will be rewarded.

It also conveys a positive outlook on life: bad experiences don’t have to scare or make you doubt the future, abilities and goodness of people, both those they already know and those they will meet continuing the path that opens in front of them.

Regarding love: Hagalaz tells us that we are living in a difficult time, it’s possible that, in fear of not reaching the happiness one seeks, he avoids remedy his dissatisfaction and tries to mitigate anxiety by indulging his passions.

Not a solution that will solve the problem. Hagalaz recommends thinking before continuing down this road.

Regarding Labor, LA Runa Hagalaz tells us that what we’re living is a moment that requires many sacrifices. Work can be hard or maybe the circumstances in which it unfolds. Hagalaz advises you to persevere, but never lose sight of your goals.
