Hai Yi and his desperate jealousy that he doesn't even understand about himself, the way he wants all of his attention but doesn't know how to want that or how to talk about it, how you can tell he's never been able to get attention or affection in a healthy way and so only knows the unhealthy ways to go about it. He's so desperate but I also think he's been that way for a long time, desperate for attention and affection that he never got from the people around him.
