I fucking love the "platonic yandere batfam x neglected reader" but I wish there was more of it to explore.

Like where are the readers that are bitter yet burned out? The reader that knows that they're being forgotten about early on (maybe it's familiar– maybe their mom was terrible too) and doesn't push for the attention? They know that trying their best and worst won't get them the results they want so they just... fade in the background. No awards or straight As– the reader strives for mediocrity and prays to dissappear as soon as they can and start over. They don't want anyone in this godforsaken family to ever give them a crumb of thought but eventually they do and any ounce of attention is hell.

Or what about the reader that hurts and hurts and hurts until they can't take it anymore and they attempt the unthinkable. Whether this reader wanted the batfam to be hurt by their death is up to interpretation but the results are the same. They were negligent sure but they never hated the reader– it's all so sudden that the spiral is damn near immediate. Wouldn't you do so too, afraid and guilty and grief striken that you're inaction could have killed someone that was supposed to be dear to you?

I think about it sometimes.

From a source close to me who does not want attribution, regarding Cheeto Mussolini's off-the-cuff remarks that the 1/30 plane crash happened because of FAA employees who have disabilities: "If you, or anyone you know, has ANY kind of disability, this morning's Presidential news conference should terrify you.

On at least 3 fronts.

1. Direct blame

Today the President directly blamed people with disabilities for making Americans less safe and for the d3@ths that occurred last night.

Disabled people are victims of violence and discrimination at astounding rates. This rhetoric puts people's lives at risk, let alone their employment, housing, and access to services.

2. The use of eugenics words

47's language use closely mirrored that of movements to remove disabled people from not only public view, but from living, known as eugenics.

He said that only people who have "natural talent and genius" should be allowed in important jobs/positions of power. This is counter to all scientific and moral teachings of our time.

3. Undoing programs that have huge influence

In the sphere of work, semi-internal US government policies have worldwide ramifications. What do I mean here? I mean that when the US government says "Z policy is how all hiring/retention/training/etc. IS", it means anyone who wants to do business with the US government also needs to implement those policies.

Today, the President stood before the people and read out the section that appears on all US government hiring and personnel pages that encourages participation in the workforce by people who have disabilities, directly blaming this for last night's air disaster.
