HANK AND DON HALL.
You don't know what it was like. Don was always in things over his head. I had to go along to protect him... keep him safe. Some job I did. Don's dead. Dove's dead.

BioShock/Sinking City/Vampyr: The Blood of Alex the Great
Liz and Lady Ashbury make their way to Fontaine Futuristics, aided by a map that Eleanor made for them from Delta's memories. Thankfully, they don't have to contend with Alex the Great controlling the building's security. Instead however, they have to deal with the numerous Mutants walking around.
Fontaine Futuristics was ground zero of the Mutant outbreak, as it was Orrin Lutwidge's original base when he arrived in Rapture, and where he gave the mutated ADAM to his new splicer recruits. The source of that ADAM is what they're here to investigate, as well as any leads on Lutwidge's plans.
Thanks to the large number of Mutants wandering the halls and floors of Fontaine Futuristics, Liz and Elisabeth have to use their stealth abilities to evade their notice. Evidently, Elisabeth has a Peeping Tom plasmid like Liz's, along with her teleportation plasmid. Something's off, though, but Liz can't tell what it is.
After getting through the main building, they don their diving suits again and venture out to the entrance to the secret lab. Outside, they find the bodies of a dozen or so Mutants who tried to make the walk outside without a suit on. What's frightening about this trail of death is the evidence of them evolving.
Each one is further along than the last, having survived the crushing pressure and lack of air longer. The very last one, a few yards from the entrance, wasn't crushed at all, but certainly drowned. On its neck is what appears to the beginnings of a set of gills. Liz can't help but shudder as they walk past.
Time is running out.
In the lab, they instantly become aware of a massive, living thing within the huge tank in the middle of the main room. Its movements and heartbeat suggest that it is asleep, and so Liz and Elisabeth make sure to move carefully and quietly around the tank. The red tinge of the water keeps them from seeing inside, and they're both thankful for that.
In the room to the left, they find out where Lutwidge got the mutated ADAM. Alex the Great wasn't killed when Delta electrocuted him, just very close to death. After Delta left, Alex regenerated, and that's how Lutwidge found him. After figuring out that Alex had essentially mutated into a giant ADAM slug, Lutwidge began extracting ADAM from him to generate new recruits.
Thanks to Alex the Great's mutations, his ADAM is corrupted. There's something more vile in its reactions, something primitive. Reading through Lutwidge's observations, Liz suddenly has another episode, seeing the same gothic city as before, witnessing ordinary people mutating into grotesque monsters, Beasts, like the Mutants.
"We are born of the blood, made men by the blood, undone by the blood. Our eyes are yet to open. Fear the Old Blood."
Those words echo through Liz's mind as the episode progresses. When she comes out of it, her nose bleeding again, Elisabeth tells her that she was saying that phrase. She's looking at Liz strangely now, and her eyes keep dropping down to the blood draining out of Liz's nostrils with something like hunger.
With the origin of the Mutated ADAM discovered, they head over to the room on the other side of the tank. They both can't help but feel like something is watching them, even when they're invisible.
After some searching in the labs where the Big Daddies and Little Sisters were bonded together, they find some notes of Lutwidge's. After the splicers who took Alex the Great's ADAM began turning into Mutants, Lutwidge came up with a plan on how to control them.
Using the same method as Andrew Ryan did to control the splicers and win the Rapture Civil War (mind-control pheromones distributed throughout the city via the ventilation), Lutwidge will take control of the Mutants and continue with his original plan. Blueprints for a prototype that would allow him to keep the Mutants docile in a single area are among the documents they find, explaining how he is able to keep them at bay wherever he sets up shop.
With Lutwidge in Arcadia, the source of Rapture's fresh air, he must be closing in on his goal to take control of the Mutants. Once he does that, he can kill everyone else in Rapture, including the survivors in Minerva's Den, and then plunder the city for its horrifying secrets.
With Lutwidge's plans now in hand, Liz and Elisabeth begin making tracks for the exit. In the main room, Elisabeth grabs a sample of Alex's ADAM, knowing that Jonathan and Tenenbaum will likely want some for analysis. Liz looks over at the tank, just in time to see the massive and distorted silhouette of Alex the Great charging at them, also noticing the huge cracks in the tank's glass for the first time.
The tank's glass shatters as Alex the Great smashes through, great gashes appearing in his skin only to heal in seconds, shards pushed out right after they impale him. His bulbous head appears to have no mouth, until it opens to expose a circular maw of razor sharp teeth like a huge leech's. Laughing, crying, and roaring all at the same time, he lunges at them, pulling himself along with two pairs of elongated arms.
Elisabeth grabs Liz and teleports them both to the airlock. As she hits the button to close the doors and begin cycling the airlock, Alex appears at the end of the corridor and begins pushing his way through the coral to get at them. Just as he's about to reach the airlock, the doors close in his face. Liz and Elisabeth hear his cries from behind the door as they race the rising water to get their helmets on.
Once outside, they begin making tracks away from Fontaine Futuristics. They'll walk until they find another airlock and then they'll find a bathysphere to take them back to the Den. They've both had enough of Fontaine's old stomping grounds.
As they walk amongst the ruins of Rapture, Liz begins to realize what's been bothering her about Jonathan and Elisabeth Reid. Not once has she seen them eat food, or drink water or alcohol, and despite the use of their strange plasmids, they don't use EVE hypos.
As she remembers the look in their faces whenever she's gushing blood from her nose after an episode, she recalls a story that Charles told them about his own adventures in Oakmont, about a Mayan priestess brought back from the dead with a taste for blood....

💜🐢Donatello x Male!Reader
Enter: New Rival!
Tumblr media
For the first time in forever, THE Donatello Hamato and Casey Jones found themselves on a truce. That's right. A truce. The rest of the turtle brothers thought it was odd that the two hormonal teens weren't bumping heads or fighting each other to get the red head's attention like usual. Instead they would somewhat greet each other with a silent nod before disappearing into the brainiac's lab. Donnie's brothers just shrugged it off. Maybe they're all chill now? But seeing as they were both still pinned on the goal for April's heart, that was most unlikely. But it was very weird to see the two rivals agreeing and teaming up with each other. The reason?
April has a crush.
The guy in question was a human boy, a new addition to their school. April had met him when they were partnered for a science project.
Donnie was delighted at first. He knew his sweet April would rely on him the most when it comes to these sort of things. It doesn't matter to him who partners up with April because she would end up coming back to him anyway, but instead this new guy was apparently intelligent and capable enough for the job, hence no opening for Donnie to step in.
"S-So April! I uh.. heard you got a science project coming in!" Donnie started "You know you could always come to me for help!" He coolly leaned against the table.
April blushed "A-Actually I already had someone to work with..."
Donnie's smile deflated "Oh really? That's uh... good? May I ask who you're working with? I mean I'm sure I can whip you up something better than a baking soda volcano..." He trailed off.
"We're not making a baking soda volcano, Donnie." April laughed it off "And (y/n) is actually really sweet! He planned to make a Fire Glass pit for our project and give away marshmallows so our class can have s'mores!" The girl swooned "Isn't he so considerate? And it's a great way to bond with our classmates! You guys are great but it's been so long since I hung out with other people!" She excitedly beamed.
His heart fell heavy. The terrapin did a fake laugh trying not to sound hurt by her last comment  "Yeah he sounds.. great.."
*ping!*
"Oh I just got his text! Gotta go, bye Don!" April hurriedly exited the lair without looking back.
"Bye.. April..."
Not only that, Casey had been having a hard time catching up to April as well. As soon as the bell rung, she would zoom towards her crush, then other girls--if not the soccer team, would surround them like a barrier!
"Hey Red! Wanna ha-"
"Not now Casey I gotta go!" April ran past Casey making a B line towards a crowd of the school's popular kids, squeezing herself in to get into the middle. Casey raised an eyebrow feeling a bit offended by how quickly he was ignored. But since when did April become a part of the popular club anyway? The boy found himself hopping on a random chair in the hall, standing on his tiptoes to get a look at what was going on.
Lo and behold in the middle of the crowd was the new guy and the school's soccer team surrounded by giggling fangirls and---is that April smiling and clinging on the (h/c)'s arm?!?!?
This (y/n) whatever-his-lastname manage to not only be a star member of the soccer team, he is also the new school heartthrob and basically stole all the hot babes at school in less than a week?? Seriously what the hell!?
Things had just gone from bad to worse when April started stay on campus grounds and ditch hangout plans just to watch this asshole practice. It became worrisome for the others at how they were seeing their friend less and less. On the other hand, it was driving both Donnie and Casey insane! What is so good about watching a sweaty guy run around and kicking ball into nets anyway?!
So what if he's good looking or smart or sporty? Donnie and Casey were still better than him right? Well sure they would still get the redhead's attention but as soon as she caught the one and only (y/n) from the corner of her eye? Poof. She's gone. Legit teleported to the teen boy's side. Yeah sure teenagers are supposed to be crazy with all that hormones at that age but come on!!
Damn this new rival is a strong one. The blood in their bodies are basically boiling at the thought of that boy putting his greasy dirty little hands on their April.
But the two love sick morons aren't going to give up so easily. No sir!
So they came up with a plan.
The plan was to embarrass this (girl)friend stealer by making Donnie sneak into the soccer team's locker (ya know cuz he's a sneaky ninja) with a bucket of sewage water. He was supposed to pour it all over the unsuspecting victim's head, then scare the shit out of him so bad that he runs out of the locker room--into the halls butt naked and drenched in stinky sewage water for the whole student body to see! The newspaper club will eat that up!
Last but not the least they added a special touch to the plan.
Casey would purposely take April down the hall for the perfect moment to see all of it unfold with front row seats  (possibly with popcorn and a camera ready to catch that ass in 4k) and then April would never want to get involved with that stupid (y/n) ever again!
Although it wasn't Donatello's style to do something so petty as a stink prank, he gave in. (Casey handled most of the planning when Donnie started to suggest they should involve chainsaws and bodybags) It would be a pretty satisfying and hilarious scene so the turtle agreed to Casey's plan.
Hey if things go accordingly, this other kid (y/n) might just switch schools! Which is great for him! One less rival out of the way.
And so the day finally arrived. Donnie successfully snuck into the school soccer team's locker room in one of the shower stalls. Casey told Donnie earlier that (y/n) and April were supposed to have a study session for their History exam, so (y/n) should be leaving their sports practice early. Perfect!
The bo staff wielding ninja was nervous. During the planning stage this sounded like a good plan, but now that he was here; he kind of felt bad now. Maybe this is a little too much? I mean... we're talking about ruining a person's entire reputation and having possible PTSD or at least a trauma for the rest of their life. Maybe he can still back out. Talk to Casey and tone down the plan? Donnie's train of thought was interrupted by a text from the blockhead.
CaveMouth👎: 'The poop is in the toilet. I repeat! The poop is in the toilet. Ready Operation: Flush!' it reads.
Donnie cringed in disgust. Seriously? Operation: Flush? Can he think of an even more lame name to give?
Just in time, the locker room's door opened. Donnie froze and waited a few minutes for the shuffling of feet. He listened in the target whistling as he put away his stuff, some locker opening before Donnie finally heard the running water from the stall next to his.
The purple terrapin started to contemplate his life choices again. This was his last chance to back out on this shot. His fingers were nervously drumming on the seal of the bucket with one hand supporting it. Maybe he should leave now while he still can? Then again... If he did this then April wouldn't be so fixated on a random guy who most likely didn't deserve her. He was probably some sports jerk anyway!
Donnie gasped in realization. Yeah that's right! He could be a jerk and be playing around with April's feelings! Casey did say the soccer team always had at least a platoon of girls pinning after them. It's those popular jockey sports guys that always does that kind of thing right? And it was the popular girls that always bully the pretty main characters because of a jock in movies! His poor April!
With his anger jealousy over clouding his reasoning (accompanied by knowledge of cliché highschool stereotypes) Donatello huffed his chest, determined to save his April from the guy who plans to steal his girl!
Donnie readied up his bucket for the attack but almost lost his footing when the running water finally stopped and someone stepped out of the stall. Damn.
He must've been thinking for so long that (y/n) finished his shower! Nevermind that, even an hour long bath won't be enough to get rid of this stench anyway. However, Donatello got a little curious. Just what exactly did April see in (y/n) that made her so jittery anyway? Surely he can't be that good looking right?
He thought it wouldn't hurt to take a quick peek at his rival. Master Splinter said that as a ninja, he needs to always analyse his opponents before he strikes. He bet that this boy was not even that good. Donnie could totally beat him in a fight! He doubt with all the sports he did, he wouldn't even be strong enough to protect April! With that in mind, Donatello inched closer to the edge of the shower stall. Just for a quick look and....
Donnie's heart stopped.
That's (y/n)?!
The tall turtle's jaw drop at the sight. What he saw was a boy, slightly taller than him with a well toned body clad in nothing but a towel wrapped low around his hips, showing off his incredible body with another towel drying his short (h/c) hair.
Donatello gulped unable to look away. He heard that (y/n) was attractive but he didn't expect.... this! No way. It must be a mistake. Thos couldn't be (y/n). But the name taped on the locker said otherwise.
It was as if the boy was moving in slow motion. The background soon blurred into a soft misty pink color with hearts popping up around the human male. Small droplets of water trailed down his neck, his chest down his well sculptured abs before disappearing under the white towel cloth. Donnie felt a small drip from his nose.
Then the moment (y/n) finally opened his eyes? Oh he knew he was done for. (Y/n) had the most magnificent pair of (e/c) eyes that sent shivers down the turtle's shell. The kind of eyes he would gladly get lost in. Donnie leaned closer to get a better look but his foot made a squeak against the tiled floor.
Fuck.
"Hello?" Oh my god his voice. It sounds so smooth like butter. Donatello didn't dare move. (Y/n) merely shrugged and dismissed the noise. This gave the olive skinned turtle to look back again. He absent mindedly locked his lips as he watched the (h/c)'s muscles flex with each movement.
Donatello gasped and looked away when (y/n) dropped his towel. Donnie's face was burning bright red, silently screaming in his head when he heard the shuffling of clothes. He didn't dare look back in there again due to embarrassment. Not even when he heard (y/n)'s locker shut close. Not even when (y/n) grabbed his bag from the bench. Nor even when (y/n) left the room, leaving a wheezing giant turtle alone in the stalls. Donnie's whole body was still on fire and hyper sensitive.
The masked turtle could only place his hand on his chest, feeling his small fragile little organ hammer away violently against his plastron. What was going on?! What on earth was that?! Why did he do that?! He acted like some creep!
Suddenly the locker room's door bursts open with Casey dashing for his friend. When (y/n) came out looking fine, Casey thought Donnie got in trouble. He hesitantly left April (technically it was April who left Casey when she saw (y/n) walking by) and ran towards the lockers. Casey looked at Donnie who was on the floor with the bucket by his side. He was staring at the ceiling with a nosebleed, mouth agape and face fully flushed red.
"Dude what the heck happened?!" Casey panicked at the sight of his friend's nose bleeding. Did he get punched or something?!
Copper eyes continued staring into the ceiling not bothering to look at Casey. All his thoughts were currently filled with dripping wet abs, white towels and shades of (e/c). "I.... I dunno..." Donatello drunkly murmured.

Chapter 9
——————————————————————
Epilogue - A Few Years Later
Din sighed as he hit his boots against the side of the porch, removing the last of the mud that had dried there over the day with a few practiced kicks as he reached for the door. It had been a long day, but he was home now and ready to relax. He paused, grinning as he listened for the footsteps he knew he would hear, then swung the door open just in time to catch an armful of an excited toddler.
“Daddy!”
“Hey, kid!” Din said, hugging him close before blowing a raspberry in the crook of his neck, making the boy squeal with laughter.
“No! No, daddy, no!” the child exclaimed, trying to pull away, but Din refused to release him, shutting the door behind him as he attempted a second raspberry. “Papa!”
“Did I hear someone call for me?”
Looking up, Din saw his husband come strolling down the corridor, wiping his hands on a tea towel.
“Papa! Help!” Grogu cried, reaching out for him, and Din went in for another attack.
“No one can save you from the tickle monster!” he declared, and started to tickle Grogu’s belly and underarms, making him squirm and laugh.
“Pa-papa!”
“Coming to the rescue, green bean!” Cobb replied and stepped in to take him from Din’s hands, setting the young boy against his hip. “Why do you always run to the door when you know this is gunna happen, huh?”
Grogu, still giggling, just shrugged, but he kept an eye on Din’s hands as he stepped in close to give Cobb a kiss.
“Hello, husband,” he said with a smile.
“Welcome home, husband,” Cobb said, grinning back in return. “I've been making cupcakes. Grogu’s been helping me, isn’t that right, green bean?”
“Uh huh,” Grogu said with an enthusiastic nod. “I counted the eggs!”
“And we didn’t try to eat them this time, did we?” Cobb asked, and Din couldn’t help but remember why he fell in love with this man all over again when he smiled down at their son.
His recovery had been painstakingly slow after what they’d gone through, and he’d suffered semi-frequent nightmares for months, but Din had been there for all of it, and it had only made their bond stronger. Everything that had followed they had done together as equals, from deciding what to eat for dinner to working hard to get the adoption papers for Grogu.
As Din looked down at their smiling boy, he knew it had been worth every hardship.
“No, I didn’t,” Grogu said.
“Good boy,” Din said, ruffling his hair and making him giggle. “Did you want to help me make dinner?”
Grogu shook his head. “You’ll tickle me again!”
Cobb laughed. “Your plans have backfired, tickle monster!”
“Curses!” Din said dramatically, revelling in the moment.
He would have been happy to stand in the hall for hours, but Grogu quickly got bored of sitting on Cobb’s hip and ran off as soon as he was put down.
“How was work?” Cobb asked as Din removed his coat and shoes, setting them aside before walking with him back to the kitchen.
“It was alright,” he said with a shrug. “Peli wants me to tell you to bring Grogu for another visit soon, when you’re not working, of course.”
“That woman’s gunna spoil him.”
“Like we won’t?”
“Hey,” Cobb said, pointing his finger in Don’s face. “Don’t call me out like that.”
Din chuckled, reaching for the radio on the kitchen counter. The sound of drums and an agogo beating a rhythm had him smiling, and he took Cobb’s pointed finger in hand. “Dance with me.”
Cobb laughed. “You always ask me to dance with you.”
“You always say yes.”
“That’s because I always want to dance with you, darlin’.”
Din pulled him closer, moving their hips to the salsa beat. He hummed to the lyrics before at last singing the words, his lips dancing over Cobb’s jaw and mouth in silent promise.
“Voy a reír, voy a bailar
vivir mi vida, la, la, la, la
Voy a reír, voy a gozar
vivir mi vida, la, la, la, la...”
When their lips finally met at the end of the song, Din couldn't help but think that he couldn't wait to live the rest of his life with this man.
——————————————————————
For those of you who want to know, Din is singing along to Vivir mi vida by Marc Anthony! I know people don’t usually dance to it, but it’s a nice song and Din would definitely dance in the kitchen to it.
Translation to English for those who want/need it:
I hope you've enjoyed this! It's always so much fun to write these things and this was a LOT of fun! I look forward to seeing you all in my next project!
I'm gonna laugh, I'm gonna dance
live my life, la, la, la, la
I'm gonna laugh, I'm gonna enjoy
live my life, la, la, la, la

Upcoming Movies to Watch in 2022
https://ift.tt/3JBVpin
It’s been a bit of a funny couple of years for movies, in case you hadn’t noticed. But COVID be damned, there is every chance that 2022 could be the year in film we were all hoping 2021 was going to be. It’s a packed new release calendar which sees everything from heavy-hitter directors, promising-looking indies, action-drenched blockbusters, and a full roster of superhero movies to get buzzed about.
We’ve rounded up a master list of the films we’re most excited about with dates that were correct on the day of publication. We’ll try to keep these updated as things change. Let’s put 2021 behind us, and take a look at the cracking year of cinema ahead.
The 355
Release Date: Jan. 7
After the success of James Bond’s latest adventure in theaters this year, Universal Pictures is dishing its own spy thriller with The 355, which stars Jessica Chastain as a CIA agent who must form her own international super team of secret agents to recover a weapon that threatens the planet. Together, these spies form a new faction called “355” that includes British, Chinese, Colombian, and German agents.
Chastain came up with the idea for a female-led spy movie while working on X-Men flick Dark Phoenix with director Simon Kinberg, who is now helming this actioner. But this isn’t just a work of pure fantasy. The codename “355” is steeped in real-world history as it refers to the still-unidentified female spy who helped the Patriots during the American Revolution. She was a pivotal member of the Culper Ring, the spy network responsible for stealing information from the British Army’s NYC headquarters. Will The 355 all tie back to 1776 somehow? The movie’s star-studded cast also includes Lupita Nyong’o, Diane Kruger, Bingbing Fan, and Penelope Cruz. Sebastian Stan and Edgar Ramirez also co-star.
Scream
Release Date: Jan. 14
Despite being simply titled Scream, this will actually be the fifth installment in the cult horror series created by the late, great Wes Craven. Fortunately, this series has aged like fine wine. Set 25 years after the initial Ghostface murders, a new killer has donned the mask to stalk the town of Woodsboro, and a brand new cast of teens played by Melissa Barrera, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Sonia Ammar, and Jasmin Savoy Brown. Fortunately, the kids have three Ghostface-hunting experts on their side this time around: Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette return as Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, respectively.
As Sidney says in the movie’s trailer, the three heroes will stop at nothing to catch this new Ghostface, but not all of the kids will make it out alive.
While this is the first Scream film not helmed by Craven himself (the director passed in 2015), original Scream writer Kevin Williamson, who also penned I Know What You Did Last Summer, is on board as executive producer while Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are picking up directing duties. The two have plenty of street cred when it comes to horror. After all, they’re two of the filmmakers behind fan-favorite shockers V/H/S and Ready or Not. Judging from what we’ve seen so far, expect many of the classic franchise scares but also a few modern twists akin to the recent Halloween.
Moonfall
Release Date: Feb. 4
It’s a Roland Emmerich disaster movie about the moon hurtling towards Earth. It stars Halle Berry and Patrick Wilson. ‘Nuff said.
Death on the Nile
Release Date: Feb 11
Another starry cast, another impossibly opulent journey, and another murder to solve for superstar detective Hercule Poirot in Kenneth Branagh‘s COVID-delayed follow-up to 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express. This time the generously mustachioed Belgian is charged with tracking down a killer who has struck during a deluxe Egyptian cruise.
Potential suspects—and indeed victims—include Annette Bening, Russell Brand, Gal Gadot, Rose Leslie, Emma Mackey, Sophie Okonedo, Jennifer Saunders, Letitia Wright, and Armie Hammer, who completed this film well before his recent troubles in the press.

The Batman May Have Confirmed Major Riddler Moment from the Comics
By John Saavedra
Branagh’s adaptation of Agatha Christie’s classic murder mystery, published in 1937, should provide plenty of twists and turns against some stunning backdrops—the movie was shot on locations in Aswan, Luxor, and Cairo—as Hercule attempts to unravel the killing of a newlywed during a luxury honeymoon vacation. Expect fabulous outfits, fancy accents, gorgeous cinematography, and Branagh acting his socks off.
The Batman
Release Date: March 4
Easily the most eagerly anticipated superhero film of 2022, Matt Reeves’ star-studded combination of grim superhero action and film noir severs all ties to the DCEU and tells a complex tale situated in a young Caped Crusader’s second year on the job. The Batman stars Robert Pattinson as a deeply haunted Bruce Wayne/Dark Knight, battling underworld kingpins like Oswald Cobblepot (Colin Farrell) and Carmine Falcone (John Turturro) while tracking a macabre serial killer known as the Riddler (Paul Dano) and romancing a mysterious thief named Selina Kyle (Zoe Kravitz).
Reeves’ vision of the Bat and Gotham City looks even darker and more street-level than Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight at first glance, and it will be fascinating to see the underrated Pattinson inhabit such a mythic role for the first time. We’re also excited by the prospect of new big-screen interpretations of classic baddies like the Penguin and the Riddler for the first time since Danny DeVito and Jim Carrey chewed up the scenery in those parts decades ago. The third version of Batman in 10 years—following Christian Bale’s reluctant hero and Ben Affleck’s rage-fueled squad leader—may prove to be that most elusive creature of all: the definitive one.
Turning Red
Release Date: March 11
Pixar’s latest stars Rosalie Chiang as an angsty teen who not only has to navigate adolescence but also her transformation into a panda! It’s a nutty premise but one that promises one of the most beloved animation houses is going back to their roots by taking wild gambits into the unexpected and unusual. And, indeed, if you’ve seen the above teaser, a Pixar movie with Miyazaki influences is very strange, indeed.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
Release Date: April 8
The Sonic the Hedgehog cinematic universe expands in this sequel which sees Sonic again facing off against Jim Carrey’s Dr. Robotnik. But this time a lot more characters from the beloved Sega Genesis era of the franchise are making the jump to the big screen: the foxy Tails (voiced by Colleen O’Shaughnessey) with his trusty biplane is on hand, a is the rough and tumble Knuckles (getting a vocal upgrade courtesy of Idris Elba). With Chaos Emeralds and mysterious floating islands, things are about to get a lot more fan service-y.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore
Release Date: April 15
There might not be as many people clamoring for a third Fantastic Beasts movie as there would have been at the height of Harry Potter popularity, but it’s coming nonetheless. Following the world-shaking events of The Crimes of Grindelwald, The Secrets of Dumbledore is poised to center on Albus himself (Jude Law) as he moves to stop Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (a newly-arrived Mads Mikkelsen, replacing Johnny Depp) from securing control of the wizarding world.

Is The Batman Adapting Hush?
By David Crow
For obligatory reasons, magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) will be there to help him, and someone (Dumbledore) has given him control of a team of witches and wizards to carry out an important mission. Look for more fantastical beasts to be shoehorned into the plot, which marks the halfway point of a prequel series with two more planned Fantastic Beasts installments on the way.
The Northman
Release Date: April 22
Horror master Robert Eggers sets out to 10th-century Iceland for his Viking revenge tale, The Northman. The film marks the third Eggers picture after the stunning one-two punch of The Witch and The Lighthouse. And yet, rather than being a straightforward chiller, the filmmaker is clearly reaching for something grander and more epic with a tale of vengeance and incestuous murder.
The Northman is based on the tales of Amleth–a medieval figure of Scandinavian legend who inspired William Shakespeare to write Hamlet. With that said, the blood soaked images we’ve glimpsed of Alexander Skarsgård tease a protagonist who is anything but dithering. The film also stars Eggers favorites Anya Taylor-Joy and Willem Dafoe, as well as Nicole Kidman, Ethan Hawke, and Claes Bang.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Release Date: May 6
It’s taken almost six years to finally get a Doctor Strange sequel. Now director Sam Raimi will fling the good doctor across multiple MCU-adjacent realities. WandaVision’s Elizabeth Olsen will also be on hand as the reality-bending Scarlet Witch, so anything is possible. Could we even get Raimi to revisit his own personal corner of the Spider-Verse? Stranger things have happened…
DC League of Super-Pets
Release Date: May 20
John Krasinski will voice Superman and Dwayne Johnson will voice Krypto the Superdog in this all-star CGI superhero comedy. The film also stars Kevin Hart as Ace the Bat-Hound alongside Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Marc Maron (as Lex Luthor!), Kate McKinnon, Thomas Middletich, Keanu Reeves (!!!!), Ben Schwartz, and Jameela Jamil.
Top Gun: Maverick
Release Date: May 27
The long delayed sequel to the ’80s classic is finally taking off in 2022. Tom Cruise returns as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell, who, decades after his fateful encounter with enemy MiGs, and Iceman and Goose, is still working as a flight instructor and test pilot at TOPGUN. No longer the young rebel at the academy, Maverick is now a relic of the past in the eyes of his superiors. But even if he’s on his way out, he still has a new generation of pilots to train, including Lt. Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw (Miles Teller), Goose’s son.
Other new recruits include Glen Powell, Danny Ramirez, and Jay Ellis. They are joined by Jennifer Connelly and Jon Hamm. Joseph Kosinski, who also helmed Tron: Legacy and Oblivion, directs.
Jurassic World: Dominion
Release Date: June 10
The gang’s really all here for this sixth entry in the dinosaur franchise, as stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum return alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. The dinos are roaming free in human civilization and it seems that we’re all about to be living in a lost world.

Jurassic World: Dominion Could Open the Door for More Jurassic Park Movies
By Don Kaye
The film marks the end of the current cycle of Jurassic World films, acting as an end to the current trilogy as well as the overarching storyline that started in 1993 with the original film. It’s the film director Colin Trevorrow says he’s dreamed of making since reinvigorating the franchise in 2015, so let’s see if it can offer one more jolt of new (genetically manipulated) blood to the saga.
Lightyear
Release Date: June 17
Buzz Lightyear—the fictional human astronaut, not the toy based on him—gets an origin story. Chris Evans voices Buzz in Angus MacLane’s debut. Well, we imagine Tim Allen isn’t happy about that, but some fans might be curious to see the movie that first inspired Andy to buy the toy. Maybe.
Elvis
Release Date: June 24
This biopic from Baz Luhrmann chronicles the life of The King himself, from his Army days to music royalty. It stars Austin Butler as Elvis and Tom Hanks as the manager who helped make The King’s career, “Colonel” Tom Parker. It’s Luhrmann’s first narrative film since the visually dazzling The Great Gatsby adaptation in 2013, so we’re game to see if he can shake up the doldrums of musical biopics.
The Black Phone
Release Date: June 24
Scott Derrickson’s return to horror after a sojourn in the MCU with Doctor Strange couldn’t come at a better time, especially since his new film is based on a short story by Joe Hill and features Ethan Ethan Hawke as a deranged child abductor. Word says this one’s as creepy as they come, and represents Hawke’s continually fascinating career reinvention as of late.
Thor: Love and Thunder
Release Date: July 8
Thor: Ragnarok is one of the most beloved entries in the MCU thanks to the style and wit of director Taika Waititi, who injected a welcome jolt of Jack Kirby-esque cosmic weirdness into the franchise. Waititi directs this sequel, which sees Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster become the Goddess of Thunder and Christian Bale as the terrifying Gorr, the God-Butcher.
It’s all wild enough, and Waititi enough, to immediately stand apart from the traditional MCU pack.
Nope
Release Date: July 22
Do we know much about Jordan Peele’s next horror movie? Nope. But are we excited anyway? Hell, yes!
Though Peele has a habit of keeping his horror projects close to his chest, we haven’t been disappointed yet after his Oscar-winning Get Out and highly creepy twist on the home invasion movie, Us. What we do know about Nope is that it’s got a cool title, and that it will feature his Get Out breakout star, Daniel Kaluuya, as well as Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun, Barbie Ferreira, Brandon Perea, and Michael Wincott.

Last Night in Soho: Quentin Tarantino and Jordan Peele Got the James Bond Poster in the Movie
By David Crow
The film will be released by Universal under Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions, and is written and directed by Peele. So far the only plot clues we have are a mysterious poster of a dodgy-looking cloud which appears to be trailing bunting, hovering above a mountain town, and the IMDb description saying it’s a “fantasy” as well as a horror and a thriller. Ominous.
Black Adam
Release Date: July 29
Dwayne Johnson finally joins the DCEU as Black Adam, an ancient champion imbued with the power of Shazam who became corrupted in ancient times before returning to our modern world. The film will bring the legendary Justice Society of America to the big screen for the first time with Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate.
Salem’s Lot
Release Date: Sept. 9
For many readers, Salem’s Lot remains the greatest Stephen King novel ever written. Which makes the fact there hasn’t been a great film adaptation of it all the stranger. Oh sure, there’s plenty of reason for horror fans of a certain age are nostalgic for Tobe Hooper’s loopy TV miniseries from 1979–it’s got some great moments. But this modernization of Dracula, in which ancient vampires descend upon a modern New England small town, and an author with a past is forced to face his demons as childhood friends fall beneath the thrall of the Undead, demands a classic cinematic interpretation.
Hopefully this year’s Salem’s Lot will be it. The new version is written and directed by Gary Dauberman, who penned both of New Line’s two-part It movies a few years ago. He also wrote and directed the best of the Annabelle movies, Annabelle Comes Home. With any luck, Dauberman will make a vampire movie that plays more like It: Chapter One than Chapter Two.
Don’t Worry Darling
Release Date: Sept. 23
Olivia Wilde proved herself to be an enormously talented director with her brilliant feature debut Booksmart in 2019, which makes her follow-up, Don’t Worry Darling, one of our most anticipated movies of 2022. It doesn’t hurt that the period piece stars Florence Pugh, one of the most interesting actors of her generation, opposite Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, and Harry Styles. It also has a killer premise: a 1950s housewife living in an experimental “utopian” community begins to suspect her husband’s company is hiding something nefarious. Intriguing.
Mission: Impossible 7
Release Date: Sept. 30
Did anyone watch 1996’s Mission: Impossible and guess that it would become one of Hollywood’s most durable action franchises? The plot and title of M:I 7 remain a secret for now, but Tom Cruise (of course), Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, and Ving Rhames are back, joined by Hayley Atwell, Esai Morales, and—for the first time since the original film—Henry Czerny as former IMF director Eugene Kittridge. Fallout marked the first-time a writer/director returned to the series for more than one outing, and considering how much Christopher McQuarrie hit it out of the park (twice) we can’t wait to see the next installment of his quadrilogy!
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
Release Date: Oct. 7
2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse wasn’t just an introduction to the Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) incarnation of Spider-Man or a big budget animated exploration of the Spidey mythos, it was a beautiful, emotional, psychedelic trip. Hopefully the sequel will reunite the multiversal Spideys from the first movie and introduce us to some new ones.
Halloween Ends
Release Date: Oct. 14
After the wide acclaim for 2018’s Halloween reboot, director David Gordon Green’s 2021 follow-up, Halloween Kills, met with a decidedly more polarized response while ending on a cliffhanger. Green has said that the final chapter in his trilogy, Halloween Ends, will be a “much more intimate” movie that celebrates Halloween creator John Carpenter’s “legendary body of work.” We hope, at least, that he can deliver the same kind of focused, character-driven horror that was sadly missing from his middle chapter.
The Flash
Release Date: Nov. 4
Five years after he first appeared as Barry Allen, Ezra Miller will finally headline a Flash solo movie. This flick will see Barry explore the DC multiverse, meeting an alternate version of himself, a mysterious Supergirl (Sasha Calle), and an older, wiser Batman played by classic Dark Knight actor Michael Keaton.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
Release Date: Nov. 11
Director Ryan Coogler returns to the franchise that netted Marvel Studios a billion dollars, seven Oscar nominations, and was a genuine cultural phenomenon. Time will tell how the sequel will address the tragic loss of Chadwick Boseman–or the many rumors swirling around what has allegedly been a troubled production–but millions are still chanting “Wakanda Forever.” Black Panther 2 should give them reason to keep the faith.
Creed III
Release Date: Nov. 23
Michael B. Jordan makes his directorial debut and returns as Adonis Creed, Apollo’s son and a heavyweight boxing champion. The film is significant in the franchise because it will be the first Rocky-adjacent movie to not actually star Rocky Balboa. But Jordan’s made Adonis plenty fascinating on his own, and Jordan clearly thinks it’s time to let the character stand on his own two feet as he slips into the director’s chair. Plus Tessa Thompson will be returning while one of the most fascinating leading men of the last five years, Jonathan Majors, joins the cast…
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom
Release Date: Dec. 16
The first Aquaman was a visually stunning, weird and wild rollercoaster of a film. Less superhero movie than adventure/quest film, its sequel also seems to be leaning even further into the latter. Jason Momoa is back as Arthur Curry, now the undisputed King of Atlantis. Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Temuera Morrison will all return.
Avatar 2
Release Date: Dec. 16
Years ago, visionary filmmaker James Cameron promised several sequels to Avatar. In 2022, we’ll finally get the first one. He promises. Sam Worthington returns, as does Zoe Saldana, and even a few familiar faces who died in the last one like Sigourney Weaver and Stephen Lang. Despite all the years that passed, details are still somewhat scarce other than we will be exploring the aquatic side of the planet Pandora, as well as meeting Jake Sully and Neytiri’s children. All grown up at this point, we’d assume.
Super Mario Bros.
Release Date: Dec. 21
Chris Pratt will voice Mario in this new animated movie. Fortunately, he won’t be attempting the Italian plumber’s heavy accent. The film also stars Jack Black as Bowser, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, and plenty of other celebrities as familiar characters.
Babylon
Release Date: Dec. 25
Damien Chazelle is back with another Hollywood-centric period drama set during the transition from silent film to synchronized sound. The premise sounds a bit like Singin’ in the Rain, but we expect a film that’s much more wistful than that with its cast of characters including Margot Robbie as Clara Bow–the original “It Girl” whose good time vibes dried out during the Depression–and Brad Pitt as a fictional character based on John Gilbert, the Hollywood silent star whose career imploded due to talkies, leading to alcoholism and an early death. Even the title alludes to one of the costliest (and ruinous) of ancient Hollywood sets…
Killers of the Flower Moon
Release Date: TBA
Martin Scorsese adapts one of the best books written in this century, David Grann’s chilling true crime study, Killers of the Flower Moon, into an AppleTV+ event with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro finally teaming in the same Scorsese joint.
Set in early 20th century Oklahoma, this Western deals with the haunting legacy of bigotry, racism, and anti-Indian prejudices lingering half-a-century on since “the West was won.” Audiences will no doubt be excited to see DiCaprio, De Niro, Jesse Plemons, and even Brendan Fraser in a Scorsese movie, but keep an eye out for Lily Gladstone. She plays Mollie Burkhart, a Native American woman and the richest person in town as all her relatives are slowly, methodically murdered.
Disappointment Blvd
Release Date: TBA
Hereditary and Midsommar director Ari Aster teams up with Joaquin Phoenix for this decades-spanning portrait of an entrepreneur. An Aster epic? That’s something we could all lose our heads over.
The Whale
Release Date: TBA
Darren Aronofsky tackles the play about a 600-pound man who wants to reconnect with his teen daughter years after he abandoned her.

Alex Garland is back for his latest work of horror. A young woman travels alone to the English countryside without knowing she’s in an A24 film.
The Killer
Release Date: TBA
David Fincher returns to Netflix for this noir thriller from Se7en writer Andrew Kevin Walker. Michael Fassbender plays the titular killer. We’d hesitate to call this a reunion made in Heaven, but we’re still intrigued to play along….

A Sudden Realization
Tumblr media
Summary: Y/N has always been in love with Bakugou, and she doesn’t really try to hide it. All of her flirting and flatttering has been rejected or ignored. Afterall, Bakugou doesn’t have time for someone like her, right?
Warnings: Bad words (Duh, it’s Bakugou), female pronouns, angst, fluff, grammar mistakes and bad writing (LOL) My first writing in this blog
Words: 2051
Y/N did not exactly know what was it about Bakugou that made her lose every sense of reasoning. When it came to him, she’d do anything. He had ignited an eternal flame inside of her. A flame that she loved and cherished with her life. It was undeniable: she was in love with him. She did not know what had attracted her to him. Afterall, how can someone that is angry and yelling most of time be attractive? she didn’t exactly know what it was, but the way his eyes looked when he was determined to win, his well skulpted body, how he frowned when he was angry, and simply him always staying true to himself were enough to make her fall hopelessly in love with him.
She loved him, no surprise there, yet he merely saw her as a “damn extra”.
Every day, Y/N would aproach Bakugo with sudden actions of affection. She’d tackle him with a hug, jump on his arms, or try to kiss his cheeks. All of these gestures were always met with a glare as Bakugou pushed her away.
“Get away from me, you fucking creep. Don’t fucking touch me”, Bakugou would usually say, but this never discouraged Y/N. In fact, it made her want Bakugou even more.
Y/N would always greet Bakugou at the school entrance only to be ignored by him or insulted. Wherever he was going she was trailing behind.
“Shithead, why are you following me?”
“Because I love You”
I love you, those were the words she would tell him every day. At night before everyone went to their dorms to sleep, Y/N would tell Bakugou how much she loved him, only to be rejected and told she needed a hobby. Everyone in class 1-A was aware of the girl’s feelings. She threw herself at Bakugou everyday, so it was hard to miss how she felt.
“Do you wanna go eating today? There’s this new restau-”
“Fuck off”
“Hey! Bakugou! let’s go to the arcade this weekend!”
“Move out of the way”
All of her attempts to get closer to him were in vain. He denied all the dates she invited him to. She befriended the people he was closest to. She talked to Kirishima and Sero in order to strenghten her bond with them. She even started to call Bakugou by his first name.
“You can do it, Katsuki!” She’d yell at him during exercises as an attemot to cheer him on. Only for him to tell her to stop because it was distracting for him. She looked up to him with complete adoration and admiration. She would always cook for him or make him some desserts to show her love for him.
“This probably tastes like shit! “ He’d yell before throwing it in the trash.
Nothing he said to her hurted her. She knew that getting Bakugou to love her would not be easy. This was proven when she decided to ask Bakugo if he wanted to be in a relationship with her.
“I know I say this every day, but I love you so so so much! You are the only person I’ve ever looked at this way! Please, would you be my boyfriend?” The girl inquired, with the slight hope that the blond boy would accept her feelings.
“No... Hell no, YOU THINK I WOULD LIKE A DAMN EXTRA LIKE YOU!” He yelled and immediatly turned his back to the girl, walking away.
Instead of crying or running away in shame, the girl decided to run after him. She hugged him from behind, capturing his waist between her arms. Immedeately, Bakugou turned around and easely pushed her away.
“DON”T FUCKING TOUC--”
“You will fall for me. I just know it! You have to! I will do everything I can! I know that you don’t like me, but one day you will realize how much I care about you, Katsuki!” The girl exclaimed. She was out of breath because of her previous outburst.
“Tch, Do whatever you want ” Bakugou said as he walked away.
The days continued and the girl did exactly what she said she would. She continued to greet Bakugou at the school entrance and tried to make conversation with him. Most of the times he’d ignore her or swear at like, like usual. Sometimes Y/N would dress in dresses that she’d consider cute and see if Bakugou would notice.
He didn’t. He never did.
Nothing she ever did amused him or made him notice her. Not even when she told him she loved him.
Months flied by, and the girl was stuck in the same situation with Bakugo. He seemed to tolerate her presence more, but it was just a small change. It was true, she was infatuated with him. She cared about him a lot but there is just so much rejection  a person can take before breaking.
Her final attempt to make Bakugou notice her was one Sunday night. She had made him a present. She knocked on his dorm door and eagerly waited for a response. When Bakugou opened his door, he was not surprided to see the girl standing there.
“What do you want?”
“I bought you a present, Katsuki. I hope you like it!”
Bakugou directed his gaze to the present at the girl’s. He looked uninpressed. Without uttering a single word, he slammed the door at the girl’s face. Y/N stood there, in the quiet hall, processing what had happened. She had spent hours trying to find a present for Bakugou the day before. Was her time really worth this much to him? Did he really not care for her at all? Y/N felt a tear run down her cheek, followed by quiet sobs. She clutched the present she had in her hand and ran to her room.
Bakugo didn’t love her. He seemed to like Kirishima more than he liked her. Her emotions were finally taking control of her. All the previous rejections came back to her like a knife, stabbing her in the heart. She cried and cried until she could barely breathe.
Bakugou did not love her, she had come to that realization.
Two weeks had passed, two long weeks and Y/N had not said anything to Bakugo. She had not talked to him, looked at him, or even cheer him on like she used to do. It was almost as if Bakugou had stopped existing to Y/N.
These changes were not unnoticed though. Everyone in class 1-A noticed the sudden change in Y/N. They thought that she had finally accepted that Bakugou did not want anything to do with her. And it was true, for the most part. She cried from time to time. She knew her love would never be returned. That was what hurted the most.
Though she was suffering, she noticed how Bakugou did not mind the changes. It seemed like he never even noticed that she wasn’t trailing behind him anymore, and that also hurt.
One day, as she was walking to her classes, a kid from general studies whom she was familiar with asked her on a date. Though she was in no condition to accept the date, she did anyway. She wanted to get over Bakugou and she knew this was the best way to do so.
The night of the date, she was the first to arrive at the destination. It was at a Movie Theater that she had asked Bakugou to go with her. But today was not about Bakugou, it was about her overcoming her conflict.
As she was lost in thought the boy from general studies arrived. She greeted him, they made small talk while they got their tickets. They arrived at the room they were supposed to see the movie one.
A wave of awkward silence occurred while the ads played. Y/N didn't know what to say, the truth was that she didn't even want to be there. Why was she doing this? Why was she forcing herself to put on a fake smile and pretend like she was having a good time with this boy? A boy she didn't even like. It was wrong of her to use him like this. Like it was wrong of her to suddenly try to forget about Bakugou. She loved Bakugou. She has loved him for so long.
Y/N glanced at the boy next to her before sighing and returning her gaze to the screen in front of her. The movie had started.
After the movie ended, Y/N quickly said her farewells and ran towards the U.A dorms. She ignored the questions the boy shot at her. As she ran she felt some droplets of rain hit the back of her neck. After a couple of seconds, the rain started to fall from the sky. She reached the U.A dorms quicker than she expected.
She walked through the deserted halls in silence. Nobody was in the halls. Tears fell down her face as she cried, remembering Bakugou. Her tears fell like a waterfall, her sobs became louder, and unexpectedly she heard some footsteps from behind her. She quickly turned around and was face to face with Bakugou himself.
”What the hell is wrong with you?”
Y/N decided to ignore him as she’d done before. Bakugou stared at her. He had noticed her sudden change. He noticed how she was ignoring him and not showering him with affection like she used to. It felt different to him. It was a foreign feeling walking in class without her trailing like a lost puppy behind her.
”Weren't you supposed to make me fall for you or some shit? How the hell are you going to do that if you ignore me?
Y/N’s eyes widened. She stared at Bakugou with wide eyes. She was sad, but she was also angry at him.
“Shut up! I always chased after you! I tried and tried to get your attention. Did I seriously mean nothing to you? Why did you always push me away? All I ever gave you was my love and you never showed me any kindness!” Y/N was violently sobbing now. Her knees were weak as she let all her emotions out.
”Stop crying, for fuck's sake. I like a strong and determined woman. Stop being so damn weak. You'll never win me over like this!” Bakugou said even louder. A smirk was on his lips.
Y/N’s breath stopped, did she seriously heart his words correctly? Did he actually noticed her?
Bakugou walked up to her. He stood in front of her and made direct eye contact with her. Suddenly, he grabbed her waist in his arms and carried her bridal style. Her weight didn’t seem to bother him at all.
“H-Hey! What are you doing?!”
“Shut up, it’s late. I’m bringing you to your room so you can go to sleep”.
Y/N blushed. She never imagined Bakugou would act this way towards her. She leaned her head against his chest. She noticed how small she was compared to him. A smile found itself to her lips as she enjoyed the warmth provided to her by Bakugou.
Bakugou reached her bedroom and while holding her with one arm, he opened her door with the other and finally put her down.
“Carry me longer!”
“YOU ARE FUCKING HEAVY!”
Y/N smiled as she made her way to her bed. She wrapped herself around blankets and stared at Bakugou. Her eyes were gazing at all his feauture. All the features she loved. She loved his soiky hair, his cocky grin, his runy eyes. All of those features made her be head over heels for him. She knew that as long as she knew Bakugou she would never stop feeling this way. And whether he liked her or not was a mystery. But she knew she had a chance. Today he had showed her he cared a little bit about her, and that was enough. She blinked a couple times and before she knew it, she was asleep.
“I’m sorry, dumbass. I love you.”

House of M Redone part 5
N/A: I got Netflix but I´ll not let my writing stop. Here we go, Kurt, you´re so whipped.
@dannybagpipesarecalling @muninandhugin @tieflingteeth
The school has upholds many traditions, smaller and bigger, among teachers and students. It was a way to bond with the old and next generation. So far, so good. Except, a new novelty roaming around the halls and classroom.
Said novelty is nothing more or less than Nightcrawler, one of the most famous Red guards. Whispers, speculations, including some autographs-sometimes, follow by requests of petting his fur- however, what fuels the rumors are two facts:
1) Nightcrawler is taking his time to visit one person.
2) The said person is none other than Kitty Pryde.
Kitty is spotting a new hairstyle. Fluffy and Jewish style will never out of the menu but is possible to change a few things. So, Kitty has a wavy short style.
(Kitty hairstyle)
At this very moment, Kitty is reading some essays with a knee eye to any strange line regards Namor- some of her students have mothers who like to help in the essays. Some mothers have an extreme adoration- causing an exasperated sigh.
"Oh my God, if I read another line about Namor´s abs..." Kitty taps her pen in a nervous tick. One time, two times, furthermore three times. Now, she´s writing something in the essay. "Tell your mother I´m not interested in knowing about Namor´s sex life...doubt his dick could have stopped the grand war! But rest assured he did try"
"So, not a fan of Namor?" a male voice draws in. Kitty humms in agreement as she picks another essay.   Doe-eyes lift up to see Nightcrawler smirking at her. "He can be a hassle to deal, let me tell you that... he and his fangirls" mentally add and his obsession with Sue Storm
"Hello, Nightcrawler, what a surprise to see you, in my office, may I help you? Soon, we´ll dive into the history of the Red Guards...I´ll spares no one of my witty" she promises.
"As I would expect of such a teacher like you" Kurt´s smooth line must be appreciated. "I´m here to ask for a favor. Kitty, would you like to go with me to the royal ball? The royal family has many parties and gatherings and I, as a member of the Red Guard, must attend and be on my best behavior" Kurt notes sagely how her doe eyes are glued on his golden ones.
"Oh, you mean ...no orgies?" her question is childish, filled with innocence as her grin got wider.
Kurt wrinkles at this. His fangirls seem to appreciate his sexy appeal too much sometimes.
"No, no orgies." is important to emphasize this as strongly as possible. Again, some of his fandoms really enjoy Kurt´s sex appeal. "But I do need to be on my best behavior..."
Kitty´s eyes look down as her fingers tap on her desk. She looks up again to send the pitiful stare Kurt ever saw. "Oh, elf, I´m so sorry...who is this stupid lady that refused you? Look" she clicks her tongues and has a contemplative expression written on her face. "I´m a big fan of enemies to lovers and all that, but in real life, if a lady says no...date another lady won´t make her magically love you. LET IT GO, elf"
Kurt can only narrow his eyes at this. " Are you...using Frozen/Disney jokes on me?"
Kitty is the image of the innocent. As usual.
"There´s no other girl, just you" Kurt promised never seeing the appeal of dating a girl to make another jealous. "I must say...your self-deprecating humor is not flattering" smirks at her expression.
"So, let me get this straight, you" points to Kurt vehemently with her pen. "could have any lady to the royal ball and for some reason, one I´m not getting, you want to go with me? What about them?" the pen now points to the pair of eyes staring at them with wide eyes.
It took a minute for Kurt to look. It took a minute for all of them to leave.
"I want to go with you....I feel you, in all your wisdom and wit, won´t let me go to an orgy party" humor is the best weapon. Case and point, Kitty smiles at this.
"Well, I would love to...but, you know, in the program X...they didn´t add in my DNA how to dance and talk to royals" Kurt pouts. Kitty smiles- one must observe, as Kurt did, how her face is perfect to smile- the answer to such line is being waited for.
"You´ll never let me forget that, will you?"
"NOPE"
"Fine, I deserve, I guess. I still think it was strange a ..." thread this line with a clear mind and common sense. "civilian, I would say civilian, manage to handle the situation with Juggernaut so calmly"
"Elf, I´m a teacher...Juggernaut is nothing compared to that" winks at him. "Ok, guess I pick you up at 19hs?"
The nerve of this woman.
Then her face gets serious. "Look, I have to ask...what happened to nurse..." Kitty and embarrassed shouldn´t walk together. She puts her hands in front of her chest to make a point. "you know, the nurse I have a big personality?"
Oh, the nerve of this woman.
"Christine...well, she won´t bother us, I hope"
"She seems ...good"
"You can say she´s not very bright, she asked me if I was German"
"Normally, I hate a man calling another woman dumb or anything like that, but...yeah, in this case...I feel you. Is she alright?"
"Finally got we´ll never happen and took a job in Chicago"
"Well, good for her"
___________________________________________________________________________________________
(Emma´s dress)
Emma Frost is more than used to those social events. Having her school, and her name as well, in such high regard means doors are open for her.  The events that almost happen to her students have prevented only thanks to Juggernaut´s stupidity and Emma is well-aware of that.
Oh, right. Kitty and a certain Red Guard are in this equation as well. Not that Emma needs to point this one out.
Oh, speaking on the devil. Emma´s blue eyes narrow as she notices Kitty Pryde, of all people, present in the entrance gate having her arms locked with a certain Red Guard. Oh, Nightcrawler, you´re as subtle and discreet as an elephant in a china store.
Felicia Hardy is Black Cat. Felicia Hardy is a businesswoman and right now, Emma´s date. Coming closer to Emma´s ear to whisper always have double meanings. "Is that...Nightcrawler?"
Nightcrawler is really that popular.
Emma wouldn´t want to introduce herself or have to speak with Kitty Pryde. Sadly,  Black Cat has other ideas.
"Oh my god, you´re Nightcrawler, sorry, that sounds stupid. You know who you are. I just want to say I´m a fan" Felicia speaks in an amicable tone and shakes hands with the azzure man.
Her eyes notice Kitty. Kitty, for her part, was too busy sending death glares to Emma. It was a mutual action.
"Oh, you must be Kitty Pryde, Emma told me a lot about you" Felicia smirks. "anyone who can make the great White Queen nervous is a powerful foe"
Kitty now is taken back by this line. "She used to parade around wearing a corset and nothing else"
"Only because you know it looks good on me...not my fault you have a problem with your body"
"Oh, Emma, don´t confuse my ability to use pants to shame over my body. And for the records, all those plastic surgeons ...and no change on your terrible personality" Kitty has a mock concern expression.
Emma won´t dare to cause a scene. Not tonight.
"Nightcrawler, careful with this one. She´s a handful" Emma decides to say only this. Felicia and Emma are holding hands and walking away.
Kurt couldn´t leave this reply without a proper answer. "Oh, God. I hope so. I hope she´s the kind of the woman my mother warned about"
Emma has no response. Felicia is cackling. Kitty is looking at her shoes- if anyone asks, she can say how she was admiring such expensive shoes. Only that- and Kurt wonders if that is the right thing to say.
(Kitty´s dress)
__________________________________________________________________________________________
(Wanda´s dress)
Wanda Maximoff is the Witch Queen, as most of her followers and family love to call her, and while she understands traditions and its importance...she must confess how this gathering almost didn´t happen. Wanda is as social as a person can be.
Tonight, she´s on the edge. Lorna and Pietro aren´t good actors to pretend otherwise.
"Anyone wants booze?" Lorna suggests already with some drinks in hand.
"Sure, but I can´t get drunk" Pietro confessed. "thanks to my powers"
"Wanda?" Lorna asked as Wanda is looking Cap Marvel guiding the boys around - a subtle body-guard. A powerful body-guard- her eyes snap back to Lorna as the other is offering drinks to Wanda.
"Yes, please. I´m not feeling this is a good idea...After everything, I feel we´re sitting ducks waiting to be attacked"
"Wanda...you´re not alone, ok? We´re here to protect you, and everyone else. Let´s be real, not the first time a villain wants to conquer Genosha" Lorna half-joke. No one seems to get her sense of humor.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
Kitty was admiring the view. Not Kurt, if he asks, but the people in general. Everyone is so famous and important. Hell, even Emma Frost is important. If her eyes linger on Kurt´s handsome face is only to prove how important he is.
After all, Nightcrawler is the famous Red Guard. The fact he´s here with her still seems a dream.
"Am I that handsome?" Kurt asked smiling showing a part of his fangs.
"I think you know this by now...I´m just impressed by how much important people are here" Kitty confessed. Too honest. Too raw and too afraid at the same time.
"Yeah, everyone here is important"
"I know"
"Even you"
"What?"
Kurt feels this is a small victory. Especially seeing her blushing face. A small victory.
________________________________________________________________________________________
The Queen is not one to ignore heroes. So, once she caught the word Nightcrawler and the famous teacher Pryde are present in her ball, Wanda makes her mission to at least say hi to them.
Poor woman! if she hasn´t thought quickly...her students...
The Queen needs no introductions. Everyone knows her face. Kitty´s eyes widen and without thinking much-if she was thinking at all- she makes a bow and puts her right hand´s palm in her forehead and speaks this line.
"Enchanted to meet you, Witch Queen"
It came out so naturally. Kitty wonders if someone is controlling her movements or something because she feels too abashed to say anything else.
Kurt is at a loss for words here.
Wanda claps her hands together. "Oh, a fellow witch too?" her eyes are glowing. For once, not with her power.
"No, Your Highness. One of my students is a witch and goes to the Cackle Academy in the summer. Her parents believe in education in the magic system and in the mutant system...and I can always learn something new"
Better be honest with the Witch Queen.
Is the wise decision as Wanda nods in approval.
"Still, it's nice to see people paying respects to the Witchcraft rituals. Anyway, you´re Katherine Anne Pryde. I...just want to say how brave you were for dealing with Juggernaut until the Red Guards arrived" Wanda speaks with poison. As a real Witch Queen should.
"Well, he didn´t want to lead me any sword...I had to be creative" Kitty responds.
Wanda chuckles and nods. "You´re creative enough. Maybe next time, Nightcrawler can lean one of his swords" and adds. "still, I´m happy you and your students are unharmed and I promise you...this won´t happen again"
Kurt is really at a loss for words here.
Wanda excuse herself as she has to talk with the Queen of Wakanda. Ororo Monroe.
"Katzchen...what are you?"
"At this moment, I don´t know...Kurt, can I stay the rest of the night holding your arm?"
"Please"
"Thank you"

you care about people in the big ways, but you don't care about them in the little ways for hank & don
Hank drags his hand down over his face. He's tired, and he thinks he feels the tender sign of a bruise forming around his right eye. What the fuck is his brother talking about. "What the fuck are you talking about?"
Maybe he has a steak at home. He lets his head fall back against the bus window, eyes closed, trying to pretend he's comfortable instead of feeling each bump and dip in the road. He doesn't know what Don's on about now, but he's sure whatever it is will fit right in with the banging against his head.

It’s been a bit. Here’s half of the new Elemental chapter (because no, I haven’t abandoned it).
.
Erza Scarlet was known, among other things, for the many outfits she donned. From suits of armor to the most extravagant dresses, she was rarely seen in something out of fashion. Her style ranged from imposing to seductive in her younger years, but currently she seemed far more enamored with the less flashy. More sensible.
Her most recent armor update suited her just fine most days. While it wasn’t too flashy or expensive, it  had a formal look to it. Not all would see it, but whenever she caught her image in the mirror, she felt as if she’d finally once more transitioned into something else, transformed, perhaps, now into her final form.
She was the Master now. Of the most elite guild in the land. The one she’d been raised in and raised up to the level it now proclaimed. Fairy Tail belonged to her and while she still held her former placement in her heart, she was finding, as she approached a year of being Master, it meant far more.
There was, however, an unfortunate amount of busy work that she found herself stuck with at times, things that she would have never considered when first coming into power. She’d always seen Master Makarov or Laxus sitting around mostly, drinking or snoozing, but this usually took place because they were choosing to be derelict on their duties. In the former’s case, shirking them off on Mirajane and, in the latter, her daughter.
Master Erza didn’t wish to leave that sort of legacy. Memory. She hoped to always been seen busy and that meant taking care of paperwork, looking over the bar, and dealing in petty drama that most masters would balk at.
But this wasn’t to say that she didn’t rely, at least somewhat, on an assistant of her own. Marin was already well versed in most Master duties, as she’d more than walked her father through them for the past few years, and while Erza would never place so much on the teen’s shoulders, she did expect much of her protege.
Which is why it was harder than the swordswoman would have thought, to be without her for those few days. Marin was always up at the bar, as much a fixture as the wrought iron gates, and seemed to enjoy the tasks that her new master gave her. They’d become quite the pair as, in some ways, they both found themselves adjusting to their new lives.
Marin didn’t fully replace what Erza had lost, in Ravan and Kai, of course not. And she was certain she did little to ease the young woman’s thoughts in relation to her own strained family ties. But they’d formed something of a bond themselves, over the past few years, and there was some comfort that was gone now, without her being around.
It was silly, Erza knew, as she’d been the one to send Marin off on her very first job. Not to mention she’d only been gone for a day. But that second one, when she arrived at the bar with only Kinana there to open, she did find herself frowning a bit more than usual.
Still, she was sure, it was a good thing, Marin being gone. Of course it was. Pretty soon, she’d fall in love with the concept of adventure and using her magic to aid in this, and would hardly ever be around. She was certain the feeling would take hold of the teen. To have such power as Marin possessed, and to waste it away at the bar…
She was glad that she’d sent the girl away, off on her first real job, and yes she was now doing paperwork all alone, but it was just as well.
If Marin really did find herself tangled up in mage work, she’d be alone a lot more often.
She was seated in her office that morning, looking over some papers and considering things, when there was a sharp knock at the door. It was Kinana, calling out in a rather tense voice that Mirajane had arrived home from her trip and was inquiring about Marin.
It was something she’d prepared for, in the past few days. In her time keeping something of a mentorship over Marin, she’d known the teen’s parents to be...apprehensive over most things. While the two were quite accomplished, Mirajane and Laxus had seen how power could corrupt and usually sought to keep Marin far from it.
So Erza wasn’t expecting much of a warm response to her news. From either of them. And while tussling with Laxus was far from something she was looking forward to, she was also aware that the man seemed to avoid the hall like the plague in those days, mostly, and it was for the best.
His wife was always far easier to reason with.
Honestly though, the couple had been going through a lot the past year (if not the decade) and Erza was thankful, anyways, to see Mirajane seeming so upbeat, though perhaps a bit concerned. She’d arrived knowing that her daughter should have been around. For Kinana to require Erza to explain Marin’s absence, well…
“Mira,” her technical Master now, Erza, remarked as she came to stand before the woman at the bar. “How was your trip?”
“Good,” the other woman remarked slowly. “But Marin-”
“You look well,” Erza offered with a nod. “Well-rested. You know, since becoming Master I haven’t had a chance to travel myself, but-”
“Master,” Mirajane cut her off and the word felt odd, it had the entire year, as it fell off her tongue. There was a period in time where it was one she frequently found herself utilizing, in a rather endearing tone (usually), but that had died off under her husband’s reign. To now use it once more, in reference to someone who was once her rival/equal felt sacrilegious. “Where’s Marin?”
Rather than look off, Erza met the other woman’s eyes as she said simply, “In your absence, a simple task presented itself for her to assist in and, as a show of faith towards her recent prowess, I chose to send her off to complete it.”
Not exactly deflating, but at least being relieved a bit to find nothing had befallen her youngest, Mirajane questioned simply, “Is it something...difficult?”
“I wouldn’t think so, for her, no,” Erza replied carefully. “Just escorting a rather low level individual from one place to another. An Exceed.”
“O-Oh.” Mirajane let out a slight sigh of relief. “Just one of the Exceeds? Well, I wish she’d have waited until her father and I were home, but-”
“She’s groan now,” Erza offered simply. “There’s not much you can do.”
“No,” Mirajane agreed, “I suppose not.”
It should have been fine from there. Erza could go back to sorting through paperwork and Mirajane could take over worrying about when her daughter would return home, but unfortunately there was someone waiting back there for her. Someone who’d spent an equal amount of time anxiously awaiting a daughter’s return as he had shirking paperwork duty onto someone else.
“Marin coming by for lunch?” Laxus asked in what may have sounded disinterested, but Mira could tell from his tone that he was certainly optimistic. He was where she left him, unpacking their bags in their bedroom, but dropped what was in his arms ads he looked to his wife in anticipation.
They’d grown far closer, in recent times, he and his youngest. She’d always been distanced from him, in a way that his oldest, Haven, wasn’t. Marin was reserved and meek, which was hard to rectify in his eyes. His childhood had been tumultuous and difficult, making it hard for him to always connect with her.
But that had all changed that following summer, when all of the turmoil in their family had come to a head. Marin now saw him frequently, multiple times a week, just to visit, and he thought of these times as some of the best currently.
Marin had always been the baby of the family, both in the technical sense and how they treated her overall, and though she was now rather self-sufficient, Laxus was perhaps overindulging in all that he’d lost out on.
He wanted to be around her. To listen to her. To just see her. As often as he could now. Sober now. In the moment and aware. He’d lost so many years to feeling sorry for himself; he wanted all of the ones he had now.
Which is why when his wife tried to calm him, after failing to inform him of their daughter’s recent trip in a way that wouldn’t incite him, the man was far too agitated for her typical techniques. There was no amount of rubbing at his shoulders or speaking a hushed tone was going to bring him back down.
It had been a bit, since the slayer had been a frequent, haunting figure in Fairy Tail. A good decade of him drinking himself to death had preceded now and, while some of the newest of members only knew him as the defamed former master, all were sure to keep their thoughts to themselves when he came barreling into the hall that day.
Maybe it had been a long time coming.
For him and Erza.
He’d left the guild in her care until his return, but upon his return, had balked at reclaiming what was his. There had been an expected blow out and perhaps even a premature taking of sides, but that winter when the slayer showed his face, there wasn’t so much as a scuffle and the idea faded from most’s minds. If anything, as Laxus and Mirajane spent more time at home, their presence and factoring into daily guild life ceased to exist.
But everyone knew who he was and what it meant as the clouds darkened that late morning to the darkest of black and perhaps a bit of thunder could be heard, roaring in the distance as he threw open the guildhall doors.
Laxus was pissed.
In a way he hadn’t been since a year ago, when the hall looked a little different and was run even more so. His wife was hot on his tail, hissing at him now, in a way that she hadn’t either, in a year, and an uneasy hush fell over the bar as everyone feared they were the one that the veteran mage was looking for.
Everyone except for Ajax.
He’d been very busy bragging up some of his accomplishments to some of the slightly too old for him ladies in the guild, trying to win their favor, but as everyone’s gaze fell to the storming in slayer, he felt  a bubble in his chest.
“Uncle,” he called out as he rushed right over to where Laxus was cutting through the nearing noon crowd, coming to bounce in front of him. Even as he aged, the man was a brute, especially now that he’d begun a training regimen once more, and though Ajax could hold his own against the other teens, his uncle had no reason to stop for him. Other than the fact he was his only nephew, one of the very few people he could tolerate. “What’s up?”
Laxus wasn’t in the mood for the teen though and only shoved right passed Ajax, continuing on until he was at the bar.
“Erza,” he growled, loudly, and others were rising to their feet now, ready for the fabled battle between two titans of the guildhall, for the fate and future of the guild the prize.
The woman emerged with her head held high, not quaking in fear at the sight of the slayer’s dark eyes. In fact, she met them with her own, though not angry, still having that hard steel look to them.
“Laxus,” she greeted with a nod. “It’s rare to see you in the hall today. If there is something you wish to speak on-”
“You sent my daughter out on a job?”
“I was presented with someone who wished for the presence of a Dreyar on their job,” Erza replied simply. “You were out, your oldest daughter is gone, and Marin is the only one left baring the name.”
“Marin,” he retorted, “is a goddamn child who’s never been out on her own before. And yet you-”
“Laxus,” Mira cautioned. “You really shouldn’t-”
“Marin is an adult. In ever sense of the word.” Erza did let out a slight sigh then, though not necessarily one of understand. More of pity. “And she has been for quite some time.”
“You know what the fuck I mean,” Laxus said with a snort. “Don’t play dumb.”
“Then you do not do so either. No one knows Marin better than I.” Turning from him slightly, Erza looked up as she remarked, “Of course I would know when she was while

Firestorm Part 1: A Shocking Encounter
Summary:
Rae and Cayde wake up to a commotion in the Bazaar. Turns out a new Guardian, Jade Hydrani, is causing trouble for other Guardians. Everyone soon learns something very interesting about the Kinderguardian and Adam gets an idea on how to deal with the troublemaker.
Tumblr media
Previous Part: Here
Next Part: Here
Rae slowly opened her eyes as sunlight filtered in through the curtains of her room. Cayde had fallen asleep beside her, the two still in their armour, and Rae could see the lights of his mouth glow faintly as the odd soft snore escaped him. Rae chuckled softly and was about to doze off again when-
*C R A S H ! ! !*
*Z-Z-ZAP!*
The two jolted awake at the commotion outside. “What the Hellmouth was that?!” Cayde exclaimed as Ghost popped up beside Rae, “Uh, Rae? Incoming call from Ikora.”
“Patch it through.” Rae replied, rubbing the sleep from her eyes as she heard her mentor’s voice come through Ghost, “Rae. I take it the noise woke you up?”
“Yep. What’s the issue?”
“I’ll explain when you get down here. Can you meet us in the Bazaar?”
“On our way.” A small chime came from Ghost as the call was ended.
“What’s going on?” Cayde asked as the two quickly left Rae’s apartment. “No clue. Ikora said she’ll bring us up to speed when we get to the Bazaar.” Rae replied as they headed out to the Bazaar, “Oh wow…”
Rae watched with eyes wide in disbelief at the scene before her and Cayde. Ikora and Blaze were standing near Ikora’s post as Adam and Zavala were in a dog pile on top of a figure with flashes of arc energy flickering across them. Floating in front of Ikora and Blaze, also watching the two Titans in a dog pile, was a Ghost with a dark, steel blue shell that was adorned with gold and dark teal markings and a bright teal eye. “I…do we wanna know?” Cayde asked as the duo approached Blaze and Ikora. Blaze glanced at the duo and the apartment building they came from before a look of realisation crossed her face and she began to snicker. “Mind out of the gutter, Blaze.” Rae rolled her eyes. The Ghost floated up to Rae, “You are Vanguard Rae?” The Ghost asked, earning a nod from Rae, “I must apologise for my Guardian’s behaviour. I swear she’s usually quite friendly and not as…rowdy, for lack of a better term. I am Justim, Ghost to Jade Hydrani.”
Rae glanced past Justim and was able to get a better look at the figure underneath Adam and Zavala. The figure seemed to be a female Awoken and had medium length, messy, dark aegean blue hair with a dark teal stripe and some of the bangs partially covering her left eye, bright indigo eyes, ice blue skin, and a dark teal markings on her cheek. The Guardian, who Rae assumed was Jade Hyrdrani, was growling in frustration as she discharged arc energy in an attempt to get the two Titans off her. “What’s with the restraints?” Cayde asked. “Well, Adam wanted me to help him with an early morning patrol on Io – even though I wanted to sleep in today…” Blaze began, shooting Adam a quick glare before continuing, “When we spotted this Warlock Kinderguardian causing trouble for other Fireteams. Adam called Zavala asking what we should do with her and he said to bring her here. Let me tell ya, she did NOT want to come here. I haven’t been hit with so much arc energy since that Crucible match where the entire opposing team were arc subclasses. She may be a newbie, but she’s already pretty good at using her powers.”
“When she arrived here, she tried to escape. Adam and Zavala managed to corner her here in the Bazaar. The noise you heard was her attempting to use Stormtrance to fight back, but they managed to pin her down before she did any real damage. Thankfully, she’s caused no injuries to herself or others.” Ikora added.
“Let me talk to her. Maybe I can calm her down?” Rae suggested. “Good luck.” Blaze motioned for the Fireteam Vanguard to go ahead.
Rae approached the two Titans on top of the young Warlock, “How are you two holding up?”
“Eh, I’ve had worse.” Adam smiled. “I wish you luck in talking to Hydrani.” Zavala added, “She doesn’t seem too keen on listening to authority.”
“Wonder who that reminds me of?” Rae chuckled. “I know you’re talking about me!!” Blaze called from behind, “And I wasn’t THIS bad!!”
Rae just chuckled before kneeling down in front of Jade who had stopped struggling and was just glaring at Rae, “Jade Hydrani, right? I’m Raegalianis Drakyx, Fireteam Vanguard. But you can call me Rae.”
“Oh, great. Another Vanguard.” Jade rolled her eyes, “If you’re gonna try to convince me to stay in your hoity-toity tower here like your other Guardian buddies did, you’re wasting your time. I ain’t interested. And can you ask your buddies here to get off me?! This is excessive, I wasn’t even causing that much trouble.”
“You tried to use your super within the Tower.” Ikora countered.
“Well, I didn’t know it was against the rules. I just got here!”
“You kept launching storm grenades at fellow Guardians when they were dealing with Taken on Io.”
“It was just a prank!”
“You managed to lead a group of Taken, Cabal, and Vex to a single location, get them to fight, and got another Fireteam caught in the crossfire.”
“You can’t prove that was me!”
“You somehow managed to acquire a Cabal Interceptor and chased and antagonised Guardians across Io.”
“Ok, that was pretty funny though. You gotta admit it!”
“Anyway!” Rae cut in, interrupting her fellow Warlocks, “How about we have a civil discussion? Without attacking anyone?”
Jade sighed, “Fiiiiiine.”
Adam and Zavala got off Jade as Rae helped her to her feet. Jade groaned as she stretched, stiff from being trapped under two heavily armoured Titans. As she got up, Rae was able to get a better look at her robes. Jade wore steel blue robes with gold and dark teal markings on the chest piece and dark indigo rims. Iron pads donned her shoulders with the left pad serving as a bond projecting a teal dragon. The left sleeve of her robes was torn, revealing black gloves with a gold rim. The robes had a dark grey midriff. The lower part of her robes was steel blue with curved, dark teal markings and a gold rim on the top, and a dark steel blue loincloth with a dark indigo rim and a dark teal Warlock symbol. She had dark grey pants and dark indigo and steel blue boots with a gold and dark teal rims and iron soles.
“You okay?” Rae asked. “Lemme check.” Jade smirked as arc bolts launched from her fingertips towards Rae who cried out in pain as the bolts jumped from her to Blaze, Cayde and Ikora. Jade took this as a chance to escape and ran for it, ducking and weaving between Adam and Zavala to avoid being trapped again and ran down to the Annex. “Hey! Get back here!” Rae managed to shake off the effects of Jade’s Chain Lightning and gave chase to the Kinderguardian. Jade looked over her shoulder upon hearing the footsteps of the others as she glided through the halls at top speed, “Ha! You think you can catch me? You’ll never- WHOA!!”
A blur of gold and Jade felt the Light get knocked out of her as she tumbled to the ground. Before she could get up, she heard a voice say, “Nighty night, punk.” Before being knocked out by a blunt object hitting against her head. Rae, followed by the rest of her Fireteam, Justim, and the Vanguard, turned the corner and saw an unconscious Jade and Marcia coming out of her Starlight form. Marcia picked up the unconscious Guardian and turned to face everyone, “You guys lose somethin’?”
“I can’t believe I’m saying this; nicely done, Marcia.” Ikora nodded. “Ah, was nothin’.” Marcia shrugged as she handed Jade to Adam, “The kid was bein’ too noisy, so I shut her up.”
“Well, regardless of the reason, thanks for the help.” Rae gave Marcia a thumbs up. “No prob.” Marcia grinned before her attention was caught by the mark on Jade’s face, “Hello, what’ve we here?”
“What’s up?”
“Looks like we ain’t the last two. We’re the last three.” Marcia motioned to the marking on Jade’s face; it was a triangle with a round point and a curved bottom, a single circle underneath and five circles within it, “This is the mark for Tribe Scale. Your new friend here is a Paragonialan.”
“For real?!” Blaze exclaimed. “If that’s the case, it’s even more important we keep an eye on her.” Rae muttered. “We can’t do that if she keeps trying to cause trouble wherever she goes.” Ikora added, “She needs to be taught discipline.”
“Discipline, eh…?” Adam seemed to think for a minute before smiling, “I think I know who could help with that.”
“Who?” Rae asked, a puzzled yet curious look on her face.
“Well that depends…who’s up for a trip to the Iron Temple?”
To Be Continued…

CONGRATS also what happened to our blurbbbbbb :(
HELLO I AM SORRY!! HERE IS THE WEREWOLF BLURB :D
i.
Harry had dealt with his fair share of whiny pups in his day.
Hell, most of the time he was the whiney pup himself. Despite being the Alpha, and for the most part being sturdy and phlegmatic, when it was just him and Y/N in a room together then he could be the absolute whiniest thing. Only because she allows him to get away with it, petting at his curls, grazing her fingertips up the skin of his sinewy back while simultaneously teasing and soothing him with gentle words spoken often just loud enough for him to hear.
This mostly occurred when she’d have been caught up in her school work or at the bakery and Harry can’t help but begin to feel neglected, especially when he’s been banished to the other side of the couch so she can focusing on writing her essay during his impromptu visits to her flat. That’s when he was the most abhorrent, he’d reckon, quietly sulky and whiney as to give her the chance to finish, but their bond makes it almost impossible for her not to feel his downtrodden mood shift. He figures she feels guilty then, beckoning him over with a soft call of his name and Harry all but scrambles for the opportunity to curl their bodies within one another.
It’s in those moments the notions of her being his true mate are only reaffirmed, coaxing him to nothing but a muddle of purrs and endearment towards her. Very seldom is she the whiny pup -- she’s lovey and warm and soft but never a complaint or a grumble at her lips when he’s busy or tending to other things.
So now, when she’s in a state such as this one, Harry isn’t sure what to do.
The beginnings of it had been that morning, when he’d woken to the strips of sunlight cascading against the walls and the dark sheets of his bed. Normally he might wake up to Y/N already stretching out her body, or curled nicely against his body, her back to his chest snuggled close. However, now her arm was wrapped around him tightly, and her leg had been positioned over his own almost possessively. The apple of her cheek was pressed to his chest and he could just barely feel her lips brush against his nipple, pebbled from the damp warmth of her breath. He had attempted to untangle her from him so that he could position them in a way he could wake her with kisses before venturing down to the dining hall for brekkie, but she wouldn’t budge. Grumbled in her sleep and stubbornly latched on tighter to him.
“Pet,” he’d murmured -- his tongue felt heavy in his mouth, how it does every morning, but he forces it to move, “Wake up f’r me.” He’d given her a shake or two before she was properly roused, and there had been something different in her eyes this morning. Something needier almost. She appeared cute as ever, and soft as ever, she smelled sweeter than normal as well which urged his cock awake some, and when he’d tried untangling them once more she groaned aloud and shook her head.
“Don’ move,” she had attempted to order, “Want to cuddle more. Love you.”
Harry had felt mushy of course, and he thinks he would’ve even considered skipping breakfast if it meant just letting her cling onto him how she was -- to revel in that sleepy possessiveness that she’d otherwise be too embarrassed to show -- but her stomach rumbled to life, demanding to be heard and catered to. So he’d mustered the strength he knows he has to overpower her, and just brings her along with him as he sits upward, ignoring the long whine that stretched from her throat.
He’d imagined it had just been some post-sleep snuggles that she’d been working out of her system but that was far from the case. When Harry moved, she moved; if he walked to the dresser, she would tail behind him, and when he was brushing his teeth after she’d finish brushing hers, her forehead was pressed to his back, between his shoulder blades, just resting. He’d been concerned at first, feeling her forehead, “Are you feeling well, my love?” He had asked and she nodded, brows furrowed deep.
“What, I can’t want to be close to you?” She had replied defensively, though her arms were still locked around him as she’d placed them when he turned from the sink, “If it’s annoying then I’ll jus’ see if Niall wants my affection.”
Harry’s own brows furrowed, “No,” he grumbled shaking his head, “It’s not annoying, not at all -- you’re just more cuddly than usual, with me. Didn’t know if something was wrong.”
Y/N shakes her head, the irritation that he’d questioned her having left as she only hugs to him tighter when his own arms reciprocate around her body, “Just love you, s’all,” she’d replied with a soft sigh, and Harry thinks his heart may just burst from his chest when she continues, “Love you lots.”
“I love you too, baby,” he’d murmured, “Now let’s go get something  to eat.”
It’d continued throughout breakfast, during their morning walk around the grounds flourishing with springtime, when he’d read to her from his father’s old journals (he didn’t think she’d much care for them, but she loved it -- hearing his father’s recounting of events across the world and within the pack was so enthralling to her, she often requested he even bring one when he came to visit her flat), and carrying on into lunch, and to now, as he’d just had to negotiate his way out of bed with her so he could coordinate their food orders by promising twenty-five kisses minimum when he returned. Y/N wanted to be near him at all times, warm on his body, holding onto him in some way, and if humans had the capability of purring he’s sure she would be.
Harry’s a little worried. Don’t get him wrong, he’s reveling in this sudden burst of love and affection, but it's at a caliber she’d never expressed before. If he didn’t know any better, he would say Y/N was on the cusp of her heat, but that. . .but that couldn’t --
Oh.
Oh.
The sudden spark of the thought as Harry reaching into the desk in his office, tearing open the drawer on the top right side and pushing past the dagger that had linked him and Y/N’s blood together, for the book the Swedish woman sent him. It was full of information about their situation, which he had thumbed through quite often in the beginning, before they were together, but he’d recognized he’d always skipped over a chunk of pages. He can’t remember his exact reasoning but it had been along the lines of not wanting to get his hopes up and not wanting to form a knot at the thought of it.
When he finds the page, his eyes first flit over it quickly, searching for keywords that might clue him in on what he thinks may be happening and when he sees words like heat and possible and needy it prompts him to go back and read more carefully. Realization pooling around him, allowing him to plunge deep within its depths, and awakening his cock.
Y/N was in what the Swedish woman called, a “false heat”. Obviously, she can’t have one given she is a human, but since she is bonded with a werewolf -- an Alpha, no less -- her body has shifted into a state of this needing and wanting in order to accommodate him. Though his rut had already past, it was just her body trying to figure itself out; regulating so that she could match up with his rut, only to make the two of them a mass of insatiable desires until they’re both run dry.
And at the understanding that the reason she smelled much sweeter than usual was because she was wet and begging to be filled but didn’t know how to formulate it. His poor girl was so needy for him and he’d run off without a thought -- he can’t help but shake his head at himself.
So he all but runs back to his room, finding her flopped over on his bed, phone in hand above her face until she hears him and she turns to face him, lighting up once he enters, “You’re back sooner than expected,” she pushed herself up from her lying position, waving him over with both hands, “Sooner the bed, more of you to myself then.”
He climbed onto the bed and didn’t waste a moment, leaning forward and capturing her lips within his own. They were tender and warm, like she might have been nibbling on them in his absence, frustrated with the way she feels and not understanding why, and this only fuels him further. His hand slides up her back, palm flat between her shoulder blades as he levels her back down to the mattress. His whole body bristles when she moans, a longing, pretty little noise that makes him draw back. Fingers curling into the waistband of her pants, he wiggles them down her legs, and she’s more than compliant, her legs falling open for him to get in between.
“My sweet little puppy,” he murmured, more to himself than to her as he looks down, seeing that the fabric between her legs was nothing but a piece of soaked cotton. So soaked in fact, he could practically see through them, “Why didn’t you tell me your pussy was this wet, hmm? I knew I smelled something sweet,” he shook his head some, overwhelmed with the suddenness of her arousal hitting the air around them. His cock was filling quickly, even more so as he uses two fingers to merely pull the damp fabric to the side to take a peek at her weepy hole. He thinks he may pass out, eyes drinking her in to see her wet lips parted, clit engorged and begging for his mouth and he was more than ready and willing to give it to her, but first he pulls a little harder on her panties.  The fabric splits apart, and she squeaks, “Still waiting for an answer.” He reminded her.
“I didn’t wanna bother you -- thought I was pushing it with the cuddles,” she struggled to get out as the pads of his fingers carefully graze over her lower lips, spreading her wetness around, slipping ever so carefully around all her sensitive spots, “Was happy just to -- just to cuddle.”
A smile pulls at his mouth, “You’re never pushing anything ever -- I love holding you and I love taking care of you in anyway you need me to,” and he takes mercy on her begging little pussy by sinking two fingers into her hole easily. He shivers some at how both tight and welcoming her hole is for him, curling his fingers up against the soft, spongy bump that makes her whole body tremble. Harry’s mouth waters when the whimpery little moan that leaves her mouth, enters his ears, and his heart swells when she grapples for him. Reaching out for his shoulder, she pulls him down so that he’s close, his arm between them as he begins slowly fucking his fingers in and out of her, while she decides to wrap her arms around his neck and hold him close again.
“Love you,” she murmurs, “Love you, love you, love you,” she repeats it like a mantra and Harry is soaking it in. Who would have ever thought his sweet little human would have any semblance of a heat? And one that just absolutely turns her into a mess of pure, unfiltered affection.
“I love you too, Darling,” he hums in response, pecking a kiss to her temple, “So much.”
                                                  .                                   .                                .
Once Harry had worked four orgasms with his fingers and mouth alone, he was beginning to truly understand this false heat that she was going through. The poor thing was so needy -- probably the neediest she’s ever felt in her life -- so all the noises she let filter from her throat were unabashed, louder than she’s ever thought to be before. Her cunt was all accepting of everything he was able to offer, from three of his fingers curling up into that special spot that twists her up in greedy knots, keening for more, to his tongue that first laps at her soft petals, parting her lips around the wet muscle only to dip it within her. Her whole body was quivering. . .trembling like a leaf just barely clinging onto a branch in fall. . .but in the same breath, she was blooming for him. The carnal desire that she’s normally so reserved about, he was meeting for the first time, and it was the utmost gratifying.
When she cums, she begs for another, and though she grabs at his wrist when she’s feeling overstimulated she doesn’t tell him to stop or say their special word. She pleads and whines, babbles some and even mewls, to the point that he plugs her mouth with his fingers. Not because he wasn’t reveling in each pretty little sound she was producing but because this is what they’re meant to do for omegas in their heat. And it proves to work,  her murmuring happily around his fingers, looking at him with these glossy, fucked out eyes that ooze nothing but love and adoration for him.
His cock is throbbing; a heavy weight in his boxers that almost feels unignorable at this point. This strokes him in all the best ways, his soft little human undulating at the thought of him inside of her. She had just come down from a nice, tightening orgasm around his fingers, where she’d milked them, soaking him to his palm and still asking for more. “Please,” she urged him, pulling him down towards her body, so his chest was flush against hers and she mouths pitifully at his lips, like she wants to kiss but keeps talking and cuts it off anytime they lock together for a moment, “Want you so bad -- everywhere, all over me, inside me, I --” her fingernails dig into the skin over his shoulder blades, shaking her head, “M’sorry, m’so needy but you’re -- you’re my Alpha, Harry need you so bad.”
Harry nearly busts off right there, a particularly strong throb rock through his prick and a thick string of precum dots the heather grey fabric of his boxers wet and sticky. He bristles with her claim and those words that he didn’t even know he needed to hear, were the ones that sparked the fire in his veins at an even higher temperature than before.
“Don’t apologize, never apologize,” he slips down closer to her, tilting his forehead against hers, their noses brushing together, “You’re right baby, I’m your Alpha -- need to take care of my girl, don’t I? Fill you up so full with my knot that you feel me leaking from you for days.” This makes her shiver, nodding quickly as she parts her legs open more easily for him. Harry has one hand up near her face, cradling her cheek and caressing the skin gently for a moment before he pushes up and the other he pushes his boxers off his legs, then taking the base of his cock in his hand and slipping it up her swollen, messy little slit. He looks down between them, the head shiny and slick with his own arousal, dipping into that sweet little oasis of a pussy she has for him.
He watches himself sink in, her walls wrapping around him and the filthiest groan leaves the both of them and Harry flops back over to her. Bottoms out deep within her, balls snug to her bum and he can already feel his knot forming. “God, baby,” he all but growls, shaking his head, “You sweet little thing, you’re so tight and warm for me aren’t you? Just the perfect fit for your Alpha, yeah?”
She’s nodding, letting him move her legs easily, so her leg was swung around his forearm with the inside of her knee to his skin, as he begins to steadily fuck into her.  The pads of his fingers dig dents into the flesh of her thighs, rocking back and forth and Y/N seems like she’s fallen into paradise. Her eyes are wet with tears, and she loops her fingers around the thin skin of his wrists, pulling the two fingers that had been in her mouth back against her tongue. “Oh, sweet girl,” he hushes her, petting at her tongue, “I love you so much.”
Harry’s hitting her spot again and again, and she’s mewling for him, “I wove you so mu-tch,” she cries out to him, “G’na cum, I think m’g’na cum.”
“Yeah?” His voice is a low rumble, “Cum for me then, yeah? Squeeze me baby, squeeze me tight around my knot.”
Y/N listens, moaning and her walls begin pulsating around him intensely. It pushes him towards his own end, giving a shaky breath, another deep growl as he buries his face into her neck and breathes in the sweet scent of her as his knot swells, slipping into her dripping hole as he cums shot, after shot inside of her, filling her so full that its slipping around his shaft as some of it leaks out of her around his balls. Thighs trembling as they squeeze around his hips, overstimulated and sensitive as she finishes out her orgasm. He wants to slump over her and rest but he can’t, instead shifting them to the side so that they were on their sides, facing one another and her hooks her leg around his hip to keep her close.
“I love you so much,” she whimpers, leaning forward and rubbing their noses together mawkishly.
Harry’s heart grows in his chest, and he feels so soft, sliding his palm up and down her back, “I love you more, my love,” he puckered his lips, placing a gentle kiss on her mouth and he tastes the salt of her tears from before, and his heart yanks. “You’re my whole world. Do you know that?”
“No, you’re mine,” she counters, burrowing her face into his chest, “I love you most.”
They could do this all day and night, he’s sure of it, and the fact that they could make him feel immensely warm. He was in bed, with his mate, and though he was knotted with her after the filthiest act, the moment felt so pure and innocent. . .full of love.
Harry’s happy and he doesn’t think he could ask for anything more.

"Individuality is a product of Maya--the principle that creates ignorance or illusion. Under its spell, an individual forgets his true identity with the Absolute and becomes a victim of embodiment, identifying himself with the body & mind. Believing himself to be a man or a woman and to belong to a certain caste, creed, nation or a race, and so forth. The innate nature of the true Self is not affected by these notions, yet one regards these superimpositions as real. Just as a mirage is regarded as real by a person wandering through the desert, even though the true nature of the desert remains unaffected by the mirage. The goal of Vedanta is to awaken the individual from the hypnotic belief in his embodiment caused by the forgetfulness of the real Self. This forgetfulness is the cause of friction and fear which in turn sets in motion the unending cycle of birth and death, as governed by the inexorable Law of Karma. This ‘de-hypnotisation' is only possible through Self-Knowledge. Ignorance is the root cause of embodiment and its various ramifications, and can be dispelled only by knowledge and not by any form of action.
-- as stated by Lord Shri Krishna in Shrimad Bhagwath Gita
“Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn't fit in with the core belief.” -- Frantz Fanon
"Fortunately, some are born with spiritual immune systems that sooner or later give rejection to the illusory worldview that is grafted upon them from birth through social conditioning. They begin sensing that something is amiss, and start looking for answers. Inner knowledge and anomalous outer experiences show them a side of reality others are oblivious to, and so begins their journey of awakening.
